(00:26):
author and your show host. Thank you for joining us,
and welcome this episode brought to you by the faithful

with Fred Hughes Show.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Once again.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
We're so glad that you joined us tonight, and I
have some kind of a special thing in mind for
you tonight. It's not often, but I get sometimes I
get to be a guest of my own show, and
tonight is one of those nights. I have some super
special things that I wanted to do just discuss with
my audience. I think there's we're living in a special

(01:11):
time and sometimes it's just really important to talk about
those things. Before I get to that, though, I want
to just remind you of our websites down here in
the lower corner and go to w w W, the
word Decision, the numeral one dot org and there you

(01:31):
will find a lot of different things that interesting. Good teaching,
good instruction, a lots of something things to listen to,
somethings to watch, some things to read, So it's really
divided up for to you. There's also a Voter's Guide
there whenever that season rolls around, and there's a lot

(01:52):
of other things that are there, but you'll avail yourself
of that website. Also at the website is my newest book.
It's called Beside the Still Waters, and it is a
book that speaks of how do you have a relationship
with a God you can't really see. It really is

(02:14):
all about how is it that you get born again?
How do you have this ongoing relationship with God Almighty?
And the second part of that is how do you
become filled with the Holy Spirit and empowered by him
to do the work that He's calling you to do
in this life. One John four seventeen says at the

(02:39):
end of it, it says, as he is me is
talking about Jesus, so are we in this world. And
what that's referring to is it's referring to if you
look at the New Testament account of Jesus's life and
what he did, what he went about the world doing,

(02:59):
or part of the world doing was good. He went
about doing good and healing people, He went about raising
the dead, He went about doing good things in the earth.
And that it's saying to us who are believers and
followers disciples of Christ, that like his original twelve, were

(03:25):
now the ones that are empowered to go about the
earth doing exactly the same thing that Jesus did when
he was alive and here upon this earth. And so
I just want to encourage you to know that you
are at a special place on the earth, and you
are in a special time period, and I believe that

(03:48):
you were created for such a time as this. So
I want to encourage you to find out more about
this God, this person we call God, and this book
will give you some scriptural basis for those two events
that come in life. They are very very important that

(04:10):
you get born again and that you would get equipped
to do the work that you're called and desiring to
do in this earth. And so, without much further ado here,
I would also like to mention a couple of things
that I think are super important today, and that is

(04:30):
that one of the things is we are living in
a very unique time period. I believe that you know,
we are standing really in a at a time that
may be recorded as, you know, the greatest time in
all of history. I honestly believe we have that kind

(04:54):
of time period that we're in and how it all
goes down, I don't know when, You don't know. But
there are some things that we can do, even here
on earth that we could maybe prepare ourself a little
bit and for some of the trials, trimbulations and ups
and downs of days that we don't know what is

(05:17):
happening in front of us. But I want to address
one of those things, and that is that with the
new president that we have, it's very exciting and I
think he is going to take us to some good,
good places in our American history. I think it's a

(05:39):
very exciting time. I really enjoy listening in to some
of the reports that are coming in, mostly from the internet,
not on the RUG regular newscast, but from the Internet
of people that telling you the truth rather than I'm
still trying to feed everybody a bunch of lies. You know,
the exciting things are happening, and even the ten Spies

(06:04):
Network as I call it, can't completely cover up the
fact that good things are happening. And so I kind
of enjoy just watching them every once in a while
eat a little bit of pro as they seem to
have nothing good to say and want to tear down
whatever good is happening. But there's not much denying that

(06:28):
God's got something good in terms of wanting to bless
America again with a great leader. And so I'm excited
about that. One of the things that I think is
important is that we are facing still it just moved
recently to thirty seven trillion dollars indebtedness as a country,

(06:53):
and folks, that's just really an unsustainable number. And on
top of that, the very principle of compounded interest is
telling us loud and really I mean broadcasting loudly that
it's only going to escalate quickly.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
From here on up.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
And our dollar value is getting lower and lower and lower.
And there's still there's a threat at one point that
we have as a country encountered you know, times like
this before, and it can be a downturn that can come.
And so I, just as your friend, I want to

(07:39):
recommend one thing, and that is.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
That if you have.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Silver and you have gold, you have a couple of
things that will possibly sustain you through that have at
least has a little bit of this in your portfolio
or in your possession physically, uh so that you know,
the you have a way of bartering and trading and

