Speaker 1 (00:00):
So this article, like I said, is from law on
crime dot com. The author is Aaron Keller and the
headline secret Jeffrey Epstein documents have been released by court order.
Read them all here. So obviously I'll post this link
in the description box, And if you have not checked
out the documents for yourself yet, make sure that you
(00:23):
hit this article and you do a quick scan for
yourself or a deep dive or whatever it is you
might be. Either way, you will have access to these
documents so you can read them for yourself, and that
link will be posted with all of the other links
inside of the description box. A heart excuse me. A
(00:45):
hard fought court battle by alleged groomer, an enabler, co
conspirator fellow scumbag child abuser Gilean Maxwell has failed and
a cash of forty seven previously secret court records pertaining
to Max Well's involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged
survivors has been released. And remember what Judge Presca said,
(01:08):
these are going to be coming out in a rolling manner.
These are not the only documents that are coming out,
so they have other batches that they're going to be
releasing as well, and so this cash here is the
opening salvo, right, the first of many. Remember the first
(01:29):
dump had over two thousand pages, and I expect when
all is said and done, that we get to a
number that exceeds that, or at the very least equals it.
So remember these are not all of the documents that
we're going to see at some point, but this is
just the opening salvo. The combined documents contain six hundred
(01:51):
and thirty eight pages in total by our count. Long
Crime downloaded all of the documents from PACER, the electronic
repository of Federal court records, when they were released on
Thursday night, and again that link will be in this
article so that you can go and check these out yourself. Right.
There's some interesting stuff in there, especially for those of
(02:11):
you who have not been following this case for a
long time, or for those of you who might be
confused about some of the statements made or comments and
depositions that people refer to. This is more of a
resource for you to fall back on and find the
answers right from the sources themselves. The survivors in this case,
(02:33):
Virginia et cetera, as opposed to getting it at second
or third hand right, And it's always what I suggest
to do, always, if it's possible, go directly to the source,
because then you don't have to worry about things being missing,
people omitting things, or anything like that. You're getting it
raw and unadult traded from the person who lived it.
(02:56):
So that's why I think that these court documents are
a big deal. And it also provides weight behind the
allegations that are made because these aren't just made. These
allegations and these depositions aren't done in a vacuum, right.
This is under oath with the threat of perjury hanging
over your head, as we see Gilan Maxwell suffering from
(03:21):
perjuring herself in these very documents. So it's a big
deal and it adds enormous weight to the allegations. In
my opinion. Electronic searches of the documents came up blank
for the words Trump and Clinton. However, the names of
both presidents do appear in the documents. The names are
(03:42):
just not easy to find. The Mara a Lago Club
is mentioned dozens of times, as are Great Britain's Prince
Andrew aka the Joe Exotic of the windsor family and
former Harvard Law School professor Alan I kept my underpants
on dirty dirshe Witz, that filthy rat, son of a bitch.
(04:03):
He is the worst of the worst, in my opinion.
This is a man that was integral in getting the
plea deal for Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, he was under allegations
himself of abusing Virginia, the same person that the plea
deal is going to basically screw over. It's just none
(04:25):
of it is right. And the fact that Alan Dershowitz
has not really been put on blast by the legacy
media is disgusting to me. And I guess you could
probably tell by the way I comment on this man
or excuse of a man, whenever he's brought up in
an article, would let you know just exactly how I
(04:47):
feel about him and how I feel about the role
he played within this whole entire thing. In one deposition,
Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts said, Epstein himself is the one
who took the widely publicized photo of herself with Prince
Andrew aka the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Epstein
used Robert's own Koda camera, she said, and we obviously
(05:11):
we've heard that before for those of us who have
been following it. And again, remember, like I said, we
don't know what's in these documents. We don't know if
there's going to be any bombshells. But I was I'm
operating under the suspicion that there is not going to
be anything in these six hundred and thirty eight pages
that is absolutely earth shattering. I think within those depositions, however,
(05:34):
I think that's where you're going to find a lot
of meat and potatoes. Here, Roberts mentions Clinton and other
famous people on Epstein's plane. The snippet attached here is
from page one five of the combined document JS. I
want to deal with things separately in order to respect
some of the reservations that you have. So I'm going
(05:56):
to ask you who the people were that you remember
flying with Jeff's plane when you were personally present, without
regard to whether there was any sexual activity that occurred
on the plane or not. So I'm not asking you
to implicate any of these famous people in an improper conduct,
but just tell me what the names of the people
(06:16):
are that you remember that you consider to be famous people. Okay,
this is Virginia answering. Okay, there was Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum,
there was Bill Clinton, there was Al Gore. There was
a whole bunch of models. I wouldn't really honestly be
able to give their names. There was Matt Groening, the
producer of the Simpsons cartoon, Jack Jack Cousteau's granddaughter, a
(06:41):
lot of interior designers, architects, politicians. I'm just trying to
think of as many names as possible for you off
the top of my head. That's as good as I
can get for now. The immediate follow up, the excuse me.
