Gane, I give you my word.
Speaker 4 (03:54):
I know you, Larabie, I know you'd start.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
What's the matter, all right, Morgan?
Speaker 4 (04:05):
What's the idea?
Speaker 1 (04:07):
You were listening at the door?
Speaker 5 (04:08):
Then?
Speaker 6 (04:08):
What were you doing here?
Speaker 2 (04:09):
You're supposed to be at the bar.
Speaker 6 (04:11):
I just wanted to ask you something.
Speaker 5 (04:12):
It's a phone at the bar.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
There's a phone here.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
He's right, Morgan, what are you doing here?
Speaker 6 (04:16):

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Don't tell me what I can do.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
You're fired.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
Don't be a fool, Dean, get back to the bar
and Morgan, I'll straighten the side with Dean. I'm not
sure I want that, and I'll be reasonable. Dean's upset
that so he doesn't realize what he's saying.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
Oh don't know, well Morgan.
Speaker 6 (04:44):
All right, mister Larrabee, if you say so.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
That said Morgan, I'm sorry about Dean, but we've been
having a lot of trouble.
Speaker 6 (04:50):
I'm not surprised with him asking for it.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
And believe me, if he keeps on like that, you
haven't seen anything yet.
Speaker 6 (05:08):
What'll it be, mister?
Speaker 1 (05:09):
I'd like to see mister Dean.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
No, you wouldn't.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
Why do you say that.
Speaker 6 (05:14):
Nobody likes to see him?
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Okay, then let's say he'd like to see me. He
phoned me.
Speaker 6 (05:20):
Oh well, try that door back there. I think he's
in the office line.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
Oh is it Mike wearing?
Speaker 4 (05:33):
Oh yes, I ain't come in. Good of you to come,
I ain't sit down?
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Thanks?
Speaker 5 (05:42):
All right?
Speaker 1 (05:42):
What do you want with the detective?
Speaker 5 (05:44):
Come?
Speaker 6 (05:44):
Mean?
Speaker 4 (05:46):
How good to you at shadowing?
Speaker 1 (05:47):
Good enough that I don't waste my time, isn't it
That's all you want? Why pay my fee? This is
something special.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
I got a partner in Mark Larrabee, on a record
of all these movements.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Why does it matter. I want him followed.
Speaker 4 (06:03):
I'm willing to pay.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
They're willing to pay too much.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
I want to be sure nothing goes wrong. That's why
I want to fulk him.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
Funny thing about me, Dean. When I'm on a case,
I like to know what I'm doing.
Speaker 5 (06:15):
You'll be following Larabie.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
You know. That's what I call a lot of information.
I didn't know you're gonna be so curious my business.
Speaker 4 (06:22):
Well, I'm going away for a few days for hampste.
I want to be sure Larabie stays away from my wife.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Perhaps you do. There are a lot of other detectives
in town who'll keep tab for you, and I'm not
interested in that kind of business. Why not?
Speaker 3 (06:35):
I never cared for gossip.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
You wouldn't have to gossip.
Speaker 5 (06:37):
Just report.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
See what I mean.
Speaker 4 (06:41):
Well, as a matter of fact, I'm not afraid of
Larrabie calling on Georgia.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Then we're right back where we started.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
Alright, worrying If you must know who it is, Larabie's
been drawing a lot of money.
Speaker 3 (06:50):
Out of the business.
Speaker 4 (06:52):
I can't find out what he does with it. I
think he's been gambling. I have to know so I
can straighten him out if he is. Mmm, now wor
you take the case?
Speaker 1 (07:02):
I don't know something, bean, I still think you're lying.
But if you're so anxious to dump cash in my lap,
I don't see why I should deprive you with a pleasure.
And yeah, all right, it's a deal.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
Here I am mister in this doorway.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
You're looking for me? No, how come you've been following
me ever since I left the club? Have I am?
Speaker 3 (07:33):
Oh, that's a brilliant conversation.