(08:05):
having some having some real value left once the bank's closed,
once the you know, if things fell down quickly as
they did back you know one one other time in
our history, you know, you have something to kind of
fall back down. I know some people are talking about
bitcoin and and they have all the money in the

(08:28):
stock market right now and all of this, but listen,
let me just tell you that there there are things
like land and uh, real possessions of houses or you know,
things that that are real and tangible versus of those
kinds of things that.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
That have no have no really value to them.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
There are some things that have value, and there are
other things that have price, and you know, price can
go up and down, but if there's no value underneath that,
then you have nothing.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
It can go to zero.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
And so whenever you're looking at stocks and bonds, they
can go to zero. Whenever you're looking at bitcoin or
some of the money that's not real money, it can
go to zero. You look at the real fiat money
that we use every day. It can go to zero
because it's not back by this stuff. It doesn't it

(09:42):
doesn't have the true weight behind it because we as
a country did away with that a while back, and
so now then it's paper that it's promises. It's IOUs
basically either by the government or buy individual banks or

(10:03):
by whoever. But it's fundamentally a stock market, whatever it is, Fundamentally,
there's not any real value underneath the price. So you're
just talking about a price either escalating or deflating, and
it's a market that's going up and down, and that

(10:25):
holds no value if everything goes south. And so you
have to have something like land property, something that's paid
for that's that they can't come and take it away
from you simply because you have not paid enough to
own it. And so you need to own some things

(10:46):
and have them paid off so that you have something
left if the bottom falls out. I'm not preaching doom
and gloom. I'm just saying we are at a at
a time period that goes these kinds of things. Could
could you know, trouble could escalate in that department. We've
already had some failures and that sort of thing. Let

(11:09):
me just tell you when a bank goes down, they
just shut the door and they say, well, call the
Federal Reserve and they have the money ensured. Get what
you can out of them. So if you have way
a whole bunch of money in one account somewhere, good luck.
And it's going to be a while before you can

(11:30):
gain access to any of it. And so I would
just recommend that you have some access to some real
solid financial means to get you and your family by
for a while. It may not last forever, it never has,

(11:51):
but it does run a cycle. And so we need
to be ready, you know a little bit for you know,
the things that were not affecting, because they could happen.
And I don't think we need to go into you know,
frantic over any of it. But I just do believe
that it's wise to have something God God gave us.

(12:16):
I didn't give us a spirit of fear, gave us
a spirit. He gave us three spirits, power, love, and
sound of mind to overcome all of that. And that
sound of mind it can tell us tell us that
we need to kind of somehow be somewhat prepared. In fact,
let me just put a scripture up here, right quick.

(12:39):
I'm sorry. I was not wanting to put up there.
Here it is, but over here, and the Bible says
the silver's mind is a god that he's talking about here.
The silver is mine and says the Lord of Hosts,
and the gold is mine, says the Lord of Hosts.

(13:01):
So you know, the the glory of the of this
latter temporal temple is going to be greater than the former.
And I believe that that's what God has in mind
for you know, you and I I think that he
has I think he has plans to help us move
into a great abundance. Rather than I believe that he's

(13:25):
a god of abundance. He's a god that will supply
our need. And I believe that it's he. It's not
it's not this stuff that we trust in anymore than
we trust in any of the other stuff. But this
does have value, even at the at the bottom of
the barrel, that can hold some value. Uh. And so

(13:46):
that's why it's wise to have a little bit of
that to protect yourself. Anyway, I've rented and raved on
that enough. I really want to get onto the the
real gist of what I have to talk about tonight
with you, and I believe, as stated earlier, that we
stand right now in a time period that may be

(14:07):
recorded in history as the greatest time of all times
in all of history. And so I want to start
back at the beginning. We were approaching the fourth of
July celebration, which is our independence from England back as colonies.