The immediate follow up made it clear that sexual impropriety
improprieties were not being alleged. The questioner was merely after
(07:04):
the names of people who were on Epstein's planes. And again,
these are enablers, right, These aren't people who were implicated
in abusing Virginia. But these are people that were around
when these trafficked girls were being abused. So while they
(07:25):
might not have been involved in the actual abusing of
these girls, the fact that they were around when it
was happening is beyond the limits of gross and his
borderline making them complicit. JS just a few other follow
up things I want to ask you, And again, if
(07:46):
any of these questions or questions that you're uncomfortable in
responding to, then don't hesitate to tell me that. Do
you have any recollection of Jeffrey Epstein specifically telling you
that Bill Clinton owes me favors Virginia? Yes, I did.
It was a laugh though, he would laugh it off.
You know, I remember asking Jeffrey, what's Bill Clinton doing here?
(08:07):
What's Bill Clinton doing here? Kind of thing, and he
laughed it off and said, well, he owes me a favor.
He never told me what favors they were. I never knew.
I didn't know if he was serious or if it
was just a joke. And again, this all goes into
the whole premise of this being a blackmail operation and
(08:27):
Epstein and Gilaine Maxwell being run as assets by the
intelligence community. He told me a long time ago that
everyone owes him favors. They're all in each other's pockets.
The lawyer, when you say you asked him, why is
Bill Clinton here? Where was here Virginia on the island?
(08:50):
The lawyer when you were present with Jeffrey and Bill
Clinton on the island, who else was there? Virginia, Gilaine
Emmy Taylor, and there were two young girls that I
could not identify. I never really knew them well anyway,
it was just two girls from New York, lawyer, And
where all of you staying at Jeffrey's house on the island,
including Bill Clinton, Virginia. That's correct. He had about four
(09:13):
or five different villas on his island, separate from the
main house, and we all stayed in the villas, Lawyer,
Were sexual orgies or regular occurrence on the island at
Jeffrey's house, Virginia? Yes, Look, this is damning for Bill Clinton,
even if he wasn't partaking in any of this sexual
(09:36):
misconduct that we know of, the fact that he was
on this island while these orgies were happening. Don't you
think this should be a bigger story in the media.
Don't you think that the media should have been all
over this for years, but instead they have chosen to
ignore it. Now ask yourselves, folks, why elsewhere? Roberts described
(09:59):
the inside of Epstein's bedroom on his private island. The
answer and the following question surrounded Maxwell's alleged sacks sex
axe there okay, large stony, He had a king sized
bed with posts on it. There was a large door,
I think it's called door where you put your clothes.
There was an adjacent bathroom with a more stony look,
(10:20):
giant tub. Question what color was the paint on the wall?
Answer it was stone. Question what color was the bed spread?
Answer white? Question what color were the sheets? Answer? White?
Question and you saw Gulaye Maxwell have sexual contact with
an unknown, unnamed female in that room? Correct answer absolutely.
(10:43):
Now remember the answers are given by Virginia here and
the questions are being asked by the lawyer. Question, all right,
when were you there that you saw this happen? Answer?
This happened on so many occasions. The island was a
place where orgies were a constant thing that took And
again it's impossible to know how many. And like I said,
(11:04):
it wasn't just Jeffrey's room, it was outside. And you
know it was question, what sexual contact did you observe
Gilaine Maxwell have with a female by the pool at
an orgy on the US virgin Islands. Answer, well, there
was quite a few girls and it was excuse me
if I'm saying this in an inexplicit way, but I
(11:24):
don't know how else to say it. So if you
don't understand, please let me know. Girl on girl action.
So there was a lot of what's the word for it, licking, licking,
vaginas and breasts. This is Gilaine Maxwell on the island
while Bill Clinton's present, and this is not a huge,
gigantic megas story. I understand that a lot of people
(11:46):
still want to protect Bill Clinton for some reason or another,
but this is damning information, folks. It's been out there
for those of us who have been following this story,
We've known this stuff, but now that it's coming out
in the media, well, I hope that the legacy media
jumps on board and he gets the same treatment that
Prince Andrew is getting over in England. Maxwell pressed the
(12:11):
courts to keep the records hidden from the public, but
Loretta A. Presca, a federal judge sitting in the Southern
District of New York, ultimately ordered that redacted versions of
the documents be made public. Maxwell's efforts to stall the
release of the documents, including a blizzard of court papers
on Wednesday, July twenty ninth and continuing into Thursday, July thirtieth.