Speaker 1 (07:34):
Well, I'm not Nodle collared.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
I never would have known.
Speaker 5 (07:37):
Who are you?
Speaker 1 (07:38):
Does it matter? It matters that you're following me? What's
the idea? Who told you i'd be following you? I
got eyes, but I haven't been beating Tom toms. How
come you spotted me?
Speaker 3 (07:46):
He just turned as sharp as you think?
Speaker 1 (07:48):
Or somebody tipped you?
Speaker 3 (07:49):
Now who looks just because you're clumsy?
Speaker 1 (07:51):
Not that clumsy? You won't discuss that you've been following me?
And you're gonna stop. What's stopping me this if it
has to it loaded, hang around, you'll find out. No,
I'll take your word. I don't like to set up anyway.
Good night, Larabie.
Speaker 6 (08:14):
They missed. I just noticed the time.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
You're out of luck, not necessarily, driver, Yeah, but it's
after two.
Speaker 6 (08:20):
The club will be closed.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
I'm not going for entertainment. I just want to talk
to the bartender. He may still be around.
Speaker 6 (08:25):
Okay, I just thought you might want to know.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
Thank some guys raise Holy ned If you don't, Uh, oh,
it's no matter.
Speaker 6 (08:32):
Fire engines.
Speaker 1 (08:41):
Hey, look they're stopping in the next block.
Speaker 6 (08:44):
Oh yeah, I see the smoke coming.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
Out of that building them. Hey, well, what look up there?
Speaker 6 (08:49):
Isn't that the club where you wanted me to take you?
Speaker 2 (08:52):
Is this?
Speaker 1 (08:53):
Hell, you're right, it is. It's a fire.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
Ah no, I think.
Speaker 5 (09:21):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
Back to the Adventures of the Falcon. It's a few
minutes since Mike Wearing discovered that his client's club could
briefly boast of the hottest show in town. How the
Falcon is pushed through the crowd and into.
Speaker 3 (09:34):
The burning building.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
This makes his way through the smoke and flames through
the basement steps. Hurry's down as at least stopped by
a fireman at the bottom.
Speaker 4 (09:42):
Hey, hey, where do you think you're going?
Speaker 1 (09:44):
I wanted to see what started this. I'll get out
of here.
Speaker 4 (09:46):
You want to get killed?
Speaker 5 (09:47):
Think why?
Speaker 1 (09:48):
I'm aquireman too.
Speaker 4 (09:49):
I got no time for games.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
Locus says that I put on hunch to something funny
about this fire.
Speaker 6 (09:53):
I want a lot of smoke me.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
I just see. Hey, hey, look there where you're in
that pile of boxes. Are those a man's legs sticking
out from behind there?
Speaker 4 (10:06):
I don't see any Oh yeah, yeah, you're right. Come on, yeah,
here he is.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
That's Dean who one of the owners of this place.
Speaker 4 (10:15):
Help me get him out of here.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
You can get into the I'm afraid out official respiration
won't do him anyhow. You never can tell in this case.
You can't look at his chest. He's been stabbed to death. Oh, Corbett,
looks like we've got the fire in the control.
Speaker 5 (10:34):
Yeah, Wearing, I'll come on over to the car. I
want to get a few things straight.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
But isn't it a waste of time?
Speaker 6 (10:41):
Corbett?
Speaker 1 (10:41):
You know you'll never keep them straight.
Speaker 5 (10:43):
That's right, Wearing. Make with the gags. US police don't
know from nothing takes a bright private off like you
to bungle a routine taale so bad your man pulls
a gun on you.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
I didn't bungle. He must have been tipped by who.
That's one thing I'm gonna find out really hurts do it.
Speaker 5 (11:01):
And now, Werry, tell me something about this fellow Dean.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
I told you he was going out of town. He
wanted me to keep an eye on his partner, Mark Larabee.
I did, with the results that please you so much.
