What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
In this episode, we're going to pick up where we
left off with the Palm Beach police report, and this
time we're picking up with the narrative of Joseph Roccari.
On December twentieth, two thousand and five, I contacted Asa
dahaliol Weiss in an attempt to subpoena the Epstein former

Houseman Alfredo Rodriguez. Rodriguez, who resides in Miami, had eluded
the process servers previously and was not served the investigative subpoena.
A telephone message was left as she is not available.
During the week of twelve nineteen, two thousand and five,
I made contact with State Attorney Investigator Teresa Wyatt and

requested the same via telephone message. I then researched the
victims SG cellular telephone subpoena data which had been received
from a previous subpoena request. I analyzed the records which
to pick several calls from Hailey Robson. The telephone calls
start on February six, two thousand and five, at twelve
forty nine pm, the same day which the victim and

the victim's father stated the incident occurred at Epstein's house.
The first incoming call was from Robson's residence at redacted.
The second incoming call from Robson's cell phone redacted, occurred
at one o two PM. The call durations were one
minute or less. The timeframe was within thirteen minutes apart.

It should be noted that Robson's residence was in close
proximity to the victims. The next call occurred at five PM,
when the victim telephoned Robson's residence. Several calls were made
after the above mentioned calls, both incoming and outgoing to Robson.
Further analysis showed no telephone calls to either Robson's cellular
telephone or Robson's residence were registered prior to February six,

two thousand and five. Additionally, I also conducted an analysis
on the telephone calls from redacted. The subscriber information confirmed
that the number is registered to paul A Lavery, a
resident of Florida. The address was cross reference to the
office of Carolas and Riley Private Investigators. I researched the

webpage Wwwileycoriley dot com, which also showed various cases in
which they assisted. I also located another website under Coral
Spring park Land Rotary dot org in which mister Riley
attended a Miami rotary meeting and confirmed attorney Roy black
Is among his clientele. The telephone calls revealed Lavery had
(02:37):
telephone contact with redacted, either just after I attempted to
interview them or just prior. A background was conducted on Lavery,
which revealed he holds the current private investigator's license. A
criminal arrest record revealed he had been previously arrested for
possession of cocaine and solicitation of prostitution. I also researched

the girls using MySpace dot com. This website is a
new social networking service that allows members to create unique
personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with
old and new friends. The site allows one to establish
your own MySpace dot com page and decorate the page
anyway you wish. I found the following people have MySpace sites, Hayley, Robson,

and then a bunch of redacted names. I received a
singular wireless packet which contained a CD which contained the
results of the subpoena request for verbatim calls on Redacted.
An analysis will be conducted in the near future on
the phone number is called. The investigation continues, continuing with
(03:42):
the narrative of Joseph Roccari. Upon doing research on the
message books recovered in the search warrant, I located the
identity of Redacted. The telephone number redacted was registered to redacted.
She currently is seventeen years old and she is attending
the Redacted Academy. I respond to the eighteen oh one
Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard also known as Palm Beach Mall.

I located the Redacted Foundation. I located Redacted Redacted inside
the foundation and informed her that I was investigating a
case against Jeffrey Epstein and she knew she had been
at the house. Redacted started to cry, and I advised
her she had put that part of her life behind her.
I explained that although she is seventeen years old, I

needed to inform her parents that she would be interviewed.
She provided her home telephone number. I attempted to contact
and left voicemail messages at the house to speak with
her parents. Detective Cristo and I then located Redacted at
her residence located at redacted in West Palm Beach. I
attempted to interview her about Jeffrey Epstein. She advised she

is so in love with jeff Epstein and would do
anything for him. She further explained that she would not
speak with us about him, either negative or positive. She
asked us to leave her property. I informed her that
although she did not wish to speak with us, I
had sufficient information at this point in the investigation to
know that she was at Epstein's house and provided girls

to Epstein to work. I also explained that prior to
our arrival at her residence, I had telephone contact with
her father Redacted, who was told she would be interviewed.
Redacted is currently seventeen years old, and as a juvenile,
parental notification would be required. We then left the area
and returned to the police station. While at the police station,

I left another telephone message for Redacted's parents, I began
an analysis of Sarah Kellen's cellular telephone. The telephone number
redacted is assigned to Sarah Kellen and the financially responsible
party is Jeffrey Epstein of four to fifty seven Madison Avenue.
The timeframe which it was subpoenaed was September two thousand

and five through October two thousand and five. There were
eighty seven pages of CA made either to the cell
phone or from the cell phone. The local five six
to one numbers were analyzed. A spreadsheet was prepared and
placed into the attachment file of who called. The unknown
numbers were researched using phonefinder dot Com and subpoenas were

requested to determine subscriber information. This was done to identify
additional victims or witnesses. The analysis revealed that Kellen had
called the victim or witnesses frequently when Epstein was in
town in Palm Beach to work. This confirms what the
girls interviewed had previously stated. Kellen would notify them when

Epstein was in town and their willingness to work. The
CD was placed into evidence. The investigation continues. The narrative
continues with Joseph Roccari. On December twenty ninth, two thousand
and five, I received a facimile from National Compliance Center
from Singular Wireless for a telephone number redacted. This was
(06:56):
the telephone number for Hayley Robson during the timeframe when
the victim Redacted was brought to the Epstein house to work.
An analysis of the phone records of all incoming and
outgoing calls showed that on February sixth, two thousand and five,
the day the victim redacted was brought to the house,
Robson first called Sarah Kellen, Epstein's assistant at redacted at
(07:19):
twelve fifty pm Eastern Standard time. The following call was
made to the victim redacted at one oh one pm
Eastern Standard time and at one o two pm Eastern
Standard time. This confirms the information provided by the victim
and the victim's father. I photocopied the records and enlarged
the page eight of ten to show the calls made
(07:39):
by Robson on February six, two thousand and five. To
this date, I have not heard from redacted to parents.
I will attempt to establish contact with them during the
evening hours. I received a package from Attorney Guy Fronstein
which was hand delivered at the police station. Within the
package was a letter from Alan Dershowitz and Tiou MySpace profiles.

The profiles were that of redacted and redacted. MySpace is
a social networking service that allows members to create unique
personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with
old and new friends. This package was in response to
a previous meeting in which mister Dershowitz called to assist
in the investigation in providing any additional witnesses, such as

house employees who have been reluctant to speak with law enforcement.
I reviewed the profiles mister Dershowitz enclosed Redacted, who designed
her blog to be redacted. Fucking Redacted still attends her
redacted high school sends and receives messages from friends which
contained some profanity. Upon reviewing her friend's comments section from MySpace,

most of her good friends sent messages to establish contact
and invite her to go out. I then reviewed Redacted's weblog,
which was provided by mister Dershowitz. Misredacted designed her blog
to be redacted. Her blog states that her interests include music, theater,
and weed. A reviewed her packet, in which she declares

her love for her living boyfriend. She also describes using
marijuana with her boyfriend Redacted. We're talking about underage girls here, remember, okay,
little high school girls, and Alan Dershowitz and his band
of mary scumbags destroyed these little girls and their reputation
because of a MySpace profile. The letter that mister Dershowitz
sent advised he was looking into the allegations that one

of the private investigators used by the private attorneys of
Epstein attempted to impersonate or state that they were police
officers from Palm Beach. Mister Dershowitz advised that the investigators
used to interview redacted had quite a distinct speech impediment,
did not claim to be nor did they impersonate themselves
as police officers. This package was sent to both Asa

Lana Bellehovic and Asa Dahalio Weiss at the State Attorney's office,
so they were on the march here and Dershowitz and
his team were trying to preemp this and get ahead
of everything that was coming down the pipe. I may
telephone contact with Asa Weiss to confirm she received the
package and request an interview with Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marsenkova

and Ganesis Panisik. She advised she would assist in attempting
to contact mister Dershowitz. On January third, two thousand and six,
I received a telephone call from Asa Weiss, who informed
me that she may telephone contact with mister Dershowitz. She
had requested the employees be available the week of January third,

two thousand and six. Mister Dershowitz informed her that the
assistants are out of the country and would require additional
time to locate them and make them available. Imagine this bullshit,
the games that rich people can play, and then Maxwell
has the audacity right to tell us how she's getting
a bad shake. Okay, sure. The next narrative we have

is from Lori Minoau on Thursday three thirty one oh five,
I started conducting surveillance at three fifty eight lbrio. At
this point I observed at eleven fifty five hours, a
Tan Ultima burying Florida tag redacted in roadway, black burying
Florida tag in drive and a tan Honda Civic bearing

