Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
Glene Maxwell is still attempting to sue Jeffrey Epstein's estate
in hopes of getting some money so that she can
continue to defend herself and move forward with her appeal.
Now we know that she got money from the divorce
(00:21):
for the appeal from Scott Borgersen, but we also know
that these sorts of situations cost a lot of dough.
So Glenn Maxwell's plan is to continue with the lawsuit
here to try and get money from Epstein's estate so
that she can continue on with her defense. And according
to her, she's entitled to that money. Because you're ready
(00:43):
for this, folks, well, she was a victim too. According
to Glenn Maxwell, she had nothing to do with the crimes,
and she was a victim of Epstein, just like the
rest of these women. However, none of that ever passed
the smell test, and consider it, a jury saw right
through her nonsense. I think it's safe to say that
(01:04):
all of that posturing by Maxwell and all of her
bs has done nothing but fail time and time again,
and I have no doubt throughout this appeal process we're
gonna see that as well. I highly doubt Glenn Maxwell
is going to be successful with any sort of appeal here,
but she's damn well going to do everything in her
power to try and attempt to get this sentence overturned.
(01:27):
And to do that, she's going to need a treasure
chest of money, and her sources for money have pretty
much dried up. So for Glenn Maxwell, having access to
another treasure chest of money to help defend herself is
a huge deal. And to get there, she's throwing this
hell Mary where she says that she's entitled to a
(01:47):
settlement from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. So let's dive into this
article from Inside Edition and let's see what Chris Spargo
has for US headline. Glen Maxwell well reps herself in
court demanding financial support from Epstein estate after her lawyers quit. Well,
her lawyers quit because they weren't getting paid. Remember, and
(02:09):
I'm sure that her ex lawyers have better charity work
to do than donating their time to Glenn Maxwell's disgusting ass.
Glene Maxwell returned to court on Friday for a virtual
hearing in her lawsuit against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein.
Gallainne Maxwell is still pursuing her lawsuit against the estate
(02:30):
of Jeffrey Epstein, despite her attorneys with jarring from the
case back in August of twenty twenty two. Well, that's
what happens if you don't pay your bills. Lawyers, they
have this affinity for this thing called money, and that's
why they went to school for all of those years,
so they can make a bunch of money when scumbags
like you screw up. The British born convicted felon sixty
(02:55):
one attended a status conference for that case in the
Virgin Islands on Friday, appearing virtually from the Federal Corrections
Institution in Tallahassee. Well, at least they were able to
find her and pin her down. Remember how they were
looking for her to serve her when she was out
on the lamb, and it was such a situation that
the judge had to do it by mail because nobody
(03:18):
could find her, including her lawyers. So at least now
that she's in the lockup, they don't have to chase
her down to try and get some legal papers served
on her or whatever. Maxwell also served as her own
lawyer for the proceedings, which lasted a total of four minutes.
The conference began promptly at ten am, with the court
(03:40):
inquiring if Maxwell wished to proceed with their lawsuit against
Epstein's estate or squash it. According to the clerk's notes
obtained by Inside Edition Digital, and there's no way she's
gonnaquash it. Like I said, her revenue streams have all
dried up for the most part, and she's going to
be relying on secure a bag here. If she wants
(04:02):
to further her ambitions of getting out of prison and
all of the rest of the nonsense that her and
her team have been spewing, then she's gonna need a
treasure chest to do that, and right now she certainly
doesn't have that. Maxwell expressed her desire to continue with
the suit and then ask the court if there could
be a sixty day stay in the proceedings as she
(04:23):
attempts to hire a new lawyer. She has been without
representation since last year, when her lawyers withdrew from the
case and filed a lawsuit in Colorado seeking eight hundred
and seventy eight thousand, three hundred and two dollars and
sixty six cents from the socialite turned sex offender in
unpaid legal bills. What's with all of these rich people
(04:46):
not being able to pay their bills. I mean, you
folks have been stealing hand over fist for literally centuries,
and all of a sudden you're broke when it's time
to pay your bills. By then, she had already been
sentenced to twenty years in prison on federal charges. After
a much publicized trial in the Southern District of New York,
(05:07):
the jury ultimately found Maxwell guilty on five of six
counts sex trafficking of a miner, transporting a miner with
the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, and three
related counts of conspiracy. It's weird, right, the conspiracy charges.