Speaker 5 (11:11):
What the dean expects you to catch Laramie doing?
Speaker 1 (11:14):
I said he was afraid load of He was tossing
his bank rodewn a roulette rat hole, and he wanted.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
Me to check his Dean, his partner's keeper.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
He claimed he was working at it.
Speaker 5 (11:23):
Did you swallow Dane Jarn? Would you you kidding? But
I'm not smart like you wearing.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
Dean story smell. But I played along to see all
things lined up and the fire coming right at this
time seemed too much of a coincidence.
Speaker 5 (11:35):
You think Clarabe started it after he shook.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
You something to check along with? How come Dean winds
up in the basement of his club when he claimed
he'd be out of town.
Speaker 5 (11:45):
He ain't planned to leave. He hadn't gotten around to it.
How do you know you're not the only one who
can make brilliant deductions? Wearing? I found an airplane ticket
in his pocket to Pittsburgh on the four am plane
out of Laguardium, from which I deduced he was planning
to fly to Pittsburn this morning.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
Corbett, you're a genius. Now, if you're through with me,
I'll be running along in some angles. I still want
to look into.
Speaker 5 (12:06):
Why bother Wearing your client's dad.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
I'm going to prove somebody tip Larabe about me tailing them.
Speaker 5 (12:11):
You don't have to prove it, Wearing. Somebody did tip them? Yeah, sure, Wearing,
you did.
Speaker 6 (12:27):
Wait a minute with you, I'm coming. Oh do you worry?
Don't you know it's the middle of the night.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
No, No, I didn't. My watch stopped. I'm laughing, And
I wanted to get to you before anyone else did.
Who if you work for Deanon Larabie?
Speaker 5 (12:49):
I thought you might be able.
Speaker 1 (12:50):
To tell me something about them, like what for instance,
like why you tip Larabie that I was hired to
tail him?
Speaker 6 (12:56):
What are you talking about? How would I know?
Speaker 1 (12:58):
You could have listened to my conversation with Dean.
Speaker 6 (13:00):
Listen, then me.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
You know my name? You call me by it?
Speaker 3 (13:04):
Just now?
Speaker 1 (13:05):
Well you well you told me at the clube. I
think again, chum. I just went into the club and
stopped at the bar to ask for Dean. I never
mentioned my name to you.
Speaker 6 (13:13):
Well, I what's the difference? Why I do know your name?
Speaker 1 (13:17):
Because maybe that's not all you know? Maybe you know
Dean hired me, and if I do, and maybe you
tip Larabie and if I did, I'll let her break
Corbet's heart.
Speaker 6 (13:25):
Who's Corbett?
Speaker 1 (13:26):
Sergeant Corbett homicide squad?
Speaker 6 (13:29):
What she got to do with this?
Speaker 1 (13:32):
He likes to rip me.
Speaker 6 (13:33):
You wake me up in the middle of the night
on that any kind of a rib?
Speaker 1 (13:36):
No, not entirely. There's been a fire. Do you know
anything about that fire? Yes, the club burned down. Why
kind of a coincidence? Wouldn't you say?
Speaker 5 (13:46):
Why?
Speaker 1 (13:47):
Coming right when one of the owners is suspicious enough
of the other to hire a detective to tail them.
Speaker 6 (13:52):
You think Larabie or Dean the fire?
Speaker 1 (13:54):
Yeah, Larabie or Dean the fire.
Speaker 6 (13:56):
It didn't start itself, but they couldn't have done it.
Speaker 1 (13:59):
Why not?
Speaker 6 (14:00):
Well, you were following larabie. You say, and Dean was
on a train to Chicago.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
Trained to Chicago. Where'd you get that idea?
Speaker 6 (14:07):
Well, he told me Dean when when he left the
club last night around six.
Speaker 1 (14:13):
Dean said he was taking a train to Chicago.
Speaker 6 (14:15):
I told you.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
I know, so you did. But that's not what the
plane ticket says.
