In this episode, we're gonna start taking a look at
the Johanna Schoberg deposition that just dropped in the new
document ump. And while there's going to be a ton
of articles out talking about this stuff, this is the
actual meat and potatoes of it. And the most important
part is that we go through the document and see

what the document itself says for ourselves. So with that
in mind, let's dive in. Sigarett McCauley is asking the questions,
and obviously Johanna is answering. McCauley. All right, so we're
going to get started, and if you have any questions

what I'm marking as exhibit one. It's going to be
the renotice of your videotape deposition, which is simply a
notice I'm going to show you. And then Exhibit two
is a subpoena that we served on you. So you're
here today pursuing to our notice of deposition and the
subpoena that we served on you. Are you familiar with
the subpoena? Have you seen the document before? Schoberg? Yes, McCauley, okay, great,

all right. Do you know a female by the name
of Glaine Maxwell Schoberg. Yes, McCauley. And when did you
first meet miss Maxwell Shoburg? Two thousand and one March
probably end of February, beginning of March McCauley. And how
did you meet her, Shoeburg. She approached me while I
was on campus at Palm Beach Atlantic College. McCauley, and

what happened after she approached you, Shoburg. She asked me
if I could tell her how to find someone that
would come and work out her house. She wanted to
know if there was like a bulletin board or something
that she could post that she was looking for someone
to hire. McCauley. And what did you discuss with her, Shoburg.
I told her where she could go to, you know,
(02:37):
put up a listing, and then she asked me if
I knew anyone that would be interested in working for McCauley.
Did she describe what the work was going to be Shoeburg.
She explained that she lived in Palm Beach and she
didn't want butlers because they're too stuffy, and so she
just liked to hire girls to work at the house,
answer phones, get drinks, do the job a butler would do. McCauley.

And did she tell you that she would pay you
for that kind of job? Schoberg. At the moment, no,
but later in the day, yes, McCauley. And what did
she say to you? Answer? There was another woman with her.
I don't recall her or what she looks like or
how old she was McCauley. And what happens next? Answer?
And then she asked me if I would be interested

in working for her, and she told me that she
was I could trust her, and that I could jump
in her car and go check out the house at
that moment if I wanted to, And so I said, sure,
let's do it, and went to her home with her. McCauley.
And where was that home? Answer in Palm Beach McCauley.
And did she describe that home as being her home? Answer?

She described it as being her home and alluded to
the fact that it was her and Jeffrey's home and
that she had homes all over the world. Yes, McCauley.
And what happened when you arrived at the home? Answer?
I believe she just showed me around. McCauley. Do you
recall meeting anybody at the home? Answer? I don't recall
if I met Jeffrey at that time or the next

time that I was there. McCauley. How did you meet Jeffrey?
Did Maxwell introduce you to Jeffrey? Answer yes, McCauley. What
do you recall of your first meeting with Jeffrey Answer?
I remember him being in a bathrobe. I recall talking
to him about how I was a major in psychology
and he had studied psychology, and so he spoke with
me about different topics. I remember thinking, this guy is

very smart. That was my first impression. McCauley. And when
you refer to Jeffrey, are you referring to Jeffrey Epstein?
Answer yes, McCauley. How did the meeting? You said, Maxwell
took you to the home. Do you remember how that
meeting ended? Answer? Well, she dropped me back off at campus. McCauley.
And did you to this, Johanna interrupts. She got my

number and I took her number, and then she called
me the next weekend to work. McCauley. So at that
point you started working for miss Maxwell? Answer at that time, yeah,
Now to this, Laura Meninger, one of the lawyers for

then start working for miss Maxwell after that first meet up? Answer?

