we'll be breaking probably until August whenAhsoka comes out. A lot of

rumors. We don't don't have anofficial release date yet for Asoka, but
we shall see. I was thinkingabout August and my birthday. August sixteenth
actually falls on a Wednesday, whichis when they typically release. Like that's
when Disney Plus decides to release alltheir new stuff. I don't know why,
but Star Wars stuff should be releasedon Fridays, I mean forced Friday.

That's when Star Wars stuff stuff shouldcome out. But anyways, if
they stick with the Wednesday thing,there is a like a pretty good possibility
that a premier is on the sixteenth. That would be fucking sick. I
would love that. But also likethe following week, like like that that

and I will say it's probably myfavorite of the trilogy. I think
it's the best Guardians movie. It'sI heard. It's pretty good. Pretty
much everything that you know Guardians ofthe Galaxy movies for, like great music,
like like stuff that tugs at yourheartstrings, high stakes, all that

stuff is in this just dialed upto like twenty for a while, Like
Aaron you know me, You knowthat Captain America Steve Rogers, that is
like that is my favorite and thosethree movies right there. That has always
been my favorite trilogy, and thathas come from the MCU. And if
I'm gonna be like bias and justbecause like Steve Rogers Captain America is my

favorite, I will always say that'smy favorite trilogy. But if i'm if
I'm gonna speak like objectively, Ithink Guardians of the Gaxy has the best
trilogy in the MCU. My reasoningfor that is because I think Guardians of
the Galaxy is the only trilogy andwe're talking about like like just mentioned Captain

America, thor a Man, IronMan, Spider Man, like we just
had no way home, like SpiderMan No Way Home. I still think
Guardians of Gaxy comes out on topas like the best trilogy in the MCU
because of all of those, Guardiansis the only one that has like a
definitive like for the story of characters, like you're just following this group.

It's the only one that has adefinitive like start like and then you have
like a middle story and then ithas a like a definitive conclusion with its
third movie, like the Rest ofThem Captain America's Civil War, awesome movie.
But there's no end to cap storybecause it ties into like the bigger
picture of the Infinity of Saga,and it moves. It moves like a

bigger picture forward, you know whatI'm saying. Whereas Guardians is like a
real trilogy, where like the lastmovie is the end. It feels like
the end anyway, like there aresome things that you could take from it,
or you're like, okay, well, where does the team go from
here? With the team that wesaw that we've seen since the first Guardians
film, that it is the endof that team. No, no,

it makes sense throwing this out there. I don't even know if there's gonna
be another one. I forget becausemy memory's dumb. But the next Doctor
Strange movie, if that one's absolutelybanging a trilogy, I don't. I
don't really break it up. Couldyou rank it up there? I could,
because I do really like the firstDoctor Strange movie. The second one,

I like, I really liked itwhen I first saw it in theaters,
but after rewatch, I'm like,okay, like it's okay. I
don't think that because Doctor Strange issuch it like he's a character that's so
heavily involved with the multiverse and allthat, right that I don't think that
if they wanted to make a thirdmovie for him, that they could end
his story there right right, thatmakes sense. And that was the thing

about the third Guardians movie too,is that like it had nothing to do
with the bigger picture of like themultiverse or like like the whole thing with
like Kying the Conqueror and all that, which is honestly, it's like strictly
star Lords. It's well not strictly, but it's not about star Lord at

the interesting about it is that itworks as an origin story for Rocket.
It's mostly about Rockets. Oh Isaw the Okay, I seen a clip
where it's like young Rocket and likeall these other weird creatures and they're all
talking to each other. They're alllike laying on their backs and yeah,
they're like, what's oh, what'syour name gonna be? When we can
have you here? Okay I've seenthat. Okay, Okay, it's very

cute and emotional in that way,but yeah, no, it is mostly
about Rocket and yeah, Rockets,like you wouldn't expect it like coming,
but you know, you pay attentionto like some little things here and there,
Like if you follow Rockets story fromthe first Gardens of the Galaxy movie,
it makes sense as to why,like James Gunn wanted to have like

