One man is hospitalized following a fire at a Marion
County home on Labor Day. The victims suffered third degree

burns at a home on Coon's Run Road. It's not
clear at this time would cause the fire or the
current condition of the victim. The fire is under investigation
by the State Fire Marshal's Office. A man suffered injuries
on Labor Day after a vehicle flipped onto its top
while traveling Interstate seventy nine in Harrison County. The driver
was able to exit the vehicle. The extent of their
injuries are not known. It's also not known what caused

the accident. The Clarksburg Police Department is still asking for
the public's help to identify a man, though there is
limited information. The department did release some security camera photos
of a man wearing a Great Carhart hoodie with gray
pants and bright green or yellow zip or pockets. He
was seen pushing a shopping cart out of a wal
Mart with two large boxes in it. Anyone who can
identify him is asked to leave a tip line with
detectives at three zero four six four one six two five.

Still no word on the condition of either person involved
in a Richie County ATV accident over the weekend. One
person had to be flown to the hospital Saturday. A
firefighter was also injured during the rescue. The instant occurred
on Marietta Run Road. The cause of the ATV accident
is not known. It remains under investigation. Will there be
a grand prize winner? We at least know someone claimed
fifty thousand dollars near Morgantown. It's the powerball jackpot balloon

to one point one billion ahead of last night's drawing.
It's the fifth largest jackpot in the history of the game.
CACI Aviation has begun Phase one construction, with Phase two
set to begin next spring at the Bridgeport Airport. Phase
one includes a thirty thousand square foot hangar that will
allow CACI to expand maintenance and overhauls of regional jet engines.

is still accepting public comment on a Clarksburg bridge replacement project.
That project will include replacement of the H. Lebon White
Memorial Bridge over the West Fork River in Staley and
the West Pike Street Bridge over Elk Creek. Construction will