(14:28):
They decided to take a stand, and they did so,
and they were successful. But you know, through six thousand
years of recorded history, you know, empires have risen and
empires have fallen, and ours can do the same. I mean,

(14:49):
it's not we're not exempt from that happening. But we
keep seeing the same thing repeat itself over and over again,
and it seems to concentrate all of the power, seems

(15:09):
to concentrate into the hands of a single person at
some point in time. And I believe that it goes
back all the way to the fall of man in
the Garden of Eden. That's selfish infection of human nature. It,

(15:35):
you know, came slew Able over because he wasn't happy
and and wanted something for himself and wanted to get
the recognition. And this kind of followed one king after
the other king, you know, attacking each other and warring
over over you know, this, that and the other, and uh,

(15:58):
you know, you can kind of concentrate that down. I mean,
you know, it was basically a king or they went
by a lot of different names, you know, I believe
it goes back to, like I said, the Garden of
Beadles Eden. But there's there's many that I called kings

(16:18):
by different names. You know, they're nimrods, or there's their
caesars or their caliphate, or their chairman or their you know, chieftains,
or their communist dictators or czars or kaiser's or you know,
I mean it goes chiks, shoguns. I mean, there's it

(16:41):
goes on and on and on. You know, there's just
but it. But but basically it was some strong leader
that would wind up gain the control of a whole comany.
Of course, he had to have somebody around him, so
there had to be some agreement and whatnot. But it
was all my It was a kind of it was

(17:07):
kind of most of the time. It is kind of
seen as a god ordained leader that emerged and the
people would gather around that one person and grant him.
Actually the authority of a king or a priest or whatever,
you know, as President Harry Truman that wrote in his

(17:29):
memory was back in nineteen fifty six, said the men
who wrote the Constitution knew that a tyrannical government had
come about, where the power of the governments were united
into the hands of one man. And that was a

(17:54):
powerful statement. He a powerful recognition of the fact that
that's kind of what had happens, and it happens over
and over again. But at the time of the American
America's founding, the most powerful ruler in the world, the
King of England. At that time he controlled what thirteen

(18:18):
million square miles and half a billion people, So he
was by far the greatest dynasty that has ever existed
on the face of the earth. And these little thirteen
American colonies, who hardly had two Nichols to rub together,

(18:42):
really declared independence from me. So in seventeen seventy, you know,
America decided to break away from that powerful king. But
we started with no navy, We started with no army,
We started with no money guarded with you know, just
people people of faith that believe and that were courageous

(19:09):
enough to step out and take a chance. And they
based their independence and their reason for existence around God Almighty,
and we're only we're one of the only nations. Israel
was based on God Almighty, and really America is the

(19:34):
only other country that was truthfully founded on the principles
of God Almighty and adopted, you know, scriptural basis for
which we conducted our formed our government and placed our
rulership in the hands of a government that's for the people,

(20:00):
by the people. And quite a unique, quite a unique
blend of things. But anyway, in the summer of seventeen
seventy six, General Washington his troops were in New York
at the harbor.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
Filled with The.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
New York Harbor filled up with one of the largest
invasions that had ever recorded in history, thirty two thousand
British troops on four hundred ships. The thousands of wooden
masses that stuck up out of that harbor, it looked

(20:47):
like a forest rather than a bay. And it was
very impressive that such an armada had as symbol itself
against US, and Washington received, you know, a little information

(21:10):
I mean to begin with, Well, let me backtrack just
a little bit earlier that year, seventeen seventy six, the
Continental Congress had declared a day of humility, fasting, and prayer.
And here's kind of what it said. Says, we do

(21:32):
earnestly recommend that Friday, the seventeenth day of May.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
Next be observed.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
By the said colonies as a day of humiliation, fasting,
and prayer, that we may, with united hearts, confess and
bewailed our manifold sins and transgressions, and by a sense

(22:08):
repentance and admitting of life appeared this his right righteous displeasure,
this displeasure, and through the merits and meditations of Jesus Christ,

(22:36):
obtain his pardon and forgiveness. So Washington, you know, had
received this proclamation and ordered that all of the officers
and soldiers to pay strict attention to the orders of
the Continental Congress and UH and.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
By their.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Uninfringed, pious observance to these righteous duties, you know, inclined
themselves to towards the Lord, the giver of victory, and
to prosper our arms, it says. And so you know,

(23:22):
I'm glad we don't still speak in the King's English
like they did back then. But it was graceful, but
you kind of had to have it in your head
A little bit better.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
Than I do obviously.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
Anyway, On August twenty seventh, at the Battle of Brooklyn Heights,
the British Loyalists led about a British loyalist led about
ten thousand British troops through the Jamaica Pass and they

(23:58):
attacked Washington and his troops back behind, from from the behind,
from back of them, and pushed them toward the bay.
And this large battle, this was the largest battle in
the entire Revolutionary War, and it involved the entire army

