am so happy to be back here, and now that
I am taking a bit of a hiatus, I get

a chance to really tune in and do the things
that excite me without having a real time time frame.
Because everything I do excites me, don't get me wrong,
but I have time frames. I have work that I

need to put out. There are clients that I need
to see. If I'm doing mentorships or the apprenticeship that
I used to offer. It's time consuming and it does
take a bit of discipline to accomplish all of those
things and also raise two teenage boys and two young adults,

and two animals and a partrige in a pear tree
and all the things. So the podcast has sort of
taken a back seat for a little bit, but I've
really been feeling for a while to bring this podcast back,

and so many of you tuned in, and I trust
that you are back here with me, and I want
to definitely give this podcast way more attention than I
have in the past, so I have vowed to do
that for myself and also for you all. So the

first thing I wanted to talk about in this podcast
is so much of what has been leading up to
even this, to being back onto the podcast and having
done so much healing work to be able to sit

on this platform. Because I don't take anything that I
do lightly kind of intense that way, if you haven't noticed,
But it's because I really feel strongly about what it
is that I'm doing, and there was a point where

(03:17):
I really needed to take a back seat and to
just see how things were shaping and molding and what
my role was it in all of it, and when
I really just allowed the higher self to navigate the reality.

And I really feel like that's interchangeable. There are times
when I do feel like I take the lead. Ultimately,
it's always my decision being in the three dimensional space,
but I always listen to the voice of the higher self.
Now I don't always listen right like I hear the guidance,

but sometimes I just, you know, being the human, I
just decide that maybe I want to take a different direction.
And ultimately all roads lead to expansion, right. But it's
you know, I always often tell people that you don't
necessarily have to turn over every stone. You don't have

to choose all of the chaos and the confusion. And
that's not how we need to operate. It's been our
way for a very long time. It's a very reptilian
mindset to heal out of chaos. It's what we're our
world is currently experiencing right now. Right, let me take

a sip. If you're here thinking that this is going
to be some everything is quiet podcast, this is not
the place for you. There's noise in the background, there's
animals here. This is real life, and I that's how
I This is the Crystal Shaman's life, this is my life.

My life is quiet at times, and sometimes it's noisy.
Sometimes there's things going on, and that's just how I operate.
Like I'm not gonna pause the recording and pause my
train of thought because I need to take a sip
or something like that. And I just I feel like
when we move more into that authentic space where everything

isn't so cookie cutter, it'll allow everyone to be their
most authentic self and which leads me to the topic
of discussion for today. As I come back into this space,
I love to take the role of the observer. I
observe my own reality, I observe the people that come

(05:55):
in and out of it, and I also observe what's
going on out in the world and the roles that
everyone is playing, and when people have masks and when
they don't. And I'm pretty good about that about seeing it,
not judging it, but seeing it. I mean, if you're
into human design, I'm a projector and I'm a spleening projector,

so I literally can read energy. If you're not into
human design and just into being an energy intuitive, I'm
a highly intuitive EmPATH. I can pick up on anyone's
energy no matter where they are. If you've ever had
a session with me, you can attest to it. I
can describe anyone that you're talking about past, present, sometimes future,

(06:46):
like that's just my skill set. Yeah, we can all
do it, but it takes discipline, it takes mastery. So
when I'm observing energy, it doesn't have to be the
energy that's right in front of me. It can be
you know, from a distance, and that's not being intrusive.

I'm not penetrating anybody's energy field. I stay within my markshield,
so I for sure make sure that I'm not trying
to penetrate anybody's field, because that's a thing that people do.

And I really just glossed over it because that can
be it can be such a winding road of what's
really unfolding here. But ultimately, I honestly feel like that's
the top of what's happening on our planet and within

our known and unknown universe. It's energy harvesting or harnessing.
So you can check that out. But it got me
to thinking how I was showing up in this experience,
and how that has shifted and changed over the years,

and why that has happened. Now, if you've been with
me for a long time, you know that I've shifted
a great deal in my beliefs, in the things that
I speak about, in the things that I promote, in
my focus for sure, And while it's always been about ascension,

I've always talked about the ascension that definition of ascension
has changed for me drastically maybe for some of you
over the years because my eyes have been open to more.
And I want to talk about that today because I
want it to be something that people who are on

(09:07):
this path. If you're here right now with me and
I start talking about things that really go against your
beliefs or what you've been told or what you've been
experiencing for a very long time, I want you to
know that it's okay, and I'm not at all trying