She called me and I went over to the home
the next Sunday to work. McCauley, And what work can
you describe for me the first day at work? What
work you performed? Answer? Sure, I remember answering the phones
and taking messages. And at one point she asked me
to go pick up printer ink, and I took her
car to office depot to get ink. She asked me
to go buy some magazines, so I went to the

Palm Beach Delhi News and bought a few magazines. She
and I went. She wanted to take me shopping to
Worth Avenue, but it was a Sunday and Neiman Marcus
was closed, so we went back to like a little bookstore,
and I remember she bought I think five pairs of
reading glasses because she thought Jeffrey would like them. He
had them all over the house. On every table there
(05:55):
was reading glasses. That's about it. It was a pretty
simple day, McCauley. Were you paid for that day of work?
Answer yes, McCauley. And how much were you paid? Do
you remember? Answer? I don't remember how many hours I
was there. She paid me cash, McCauley, So Maxwell paid you?
Answer yes, McCauley. And then was she the one who

trained with you with respect to what you were supposed
to do during the day, directed you to like you said,
go to to this Johanna interrupts. I believe she was
the one that was kind of showing me around. McCauley.
And how long did you work in that position answering
phones and doing Johanna answers, just that one day, McCauley,
(06:39):
Just that one day. And did your duties change? Answer? Well,
the next time she called me, she asked me if
I wanted to come over and make one hundred dollars
an hour rubbing feet McCauley. And what did you think
of that? Offer? Answer? I thought it was fantastic McCauley.
And did you come over to the house for that purpose?
Answer yes, McCauley. And when you came over to the house,

was Maxwell present? Answer I don't recall, McCauley. And what
happened that second time you came to the house? Answer?
At that point, I met Emmy Taylor, and she took
me up to Jeffrey's bathroom and he was present, and
her and I both massage. Jeffrey. She was showing me
had a massage, and then she he took he got

off the table, she got on the table. She took
off her clothes, got on the table, and then he
was showing me moves that he liked. And then I
took my clothes off. They asked me to get on
the table so I could feel it. Then they both
massaged me. So it was more than a foot massage
at that point. Answer yeah, it was mostly like legs
and back McCauley. Was everybody in the room without clothes on? Answer?

When they were on the massage table, Yes, McCauley. Did
they When they got off the massage table to perform
the massage, did they dress or did? Answer? Yes McCauley,
they dressed. And do you recall who paid you for
that first day that you did the massage? Answer? I
don't recall, McCauley. Do you recall whether Maxwell was at

the house during that first day when you were doing
the massage with Emmy and Jeffrey Menager? To this objection,

Did you start to travel as part of your job
with Jeffrey and Golaane? Answer? Yes. The next time they
called me, they asked me to go to New York. McCauley.
And did you do you recall when that was approximately? Answer?
That was the Easter of two thousand and one. McCauley.

And do you recall who was on the plane with

I'm going to stop really quickly, and I'm going to
ask for the next exhibit, please, Manager, this is three. McCauley. Yes,

purpose of this deposition. McCauley, Johanna, I'm going to direct

going to say what pages they are before I hand

are flight logs pulled from David Rodgers, one of the
pilots of Epstein and that have been produced in this case.

The witness, okay, McCauley. So you mention that you traveled
to New York. If you turn to page flag page
which should be zero zero seven, four to eight at
the top of the document, you're going to see a
date of April two thousand and one. I'm just going
to ask you to go down to the if you
look at the line on the left to where it
says nine for the date, and look over where it
(10:18):
has the names. Do you see can you identify your
name on that list? Answer yes, McCauley. And can you
tell me, I know there are initials there. Who else,
to the extent you remember was on the plane with you?

to when you traveled that first time with Jeffrey Epstein.
Answer we left from Palm Beach and landed in Atlantic
City for a few hours because there was a storm
in New York, and then got back on the plane
a few hours later and landed in Teterborough. McCauley, and
you said that you recall landing in Atlantic City. Did

you go into Atlantic City? Answer yes, we went to
one of Trump's casinos. McCauley. Did you actually go into
the casino itself? Answer yes. McCauley. Do you recall Virginia
at the time, Virginia Roberts being present with you? Answer yes. McCauley,
do you recall if she went into the casino? Answer

she was underage. I did not know anything about how
old you had to be to gamble legally. I just
knew that she could not get in because of an
ID issue, so she and I did not gamble. McCauley,
in your opinion, did Virginia look young in your view?
Answer yes, McCauley. Did you ever did you at that
time wonder why she was traveling with Jeffrey? Answer? At

