In his October 2009 deposition, taken during the Jeffrey Epstein v. Bradley Edwards defamation lawsuit, longtime Epstein pilot Larry Visoski described his decades of employment under Epstein and the routine nature of his work. Questioned by victims’ attorney Bradley Edwards, Visoski confirmed that he had flown Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and numerous guests—some of them prominent figures—across Epstein’s properties in New York, Florida, New Mexico, and the Virgin Islands. Represented by Critton & Reinhardt, Visoski repeatedly emphasized that his duties were strictly professional: piloting aircraft, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safe transport. When pressed about the ages of female passengers, he claimed he never knowingly flew minors and denied witnessing any sexual activity or misconduct aboard Epstein’s planes.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
left off with Jeffrey Epstein's pilot, Larry Vasaski and his
deposition from two thousand and nine. Once again, Brad Edwards
asking the questions, Larry Vasaski doing the answering. Question. Okay,

(00:20):
so you remember this flight where a President Clinton, Kevin Spacey,
and Chris Tucker, Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. Answer yes.
Question from JFK to what is this LPAZ LPAZ? That
is question South Africa or something? Answer No, it's the
Azor Islands, Santa Maria. Question do you know the purpose

(00:40):
of that trip? Answer it was a fuel stop. Question okay?
And do you know why Chris Tucker and Kevin Spacey
were on that airplane? Answer no. Question did you talk
to them? Answer? They came up to the cockpit and
said hello, so they converse nothing more. Question. Another name
that was on here a few times, specifically referring right
now to the dates of September twenty third and twenty

(01:02):
fourth of two thousand and two is Ron Burkele. Do
you know who Ron Burkele is? Answer? I know what
that is, yes, I didn't realize he was on our airplane.
Question right, now, that is the first time that you
remember Ron Burkele being on the airplane? Answer yeah. Question
do you know what purpose for him being on that airplane?

(01:23):
Answer no, Granted, I'm seeing this for the first time,
so I'm trying. Question let me ask you that because
this was given to me at a deposition of Dave Rogers,
who I understand was the chief pilot for mister Epstein,
and now you're the chief pilot. But you always kind
of worked in tandem. Correct answer sure, we complimented each other.

(01:43):
Question and you both worked for the same company that
flies Jeffrey Epstein's airplane. Right answer yes. Question so I
was of the presumption, which may have been I may
have been misled here, or I may have, you know,
misunderstood the purpose behind this book or how it was created.
I thought that you had probably seen this before at
some point in time. Answer oh, no. Question did you

(02:06):
know that Dave Rogers was keeping this book? Answer no,
I know he keeps a pilot log book. Question Okay,
but you didn't know he was keeping the names of
the people who were on the airplane. Answer no, it's
not required, so I mean question, so today is the
first time that you're learning that the name of the
people that are on the airplane was kept by Dave Rogers.

(02:28):
Answer yes in his log book. Question okay, and at
times when you would come into the country with passengers,
well not, at times, didn't you have to also report
their date of birth? Answer sure? Question at times? Weren't
there also people that you would bring in from other
countries into the United States that were under the age

(02:49):
of eighteen? Answer yes, question and at sometimes those were
flights that included Jean Luke Brunel and girls that were
under the age of eighteen, right, mister Critten, object to
form Vysoski answers, I don't remember those flights. Question Okay,
you don't remember which flights it would have been where
there would have been girls under the age of eighteen.

(03:11):
Objection by criten form Vasoski. Well, I would have to
look at the flight logs, Edwards. It's not illegal to
have somebody under the age of eighteen on a flight anyway, right,
answer no, not at all. Question were you ever aware
that you, as a pilot were transporting girls under the
age of eighteen who were supposed to be models, Critten

(03:32):
objects to form VASASKI I had no knowledge, Edwards, okay,
you never knew who the people were on the airplane,
that their purpose was their role with Jeffrey Epstein or
Jean Luke Brunel Answer no question, all right. Do you
know Juliette Bryant? Answer no, I don't remember the name.
Question Andrea Metrovich answer I remember the name. Question she

(03:57):
flew frequently, at least for a period of time. Do
you remember the answer yes. Question is that somebody that
you thought was familiar with the modeling industry or related
to the modeling industry? Answer no question. Okay, And these people,
did Jeffrey Epstein ever tell you how he was associated
with any of them? Answer no question. Did you ever
wonder how he was associated with any of them? Answer no?

