Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
Seems like forever since we've had an update to talk
about that has to do with Jeffrey Epstein. Well today
we have one. And what we're going to do is
talk about two different articles that have come out recently
that have to do with Jeffrey Epstein and his dumbass friends.
(00:22):
So the first article we're going to talk about is
one about Jess Stay where he's getting permission now to
depose his accuser. And in the second article, we're going
to talk about somebody that is seriously suffering from main
character syndrome, and that person is the lady Victoria Hervey.
So let's just dive right into that first article and
(00:45):
let's get started. This article is from Bloomberg and the
headline Jess Day can depose assault accuser in JP Morgan's
Epstein case. This article was authored by Ava Benny Morrison,
lawyers for jeff Staley can question the Jeffrey Epstein victim
who said she was sexually assaulted by the former JP
(01:07):
Morgan Chasing Company executive in her class action suit against
the bank. So this was expected. Honestly, the judge was
not going to let this go without getting his accuser
under oath and opposing her. That was something that was
always going to happen. But there's going to be restrictions
put on Jeff Staley's lawyers, and they're not going to
(01:30):
be able to obviously leak her identity or anything like that.
In an order made public on Wednesday, US District Judge
Jed Raykoff in New York ruled that the deposition of
the woman identified only as Jane Doe would take place
in person this month in the city where she now lives.
Doe had previously expressed fear of facing intrusive questioning and
(01:54):
demands of evidence by Staley, and I understand that completely.
But when you're bringing charges such as these against somebody, unfortunately,
it's going to be an uncomfortable experience when you have
to give testimony, right, But it's necessary if you want
to see people like this go to prison, you want
(02:14):
to see people like this get in trouble. Unfortunately, this
is all part of it. And for the accuser, do
you blame her for fearing this man or for fearing
his friends, considering who they are and what they were
up to for so long, I'd be scared too, so
I hope that Judge Drakoff really handles this with white
gloves and make sure that her privacy is respected. JP
(02:39):
Morgan agreed to settle doe suit for two hundred and
ninety million dollars in June, but is still suing Staily,
its former private banking head, to hold him responsible for
any cost that incurs over Epstein. According to The Banks Daily,
withheld information about his relationship with Epstein and acted to
have JP Morgan the sex offender as a client. The
(03:03):
funniest thing about all of that is JP Morgan out
here acting like they had no idea. You dudes knew,
just like the US Virgin Island politicians knew. All of
you knew from top to bottom. And to watch everybody
play the finger pointing game now is laughable at best.
Doe didn't name Staley as a defendant in her suit,
(03:24):
but she identified him as a key figure in the
bank's relationship with Epstein. Separately, she said in her suit
that an unidentified powerful financial executive assaulted her in Epstein's mansion.
JP Morgan said in its suit against Staley that it
believed that he was that executive. In an April court filing,
(03:46):
Doe confirmed that Staley was the executive who allegedly assaulted her,
but accused J. P. Morgan of trying to intimidate her
by identifying him and bringing him into the case. A
lawyer for Doe didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
Doe's case onearthed new details about Epstein's relationship on Wall
(04:07):
Street and led to the depositions of senior, former and
current bank executives, including chief executive officer Jamie Diamond. Doe
alleged JP Morgan knowingly benefited from Epstein's sex trafficking while
he was a client between the late nineteen nineties and
twenty thirteen. The bank is also defending a similar lawsuit
(04:31):
filed by the US Virgin Islands, where Epstein had a
private island and trafficked young women. Though neither of the
suits against JP Morgan named Staley as a defendant, they
both heavily focused on the banker's relationship with Epstein. The
USVII suit cited some of hundreds of emails the two
(04:51):
exchanged over the years in claiming the two had a
profound friendship. Staley became chief executive of Arcas PLC, but
was forced to step down in twenty twenty one after
British financial regulators launched an investigation into his ties to Epstein.
The case is Jane Doe one versus JP Morgan Chase
(05:15):
Bank twenty two DASH CV DASH one zero zero one
nine US District Court, Southern District of New York. So
the deposition of Jane Doe is going to happen, and
that's supposed to happen some point this month. They're going
to be pretty secretive around the date and the time,
(05:36):
but we'll find out after she is done being deposed.
Now onto our next article, And for those of you
who have been following the story for a while, you
all know that the person we're about to talk about
is suffering from main character syndrome. And that person we're
talking about today is Lady Victoria Jabby. But before we
(05:57):
dive into the article, I wanted to go over one
what main character syndrome is. Main character syndrome is not
a widely recognized or formally defined psychological term or diagnosis. Instead,
it's a phrase used to describe a certain mindset or
behavior pattern exhibited by individuals who seem to view themselves
(06:19):
as the central character in their own lives, similar to
a protagonist in a story or a movie. While not
a clinical condition, it is often used to describe people
who exhibit certain traits or tendencies. Here's a summary of
what is meant by main character syndrome. One. Self centeredness.
(06:39):
People with main character syndrome may display a tendency to
prioritize their own experiences, thoughts, and feelings above those of others.
They may believe that the world revolves around them and
that their actions and decisions are of the utmost importance.