Rockets origin story for the final filmof the Guardians franchise, Gardens Movie or
Gardens Galaxy volun Three. It rocks. Like I said, the music is
incredible. There is like one sceneof it that stands out to me completely
where it is they do a oneshot hallway action scene which it goes on
for like three or four minutes,and it's probably one of the coolest things

that I've ever seen in the MCU, Like I don't think they've ever like
if you exclude Daredevil, Like Idon't know if you remember watching Daredevil,
but Daredevil has some incredible filmed actionsequences where it's all in the hallway and
it's all done in one take.Gardens the Galaxy does something like that.
It's just so cool to see.People would be upset if they hear me
say this, Like a lot ofthe earlier actions would be a lot of

people would say that it's the bestMCU movie since Avenger's Endgame. I agree
with that say, but for themost part, for sure, because there
are elements of the movie that,for one, like that one shot action
take that's that the mc has neverdone before. Just the way that the
story's written. There's just so muchgoing on here. It is one of

the best since that game. It'sdefinitely up there. I mean, personally,
I can't think of a movie inbetween Guardians of the Galaxy Volume three
D game that I could even putup there, and I've even seen Volume
three. No. I mean,like, you know that in Phase four,
A lot of people get mad atthat because they're there are folks that
really loved Phase four. But forthe most part, the general consensus is
that Phase four was a little onthe weaker side. And you know,

if you're if you're a Marvel fan, even fall in the franchise, like
of course, like that's that's gonnabe like like you're gonna love the Marvel
stuff no matter what. Big respectto any fans like that. The big
hits were like no way Home,Seung Chi is a is a highlight for

everything else that came out, it'slike, which, which of those do

doing a little catch up. Whatdid you think about them finale? It
started off real strong in my opinion, I think the action sequences pretty much
all the episode, but like inthe very beginning, we're fucking badass.
We got dog fights between Mandalorians andmoff Gideon's like Mandalorians Storton Trooper Army essentially,

and it was fucking badass. Wegot the art like and it's funny
too because there's this scene where whatwas the drop scene before this one,
where like it was the same shot. I think it's when they were liberating
Navarrow. Yes, it was theexact same one, but you had din
Jarn and Navarro like, but thistime you got the fucking armor there and

you're like, Okay, let's fuckinggo, dude, let's fucking go Armors
actually getting into the fucking fight.No. There, They're definitely like some
epic shots here, like some epicmoments, epic shots. Good action for
sure. Like I think my favoriteshot from this episode, and I think
it would be the shot that everyonewill remember this episode four. It's like

towards like the back half of theepisode the final final Battle where like Bokaton
and the Mandalorians and the Armor areflying like next to each other, and
Bokaton like whips out the dark saberand like holds it out in front of
her with the forward. Yeah,points it forward with the Armor flying next

to her. That moment is coolstorytelling you why is I'm a little lost,
But I mean there's nothing really there. Yeah, that's the thing,
Like, there's nothing there. There'sjust awesome action sequences. And did I
want more from it? Yes?Absolutely. It's kind of fucked because I

have very not negative, but justprobably the most negative I've felt towards Star
Wars in a while. Like Ican't say this that much about like this
the finale itself, but just aboutthe season where they tried telling too many
stories at the same time and nowthey're trying to tell a finale and wrapping

up different stories. Are like didn'teven wrap up other stories, Like it
was very disjointed. It's very disjointed, and like there's a lot of recycled
shit. I'm fast forwarding here.I'm sorry, but Grogu saving Din and
Bogaton with the Force was so recycledfrom the first seasons. I'm sorry,

that again, Like we really didn't. I don't know. It's like I
love the whole battle for mandalor conceptbetween the Yeah, it's cool, but
like where did we go? Likewho's who? Okay, so who's really
taking up the helmet of mandalor theDark Sabor got destroyed? Like what how

could you? Like why would youdo this? Okay? I get it
from a certain perspective because favorone felony. They are the ones who created the
Dark Sabor, so they are theones who have that power to destroy the
Dark Saber in terms of story writing, but like, in terms of story
writing, how does that make sense? We're been we have been led to
believe that, like the Dark Saboris literally like EXCaliber exactly, yes,

or like yes like Emyolmere or likeyou know, any legendary weapon that whoever
possesses it, like they lead thestory, and it just literally gets crushed
by Gideon in his hands, inhis hands with some replicated Best Guard Dark
Trooper. I'm not gonna say bullshit, I want to say bullshit, but

his armor sick. Yeah, itlooks cool. How did we go from
the last episode where was it thelast episode of the episode before where she
fought Oh my god, what ishis name? Fox? Foxes the guy
she challenged, Yeah, I don'tthink it was the episode before, but
the episode before that, Like,how do you go from that to making

it still a big deal about whowields the Dark Sabor to just flat out
destroying it. I'm no, it'snot cool. It's not cool at all.
Like I feel like they throughout thefirst few seasons of The Mandalorian,
the two episodes a book of Boatthat featured Mando, like they built and
Rebels and and clone Wars, theyhad built out such a lore with the