(24:19):
US Army, American army. At that particular point in time,
there was no reinforcements anywhere who could come to rescue them,
and about three thousand Americans died in comparison to only
about three hundred British that day marsh Washington marched as

(24:44):
as watched as four hundred soldiers of the first Maryland
Regiment charged directly into the British lines six times, and
just about all of those men died. And uh, and
they were they were you know what they were doing

(25:10):
is they were allowing the rest of the army to
find some cover. It was it was an almost almost
similar to the Texas Alamos stand. They these three dynamic
I mean these four hundred soldiers were standing there kind
of guarding the remainder of the army and allowing them

(25:33):
to kind of make an escape. And Washington explained, Uh,
good god, what brave men I have lost this day.
And you know, I mean you read American history and
uh and and get a hold of the truth, the
true version of American history, and you can learn a

(25:55):
lot of things. Unfortunately, we have been uh allowing our
schools to rewrite history and and tell us all a
bunch of lives. And it it is so sad. But anyway,
as night fell with on Washington that night, well Washington

(26:18):
began to he he began to work against that he
was he had he had four hundred British ships, you know,
to his back, and he had ten thousand soldiers in
front of him, and he was trapped pretty pretty much
trapped between the two. And so this was a scary night.

(26:43):
And so he had he gave his the order two
uh to his remaining army to you know, send out
the word together, every boat, every vessel, every you know,
knew ship what you know, barged whatever whatever they could
find and uh and and help all the remainder of

(27:08):
his army try to escape that night. And they were
very successful in gathering all these these things together, that
were these resources, and they were shipping you know, cannons
and wagons and supplies and men and everything across that

(27:28):
that channel and as best they could. But Washington was
was there again caught up. But because they had worked
all night at doing so. But by the by the
time dawn arose the next morning, uh, then there was
only about half of the army that had gone. There

(27:51):
were still several regiments still left in the burrowed down,
you know, and ready. But they weren't. They weren't really
ready to fight because they just did they had nothing,
They had no protection around them. They were it was.
It was a dreadful kind of a sight. And yet

(28:14):
the providence of God. I mean, you you can't deny it,
I mean, and these men certainly didn't. And American history
wants to rewrite it. But nevertheless, that morning, as day
broke and they discovered that they were only half through, uh,

(28:37):
they knew that they had they were facing almost certain defeat,
death or even worse, you know, capture, and so they
had to start, you know, grasping at straws more or
less because they had no real real advantage at all

(28:59):
left because the cover of night had just was fixing
to reveal who was there and who wasn't. And so
at the very at that this very time, a very
dense fog began to rise. And they said it came

(29:19):
out of the ground and off of the river, off
of the body of water that was that was out there.
It just began to rise up and it covered seemingly
both armies, and uh, one of one of the men says,

(29:40):
I recall this in particular, particular, particular providential occurrents perfectly well.
And uh, it was so dense that and it settled
in in a particular manner over both encampments. I recall

(30:02):
the atmosphere. I could scarcely discern a man at six
yards distance, So I mean it was just a very short,
short way away. You couldn't see it see a person
that was right in front of you, you know, hardly.

(30:22):
And so under that veil they were able to transfer
the remainder of the army across the way, and uh
an escape completely. And when the fog finally lifted, there
were in Washington.

Speaker 2 (30:42):
He waited to the best.

Speaker 1 (30:43):
He was on the very last boat out, and it said,
the hand of providences has been so conspicuous, and of
course of the war that he began, he must be
worse than an infidel that can't that that lacks faith,

(31:06):
and more wicked than those not not having not gratitude
to acknowledge his obligation, his obligations.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
But will be time.

Speaker 1 (31:27):
But but there will be time enough for me to
turn into a preacher after my present appointment has ceased.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
You know.