(04:20):
Never interested question? And on several of these, well most
of these, the names or initials of the people that
are on the flight are listed. Do you know on
the occasions where it lists generally two females or three
females or six females, do you know why that was done? Answer?
Just because we didn't know the person's name. We tried
to do the best we could to keep the records.

(04:41):
Question when you say we tried to do the best
that we could. Answer Dave and I question, okay, but
the first time that you learned that he kept anybody's
names was today? Right? Answer? Well, I didn't know he
kept them in his log book. He would fill out
passenger manifest as where having passengers names in your pilot
log book, he's probably the only person in the world

(05:02):
that does that. Question. Okay, answer so when you were
mentioning putting the names down, when you said females or male,
you know I was referring to the passenger manifest. Question
for each of these same flights, then that we're referring
to out of this log book that was marked as
composite Exhibit one in Dave Rogers's deposition. Am I understanding

(05:23):
you correctly that there would also be a passenger manifest
for each of these flights? Answer? Yes, question Now where
would I find the passenger manifest? Who keeps the documentation?
Answer corporate? Our corporate office? Question which is whom? Answer
up in New York deren Endyke question at what corporation

(05:43):
is that? Though? Answer any SLLC. I guess, mister Ryan
Hard objects. Do you know for sure, Vysoski, I don't
know for sure. I mean when you say we would
just send them up to New York. Edwards, did you
ever keep a copy of them? Vasoski? No, Edwards, did
you keep a passenger manifest Bososki, just tracking of to

(06:05):
you know what times and who went where? Ryin Hart,
can I confer with them on one thing before you
ask a question? Edwards? Yeah, they go off the record
for a minute, ryin Hart, Mister Edwards, let him amend
his prior answer. I think he must misunderstood the question. Edwards,
I don't know what question were amounting the answer to Reinhart.

(06:25):
Let me clarify this way. As passenger manifests, they are
corporate documents of either je GE or Hyperion Error, whatever
company owns the plane. Mister Vassoski has physical custody of them.
He retains them, but they're not his documents. There are
corporate documents, so they're not New York Vasoski. Those are
the ones that I have at the airport office that

(06:47):
I turned into council, that has the passenger's names on them. Edwards, Okay, Vasoski,
it's called a passenger manifest. Question Okay, ryin Hart right
edwards the passenger of manifest, just so I understand it
exactly what that is? Tell me? Tell me in your
own words. Answer its departure time, the city, the landing
time exactly, and the passengers that would have been on

(07:09):
the flight. Question and at times on that passenger manifest?
Would you also list generically female or male? Answer? Yes,
that was the document I was referring to, stating that
if we didn't know a person, we did not go
out of our way to find out a name. We
just put it in the account for how many people
were on the aircraft at the time. Who is currently

(07:30):
in the custody or control sorry, who currently maintains or
has possession of the passenger manifest from nineteen ninety eight
through the present through today for those airplanes that you
flew related to Jeffrey Epstein. Answer, I currently have, which
council has now two thousand and five. I believe until
the present time, and the records previously to that I

(07:51):
believe were turned into Council with a previous investigation with
Jack Goldberger's office. I believe I believe they maintain those records. Question,
when you say turned into council. There are a lot
of council involved here. Answer Jack Goldberger's office. I believe
question when you say the previous investigation, you're talking about
the criminal investigation. Answer exactly, yes, sir, question, and you're

(08:14):
aware in that criminal investigation obviously that Jeffrey Epstein pled
guilty to certain charges. Correct answer from what I read. Yes, question, Well,
you did visit him in jail? Right answer, Yes, we
didn't talk about that question. Okay. You know, in order
to go to jail, though, you have to be convicted
of some crime, right critin form argumentative Bososki, Yes, Edwards,

(08:40):
it wasn't like he was visiting the jail and you
were visiting and you happen to bump into each other.
You actually went to see him while he was in
an inmate in jail. Right answer, right, yes, question. Okay,
So when we're talking about the criminal investigation, we're talking
about the criminal investigation revolving around the allegations of Jeffrey
Epstein engaging insects acts with minors. Criten form Edwards, that's