Florida tag redacted in the roadway, a black Chevy Suburban
in the driveway, and a black Cadillac Escalade in the driveway.
At thirteen hundred and twenty five hours, I observed the
Honda Civic in the roadway, a black Chevy Suburban in
the driveway, a black Catty Escalade in the drive and
the white Kia car bearing Florida tag redacted. At sixteen

fifteen hours, I observed the tan Honda Civic redacted in
the roadway, a black Chevy Suburban in the drive a
black Catty escalade in the driveway, and a white Kia
car redacted in the roadway. On Friday four to one
oh five, I continued surveillance at three fifty eight Albrio.
At eleven thirty hours, I observed the tan Honda Civic
burying Florida the tag redacted in the roadway, a black

Cadillac Escalade in the driveway, and a tan unknown make
model bearing Florida tag redacted in the roadway. At twelve
twenty seven hours, I observed a tan Honda Civic redacted
in the roadway, a black Catty escalade in the driveway,
and a black Chevy Suv located behind the escalade. At
thirteen forty five hours, I observed a tan Honda Civic

I observed a red Explorer bearing Florida tags redacted in
the roadway and a black Catty escalade in the driveway.
At a fourteen hours, I observed a red Explorer redacted
in the roadway, black Cadillac escalade in the driveway, and
the tan Honda Civic redacted. At O nine to five

two hours, I observed a Red Explorer redacted in roadway,
black Catty escalade in driveway, tan Honda Civic in the roadway,
and also a gray unknown make model with BM in
the trunk retrieving landscaping tools. At eleven fifty five hours,
I observed a gray Camaro bearing Florida tag redacted, parking
in the roadway in front of three p fifty eight albrio.

A white female, blonde hair teens the early twenties, thin
and tall, wearing a white tank top and short blue
jeans blue shorts excuse me, exited the vehicle and walked
to the rear of the house. I also observed a
red Explorer in the roadway, tan Honda Civic redacted in roadway,
and black catty escalade in the driveway. At thirteen ten hours,

I observed a red explorer, white female driver leaving the area,
tanned subcompact on roadway, and a red neon bearing Florida
tag redacted. Then observed three white female approximately sixteen to
eighteen years of age jogging. All three females ran into
the driveway. There were two blonde hair and one brown hair.
On Sunday four to three oh five, I continued surveillance

at three fifty eight Elbrio. At seven nineteen hours, I
observed a Tan Honda Civic redacted in roadway and a
black catty escalade. At nine thirty four hours, I observed
a tan Honda Civic redacted in the roadway and a
black catty escalade in the driveway. At ten fifty seven hours,
I observed only the tan Honda Civic. On Tuesday four

to five oh five, I continued surveillance at three fifty
eight Elbrio. At ten fifty two hours, I observed a
red Explorer in the roadway, a green explorer bearing Florida
tag redacted in the roadway, a green Aultama bearing Florida
tag redacted in the roadway, white four truck redacted in
the roadway, black Mercedes in the driveway being washed by

a black mail and an unknown dark car parked in
the garage. At ten fifty nine hours, of blue Chevy
suburban drove to the house of three point fifty eight
Elbrio and parked in the driveway. At eleven nineteen hours,
I observed the white Ford truck, which was the pullman,
leave the area. At eleven twenty six hours, I observed

a gray, unknown make model car parked in the roadway.
White mel got out of the car and walked to
a house on the south side of Elbrio. At fourteen
oh six, I observed a red Explorer parked on the
roadway and a large white box truck parked behind the

In this episode, we're gonna dive right back in to
the Palm Beach police report and pick up where we
left off, and once again to do that, we're picking
up with the narrative of Joseph Riccari. I made contact
(16:01):
with mister addacted, father of redacted, who was told that
I wished to interview his daughter. Mister adacted stated he
was aware and had spoken with his daughter about the incident.
He stated that his daughter had previously told him that
she was hired to model lingerie at a Palm Beach mansion.
Mister addacted stated that he knew nothing else about what
(16:21):
she did when she went to work. Mister adacted advised
he would cooperate with the investigation and make his daughter
available for interviews. I asked if she was available for
an interview. Redacted stated she was not home at the moment.
I informed them that I would make contact with her
at a later time. Mister addacted expressed his interest in
(16:42):
the resolution in this matter, as he stated this information
has affected his daughter emotionally. On January fourth, two thousand
and five, I acquired the subpoenas from the State Attorney's
Office for Singular Wireless Metro PCs, Verizon Bellsalth Telecommunications, and
sprint for the unknown telephone numbers from Sarah Kellen's cellular telephone.

The subpoenas were sent to their respective telephone carriers for
subscriber information. I received a telephone call from State Attorney's
office who informed me that the former houseman for Jeffrey Epstein,
Alfredo Rodriguez, was present at the State Attorney's office for
an interview. Rodriguez was issued in investigative subpoena for an

interview on the ongoings at Epstein's house during his employee
I responded to the State Attorney's office and encountered mister
Rodriguez waiting in the lobby. I brought mister Rodriguez to
the interview room. During the sworn tape statement, mister Rodriguez
stated he was employed by Jeffrey Epstein for approximately six months.
He was referred by associates and his employment lasted the
(17:49):
months of November two thousand and four through May two
thousand and five. His responsibilities as house manager included being
the butler, chauffeur, chef, houseman on errands for mister Ebstein
and provide for mister Ebstein's guests. Rodriguez advised he had
very limited contact with mister Ebstein. If Rodriguez needed to
(18:10):
relay a message to mister Ebstein, he would have to
notify Epstein's secretary in New York City, who would then
notify Epstein's personal assistant, Sarah, who would relay the message
to Ebstein. Rodriguez stated Epstein did not want to see
or hear the staff when he was in the residence.
I asked Rodriguez if Epstein received many guests during his
stay in Palm Beach. Rodriguez advised he had many guests.

I asked specifically about messuses coming to the house. Rodriguez
stated that he would have two massages a day. Epstein
would have one massage in the morning and one massage
in the afternoon every day that he was in residence.
Rodriguez stated he would be informed to expect someone and
make them comfortable until either Sarah or Epstein would meet
(18:54):
with them. Rodriguez stated, once the messuses would arrive, he
would allow them entry into the case and offer them
something to drink or eat. They would then be encountered
by either Sarah or Epstein. They would be taken upstairs
to provide the massage. I asked Rodriguez if any of
the messuses appeared young in age. He advised he didn't
(19:15):
ask their ages, but felt they were very young. Rodriguez
stated they ate like his own daughter, who is in
high school. Rodriguez stated they would eat tons of cereal
and drink milk all the time. Rodriguez stated the girls
that would come appear to be too young to be messuses.
He stated one time, under Epstein's direction, he delivered a
(19:35):
dozen roses to redact Its High school for one of
the girls that came to provide a massage. He knew
the girls were still in high school and were of
high school age. I asked Rodriguez about the massages. He
felt there was a lot more going on than just massages.
He would clean mister Epstein's bedroom after the alleged massages

and would discover massage vibrators and sex to scattered on
the floor. He also said he would wipe down the
vibrators and sex toys and put them away in an armoir.
He described the armoire as a small wood armoir which
was on the wall close to Epstein's bed. Epstein ordered
Rodriguez to go to the Dollar rent a car and

rent a car for the same girl he brought the
roses to so that she could drive herself to Epstein's
house without incident. Rodriguez said the girl always needed rides
to and from the house. Rodriguez referred to himself as
a human atm machine and was ordered by Epstein to
maintain a minimum balance of two thousand dollars on him
(20:37):
at all times. When a girl would come by the
house and mister Epstein was either not in residence or
was not at home at the time, Rodriguez was to
provide the girl several hundred dollars for their time and
to notify Epstein the amount they were given. Epstein also
ordered Rodriguez to purchase several gifts and provide them as
tips to the girls. I asked what kind of gifts,
(20:58):
Rodriguez stated, purchased iPod's jewelry, anything the girls would want.
Rodriguez stated the amount of girls that came to the
house was approximately fifteen. Each of the girls knew each
other and all seemed to know at redacted High School
who mister Epstein was. When asked to identify these girls,
Rodriguez stated that he could not at the moment, but knew.

He wrote their names down on a journal he kept
during his employ with mister Epstein. He kept a journal
in the event he needed to explain either to mister
Epstein or his assistance what was done at the house
or who visited the house, as he stated he was
in charge of mister Epstein's personal security. While in Palm Beach.
I informed him that I would need to view this journal,
(21:42):
to which he stated he would research the book and
contact me to provide the book. The interview was concluded
and I left the area. I returned back to the
police station where the micro cassette was placed into evidence.
At approximately seven thirty PM, I was notified Rodriguez located
the journal and would call me on January fifth, two
thousand and five to provide the journal. The investigation continues.