(12:34):
The requests culminated at the trial court level with a
request for a last ditch effort telephone conference with PRESCA.
Hundreds of pages were simultaneously filed with the Second Circuit
Court of Appeals. It was all in vain, and that's
what I was telling. I told you folks that that
was going to be the case today. I knew that
this wasn't going to have any legs, and the fact
(12:56):
that they filed all of this stuff so late in
the game was going to work against them. Judge Presco
was not playing games with them. She wanted this stuff
to be released, and here we are. Maxwell's attorneys attempted
to argue that redactions to the documents by attorneys for
Roberts were not properly made. They also attempted to proffer
(13:17):
their own set of redacted documents to cure the alleged problems.
Prior to receiving Miss Maxwell's latest last minute request, the
court conducted an in camera review of plaintiff Virginia roberts
proposed redactions to the materials. Presco wrote, having heard nothing
from Miss Maxwell's late this morning, the court found Miss
(13:38):
roberts proposed redactions, which included minimal redactions of personally ID
identifiable information the names of non parties and descriptions of
non party conduct that would allow readers to discern the
identity of a given non party to be appropriate. In
other words, Maxwell's high paid, high profile Harvard lawyers, Well,
(14:02):
they got beat to the punch. They were late with
their filings. PRESCA was not having it, and she slapped
them right in their chops. In other words, Robert's redactions
were sufficient, PRESCA determined. It appears from court dockets that
Maxwell's Maxwell's attorneys were busy filing appellate court documents when
(14:23):
PRESCA was hearing nothing from them at the district court level.
The judge suggested Maxwell's attention should have been focused on
the redactions, not the appeal. And it's funny to me
to see this, right, PRESCA given them a lesson in
how to do business. You would think that these high
profile Harvard trained lawyers would have their shit together, but
(14:44):
I guess not. While Miss Maxwell gripes that Miss Roberts
submitted her proposed redactions to the court late on July
twenty ninth, Miss Roberts, at a minimum, gave the court
time to conduct a review of her proposed redactions while
preserving the original schedule for unseiling. By contrast, Miss Maxwell
(15:04):
at two PM informed the court that she is finalizing
her proposed redactions and that she will be ready to
provide them to the court at some undefined point today.
And this is the sort of environment they're used to
conducting themselves in, right, where they hold the keys, where
they make the rules, where they decide when and where
(15:25):
court documents are going to be released. Well, that shit
ended today in glorious fashion in Judge Presca's courtroom. On
top of this, and despite the Court's instruction that the
parties work together to ensure that the materials were properly
redacted by the appointed time, Miss Maxwell apparently has not
(15:46):
provided to Miss Roberts her proposed redactions either, for reasons
that should be very plain. This is entirely unworkable. This
is what we call a fatality move, right Remember in
Mortal Combat the video game, when you would do a
finishing move and it would say fatality. This is basically
(16:06):
what happened to Gilan Maxwell's absurd last minute objections. With
one additional slam in a footnote, the documents were unsealed
a few hours later, at about ten pm Eastern time
on Thursday. Just yesterday, the Court admonished Miss Maxwell for
filing an eleventh hour request for reconsideration on grounds that
(16:30):
could have been raised well before the Court ordered the
relevant documents unsealed. The Court is troubled, but not surprised
that Miss Maxwell has yet again sought to muddy the
waters as the clock click ticks closer to midnight. And
it's great to hear the judge say that right. I
stated this earlier because it's obvious to anyone paying attention
(16:52):
that's what they were doing all the time, muddying the
waters and attempting to gain the upper hand to make
sure that the narrative moves in their direction. The Appeals
Court did not rule on Maxwell's request for intervention in
the matter. The court's docket indicates here is what was
released Thursday. More documents are slated to be released as
(17:15):
late as Monday. So again, folks, we're not done yet.
There's gonna be more documents. They're coming in a rolling fashion.
Presco was very clear about that when she made the
original ruling, and you can expect to see more as
the days go by and we get deeper and deeper
into this case, because there is much more to be revealed,
(17:42):
and there's going to be flight logs, etc. Etc. So
all I can say is make sure that you have
a sufficient supply of popcorn on hand because the proverbial
shit is going to hit the fan. If you'd like
to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapucci
(18:03):
at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby c ap u Cci
at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on
Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap u Cci. The links that
pertain to this article can be found in the description box,
and make sure you click on the link. That way
you can look at all of these documents for yourself.
