up just a little bit, but I didn't want to

Oh my gosh. So we're talking about screen time and
blue light and we both have our blue light blocking
glasses here. I've got the iamber ones, Donna has the
Clear ones, and just I actually was working with a
client and I did not mention this to you. Donna,

who got the Holy Spirit convicted her of how much
screen time she was.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Yeah, I'm like, I had a dream once that I
was at a circus and I woke up from that
dream and the Lord is like, you're watching the chaos
of the world. We need all these different podcasts that
you have to feel like you need to go listen
to and all that he goes, don't be so distracted
(01:11):
by that, which is a good word, right, And so
I pulled way back for a period of time until
I felt like my body was getting cleansed of all that.
Like if the people that listen to us haven't known
this by now. We're just going to say, and especially
to all those in Jesus out there, you are a
(01:32):
frequency being, and your being holds the frequency. Sometimes it's negative.
Sometimes this is how demons are impacting you too.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
By the way, Oh, speaking of that, we should pray
over our Zoom. We don't think we did that because
demons impacting us.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
Lord.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
We just protect our Zoom.

By the name of Jesus. We put up smoke screens
in the Spirit that act to sit and sound barriers
against interlopers and satanic agents, and anyone who would seek
to do is harm. We cut you off with the
sort of the spirit in the name of Jesus.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
Yes, and we establish a Faraday cage made of gold
from your treasury, Lord that knows signals will be lost, stolen, abandoned,
or ridden in on on all of our technology, the
programs up to satellite, back down, everything connecting us right now.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
And we also renounce any agreements we made that were
covenants in contract. We only agree to use the software.
We don't agree to anything else Zoom is doing in
Jesus Mighty name.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
And I agree, yes, all right, okay, now we can
go all right, now I can go. So I also
now where was I now?

Was been trained frequency beings?

And so we are frequency beings. But to become more
and more aware of just what does that mean? What
does it mean to be a frequency being? That means
you have three ways to receive, interpret, and release frequencies.

Yeah, And so you know your soul will hold a frequency,
your spirit will hold a frequency, and your body will
hold a frequency. And sometimes those frequencies were never sent
from Father to you and never meant for you to
hold that frequency. And there therefore you must work with
the Godhead. You must work with Holy Spirit. And when
I say must, what I really mean is should you

decide to choose to follow Jesus deeper? These are one
of the These are some of the things you're going
to follow him into. Having talked to many people that
gain from this type of exercise, it's called discipline, and
you discipline and you train your spiritual senses. So it's
not impossible at all. You just have to realize you
(03:54):
have a weak muscle in this and so you can,
you know, go into strength training and speak it about
these things. And I think, I think our Father and
Heaven delights when we do this. Yeah, so your your
sickness is a wrong frequency in your flesh.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
That's it. I just wrote that down, like game, we're
going to talk about this because it just came up yesterday.
Actually that someone has uh developed a cancer. I'm like, well,
cancer has been related to the frequency of bitterness. If
you're beholding bitterness and unforgiveness, uh, that kind of thing,
that is a cancerous frequency. And our bodies are we

generate frequency with organs of our body.

We receive frequency.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
Into our body and our different systems of our body
or organs resonate at their own natural, original design frequency.
And so the emotions if they're held in your body,
of let's just say good bitterness, since that's the one

that came up yesterday, they can change the original design
of the frequency, and that is what causes the cells
vibrate and healthy vibrate. They're going like this, but then
all of a sudden, something changes the frequency and they're
going like this. So then they start developing malignancies and aberrations,
which is essentially dis ease. They're no longer in the
(05:28):
ease of the original frequency.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Right right, They're skewed or another way to say that
is they've become corrupted. And so the heavenly Father, your creator, Eloheim,
has very many methods to heal you, but his healing
is going to come through his frequency in one of
the three ways that he touches you spirit, soul, and body.

And so you have to get your spirit working with him,
your soul working with him, and your flesh working with
him aligned in that and then health comes to you.
It's it's it is a mystery, but it's also it
also flat works. People just flat works.

And that's why praise is so important.