Speaker 1 (31:35):
So he was going, he was trying to preach to everybody, saying, man,
this was God. This was absolutely and totally God doing here.
That got us out of there, And uh it was
you know. Later that summer, the Declaration of Independence was
signed and a copy of it was rushed out to Washington,
and all of his troops there were there were never

(31:58):
there was never other another time when the entire army
was at risk like that one. Now there was some
more perilous, miraculous time Washington crossing the Potomac and the
dead of winter, and there were many other, obviously God
ordained times that that the miraculous happened in there in

(32:22):
our favor. Over and over again that happened, and and
so history is is a good thing to know. And
that is uh what the price that we that that
those men paid, you know for you and I to
have freedom today is unbelievable. And unfortunately we stand at

(32:44):
the prefaces prefaces of losing our country again if we're
not careful, because we have we have I believe received
a a another of those God ordained rescues from the

(33:06):
hands of people that would want to destroy our country.
And we have a reprieve and we need to embrace
it and keep walking in those supernatural things that God
is doing in the earth and for our nation and
the nation of Israel right now. And so there God

(33:29):
is is still moving in the hearts and minds of
men and intervening in the affairs of men mankind, and
we should be so thankful, like like he said, it is.
Anybody that can't see that that's happening, you, you know,

(33:52):
your fire is it's just not burning. You're not your
your lights aren't on you. You are not seeing the
goodness of God at work.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
And year behalf.

Speaker 1 (34:06):
That He is once again saving America and our prop
and our current president is proclaiming, you know that that
America is going to be great again.

Speaker 2 (34:18):
And uh.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
And he is acknowledging that God's already had much to
do with it, including saving his life. So in America,
we we the people.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
Are the king. Uh.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
We we got out from under, We moved out from
under kingship of the English of the British, and and
we were able to gain democracy to which we can
attribute that that the people are the king and uh.

(34:58):
And we have we elect for short terms rulers to
help delegated exercise delegated authority to maintain that freedom in
our behalf. And we should really honor in America today

(35:20):
we have forgotten our own history in large part and
believed a bunch of lies that have been perpetrated against
us and our children and our grandchildren. And we have
almost lost our country again. But God has begun a

(35:43):
new awakening and is calling out an America, a new
American dream to reclaim our country in our God upon
whom we were founded. America must rediscover the truth, the

(36:07):
real truth, and not believe and stop believing all the
lies that that that the media, that people that want
to bring our country down and destroy it are telling us.
And the biggest power of the lie is that if

(36:29):
you believe it, you surrender to it, even though it's
not as powerful as it may present itself to be.
If you believe it, you adhere to it. And so
it is a very powerful lie that's come to us.
And to back that up, there has been a lot

(36:51):
of resources that have been, you know, forced upon this country.
I'm forced to change our thinking, to to remove our history,
to undo the principles that we were found as it's

(37:12):
a much more intellectual war. It's not fought with cannons
and daggers and that sort of thing, but it's fought
with spiritual means and and with psychological means. And uh,
it's a different war, but it's one we have to win,

(37:33):
brothers and sisters, And you all know that I don't.
I think I'm talking to an audience that's well aware
of all of these things. Anyway, I want to give
you some resources tonight that I think will give you
some good opportunity to be looking for and discovering some

(37:54):
of the true American history. And these are real strong
things that are down at the bottom of the screen.
I've got wall builders dot Com. Uh, there's a David
and Tim Barton. They have one of the largest American uh,
museums really and in the whole country. It's amazing what

(38:16):
they have.

Speaker 2 (38:17):
They have.

Speaker 1 (38:17):
They are a wealth of of They are a national
treasure because they have a really really whole lot of
American history, uh at their disposal, and they have they
can tell you the truth about what really happened. They
and a lot of these textbooks that were that our
children are reading and studying out of are just boldface

(38:42):
lives and a lot of that.

Speaker 2 (38:43):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (38:44):
They're teaching you know that that our great American heritage
that came from I think was all wrong, and that
that we were systemically a bad nation, and and we
came up with this bright idea about slavery and everything. Listen,
I mean, and if you listen to some of these
go to some of these resources that tell you the truth,

(39:06):
you'll find out really important things like that, actually the
first slave in America whenever whenever they when people came,
they and both they were both white and black. But
whenever they came a lot of times they were indentured
servants because they that's how they paid for their way
over here. They they the ticket uh that they purchased,

(39:31):
they did it on credit. And when they got here,
then they worked as an indentured servant to the to
the person that held that that indebtedness for a time
period until they had worked off payment for it. And
one of the people that had moved in and got

(39:53):
a lawyer to sue another person to get the status
of that slave turn and too over that indentured slave
turned into a permanent slave because that that that person
didn't do the work that they were supposed to do.
And so this uh this the one man sued the