Speaker 6 (14:19):
What plane ticket?
Speaker 1 (14:21):
The one that's not for a train to Chicago.
Speaker 6 (14:24):
That don't make sense.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
Okay, you're catching on, But why should it make sense?
Nothing else in this case does?
Speaker 5 (14:38):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (14:39):
No, no, all right, all right, Oh it's a larrabie.
Speaker 3 (14:49):
Hello, Morgan, I'm coming in.
Speaker 5 (14:50):
Sure?
Speaker 6 (14:51):
Sure? After all, why should you be an exception?
Speaker 1 (14:54):
Someone been here already this morning?
Speaker 6 (14:56):
Hey, let go answer me.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Whearing was he wearing? No, you didn't say anything about
what you heard the other day, me and Dean talking
about a fire.
Speaker 6 (15:04):
No, I didn't tell you. Sure, I'm sure. Hey, what's
the idea?
Speaker 5 (15:08):
Asked? Your question?
Speaker 1 (15:10):
Got to be sure you're telling the truth. Yeah, you
better be, because that was just a warning.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
Morgan.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
If I find out you've been shooting your mouth off,
maybe that's not.
Speaker 6 (15:17):
All that'll get shot.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
Think it over.
Speaker 7 (15:31):
Hello, mister Warry, you mind if I join you.
Speaker 1 (15:35):
What a questioning, Julia.
Speaker 5 (15:37):
Thank you?
Speaker 7 (15:39):
You wonder how I know your name? Sergeant Corbett told
me about you. He told me you're eating this restaurant
quite often.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
Bless his little hearts.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
I'm missus Dean.
Speaker 1 (15:50):
Oh.
Speaker 7 (15:51):
The sergeant tells me you're suspicious about last night fire.
So I understand there's going to be trouble getting the
insurance company to pay off.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
Yes, I wouldn't be surprised.
Speaker 7 (16:01):
You were following Larabee, so you know he didn't start
the fire.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
How do you know about that?
Speaker 6 (16:06):
Corbett?
Speaker 5 (16:07):
No?
Speaker 7 (16:08):
I talked to Morgan, the bartender.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Ah, you're a busy little chicken for someone who's just
lost her husband.
Speaker 7 (16:13):
Oh, I'm on my own now. I have to look
out for myself.
Speaker 1 (16:16):
Mm. But didn't your husband have life insurance? Yes, then
you looked after him. The fire won't affect that, I know.
Speaker 7 (16:23):
But I have a right to collect on the fire
insurance too. My husband wouldn't have started the fire. He
wanted to prevent it. That's why he hired you.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
Yes, that's what I figured. But how do you know
about it?
Speaker 7 (16:34):
He told me he and Larabie had an argument about it.
Lowerby wanted to burn their place, and Eric was against it.
Speaker 1 (16:41):
You realize you're admitting that Larabie had awesome on his mind.
Speaker 7 (16:44):
Yes, but you were following him, so you know that
he didn't do it.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
How do you know I didn't see him start the fire.
Speaker 7 (16:51):
Because then there wouldn't be speculations. You'd have had him
arrest it.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
Alright, I didn't see him. But here's something Morgan didn't
tell you. Baraby shook me before the fire, so he
could have done it after he left me.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
I don't believe it.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
I don't believe it's the truth.
Speaker 7 (17:09):
Oh, dear, I didn't know that that changes thing.
Speaker 1 (17:13):
Yes, it certainly does. So I'm afraid I can't help you,
but maybe you can help me. How your husband told
me he was going out of town?
Speaker 5 (17:22):
Do you know where he was going? Of course?
Speaker 1 (17:24):
And do you know how he was going? Train? Or plane?
Speaker 5 (17:26):
But train?
Speaker 7 (17:27):
He doesn't like planes.
Speaker 5 (17:29):
He gets sick.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
I see, So I guess he missed the.
Speaker 7 (17:32):
Train, so it was seen he had plenty of time.