The narrative now is still Detective Rocari. On January fifth,
two thousand and six, I attempted to meet with Alfredo
Rodriguez to recover the folder or journal in which he
kept the notes that were given to him during his
employ with mister Jeffrey Epstein. He kept this folder to
justify what he did during his employ should the need
a rise to justify what occurred with the monies. He
(22:29):
had kept or any questions as to the petty cash
he withdrew from the household account from the bank. At
approximately ten PM, I attempted contact with mister Rodriguez and
discovered he was assisting his wife at her place of
employment and would not be able to meet with me.
Mister Rodriguez stated he would meet with me January sixth,
two thousand and six in Broward County in the morning hours.

On January sixth, two thousand and six, at approximately nine
a m. I received a telephone call from mister Rodriguez,
who advised he had the fire is in hand and
would be traveling northbound to meet me in Broward County.
At ten fifty am, I met with Alfredo Rodriguez in
the parking lot of Bank of America and Boca Raton
on Yamato Road and Military Trail known as the Polo Center.

Rodriguez produced a green folder which contained documents a note
with mister Epstein's stationary with direction to deliver a bucket
of roses to redact its high school after redacted high
school drama performance. Also in the same note was directions
to rent a car for redacted and directions to extend
the rental contract. I returned to the Palm Beach Police
(23:36):
station and placed the folder into evidence. I received a
fax from Verizon from the subpoena request sent on one
four h six for telephone number redacted. The number is
registered to doctor Perry Bard from West pom Beach. Doctor
Bard is a chiropractor and has an office located redacted
in West Palm Beach. The cell number is doctor Bard's
(23:59):
personal cellular number. On January ninth, two thousand and six,
Detective Cristo and I traveled to redacted in Palm Beach
Gardens in an attempt to locate Johanna Schoberg, who had
been previously seen on the property and identified through her
Florida driver's license and Florida license plate. A business card
was left for her to return my call. We then

traveled to the redacted foundation and located redacted. Redacted agreed
to speak with us and in a private room within
the school, provided us a tape statement. During the statement,
Redacted advised that when she was fifteen or sixteen years
of age, she was taken to Jeffrey Epstein's house by
her associate Redacted. Redacted stated that this occurred late May
(24:43):
two thousand and four or early June two thousand and four,
she was told that she could model lingerie for money
for a wealthy Palm Beacher. She remembered they traveled by
yellow cap from their residence in West Palm Beach to
Epstein's house. She remembered encountering Epstein at the front door
during the evening hours. He introduced himself and brought them
(25:03):
into the kitchen so that the chef could prepare something
for them to eat. After having a meal, Redacted and
Epstein brought Redacted upstairs to a master bedroom which had
a large bathroom. She observed a large style shower sauna
and there was a large massage bed also in the bathroom.
Epstein entered the room within the bathroom and came out
(25:25):
wearing only a towel. Redacted said that they would provide
a massage on his feet. Redacted asked why they are
doing this. Redacted told her this was part of the
routine and told her to rub his legs and calves.
Epstein had told her Redacted to get comfortable. Redacted continued
rubbing Epstein's calves and his feet at Epstein's direction. Redacted
then left the room, leaving redacted there by herself. Epstein
(25:49):
told her redacted to get comfortable. Then he removed her
blouse and pants and stayed in her panties. Redacted stated
she was not wearing a bra. She believed she was
wearing thong pans. Epstein turned over onto his back and
began touching her. Epstein touched her breast and began touching
her in her vagina area. Epstein instructed her to rub
(26:09):
his chest and rub his nipples. Redacted stated the touching
consisted over the pannies. On the first time, he stroked
her vagina, but stayed on top of the pannies. During
the first massage, she stated Epstein was stroking her and
began masturbating himself. At the same time, he put his
hands under the towel and appeared as to masturbate himself. However,
(26:30):
she never saw his penis. She continued rubbing his chest
until he grabbed her and pulled her closer to him.
He appeared to have climax because after he pulled her
closer to him the massage was over. Epstein told her
that there was two hundred dollars for her on the dresser.
He told her that she couldnot tell anyone what happened
that the house or bad things could happen. Redacted stated
(26:52):
she went to Epstein's house three or four times in total.
Redacted was very scared and felt very nervous. She knew
because of Epstein's money, he was powerful. After the massage,
Epstein ordered his houseman at the time to drive the
girls home. The employee was to drop off the girls
at their houses and to watch them go inside. Redacted
cannot remember who the houseman was. She stated at Epstein
(27:14):
and his assistant Sarah would call her at her father's
house to arrange for her to come to work. She advised.
Each time she returned to the house, Epstein would do
the same thing. Redacted stated it was a routine with Epstein.
She would rub his feet and calves. He would then
turn over and begin to touch her on her vagina area.
The only difference was it was done without pannies. Epstein's
(27:36):
fingers would stroke her vagina area as he would masturbate
and finally climax and the massage would be over. She
was paid two hundred dollars each time she went. Each
time she went, she was reminded not to speak of
what had happened at the house and that she would
be contacted again. She began to purposely miss the calls

when either Sarah or Epstein would call her. She once
brought a friend redacted unknown last name to work for Epstein.
She was paid two hundred dollars for bringing redacted and
redacted stated she no longer returned to work for Epstein.
She also stated that she wanted to notify the police
of what happened at the house. Redacted stated that she
was scared of what could have happened to her or

her family if she notified the authorities. On January tenth,
two thousand and six, I received the results from the
subpoena from the Bell South Telecommunications for telephone number redacted.
The number is assigned to or redacted and redact its
father in Palm Beach Gardens. I also received the results
from the Western Union, which confirmed the money order sent
(28:41):
to or redacted from Jeffrey Epstein in New York City.
The wire was sent by Jeffrey Epstein of four fifty
seven Madison Avenue in New York City on December twenty third,
two thousand and four, at twelve oh five pm. The
amount of two hundred and twenty two dollars was charged
to Epstein's credit card so that Redacted could receive two
hundred dollars in Royal Palm Beach. The twenty two dollars
(29:06):
was for processing and local fees to send the money
via Western Union. A copy of the check presented to
Redacted was also attached to the receipt of the wire
This confirm what Redacted advised she received as a Christmas
bonus from Epstein. The investigation continues. All right, folks, we're

back into that Palm Beach police report and pick up
where we left off. We're picking up once again with
the narrative of Joseph Roccari. I received and reviewed the
(29:49):
singular wireless results from the subpoena request for subscriber information
for the telephone numbers redacted. The first number redacted is
assigned to Janus Banis in care of Jeffrey Epstein of
four to fifty seven Madison Avenue in New York City.
Vanasik is the current houseman house manager for the three
point fifty eight Elbrio Way in pom Beach, Florida. The
(30:12):
second number redacted is assigned to Christian Venero of redacted,
West Palm Beach. Research conducted on Venaro revealed she is
a licensed massage therapist with a Florida conditional active license
number redacted. Venero had been previously arrested for battery, unwanted
touching and duy. Requests for copies of the reports involving
(30:34):
the arrests were requested from the pom Beach County Sheriff's Office.
The last number redacted is assigned to Thomas Rofrano of
redacted pom Beach Gardens. Research on mister Rofrano revealed he
is a Florida chiropractor. Vehicles that were previously documented on
the property while surveillance was being conducted were researched. I

determined to tan Chevrolet Camaro bearing Florida license redacted was
seen on the property in which a young white female
was seen entering the Epstein property. Research was conducted which
revealed that the vehicle is registered to redacted. Mister redacted
has two daughters, redacted and redacted is currently residing in
Connecticut and redacted as residing with her father in Lake Worth.

Research on redacted revealed she was recently involved in a
traffic stop in Lake Clark Shores in May nineteenth, two
thousand and five. A request to discover any information from
the stop was requested. I spoke with Asa daliel Weiss,
who informed me that Janice Banasik will be available for
an interview tomorrow at the State's Attorney's office in West

Palm Beach at one thirty PM. I informed her that
I would be at her office for the interview. On
January nineteenth, two thousand and six, Detective Cristo and I
met with Johanna Schoberg, at a licensed massage therapist who
had previously been seen on Epstein's property when physical surveillance
was done. Schoberg was told of the ongoing investigation and

I felt she may have information pertaining to the case.
During a sworn tape statement, Shoburg stated she met Epstein
three years ago when Glene Maxwell approached her while she
was attending Palm Beach Atlantic College to work around Epstein's house.
Maxwell had told her that they needed some girls to
work at the house to answer phones and run errands.

