Federal judge ruled the Trump administration broke the law by
using National Guard troops for immigration enforcement and protests in

to go see this video because he lays it outes.

Newsom is sounding the alarm over press. Donald Trump's possible
intention to run for a third term in office in
violation of the twenty second Amendment and urge Americans to
wake up and think. And he says that I don't

think Donald Trump wants another election. And this is what
Governor Newsom said at Politico's the California Agenda Summit in Sacramento.
And he says that I have two dozen Trump twenty
twenty eight hats, and he says that folks are sending him.
And he also points out that the Trump administration, Donald

Trump specifically, is spending two hundred million dollars on a ballroom,
and he says that who plans on spending that kind
of money and don't plan on leaving?

What do you think is going on? I know you're

try to do, and we are we have not stopped
Trump yet, Like Trump has been able to continuously move
his agenda forward and there hasn't been a lot of pushback.
We already see with the Supreme Court. What they're doing

over the years, they've eroded the trust in the Supreme
Court if they're the highest court in the land. And
he decides that he wants to become the third president
and say, hey, it's a non consecutive term, so I
can run for the third time.

up to Trump. However, if they decide to make that
rule tomorrow that he can use the troops in California,
they can. So that's why I'm telling y'all, like, the
midterms matter. If we can get them out of there,
they we will give the power back to Congress because

people that are sitting there are just giving away their power,
which is I'm like, I've never seen such I don't

can become president. He could try to overturn the twenty
second Amendment, or he could just ignore the Constitution what
she's already doing. So there's a lot of things that
we should be really concerned about now. If he overturns
the twenty second Amendment, it would take what two thirds
of Congress and the states in order to do that,
which would be impossible. I'm gonna say it's an impossible road. No,

I'm not gonna say it's impossible. I'm not gonna say
it's not probable, but I'm not gonna say impossible. Not
in Trump's America.

Yeah, And I'm looking at what you say when you
said ignoring the Constitution, and when I look at the
troops that are in d C right now on the forefront,
it's because oh, to fight crime against you know, d C.

what I'm saying, America, to normalize.

that have been getting orders for the last three years,

constitutionally he should be done when that moment comes. Now
he has soldiers armed and ready and know every square
ince of Washington, DC to defend him remaining in power.

have about JD. Vance versus Trump is that Trump is mumbling, bumbling, fumbling,

I'm not even gonna say what he is, but he
is that JD. Vance is taking marching orders from some
very rich and powerful men and he has not yet
to fulfill on those promises. He's going to do exactly
what he set out to do. It actually scares me more.

in the future and not focusing on the problem now.

he says, Newsom is running. He is way too far
out there in the public's eye for him to not

the tragedy that it really was. So basically, we had
someone run through the crowd the last hour of our
three day Copona Festival, which is a river festival celebrating
some beautification projects that were completed in the city on
the river over one hundred years ago. This person ran

through barricades, went around parked cars that were also there
to secure the festival, and went up into the sidewalk
and mowed down three people, including a child who is
still in very serious condition in the hospital with broken
bones and disrupted organs, including a city worker who was

trying to stop this trategy from happening was also harmed,
and a.

Woman in a wheelchair.

So it was quite a travesty, and I think folks
are very much in shock. It happened in front of
a bunch of vendors and a bunch of festivalgoers, and
it was it was. It's been reverberating through the city.

And one of the things that I've really been seeing
on social media is that she was apprehended pretty peacefully.

a few blocks down. She did try to get away,
but the car stopped a few blocks down and they
there was there was nowhere to run at that point,
and so they were able to apprehend her.

of all the other things that have been happening.

tragedies happen, and then what is their response and how
does the community deal? And I just find it curious.

of Congress and the states in order to do that,

three day Copona Festival, which is a river festival celebrating
some beautification projects that were completed in the city on

through barricades, went around parked cars that were also there
to secure the festival, and went up into the sidewalk
and mowed down three people, including a child who is
still in very serious condition in the hospital with broken
bones and disrupted organs, including a city worker who was

trying to stop this trategy from happening was also harmed,

So it was quite a travesty, and I think folks
are very much in shock. It happened in front of

on social media is that she was apprehended pretty peacefully.