that time, I did not, McCauley. Did you later wonder that? Answer? Yes, McCauley.
And what was your impression? Manage your objection? Vague speculative
the witness I were just jumping ahead. Is that okay? Ms? McCauley, Yeah,
that's okay. Answer A few days later. I remember asking
her questions to try to figure out her role why

she was there, and she gave me vague answers and
was never specific, and so I thought perhaps she was
just an assistant, someone that did massage as well. I
wanted to believe that she was an innocent McCauley. Did
you ever refer to her as being orphan like? Answer?
I did, McCauley. And how did that come about? Answer? No,
I only to you. I said that to you. I
(12:51):
just saw her as perhaps someone who may not have
had a strong family, and they took her under their wing. McCauley. Now,
you mentioned remembering going to Atlantic City. Did you go
where did you go after Atlantic City? Answer? Once we
landed in New York Emmy and I went in a
car and drove around the city for half an hour
or so, just to see some of the city. McCauley.
(13:14):
And then where did you go after doing the sight seeing? Answer?
We went to the townhouse down e seventy first McCauley.
And can you describe that location for me? Answer? Sure,
between Madison and Park. I think the address might have
been ninety seventy first Street. McCauley. And who on that home?
Answer as far as I know, Epstein. McCauley. Can you
(13:37):
describe for me physically what and to this Johanna interjects palatial?
When you walk up, it looks like a normal door
to a townhouse. And you when you walk in, I
thought there were four floors. I heard there were seven floors.
I didn't see them all. McCauley. And do you recall who,
if anybody, was at Jeffrey's home when you arrived? Answer? Yes.
(13:59):
When I first woke in the door, it was just
myself and Glaine headed for the staircase and said told
me to come up to the living room. McCauley. And
what happened at that point when you came up to
the living room. Answer, I came up and saw Virginia, Jeffrey,
Prince Andrew Glaine in the room. McCauley, and did you
(14:19):
meet Prince Andrew at that time? Answer yes, McCauley. And
what happened next? Answer? At one point Glaine told me
to come upstairs and we went into a closet and
pulled out the puppet the caricature of Prince Andrew and
brought it down and there was a little tag on
the puppet that said Prince Andrew on it. And that's
when I knew who he was. McCauley and did what
(14:43):
did the puppet look like? Answer? It looked like him,
and she brought it down and presented it to him,
and that was a great joke because apparently it was
a production from a show on BBC, and they decided
to take a picture with it, in which Virginia and
Andrew sat on a couch. They put the puppet on
Virginia's lap and I sat on Andrew's lap, and they
(15:03):
put the puppet's hand on Virginia's breast, and Andrew put
his hand on my breast and they took a photo. McCauley,
do you remember who took the photo? Answer? I don't recall, McCauley,
did you ever see that photo after it was taken? Answer?
I did not, McCauley, and miss Maxwell was present during
the Was Miss Maxwell present during that? Answer? Yes, McCauley.

What happened next? Answer? The next thing I remember is
just being shown to which room I was going to
be staying in. McCauley. When you exited the room that
you were in where the picture was taken, do you
recall who remained in that room? Answer? I don't. McCauley.
Do you recall seeing Virginia exit that room? Answer? I don't.

And can you describe for me what happened during that massage? Answer?
Near the end, he asked me to rub his nipples

Johanna interrupts, Well, we had a conversation a little later
talking about his expectations, and that was the conversation where
he said that the next trip they were going on
was to the island in the Virgin Islands, and I
would be invited. However there would be quote sex stuff happening. McCauley.