Dark Saber. The reason why itwas so special is because it's the only
one to exist, Like lightsabers,everybody makes their own lightsaber or every Jedi
makes their own lightsaber. Only oneDark Saber is so cool and I guess
they can repair it. And Ihave seen arguments online on like why this
would why it makes sense. It'sjust because like the Dark Saber itself has

like such a like a cursed history, Like I think they're like, I
think what they were trying to dowith this is that like the actual Dark
Saber is the Curse of Man.I could, I could, I could
get behind that, but I don'tlike it. Well. And here's the
other thing too, because with Fand F creating the Dark Sabor, they
had to create the history behind it, right, Yeah, with like a

mythology, Yeah, with tar Vislaand like the first Mandalorian Jedi. And
now I feel like, with youdestroying the Dark Sabor, that's all gone
and you're not gonna flesh that outa little bit more, which I think
that could be some really fucking coolhistory. You know, I'm right there
with you, Like there's so muchthat you could do with it. Yeah,

I don't know. It was justsuch a letdown. See it's a
little bit of a letdown. Thatwas the biggest Like that was my biggest
like negative and take away from itis that they destroyed the Dark Saber.
But other than that, I mean, the finale is like, like I
guess other negative critiques for me isthat, like it's such a safe finale.
It's very much like by the book, there's nothing that would want me

to watch a season four, likeif you wanted it like this, this
finale for sure felt like a conclusionfor the Mandalorian storyline if you never wanted
to make another season in the Mandalorianfocused on these characters ever. Again,
I think it would work if youwanted to put all these characters like in
Ahsoka or in whatever, like upcomingStar Wars projects there are and it will

be fine. But there I thinkthere is like a Mandalorian season four confirmed
what it's going to be about.Who knows? It's for now stalled because
the writers strike. For one,pay the fucking writers, Pay the fucking
writers. If we're also going toget this Folony movie that's set in the
Mando Verse, where is the Mandosstory going from here? Yeah? No,

I mean it's like, like,what what else do you want to
tell about Mando? And there's alsothat rumor about Folony's Star Wars movie being
titled Air to the Empire, whichlike, you know, no, suppose
there it makes sense, you knowwhat I mean? But it's like there's
so much, there's so much thatyou have to establish for that, Like

I don't imagine they're going to useI'm pretty sure they're gonna swap out Luke
Skywalker, Leia and Han Solo withother characters. You know what I'm saying,
it's gonna be like a loose adaptationof that and or it's gonna be
a loose adaptation of Air to theEmpire, and you know that that's that's
kind of a bummer. But Idon't want them like if Filoni does make

his Air to the Empire movie,well, I mean, I know he's
gonna make like his his movie,but I'm not trying to see like a
full movie with a CGI Luke ora CGI or a CGI Hans for that
matter. And it makes sense whenwe have Mark Hamill, who's old as
fuck now and might come back forsome Star Wars, Harrison Ford who could

up the pieces and they they're tryingto figure out like what they want to

do, like either they do Arrangersof the New Republic show where it is
Carson Tava and didn't Jaring as theco lead, or they will do Mando

a whole folly into the whole projectionof like what they wanted to do.
What I'm looking for in the futureof Star Wars is not the Mandalorian like,

wanted some bigger players at bay here. Needless to say, seeing the Forge
relt on mandalor the Great Forge wasit felt good? You know, it
would have been great to see.Just at least which would have made total
sense is seeing fucking Sabine in thefinal battle for Mandalore or a lot of

under other Mandalorians for the final fightfor Mandalori. There are other Mandalorians that
they introduced, Like if this issupposed to be like a spiritual sequel two
Rebels, you imagine they would havehad these characters. I mean, you
should have like some patience here becausethey have to probably show up in Ahsoka,
but like have something exciting, greatbig action sequences isn't gonna cut it.