(09:04):
the criminal investigation you're talking about, right criten form Pasoski.
I don't know the full definition of really what happened there.
I know that it was something to do with solicitation,
a prostitution, that's all I read. Edwards, Okay, you were
aware that the allegations involved were revolved around underage girls
or girls under the age of eighteen critten objects again

(09:27):
form Pasoski, I was aware revolved around it? Yes, Edwards,
who first made you aware of that? Answer the newspaper?
Question were you ever questioned by the police? Answer? I
don't know who questioned me. Actually I did have a
questioning session, but I don't even remember who questioned me.
Question Where did that take place? Answer? I don't remember.

(09:49):
Question at your house? Answer no, I'm thinking it was
Jack Goldberger's office. It may have been downtown at the
Palm Beach County Courthouse or something in that area there. Okay,
So either it happened at an attorney's office that represented
answer exactly question Jeffrey Epstein or the other side. Answer yeah.
Question and during that questioning, is that when you turned

(10:11):
over the passenger manifest from prior to two thousand and five?
Answer yes, question and you turn those manifests directly over
to Jack Goldberger? Answer yes, Actually I believe Dave Rogers
did I wasn't in possession of those records. Question and
for the passenger Manifest prior to two thousand and five?

(10:32):
How far did those passenger manifest go back in time? Answer?
They should go back I guess to ninety one or
whenever we started existence. Question and did you turn them
over from ninety one all the way through to two
thousand and five? Answer? I don't know. I didn't turn
them in. Dave Rogers did question are you in possession
of a copy of any of those materials? Answer? No, question.

(10:54):
I thought that you you know, ten minutes ago when
we were talking about this, you said that you had
them back at the office. Answer that was the office
the airplane office, which I've given to Bruce, which is
the current log. He's in possession of them now, I
had possession of them. Okay, what he's in possession of
just so I know what documents are Where he's in
possession of the passenger Manifest from two thousand and five

(11:17):
through the present answer? Correct, question. If I want to
obtain the passenger Manifest from ninety nine to ninety eight
through two thousand and five, that's something that I would
request from whom Pisoski helped me out, that's mister Reinhardt,
if you know witness. If you don't know who possesses
them right now, they were turned into Jack Goldberger's office

(11:38):
a year and a half ago or two years ago,
Vasoski says, Edwards, you started out by indicating that you
sent these passenger manifests or a copy thereof, to Darren
Endyke or someone at NESLLC. Is that correct? Answer? Correct question?
If I requested them from NES, that's somebody at some
point in time and possession of all the past in

(12:00):
germ manifest. Answer sure, question And nys LLC's address is
the one you gave me at three oh one East
sixty sixth Street. Answer, I believe so. I don't know
what the address they're using for that. I know he's
cut off by Edwards question. But Darren indikes the attorney
that I would call. Answer yes, sir, question, and he

(12:21):
could probably steer me in the right direction. Answer yes
to that. Criten objects to form. All right, we're gonna
wrap up right here, and in the next episode we're
gonna pick up where we left off. All of the
information that goes with this episode can be found in
the description box. What's Up everyone, and welcome to another
episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking

(12:43):
up where we left off with the Larry Vasaski deposition
from two thousand and nine. Once again Brad Edwards asking
questions Larry Vasaski doing the answer in Edwards, do you
know Amy Taylor Vasoski? Yes, question, how do you know her? Answer?

(13:03):
She was on the airplane? Question how old is she? Answer?
I have no idea question age range? Answer twenty eight
question now answer yeah, twenty eight or maybe if not older,
Now she was probably twenty eight. I guess she was
somebody in her late twenties. Question, so we're talking about
two thousand and three, That's what I'm trying to understand. Answer,

(13:24):
I'm guessing. Question we're talking two thousand and nine. Now
we're saying twenty eight by that, Do you mean she
in two thousand and three she was twenty three or
twenty four years old? Answer? You're having me a guests
on her age? Question Yeah, answer, I mean I can't
be accurate. Question somebody between eighteen and twenty five. To
that objection by criten form Edwards at the time you

