This timing aligns with the prosecution's timeline, suggesting the search occurred after John O'Keefe's body was discovered. Hyde clarified that earlier timestamps on McCabe's phone, such as 2:27 a.m., indicated when a browser tab was opened or moved to the background, not when the search was executed.
