solution for him to run a department and sit in
the city manager's office. A short term solution could be
to hire using a company that provides retired city managers

clear that this time where council is at on hiring
a long term replacement for Pat Ford. As far as
timeline goes, he was fired earlier this year. Alleghany Metallurgical
is hopeful that the new high paying jobs are coming
after powering up the company's new long wall in Barber
County in the Volga area. The company calls it a

an effort to sustain a state of the art facility.

A man is facing charges after investigators say he set
fire to an Elkins home. Twenty five year old Dylan
Bennett is accused of arson and charged for taking a
water hose while fleeing the scene in the process of

the crime. The motive maybe time to a domestic dispute.
He's charged with first degree arson. Epizootic hemorrhagic disease may
be worse than most initially thought in parts of West Virginia,
with dead deer becoming a concern throughout the Mid Ohio Valley,