He left the apartment at eight and said the train
didn't leave until nine, and.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
He did intend to take the nine o'clock train to Chicago. Chicago, Well, yes,
what's the matter.
Speaker 7 (17:44):
Well, he wasn't going to Chicago.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
He was going to Palm Beach. Now back to the
(18:11):
Adventures of the Falcon.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
Half an hour's passed since Mike Wearing learned that his
planning apparently had tried to dash off in all directions,
only to wind up where he started with a knife
in his chest. Now the Falcon is at headquarters has
tossed the confusion to Sergeant.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
Corporate in a minute Wearing.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
Wait a minute, sure, Corbett, I'm not going anywhere.
Speaker 5 (18:32):
Let's get this straight. Dean tells the bartender he's taking
the train to Chicago. Then he tells the wife he's
taking the train to Palm Beach.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
If they're telling the truth.
Speaker 5 (18:40):
And when we find him in New York, he has
a plane ticket to Pittsburgh.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
Well, I think I finally figured it out, Corby.
Speaker 5 (18:46):
Yeah, I know, he really intended to go to Cannabunk
Port Main.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Now I'm not kidding Corbett. You see, I checked with
the weather Bureau.
Speaker 5 (18:53):
Why the Bureau? Where did they fit?
Speaker 1 (18:55):
They told me there was a bad storm in Virginia.
Speaker 5 (18:57):
Very interesting. There was also an earthquake.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
In Peru, so what so I checked with the railroad.
Dean did on the train to Chicago last night.
Speaker 5 (19:05):
Then I suppose he got on a train to Palm Beach.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
Well, I wouldn't know.
Speaker 5 (19:09):
Hmm gets clearer all the time.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
But if we can get that bartender to talk, it will.
Speaker 5 (19:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
Yeah, he had a fight with Dean a few days
ago and Dean tried to fire him.
Speaker 5 (19:18):
Oh so you think this makes the bartender so sore
he murders Dean and burns down the crowd.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
No, no, no, he'd hardly go that far, just over
the loss of a job.
Speaker 6 (19:27):
Jack.
Speaker 5 (19:27):
But he knows something and he's one upon me.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
In that case, let's go catch up with him, shall we.
Speaker 6 (19:45):
No, what do you fellas.
Speaker 1 (19:47):
Want if you caught up on your sleep? Morgan?
Speaker 6 (19:49):
Don't make me laugh.
Speaker 5 (19:50):
That's goo and wearing. Uh, you can pause the dorm Morgan.
Speaker 6 (19:55):
What do you want?
Speaker 5 (19:57):
He said?
Speaker 1 (19:57):
Dean left the club at six last night? Yeah, he go, No,
he was killed in the club. Well, I mean I
didn't see it, and he wasn't hanging around the club.
Speaker 5 (20:05):
No, what are you trying to prove.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
I'm just trying to accomporen Dean's time. He left his
home around eight, turns up to be killed in the
club at two thirty, and what was he doing in
the meantime?
Speaker 5 (20:15):
You got any ideas.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
As Corbett I have. I think he went to Philadelphia.
Speaker 5 (20:21):
Oh great, now he goes to Phelly.
Speaker 6 (20:23):
Why people keep coming here? I'm going to Philly or someplace.
Oh hilarity.
Speaker 3 (20:30):
Come on, Morgan, I wanted to oh company, I'll come back.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
Oh no, don't mind us out they come in.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
I can't come back later.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
And why are you so anxious to get away just
because you're afraid we found out about you?
Speaker 3 (20:42):
What about me?
Speaker 1 (20:43):
You and Dean had a row about the fire. You
wanted a fire, he was against it.
Speaker 3 (20:47):
Morgan, I warn.
Speaker 6 (20:48):
You cut it out, cut it out.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
Shopping dude, you're a smart boy, lad. I mean that
outburst proves Morgan knows about you. What do you minute?