(09:28):
to indoctrinate you. I'm not trying to get you to
think the way I think or believe what I believe.
I'm just sharing my perspective and if you at all
resonate with it, or if it's something that you want
to think about or research further, you guys know how
I am about that. Like I'm so adamant about doing

(09:51):
your own research. If I share something with you, when
you're done listening to me, go and do the work.
That's what it's about. That's what's going to empower you.
You're not going to get empowered just simply listening to
me and then regurgitating what I'm saying to you. The
empowerment comes when you do it on your own and
you come to your own realizations, you come to your

(10:12):
own level of awareness that yes, this is your truth now,
and we're in resonance. That's what that means to be
in resonance. It doesn't mean that you think because I'm
telling you to think that way. It's because we think
the same We vibrate at the same frequency. We're oscillating
at the same frequency. Even the words that we choose,
we're not just throwing them out there because they're buzzwords

(10:35):
or their new Agy, which, by the way, I know
a lot of things is like, oh, new age this,
and new Age that. The one thing about the new
age they cut and paste. And I say they because yes,
there's a lot of people that are very new agy,
and they cut and paste from ancient ways that they

(10:56):
have not figured out themselves. All they do is listen
to a bunch of people, watch a bunch of videos,
and come back and regurgitate or Google you know. I
call them the Google Gurus and the Google Witches and
the Google Warlocks and the Google you know, Federation Galactic
officers and all those people. And then they come back

(11:18):
and they regurgitate it they're taking from ancient ways, the
ways that they haven't remembered. It's not that it's something
that isn't for them. Everyone is able to know these
levels of truth, but you need to go the way
to show the way. You need to walk the path

(11:40):
because words don't teach you. Going and listening to someone
else that's not going to teach you. You have to
live the experience. That's how you learn. When I first
started doing this work, I was u I want to

(12:05):
go back to sixteen, fifteen, sixteen, I want to go
back to to that far and I want to give
credit to that time period because I really felt like
that's what led me up to this. Like right now,
my youngest is reading Dante Inferno and that If you've
been listening to me for a while, you know that

(12:26):
that was one of my big awakenings. When I was sixteen,
my sister came home from college and she had Dante
and she left she left it with me. She left
Inferno with me, and I read it. You know, I
was an inner city kid. We didn't read Dante. That
just wasn't something that we did. It wasn't a part
of the syllabus. You know, back then we were reading like,

(12:48):
you know, watered down Shakespeare or whatever. So but I
always wanted that, you know, to expand my intellect. And
I loved reading, and I'm into poetry and writing. I'm
a lyricist, and I love the wording and just the

(13:09):
art of storytelling in the way that you know, these
books were written. And when I read that, it really
opened me up into challenging so much of my own
belief systems based on my Christian upbringing, and I questioned
a lot of the things that I had gone through

(13:33):
and experienced in the church. And it also led me
to identify later on, when I see people in spirituality,
they leave the church, but they're still indoctrinated. They still
worship to you know, angels, and pray to this and
pray to that. And I'm not going against anyone's belief system.

(13:55):
Please please don't misconstrue my words. It's more so the
relation to what it is that you are actually doing.
Are you doing it robotically because it's something that has
been you know, basically drilled into you. Are you doing
it because you truly believe it because it has served you? Right?

(14:16):
Remember the words don't teach. And I've found that in
all my years of doing this work for myself, that
there's been so many things that now if I believe them,
I'm like, seriously, why would you believe in that? And

(14:40):
not in a way where I'm really mindful of how
I talk to my shadow, how I talk to myself
when I just didn't know any better, or when I
was so indoctrinated that I would believe just these incredible
forms of nonsense. I try to be really kind ful
of myself. I joke a lout about it, like, wow,

(15:03):
you really believe that? Uh? I wonder why? And then
you see the patterns. You see why you are taught
certain things and why you still abide by certain things,
and how long you allowed it to rule your life,
how long you allowed it to serve you ultimately it
serves you, and why you would choose to have something negative,

(15:28):
choosing like fear, you know, fear of God and all
that stuff like that is it's a programming. Why should
you fear that which you are? And even when you
say things like that, people will go, well, if you're
your God, why haven't you stopped poverty or stopped you

(15:49):
are misinterpreting God? That's more man We can go into
that on another day, but I really want to talk
about these different belief systems that just happened when we're

(16:13):
spiritually evolving, Like right now, where you are, no matter
where you are in your spiritual experience, there are things
that you believe in that there is a higher level
of that belief. I remember when I first got wind