Can you describe for me, Can you describe for me
what the in New York were you massaged and what
that looked like. Answer? He had one room that was
the massage room. It was about the size of a
spa room in a spa. It had high ceilings, It
had dark tapestry on the walls. It was a very
dark room. There was a very large picture of a

naked woman whom I don't recall. That's all I remember.
McCauley in the New York home. Did you observe photos
around the house? Answer I don't recall. McCauley. In the
Palm Beach home that we were talking about earlier, did
you recall seeing photos in that and yes, McCauley. And
do you recall seeing photos of naked females in that home?
(18:05):
Answer yes, McCauley. Approximately, can you tell me where you
would see those in the home? Answer? I definitely saw
them in his bathroom and I can't recall if they
were in the main living areas. McCauley. Did you see
them in the stairwell up to the second story of
the house. Answer I can't recall. McCauley. Do you know
(18:26):
who who the people were in those photos? Were they
familiar to you? Answer no, McCauley. Were you in any
of those photos answer at one point, yes, McCauley. And
were you naked in these photos? Answer topless. McCauley, do
you recall seeing any naked photos of Virginia Roberts? Answer

I do not. McCauley, where did you go next after
the New York visit? Answer? I went to the Virgin Islands. McCauley.
And who told you that you would be going to
the Virgin Islands? Answer? He asked me if I wanted
to go, and I said I would still like to go. McCauley.
And do you recall who you you went with to
the Virgin Islands? Answer? I believe well, I know Virginia

was with me, Glaine was there, Jeffrey, and there were
two other women that I don't recall their names. McCauley.
Did you travel on Jeffrey's plane to get to those islands?
Answer yes. McCauley. I want to show you again the

there are prostitutes. That was all part of the baked

recall massage and Glaine on the trip to the USVII.
Do you recall where that took place? Answer? I don't
recall what days we were there. So McCauley, do you
recall where it took place? Answer? I believe it was well,
either in my guest cottage or one of them. There
were three guest houses set up that were all similar
that I was staying in Virginia, and I stayed in

one together, and it was either in there or in
another one that was identical. McCauley. And was that massage
performed with Virginia as well or by you alone? Answer?

USVII on that trip with you besides Virginia? Answer to

during that trip laying out by the pool? Answer there

dacted that you met during the time with Jeffrey Epstein?

were generally young. I did not know the ages really
of anyone there, so, McCauley. How many massages did Jeffrey

How long did you work for Jeffrey and Golaine Manager

And how many massages did Epstein receive per day on average?

the massages performed by the same girl or different females?

all look different. Some of them were ethnic, some were blonde,

Did Jeffrey ever tell you he received so many massages

can answer. Answer. He explained to me that, in his opinion,
he needed to have three orgasms a day. It was
biological like eating. McCauley. And what was your reaction to
that statement? Answer? I thought it was a little crazy. McCauley.
And what did you do you recall what when you
observe the other females giving massages, do you recall what

they would dress like? Did they wear scrubs or did

Did Maxwell ever share with you whether it bothered her

She let me know that she was she would not
be able to please him as much as he needed,
and that is why there were other girls around. McCauley.
Did there ever come a time did you ever take

yet because you came here and didn't finish your job,
and I had to finish it for you. McCauley. And
did you what did you understand her to mean? Answer?
She was implying that I did not get Jeffrey off,
and so she had to do it. McCauley. And when
you say get Jeffrey off, do you mean bringing him

for my own sanity that she was a daughter of

of Glaine Maxwell Schoberg. Yes, McCauley. And when did you
first meet miss Maxwell Shoburg? Two thousand and one March
probably end of February, beginning of March McCauley. And how
did you meet her, Shoeburg. She approached me while I
was on campus at Palm Beach Atlantic College. McCauley, and

what happened after she approached you, Shoburg. She asked me
if I could tell her how to find someone that
would come and work out her house. She wanted to
know if there was like a bulletin board or something
that she could post that she was looking for someone
to hire. McCauley. And what did you discuss with her, Shoburg.
I told her where she could go to, you know,
(02:37):
put up a listing, and then she asked me if
I knew anyone that would be interested in working for McCauley.
Did she describe what the work was going to be Shoeburg.
She explained that she lived in Palm Beach and she
didn't want butlers because they're too stuffy, and so she
just liked to hire girls to work at the house,
answer phones, get drinks, do the job a butler would do. McCauley.