(13:47):
were seeing her. Back in to that, He's cut off
by VESASKI if you want me to guess? Question No,
I don't want you to guess. Answer I don't know.
Then question well, if I say between ten and fifty,
answer that's range. Question If I say between ten and fifty,
you're not guessing there anymore. You know she's in there,
right answer she's in the middle there. Yeah. Question okay,

(14:09):
how can we narrow that down? We're talking about somebody
in her twenties. Answer in her late twenties. Question at
least that's what you believed? Answer yes, question all right,
Is that somebody that you would know to be associated
or friendly with Glenn Maxwell? Answer? I don't know. Question
do you know what her relationship was to Jeffrey Epstein

(14:30):
or Glenn Maxwell? Answer no. Question do you know where
she is now? Answer no? Idea question when's the last
time you talked to her? Answer I don't know. What

(14:52):
Answer more than once. I mean, I have no account

you actually you would remember the face too. Answer I
might remember Amy's face. Question all right, do you remember

(15:14):
why she would have been on the airplane? Answer no?
Idea question president Andres Pastrana at the time. I guess
that was President of Columbia back in February, sorry, March
twentieth of two thousand and three. Do you know who
that is? Answer? I don't remember him being on the airplane,
but I know who he is. Question Okay, he's on

(15:34):
the airplane with Jeffrey Epstein, Galline Maxwell, Sarah Kellen, and
Jean Luke Brunel. Answer where did we go? Question I'll
let you look at it. I'm talking about this line
PBI left out upon beach. Answer Palm Beach d NASA.
I'm sorry, I don't remember that. One. Question when we're
saying we're going down to NASA, is that a place

(15:55):
that you frequently went with the airplane? Answer no, not
at all. Question and is that a route that you
would take for the ultimate destination to be Little Saint James?
Answer no, Question if the ultimate destination was Little Saint James.
Show me a flight where the ultimate destination was Little
Saint James. Answer, yeah, right here, tist, that's Saint Thomas.

(16:18):
Question Okay, so now that flight you just pointed out
March twenty seventh, two thousand and three, we have Jeffrey Epstein,
Sarah Kellen, Cindy Lopez again, and Brent Tindall. Do you
know who Brent Tindall is? Answer yes, question and who
is that? Answer? I believe he was the chef? Question
and Magali Blanchin. Is that somebody you know to be

(16:40):
a model these days? Answer? I have no idea. Question
do you remember that flight? Answer? No? Question do you
remember Naomi Campbell picking her up from Saint Thomas along
with Jean Luke Brunel Answer I remember her being on board.
I don't remember the flight. Question do you know Joel

(17:47):
Tila Davis, I know the name? Question somebody who flew
on the airplane with some regularity? Answer yes. Question, And

(18:10):
she ever played? If she played one in Jeffrey Epstein's life?
Answer no question? All right. How about Glenn Dubin. Are
you familiar with him? Answer yes? Question how do you
know Glenn Dubin? Answer I met him on the airplane.
Question outside of the airplane, have you ever seen him

Answer I don't know. He doesn't talk much. Question Okay,
and Sandy Berger, do you know who that is? Answer,

you would have them flown on the airplane? Answer I

(21:05):
don't even know the name. Question Adriana Muchinska answer I
know the name Adriana. Question somebody who flew on the
plane pretty regularly. I would have to look at the logs.
I think that we've had the name on several it's
common first name. I'm not familiar really on who it is.
Question how about Bella? Do you know who Bella is?

(21:26):
Is that a name you've ever heard? Answer yes? Question

Question you talk to all these individuals at some point
in time, either on the phone or in person? Right
answer yes. Question and you don't know whether they play
role in Epstein's life or if they do what they do?
Answer exactly. Question and how do you decide who you're
going to call? And for what reason? Answer? For example,

(22:10):
can you be more specific? Question, If you're going to
make a telephone call and you're going to talk to
let's say Leslie Groff, why would you choose to call her? Answer?
I don't know, you're having me make the phone call.
I don't know why I would call her. Question Have
you called her? Answer? I think yes, I've called her. Sure.
Question Why what would be the reason that you would
call her? Somebody told you to call her here call

(22:32):
this number? Answer? I may have called her, maybe to
find out if we had a departure time for a
specific trip. I mean that would be question. Okay, So
you're calling her related to Jeffrey Epstein? Answer sure, question Okay,
so you know that she plays some role in some
aspect of Epstein's life, whatever that is? Answer right? Question? Okay.