(16:36):
of even dark avatars and malevolent angels and all of
those things. That was pretty gut wrenching for me. Those
were difficult times because so much of my practices were

(17:00):
surrounded with these angelic forces, so much of my safety,
all of it was. It really came to a head.
And I remember when I was guided to create the
Ascension Protocol. This was in twenty twenty two. I was

(17:24):
guided to create the Ascension Protocol, and I remember going
into the astral and prior to that, I was doing
my own you know, recon in terms of, you know,

(17:46):
who was benevolent and who was malevolent, and how much
contact I had with these malevolent forces and how much
of their teachings and all of the things that I
really had to take ownership for, take an ability for,
but also do an inventory, right, do an inventory and
to see where I needed to shift, how I needed

(18:11):
to work through those beliefs. All of that that happened
way before I even created the ascension protocol. But what
really led me to like pulling the trigger and just
doing it. I went into the astral and I had
an encounter. Now this is my personal experience. Before I

(18:32):
share this, I want to say that this is my
personal experience, and I know that there are some of
you out there that still connect with this entity, this angelic,
this collective, and you may not feel the same way.
You may not have the same experience. And if that

(18:52):
is your that's where you are, then that's where you are.
I'm simply sharing my experience and what happened as a
result of my eyes being open to a lot of things.
And I always ask questions, right, and I know what's
going to come up in the conversation and we'll talk
about it in a little bit. Is why these things

(19:16):
are allowed to happen? Because if you have a higher
self or your guides that or whatever it is you
want to communicate with, right, that's supposed to be watching
over you. Why were you allowed to go down these
quote unquote bad roads or these to communicate with these
malevolent beings or to you know, whatever it is. And

(19:38):
you know, the short answer is it's all a part
of the experience and you have to grow the consciousness.
You can't just like I know, everybody just wants to
know everything, right. You just want to snap your fingers
and you want to remember all your incarnations and you
want to and I tell people all the time, I
remember a lot of my incarnations and some of them

(19:59):
were frightening to remember. To recall not just simply just
be just the same way. You remember this life. You
remember what you did in kindergarten, you remember what you
did just the same way you remember this life. To
remember your past lives, that takes a lot. And I'm
not saying it takes a lot, like no one is
capable of it, but it takes a lot of the

(20:19):
human psyche to first of all, ground yourself back into
this current reality where you are. Because a lot of
people sometimes when they figure out that there's someone or
they have some connection to the consciousness of something in
a past life, then that's it. They become holier than
now and that's who they are. Bow down to my feet.
I used to be, you know, nefertiti or whatever or

(20:40):
isis or whatever, and they lose the reality of who
they are right now, which is what matters. Right So
it's really important to be mindful of that. But that happens,
that level of psychosis can happen because all of that
information is flooding back in and you don't know how
to differentiate. You don't know. That's this disassociation. You don't

(21:01):
know who you are right now, which is what matters. Yeah,
you were that then, but there's no real then anyway,
and so that's what causes the confusion. That's what causes
people to really shut down this experience that they're having
right now, which is where your point of power is,
and revert and escape to those who I used to be.

(21:23):
I was raw, A'm unraw and all this stuff, because
you don't want to face the reality of who you
are right now. And I'm just throwing those names out there.
It could be anything, you know, it's just coming off
the top of my head. Okay, So if you think
that you were that person, I'm not directly talking to you.
I'm just saying but anyway, I digress. The reason why

(21:48):
I want to make that big of an explanation about
it is because it can be really challenging to hear
some of the things that I'm getting ready to say
and to not have it effect you in a way
where you are you spiral right, And I don't at
all want to piss anybody off. That's not what this

(22:08):
is about. This is about me sharing my experience what
happened with me, so that you can tune into that
and use your level of discernment as you move forward.
Now you can listen to all of this that I
have to say, and you can say whatever I don't.
These beings are not doing anything negative to me, and
they weren't necessarily doing anything negative to me either. But

(22:35):
when the wolf is playing as the sheep, it's gonna
be really meek. It's not gonna pretend to be anything
else but a sheep. So you've got to be really
mindful of these wolves in sheep clothing. Right, So anyway
back to the story, it always comes back around, right,

(22:58):
Welcome to the multi dimensionality mind. So when I created
the Ascension Protocol, I went into the astral that night
after writing down the outline of it, and it was
a whole process. If you know anything about me, whenever
I get downloads to do a course or a class

