Well, hello everyone out there, Welcome, Welcome to the Healing
Touch Podcast. I'm Tricia and I'm so grateful you're here
with me today. Now, today's message is simple but deeply important.
Be patient with yourself because healing takes time. Oh yes,
that's what I want to talk to you today about
(02:06):
being patient with yourself because healing takes time. Maybe if
you've been trying to move forward, trying to feel normal again,
you might even be wondering why am I still struggling?
Why haven't I moved past this yet? And I want
to speak this truth into your heart today. God is
(02:26):
not in a rush with your healing, and you don't
have to be either. The pain you carry didn't happen overnight.
Whether it's from trauma, heartbreak, loss, or betrayal. Wounds take
time to heal. There are days when you'll just feel
strong and others when it feels like you're back at
(02:48):
square one. But that does not mean you fail. It
means that you're human, and it means you're still on
a journey. So when I get back, we gonna look
at this scripture Ecclesiasts three and one. So let's take
a break right here, Let's listen to this song that
minister to us, and we'll be back with you.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
Oh yes, oh yes, that is when whoo, that's when
he shows up. I'm telling that makes me so excited,
because God will show up. So we're talking about Ecclesiastics,
the third chapter in the first verse, and it reminds
us to everything there is a season and a time
to every purpose under the heaven. That includes the season
(09:45):
of healing, the season of tears, the season of silence,
the ceiling, the season of slow, sacred recovery. And here's
the beautiful promise. God is with you in every season.
There's no sh in taking your time, there's no guilt
in needing rest, and there is no deadline on your healing.
(10:07):
Don't compare your journey to anyone else's. Your process is unique,
your pace is unique. God sees you, and He's not
disappointed in how long it takes. He's proud of every
step you're taking, even the slow ones. So take a
deep breath, let go of the pressure, give yourself the
(10:29):
grace you so easily give to others. Healing is not
a straight line, but with God, it is possible. Listen,
let us pray. Father, We thank you for being the
God of comfort, patience, and restoration. Help us to be
gentle with ourselves in the process. Teach us to trust
(10:53):
your timing Lord. When we feel discouraged, Father, remind us
that you are not finished with us yet. Let heal
and flow through our hearts, day by day, moment by moment.
In Jesus's name, I pray, Amen, listen, remember this today.
You don't have to rush your healing. You don't have
(11:14):
to be perfect to make progress, and you don't have
to walk this road along.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
Take heart, You're healing.

the way. Listen. Thank you for listening to the Healing
