Stack then breaks down a viral clip that has the internet talking: a woman explains six things a man will do once he feels unappreciated. From emotional withdrawal to silent resentment, this episode dives into the real, often unspoken dynamics that lead relationships to slowly fall apart.

Is appreciation being overlooked in modern relationships? Are men and women both failing to communicate their needs? Stack Pack walks it down with clarity, balance, and real-life insight — setting the tone for deeper conversations ahead.

but don't treat me like no curk. But I won't pinch,
so I don't want to be funless. You fuck with ops.
Look at you, dunkle shots. I love you. She'll love
me a lot. Friends, she fucked a lot with a couple.
Even if I was a cop. I just can't trust
a lot. I gotta watch yourself better cut you a lot,
like like Chicken Pots. Can't play with them with these games.

(01:08):
Out look, bro, that's my main box. She won't know
bo not Chicken Spot. She don't let me shot just
lotter motion. I shouldn't show you emotion, but I still
got some feelings that I'm trying to cope with cold
wallow up my feelings that I fucking smoke get. I
done lost a lot, but winning what the folk gets.
I've been hoding on my opinion, hoping they don't know this.

it's always fire. Yes, you heard that right. We've already
stepped into the new era. I know it was supposed
to release a couple months ago, but we're getting back
to it. We're officially stepping into the new era. Audio
movies are expanding heavy in twenty twenty six, bigger storyline,
cinematic sound design, real emotion, real dialogue.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
This isn't just a podcast anymore.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Some audio, cinema, new voices, new writers, new guests, new perspectives,
new formats, gender wars is evolving into something bigger and
I'm very proud and the content is about to hit different.
We got new guests coming into the room, creators, thinkers, artists,
real life people, real life stories, and new fucking segments,

(02:46):
new debates, new energy. If you've been rocking with us,
trust me, you're early. Now let's pivot because today's main
conversation is already going viral. I came across a clip
I was, you know, I'm on the internet stroller, always
looking for things to talk about.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
Right across a clip from a woman.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
It stopped me in my tracks, and she broke down
six things a man will do once he feels unappreciated.
And I'm gonna be real with you. This wasn't hate,
this wasn't bitterness. It was just observation. She said, when
the man feels appreciated. I think she was talking about
something about communicating right, not because he doesn't care, because
you know, he doesn't feel he feels unheard. He already

(03:25):
tried to explain itself and nothing has changed. Number two
for me could be he starts pulling back his energy
back less affection, less, effort less checking in, not out
of spite, but out of self protection. I want to
get into some of the shit that the lady was
saying too, you know, because she got so bright as
shit that she was spitting, and I kind of want

(03:48):
to get into those clips because I want to see
if you guys a great too. You know, there's a
lot of different debates going online and people, you know,
I really want to see what y'all think.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Must let's get into it.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
When he is not feeling appreciated, he ain't gonna complain
about it. He ain't gonna make no speech, ain't gonna
be no announcements. He just gonna jest. Here are six
things a man will slowly stop doing when he knows
that he is not being value. Number One, he gonna
stop going to extra mile. When a man knows that
he goes above and beyond for his wife, his family,
or his woman and he ain't being appreciated, it's pointless.

(04:22):
Number two, he will stop sharing what's on his man
when he knows that his ideas, what he says are
diminished or minimized. He's just gonna stop talking.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Number three.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
He will stop being emotionally available. When you know that
your energy of you opening up is not welcomed, then
you just gonna stop. Number four, he will stop trying
to impress you. The dates will get simpler, the surprises
will fade. It literally will go from passion about you
to obligation. Number five. They will stop initiating connection. They

(04:53):
get tired of being rejected and they will take their
energy someplace else. Number six, they will stop feeling peace
set home. And when a man loses that piece, everything
suffers quietly. One thing I know about a man, he
is not going to pull away suddenly. It's gonna happen
over time. And when it does, that's when he will
start to hear that he has changed, which is not true.

(05:15):
Truth is, men do not change. They just adapt to
how they're being treated. Appreciation keeps them grounded, and peace
keeps them present.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
WHOA, Now she chopped that up right. I needed to
hear that.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
I wanted to see you know where she was coming
from with all this right, because a lot there's a
lot of debate online.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
You never know, you know a lot of.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
People saying this, a lot of people saying that, right,
I gotta get to the rail.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
I want y'all to hear that right now.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
Number three would be, you know, distant emotionally right, being distant,
physically absent. Right, he's there, but he's not even there.
It's like his mind is somewhere else. He stops trying
to impress you as well. You know, I'm adding on
more to what she was saying that the clip, the
dates slow down, the extras disappear, the spark feels gone,

(06:10):
but really the motivation died. He looks for appreciation elsewhere.
Probably not always cheating. Sometimes it's work that gym friends, hobbies,
validations from strangers who notice him, and this one hit
emotionally checking out as well before you actually leave. Now,
let me say this clearly, because this is gender wards.
This is about blaming women and men. This is about
understanding the dynamics. Appreciation just isn't about one of your

(06:33):
gifts or doing any backflips. It's about acknowledgment, respect and recognition.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
When the same goes both ways.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
When any human feels unseen on her or taken for
granted resentment roads very quietly. This clip sparked a whole
damn conversation on live, even on my podcast. Some women agree,
some are pushing back, some saying men need to speak
of more, others as saying women need.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
You know, women feel unappreciated as well.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
And that's exactly why we have these conversations here on
the Network podcast, you know, on Gender War Studios. Because
this isn't just viral content, this is real life relationship science.
So I want to ask you, while you're starting your day,
are you appreciating the person you're with?

Speaker 2 (07:13):
Are you were just assuming they know? Are you just
staying silent about your needs?

Speaker 1 (07:18):
Then with setting people for meeting them, because silends crazy
distance and distance creates the fucking endings. This is just
the beginning of what's coming. Audio movies, new guests, new debates,
new energy, new levels. You're locked into stack pack. This
a Gender Wars, the audio live series on the Network,
Power by the Gender War Studios. Good morning, stay shot,
stay away, and don't forget. Appreciation costs nothing, just the

(07:41):
same as everything.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
She don't let me sit just letter motion motion. I
shouldn't show the motion, but I feel got some feelings
that I'm trying to code with. I love my feelings
that I fucking smooth get. I don't know what it's
all lot, but winning.