(18:26):
All right, So we're gonna get started off today with
an article from the Miami Herald that just came out,
and it's kind of a nice little introduction to what's
in the deposition. They have a couple of the juice
of your points, et cetera, et cetera. And considering this
all started with the Miami Herald, I figured it would
(18:46):
be the proper and right thing to do to use
their article to talk about this deposition as a tip
of the cap. So there's a lot going on, folks.
There's going to be a lot going on today. I'm
probably going to put out multiple episodes. We already have
the Morning update that I put out earlier that has
(19:09):
to do with Palm Beach and how the Palm Beach
Post is attempting to pry the grand jury testimony loose
from the first case around. And well, they had a
bit of a breakthrough with Dave Ahrenberg, who is the
state attorney general, saying that he is okay with it now.
(19:32):
So there is definitely movement going on there. Not too
sure what's going on behind the scenes. Obviously, I don't
have a link to Florida what's going on down there.
I don't have any sources, nothing like that. But it
certainly looks like things are moving in the proper direction.
And I think with this deposition being released, the one
we're talking about today, the Maxwell deposition, I think that's
(19:54):
going to play favorably into getting this grand jury testimony
released as well, because it will fill in so many blanks.
Right Imagine having this grand jury testimony come out and
we could see every last little thing that the prosecution
and Epstein's defense did to get him off. No wonder
(20:16):
they want to keep that stuff private. No wonder they
want to keep it hidden. And are you shocked at
a judge with the last name of Marx doesn't want
any transparency. I am not. So There's a lot going
on right and today is a bellweather day for this case.
This has been a long time coming. These documents have
(20:38):
been hidden for way too long, and in the interest
of justice and in the interest of transparency, it is
about time that they were dumped. So again, this is
this episode's gonna get us kicked off for our day.
I'm expecting a marathon kind of day here in the studio.
(20:59):
I don't have any plans on doing anything else today
besides reading the deposition, sitting around in the studio and
seeing what we can figure out and what we can find.
Because all the time we have spent on this case together,
now what are we seven hundred and forty eight forty
nine articles deep. You guys are like my family at
this point. I spend more time with you than I
(21:20):
spend with my friends. So we're just gonna keep it rocking.
And you know what, in for a penny, in for
a pound, Let's see what this Miami Herald article is
offering us to get the day started. All right, So,
Gilainne Maxwell testimony four hundred and sixty five pages of
(21:43):
Fury denials glimpses into Jeffrey Epstein's life. The authors of
this article are Kevin G. Hall and Ben Wheer. No,
Gilaine Maxwell doesn't remember where she met Virginia Roberts, the
woman who says she was recruited from a job at
mar A Lago as a teenager to become a Jeffrey
(22:04):
Epstein massuse and eventually a survivor. Well, that's a chakha.
Giylan Maxwell sure does have selective memory loss, considering everybody
knows you met her at mar A Lago. It's on
the record, I mean, on page fourteen and fifteen of
(22:24):
the deposition. It's pretty clear that she perjured herself. Gailen
Maxwell perjured herself. And I posted both of those little
little clips that were screenshotted on my Twitter account and
also on the Facebook page. It's obvious to me that
she perjured herself with those comments and right there, right there,
as prosecutors. If it was me as a prosecutor, I
(22:47):
would have charged her with perjury as well. Yes, she
recalls women hanging around Epstein's pool topless, but it was
not the common and they didn't appear underage. Again, everybody,
he's an expert. Huh on how old somebody is. Everybody
has the link and they know who's what and how
(23:07):
old you are just by looking at you. I'm sorry
that does not work, especially this day and age. You
don't know how old they are because it was the
plan to make sure that nobody told their real age. Remember,
Oh yeah, I remember. No, despite claims to the contrary,
(23:28):
she didn't participate in orgies with Epstein and young girls,
including a specific allegation that involved the participation of a
thirteen year old. Again, folks, let's just be clear. Okay,
this isn't just us talking shit. This isn't us trying
to paint her as the bipedal serpent she is. The
(23:49):
prosecutors themselves said she perjured herself in this deposition. That
means the prosecutors also believe she's a liar. So you're
not on a fishing expedition. We have never been on
a fishing expedition on this podcast. This has never been
a conspiracy theory. This has always been a cover up,
and we have been on it from the jump, all
(24:12):
of us. The back and forth comes from a four
hundred and sixty five page transcript released early Thursday of
a deposition from twenty sixteen given by Maxwell, the former partner,
co conspirator, general scumbag, all around child abuser, and bipedal
serpent alleged recruiter for Jeffrey Epstein. It shows how deeply
(24:37):
intertwined he was in what authorities labeled the sex trafficking
of miners, and it was again that is the central
part of this, right, the sex trafficking of miners. Of course,
that's the most heinous possible crime you could ever commit.