Shoberg accepted the job and began working at Epstein's house
on Elbrio in Palm Beach. Shoburg stated it was a
part time job. During the time that she went to
Palm Beach Atlantic College, she continued going to Epstein's house
and would be notified when Epstein would travel to Palm Beach.
Shoburg advised she would be notified by Maxwell Epstein or Sarah,
(32:45):
his assistant, when he would travel to Palm Beach. Schoberg
stated that she began providing massages to Abstein before she
became a massage therapist. She continued giving massages not only
to Ebstein, but to Nadia Marsenkova and Sarah, his assistant.
Shoburg was asked about what occurred during the massages. Shoburg
(33:06):
stated that she was twenty three years old when she
met Epstein. Anything that happened was between two consenting adults.
I explained to her that she was not in any trouble. However,
as part of this investigation, I needed to ask her
certain questions. Shoburg stated that there were times that Epstein
would ask her to perform. During the massage, he would
(33:26):
instruct her to rub his nipples as he masturbated himself.
Shoburg stated she felt grossed out about the behavior, but
as she was getting paid, she just continued. Schoburg also
advised she would on occasion perform the massages naked. Epstein
would on occasion utilize the vibrator massager on her vagina
area when she performed the massages. Sholburg explained that Epstein
(33:50):
never exposed himself to her, as he maintained himself covered
under the towel he would be wearing. When Epstein would masturbate,
he would be covered. I asked if Schowburgh ever received
any gifts or any retuities from Epstein. Schoburg advised aside
from being paid well, she advised Epstein to care of
her tuition from Palm Beach Atlanta College, and she received
(34:11):
a rental car for a week when her scooter broke down. Additionally,
she received other gifts from Epstein. Epstein also recommended her
to another client who resides at Breaker's Row in Palm Beach.
The client she was referred to was named Glenn unknown
last name and his wife, whom she provided a massage to.
The statement was concluded and placed into evidence upon our
(34:33):
return to the Palm Beach Police Department. While at the
police station, I researched Florida tag redacted, which was also
previously seen on the property when there was physical surveillance
being done at the property. The vehicle is registered to Redacted, Lakeworth, Florida.
Researching mister Redacted and the vehicle revealed that his daughter Redacted,

had been driving the vehicle and was cited for unlawful
speed in Lake Clark Shores. The vehicle is a Tan
Chevrolet Camaro Tudor. I research Redacted's date of birth redacted
nineteen eighty seven. Resides that redacted and Redacted has a
MySpace page. Inner web page shows various photos of Redacted
photographed out a beach. An interview is forthcoming. A review

of the video discs which was extracted at the Palm
Beach County Sheriff's Office Computer Crime Unit, revealed that only
one hidden camera was functional at the time. Several images
of Epstein working at his office were seen. Additional footage
of Sarah Kellen and Nadia Marsenkova was seen. There was
other footage of women see The identity of the females
(35:38):
is unknown at this time until such time as I
meet with certain females to show the video footage to
confirm if in fact it is them on the video.
At this time, it appears that redacted and Haley Robson
are seen sitting with Epstein beside his desk in the
evening hours. Due to poor lighting, a direct confirmation cannot
be made at this time. The investigation continues. On January
(36:02):
twenty fifth, two thousand and six, Detective Cristo and I
responded to her redacted and met with redacted and Redacted
stated last year, when she was seventeen years of age,
she met Jeffrey Epstein through her former roommate redacted. Redacted
was allegedly dating Epstein at the time. Redacted and redacted
had once cohabitated together when they modeled. Redacted explained. Redacted
(36:26):
called her on the telephone and advised her that she
was in Palm Beach and requested to see her. Redacted
made arrangements to meet with her at Epstein's house. Redacted
arrived and met Epstein and redacted and redacted and redacted
and went to the Palm Beach Mall together and went shopping.
Redacted advice that Redacted and she had received money from
Epstein to go to La Mall. They visited Victoria's Secret
(36:49):
and purchased undergarments from the store, utilizing monies given to
them by Epstein. Redacted advice. She purchased one item and
Redacted purchased various items. The money used to purchase the
items was money given by Epstein. Redacted and Redacted continued
chopping and having a day together. Redacted stated that Redacted
explained how she and Epstein had been dating each other

and how he has been paying all of her bills.
Redacted claims she that Redacted advised they met in New
York and had been dating ever since. They later returned
to Epstein's home and encountered Epstein. He had a brief
conversation with Redacted about her modeling career. He knew of
her modeling career from Redacted. He requested to see her
modeling portfolio and explained that he could help her with
(37:34):
modeling jobs. Redacted had her book with her to show
Redacted and showed the book to Epstein. He commented negatively
about her photographs and portfolio. Redacted felt uncomfortable with the
comments made as she had been working with other professional
modeling companies and had been offered work for her photographs.
Epstein requested to see what was purchased at the mall.
(37:57):
Redacted took out the undergarments which were purchased. She immediately
showed Epstein different sets purchased. Epstein then requested to view
what was purchased. Redacted was reluctant to show the outfit. However,
since it was Epstein's money that purchased the item, she
pulled it out of the bag. Epstein asked her to
try it on. Redacted looked at Redacted, who told her, yeah,
(38:18):
try it on. Feeling compelled to try on the undergarment outfit,
she went to another room and put on the bron
panty set. She walked out to the living room where
they were sitting and modeled the suit. She then went
back into the other room and changed back into her clothes.
Redacted returned into the room and told her that she
would be going home. Redacted scheduled another day for Redacted
(38:41):
to return for massage with her. Redacted stated within the
same week, she returned to meet with Redacted and have
a massage. Redacted had told her that she would be
unable to stay with her as she would be going
on a bike ride with Epstein. Redacted explained that she
could stay at the house and take advantage of the massage.

Redacted stated that she met with an unknown massage therapist
and had the table already set up in a guest room.
Redacted removed her clothing, leaving her panties on, and wrapped
herself with a towel for the massage. Redacted or remembered
that the door to the guest room was closed but
not locked. As the therapist was working her back. The
door was opened by Epstein and he entered into the room.
(39:24):
Redacted was trying to conceal herself as Epstein was talking
to her about his chiropractic session. Epstein told Redacted to
turn over onto her back. Redacted eventually turned over, exposing
her breast to Ebstein as he applied pressure on her
shoulder and her waist. Redacted stated Epstein popped her back.
Redacted Or removed herself from the table and got dressed
(39:45):
and left the house. Redacted further stated Redacted had attempted
to call her on several occasions to invite her back
to Epstein's house, to which redacted replied, I'm busy. Redacted
advised she had not had contact with either redacted or
Jeffrey Epstein. It should be noted that her mother, redacted,
was present during the interview. The interview was concluded and

we thanked them for their time. On January twenty seventh,
two thousand and six, I made telephone contact with Christina
Vanaro at redacted. Banero is a licensed massage therapist who
had frequented the home of Jeffrey Epstein. Miss Venaro has
been unable to meet with me in Palm Beach County,
and because she lives and works in Port Saint Luci,
(40:28):
a telephone interview was conducted. I explained to Miss Venaro
that there was an ongoing investigation involving Jeffrey Epstein. Bernero
stated she knows Epstein and has been employed by them
for approximately three years. Epstein has paid Venero to perform
Swedish massages deep tissue on him and other guests. Banero
explained that approximately three years ago, she met Glene Maxwell
(40:52):
and Jeffrey Epstein through a mutual friend. Epstein and Maxwell
were looking for a massage therapist. Benaro stated, since that time,
she is notified when Epstein is coming into Palm Beach.
Bnaro stated she comes to his house and provides the
massage or massages. Banero explained she has also massage his
guests and his assistance. Venero continued that she has paid
(41:16):
one hundred dollars an hour for the massage. I asked
Venaro if anything occurred during the massage that would have
made her feel uncomfortable. Venero stated she only provided massages
and that was it. She was never approached for anything else.
I asked if Epstein ever asked her to rub his chest.
She stated she would not rub his chest as that
is not part of her massage. Bernero explained that she
(41:38):
was not Epstein's type. The girl she would see at
Epstein's house were very thin, beautiful, and without tattoos. Venero
explained she has several tattoos that are visible. Maxwell and
Epstein have commented negatively about her tattoos previously when she
provided massages. Venero stated she only provided massages for Epstein
(41:59):
and is associate and nothing happened during those massages. Bernero stated,
as she does Swedish style massages. The patient is usually
sore after the massages. I thanked her for assistance and
the interview was concluded. At this time, I received a
facimile from T Mobile Cellular Service on telephone number redacted,
(42:19):
which is assigned to David Rodgers, pilot for mister Epstein,
who resides in Lake Worth. Rogers telephone number was dialed
on several occasions from Sarah Kellen. A background on Rogers
indicated he has a valid FAA pilot license first Class
for the Southern FAA region. Rogers has another historical FAA
(42:40):
license for airline transport pilot. The investigation continues. All right, folks,

In this episode, we're going to pick up where we
left off with the Palm Beach police report, and this
time we're picking up with the narrative of Joseph Roccari.
On December twentieth, two thousand and five, I contacted Asa
dahaliol Weiss in an attempt to subpoena the Epstein former
(00:21):
Houseman Alfredo Rodriguez. Rodriguez, who resides in Miami, had eluded
the process servers previously and was not served the investigative subpoena.
A telephone message was left as she is not available.
During the week of twelve nineteen, two thousand and five,
I made contact with State Attorney Investigator Teresa Wyatt and
(00:44):
requested the same via telephone message. I then researched the
victims SG cellular telephone subpoena data which had been received
from a previous subpoena request. I analyzed the records which
to pick several calls from Hailey Robson. The telephone calls
start on February six, two thousand and five, at twelve
forty nine pm, the same day which the victim and
(01:07):
the victim's father stated the incident occurred at Epstein's house.
The first incoming call was from Robson's residence at redacted.
The second incoming call from Robson's cell phone redacted, occurred
at one o two PM. The call durations were one
minute or less. The timeframe was within thirteen minutes apart.