(23:21):
or something, there's a whole process that happens. I go
into meditation, there's cosmic telepathic communication that comes in, there's
automatic writing, there's a lot of things that come in.
Sometimes I get guided to fast or whatever it is.
There's a bunch of things that happened before all of
it really takes place, right, And so I'd gone through

(23:44):
the process of writing out the outline of the course
and putting in the things that I thought would be
meaningful in a course to ascend. And at that time
I was twenty twenty to twenty twenty two. I was

(24:05):
two years into the Kylantic Science and kathar Are Healing.
And I'm going to talk about that just briefly because
when that those teachings came to me. Initially, when they
first came to me, again, I'm an energy intuitive. I'm
really sensitive about energy. And someone DMed me the video

(24:31):
of Ashiana Dean being interviewed by Carrie Cassidy, and as
soon as I dropped in, I felt her energy. But
it wasn't her energy alone, it was her and her
then husband. But shortly after ex husband and I believe
it was around the time that they were actually in

(24:53):
the midst of the divorce. If I'm not, If I'm yeah,
I think it was right. And I just I picked
up on it, whatever it was, I picked up on it,
and I was just like, nope, that this energy is off.
No thank you, And I got out of there, and
my guides did not push and I got led in

(25:14):
a different direction, and then it came back around again
and when I dropped in again. Funnly funny enough, the
person that brought me to the teachings was Tooth. And
if you know anything about the Guardian Teachings, you know
they took about Tooth a lot, and not in a
good way. You know, just that he he the entity

(25:36):
the consciousness of Toth was. You know, he didn't do
great things, he didn't make great choices, and so it
was just funny that he's the one that brought me
to the teaching. It is so funny. But it also
goes to show you that you can't judge. It's this
is not about judging. It's just about the work and
how you get to the work. Sometimes it's you know,

(25:56):
it can be really odd. So anyway, it took me
about two years to really get through the shieldings and
incorporating them with my own stuff, with the things that
I already knew and that I was already working and teaching,
but working on for myself. And I like to do
things like that. If I learned something new, I'm not

(26:20):
just gonna jump and go spread it to people the
next day. I don't believe in that, like you have
to master things before you just go and throw it
out there into the world, like it doesn't make any sense.
I mean, that's just just how I operate. Maybe that's
my you know, Aquarius and my Virgo getting together and
making sure my shit is correct. So it took me

(26:43):
about two years to really dive in deep into it,
and I didn't start I didn't feel comfortable sharing it,
even with people at the time that I was very
close to, because there was so much contradiction in a
lot of the things that many people believed in. But

(27:03):
I you know, y'all know me. My favorite line is
the third eye sada, And as every I do everything,
third eye side of third eye side, like I'm yeah,
I'm listening, Yeah you're doing great, You're showing me great things.
But what else, Like what are you not telling me?
Because I know that there's a galactic bureaucracy going on here.

(27:24):
I know that everybody has an agenda, even the benevolent,
they have agendas. They want the light, they want the
light to win, they want us to assent. That's an agenda. Now,
it could be a negative agenda, like a lot of
these negative beings that want you to just keep you know,
cycling and looping and going back into the reincarnation death
cycle and all of those things. But many of us

(27:45):
have already known about that part of the game for
a long time. You know, there are people that don't
want to listen and don't want to believe in that,
and they say, oh, there's not a trap. Life is
a gift. It can be. But if you're constantly stuck
and you don't know how to truly ascend, you don't
know how to shift your angle rotational spin to get
yourself out of there. Every time you see that light,

(28:07):
you're gonna walk towards it and you're gonna end up
right back through the birth canal, crying because you remember
that you did not make it just you know, anyway,
So it took me two years to really get through
to the work, and plus there was a lot of
other things going on the move when they told me

(28:29):
that I needed to be in Arizona by the seven
to seven portal, you know, getting scammed out of a
bunch of money, almost getting scammed a second time. Like
there was a lot going on, you know, starting out
the galactic shamanism, it was really rough, and then really
thinking that I'm getting my bearings, and then it got

(28:50):
rough again, and it was just like I really got
discouraged and didn't know if I wanted to do another
course and put another course out there, and I already
had the full embodiment course, and so I was just like,
you know, we'll see, we'll see how it goes. So
then it all came to a head and I got
the download and I got all the information, and I
went into the astral and I remember I was sitting

(29:13):
in this cafe with one of my friends at the time,
and we were in the cafe and we were talking,
and then I could feel the presence of Metatron, but
it was a different energy than what I had recognized before.
And by the way, before this, he was really quiet,