In my book, that is the worst thing you could
possibly do is hurt children, defenseless, little ass naive children,
(25:01):
and I have no remorse for it. I think I've
been very clear about how I feel. If you get
caught doing this and you're convicted and a jury of
your peers sentences you, well, chemical castration should be your fate.
I'm sorry. You have lost all your ability to be
(25:23):
part of normal society. Once you start hurting children. There's
no rehabilitation from that. Maxwell gave the deposition, and a
defamation lawsuit settled in twenty and seventeen brought against her
by Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts. Much of the document remained
hidden from public view until the Miami Herald first sued
(25:46):
in April twenty and eighteen for dozens of documents in
the case to be unsealed. And again, we have to
give the Miami Herald their credit. I don't honestly, let's
be very clear about this. I don't care about their motivations,
right that their motivations were political to start. I care
about what they unearthed. And the Miami Herald did good
(26:06):
work here and they they should be lauded for that.
An earlier batch of documents was released last summer, while
Robert supported release of the transcripts in July, Maxwell's lawyers
had put up an put up obstacle after obstacle to
block its release. Yeah, look, how many technicalities did they
throw up? How many times did they drag their feet
(26:30):
or bring up a loophole? They did not want this
released because they knew what was going to happen, And
that is exactly what's occurring right now. All of you
out there digging in, got your cup of coffee, maybe
a breakfast sandwich in some places it's lunch, And hell,
I have listeners on every continent, so everybody, different time
(26:52):
for everybody, but I'm sure it's the same routine in
every house at all four corners of the globe right
now for people who are interested laying back someplace quiet
and reading through the deposition that we have been waiting
for for years and now it's finally here, and it
is time to put an exclamation point on this investigation.
(27:16):
It's time to bring in these co conspirators, and it
is certainly time that the predators become the prey. That
ended Thursday, after days of wrangling over redactions, when the
transcript of the deposition became public, it showed the degree
to which Maxwell was obstructive in her sworn testimony about
(27:39):
her relationship with Epstein, and the detailed questioning by Robert's
lawyers outlined her intimate knowledge of his empire. Again, and
for all of you loudmouthed jack offs out there who
called Virginia a liar, and you know you want to
sit around on Twitter and bang on your keyboard from
your mom's basement, well put this in your pipe and
(28:02):
smoke it, you bunch of absolute ingraded morons. When asked
if she had ever seen a girl under the age
of eighteen in Epstein's home who wasn't the child of
a friend. Maxwell denied any knowledge. Yeah, of course she did.
What is she She's not going look this deposition. Maxwell
(28:23):
thought that she was never going to have to be
called to account for any of this. They never thought
Epstein was going to get arrested again. Nobody ever expects
the Spanish inquisition. And then when he got nailed, that
is when the sweat started again. I'm sure the Joe
Exotic of the Windsor family is sweating bullets right now.
(28:46):
So it is an absolute lie. Okay, I'll just straight
up call it what. It is, an absolute lie when
Glen Maxwell denies any knowledge. She was the one trolling
the malls, She was the controlling these schools, she was
the one trolling Central Park. She is the one who
went up to the girl in France. So please spare
(29:07):
me your lies. Maxwell. They could have charged you with
one hundred counts of perjury probably from this deposition from
what I've read so far, you bipedal serpent, enjoy your
boloney sandwich again. I can't testify to that because I
have no idea what you were talking about. Maxwell, said,
survey says lies. She is an absolute liar, and in
(29:32):
this deposition it brings it really to light. You can
really tell that she was arrogant and caught up in
her own hubris and thought that she would never, ever,
ever have to answer for these allegations, for these lies.
As Virginia's lawyers continue to press Maxwell on whether she
(29:54):
had ever observed underage girls in Epstein's home, Maxwell continued
to deny any knowledge, in spite of being presented with
police reports documenting Epstein's alleged abuse of girls. She was
adamant trying to protect Jeffrey and herself and the operation.
(30:14):
Remember what, you don't think she was conditioned for this.
You don't think that her handlers had ever ran through
this kind of routine with her. In case you ever
get busted, this is what might happen. This is what
you say, this is what you do. And then you
add on to that these high powered lawyers. Oh yeah,
I am sure Maxwell was well coached for this deposition.