I was just gonna say that to you, I know,
but I think we're tracking on the same on the
same wavelengths here. And Kathleen Hamilton wrote a book about
the healing frequencies in the Bible, and it's literally high praise,
total total focus on the Lord instead of focusing on you,
because that brings the highest possible frequency that can override
(06:37):
the frequency that's low in your.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
Yes, the place of surrendered worship, where he is so
in your face that all you can do is look
at him and smile and and explain to him how
glorious he is. That that that is a very deep
resonant frequency of truth in your spirit, and when you

give free range to your spirit to praise God however
she wants he or she wants to, It's just it
can be. It can take your soul's breath away sometimes.
But the other frequency is thanksgiving, and that that it's
not the thank you Lord for this food, it's the
(07:22):
God you are so good. Thank you for your goodness,
thank you for your generosity. You know, it's just it's
that kind of think of thanks So, yeah, frequency of
thanksgiving is helpful. Did you have something else to say?

Yeah, so blue light, you guys go research this because
blue light is controlling your mind. Okay, it's no let

You know that you're okay. The blue light they are
discovering this. I watched something the other day and y'all
go look at it and bet it yourself. Do not
take it from me, Please bet it yourself with Jesus. Okay,
But blue light they are some some sources are saying

are making you more susceptible to being able to be manipulated.
And think of how many blue light things we are
in front of on a daily basis. So that's how
we turned on this video today. We were talking about
the various things that we are intentionally making time for

that are opposite of a screen time. And just face it,
we're all on our screens too much. I'm on my
phone too much, I'm on my computer too much. But
blue lights are everywhere. They're in your car, if you
have a Newish car, you have screen in there. Blue
light is on your stove, some people have it on
their refrigerator. Now, smart anything that's a smart thing has

an led screen that you stand in front of and
your eyegates are receiving that. So what's the antidote. The
antidote is likely going out into natural sun without sunglasses
and letting your eyegate receive the natural sun. Why your
bare feet are on the soil and spending time doing.

That, Yeah, you know, it's funny. I was just thinking
about that this morning.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
How people talked about what's.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
Going on on social media, and I'm like, I don't
even get how people have time to be on social media.

When I'm working.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
I'm on my computer. So when I get away from work,
the last thing I want to do is make my
vision smaller to look at social media on my little
phone and daring like that. Like that's like the opposite
of sense to me, you know.

So I, like I said to you before, you're you
have a healthy attitude towards that.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
But I'm on my computer a lot, you know what
I mean.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
And I and I it's not like.
Speaker 1 (10:36):
I'm not I am still receiving the EMF waves from
my phone because I listen to things on my phone.
You know, as I'm sitting in my chair observing the sun,
having my bare feet on the I'm still listening to something.
So it's like I'm still getting the e M. I'm
not focusing my eyes on it. I guess it's the

only I have.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
I have a personal opinion about that. My personal opinion is,
if your ear is listening to a lot of those
podcasts and you feel like, oh wow, I need a break,
you know what the best thing to listen to is
running water, naturally running water or bird's song. Oh yeah,
and birds sing in the morning and in the evening

right before the sunse so they sing at the setting
and the rising of the sun. And I believe it
sets the human body. It's it's beneficial and contributes to
the human body. Natural. Now, could you listen to a
recording of that? I actually think you probably can. In fact,
(11:41):
one of my favorite things to do is to turn
on the sound of a mountain brook. You know, you
can find those all over the internet and everything, and
to turn that on and find one that makes you
feel really good. Put it in the background on love
and then when you're when you're trying to do something
like eight or Wright or something like that.

Yeah, that's so good. Excuse me, I head to off
there for a second, turn my microphone off. Yeah. The
other night, Oh my gosh, I had so much trouble
trying to fall asleep, and I put on something with rain,
heavy rain and thunder and that it worked for a
little bit, but then you know, what do you do?
You just leave your phone.

On, and I know I can't.
Speaker 1 (12:26):
I can't. I don't even keep it in the bedroom
much less on.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Right me too. Yeah, people try not to put your
phone in your bedroom when you sleep.

Yeah, or any electronics. I don't have any electronics in
the bedroom. But here's it's like that.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
It kept me awake worrying about the EMPs.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
Okay, right, this is the opposite of what's supposed to
be happening right now.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
Oh so why you want to pay attention to frequencies? Okay,
here's the beauty. Here, here's the glory of God. Because
revelation and what we call open heavens come in certain
seasons and cycles of time, what we call time time space.

