About Girls Day Out in STEM

Girls Day Out in STEM (GDOS) empowers and inspires girls aged 10-14 years towards a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) in a fun, safe and engaging environment. Girls hear from professional women in STEM, learn about important contributions already made by other young girls in the field and opportunities a future in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths can bring. We boost awareness of the range of STEM career opportunities, access to female role models and participation that complements and extends school education.