(30:37):
I had an office with a door, so the door
would be shut and I would be working. I'm not
responsible for what Jeffrey does, and I don't always pay
attention to what happens in the house. She said, well,
yes you are. You're part of the criminal enterprise. You're
a co conspirator. You're the underboss, right co boss A
and B. So yeah, you're responsible. Okay, that is why
(31:02):
Rico needs to be dropped on them, because it's for
everybody involved. Then everybody in the criminal conspiracy gets themselves
a nice Rico belt, and now we don't have to
worry about technicalities and loopholes because all of these scumbags
are caught up under the Rico umbrella. And then the
(31:22):
next step is long prison sentences. The transcript also calls
into question Maxwell's assertion that she had little to do
with Epstein after his release from a Florida jail in
two thousand and nine, and is in conflict with her
later assertion that Epstein paid her legal bills at the
(31:43):
time of the civil case. She was all over the
place in this and now that we have hindsight to
guide us four years later, five years basically later. Now, well,
this is going to be picked apart with laser like precision,
and the people that are going to be doing that
are all of you out there, folks. This is a
team effort, all of us digging into this looking for
(32:05):
those little kernels of truth, those little nuggets of gold.
That's important because in the US Virgin Islands, Maxwell is
suing the Epstein estate, valued at more than six hundred
million dollars. She has argued the estate must cover her
legal bills because she was an employee who had a
verbal agreement with Epstein and that he kept his word
(32:27):
about paying her bills until his shocking death in August
twenty nineteen in a Manhattan jail. So you had nothing
to do with them, huh, bipedal serpent. You had nothing
to do with Epstein for all those years, but he
just still paid your bills because he was a nice guy.
Jeffrey Epstein was the kind of guy where he just
wanted to pay everyone's bills. He wanted to give people money,
(32:48):
He wanted to, you know, help everybody out because just
from the bottom of his heart. That's the kind of
guy he was. Yeah. Right, he was paying your legal
bills because you were part of the criminal conspiracy. He's
paying your legal bills because your handlers demanded it. In
(33:09):
the deposition, she insisted he was not paying her legal bills.
She also appeared to contradict what is now common knowledge
that Epstein did work for her father, Robert Maxwell, a
high profile publishing baron who died under mysterious circumstances in
nineteen ninety one. Yeah, that was unearthed recently, right, Remember
(33:30):
what I just said, hindsight. We have the benefit of
hindsight when we're discussing this. Now we're talking about five
years ago. A lot of things changed, a lot of
information has come out, and Gielen Maxwell has proven to
be a liar. After his death at sea, apparently falling
off his yacht called the Lady Glaine, he was discovered
(33:53):
he had Pilford his company's pension fund. Sounds like a
hell of a guy, huh. Raised the perfect daughter. Apple
did not fall far from the tree. She and Epstein
met the same year that she began working for Epstein,
in nineteen ninety two. According to the deposition, that's a lie.
Another lie. Perjured herself once again. When asked if she
(34:14):
was ever Epstein's girlfriend, Maxwell replied that it was a
tricky question. Yeah, no, shit, because you were never his girlfriend.
You were his business associate. Okay, you guys might have
played the part like the family on the Americans oh yeah,
this is my girlfriend. No, that wasn't the case. Okay,
enough with the bullshit. Let's cut to the chase, folks.
(34:34):
Let's get cut all the fat away and get to
the meat of the situation. Gilanne Maxwell was never Jeffrey's girlfriend.
They'd never in love, none of that shit, all right.
She was a coal hearted, calculated asset who was running
an operation with her partner. That's what it was. There
(34:55):
were times when I would have liked to think of
myself as his girlfriend, she said. Yeah, well I'd like
to think of my self as a bazillionaire. But here
we are. Maxwell was arrested this past July second at
one hundred and fifty six acre estate in New Hampshire
and charged with four counts of sexual trafficking of a
minor and two counts of perjury related to statements she
(35:15):
made in the April twenty and sixteen deposition. Oh just
two counts, huh, pretty sure. There's more than two counts
of perjury in there. But like I said when it happened,
those are hole charges. We're waiting for a superseded indictment
to come down, and when that occurs, expect a whole
heap of vicious federal charges. The sexual trafficking charges covered
(35:42):
her alleged recruiting and grooming of three girls for Jeffrey
Epstein to sexually abuse between nineteen ninety four and nineteen
ninety seven. Maxwell is alleged to have partaken in the
abuse with one of the girls. An extraordinarily lenient deal
with federal prosecutors in two thousand and eight, spotlighted in
The Herald's Perversion of Justice series in November twenty eighteen,
(36:04):
allowed Epstein to escape similar charges. And we talked a
lot about that this morning on the Morning Drop in
the Palm Beach case, and how he was able to
skirt those charges, and how Krisher and the State of
Florida is that they are involved in the liability of that.