Morgan didn't tell us missus.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
Dean did.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
But now that you've shown that Morgan knows too, he's
gonna have to talk.
Speaker 6 (21:02):
What else do you want to know? If you know
about the fire?
Speaker 1 (21:05):
Just this, Morgan, why did Dean object Larabie's idea? Come on,
don't look at Larabie. He can't hurt you. Well, Flaring
asked your question. Morgan answerm now, look, Morgan, we know
Larabie wanted to start a fire. We know Dean objected.
Now why did he object with me money in his
pocket too?
Speaker 6 (21:26):
He was afraid Larabee might talk, he said, Larabee can
never keep his mouth shut.
Speaker 1 (21:31):
I seem well, that does, it does? Why why are
we trying to prove Dean's motives? Martyr for what for
starting the fire? Where you mean Dean started the fire? Yes,
you see, Dean was afraid to let Larabee know that's
what he intended to do.
Speaker 5 (21:47):
Yeah, so he next Larabe's plan.
Speaker 1 (21:50):
But then he hired me to tell Larabie so that
I'd be a witness when the fire started. That Larabie
had nothing to.
Speaker 6 (21:55):
Do with it.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
And Dean hops a Chicago train, stays on it just
long enough to establish his presence, and slips off the train,
probably somewhere around Philly, and flies back to New York.
Speaker 5 (22:05):
I get it. He figures to start at the fire,
then hop a plane to Pittsburgh and slip back on
the train there.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
That's right. That way, both partners have an alibi for
the fire.
Speaker 5 (22:13):
Clara, he catches Dean at the fire and kills him.
That's a lie.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
Why would I kill him if he's doing what I wanted. Well,
he's got a point, Corbett.
Speaker 5 (22:21):
Maybe he wanted all the insurance from South fin out.
Speaker 1 (22:24):
Now, well, if you really want to know, don't ask clarity,
ask Morgan me why me? Because Morgan the other one
who killed Dean, aren't you?
Speaker 5 (22:47):
Yeah? You were right wearing?
Speaker 1 (22:50):
Well, wipe your eyes, Corbett. Maybe I'll pull a boner
next week.
Speaker 5 (22:54):
Morgan confessed he caught Dean starting the fire, and Dean
threatened to frame him. He was gonna use that row
they had when he tried to fire Morgan as a
motive and claimed Morgan started the fire for his vand.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
Claraby and Dean would have Alabi and that would leave
Morgan holding the match.
Speaker 5 (23:09):
Right, This panicked Morgan and he killed Dean. Now there
it is, wearing. I'll just run along.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
Oh wait, wait, wait, wait, wait a minute, Corbett. We're
kind of a straight man, are you. Uh you haven't
asked me how I knew Morgan was the murderer. All right,
go ahead, Well, Dean told his wife he was going
to Palm Beach, saying that's right.
Speaker 5 (23:31):
I forgot about Palm Beach and was.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
So to Dean when he heard about the storm in Virginia.
His original plan apparently was to work his Alabi in
a Palm Beach train, but bad weather made it risky
counting on a plane to get him back to the train.
Speaker 5 (23:43):
So he switches to a Chicago train.
Speaker 1 (23:45):
That's right, and Morgan said, Dean told him he was
going to Chicago, and Dean left the club at six,
and Morgan claimed he hadn't seen him again. Still, when
Dean left home at eight, he told his wife he
was going to Palm Beach, so he hadn't switched plans
by eight, which means Morgan was lying. He must have
seen Bean again after eight.
Speaker 5 (24:04):
Boom, all right, wearing. Do you feel better now that
you got that off your chest? Oh?
Speaker 1 (24:08):
Yeah, it's much better, corpord. Thanks, that's good wearing.
Speaker 5 (24:11):
You need something to cheer you up?
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Do I?
Speaker 5 (24:14):
You will when I tell you. Morgan is confessed with
the murder, but he still denies tipping off flowerby about
you telling him, so it looks like it was just
your own bungling a nightmare
