Speaker 1 (00:03):
What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna get right back
to the Larry Vasasky deposition once again. Brad Edwards is
asking the questions and Larry Vasaski is doing the answering.
Question Okay, So on July fifth, two thousand and eight,
(00:25):
you go back to see him in jail again and
again igor Zenoviyev is listed as a visitor. Did you
go with him together on that occasion? Answer? I didn't
even realize it was two days after the first visit.
Question Well, I mean you see where this is going.
Answer yeah, I do. It gets further apart. Yeah, Question
do you remember what the discussion was on seven five eight?
(00:47):
Answer no, because it's probably similar to the first one.
I mean we talked actually one of the visits, we
talked about phishing and just trying to you know, we
were talking about things that would just occupy his mind
with intelligent conversation that he probably wasn't getting there. So
for that hour of the day, I tried to give
my best of intelligent conversation to him. Question Okay, on
(01:10):
his visitor log, you were the first one to go
visit him. Did you know that? Answer? I did not
know that. I wasn't aware of that to that Critten objects.
Let me just object to the form of the last question,
Brad Edwards. Well, at least if these records are accurate,
which are the records that were provided to us by
the facility that was holding Jeffrey Epstein, they're accurate. Your
(01:33):
name is the first one listed at the top of
the sheet. Answer right, There may have been earlier dates.
I have no idea question. Well, you know, the first
date that he could have been in there, it looks
like was seven to one eight, and then you know,
so I guess somebody could have seen them seven to
one or seven to two, But those records were never
provided to us. You see, we were provided a whole
(01:55):
big stack. Answer. I understand question. Then date I'm going
to talk to you about is seven twelve oh eight.
Answer uh huh. Question. It looks again like it's yourself
and Igor's Aoviev answer yeah, question, and that's something we
talked about in this deposition. I'm going to ask you again,
(02:16):
I don't know that you elaborated last time. What's your
understanding of this relationship with Jeffrey Epstein? Is that a
friend of his? Answer? I don't know his job description.
I mean, he's somebody that's around a lot, but I
don't know his exact job description. His English is to say,
not one hundred percent. So conversation with somebody that doesn't
fully understand you, you know, you get lost in translation
(02:39):
a little bit. Question, So, on these three visits to
the jail, the first three that we're talking about that
we've talked about so far, each of those times you
traveled to and from the jail with Igor Answer uh
huh question yes answer yes, question. And each of those times,
is it fair to say you had some sort of
(03:00):
communication either on the way to the jail or answer? Sure. Question,
Since you're going to see an inmate in the jail,
is it a safe assumption a portion of that conversation
was about the person that you're going to see and
possibly the crime that was committed. Answer, yeah, that would
be a good assumption. Question okay, And what was the
(03:22):
form what was the substance of the conversation that you
can remember related to Jeffrey Epstein and the location you
were going to visit him. Answer? I think Igor and
I discussed on trying to be upbeat and not look
at the position that he's in sitting across the table
from us, to be upbeat and uplifted spirits. Question, did
(03:43):
you and Egor discuss whether or not you were going
to talk to him about his plea of guilty or
the fact that he is not registered as a sex offender? Answer?
No question, or whether you were going to stay away
from those topics to that krit and objects form Vesoski.
We don't discuss that amongst ourselves and or with Jeffrey
(04:03):
in any way or form. Brad Edwards. Okay, but that's
not I realize you didn't discuss that. You've told me
that answer, right, But we didn't discuss that even prior
to going in, as you asked question. Okay, So your
discussions was mainly, hey, let's be upbeat. Answer yes, question
and that was too in essence, maintained his spirits or
(04:25):
raise his spirits. Answer exactly. Question. And in the course
of that conversation again, the allegations and the unusual i'll
call it case against them that didn't come up between
you and mister Epstein. Answer. I never talked with him
about it. Question And at that point in time, what
were you aware of in terms of the number of
(04:47):
girls he was alleged to have had sexual some sort
of sexual relationship with at his Palm Beach house. Answer
what was the question? How many girls? Question? Yeah? How
many girls? Answer aware of question? Aware of answer none.
I wasn't aware of any, to be honest. Question The
next visit is on seven seventeen oh eight, and it's
(05:08):
Igor Znoviev and somebody named Jean Renee. And then yourself,
do you know who Jen Renee is? Answer no. Question
do you think that visit that you visited him at
the same time as Jean Renee visited mister Critten objects
what's the date? Brad Edwards seven seventeen eight Vesoski, No,
(05:31):
I don't know Jean Renee unless somebody came after. I
mean I don't know a Jean Renee Brad Edwards, Okay.
And then before you visited him again, the visitors are
listed as Nadia Marsenkova or Sarren Kellen. Answer uh huh.
Question mainly those two individuals, and they list as address
three oh one East sixty sixth Street as their residence.
(05:53):
Answer yeah. Question, given your previous testimony, does that surprise
you that they list those that address as a residence.
