Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome to the John Justice Show, and I want to
give you a little bit of a warning about today's show.
I'm going to get a little ranty today. I have
a couple of stories that I want to run through,
some of them more serious than others, but all of
them pointing to a positive change in direction relating to
the future of this country. This show today is dedicated

(00:25):
to all those individuals out there thinking that we're not
going to go back, those that have the bumper sticker
on the back of their cars, or those that put
the yard signs out during the election, saying that we're
not going back, because guess what we're going back. We're
going back to a United States of America that was rational,

(00:49):
that exercised common sense, that knows the difference between right
and wrong, that understands that the rule of law actually
means something, that understands what real science is and biology,
and that these things matter. Let me start off here
on the most serious note. Earlier today, the judge convicted

(01:14):
Jose Ebarra in the murder of Lake and Riley on
all counts. I'm sure you're familiar with the story by now,
with this illegal alien and the horrific things that he
did to this woman, and hopefully this conviction and his
lifetime sentence in prison will bring a little bit of
peace to the family members and the loved ones of

(01:37):
Lake and Riley who lost this beautiful soul all too soon.
Jose Ebarra will rot in jail, and eventually, probably if
he doesn't find the Lord Jesus Christ while he's rotting
in prison, will end up rotting in hell as well.
There's a reason why illegal immigration became one of the biggest,

(01:59):
most concerning and stressing issues for voters this election cycle
because of what Biden and Harris did. It wasn't compassion
in allowing that border to be wide open. It wasn't
about immigrants in this country and their contributions to this country,
because immigrants do contribute to this country in wondrous ways.

(02:23):
All are welcome here to the United States of America.
But you got to follow the rule of law. You
got to do it the correct way. Those arguments in
the past relating to a legal immigration of people who
would attempt to sound compassionate by saying, well, these individuals,
the vast majority of them are just trying to go
and better their lives. No, you know, what. All of

(02:43):
them are trying to go and better their lives. Some
of them, though, are doing it because they genuinely want
to help their families, or they want to send money
back to the countries in which they came from. Others
want to bring drugs into the country and make money
that way, regardless of the horrible consequences of that of
that illegal activity. Others want to commit acts of violence.

(03:07):
Others want to go and satisfy their most horrible emotions,
uncontrollable desires, and yeah, even take human life. See, that's
the problem when it comes to illegal immigration. It's breaking
the law. Regardless of what the rationale is. That everybody
is trying to better their lives in one way, shape
or form, it doesn't justify it on any level whatsoever.

(03:30):
Is it tragic that some individuals, when Trump carries out
his deportation plans, are going to you know, they'll be
loving families that'll have to go and make a decision. Yeah,
it is tragic. But you know what also is tragic
the fact that they made that decision in the first place.
And there's a lot of different ways that this whole
deportation plan can be carried out. This is not going

(03:51):
to be a military force or ice or law enforcement
going door to door. We already know one point three
to one point six million individual rules who already have
deportation orders, who ignored their court appearances. We already had
that information, and we can start there when law enforcement officials,
border patrol, US Customs and Border Protection comes into contact

(04:13):
with somebody who's here in the country illegally. Just like
you would get a ticket if you're speeding down the
highway and you get caught or you're driving well intoxicated
and probably lose your license, those individuals who came into
the country illegally are going to have to go and
abide by the law and be set back to where
they came from. It's a decision that they made. Listen,

(04:35):
the most compassionate thing that we can do. And Republicans
have screwed this up in the past because they've used
this for you know, for politics as well, and not
done what they've what they should have done in previous
presidencies like Georgia Bush is. One of my biggest complaints
of George Bush was that he didn't go and do
what he should have done relating to the border. No

(04:58):
Trump I've convinced is the only one who really doesn't
have to worry about it. He's not really been a
politician now he is, but he really just wants to
do what's best for the country. You need to go
and secure the border to the best of our ability
and power as the United States of America and take
away that incentive for people to come into the country illegally,

(05:18):
and certainly don't promote it the way that Biden and
Harris has been doing. It's also the most compassionate thing
you can do for the individuals who have legitimate asylum claims.
That way, they don't have a choice to end up
walking easy across those ports of entry, those trails across
the border and not going through the proper ports of
entry so that they can be vetted appropriately. We also

(05:41):
know about the criminals who are here in the country
illegally as well, and I think that there should be
an option, and I haven't seen Trump mention this yet,
but I've heard others propose it. I think that there
should be an option for individuals to self support before
this plan gets implemented. I think a lot of people
will go and take advantage of that because it's the
right thing to do. And I do think there are
a lot of good illegal immigrants that have come into

(06:03):
the country, but unfortunately they're still here illegally, regardless of
what the Democrats or the DFL here in the state
of Minnesota have decided that they want to give them.
We heard today that apparently, if you're here in Minnesota illegally,
they're going to have access to healthcare. And who's paying
for that? Oh, yeah, I am you are if you're

(06:23):
living here in the state of Minnesota. And Jose Ebara
is the example, because a lot of criminals have come
into the country and have been wreaking havoc in this
country because they came in here illegally. Not a single
life should be lost because we didn't do what we
could have done relating to the security and protecting the

(06:46):
sovereignty of this country. So that's story number one. Story
number two today. Second Nancy Mayce Representative Nancy Mayce bill
would ban men from women's facilities on all federal property.
If you are walking around with man parts, you shouldn't
be playing sports against women and shouldn't be allowed to.

