And we are talking to Andrea Hartman. And let's see if I can pronounce

Yes, we are a winery resort. We've been around for fourteen years
and have had a lot of expansionin a very short period of time.
We have overnight accommodations forty eight roomson property. You can either choose between
our luxury boutique hotel, the Casa, or the villas, which are Tuscan.
Is the wistart Tell me about theboutique. What's the kind of accommodations.

Yes, so they are all luxury, king sweets, beautiful. Each
room has its own private balcony andwalk out pad. Every morning, your
breakfast comes delivered to your room ina vintage wine box. We're done with
a conversation. I don't want tothis is too much of a say,
this is perfect for Valentine's Day.Is perfect with Valentine's Day right around the
corner. It is such a romanticgetaway you will definitely win over your significant

Yeah all right, So what otherkind of accommodations do you have? Yes,
we have the villas. So thoseare tusk and inspired. It's four
suits connected to a common area.So it's perfect if you either have a
family or a group outing a weddingthat you can all share a villa together.

Or if you want to go andmeet some new people as well,
you can just get a room inone of the villas and then meet some
other friends along the way. Nowis there food involved? Oh? Yes,
is there food involved? We haveseveral restaurants on property. We have
the Bistro, which actually just wentthrough a remodel. That is our upscale
Italian restaurant, housemade pasta, brick, fire, pizzas, entrees, steak,

pork chops. We're known for ourTuscan short rib, so food is
absolutely phenomenal. We have the CrushHouse, which is our contemporary wine bar
and eatery, great handheld sandwiches andsalads again, really great Italian contemporary food
as well. We have the Stillhouse. That's three I'm counting, because this

Stillhouse is our coffee house by daycocktail lounge by night. So it's great
to stop in the morning and thenstop in the afternoon and get your little
afternoon cocktail. We have small platesand offerings for both breakfast and appetizers before
or after dinner, and then lastbut not least, it's not open at
the moment, but we have thePiazza, which is our outdoor alfresco dining.

It's lakeside, absolutely beautiful, stunning, it feels like you're on vacation,
and that is open May through October. So tell me about the vineyard.
What kind of wine do you provide? Yeah, so we are under
five acres of vine and we dohave estate wines with the grapes that we
grow right on property. Don't I'mstill learning a lot about the wine making

industry. But one of our grapesis Marquette on property, and we are
known for our wine. We areaward winning and there's definitely something for any
wine connoisseur. Whatever you're looking,from sweet to dry, we have it.
Tell me about the wedding accommodations.Yeah, so weddings are very popular.
As you mentioned, the resort isvery romantic. So we have the

outdoor pavilion that holds up to threehundred guests. Again, that's seasonal,
that opens May through October. Itis a hot commodity for weddings. It
books very fast, but we actuallydo still have some bookings for Friday and
Sundays this year. And then wehave the Villa Grande that's our indoor diet
or ballroom, and that can holdup to one hundred and twenty guests.