Revelation is a frequency, and so the flow of revelation
can come. It's going to come to your spirit, man first,
So if your spirit is all clean and happy and
alert and watching and waiting, and then it's going to
translate to your soul, because your soul's that lower dimension.
(13:43):
From your spirit to your soul and then to your body.
And so if you're receiving revelation some I mean We've
called this by lots of names over time. It's getting
in the face of God, it's getting in the presence,
it's getting in his glory. It's hearing him, feeling him,
you know, using your spiritual senses, and then it translates
(14:04):
to your natural senses. And that is our inheritance in Jesus.
And think about this. People who unbelievers don't have this.
They do not have this access. They do not have
Jesus the door. They haven't walked in him yet, into
him yet, haven't received him by faith. They haven't said
(14:26):
yes to His works on the earth and in the heavens.
And so we ought to be the most joyful, highly
significantly beautiful, resonenting, resonating, sorry beings on the planet. And
if we are, or I want to say, when we are,
(14:47):
it draws like bees to honey. It draws the unbelievers
to that joy.

So good, so good. I did look up, and I
was was way off on the title of the book.
Oh my gosh, I named I named the topic of
the book, not the title.

It's Biblical Secrets to Heal Your Body and Soul by

So uh good, there's so many good books to be reading.
Speaker 1 (15:27):
Yeah, yeah, it's good. That's that's where I literally went
through and highlighted the high praise frequency or high praise
praise scriptures in my Bible so I could I can
literally just flip through and see the color. I have
them in light blue, so like whatever's like blue, I
know it's a high praise, so that I can just
go through those and and meditate on those pretty easily.

That's a little Bible reading hack. But but coming back
to the blue light and the screens and the it's
so nefarious, donna. It just it. It can really tweak
you and get you mad because it's such a programmed
agenda to do this to people that it's like, where
(16:19):
where is the God side to this counterfeit? You know,
where is our inpration of every device in the world
that would bring the frequency of Heaven instead? You know,
it's like, I know.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
Where it is. I'll tell you where it is. Sorry,
I tell us, I do tend to be black and white.
It's in It's in the remnant church who is moving
with Holy spirit. It's in the remnant believers who are
moving with Holy spirit and and who have surrendered in
(16:59):
their humanis not to try to run the universe except
by His will. At his will, we are supposed to
partake and co labor with a lot of the things
that Heaven is doing, so that it will be on
earth as it is in heaven. But find yourself a
group of people that are aligned, in my opinion, with
(17:23):
they have a they have been moved upon by God
to surrender their life and are either operating out of
a fivefold office or our train in training for that.
And stick with those people and be loyal to them,
pray for them, and there are so many fruits of
(17:44):
the spirit will begin to erupt in your life.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
Well, I think I want to I think I want
to back it up to a kind of more of
a metaphysical level, because I think that because if we're
if we're drilling down into the granular level. What I
started Spirit centered Business all about was because it was
the King's kids who need to be making the money
(18:09):
to fund the things that change the world. Right, everything
that we want to do in the world requires money,
and it should be us who is funding it. The
diamonds were made for us, the gold was made for us, right, Okay,
So that's a granular level. So if we bring it
back up to a metaphysical level, we are called to
be an image bearer. We are his frequency bearer, the

bearing of his image.
Speaker 3 (18:35):
His voice is supposed to speak out of our mouth voice. Yeah,
and so we're supposed to be resonating at the frequency
that takes dominance and shifts the atmosphere.
Speaker 1 (18:48):
Wherever we walk.

If we're walking through a Walmart, we should be shifting
the atmosphere just by our presence being there. And I
don't know.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
About you, but I was never taught that in church.

And even putting on the armor that protects us from
the outside influences is like step number well, is probably
step number three, because you got to look at your
inner world. First, you got to put on the garments
and praise and then on the armor. But then what
are you projecting out? What frequency are you projecting out?