It should be noted that Robson's residence was in close
proximity to the victims. The next call occurred at five PM,
when the victim telephoned Robson's residence. Several calls were made
after the above mentioned calls, both incoming and outgoing to Robson.
Further analysis showed no telephone calls to either Robson's cellular
telephone or Robson's residence were registered prior to February six,
(01:53):
two thousand and five. Additionally, I also conducted an analysis
on the telephone calls from redacted. The subscriber information confirmed
that the number is registered to paul A Lavery, a
resident of Florida. The address was cross reference to the
office of Carolas and Riley Private Investigators. I researched the
(02:14):
webpage Wwwileycoriley dot com, which also showed various cases in
which they assisted. I also located another website under Coral
Spring park Land Rotary dot org in which mister Riley
attended a Miami rotary meeting and confirmed attorney Roy black
Is among his clientele. The telephone calls revealed Lavery had
(02:37):
telephone contact with redacted, either just after I attempted to
interview them or just prior. A background was conducted on Lavery,
which revealed he holds the current private investigator's license. A
criminal arrest record revealed he had been previously arrested for
possession of cocaine and solicitation of prostitution. I also researched
(02:58):
the girls using MySpace dot com. This website is a
new social networking service that allows members to create unique
personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with
old and new friends. The site allows one to establish
your own MySpace dot com page and decorate the page
anyway you wish. I found the following people have MySpace sites, Hayley, Robson,
(03:22):
and then a bunch of redacted names. I received a
singular wireless packet which contained a CD which contained the
results of the subpoena request for verbatim calls on Redacted.
An analysis will be conducted in the near future on
the phone number is called. The investigation continues, continuing with
(03:42):
the narrative of Joseph Roccari. Upon doing research on the
message books recovered in the search warrant, I located the
identity of Redacted. The telephone number redacted was registered to redacted.
She currently is seventeen years old and she is attending
the Redacted Academy. I respond to the eighteen oh one
Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard also known as Palm Beach Mall.

I located the Redacted Foundation. I located Redacted Redacted inside
the foundation and informed her that I was investigating a
case against Jeffrey Epstein and she knew she had been
at the house. Redacted started to cry, and I advised
her she had put that part of her life behind her.
I explained that although she is seventeen years old, I

needed to inform her parents that she would be interviewed.
She provided her home telephone number. I attempted to contact
and left voicemail messages at the house to speak with
her parents. Detective Cristo and I then located Redacted at
her residence located at redacted in West Palm Beach. I
attempted to interview her about Jeffrey Epstein. She advised she
(04:48):
is so in love with jeff Epstein and would do
anything for him. She further explained that she would not
speak with us about him, either negative or positive. She
asked us to leave her property. I informed her that
although she did not wish to speak with us, I
had sufficient information at this point in the investigation to
know that she was at Epstein's house and provided girls
(05:10):
to Epstein to work. I also explained that prior to
our arrival at her residence, I had telephone contact with
her father Redacted, who was told she would be interviewed.
Redacted is currently seventeen years old, and as a juvenile,
parental notification would be required. We then left the area
and returned to the police station. While at the police station,
(05:32):
I left another telephone message for Redacted's parents, I began
an analysis of Sarah Kellen's cellular telephone. The telephone number
redacted is assigned to Sarah Kellen and the financially responsible
party is Jeffrey Epstein of four to fifty seven Madison Avenue.
The timeframe which it was subpoenaed was September two thousand
(05:55):
and five through October two thousand and five. There were
eighty seven pages of CA made either to the cell
phone or from the cell phone. The local five six
to one numbers were analyzed. A spreadsheet was prepared and
placed into the attachment file of who called. The unknown
numbers were researched using phonefinder dot Com and subpoenas were
(06:16):
requested to determine subscriber information. This was done to identify
additional victims or witnesses. The analysis revealed that Kellen had
called the victim or witnesses frequently when Epstein was in
town in Palm Beach to work. This confirms what the
girls interviewed had previously stated. Kellen would notify them when
(06:36):
Epstein was in town and their willingness to work. The
CD was placed into evidence. The investigation continues. The narrative
continues with Joseph Roccari. On December twenty ninth, two thousand
and five, I received a facimile from National Compliance Center
from Singular Wireless for a telephone number redacted. This was
(06:56):
the telephone number for Hayley Robson during the timeframe when
the victim Redacted was brought to the Epstein house to work.
An analysis of the phone records of all incoming and
outgoing calls showed that on February sixth, two thousand and five,
the day the victim redacted was brought to the house,
Robson first called Sarah Kellen, Epstein's assistant at redacted at
(07:19):
twelve fifty pm Eastern Standard time. The following call was
made to the victim redacted at one oh one pm
Eastern Standard time and at one o two pm Eastern
Standard time. This confirms the information provided by the victim
and the victim's father. I photocopied the records and enlarged
the page eight of ten to show the calls made
(07:39):
by Robson on February six, two thousand and five. To
this date, I have not heard from redacted to parents.
I will attempt to establish contact with them during the
evening hours. I received a package from Attorney Guy Fronstein
which was hand delivered at the police station. Within the
package was a letter from Alan Dershowitz and Tiou MySpace profiles.
(08:02):
The profiles were that of redacted and redacted. MySpace is
a social networking service that allows members to create unique
personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with
old and new friends. This package was in response to
a previous meeting in which mister Dershowitz called to assist
in the investigation in providing any additional witnesses, such as
(08:24):
house employees who have been reluctant to speak with law enforcement.
I reviewed the profiles mister Dershowitz enclosed Redacted, who designed
her blog to be redacted. Fucking Redacted still attends her
redacted high school sends and receives messages from friends which
contained some profanity. Upon reviewing her friend's comments section from MySpace,

most of her good friends sent messages to establish contact
and invite her to go out. I then reviewed Redacted's weblog,
which was provided by mister Dershowitz. Misredacted designed her blog
to be redacted. Her blog states that her interests include music, theater,
and weed. A reviewed her packet, in which she declares

her love for her living boyfriend. She also describes using
marijuana with her boyfriend Redacted. We're talking about underage girls here, remember, okay,
little high school girls, and Alan Dershowitz and his band
of mary scumbags destroyed these little girls and their reputation
because of a MySpace profile. The letter that mister Dershowitz
sent advised he was looking into the allegations that one
(09:29):
of the private investigators used by the private attorneys of
Epstein attempted to impersonate or state that they were police
officers from Palm Beach. Mister Dershowitz advised that the investigators
used to interview redacted had quite a distinct speech impediment,
did not claim to be nor did they impersonate themselves
as police officers. This package was sent to both Asa
(09:52):
Lana Bellehovic and Asa Dahalio Weiss at the State Attorney's office,
so they were on the march here and Dershowitz and
his team were trying to preemp this and get ahead
of everything that was coming down the pipe. I may
telephone contact with Asa Weiss to confirm she received the
package and request an interview with Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marsenkova
(10:14):
and Ganesis Panisik. She advised she would assist in attempting
to contact mister Dershowitz. On January third, two thousand and six,
I received a telephone call from Asa Weiss, who informed
me that she may telephone contact with mister Dershowitz. She
had requested the employees be available the week of January third,
(10:35):
two thousand and six. Mister Dershowitz informed her that the
assistants are out of the country and would require additional
time to locate them and make them available. Imagine this bullshit,
the games that rich people can play, and then Maxwell
has the audacity right to tell us how she's getting
a bad shake. Okay, sure. The next narrative we have