(36:25):
In my opinion, and I think that there should be
hefty penalties for those who helped prosecute that case. Maxwell's
presence as an adult woman helped put the survivors at ease,
as Maxwell and Epstein intended, said Audrey Strauss, the acting
US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and
(36:45):
announcing the charges against Maxwell in July. The newly released
transcript depicts Maxwell as an obstructionist, making lawyers repeat a
question four or five times on questions such as whether
calling a victim a liar can be cycled logically harmful,
And that's what they do. She's trying to obfuscate. She's
trying to, you know, find a technicality, a loophole, a
(37:06):
way to get out of answering the question, and her
lawyers were well adept at helping her do so. But
guess what we're on to you, Gilaine. We have all
the circumstantial evidence and now we have this deposition to
go back and cross reference to. So, in the words
of plenty of people throughout history, you are ft frustrated
(37:32):
by Maxwell's non answers. Lawyers then turned to the allegation
by several women who said they were brought in as
miners to give massages to Epstein at his Palm Beach home.
Many said there were sex toys present and that Epstein
unexpectedly used them as he forced himself on them. And
this is not one girl, this is not two girls.
(37:53):
This is not Virginia, this is not Maria. This are
these are the girls, the Palm Beach High School girl
that were brought there. The Hailey Robson's of the world.
And it is obscene that only one of those girls
was brought before the grand jury. Absolutely obscene and unacceptable.
(38:14):
Maxwell responded by asking for a definition of a sex toy.
Oh how really, you don't know what a sex toy is,
Miss Oxford. No, I need you to define a sex toy.
I don't have enough knowledge of sex toys, she was responded.
She responded, Oh yeah, okay, you don't have enough experience
with them, enough knowledge. How come they were all over
(38:34):
the house. How come you had a whole basket full
of them that old boy had to clean up, either
had to clean them up after you were done. You're
not fooling anybody, Gilaine. You bipedal serpent. And guess what.
All of your chickens have come home to roost, All
of those girls that you helped abuse, all of those
girls you brought into Jeffrey Epstein's orbit. This is their time.
(38:57):
Your time has passed. What was coming? A first batch
of documents in the Roberts Epstein lawsuit was concealed on
August ninth, twenty nineteen, a month after Epstein was arrested
on new federal charges of his sex crimes. And the
day before his death by alleged suicide, and those two
(39:18):
thousand documents were a bell weather in this case. Without
those two thousand documents being dumped, without those documents being
put out into the public sphere, I don't think we'd
ever have this deposition. So it's a huge deal. It's
incredibly awesome that the precedent was set, and I really
hope that Palm Beach follows suit. The unsealed documents in
(39:40):
twenty nineteen detailed Maxwell's alleged role in finding girls to
satisfy Epstein's insatiable sexual appetite. It also alleged that Roberts,
who was about seventeen when Maxwell allegedly recruited her to
have sex with Epstein, had been directed to have relations
with a host of Maxwell and epstein prominent friends. And
(40:02):
we've you know, obviously talked about this a lot from
the first dump. All of the really prominent, highly placed
people that Virginia says that she was trafficked to, and
all of the disgusting rat bastards who were named have
been discussed at length here on this podcast. These included
(40:26):
former Main Senator George Mitchell, former New Mexico Governor Bill
bitch Ass, Richardson, French modeling scout Jean Luke Brunell, American
hotel magnate Tom Pritzker, and New York hedge fund manager
Glenn Dubin. So all of these guys that were named
by Virginia, why aren't all of them called in under oath?
(40:49):
They're accused of very heinous crimes here, folks. At the
very least, they should all be brought in and put
under oath and have a nice talk with the FBI. Right,
why would they not, at the very least be brought
in to have a talk. If they're innocent, fine, prove
your innocence. But if they're not innocent, if they did
(41:09):
do this, then how broken is our system? How corrupt
is our justice department? Because these are some of the
most powerful men in the world, folks, and they are
not even being put with their feet to the fire
to answer any of these questions. It's time for that
to change your money, your power, your status. That doesn't
(41:32):
give you the go ahead to abuse other people, That
doesn't give you the go ahead to treat other people
as less than And it's time these people learn that
Roberts had previously said that she had also been directed
to have sex with England's Prince Andrew aka the Joe
Exotic of the Windsor family, which appears to be the
(41:53):
subject in a section of the transcript in which there
is a discussion about alleged events in the bathtub of
Maxwell's home in London. And we all know that Maxwell,
Andrew Epstein and Virginia were at her Belgravia home. We
saw the picture that wasn't faked. What did Virginia run
(42:14):
over to photo shop and whip that one up? Give
me a break, all right, it's been The authenticity of
it has been confirmed by several sources, including the FBI.