Two over emphasis on personal narratives. These individuals might consistently
(07:01):
view their life experiences as part of an ongoing narrative,
with themselves as the central figure. They may frequently talk
about their life as if it were a story, using
phrases like I can't believe this is happening to me
or my life is like a movie. Three. Attention seeking behavior.
People with this mindset may exhibit attention seeking behavior, actively
(07:26):
seeking recognition, praise, or validation from others. They may feel
the need to be the center of attention in social situations,
the tendency to downplay others in their quest to be
the main character. Individuals with this mindset may downplay the achievements, experiences,
or emotions of others, as they may be focused on
(07:48):
their own narrative. Unrealistic expectations. Some individuals with main character
syndrome may have unrealistic expectations about how events in their
life should unfold. They may believe that things always go
their way, and may become frustrated or disillusioned when they don't.
Social implications. While the term is often used humorously, excessively
(08:12):
self centered behavior can strain relationships and lead to social conflicts.
Others may find it difficult to relate or connect with
individuals who consistently place themselves at the center of every situation.
All right, So with that in mind, let's get to
this article from the Daily Mail, and let's talk about
(08:32):
Lady Victoria Hervey headline Eden Confidential. Lady Victoria Hervey claims
there is hope for disgrace socialite Glenn Maxwell, but reveals
her support of the sex trafficker forced her to flee
the US. Yeah, because you know, she's the main topic
of everybody out here talking about this story breaking news.
(08:55):
You inserted yourself in this story. Nobody would have ever
been talking about you if if you didn't insert yourself
into this story, and she had to flee the US.
Give me a break already. You know who has to
flee their home. People in Sudan. They're fleeing their home.
Lady Victoria Hervey, you opt on a first class flight
and flew back to your castle. This article was authored
(09:16):
by Richard Eden. Lady Victoria Hervey has been outspoken in
her support of Prince Andrew and his old friend Glen Maxwell,
who is serving twenty years in prison in the US
for enticement of minors and sex trafficking of underage girls.
But as a result, Lady Victoria claims she has had
(09:37):
to flee the United States, her home for two decades.
Imagine the audacity of this woman talking about you had
to flee your home. How about those girls who were abused?
How about those girls who were molested? They don't have
a castle to flee back to. It all started getting
scary when I got involved with the new documentary about Colne.
(09:58):
The Marquess of Bristol's sister tells me I pretended to
be on a whistleblower's side to get evidence to support Golaine.
This is hilarious stuff right here and the sister of
the Marquess of Bristol. So in other words, what you're
telling me is she's the dim witted young sister like
Lalli's in Game of Thrones. That's what you're telling me, right,
(10:19):
And to have the audacity to come out and support
somebody like Elaine Maxwell is beyond the next level of brazen.
And if you don't think you're gonna get snapped back
and have criticism come your way for that, well, I
don't know what to say to you. And isn't it
funny that when you check a bully, all of a sudden,
that bully starts talking about how they're the victim. And
(10:39):
that's one of the main reasons I started covering this
case to begin with. I hate bullies with a passion,
and every single person involved in this case, as far
as Epstein's homies, Epstein's friends, Epstein's supporters, all of them
are bullies at their core. And we all know that
when bullies get their punk card pulled, they're never about
that life. They never want that smoke when they get
(11:01):
their punk card pulled, right, Oh, they want to pick
on people that aren't gonna fight back, people that aren't
gonna stand up for themselves. People that are scared or whatever, well,
unfortunately for them, that's not me. I'm not scared of them.
I'm not scared of their friends. I'm not scared of
anything about these cowards, because that's what they really are, cowards,
(11:22):
all of them, Every last one of these people that
was paling around with Epstein, every last one of these
people that was enabling Epstein, and every last one of
these people who was out here carrying water for Epstein.
You can all collectively go fuck yourselves, and any of
those bitch ass clowns that were rolling with Epstein that
have something to say about it. You know where I'm at.
(11:46):
I have been working under cover and it's dangerous. The
powers that be over there know all about me. I
even thought I was being followed. I was glad to
get back to the UK. I just want this to
be over and stop looking over my shoulder and get
back to normal. Holy main character syndrome Batman. Is this
lady for real? Nobody's following you, Nobody cares about you
(12:08):
until you open your dumb mouth and you say something stupid.
Then you're gonna get some slap back. But besides that, lady,
Victoria Heavey, you're not even an NPC in this story.
Stop it. Go ride your horse, Go buy a new purse,
Go do whatever it is that the Marque of Bristol's
daughter does. Because this whole entire thing here, you ain't
(12:29):
built for it. The socialite ads. I've been writing to
Glaine in prison, and I'm in touch with Prince Andrew,
but I can't discuss him. Although the Palace is fully
aware of what's going on. It is delicate, but I
think there is hope for Golaine. Talk about living in
another world. Hope for what that she doesn't get greenlit
(12:51):
in prison, Hope that she gets an extra Tofu dinner.
She ain't getting out of prison, if that's what you're
hoping for, Lady Victoria heave So the whole entire storyline
here is just straight up ridiculous, and that's why I
wanted to talk about what main character syndrome was before
we dove into this part of the article. But as
you can all see, somebody here is certainly suffering from it.