is from Lori Minoau on Thursday three thirty one oh five,
I started conducting surveillance at three fifty eight lbrio. At
this point I observed at eleven fifty five hours, a
Tan Ultima burying Florida tag redacted in roadway, black burying
Florida tag in drive and a tan Honda Civic bearing
(11:17):
Florida tag redacted in the roadway, a black Chevy Suburban
in the driveway, and a black Cadillac Escalade in the driveway.
At thirteen hundred and twenty five hours, I observed the
Honda Civic in the roadway, a black Chevy Suburban in
the driveway, a black Catty Escalade in the drive and
the white Kia car bearing Florida tag redacted. At sixteen
(11:39):
fifteen hours, I observed the tan Honda Civic redacted in
the roadway, a black Chevy Suburban in the drive a
black Catty escalade in the driveway, and a white Kia
car redacted in the roadway. On Friday four to one
oh five, I continued surveillance at three fifty eight Albrio.
At eleven thirty hours, I observed the tan Honda Civic
burying Florida the tag redacted in the roadway, a black
(12:02):
Cadillac Escalade in the driveway, and a tan unknown make
model bearing Florida tag redacted in the roadway. At twelve
twenty seven hours, I observed a tan Honda Civic redacted
in the roadway, a black Catty escalade in the driveway,
and a black Chevy Suv located behind the escalade. At
thirteen forty five hours, I observed a tan Honda Civic
(12:23):
redacted in the roadway and a black Chevy Suv in
the driveway. At fifteen fifty eight hours, I observed the
tan Honda Civic redacted in the roadway, a black Chevy
Suv in the driveway, a black Catty escalade in the
driveway and a dark unknown model make car parked in
the garage. On Saturday four to two oh five, I
(12:44):
continued surveillance at three fifty eight Lbrio. At seven thirteen hours,
I observed a red Explorer bearing Florida tags redacted in
the roadway and a black Catty escalade in the driveway.
At a fourteen hours, I observed a red Explorer redacted
in the roadway, black Cadillac escalade in the driveway, and
the tan Honda Civic redacted. At O nine to five
(13:05):
two hours, I observed a Red Explorer redacted in roadway,
black Catty escalade in driveway, tan Honda Civic in the roadway,
and also a gray unknown make model with BM in
the trunk retrieving landscaping tools. At eleven fifty five hours,
I observed a gray Camaro bearing Florida tag redacted, parking
in the roadway in front of three p fifty eight albrio.

A white female, blonde hair teens the early twenties, thin
and tall, wearing a white tank top and short blue
jeans blue shorts excuse me, exited the vehicle and walked
to the rear of the house. I also observed a
red Explorer in the roadway, tan Honda Civic redacted in roadway,
and black catty escalade in the driveway. At thirteen ten hours,
(13:48):
I observed a red explorer, white female driver leaving the area,
tanned subcompact on roadway, and a red neon bearing Florida

eighteen years of age jogging. All three females ran into
the driveway. There were two blonde hair and one brown hair.
On Sunday four to three oh five, I continued surveillance

at three fifty eight Elbrio. At seven nineteen hours, I
observed a Tan Honda Civic redacted in roadway and a
black catty escalade. At nine thirty four hours, I observed
a tan Honda Civic redacted in the roadway and a
black catty escalade in the driveway. At ten fifty seven hours,
I observed only the tan Honda Civic. On Tuesday four

to five oh five, I continued surveillance at three fifty
eight Elbrio. At ten fifty two hours, I observed a
red Explorer in the roadway, a green explorer bearing Florida
tag redacted in the roadway, a green Aultama bearing Florida

the roadway, black Mercedes in the driveway being washed by

a black mail and an unknown dark car parked in
the garage. At ten fifty nine hours, of blue Chevy
suburban drove to the house of three point fifty eight
Elbrio and parked in the driveway. At eleven nineteen hours,
I observed the white Ford truck, which was the pullman,
leave the area. At eleven twenty six hours, I observed

a gray, unknown make model car parked in the roadway.
White mel got out of the car and walked to
a house on the south side of Elbrio. At fourteen
oh six, I observed a red Explorer parked on the
roadway and a large white box truck parked behind the
surveillance suburban. All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up this

