Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
Jeffrey Epstein's islands of Little Saint James and Great Saint
James are now listed for one hundred and twenty five
million dollars. Sure is convenient that these are listed after
the compensation fund has been paid out. Huh, how is
(00:22):
it that this property and the property in New Mexico
weren't sold right out from underneath this estate and the
money put directly into the compensation fund. Now, well, guess
what now, People like Denise George and the executors of
the estate in Dike and Khan, these people are going
(00:43):
to be rewarded from whatever windfall we get here. Now.
Of course they're gonna say that the money from this
is going to go to pay creditors and payoff leans
and all the other stuff. But in reality, this was
always Denise George's goal. This was all ways the goal
of the United States Virgin Islands. It was never to
(01:05):
make sure that the survivors were a whole. This was
always what they were looking to do, get their fingers
into the pie and get themselves a piece of this money.
And I find it obscene, Honestly, I get it. You know,
the money could help locally, and you know it could
help you know, schools or whatever else they say they're
(01:28):
going to use the money for. But in reality, how
often does that money that these politicians secure from situations
such as this, How often does that money find its
way back into your pocket or find its way into
benefiting your life in some manner? Very rarely, very rarely.
(01:48):
What happens is it goes around and the politicians and
the people who own those politicians, they're the ones who
benefit from all of this shit, not us. These properties
should have been sold at the very beginning, even if
it was for a liquidated price, and that money should
have been spread out amongst the survivors. But no, they
(02:11):
only end up paying out what one hundred and fifty
million dollars or something. This one property is worth almost
as much as they paid out for the whole entire
compensation fund. Oh, it sounds like an eye popping number right,
paid out over one hundred and twenty million dollars A
big deal. The more we see about this compensation fund,
(02:34):
the more we hear about this compensation fund, the more
I'm convinced that it was not an equitable way to
get these funds to these these these ladies. I know
that it would gum up everything to go to court
individually and try and you know, get restitution from Epstein's estate.
(02:55):
But when you look at things like this and all
of the money that they have wasted for quote unquote upkeep,
if I was one of these survivors, I'd be pissed, man.
And the fact that they're listing this now, right after
the whole entire compensation fund ends, and Maxwell's already been convicted,
and now they list this property which is being listed
(03:17):
for more than any of the other properties, and all
of this money is just gonna go into the pocket
of creditors, huh, just gonna go into the pocket of
people like Endike and Khan because you know, they deserve
more money considering that they profited from Jeffrey Epstein's criminal
enterprise for all of these years. And if we lived
in a real society where laws really mattered, they'd all
(03:40):
be under RICO investigation right now. But none of it
does matter, right, It's all been a farce. It's all
gonna remain a farce. Nobody's gonna change shit. People thought, Oh,
Merrick Garland's gonna come righting to our rescue. Yeah right,
yeah right, nobody's coming to our rescue. If we want
to change shit, folks, the only way we can change
it is ourselves. That's the only way, because if not,
(04:06):
we're going to continue to have people like this, people
who want to profit off of the back of one
of the most heinous, sordid ordeals in our nation's history.
And I'm not even kidding around by that. It is
one of the most embarrassing situations in the history of
our nation that this sick fuck was able to operate
(04:27):
right under everybody's nose, with so many people aware of
what was going on. And I don't mean people that
couldn't have done anything. Any one of these so called
elites could have stepped up and tried to help out,
and none of them did. And now, on the back end,
after everything's been settled out, after the fund has been
paid out, after these ladies were quote unquote made whole,
(04:50):
now you're going to list these islands for a cool
one hundred and twenty five million dollars. Doesn't seem to
be the right way to go about things. But one
thing I have learned in my forty two years of
life folks is that life most certainly is not fair,
and this is just another example of that. All right,
(05:14):
So let's jump into this Wall Street Journal article and
let's see what's going on down in the Virgin Islands
in regards to Jeffrey Epstein's islands. This article was authored
by Sarah Painter and Catherine Clark. Two private islands that
were owned by the late disgraced financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein
(05:36):
are going on the market for one hundred and twenty
five million dollars, according to the listing agents in the
US Virgin Islands. The properties were a key piece of
Epstein's substantial international property portfolio, which also included a storied
New York townhouse, a Paris apartment, a Palm Beach mansion,
and a New Mexico ranch. The Wall Street Journal has reported, So,
(06:00):
now we know that Zoro Ranch still hasn't been sold, right,
It's on the market for like twenty seven and a
half million. This is on the market for a cool
one hundred and twenty five million. This clown still has
a bunch of artwork that's being stored in a refrigerated
storage in it. Why Why hasn't all of this stuff
been liquidated. Was some kind of plan by the estate.