And did she tell you that she would pay you
for that kind of job? Schoberg. At the moment, no,
but later in the day, yes, McCauley. And what did
she say to you? Answer? There was another woman with her.
I don't recall her or what she looks like or
how old she was McCauley. And what happens next? Answer?
And then she asked me if I would be interested

in working for her, and she told me that she
was I could trust her, and that I could jump
in her car and go check out the house at
that moment if I wanted to, And so I said, sure,
let's do it, and went to her home with her. McCauley.
And where was that home? Answer in Palm Beach McCauley.
And did she describe that home as being her home? Answer?

She described it as being her home and alluded to
the fact that it was her and Jeffrey's home and
that she had homes all over the world. Yes, McCauley.
And what happened when you arrived at the home? Answer?
I believe she just showed me around. McCauley. Do you
recall meeting anybody at the home? Answer? I don't recall
if I met Jeffrey at that time or the next

time that I was there. McCauley. How did you meet Jeffrey?
Did Maxwell introduce you to Jeffrey? Answer yes, McCauley. What
do you recall of your first meeting with Jeffrey Answer?
I remember him being in a bathrobe. I recall talking
to him about how I was a major in psychology
and he had studied psychology, and so he spoke with
me about different topics. I remember thinking, this guy is

very smart. That was my first impression. McCauley. And when
you refer to Jeffrey, are you referring to Jeffrey Epstein?
Answer yes, McCauley. How did the meeting? You said, Maxwell
took you to the home. Do you remember how that
meeting ended? Answer? Well, she dropped me back off at campus. McCauley.
And did you to this, Johanna interrupts. She got my

number and I took her number, and then she called
me the next weekend to work. McCauley. So at that
point you started working for miss Maxwell? Answer at that time, yeah,
Now to this, Laura Meninger, one of the lawyers for
Glenn Maxwell objects objection leading Sorry McCauley. McCauley, did you
then start working for miss Maxwell after that first meet up? Answer?

She called me and I went over to the home
the next Sunday to work. McCauley, And what work can
you describe for me the first day at work? What
work you performed? Answer? Sure, I remember answering the phones
and taking messages. And at one point she asked me
to go pick up printer ink, and I took her
car to office depot to get ink. She asked me
to go buy some magazines, so I went to the

Palm Beach Delhi News and bought a few magazines. She
and I went. She wanted to take me shopping to
Worth Avenue, but it was a Sunday and Neiman Marcus
was closed, so we went back to like a little bookstore,
and I remember she bought I think five pairs of
reading glasses because she thought Jeffrey would like them. He
had them all over the house. On every table there
(05:55):
was reading glasses. That's about it. It was a pretty
simple day, McCauley. Were you paid for that day of work?
Answer yes, McCauley. And how much were you paid? Do
you remember? Answer? I don't remember how many hours I
was there. She paid me cash, McCauley, So Maxwell paid you?
Answer yes, McCauley. And then was she the one who
(06:18):
trained with you with respect to what you were supposed
to do during the day, directed you to like you said,
go to to this Johanna interrupts. I believe she was
the one that was kind of showing me around. McCauley.
And how long did you work in that position answering
phones and doing Johanna answers, just that one day, McCauley,
(06:39):
Just that one day. And did your duties change? Answer? Well,
the next time she called me, she asked me if
I wanted to come over and make one hundred dollars
an hour rubbing feet McCauley. And what did you think
of that? Offer? Answer? I thought it was fantastic McCauley.
And did you come over to the house for that purpose?
Answer yes, McCauley. And when you came over to the house,

was Maxwell present? Answer I don't recall, McCauley. And what
happened that second time you came to the house? Answer?
At that point, I met Emmy Taylor, and she took
me up to Jeffrey's bathroom and he was present, and
her and I both massage. Jeffrey. She was showing me
had a massage, and then she he took he got

off the table, she got on the table. She took
off her clothes, got on the table, and then he
was showing me moves that he liked. And then I
took my clothes off. They asked me to get on
the table so I could feel it. Then they both
massaged me. So it was more than a foot massage
at that point. Answer yeah, it was mostly like legs
and back McCauley. Was everybody in the room without clothes on? Answer?