To this Criten once again objects Vesoski, I've seen them there,
so I mean, I'm not surprised. Brad Edwards, Okay, did
you know that they were visiting him in jail? Answer no,
(06:13):
I didn't know who was scheduled to see him or whatever.
Question Did Jeffrey talk to you at any point in
time about Nadia Marsenkova or Sarah Kellen. Answer no, not
at all. To that, Reinhart interjects, can we get a
time frame for that? Ever, Edwards, I was talking about
in the conversations that you had with them, that we've
(06:34):
discussed with you and him in the jail facility. Did
he discuss with you Nadia Marsenkova or Sarah Kellen. Answer
no and no question. Did he talk to you about
whether or not you should talk to anybody about his
criminal investigation or a possible litigation? Answer no, not at all.
Question The next time you see him is on August ninth,
(06:55):
two thousand and eight, at the jail. In that occasion,
it mentions as his visitor that day, Nadio Martsenkova, Sarah
Kellen and Larry Vasoski. Did you go to jail with
Sarah and Nadia at that time. Answer no, who was
on there? Which one are you referring to? Question the
next one? I tried to highlight them just so that
oh right right, Ryan Art eight of nine Edwards eight
(07:18):
nine eight. Answer one of those two we all drove together.
I don't remember which one it is. It was either
the nine or the sixteen, and then the other one.
I met everybody there, so I can't be accurate on
which time we all drove together. Answer how did you
coordinate driving together? Answer? I don't exactly remember now. I mean,
(07:40):
I think Sarah and I may have conversed on the
phone and said, do you want to meet at Jeffrey's
house and we all drive together? Does it make sense
to get together and drive one car? Question is that
jail visit the result the Jeffrey Epstein's requesting your presence
there or is that the result of you wanting to
go see him as a friend in jail? Answer a
combination of both. I'm sure if I said, Hey, I'd
(08:02):
like to come to jail and see visit you that
he would either say yeah, yeah or nay okay. And
you said at least on one of those occasions you
wrote to and from the jail with Sarah and Nadia.
Answer yes, question during any of those obviously when you're
in the car together, Well, who's driving the car? Answer?
I was driving, I believe. Question and that's the hummer again.
(08:24):
Answer Actually, I think we take one of the suburbans.
Question those are the cars that Jeffrey owns to your knowledge? Answer?
I don't know that he owns them. Question what cars
are there at I know with this case we're dealing
with a lot of corporations, and it's not like asking me, Hey,
what car do you own? But cars are you aware
that are that you believe are used primarily by Jeffrey Epstein.
(08:48):
Answer used primarily by Jeffrey Epstein. A Mercedes that's five
hundred to Dan, I don't remember the year on that one.
Question okay answer, And there's a Cadillac Escalade question okay
answer those are his two main cars that he would
be driven in. Or question what are the other cars
that you regularly see part at his Palm Beach mansion?
(09:11):
If there are any, answer it would be a whole array.
Half the time, the parking lot is full because of
construction workers yard keepers. Question okay, fair enough. What vehicle
does Sarah Kellen drive or Nadia a Marsenkova drive when
they're down here? If you know? Answer? I mean, anybody
has a choice to pick out a car or whatever
they're I've seen Nadia driving a Mercedes convertible. Question is
(09:34):
that different from the Mercedes five hundred to Dan? Answer yes,
I think it's different. Question when you say they have
basically a choice of cars to drive. Answer, well, there's
cars in the lot of there. Question Obviously they can't
get into one of the construction worker cars. Answer no,
Ryan Hart let him finish his question edwards. So that's
(09:55):
kind of what I'm getting at. What other cars do
you think that Jeffrey Epstein has, Whether it's I don't know,
answer right question, but he is the person in control
of the vehicle. Answer right question. What other vehicles do
you think he's controlling in pom Beach? Answer in pom
Beach question, we've named the Mercedes as five hundred s
(10:16):
of Dan, the Cadillac Escalade answer right question, and I've
identified a Mercedes convertible. Answer right question. In addition to that,
are there any others that you're aware of? Answer that
he's in control of question yes, answer no. Question And
does the conversation come up between Nadia and Sarah and
(10:37):
yourself about the reason why Jeffrey Epstein's in jail? Ryan
Hart interjects, can we get a timeframe, Edwards at any time? Question?
At any time have you ever had the exact conversation
ever come up? Answer? No, we didn't talk about that
among ourselves. Question and you have never been told that
Nadia Marsenkova provides the role of sex slave to Jeffrey Epstein.
(10:59):
That's her role in life. Criten form, Rian Hart. That's
just what you have been told. Witness No, Edwards, do
you have any based on your observations, do you have
any other opinion as to what role she plays in
Jeffrey Epstein's life? If any, answer, I don't have an
opinion on what the role is. All right, folks, We're
(11:21):
going to wrap up right here and in the next
episode dealing with the topic, We're gonna pick up where
we left off. All of the information that goes with
this episode can be found in the description box.