In this episode, we're gonna dive right back in to
the Palm Beach police report and pick up where we
left off, and once again to do that, we're picking
up with the narrative of Joseph Riccari. I made contact
(16:01):
with mister addacted, father of redacted, who was told that
I wished to interview his daughter. Mister adacted stated he
was aware and had spoken with his daughter about the incident.
He stated that his daughter had previously told him that
she was hired to model lingerie at a Palm Beach mansion.
Mister addacted stated that he knew nothing else about what
(16:21):
she did when she went to work. Mister adacted advised
he would cooperate with the investigation and make his daughter
available for interviews. I asked if she was available for
an interview. Redacted stated she was not home at the moment.
I informed them that I would make contact with her
at a later time. Mister addacted expressed his interest in
(16:42):
the resolution in this matter, as he stated this information
has affected his daughter emotionally. On January fourth, two thousand
and five, I acquired the subpoenas from the State Attorney's
Office for Singular Wireless Metro PCs, Verizon Bellsalth Telecommunications, and
sprint for the unknown telephone numbers from Sarah Kellen's cellular telephone.
(17:05):
The subpoenas were sent to their respective telephone carriers for
subscriber information. I received a telephone call from State Attorney's
office who informed me that the former houseman for Jeffrey Epstein,
Alfredo Rodriguez, was present at the State Attorney's office for
an interview. Rodriguez was issued in investigative subpoena for an
(17:27):
interview on the ongoings at Epstein's house during his employee
I responded to the State Attorney's office and encountered mister
Rodriguez waiting in the lobby. I brought mister Rodriguez to
the interview room. During the sworn tape statement, mister Rodriguez
stated he was employed by Jeffrey Epstein for approximately six months.
He was referred by associates and his employment lasted the
(17:49):
months of November two thousand and four through May two
thousand and five. His responsibilities as house manager included being
the butler, chauffeur, chef, houseman on errands for mister Ebstein
and provide for mister Ebstein's guests. Rodriguez advised he had
very limited contact with mister Ebstein. If Rodriguez needed to
(18:10):
relay a message to mister Ebstein, he would have to
notify Epstein's secretary in New York City, who would then
notify Epstein's personal assistant, Sarah, who would relay the message
to Ebstein. Rodriguez stated Epstein did not want to see
or hear the staff when he was in the residence.
I asked Rodriguez if Epstein received many guests during his
stay in Palm Beach. Rodriguez advised he had many guests.
(18:32):
I asked specifically about messuses coming to the house. Rodriguez
stated that he would have two massages a day. Epstein
would have one massage in the morning and one massage
in the afternoon every day that he was in residence.
Rodriguez stated he would be informed to expect someone and
make them comfortable until either Sarah or Epstein would meet
(18:54):
with them. Rodriguez stated, once the messuses would arrive, he
would allow them entry into the case and offer them
something to drink or eat. They would then be encountered
by either Sarah or Epstein. They would be taken upstairs
to provide the massage. I asked Rodriguez if any of
the messuses appeared young in age. He advised he didn't
(19:15):
ask their ages, but felt they were very young. Rodriguez
stated they ate like his own daughter, who is in
high school. Rodriguez stated they would eat tons of cereal
and drink milk all the time. Rodriguez stated the girls
that would come appear to be too young to be messuses.
He stated one time, under Epstein's direction, he delivered a
(19:35):
dozen roses to redact Its High school for one of
the girls that came to provide a massage. He knew
the girls were still in high school and were of
high school age. I asked Rodriguez about the massages. He
felt there was a lot more going on than just massages.
He would clean mister Epstein's bedroom after the alleged massages
(19:56):
and would discover massage vibrators and sex to scattered on
the floor. He also said he would wipe down the
vibrators and sex toys and put them away in an armoir.
He described the armoire as a small wood armoir which
was on the wall close to Epstein's bed. Epstein ordered
Rodriguez to go to the Dollar rent a car and
(20:17):
rent a car for the same girl he brought the
roses to so that she could drive herself to Epstein's
house without incident. Rodriguez said the girl always needed rides
to and from the house. Rodriguez referred to himself as
a human atm machine and was ordered by Epstein to
maintain a minimum balance of two thousand dollars on him
(20:37):
at all times. When a girl would come by the
house and mister Epstein was either not in residence or
was not at home at the time, Rodriguez was to
provide the girl several hundred dollars for their time and
to notify Epstein the amount they were given. Epstein also
ordered Rodriguez to purchase several gifts and provide them as
tips to the girls. I asked what kind of gifts,
(20:58):
Rodriguez stated, purchased iPod's jewelry, anything the girls would want.
Rodriguez stated the amount of girls that came to the
house was approximately fifteen. Each of the girls knew each
other and all seemed to know at redacted High School
who mister Epstein was. When asked to identify these girls,
Rodriguez stated that he could not at the moment, but knew.
(21:20):
He wrote their names down on a journal he kept
during his employ with mister Epstein. He kept a journal
in the event he needed to explain either to mister
Epstein or his assistance what was done at the house
or who visited the house, as he stated he was
in charge of mister Epstein's personal security. While in Palm Beach.
I informed him that I would need to view this journal,
(21:42):
to which he stated he would research the book and
contact me to provide the book. The interview was concluded
and I left the area. I returned back to the
police station where the micro cassette was placed into evidence.
At approximately seven thirty PM, I was notified Rodriguez located
the journal and would call me on January fifth, two
thousand and five to provide the journal. The investigation continues.
(22:06):
The narrative now is still Detective Rocari. On January fifth,
two thousand and six, I attempted to meet with Alfredo
Rodriguez to recover the folder or journal in which he
kept the notes that were given to him during his
employ with mister Jeffrey Epstein. He kept this folder to
justify what he did during his employ should the need
a rise to justify what occurred with the monies. He
(22:29):
had kept or any questions as to the petty cash
he withdrew from the household account from the bank. At
approximately ten PM, I attempted contact with mister Rodriguez and
discovered he was assisting his wife at her place of
employment and would not be able to meet with me.
Mister Rodriguez stated he would meet with me January sixth,
two thousand and six in Broward County in the morning hours.
(22:52):
On January sixth, two thousand and six, at approximately nine
a m. I received a telephone call from mister Rodriguez,
who advised he had the fire is in hand and
would be traveling northbound to meet me in Broward County.
At ten fifty am, I met with Alfredo Rodriguez in
the parking lot of Bank of America and Boca Raton
on Yamato Road and Military Trail known as the Polo Center.
(23:15):
Rodriguez produced a green folder which contained documents a note
with mister Epstein's stationary with direction to deliver a bucket
of roses to redact its high school after redacted high
school drama performance. Also in the same note was directions
to rent a car for redacted and directions to extend
the rental contract. I returned to the Palm Beach Police
(23:36):
station and placed the folder into evidence. I received a
fax from Verizon from the subpoena request sent on one
four h six for telephone number redacted. The number is
registered to doctor Perry Bard from West pom Beach. Doctor
Bard is a chiropractor and has an office located redacted
in West Palm Beach. The cell number is doctor Bard's
(23:59):
personal cellular number. On January ninth, two thousand and six,
Detective Cristo and I traveled to redacted in Palm Beach
Gardens in an attempt to locate Johanna Schoberg, who had
been previously seen on the property and identified through her
Florida driver's license and Florida license plate. A business card
was left for her to return my call. We then
(24:20):
traveled to the redacted foundation and located redacted. Redacted agreed
to speak with us and in a private room within
the school, provided us a tape statement. During the statement,
Redacted advised that when she was fifteen or sixteen years
of age, she was taken to Jeffrey Epstein's house by
her associate Redacted. Redacted stated that this occurred late May
(24:43):
two thousand and four or early June two thousand and four,
she was told that she could model lingerie for money
for a wealthy Palm Beacher. She remembered they traveled by
yellow cap from their residence in West Palm Beach to
Epstein's house. She remembered encountering Epstein at the front door
during the evening hours. He introduced himself and brought them
(25:03):
into the kitchen so that the chef could prepare something
for them to eat. After having a meal, Redacted and
Epstein brought Redacted upstairs to a master bedroom which had
a large bathroom. She observed a large style shower sauna
and there was a large massage bed also in the bathroom.
Epstein entered the room within the bathroom and came out
(25:25):
wearing only a towel. Redacted said that they would provide
a massage on his feet. Redacted asked why they are
doing this. Redacted told her this was part of the
routine and told her to rub his legs and calves.
Epstein had told her Redacted to get comfortable. Redacted continued
rubbing Epstein's calves and his feet at Epstein's direction. Redacted
then left the room, leaving redacted there by herself. Epstein
(25:49):
told her redacted to get comfortable. Then he removed her
blouse and pants and stayed in her panties. Redacted stated
she was not wearing a bra. She believed she was
wearing thong pans. Epstein turned over onto his back and
began touching her. Epstein touched her breast and began touching
her in her vagina area. Epstein instructed her to rub
(26:09):
his chest and rub his nipples. Redacted stated the touching
consisted over the pannies. On the first time, he stroked
her vagina, but stayed on top of the pannies. During
the first massage, she stated Epstein was stroking her and
began masturbating himself. At the same time, he put his
hands under the towel and appeared as to masturbate himself. However,
(26:30):
she never saw his penis. She continued rubbing his chest
until he grabbed her and pulled her closer to him.
He appeared to have climax because after he pulled her
closer to him the massage was over. Epstein told her
that there was two hundred dollars for her on the dresser.
He told her that she couldnot tell anyone what happened
that the house or bad things could happen. Redacted stated
(26:52):
she went to Epstein's house three or four times in total.
Redacted was very scared and felt very nervous. She knew
because of Epstein's money, he was powerful. After the massage,
Epstein ordered his houseman at the time to drive the
girls home. The employee was to drop off the girls
at their houses and to watch them go inside. Redacted
cannot remember who the houseman was. She stated at Epstein
(27:14):
and his assistant Sarah would call her at her father's
house to arrange for her to come to work. She advised.
Each time she returned to the house, Epstein would do
the same thing. Redacted stated it was a routine with Epstein.
She would rub his feet and calves. He would then
turn over and begin to touch her on her vagina area.
The only difference was it was done without pannies. Epstein's
(27:36):
fingers would stroke her vagina area as he would masturbate
and finally climax and the massage would be over. She
was paid two hundred dollars each time she went. Each
time she went, she was reminded not to speak of
what had happened at the house and that she would
be contacted again. She began to purposely miss the calls
(27:57):
when either Sarah or Epstein would call her. She once
brought a friend redacted unknown last name to work for Epstein.
She was paid two hundred dollars for bringing redacted and
redacted stated she no longer returned to work for Epstein.
She also stated that she wanted to notify the police
of what happened at the house. Redacted stated that she
was scared of what could have happened to her or
(28:19):
her family if she notified the authorities. On January tenth,
two thousand and six, I received the results from the
subpoena from the Bell South Telecommunications for telephone number redacted.
The number is assigned to or redacted and redact its
father in Palm Beach Gardens. I also received the results
from the Western Union, which confirmed the money order sent
(28:41):
to or redacted from Jeffrey Epstein in New York City.
The wire was sent by Jeffrey Epstein of four fifty
seven Madison Avenue in New York City on December twenty third,
two thousand and four, at twelve oh five pm. The
amount of two hundred and twenty two dollars was charged
to Epstein's credit card so that Redacted could receive two
hundred dollars in Royal Palm Beach. The twenty two dollars
(29:06):
was for processing and local fees to send the money
via Western Union. A copy of the check presented to
Redacted was also attached to the receipt of the wire
This confirm what Redacted advised she received as a Christmas
bonus from Epstein. The investigation continues. All right, folks, we're

