Today Dr. Marlene and her sidekick, family law attorney George Salley, Esq, will discuss parenting plans that are not only age-appropriate, but also take into consideration each child's individual needs based on temperament, personality type, resiliency, and other aspects of the child that affect their response to different plans.  Structuring your parenting plan to meet your child's needs is crucial to their emotional well-being, as well as their relationship with each parent.  The harm that is done by parents speaking negatively about the other parent and sharing adult information with their children will also be addressed.  Sometimes parents say things that seem harmless, but they are indeed harmful to the child.  Such seemingly harmless comments will be identified, as well as discussing the impact on your child when such comments are made.