(22:54):
So when I'm asking these questions about these people, and
I feel like I'm getting answers that I'm not really
sure that these people have any role in their life,
that's not completely accurate? Is it critin form argumentative? Edwards?
I mean, you know that these people are somehow involved
with them, whether socially or business wise or otherwise, and
during the course of your years, you've made telephone calls

(23:16):
on his behalf or to coordinate things with them. Right answer,
right Criten objective form you said these people, Edwards, I'm
talking about Sarah Kellen. That's somebody you called before, right answer. Sure.
Question and what reason would you call Sarah Kellen? Critton
objects to form? Probably the same reason he said so

(23:36):
two hours ago, for scheduling purposes. But you've covered that,
Go ahead and answer it again. The witness for scheduling
purposes would be my only reason to call her. Edwards,
that's funny that you use the exact same words that
mister Critton wants you to use. Criton, It's what he
said two hours ago. Edwards, What would the reason be
why you would call miss Maxwell Kallaine Maxwell? Answer the

(23:58):
same reason. Question that's somebody you call these days though,
right answer, I haven't seen her in some time. Question
what made you stop calling Glayne Maxwell? Where you thought
at one point in time you thought she was a
person to call related to your job? Answer? Just was
no reason to question is that somebody you think is
still affiliated or associated with Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, I'd only

(24:21):
be speculating. I don't know, all right, folks, we're gonna
wrap up right here and in the next episode dealing
with the topic, we're gonna pick up where we left off.
All of the information that goes with this episode can
be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode,
we're gonna pick up or he left off with the
Larry Vassoski deposition. Once again, Brad Edwards is asking the

(24:45):
questions and Larry Vasaski is doing the answering. Edwards, all right,
I'm going to show you two documents here or pieces
of paper, well mark them is Exhibit too and Exhibit three.
The first one's dated March fifth, two thousand and five.
Do you remember making this telephone call? And just for
the record, this looks like a message that's being taken

(25:06):
relatives to a phone call that you made and to
this Bruce Reinhart objects, So the question is does he
remember making that call? Edwards? Do you remember making that call?
After reading the message? Answer, let me look at the
date here, okay, March ryn Hart once again interjects the
question is do you remember making the call? Vysoski? Okay,

(25:29):
let me person for the car. We'll be here fifteen
minutes to drop off foam and papers. I don't know,
Brad Edwards. That doesn't mean anything to you. Answer that doesn't.
I mean you're talking four years ago. I can't answer
that accurately. I mean ryin Hart. So the answer is
you don't recall Vysofski. Yeah, I don't recall Brad Edwards.

(25:51):
If you don't remember, that's fine, Edwards. So I'll show
you Exhibit three, the same type of document, and I
can make the representation that this was a message pad
provided by the State Attorney's office relative to the criminal
investigation revolving around Jeffrey Epstein. So that's how I have
these documents. I'm not trying to pull out old documents.

(26:11):
And here Critten interjects once again, what's the date, Brad Edwards,
March nineteenth, Reinhart. The question is do you remember the
call Vysoski Tom from Midnight Express? Is that helped me
out convention center with new boat. They are two points
two parts of this Edwards question show answer, show up

(26:32):
the water, rein Hart on the water, Vysoski on the water,
and at the center. Brad Edwards, do you remember making
that call. Answer No, I mean Tom from Midnight Express
is at the Convention Center with new boat. There are
two parts of I mean and to that he's cut
off by Edwards. But as Jeffrey Epstein's pilot, why would

(26:52):
you be leaving such a message to Tom from Midnight Express.
Relative the boats and a boat show? Answer, I help
out with boat purchases or you know anything to do
with you know that moves? So I mean I to
that he's cut off by Edwards. Once again, okay, when
you say you help out with boat purchases, what do
you mean? Answer? I give my opinion whether or not

(27:16):
to buy a certain boat. It's just a hobby. I
have knowledge on boats, not only just airplanes. But you know, question,
you give your opinion to whom? Answer to Jeffrey question okay?
And Jeffrey obviously, at least in your mind, you believe
he wants your opinion. Answer yes, question okay. So boat
is another thing that the two of you have discussed.