back into that Palm Beach police report and pick up
where we left off. We're picking up once again with
the narrative of Joseph Roccari. I received and reviewed the
(29:49):
singular wireless results from the subpoena request for subscriber information
for the telephone numbers redacted. The first number redacted is
assigned to Janus Banis in care of Jeffrey Epstein of
four to fifty seven Madison Avenue in New York City.
Vanasik is the current houseman house manager for the three
point fifty eight Elbrio Way in pom Beach, Florida. The
(30:12):
second number redacted is assigned to Christian Venero of redacted,
West Palm Beach. Research conducted on Venaro revealed she is
a licensed massage therapist with a Florida conditional active license
number redacted. Venero had been previously arrested for battery, unwanted
touching and duy. Requests for copies of the reports involving
(30:34):
the arrests were requested from the pom Beach County Sheriff's Office.
The last number redacted is assigned to Thomas Rofrano of
redacted pom Beach Gardens. Research on mister Rofrano revealed he
is a Florida chiropractor. Vehicles that were previously documented on
the property while surveillance was being conducted were researched. I
(30:55):
determined to tan Chevrolet Camaro bearing Florida license redacted was
seen on the property in which a young white female
was seen entering the Epstein property. Research was conducted which
revealed that the vehicle is registered to redacted. Mister redacted
has two daughters, redacted and redacted is currently residing in
Connecticut and redacted as residing with her father in Lake Worth.
(31:19):
Research on redacted revealed she was recently involved in a
traffic stop in Lake Clark Shores in May nineteenth, two
thousand and five. A request to discover any information from
the stop was requested. I spoke with Asa daliel Weiss,
who informed me that Janice Banasik will be available for
an interview tomorrow at the State's Attorney's office in West
(31:40):
Palm Beach at one thirty PM. I informed her that
I would be at her office for the interview. On
January nineteenth, two thousand and six, Detective Cristo and I
met with Johanna Schoberg, at a licensed massage therapist who
had previously been seen on Epstein's property when physical surveillance
was done. Schoberg was told of the ongoing investigation and
(32:02):
I felt she may have information pertaining to the case.
During a sworn tape statement, Shoburg stated she met Epstein
three years ago when Glene Maxwell approached her while she
was attending Palm Beach Atlantic College to work around Epstein's house.
Maxwell had told her that they needed some girls to
work at the house to answer phones and run errands.
(32:23):
Shoberg accepted the job and began working at Epstein's house
on Elbrio in Palm Beach. Shoburg stated it was a
part time job. During the time that she went to
Palm Beach Atlantic College, she continued going to Epstein's house
and would be notified when Epstein would travel to Palm Beach.
Shoburg advised she would be notified by Maxwell Epstein or Sarah,
(32:45):
his assistant, when he would travel to Palm Beach. Schoberg
stated that she began providing massages to Abstein before she
became a massage therapist. She continued giving massages not only
to Ebstein, but to Nadia Marsenkova and Sarah, his assistant.
Shoburg was asked about what occurred during the massages. Shoburg
(33:06):
stated that she was twenty three years old when she
met Epstein. Anything that happened was between two consenting adults.
I explained to her that she was not in any trouble. However,
as part of this investigation, I needed to ask her
certain questions. Shoburg stated that there were times that Epstein
would ask her to perform. During the massage, he would
(33:26):
instruct her to rub his nipples as he masturbated himself.
Shoburg stated she felt grossed out about the behavior, but
as she was getting paid, she just continued. Schoburg also
advised she would on occasion perform the massages naked. Epstein
would on occasion utilize the vibrator massager on her vagina
area when she performed the massages. Sholburg explained that Epstein
(33:50):
never exposed himself to her, as he maintained himself covered
under the towel he would be wearing. When Epstein would masturbate,
he would be covered. I asked if Schowburgh ever received
any gifts or any retuities from Epstein. Schoburg advised aside
from being paid well, she advised Epstein to care of
her tuition from Palm Beach Atlanta College, and she received
(34:11):
a rental car for a week when her scooter broke down. Additionally,
she received other gifts from Epstein. Epstein also recommended her
to another client who resides at Breaker's Row in Palm Beach.
The client she was referred to was named Glenn unknown
last name and his wife, whom she provided a massage to.
The statement was concluded and placed into evidence upon our
(34:33):
return to the Palm Beach Police Department. While at the
police station, I researched Florida tag redacted, which was also
previously seen on the property when there was physical surveillance
being done at the property. The vehicle is registered to Redacted, Lakeworth, Florida.
Researching mister Redacted and the vehicle revealed that his daughter Redacted,
(34:53):
had been driving the vehicle and was cited for unlawful
speed in Lake Clark Shores. The vehicle is a Tan
Chevrolet Camaro Tudor. I research Redacted's date of birth redacted
nineteen eighty seven. Resides that redacted and Redacted has a
MySpace page. Inner web page shows various photos of Redacted
photographed out a beach. An interview is forthcoming. A review
(35:17):
of the video discs which was extracted at the Palm
Beach County Sheriff's Office Computer Crime Unit, revealed that only
one hidden camera was functional at the time. Several images
of Epstein working at his office were seen. Additional footage
of Sarah Kellen and Nadia Marsenkova was seen. There was
other footage of women see The identity of the females
(35:38):
is unknown at this time until such time as I
meet with certain females to show the video footage to
confirm if in fact it is them on the video.
At this time, it appears that redacted and Haley Robson
are seen sitting with Epstein beside his desk in the
evening hours. Due to poor lighting, a direct confirmation cannot
be made at this time. The investigation continues. On January
(36:02):
twenty fifth, two thousand and six, Detective Cristo and I
responded to her redacted and met with redacted and Redacted
stated last year, when she was seventeen years of age,
she met Jeffrey Epstein through her former roommate redacted. Redacted
was allegedly dating Epstein at the time. Redacted and redacted
had once cohabitated together when they modeled. Redacted explained. Redacted
(36:26):
called her on the telephone and advised her that she
was in Palm Beach and requested to see her. Redacted
made arrangements to meet with her at Epstein's house. Redacted
arrived and met Epstein and redacted and redacted and redacted
and went to the Palm Beach Mall together and went shopping.
Redacted advice that Redacted and she had received money from
Epstein to go to La Mall. They visited Victoria's Secret
(36:49):
and purchased undergarments from the store, utilizing monies given to
them by Epstein. Redacted advice. She purchased one item and
Redacted purchased various items. The money used to purchase the
items was money given by Epstein. Redacted and Redacted continued
chopping and having a day together. Redacted stated that Redacted
explained how she and Epstein had been dating each other
(37:12):
and how he has been paying all of her bills.
Redacted claims she that Redacted advised they met in New
York and had been dating ever since. They later returned
to Epstein's home and encountered Epstein. He had a brief
conversation with Redacted about her modeling career. He knew of
her modeling career from Redacted. He requested to see her
modeling portfolio and explained that he could help her with
(37:34):
modeling jobs. Redacted had her book with her to show
Redacted and showed the book to Epstein. He commented negatively
about her photographs and portfolio. Redacted felt uncomfortable with the
comments made as she had been working with other professional
modeling companies and had been offered work for her photographs.
Epstein requested to see what was purchased at the mall.
(37:57):
Redacted took out the undergarments which were purchased. She immediately
showed Epstein different sets purchased. Epstein then requested to view
what was purchased. Redacted was reluctant to show the outfit. However,
since it was Epstein's money that purchased the item, she
pulled it out of the bag. Epstein asked her to
try it on. Redacted looked at Redacted, who told her, yeah,
(38:18):
try it on. Feeling compelled to try on the undergarment outfit,
she went to another room and put on the bron
panty set. She walked out to the living room where
they were sitting and modeled the suit. She then went
back into the other room and changed back into her clothes.
Redacted returned into the room and told her that she
would be going home. Redacted scheduled another day for Redacted
(38:41):
to return for massage with her. Redacted stated within the
same week, she returned to meet with Redacted and have
a massage. Redacted had told her that she would be
unable to stay with her as she would be going
on a bike ride with Epstein. Redacted explained that she
could stay at the house and take advantage of the massage.
(39:01):
Redacted stated that she met with an unknown massage therapist
and had the table already set up in a guest room.
Redacted removed her clothing, leaving her panties on, and wrapped
herself with a towel for the massage. Redacted or remembered
that the door to the guest room was closed but
not locked. As the therapist was working her back. The
door was opened by Epstein and he entered into the room.
(39:24):
Redacted was trying to conceal herself as Epstein was talking
to her about his chiropractic session. Epstein told Redacted to
turn over onto her back. Redacted eventually turned over, exposing
her breast to Ebstein as he applied pressure on her
shoulder and her waist. Redacted stated Epstein popped her back.
Redacted Or removed herself from the table and got dressed
(39:45):
and left the house. Redacted further stated Redacted had attempted
to call her on several occasions to invite her back
to Epstein's house, to which redacted replied, I'm busy. Redacted
advised she had not had contact with either redacted or
Jeffrey Epstein. It should be noted that her mother, redacted,
was present during the interview. The interview was concluded and
(40:07):
we thanked them for their time. On January twenty seventh,
two thousand and six, I made telephone contact with Christina
Vanaro at redacted. Banero is a licensed massage therapist who
had frequented the home of Jeffrey Epstein. Miss Venaro has
been unable to meet with me in Palm Beach County,
and because she lives and works in Port Saint Luci,
(40:28):
a telephone interview was conducted. I explained to Miss Venaro
that there was an ongoing investigation involving Jeffrey Epstein. Bernero
stated she knows Epstein and has been employed by them
for approximately three years. Epstein has paid Venero to perform
Swedish massages deep tissue on him and other guests. Banero
explained that approximately three years ago, she met Glene Maxwell
(40:52):
and Jeffrey Epstein through a mutual friend. Epstein and Maxwell
were looking for a massage therapist. Benaro stated, since that time,
she is notified when Epstein is coming into Palm Beach.
Bnaro stated she comes to his house and provides the
massage or massages. Banero explained she has also massage his
guests and his assistance. Venero continued that she has paid
(41:16):
one hundred dollars an hour for the massage. I asked
Venaro if anything occurred during the massage that would have
made her feel uncomfortable. Venero stated she only provided massages
and that was it. She was never approached for anything else.
I asked if Epstein ever asked her to rub his chest.
She stated she would not rub his chest as that
is not part of her massage. Bernero explained that she
(41:38):
was not Epstein's type. The girl she would see at
Epstein's house were very thin, beautiful, and without tattoos. Venero
explained she has several tattoos that are visible. Maxwell and
Epstein have commented negatively about her tattoos previously when she
provided massages. Venero stated she only provided massages for Epstein
(41:59):
and is associate and nothing happened during those massages. Bernero stated,
as she does Swedish style massages. The patient is usually
sore after the massages. I thanked her for assistance and
the interview was concluded. At this time, I received a
facimile from T Mobile Cellular Service on telephone number redacted,
(42:19):
which is assigned to David Rodgers, pilot for mister Epstein,
who resides in Lake Worth. Rogers telephone number was dialed
on several occasions from Sarah Kellen. A background on Rogers
indicated he has a valid FAA pilot license first Class
for the Southern FAA region. Rogers has another historical FAA
(42:40):
license for airline transport pilot. The investigation continues. All right, folks,