You would think that if you're getting charged with conspiracy,
there would be other people who were charged with you,
(05:30):
But only Glenn Maxwell got busted here. No Sarah Kellen Vickers,
no Leslie Groff, no Adriana Ross, nobody. So who was
she engaging in a conspiracy with? And if it was
such a grand conspiracy, how come they didn't use That's right,
I'm about to say it. Rico Maxwell filed her a
(05:51):
state lawsuit back in March of twenty twenty, saying in
her complaint that the estate felt to provide her with
the funds, despite the deceased pedophile promising to bankroll her
for life at the time, Maxwell demanded that the estate
cover all of her legal and security costs now and
moving forward, Maxwell receives regular threats to her life in safety,
(06:15):
which have required her to hire personal security services and
find safe accommodation. Reads the complaint, I don't buy any
of that, Honestly, who the hell's out here threatening Glayn Maxwell?
Stop it. All people wanted was for this lady to
be brought to justice, just like the rest of these scumbags.
And they always have to paint themselves as the victim.
(06:37):
It's always, oh, I'm the victim. I'm the one who
is being persecuted. Meanwhile, you're the one who is out
here diddle in little kids, hanging out with your boy Epstein,
helping them ray people, steal in money, and we can
go on and on and on. So save the crocodile tears,
save the whole entire I'm the victim nonsense for somebody else.
(06:58):
This Guinea Guinea does not want to hear it. That
expense should now be significantly reduced. Given her new residence
at an FCI. The complaint claims that Maxwell worked for
Epstein until two thousand and four, but really started to
transition out of the job three years prior. When she
did leave, Maxwell claims in her complaint that Epstein promised
(07:22):
to provide for her moving forward, and alleged that he
did just that when she was later sued by two
of his victims, Sarah Ransom and Virginia Roberts. So you
wanted to just keep going forever. Jeffrey Epstein's estate should
just in perpetuity be on the hook for Galaine Maxwell's bullshit.
(07:43):
It's so crazy that none of these people ever want
to accept self responsibility for what they do, and with
Maxwell especially, She sat in that jail cell for how
long close to a year now, and still has no empathy,
still doesn't think she did anything wrong, and is still
out here chirpin talking about how she's being mistreated. She's
(08:05):
the one who's getting the short end of the stick here. Meanwhile,
there are literally hundreds of girls who have been abused.
In approximately two thousand and four, Maxwell received a typewritten
letter from Epstein with a handwritten note asking Maxwell to
remain in Epstein's employ and promising that no matter what
(08:25):
Maxwell chose to do, Epstein would always support Maxwell financially.
Reads the complaint. He's dead now, Okay, that's all over
and done with. The second he died, and his estate
was in the crosshair of a bunch of women who
were abused, well, the whole entire Maxwell needs some money.
Thing that should be back Bernard, and anybody else who's
(08:47):
trying to get some money from this estate, including the
US Virgin Islands, should also be back Bernard. The women
who suffered the most, these girls, especially the unnamed ones
that we have never even heard about. These are the
women that are really entitled to this money. Unfortunately they're
never going to see it. In the filing, Maxwell states
(09:08):
that these lawsuits began to pile up after Epstein's two
thousand and seven plea deal in Palm Beach. Maxwell has
incurred and will continue to incur significant legal fees, personal
security costs, and other costs in connection with legal suits, proceedings,
and investigations relating to Ebstein, his affiliated businesses, and his
(09:30):
alleged victims, states the complaint, alleged victims, that's hilarious. Are
you kidding me? Right now? If they were alleged would
they have been broke off by the estate. Once the
estate broke these girls off money and they broke them
off a settlement, it's no longer alleged. The estate is
taking responsibility for what Jeffrey Epstein did, and that is
(09:53):
restitution for his behavior. So throw that whole alleged shit
right out the window. Maxwell rites that the impetus for
all of this was an invoice she sent to the
estate in November twenty nineteen that got no response. She
also names the estate's executors, Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn
as co defenders in her filing. The estate and executors
(10:17):
moved to have the case dismissed on the grounds that
it was without merit soon after her complaint was filed
in twenty twenty. Since then, the case has largely been
stayed and three years in the defense and prosecution have
yet to even begin the discovery process, according to court documents,
So as of now it's just a lot of back
(10:37):
and forth and sparring, and Glenn Maxwell obviously is not
even being represented in this matter by an attorney, so
there's a long way to go. As far as Maxwell clwned.
Some money away from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. But it's certainly
been one of her tactics, one of her strategies, and
now it looks like her Hail Mary, all right, that's
(11:00):
going to do it for this one. All of the
