In today's episode, we talk with Kyle Feldman (pronounced Kylee), who has been
immersed in strength and conditioning for 27 years. She worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Colorado, Assistant Strength Coach at Northern Colorado, Air Force Academy, Oregon State, University of Washington, and Auburn University. She’s been a part of several
Pac Ten, SEC titles, and a NCAA National Title, (Swimming). During her 5 years
at Auburn University, she also served as the strength coach for a few members
of the Caribbean National Track Team.

Kyle has her Master’s in Physical Education- Coaching and a bachelor’s degree in AHSS- Minor in Dance. She is currently certified with her CSCS*D (Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist with Distinction) with the National Strength &
Conditioning Associate (NSCA)- (within the certification is a background in
Nutrition). Club Coach level 1- USAW (USA weightlifting), and CPR/AED
Certified Kyle participated with the Colorado State Dance Team for three years.