(40:17):
other man and and and won the case and was
able to make a permanent slave out of him. And
American history does record this. It's it's it's easy to find,
but American history, to present it to our children hides this.
And it happens to be that one black man sued

(40:41):
the other black man and was the first slave owner,
not indentured slave, but the first true slave owner was
a black man. And so that they're not going to
tell you that, And but American history will tell you

(41:02):
that if you just go to the right place. And
that's why I'm giving you these resources. Then another that
was David and Tim Barton that I did I mentioned
the first one. There another good resources truth Inliberty dot net. Uh.
That is a program put on by Andrew Walmock and

(41:23):
the leader there is Richard Harris, and he has a
ongoing plan. He has some wonderful guests that that came
on that show and and they'll tell you some truthful things.
They'll they'll give you some good solid American history and
you can start knowing the truth and it'll set you free.

(41:44):
Another really super guy to listen to is the last
guy named Bill Federer. He writes the American Minute dot
com and I highly recommend it. He is so fascinating.
He has such powerful grasp on American history that is

(42:05):
just incredible, and he goes back and I mean he
goes through world history and brings it down to a point.
I mean, he is really really a fantastic.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
Man.

Speaker 1 (42:17):
I would highly recommend The American Minute at least going
to their website and looking around and seeing some of
the videos and whatnot they have available there. So anyway,
I'm gonna leave those resources up for you, and I
just want to let you know that there's some wonderful
things that are out there that will teach you some truth.

(42:38):
There's some awesome and smart and wise things that you
could do to kind of make sure that you're solid.
And there's some very very good people that can teach
you spiritual principles as well as American history principles. And
we need to know both, and we need to re

(43:00):
reacquaint ourselves with who we really are and what this
country is really all about. And yes, we've had some
ups and downs and it's not been perfect, and uh,
and it's been you know, but let me just remind
you there's just two kinds of people in the world.

(43:24):
In this country and in every other country on the
face of the world. We live under different different rules
and reigns and kings and tzars and all of that,
but there's still just two kinds of people. There's people
that no one understand who God is and those that

(43:48):
do not. And uh, it's those two mindsets, those two realities,
because it's it's a nature that you possess if you've
been born again. And the scriptures, teacher, if you look

(44:12):
at John the first the third chapter of John, it'll
verse three, five and sent seven where Nicodemus Jesus is
witnessing really to Nicodemus. I call it the nickeod Night
story because Nicodemus had come to him, you know, really kind.

Speaker 2 (44:35):
Of hiding who he was.

Speaker 1 (44:36):
He was a saduced in Pharisee, and uh, he was
a teacher of the day, you know, a spiritual or
religious leader. And yet he did not understand and know
that Jesus was indeed the messiah that had come. And
so Jesus said, unless you're born again, you can't see

(44:59):
the king them of heaven.

Speaker 2 (45:01):
And then it goes on.

Speaker 1 (45:02):
In verse verse three, verse five says, unless you were
born again or born of water and spirit, you can't
enter the Kingdom of God. Wow, you know those two
verses alone.

Speaker 2 (45:17):
You got to hear that.

Speaker 1 (45:19):
You can't see it, you can't enter it. And it
goes on to verse seven and verse seven says marble
not or in other words, don't be surprised. I tell
you must be born again because that changes your nature,
it makes it. It gives the opportunity for you to

(45:39):
become a son of God. There's another place that says
that we were given the ability to become sons of God.
We were given the power to become sons of God.

Speaker 2 (45:53):
How do we do that? Well, we do that by
a choice.

Speaker 1 (45:58):
And if he's in three. I mean Fisians two eight
and nine tell us that, and there's a whole bunch
of different scriptures that will tell us that, that will
tell us how to do that. But we have to
realize we need to see a savior, and we need
to confess it with our mouth that we need that

(46:21):
savior and that we want him to be our savior.
Or by grace are you saved? It's his grace that
saves us. It's is Ephesians two eight and nine. For
by grace your saved. It's grace that saves you. It's
not your works, it's not anything else, all right. For
by grace are you saved through faith? You have to

(46:44):
believe that there is that God. You have to believe
that he is the savior of the world. You have
to believe that he died and he paid for your shortcomings,
because you can't. Although we want to be have some
part in it, we actually can't. He has He had

(47:06):
to bear the whole load, and he did. But the
good news is, for by grace, are you saved through faith?
Believing in Him, not of yourself, not of your works,
not by works, but just simply by that grace. It's
nothing you can do to earn it, to deserve it,

