And welcome back to yet another episode of the Hated
Heroes podcast where people hate to love us, love to
hate us. And of course I am your host lb
lbizle l Capitone he himself and look, look, you may
be having a fast day. You may be having a
slow day, but either way it goes, it's your day,

(02:43):
so please please make the most of it. And of
course this is your first time tuning in to the
Heroes podcast. We have a slight disclaimer. We like to
get out the way again. We love for people to
be as much on the same page as possible. It's
just a it's just a thing that we do here,
just trying to make sure people we can all, you know,
just meet each other where we need to meet each other. Okay,

(03:07):
And so sensitivity does not live here, but understanding does.
Once again, sensitivity does not live here, but understanding does.
Ladies and gentlemen, heroes, heroes across the nation. Today, we

(03:30):
are gonna go ahead and continue on our series of
the power of self, the power of you, your your, your, your,
your internal fortitude, your your your your your swagger, your
your genness, a qua, your your it factor, that that
thing that is that is in you, that that you're

(03:51):
you're just trying to tap into. Okay, it's it's in you,
but you're just still trying to tap into it. So
we're gonna continue the series on about just what you
have inside of you and just the power of self okay,
and the power of just believing, okay, and just how much.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
It will propel you. Okay. So you guys may or
may not know of.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
A gentleman by the name of Paul Okay, he was
an apostle.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
You may know one of his famous phrases okay, at
least way the way that we presented these days.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
And then that phrase is I can do all things
through Christ.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
That's that's one of the phrases that that's one of
the ways that's used. Some people just say I can
do all things.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
Okay, and.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
What it is, what it is, okay, because that's that's
partially true, but it's never really broken down, Okay. And
in order for you to grow from where you're at,
you need to know where you're at. You need to
have an understanding of where you're at in order for
you to grow from that area, in order for you
to to add on to you okay, what Paul was saying. Okay,

(05:02):
what Paul was saying, which a lot of people don't
really speak on it. They don't really give you any
any any any background information on why it is that
you can do all things through Christ. Okay, it does
not mean that if you want to go out and
be a billionaire, God is supposed to just automatically support that.
If you want to go out and get a mansion

(05:22):
with fifteen bedrooms in it, that that God is just
automatically going to support that.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
If you want to go out and and and and
have that perfect marriage and perfect relationship that that.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
You you're wanting, Okay, that does not mean that God
is gonna support that. Okay, That's not what it means
by I can do all things what it means, Okay.
The things that Paul was going through, Okay, which a
lot of people go through even to this day and time.
Paul was going through certain situations. Paul was going through,
He was in certain circumstances, He was going through certain

(05:55):
certain little turmoils in.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
Life like we all do. Like we all do.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
He was going through certain things like we all do
in life. And in those things like when he was hungry,
when he was hungry and he was starving, God made
a way.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
For him to get food.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
So you'll see somewhere in the verse where it says
that he was hungry but was well fed. Okay, Paul
was hungry but he was well fed.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
And if you're looking for this, this is Philippians. Okay,
we're talking about the Bible chapter of Philippians. Okay, that's
chapter four, and we're gonna get down to verse thirteen.
So that's Philippians four and thirteen that I'm just touching
on here. So that a way, let's give you guys
a little context on where this is coming from and
why it relates to you. So again, in there, you'll
find somewhere that Paul was hungry. Okay, Paul was hungry,

(06:44):
but yet he he was fed.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Okay, he was hungry, but yet he was fed. Okay.
You're also gonna read in.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
There somewhere where Paul was in need of certain things,
but yet he was also well off. That might not
make sense, and that's probably why people don't teach it.
That's probably why it's not preached that way, because it
doesn't come across like it makes sense. Because we want
things so instant these days. We want things to be
so so right here, right now. And granted we say

(07:12):
we want the context, but yet at the same time,
you can have people scrolling through a thousand videos in
less than thirty minutes. So it's it's.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Not the context. It's not the context.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
So I'm going to provide context. And the context is
that when Paul realized that he was going through certain situations, Paul.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
Said, I can do this stuff.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
I can go through this stuff as long as the
Lord gives me strength. I can go through this stuff,
as long as the Lord is they're watching me and
overseeing me through these circumstances, these tough situations that I'm in,
I'm recognizing, and I'm speaking of Paul. I'm recognizing that

(07:59):
I'm in a difficult situation and with my firm belief
in the Lord and believing that he is not going
to leave me out, He's not going to forsake me,
I'm gonna now gain the strength to make it through
these situations, these situations that are personally for me, personally
about me, something that I'm personally going through. I understand