(29:35):
really quiet, like did not talk to me as much.
It was mostly just kij Ma and Celeste. Kizma is
my dragon soul and Celeste is my auctarian higher self,
and it was just the two of them for a while,
aside from Toath that would talk to me occasionally but
not too much. And the way that the energy came in,

(29:57):
he was pissed. He was pissed off, and I was like,
what the heck? And like I thought to myself, Okay,
maybe he's pissed because I found out, you know, some
really negative things about him and these fallen angel these L's.
So you know, without going into too much detail, because

(30:18):
I want you to just you know, come to your
own understanding of these these beings. What I've always said
is the angels are aliens. They are extra dimensional life form,
not extraterrestrial, but it's all alien. We're alien, right, And
what I came to find out about these this l collective,

(30:41):
so Uriel mickay l All, the L's Metatron is definitely
a part of that collective, but you know, more of
like a branch of another collective. It goes a little deep.
But I found out some really you know, shady and
dark things, and so I thought, maybe, okay, maybe he's

(31:03):
pissed it that and the whole scene of that dream
time experience was very shadow and trying to put fear
in me, like big fear, don't do this and don't
you put this course out? Not in those words, but
it was just like I got the feeling of that

(31:23):
it was going to be danger if I did it. Now,
mind you fast forward to this course that has helped
people walk, that has helped people cure themselves of disease,
that has even further got me to a place where
I was doing implant removals out of people, helping them
remove things ancestrally, just giving them a new way of life,

(31:48):
just based on this course. And so right away it's like,
if you are supposed to be on my side and
you're not supposed to be here to harm me, if
you're suppose to be here to help me, then why
would you try to put fear into me? And I
know some people will say, oh, but that's you, you know,
because they're listening to fraud, I mean Freud and they're like, oh, no,
that's your psyche, that's what you're you're creating. No, that

(32:12):
was an infiltration for sure. As much as I am
a dream master I know that that was being infiltrated
by this darker entity that wanted me to very much
be in fear of putting together the Ascension Protocol. And ultimately,
you know, I never scared. I never ever scared. Ever.

(32:34):
I don't never ever let fear get to me. Okay.
There are things that I've come up across, some really
big challenges in my life truss me. But at the
end of the day, I am I will always choose
to not be in fear. No way will I ever
let fear overtake me. And I don't get triggered, I

(32:59):
get ignited. And so to me, I was like, oh,
you're mad, You're big mad. Why are you mad? Okay, Oh,
it must be something to this when I tell you,
I woke up from that dream time experience, sat at
my desk and wrote that thing from beginning to end,
put everything that I could in there, and had its signed, sealed,

(33:20):
delivered and ready to go. Launched it the next day.
So the day that you guys heard about the Ascension Protocol,
it was the day before that it all happened. Got
my first mentee and that was it. After that, and
the moral of that story is there are a lot
of things going on in this world. There are a

(33:41):
lot of wolf in sheep's clothing, There are a lot
of pretenders. There are a lot of things that are
trying to portray themselves to be something that they are not.
And above all of it is your will, your divine will.
And as long as you have that divine will, no thing,

(34:02):
no thing can penetrate that. So I just want to
leave you with that, that whole vic story. I want
to leave you with that. Believe in yourself. Believe that
if you're meant to be doing something, to follow that
path and be mindful, because it's not like, oh, if

(34:24):
it's meant for me, you know, nothing else will stop
will we'll stop it from happening. Yeah, but you can
be sidetracked because I could have took that and got
into fear and said, oh, well, maybe I should just
maybe there's something to this. No, I kept pushing forward
in whatever capacity that I could, and little by little

(34:48):
I just kept moving forward. And there were a lot
of things that tried to derail me from doing that
course so much other things around it, and I just
kept doing it. And now I see, like this is
a long time ago. It didn't take me just now
to see it, but I saw the improvement of what

(35:09):
it was doing for people and even myself for my life,
How it shifted me and even now into fully wanting
to mentor for the ascension and fully wanting to go
into life coaching. All of it stemmed from me deciding
that day that I was not going to be in

(35:29):
fear of something that was trying to quiet my voice.
So think about that. What is going on in your
life that is daring you to take that step? Because
that's how I took it. I took that as a dare.
I took that as him calling my bluff. I took
that as this entity, this force saying oh, you're not

(35:52):
about it, and me meeting that with I'm not just
going to talk about it. I'm going to be about it,
all right, my loves, I love you all so very much.