And like even if you took thatlast scene like the lighting of the
Great Forge right and all the Mandaloriansare there, what if it pans out
to the shot of like from behindall of them and it's like slowly zooming
out And then as it's zooming out, you see in the top right corn
where you're fucking screen it's just likeSabine's pauldron and then it just goes black

like some spret best star armor.Yeah, and then you're like, oh
shit, she was there, butshe wasn't in the fight, you know
what I mean, Like she's stilla Mandalorian. What do we but what
do we think about? There wasa couple of interesting things that they introduced
in this episode, like mof Geteoncreated some clones. I don't know if

these are the only clones that Moffcreated. But do we think mof Gideon's
dead? The real mof Gideon isdead? Yeah? Is the clone dead?
And I don't know you think thatthat that cheap that Walmart brand best
card armor didn't save him or whatI think that wish dot com wish dot
com armor. He's dead. That'sthe other thing about the season two is
that, like what did he showup in like the last two episodes?

Yeah, and like you're you're justgonna wipe him out and in the last
one, what the fuck is that? Dude? You guys are gonna do
Gian collops esposito like that. Imean, as much as I love seeing
him on screen, I don't thinkMoff Gideon's character is like sup worthy of
a reprisal or like worthy of returning. I do like that he uh he

he kind of like downplayed thrown alittle bit. You remember like the penultimate
episode and who's talking about Like ohwell, like y'all talk are talking about
thrown but like where he's thrown at, Like he's never in these meetings.
Thus, you know, I wouldhave liked to see a scene between him
and Ron like in the future wherelike they have like some type of argument
and Thron just kind of just likeputs him in his place or like proves

him wrong. See the way Ilike to think about it though, because
I know, I know what you'resaying is Getting is not worth myth run
Norodo's time. He's like not,He's not at the level of fucking Thron
men. Like in terms of strategy, No, Thron knows when he's gonna
hit. Yeah, I hope Disneyknows when Thron needs to hit. I'm
just saying, like that type ofargument to show Thron's smarts, his power

has to show because yeah, Iknow, because like general audiences are like
if they only watch like two seasonsMandelarian, they're like, oh fuck,
Like mof Getting is the guy,and then potentially you go to the Air
of the Empire movie and he gotthis back and forth going between like mof
Getting Like people are like a likea character that people are familiar with between
someone else that's like, oh,I don't know who this guy is,

and they're like going back and forthabout some battle strategy and then you're like,
oh, fuck, Thrown's right somethinglike that would be fucking sick,
but we're not gonna get it.So we didn't get it. It's fucked.
And the only well, the onlything I was gonna say was the
only other time you would see Thrownon screen would be rebels, and like
to kind of get an understanding understandingof his character, his strategic prowess,

and why he's actually a threat hismom dead, I'll say probably I think
he is Seah Mando finale, justto kend of wrap it up for me,
underwhelming, and I would be fineif they never made another seat in
Mando. Honestly, at this point, I just I was just so let
down, and yeah, excited forthe future, though, excited for the

future of these characters. And we'llsee how it goes. Overall score I
give for season three, I'll giveit three and a half out of I'll
give a C effort. What aboutyou? Yeah, three point seven?
But okay, So moving on fromMando, let's other new Star Wars content
that they dropped was Star Wars Visionsseason two. We talked about season one

on here a little bit. Weranked our favorite episodes. It's uh,
if y'all aren't familiar, Star WarsVisions is essentially Star Wars anime. Each
episode it's like like twenty twenty fiveminute shorts, each one by a different
a different animation studio. So let'sgo to you first. Have you watched
all of them? I know Ihaven't watched all of them yet. I

have not. I think I havelike one more episode to watch. But
which ones have you seen? Anddid you like it or dislike it?
Or I'll started with this, butI will be honest. I've only watched
the first episode. Yeah no,the first episode. Actually, you should
finish the second episode because I thinkthe second episode is probably the closest that
we'll ever get to like Star Warshorror. It's it's yeah, no,

this is kind of slow, likethe the second half is like it hooks

episode, I fucking love that,Like I love that interpretation of just like

eventually pretty much has the balance ofJedi and Sith. It's the first it's
the first time I think in anyStar Wars where you have your main protagonist.

I think it's the first time theyintroduced the concept of like a great

artistic of a mind right here,but it looks great. But it looks