(08:22):
where I'm at right now. I'm in a struggle. However,
I am content in my struggle and not not content
as in I've given up. It's like, no, I'm in
my struggle, and I understand that I'm in my struggle
and I'm not gonna get stretched out in my struggle
because I believe that God is gonna see me through
my struggle, because I can do all things through Christ,

(08:44):
who strengthens me. That's where that comes from. That's the
breakdown of that. Okay, so again, not to hurt any feelings,
but again, like I told you guys, sensitivity does not
live here, but understanding does.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
So please understand you.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
You may want to be a billionaire, you may want
the thirty bedroom mansion, you may want to own private
jets and things of that nature. But if it is
not God's will, if it is not in your plans
to have that, then you're gonna continue to stress out
over certain things that.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
You don't even have to stress out over. You don't
even have to stress out over.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
You're stressing out over certain things that it's self inflicted.
Self inflicted stress is what that's called self inflicted stress.
You can make it through all types of situations as
long as you have the belief that God is not
going to leave you hanging in that situation. He's gonna

(09:41):
actually help you up out of that situation. That's what
that quote means. I can do all things. That quote
does not mean that whatever you wanna do, you're gonna
go and get to do it because that's what you
want to do. That's not how it works. That's not
how it works at all. It might feel good to
say that, it might feel good to think that, but no, no,

(10:03):
that's that's that's not it at all.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
That's not what we're doing. That's not what we're doing.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
So in this series of self power, in this series
of self reflection, in this series of being on notice,
in this series of getting up out of this funk
that we're in, in this series of not only finding
your purpose, but living within your purpose, you need to
know that you can do all things through Christ, who

(10:29):
strengthens you.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
You can do all things.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
You need to make sure that you have the belief
and make sure that your faith is lined up, lined
up with whatever it is that's going on. And again,
I'm not taking away your mansion. I'm not taking away
your private plane. I'm not taking away your perfect relationship.
I'm not taking that away. What I'm what I'm giving, Okay,
what I'm getting, I'm not taking anything.

Speaker 2 (10:53):
What I'm giving is.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
The understanding that you will be able to do so
much more in life once you have an understanding and
are content with your situation and are content with the
fact of God's gonna get you through and up out

(11:17):
of your situation. That's that's what you have. That's what
you have.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
So that's what I want to give you the power of.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
That's what I want to go ahead, and so again
I said it before earlier in the podcast, in order
for you to grow from where you're at, you got
to understand where you're at. You got to understand it.
You gotta have an understanding. And understanding does not always
mean giving up. I've said it before. Don't give up.

(11:46):
You got to give in. Okay, You've got to give in.
It's not giving up, it's giving in. And giving in
just means that you're now working at your situation. You're
now working with your circumstances. You're now working with whatever
it is that you're going going through. You're now working
with a partner. You're now working with a support system.

(12:07):
You're now working with God. Okay, you're working with someone.
You're not alone. You're not alone, You're working with someone.
And so now whatever it is that you're going through,
whatever is that that you're currently in, whatever it is
that you're currently experiencing in life, you can now get
through it with with the most peace, with the most ease,

(12:30):
with the most Oh, let me not say no, Actually,
I am gonna say with the most ease, because as
long as God is there, he's gonna make things.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
He's gonna ease.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
You through the situation because you have belief in him,
and He's not gonna put any more on you than
you can bear it. Now, you yourself absolutely with these worldly,
these manly worldly things that go on, you can absolutely
put more on yourself than you can handle. But God
is not going to put more on you than you
can handle. God is not here to keep you behind

(13:00):
and to keep you down, to keep you feeling like
you're not worth anything. That is one hundred percent not God,
that's the other guy. That's the other guy.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (13:11):
God is here to help you prosper in your own way,
help you prosper in your own lane, help you prosper
on your own personal journey, all of us, all of
us in our own personal way.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
So I definitely hope this podcast today reached you.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
I hope it helped.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
This message touched on your heartstrings, touched on your mental
a little bit, hit you in the gut, a little bit,
just letting you know, letting you know that that.

Speaker 2 (13:43):
Paul the Apostle Paul.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
In the chapter of Philippians four, verse thirteen, talking about
all the things that he can do, he was saying
that he can do that only through the help of God.
By having that belief and by having the understanding of
where he was at in life and the power that

(14:08):
God continues to have. Listen, I appreciate y'all for continuing
to tune in, continuing to share, continuing to do everything
that you're doing. You guys are honestly the true heroes.
Y'all are the true heroes. I appreciate you so very much.
And until next time, you guys, be great. Let him