(07:09):
If you're walking around with man parts, you shouldn't be
going into a woman's bathroom. If you're walking around with
lady parts, you shouldn't be going in to a man's bathroom.
If you're walking around with lady parts, you probably shouldn't
be competing. Right in male sports, it's gonna be to
your own detriment anyhow. And it's always funny how that

(07:29):
only goes one direction. You see when we talk about
we're not going back, No, we are going back. We're
going back to respecting science, common sense for crying out
loud enough is enough. You see those that argue for
ignoring the science all for the sake of being politically

(07:50):
expedient to cater to an incredibly tiny demographic that decides
to bully everybody else to get their way, while the
larger majority here are the ones that are just supposed
to cave to it. Women are just supposed to cave
to men who have decided that they are going to
be women. Is that how this is supposed to play out?

(08:11):
Hakeem Jeffries in Congress today was actually saying that Nancy
Mace was bullying the elected representative, the man who is
choosing to go and pretend to be a woman, that
he was bullying her by forcing all women to have
to share a bathroom with him, even though he's walking

(08:33):
around with man parts. So Nancy Mace is the bully
here for saying that he can't go in there. No, no,
he's the bully for forcing them. So, yeah, we are
going back to actually respecting the science. They see the
Left distorted that they bastardized it. Respect the science. No,

(08:55):
you didn't. You respected what you thought was going to
go and win you this election. Guess what, you lost
the election. You lost the national popular vote, you lost Congress,
and you lost the support of the majority of people
in this country. So yeah, we're going back. We're making
the country. Yeah. Great again. Last one for today's show,

(09:19):
and I'll talk about this more on tomorrow's show. Twin
Cities News Talk kt OKAY. Listen live six until nine
am Central Time on the iHeartRadio app, or catch up
on the podcast the same place where you can find
this podcast. I saw the story today and listen. I
knew what the complaint was. I just didn't want to

(09:40):
believe that we were still there. Hospital apologizes for Chick
fil A lunch. Thanks employees who had the courage to complain.
Now listen, they the easy argument here, and sort of
my easy guess was they're complaining about chick fil A
because Chick fil A has drawn complaints from LGBT activists

(10:03):
over the years because of the religious beliefs of the owner.
And I'm like, it had to be something else, right, No,
it's not. A Minnesota hospital issued a profuse apology to
staff after failing to abide by its values of respect
and justice by giving out free Chick fil A. First off,

(10:25):
you want to know what I had for lunch because
of this story, I had Chick fil A. I had
a Chicken Club sandwich, some French fries from Chick fil A,
and a few of my wife's chicken nuggets and they
were spectacular. So, first off, banks Chick fil A got
money where I probably wouldn't have gotten Chick fil A,
even though I'd eat Chick fil A. Essentia Health in
Duluth wrote to the staff last Tuesday after staff clucked

(10:49):
about the free sandwiches Heaven Forbid available in the Saint
Mary's Medical Center atrium earlier that day. We have received
feedback from some colleagues who were concerned or offended by
this occurrence, and we value our colleagues feeling comfortable and
expressing their reservations, said Tammy kurtz Zur, senior vice president

(11:10):
for regional Operations at Essentia Health. Listen, I'll have more
to say about this on tomorrow's show, but a bit
of a preview to this in case you don't have
a chance to catch it. Boo frickin' who if I
went and got this upset, or a majority of people
got there and maybe this should happen, got this upset

(11:33):
over the political donations, beliefs, ideologies and narratives of that
which I decide to go and spend my money on
the goods and services. Give me a break already. I
make this joke all the time, but I'd end up
being homish for crying out loud. Conservatives are always expected
to bend, but somebody brings in free Chick fil A,

(11:57):
and these idiots have the nerve to actually go and
pitch a complaint and the hospital caves to them. No,
we're going back. Enough is enough already, shame on this hospital.
They should have looked at that person complaining and going,
if you don't like it, don't eat it. Nobody is
forcing you and nobody is charging you. Just it's such

(12:21):
a ridiculous notion. I hope we're going back, I really do,
and I hope that, like we've seen, more conservatives feel
empowered to step up. I got a comment this morning
from a listener of the show, a musician, who called
it his own coming out doing that thing with my
fingers as a conservative, and I absolutely understand what he