(27:37):
Answer yes, question, all right. And so this conversation, or
at least some evidence that a conversation existed between yourself
and Jeffrey Epstein a relative to a boat or a
boat show? Answer correct? Question. Do you remember having that conversation. Answer?
We've had many conversations about boats and different boat shows.

(27:58):
If you're referring to this one and O five, I
don't recall this one question. Okay, So aside from being
a pilot, which throughout this entire deposition, I believe your
testimony has been you know that you're just the pilot
for him, it looks like there's some other role that
you're playing here in his life. I'm not suggesting that
you are or are not. I'm just saying, from the

(28:19):
appearance of this it looks that way. Is there anything
else that you want to tell me that you want
to clarify in terms of the role that you play
in Jeffrey Epstein's life outside of being just as pilot
to that Ryan hard objects let me object a form.
He also told you he installs the audio and video
equipment before mister Edward's correct. Vysoski, I have an interest

(28:40):
in boats, you know, with the island. I don't think
I bought any boats, you know, for the company, but
he appreciates my opinion on boat purchases. Brad Edwards. Okay,
Vysoski having the knowledge of aviation and things that move
quite fast, so I have consulted with them on boat items.
Question how many boat purchases are you aware of Jeffrey

(29:01):
Epstein making in the time period that you have known them?
Answer two or three. Question and he consulted with you
on each of those purchases. Answer not every one of them.
No question does he own any boats now that you're
aware of? Answer? I don't know if he owns them
or not. Question okay, do you know how many boats
that he controls or maintains? Answer himself? Or question how

(29:25):
about this? I'll ask you this. I don't want to
split hairs with you here. I know we've been talking
about corporations and things like that. Answer yes. Question do
you know of any boats that he is in person
with the most control over? Answer yes. Question okay, where
would those boats be located? And what kind of boats
are we talking about? Answer Saint Thomas is the location.

(29:49):
It would be a thirty four foot inflatable boat. I
know that one specifically. Answer okay, do you know when
he made that purchase? Answer eight years ago? Seven years ago?
It was a while ago. Question is that something you
had input on? Answer not on that one specifically. No
question Is there another boat that you know of Jeffrey

(30:11):
Epstein being the primary user or the primary controller of
Answer I mean there's boats in Saint Thomas. I mean
it's not part of my job. You know what goes
on with the boats or who controlled them. It's more
of an opinion of what horsepower should be on the
back of the boat hull designs. It's out of my area. Question.
But your sole responsibility or your sole obligation that you

(30:33):
ever had with Jeffrey Epstein relative to boats is just
giving some opinions about the boat? Answer yep question is
that a yes? Answer? Yes? Question okay, all right? Has
he ever given you his opinions about boats? Answer sure,
We've discussed it back and forth. Question Other than boat conversations,
have you ever talked other conversations such as he's interrupted

(30:57):
at meeting Edwards by Vesoski? Answer cars. Question okay, how
about such as have you known Jeffrey Epstein to have
a girlfriend somebody you consider a girlfriend? Answer no, in
the eighteen years and all the travels you had with them,
Do you know anything about Jeffrey Epstein's sex life? Answer no.
Question do you know who he has sex with? Answer no?

(31:21):
Question do you know if he has sex with anybody? Answer?
I don't know. Question do you know if he's ever
had sex on the airplane while you've been piloting? Answer
I have no idea. Question that's something that you just
wouldn't know because you're in the cockpit. Answer that's correct. Vesoski,
Could I take a two minute bathroom break just to
lose my coffee? Edward? Sure? So he comes back. All right,

(31:45):
we're back on the record. Over the years, you've indicated
that any gifts or other items or things given to
you by Jeffrey Epstein exclusively, or the pool heater, the
forty acre land, and the use of the company car.
Answer yes, question is that it VSASKI? Yes? Question okay?
And the flight to Miami that was recently taken other

(32:07):
than Jeffrey Epstein and Nadia Marsenkova, was there anybody else
on that flight? Answer no? Question how long did you
fly them back from Miami to Palm Beach? Answer no,
he drove back. Question when you say he drove back,
who drove back? Answer well, I assume he drove back.
I didn't fly him back. Question when's the next time

(32:27):
you saw him again? Answer? I would only be guessing
a week later. I mean question, okay, and that was
in the pom Beach County when you saw him the
next time? Answer yes, sir. Question do you know of
him leaving pom Beach County in the last two years
on any other occasions? Answer no. Question did he ever
fly anywhere with you, either by helicopter or airplane in

(32:50):
the last two years? Answer we flew one time to
the Sikorski plant. Question what's the Sikorski plant? Answer that's
where they build the course key helicopters. It's in Palm
Beach County. Question and one was that answer probably a
month ago, I'm guessing. Question for what purpose Vysoski they
gave us a tour of the facility? Question who's they answer? Sikorski?