When they were on the massage table, Yes, McCauley. Did
they When they got off the massage table to perform
the massage, did they dress or did? Answer? Yes McCauley,
they dressed. And do you recall who paid you for
that first day that you did the massage? Answer? I
don't recall, McCauley. Do you recall whether Maxwell was at

the house during that first day when you were doing
the massage with Emmy and Jeffrey Menager? To this objection,

ever refer to Emmy by any particular term? Answer? She

Did you start to travel as part of your job
with Jeffrey and Golaane? Answer? Yes. The next time they
called me, they asked me to go to New York. McCauley.
And did you do you recall when that was approximately? Answer?
That was the Easter of two thousand and one. McCauley.

And do you recall who was on the plane with

I'm going to stop really quickly, and I'm going to

are flight logs pulled from David Rodgers, one of the
pilots of Epstein and that have been produced in this case.

The witness, okay, McCauley. So you mention that you traveled
to New York. If you turn to page flag page
which should be zero zero seven, four to eight at
the top of the document, you're going to see a
date of April two thousand and one. I'm just going
to ask you to go down to the if you
look at the line on the left to where it
says nine for the date, and look over where it

has the names. Do you see can you identify your
name on that list? Answer yes, McCauley. And can you
tell me, I know there are initials there. Who else,
to the extent you remember was on the plane with you?

Answer we left from Palm Beach and landed in Atlantic
City for a few hours because there was a storm
in New York, and then got back on the plane
a few hours later and landed in Teterborough. McCauley, and
you said that you recall landing in Atlantic City. Did
(11:23):
you go into Atlantic City? Answer yes, we went to
one of Trump's casinos. McCauley. Did you actually go into
the casino itself? Answer yes. McCauley. Do you recall Virginia
at the time, Virginia Roberts being present with you? Answer yes. McCauley,
do you recall if she went into the casino? Answer

she was underage. I did not know anything about how
old you had to be to gamble legally. I just
knew that she could not get in because of an
ID issue, so she and I did not gamble. McCauley,
in your opinion, did Virginia look young in your view?
Answer yes, McCauley. Did you ever did you at that
time wonder why she was traveling with Jeffrey? Answer? At

that time, I did not, McCauley. Did you later wonder that? Answer? Yes, McCauley.
And what was your impression? Manage your objection? Vague speculative
the witness I were just jumping ahead. Is that okay? Ms? McCauley, Yeah,
that's okay. Answer A few days later. I remember asking
her questions to try to figure out her role why

she was there, and she gave me vague answers and
was never specific, and so I thought perhaps she was
just an assistant, someone that did massage as well. I
wanted to believe that she was an innocent McCauley. Did
you ever refer to her as being orphan like? Answer?
I did, McCauley. And how did that come about? Answer? No,
I only to you. I said that to you. I
(12:51):
just saw her as perhaps someone who may not have
had a strong family, and they took her under their wing. McCauley. Now,
you mentioned remembering going to Atlantic City. Did you go
where did you go after Atlantic City? Answer? Once we
landed in New York Emmy and I went in a
car and drove around the city for half an hour
or so, just to see some of the city. McCauley.
(13:14):
And then where did you go after doing the sight seeing? Answer?
We went to the townhouse down e seventy first McCauley.
And can you describe that location for me? Answer? Sure,
between Madison and Park. I think the address might have
been ninety seventy first Street. McCauley. And who on that home?
Answer as far as I know, Epstein. McCauley. Can you
(13:37):
describe for me physically what and to this Johanna interjects palatial?
When you walk up, it looks like a normal door
to a townhouse. And you when you walk in, I
thought there were four floors. I heard there were seven floors.
I didn't see them all. McCauley. And do you recall who,
if anybody, was at Jeffrey's home when you arrived? Answer? Yes.
(13:59):
When I first woke in the door, it was just
myself and Glaine headed for the staircase and said told
me to come up to the living room. McCauley. And
what happened at that point when you came up to
the living room. Answer, I came up and saw Virginia, Jeffrey,
Prince Andrew Glaine in the room. McCauley, and did you
(14:19):
meet Prince Andrew at that time? Answer yes, McCauley. And
what happened next? Answer? At one point Glaine told me
to come upstairs and we went into a closet and
pulled out the puppet the caricature of Prince Andrew and
brought it down and there was a little tag on
the puppet that said Prince Andrew on it. And that's
when I knew who he was. McCauley and did what
(14:43):
did the puppet look like? Answer? It looked like him,
and she brought it down and presented it to him,
and that was a great joke because apparently it was
a production from a show on BBC, and they decided
to take a picture with it, in which Virginia and
Andrew sat on a couch. They put the puppet on
Virginia's lap and I sat on Andrew's lap, and they