So spare me with the fake pictures or the fat
fingers or I wasn't there, mister Joe Exotica of the
Windsor family. The Epstein accuser also said she was forced
(42:34):
to have sex with prominent American attorney Alan I kept
my underpants on Dershowitz. All the men have denied Robert's claims,
and Roberts and Dershowitz have sued each other for defamation.
And we've all seen how unhinged Dershowitz has been, so
I'm sure this is gonna launch him over the edge.
Here he's gonna be running around Martha's vineyard naked looking
(42:56):
for a volleyball game. All disheveled after this one, folks.
After Epstein was found dead in his jail cell at
the Metropolitan Correctional Center, Maxwell largely disappeared from public view.
She was photographed out of Los Angeles in an out
burger restaurant, an unusual locale for a British socialite, weeks
after Epstein's death. Well, I don't know about that, but
(43:19):
you know, In and Out has some quality burgers, new
folks that have never had it. It's good shit. So
I don't know why they would say a socialite might
not go there. But the picture that was taken there
certainly was doctor. There was some tomfoolery going on with it,
for sure, So I don't even know honestly if she
was even there right That picture is very fraudulent in
(43:42):
my opinion, so I think it was just another disinformation
attempt by her and her mouthpiece LG. The New Hampshire
house where Maxwell was arrested was purchased through a shell
company in December twenty nineteen, and Maxwell kept her name
off the purchasing documents. According to someone familiar with the
(44:03):
details of the sale, she toured the house under a
pseudonym yeah, with her quote unquote husband Scott Borgerson, both
having their hearty taty accents. It all added weight to
an argument by lawyers for The Herald that Maxwell's April
twenty sixteen deposition was a judicial document in a settled
(44:25):
case and that there was public interest in releasing it.
And there's no doubt in my mind that is exactly
what the Second Circuit Court of Appeals thought. These are
judicial documents, they need to be public record, and that
is the end of it. And finally, somebody legally speaking
smashed Glayn Maxwell's legal team over the head with a
(44:47):
cudgel and told them to shut their fat yaps. US
District Judge Loretta Presco ruled in July twenty twenty in
favor of the head Harold, ordering that the deposition and
several related documents in the Roberts Maxwell lawsuit be made public.
(45:08):
Maxwell appealed that, and on Monday, the Court of Appeals
for the Second Circuit ruled against her. That set in
motion another round of court filings where Maxwell's attorneys sought
further delay and argued for blacking out more names and descriptions.
So they really they went from let's not get her
released to try and have as many redactions as we
possibly can. They will do anything, folks, to keep the
(45:31):
truth from reaching you. And the scuzzbags in the legacy
media they're part of that too. So remember that when
you're running over to read MSNBC to get your rage porn,
or you're out in the New York Times trying to
think about how bad the other side is, well, just
remember those very same authors, those very sane people and
(45:53):
politicians who live on that ivory tower on both sides
of the aisle were involved and not doing a thing
thing about this for decades. Two unidentified persons who provided
testimony in the civil suit this week were given another
fourteen days to convince Presca to redact their names and
(46:16):
some information. The deposition also factors into Maxwell's ongoing criminal case,
scheduled for a July trial. Her lawyers have argued that
the deposition had been released illegally to federal prosecutors, a
charged the prosecutor's dispute the deposition release, her lawyer said,
would jeopardize chances of a fair trial in the criminal case,
(46:38):
oh boo hoo. And I'm glad to see the court
didn't agree with that, because it's a BS reason. What
you're doing is speculating that the juror pools already tanked
before you've even talked to anybody. So how in the
hell do you think that's gonna go over. Nobody's believing that.
Nobody's buying that, and the court certainly wasn't buying it.
(47:01):
So now, Maxwell, it is time for you to reap
what you sew and it's time for the rest of
us to continue on the hunt, all right, everybody, So
I will be back more to fill in some more blanks.
We'll talk about some more stuff later on, and obviously
we'll reach more articles as they're coming out today. I'm
(47:23):
gonna stick around, like I said, I'm gonna read through
this deposition, try and get as far as I can
before more episodes later on tonight. But there we are.
There's a quick update for where we stand, and I'll