(33:15):
Question and who requested the tour of the facility? Answer
they offered it to our flight department. Question and who
went Answer Jeffrey, myself, Nadia an Igor. Question And if
I want the documentation of either of those trips, the
trip to Miami or the trip to the Skorski plant,
who would have that documentation Vasoski answers? I would question

(33:38):
so I could request it from your attorney and get
it from you. Rein Hart interjects, let me just check
they go off the record. Rein Hart, Okay, he's in
custody of it, but there are corporate documents, so you'd
have to request it from mister Critten, who I understand
represents all the corporations. VASASKI, Yes, Edwards, what's the corporation

(33:59):
that the document was prepared for? Answer by Vesoski meaning
who what like Ericalane the owner of the helicopter? Yes,
Eric Olaane? Question Eric Olane? Answer, that's the helicopter. Question
and the name Golaine is obviously not that typical of
a name. Is that reference or related to Glaane? Maxwell answer?
I would assume I have no knowledge. Question nobody's ever

(34:22):
told you that? Answer, nobody's brought it up. Question okay,
and how long were you at the course ski facility? Answer?
Three hours? Four hours? Question and what time of day
was this? Answered? Nine in the morning, nine I think,
and we returned at one something like that. Question And
what was the purpose to buy or purchase anything? Answer?

(34:44):
They have a new helicopter being developed there, so they're
trying to look for investors in it, so they're just
kind of pushing their product. Question do you know what
Jeffrey Epstein does for a living for business today these days?
Answer no. Question do you know or have you ever
been to the Florida Science Foundation? Answer yes, sir, question

(35:05):
and do you know what the Florida Science Foundation does?
Answer not exactly question well generally, answer no, I don't.
I mean really I don't. Question Okay, is it you're
understanding that Jeffrey Epstein is somehow affiliated with the Florida
Science Foundation. Answer it's my understanding that yes. Question. I mean,
did you just happenstance stumble into the Florida Science Foundation

(35:28):
or was it related to your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein?
Answer I've heard that's where his office was. I mean,
I have no other question. Why did you go there?
Answer to talk about planes? Question talk to who? Answer Jeffrey.
Question Jeffrey just happened to be at the Florida Science Foundation.
Answer yes, question how do you know he was going

(35:50):
to be at the Florida Science Foundation? Answer he called
me and told me. Question and he said, come to
the Florida Science Foundation to talk to me about what
Answer maintenance on the airplane's upcoming it's an ongoing situation.
Question and did he have an officer? Answer yes. Question,
so this is when you walked in. This is the

(36:12):
place right next to Jack Goldberger's office. Criten Form Bysoski, Yes, Edwards,
and you walk in and there's a reception desk right
there right. Answer yes. Question is that where you talked
or did you talk somewhere behind the reception desk? Answer
behind the reception area question back in his office? Answer yes, sir.

(36:35):
Question what was the conversation? Answer? Give me a timeframe.
I mean, I've been there several times. Question Okay, how
many times do you think you've been to the Florida
Science Foundation? Answer twenty thirty? I mean question, well, the
Florida Science Foundation only been around since late two thousand
and seven, is that right, criten Form Edwards something around there?

(36:58):
Answer I don't know exactly. Question all right, so in
the last twenty years, in the last couple of years,
you've been there twenty or thirty times approximately? Answer yes, sir.
Question And during those times when you've been there without
having to go through each conversation, did you ever talk
to him about the fact that he was on probation?
Answer no, question any part of the criminal investigation. Answer, No,

(37:21):
not at all. All right, folks, we're going to wrap
up right here, and in the next episode dealing with
the topic, we're gonna pick up where we left off.
