So Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy ripped Joe Biden and Pete

Newark Airport, United Airlines pulled thirty five round trip flights

radar outage at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey
last Monday, air traffic controllers lost communications with planes flying
in and out of the of Newark for about ninety seconds,

you could listen to it online, but if you ever

I have my police license, and the amount of traffic

it's just amazing. And the fact that they keep track
of all that, the fact that they know, you know
who we're and what's how is a big deal, right.
National Air Traffic Control Association told Bloomberg News that Newark
temporary lost radar and communications with the aircraft under their control.

Unable to see here or even talk with them. So
they didn't lose some they lost all of their communication. Right.
The communication is to the transponders where even if your
regular radio goes dead. With a transponder, they can tell
where you are, They could tell how how you're flying,

where you are. All of that they lost it all.
They lost the radar, so they couldn't even track you
on a radar map SOD. They lost a transponder signal,
they lost the radar signal they and then they couldn't
communicate with them. That would have freaked me out if
I was in air traffic control and a pilot, mind you,

so air traffic control was guided planes bound for Newark
Liberty International Airport lost radar radio communications for more than
a minute before flights at the key hub were starld
for days. It didn't take it didn't take long, right,
and this is where where's the secondary systems? Why weren't
the secondary systems in place? The outers of those key

systems occurred on April twenty eighth, lasted early ninety seconds,
people asked to people who have not to be identified

his charges, I stepped in and arrested Rodriguez, who's now
in custody pending removal. Now the court saw fit to
drop his most recent charges. I mean, he's been convicted

Anybody in law enforcement for any period of time said,
look at this guy represents a real hazard to Virginia residents. Now,
that's according to ice enforcement and removal operations, every one
of his convictions represents another one of our neighbors that
Rodriguez had victimized. That's called nice Washington d C. They'll
continue to prioritize public safety by arresting, removing criminals and

a criminal alien offenders from our Washington d C and
Virginia communities. Defenders stepping in and take it over more
and more and more of these because it ain't not

in Virginia charged him with three counts of indecent liberties,

In November of twenty two, a Fairfax County General District
Court convicted him of venturing a property with intent to damage.

who intented damage? He was sentenced to eighteen months in
prison and imposed restitution. Again. In October of twenty twenty two,
Fairfax Hunting Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court convicted him of

He was sentence to another twelve months in prison for

each convictions. Something like a nice guy, the kind of
guy you want your daughter to day, right. A couple
more of these in twenty three and twenty four, it
seemed like every time he got out of jail, he
got in trouble again. Right now, he's here illegally. He's
in the country illegally. How did he get to stay
so long? I do damage to more and more kids.

this happens where it's where he's a known entity. It's
been going on, and they let him get away with it.
I think a judge, I think whoever allows this or
perpetuates this should go to jail as well. In June
to twenty twenty four, a DOJ immigration judge in Annandl,
Virginia ordered him Rodriguez removed from the United States and

sent back to Honduras. On May second, a Fairfax on
a Juvenile domestic relations court just missed Rodriguez's charges for
abduction of a person with intent to file and burglary,
entering a house to murder, rape, and so on. I mean, really,

it's just amazing to anybody else. I think the court
dropped those charges so they couldn't use it as an
excuse to deport the guy, or add to it to
deport the guy. He's a sexual predator, period and they need,
they need to keep him in jail, keep him in custody.

fly him into the inner part of a country and
give him a parachute let him go. I'm sorry, I'm
just you know, you get the point where what is
it with the judges. I really wish a Democrat would
call in and explain who believes in this and explain

in connection with the alleged attack, which involved migrant crews

they used to being in and out of jail. And

of all that, the fact that they know, you know
who we're and what's how is a big deal, right.
National Air Traffic Control Association told Bloomberg News that Newark
temporary lost radar and communications with the aircraft under their control.

Unable to see here or even talk with them. So
they didn't lose some they lost all of their communication. Right.
The communication is to the transponders where even if your
regular radio goes dead. With a transponder, they can tell
where you are, They could tell how how you're flying,

where you are. All of that they lost it all.
They lost the radar, so they couldn't even track you
on a radar map SOD. They lost a transponder signal,
they lost the radar signal they and then they couldn't
communicate with them. That would have freaked me out if
I was in air traffic control and a pilot, mind you,

so air traffic control was guided planes bound for Newark
Liberty International Airport lost radar radio communications for more than
a minute before flights at the key hub were starld
for days. It didn't take it didn't take long, right,
and this is where where's the secondary systems? Why weren't
the secondary systems in place? The outers of those key

systems occurred on April twenty eighth, lasted early ninety seconds,
people asked to people who have not to be identified
discussing the matter because it is in public now. Following
the incident, multiple employees were placed on Toronto Leave United
ground flights, United grounded flights after when air traffic controllers
said Newark is not safe. We feel like there's no

other choice in order to protect our customers. A Monday,
FAA released the an urgent statement on Monday after the
malfunction we telecommunications equipment. So again, you can't blame Trump

that's according to ice enforcement and removal operations, every one
of his convictions represents another one of our neighbors that

guy you want your daughter to day, right. A couple
more of these in twenty three and twenty four, it
seemed like every time he got out of jail, he
got in trouble again. Right now, he's here illegally. He's
in the country illegally. How did he get to stay

been going on, and they let him get away with it.
I think a judge, I think whoever allows this or

a Juvenile domestic relations court just missed Rodriguez's charges for

dropped those charges so they couldn't use it as an
excuse to deport the guy, or add to it to
deport the guy. He's a sexual predator, period and they need,
they need to keep him in jail, keep him in custody.

Patrol traffic stop where Garcia was caught transporting nine illegal
immigrants through Tennessee without a license. First of all, if

red tag for human trafficking right. The trooper noted fourteen
hundred bucks in cash on Garcia, likely payment for smuggling.
He also had an invalid Maryland driver's license. He's hauling

camp footage. When the trooper asked those of the vehicle
he was driving, Garcia replied that it belonged to his boss.
Turns out that the so called boss his name was
no other than Jose Ramon Hernandez, a convicted human trafficker.

Rayis pleaded guilty in the conspiracy to smuggle legal aliens
across the country and was sentenced in twenty twenty. Right,
but they still want to get him back. They still
want to bring him back from El Salvador. I mean, really, truly,
what is with these people? Are they that evil? That ignorant?

Despite the overwhelming evidence, the cash, the fake Marylin driver's license,
the contradictory statements, the gang affiliation, and the pattern matching
non trafficking operations, ICE failed to respond when contacted. This
was under Joe Biden. They weren't interested, not interested in

forcing the law. They wanted these people here. After the
highway patrol took Garcia into custody, they contacted the FBI
for guidance. Joe Biden's FBI ordered them to release him. Wow. Amazing.
Now hen Andree has previously convicted of human trafficking in

twenty twenty, deported after serving eighteen months, has resurfaced. This
despite the court order right banning him or his return
to the US. According to the Tennessee Star, DOJ attorney's

the state. It's just unreal and you can only imagine