(06:24):
You know, we'll sell off enough to make it seem
like we're trying to do the right thing. And then
what we'll do is we'll keep a little in reserve
so we get ourselves a little bit of a cash
windfall on the back end. I mean, look, I don't have,
you know, uncontrovertible evidence, incontrovertible evidence proving that, but that
certainly seems like the plan, like what they were up to.
(06:46):
And look who we're dealing with. We're dealing with Indike
and con not the most reliable folks if you ask,
If you're asking me my opinion, considering that they've been
accused of being critical parts of for Epstein's criminal enterprise,
probably not the most honorable guys to deal with. The
(07:09):
larger of the two islands is known as Great Saint James,
encompassing more than one hundred and sixty acres. It is
located roughly five minutes across the bay from Saint Thomas
and is largely untouched, with just a small collection of
structures and a marine preserve known as Christmas Cove. According
to listing materials, So he had this whole entire island,
(07:31):
right that remember, was purchased through a third party, by
the way, and he was planning on developing this island
as well, but obviously his plans were thwarted by his scumbaggery. Now,
when someone does purchase these islands, if it was me,
I would knock down every single building on these islands,
(07:54):
and I would turn it into some kind of tropical
paradise because their beauty at the locations absolutely stunning and beautiful.
It's just such a shame that such a piece of
shit had to inhabit such a beautiful place and do
such horrible things there. The smaller of the pair is
(08:14):
Little Saint James. Spanning over seventy acres. It includes a helipad,
a private dock, a gas station, two pools, a main
residential compound, four guest villas, three private beaches, a gym,
and a tiki hut. The marketing materials show the most
expensive and profitable thing that he has on this island
(08:37):
is going to be that gas station. Imagine how much
money you could charge for gas on a small ass
island right now, Yeah, that's going to be forty six
dollars a gallon, Sir, wild. It's all wild, everything about it.
I mean, look at the luxury that this man was
living in, all on the back of abusing the most
vulnerable people in society. How that doesn't make people It's crazy.
(09:00):
How people aren't more mad about this. I'll never know,
but I've never been more aggravated, more disgusted by anything
in my whole entire life than this whole entire scenario,
from top to bottom, going all the way back to
the very beginning when this dude started as bullshit, all
the way through. Now it is all just one of
(09:22):
the most gross situations that I think will ever come across.
In early twenty twenty, Virgin Islands prosecutors alleged that Epstein
had brought girls as young as eleven to the secluded
islands by yacht and private helicopter, and that he and
his associates had sexually assaulted the girls. The Journal reported.
(09:44):
Epstein was found dead of an apparent suicide at a
New York detention center in twenty nineteen while awaiting trial
on federal sex trafficking charges. Now, Denise George, what she'll
say is, well, these crimes happened in the Virgin Islands,
so we deserve restitution. Me. What I say is this,
(10:05):
these crimes happened in the Virgin Islands, so you deserve
some of the infamy. Where were the security personnel in
the Virgin Islands? Where were the check and the checks
and balances system in the Virgin Islands? When this guy
was able to set up these banks, when this dude
was able to set up these these charitable organizations, so
(10:27):
called charitable offshore organizations, they were there every step of
the way, facilitating it, making it easier on Epstein and
I called it from the very beginning, folks, when all
of this first started to come out about the Virgin
Islands and Denise George. I set it from Jump Street.
All of the maneuvering, all of the posturing that you
(10:49):
saw from Denise George and the Virgin Islands was for
this specific goal for them to get some of this
money somehow, and for Denise George to have it as
a feather in or cap. In reality, if they were
really worried that girls as young as eleven were being
brought to these secluded islands, then the money that would
be coming from these islands and the sale of these
(11:11):
islands would be going to those girls. Did you notice
how nobody said anything about that. How it's about how
the Virgin Islands is going to recoup some money because
of Lean's. But these girls, huh, especially local girls, if
there are any, you know, they aren't gonna get anything.
Like I always say, what about the girls with no names?