(47:28):
not by grace, I mean, not by works, but simply
by grace. It's just such a simple deal, you know.
And it says that we need to confess with our
mouth and believe in our heart the Jesus is Lord.
When we do that, we have that transformation inside of us.
He gives us a new heart, and he puts a

(47:51):
new nature in us, and it overtakes our thinking, and
everything that the Word of God says then begins to
apply to us. And all of the promises of God
become yes and amen, yes, And so be it for us,

(48:14):
because now you're a son or a daughter of God
Most High. You have made that choice. We have received him,
and you have become a son or a daughter of God.
And that makes all the difference in the world. And
those that have not made that choice, their thinking is
only head knowledge. But those who have received the kingdom,

(48:40):
they have a spiritual mindset. They can hear the voice
of God, they can understand and know what it is
that God wants for them, and they can do the
miraculous things that He is given to men. And this
was what our country was founded on, this belief system,

(49:04):
not that there is one earthly man, God, kings are whatever,
but there is one who lives in heaven that gives
us our inalienable rights. That your creator endows you with

(49:24):
inalienable rights, in other words, the right that every man
who is a believer has to enter and see the
Kingdom of God. He has given empowered us to be
able to have right thinking, have the mind of Christ
in us, so that we can make wise choices and

(49:47):
wise decisions and be honorable in the things that we
do in good stewards not only of the earth, but
of our family and country and everything that we put
are hand to. And so that's a huge difference between
that person, that kind of person, and the other person

(50:08):
who simply lives by the five senses. What they can
see here, touch field smells, males, you know, feel those
five senses runs regularly regulates their life and their human
thinking and reasoning is all that they have.

Speaker 2 (50:27):
They do.

Speaker 1 (50:28):
They're not empowered to think thoughts that are that are
ordained by God. So that's the two people that exists.
And they come in every color, they come in every size,
They come from every nation, every tribe, every every you

(50:48):
know format that there is out there every sexual orientation,
if you will, there's only actually two. But for those
that are confuse, it doesn't really matter who you are.
Unless you're born again, you don't have the ability to

(51:09):
think in reason and operate in these United States, because
that's what this whole country was founded on. Those principles.
Godly principles work and work wonderfully, as our founding fathers
pin them down and laid them out. But it takes

(51:33):
a man and a woman of principle, of godly principle
to enact and operate and make this great American dream
operate successfully. Numerous of our presidents have said that outright,

(51:53):
numerous of our leaders and founders have said that outright.
This the truth of the matter is, unless you're born again,
you really can't operate in this kingdom either. So I
want to encourage you, if you're not born again, get

(52:13):
born again. If you're not aware of American history, look
up these guys that are on write these addresses down
and go and do a little research and bring yourself
up to speed, and then find you some good programs
to watch on the Internet, because there's not much on
the Ten Spies and Network any of them. So I

(52:42):
just want to encourage you in that right now, So
I want to I want to just pray over over everybody.

Speaker 2 (52:47):
Father, I just thank.

Speaker 1 (52:48):
You that that that that we just lock hold to
the wisdom of our forefathers, like hold of wisdom of God,
like hold to the desire to bring our country back
into the fullness and powerful state that it was born

(53:09):
in and developed in over the years. And it has
been the outreach and the outcry of missionaries to go
into all of the world and make a big difference.
But Father, we are in need of the of some
of those missionaries coming to us now because our country
is so scattered and so lied to and so deceived

(53:33):
in so many ways that we need to renewal. And Father,
I just thank you that you can bring You can
bring that great awakening, That third Awakening is here right now,
it's already in progress. Help us to know, like the
sons of Zakhar, the time that we live in and

(53:55):
be able to function in it and be able to
help raise up this country once again. It's not just
up to President Trump. It's up to every American like
you and I and especially those of us who are
of the faith, that we would begin to tell others

(54:16):
about our faith. Show to them in American history, how
God comes through for the USA, how God comes through
for Israel, his call to the nation, How God will
intervene in the events of men if we pray and

(54:37):
honor him, if we repent from our thinking and turn
towards His way of thinking, and we will have great success.
This is Fred Hughes. I say goodbye and good night
to you. I salute you in Jesus mighty name as
a great American, and I encourage you to begin to