put the puppet's hand on Virginia's breast, and Andrew put
his hand on my breast and they took a photo. McCauley,
do you remember who took the photo? Answer? I don't recall, McCauley,
did you ever see that photo after it was taken? Answer?
I did not, McCauley, and miss Maxwell was present during
the Was Miss Maxwell present during that? Answer? Yes, McCauley.

What happened next? Answer? The next thing I remember is
just being shown to which room I was going to
be staying in. McCauley. When you exited the room that
you were in where the picture was taken, do you
recall who remained in that room? Answer? I don't. McCauley.
Do you recall seeing Virginia exit that room? Answer? I don't.

talking about his expectations, and that was the conversation where
he said that the next trip they were going on
was to the island in the Virgin Islands, and I
would be invited. However there would be quote sex stuff happening. McCauley.

Can you describe for me, Can you describe for me
what the in New York were you massaged and what
that looked like. Answer? He had one room that was
the massage room. It was about the size of a
spa room in a spa. It had high ceilings, It
had dark tapestry on the walls. It was a very
dark room. There was a very large picture of a

naked woman whom I don't recall. That's all I remember.
McCauley in the New York home. Did you observe photos
around the house? Answer I don't recall. McCauley. In the
Palm Beach home that we were talking about earlier, did
you recall seeing photos in that and yes, McCauley. And
do you recall seeing photos of naked females in that home?

Answer yes, McCauley. Approximately, can you tell me where you
would see those in the home? Answer? I definitely saw
them in his bathroom and I can't recall if they
were in the main living areas. McCauley. Did you see
them in the stairwell up to the second story of
the house. Answer I can't recall. McCauley. Do you know

who who the people were in those photos? Were they
familiar to you? Answer no, McCauley. Were you in any
of those photos answer at one point, yes, McCauley. And
were you naked in these photos? Answer topless. McCauley, do
you recall seeing any naked photos of Virginia Roberts? Answer

I do not. McCauley, where did you go next after
the New York visit? Answer? I went to the Virgin Islands. McCauley.
And who told you that you would be going to
the Virgin Islands? Answer? He asked me if I wanted
to go, and I said I would still like to go. McCauley.
And do you recall who you you went with to
the Virgin Islands? Answer? I believe well, I know Virginia

was with me, Glaine was there, Jeffrey, and there were
two other women that I don't recall their names. McCauley.
Did you travel on Jeffrey's plane to get to those islands?

And how many massages did Epstein receive per day on average?

the massages performed by the same girl or different females?

all look different. Some of them were ethnic, some were blonde,
some were short, some were tall, everyone was thin. McCauley.
Were the girls who performed the massages young or old?

Did Jeffrey ever tell you he received so many massages

had never met and had never seen. She seemed young
to me, and I asked her what school she went to,
kind of prodding to see if she went to one
of the area colleges. And I did not recognize the

name of the school, and so I thought she could
be younger than college age. But I had to assume
for my own sanity that she was a daughter of
one of his friends. McCauley, but it was possible she
was the school. Is it possible that the school she
referred to was a high school answer, yes, McCauley. And
what happened at this dinner? If anything? Answer? He did

some magic tricks. McCauley, did you observe David Copperfield to
be a friend of Jeffrey Epstein's Answer Yes, McCauley. Did
Copperfield ever discuss Jeffrey's involvement with young girls with you? Answer?
He questioned me if I was aware that girls were
