I'm Tricia and I'm just so glad that you're here
with me today. This is a place of peace, of

join me. If your heart feels heavy, if your mind
feels scattered, if anxiety is trying to hold you back,
then this message is for you today. We're going to
talk about don't let anxiety stop you from moving forward,

because anxiety can be so loud. It whispers lies that
you are not enough, that something terrible is going to happen.
That is safer to stay where you are than to
try to move forward. But let me remind you of
something very powerful. Saw Timothy one in seven tells us

that God has not given you a spirit of fear,
but of power, love and a sound mind. And anxiety
is not your identity. It may visit you, but it
doesn't get to define you. And it's okay to acknowledge
what you feel. The trembling hands, the raising heart, the

doubt that circles your mind. God sees it all, but
you know what, He also sees the strength He's placed
inside of you, even when you feel weak. His strength

to take a giant leap today. Just one step, one
small step of faith, whether it's making a phone call,
saying a prayer, or getting you know, just getting out
of bed with purpose. Every step forward is a victory,

So don't wait for the anxiety to disappear. Sometimes courage
means doing it afraid, doing it while leaning on God
every step of the way. In Philippians the fourth chapter,
the sixth, and the seventh, first we're reminded, do not
be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer

and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. God
and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will
guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus. So
just breathe deeply beloved, you are not alone God's walk.
God walks with you, and He's calling you forward, not backwards.

There is more ahead of you than behind you. Let
your faith be stronger than your fear. Listen. I want
to pray with you, Dear Heavenly Father. Thank you for
never leaving us, not even in the middle of our
anxious thoughts. Calm the storm inside. Lord, give peace where

fear has taken root. Father, remind us that we can
move forward, not in our own strength, but in yours.