(12:43):
is talking about. I did a previous video on this recently.
You see, I took my my novels okay here and
here right. I wrote a science fiction series, but I
don't telegraph that I'm a conservative news talk show host
and believer in the Lord Jesus Christ Almighty, you know,

(13:03):
because I know it turns people off, and I want
my books to reach as many people as possible. Reading them,
you probably wouldn't realize that it was written by a
conservative Christian. But that's the values that I tried to
impart in my science fiction space opera series. But I
also do podcasts on Depeche Mode because I love Depeche
Mode music and I know that they're staunch liberals. I

(13:24):
get that. I watched documentaries about them all the time,
and one of them based off of one of the
albums that they made back in two thousand and eight
Sounds of the Universe. During the documentary, they're recording up
in Santa Barbara, California, and they've got Barack Obama banners
around there, and these guys are from Europe. For crying
out loud, I didn't care. I love their music. So
I host these podcasts, Star Wars and Depeche Mode, and

(13:47):
I don't, you know, broadcast. I don't make it well known.
I don't necessarily hide them. I'm a talk show host,
but I'm not on there saying this is John Justice.
You're a conservative Christian Star Wars commentary, right, And I'm
not going to do that. But what I have done
is I've taken away the label that I had everything under.
I used to keep everything under this label of my
nerd World. I used to love nerdist for those that

(14:09):
are familiar, and I thought, you know, this is my
nerd world. These are the things that I love, NASCAR,
Star Wars and Depeche Mode, and I put it under
my nerd World to separate it from my conservative talk
radio show because I just wanted to keep those two
things apart, and I wanted as many people consuming that
content as possible, and a lot of it doesn't lend
itself to politics. But I've decided to rebrand that, to

(14:32):
continue to use my name John Justice as a means
to go and promote because most people know me as that.
And again I didn't hide it. It's it's on my books, right,
It's right there, John Justice. Right, So it's right over
there on the poster, John Justice. I didn't hide it.
But you know, those that find the books don't realize
that I'm a talk show host and probably have to
look it up. Most people don't look it up. Well,
now I don't hide it anymore. I changed the YouTube

(14:53):
channel that you're watching this on. If you're watching this
on YouTube, you could be listening on the podcast. But
if you're watching this on YouTube, it used to be
my Nerd World with John Justice, and now it's just
John Justice. And I mentioned I talk politics right there
in the headline. Well, and you know what's happened. Just
like these idiots here and Duluth complaining about free Chick
fil A, I've had people sending me notes saying, well,

(15:14):
now that you're political, I can't listen to you anymore.
It would be one thing I actually had this one
the other day, somebody who wrote any one thing if
you were a run of the mill conservative, but you're not,
You're a Trumper and you support white supremacy. There's records
of it. Really tell me one thing relating to white
supremacy that Trump has ever said. Usually you get the
Charlottesville quote that everybody takes out of contacts and even Snopes,

(15:37):
which is hardly a bastion of conservatism. It even points
out that that's a false statement that Trump made. They
never responded, and of course they don't now. I hope
that my ancillary content grows further because I found a
more conservative audience, and honestly, I'm being more true to myself.
It was a decision than I made before, but I
feel like this is better for me and my career
moving forward. And I hope that more conservatives feel in

(16:00):
boldened right now, not just to go and let people
know that they're conservatives, you know, and not to go
and start being loud and the water cooler in the office,
because you all know how it goes. People are so
inclined to go and talk about their liberal views in
public with people around them without being aware whatsoever that
there might be a conservative in their midst But if

(16:22):
you have a conservative doing the same thing anywhere and
there's a liberal nearby, they'll freak out in the same
way that these morons did getting free Chick fil A.
That can change, and it is changing. You're seeing more
and more people waking up, and even individuals far on
the left right. Yank Yuger from Young Turks has one

(16:43):
of the most popular liberal most popular liberal podcasts. Even
he was pointing out how he jokingly went to to
Elon Musk and said, I have some I have some suggestions,
or I have some thoughts. Why don't you make me
Secretary of Defense? And Elon asks THEMS, well, what is
what are your ideas? It might have been a different department,

(17:03):
but Elon was being open, So what are your ideas?
And Yank Uger was like, I can't ask that if
liberals or I can't they won't accept my views on
all of this. And yet it seems like the conservatives
are the ones who are more open to me being
a populist that I am. I don't expect him to
go and become a conservative, but at least he's acknowledging

(17:25):
the reasons why the liberals lost this last election, so yeah,
we're going back. We're going to enforce the law in
this country. We're going to send individuals home who didn't
respect our immigration laws. We're gonna make sure that if
you're a man, you're not going into women's restrooms, if
you're a man, you're not playing in women's sports. We're
hopefully going to put an end to the mutilation being

(17:48):
done to children in this country whose adults around them
are failing them by putting them through these these gender surgeries. Right,
I pray, that's pray that's gonna happen. I honestly, honestly
do thank you so much for checking out another episode.
I hope that you will subscribe to the channel, subscribe