Don't they matter? Don't they deserve some restitution? According to
(11:37):
Daniel Wiener, an attorney for the Epstein estate, proceeds from
the sale of the two islands will be used for
the estate's resolution of outstanding lawsuits and the regular cost
of the estate's operations, and will be subject to tax authorities,
creditors and other claimants, including liens placed on the property
by US Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise Jor And again
(12:01):
it always comes back to that, doesn't it. It's unfortunate,
But I can usually sniff out somebody who's trying to
get paid, right, somebody who's trying to wet their beak.
It's just an uncanny talent I have, I guess. And
from the very beginning, this is what she was maneuvering for.
This is what she was looking for. It was never
because she was you know, oh, I'm a great person.
(12:24):
Who wants to see justice done here. Now, that might
have a little role to play, but her number one
goal is securing funds for the Virgin Islands and for
whatever sort of you know, political aspiration she might have
later on. Right, because when you do something like that,
you bring in this kind of money, or you go
(12:45):
after a human trafficker like Epstein, you can use that
for a campaign moving forward as a feather in your cap. Right.
I went after Epstein, I went after We seen Juliani
live on the fact that he went after the mafia
for how long he feasted on that reputation even though
he was a boob. And it's typical with politicians and
(13:07):
attorney generals. They make their name on one of these
big cases and then they rely and fall back on
that the rest of their lives, right, even if they
don't accomplish anything else. Approximately one hundred and twenty one
million dollars of Epstein's estate has already been used to
compensate victims of sexual assault by the financier through the
(13:30):
Epstein Survivor's Compensation Program, which ceased operations in August twenty
twenty one. Mister Wiener said, so one hundred and twenty
one million paid out to the survivors, and this property
alone is worth that amount. You tell me that that
sits well with you? Absolutely gross, And if I was
one of these survivors, I'd be absolutely fired up about this.
(13:52):
And to the lawyers, how do you let your client
get weaseled into this unless, of course you're just trying
to you know, secure that bag too, trying to get
that payday. Because this is all bad, folks, Honestly, this
is all bad. This looks so bad for that compensation fund.
Epstein purchased Little Saint James in nineteen ninety eight, according
(14:13):
to court records. He bought Great Greater Saint James in
twenty sixteen for close to twenty million. According to court
records previously cited by the Journal. Some of Epstein's trophy
properties have already found buyers. His Upper east Side Manhattan
mansion sold for fifty one million in March of twenty
twenty one, the Journal reported, and his Palm Beach home
(14:36):
sold to a developer for eighteen and a half million.
So those two properties right there brought in what sixty
nine million dollars and this one property, these islands are
bringing in almost the whole entire shebang and shabbootle over
here of one hundred and twenty one million. So again,
(14:57):
why weren't these islands sold first? Why wasn't there more
an effort made to sell this higher end property here?
And again I'm just asking questions, right, Look, I don't
have the answers. If I had the answers, i'd give
them to you. But it doesn't seem right to me.
You would think that everything would have been listed, everything
would have been sold in a fire sale. And furthermore,
(15:19):
how is it that the government hasn't seized these properties yet?
God forbid. If you sell drugs, they're coming in with tanks.
They're ripping the side of your wall out, they're throwing
your grandma out in the street, probably putting your ass
in a choke hold. Hell, if you're lucky, or maybe
you get no knock warranted and they just come in
guns blazing. But if you're Jeffrey Epstein and his disgusting
(15:42):
band of gross men and women, that's all right, nothing
happens to you. The redeveloped property has since been acquired
by a venture capitalist. The New Mexico and Paris homes
have also been listed for Seal New York based brokerage
Modeland Group and Bespoke real Estate or marketing the Islands
(16:04):
in partnership with a local Virgin Islands firm, Christie's International
Real Estate, The Saints. So there it is, folks, the
islands are finally for sale. If you have a cool
one hundred and twenty one million dollars laying around, go
ahead and purchase them. But really, what should have happened,
at least in my opinion, is all of this stuff
(16:25):
should have been sold at the very beginning. All of
this money should have went into the pool, and then
it should have been distributed to the survivors, all of it.
But that's never the case, right, A measly one sixth
one sixth of that money is going to the survivors.
So go ahead and chew on that this morning while
(16:45):
you're sipping down your coffee, folks, and tell me it's
not absolutely ridiculous. All right, folks, that's gonna do it
for this morning's update. Like usual, I will be back

back with the evening update for sure. Until then, hope