So at a metaphysical level, we.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
Are the change. We are bringing Heaven to earth when
we remove the filters of lies that we believe. And
so therefore we're not believing in the full capacity of
what the Lord has called us to do, or who
am I to do that or who I don't think
I can do that, or you know anything that's a filter.
We have to remove that because we're removing that frequency

from the earth when we wash it in Jesus blood
and break agreement with it.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
So us Yes, I agree that when you lock arms
with people and you move as an army, you can
sift things exponentially and like ten put ten thousand to flight.
Speaker 1 (20:04):
You know the whole exponential multiplication of how that works.
So it's very important to do that. But it's also
important to do it yourself. You need to, I.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
Would agree, yeah, And it's really important for you to
make sure that you have checked in with the king
because you are a king and priest in his kingdom
and you must know his will. You operating in your
will thinking it's his will is not the way to
do it.
Speaker 3 (20:33):
That is that that's actually a dead work.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
It's a dead work, right, and you'll get your butt whipped.
It will be it will prove harmful for you because
there's a way to do this, and there's a way
not to do this, and we and the way not
to do this we call that the O cult. If
you're out there not checking in, if you don't hear
and aren't journaling what you hear God say to you,

think of out these people, then you're not checked in
with the King who has the orders right and so
He's gonna tell you. And here's another thing that I've
discovered in my walk, the more I determined, and yes,
it is a decision. It is your decision, ladies and gentlemen.
You decide to press in. When you decide to press in,

when you decide to make time to hear the Lord,
you quickly become aware of the many filters that you
do have that need working through. And it does take
a lifelong journey of getting those worked out with the Lord,
but eventually you will reach a threshold. And there's levels
(21:45):
within your life journey, but you'll reach a threshold. He
wants to speak to you. Father wants to speak to you.
Jesus wants to speak to you. Holy Spirit can't wait
to speak to you. He delights in you. So you
making time for him is like the ultimate of yourself
back to him. And so what I've also learned is
that he'll speak to you in certain seasons of your life,
(22:10):
depending on the age of your spirit, the maturation of
your discipline. It's related to the calling of your scroll,
what's in your books. He's working these things out. The
word says that he is going to work them out.
So when you decide to work them out with him,
you get on the fast track. Everybody likes to be
(22:31):
on the fast track. Oh my gosh, the author radish
your face. No, no, no, no, that's good. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (22:38):
And also his word does not return to him void.
So when you are operating and being his word, which okay,
so the word is Jesus right, and the word is
made up of letters, and the Hebrew are the living letters,
(23:02):
and they have their own frequencies. So let's just I
don't want to get too far into the weeds. But
essentially it comes back to you being the word and
not returning to him void. And the words that you
speak the words that you think, because your thoughts inform
your subconscious and it always says out of the heart.

The mouth speaks.
Speaker 3 (23:24):
So your language, the language that you use the word,
the frequencies that you release reveal what's going on inside you.
So if if you're yourself saying something that's not in
alignment with what God is, there's something in you that
you can that's your opportunity take a look and say, oh,
where'd that come from?
Speaker 2 (23:44):
Yeah? Yeah, so good. Yeah yeah. Any emotional thought that
you have park with God on that you're having that
emotional thought from your heart and your soul because He
is revealing something to you. I firmly believe that He
(24:05):
takes every opportunity to reveal you to you and him
to you. And so if you have a circumstance in life,
there is a divine, beautiful situation that He wants to
redeem through that, and he wants to show he can
redeem it by showing you the truth. He can redeem
(24:27):
it by showing you himself in the circumstance. He can
redeem it by showing you you in the circumstance under
the covering or the deception of a lie. To realize
that God sees all the lies we carry makes us
able suddenly to go, Okay, Lord, what lie are we
getting out today? What lie do you are you working
(24:48):
on in this week with me or in this month,
in this season? And I find that a lot of
this is very much tied to the Hebrew calendar. The
more I pay what is this? You know? What is
this Hebrew calendar for this month, and a lot of
people have insight to that. We've talked about this before
(25:08):
on the channel, but a lot of people have insight
to that. But that is kind of what's highlighted for
the King, and he's working on those things. Another another
way to and I found this Just this just undoes
me sometimes in my spirit is to have a dream
and to realize that dreams are given on certain days
(25:29):
of the month on purpose because they link back to
certain scriptures. Oh my gosh, just that just it's so
it's so a large topic that just it just undoes me.
But I mean, like, I had a dream this morning
and I went and I looked up what does it
mean I have? I use Barbie Breathet's Dream Dictionaries to
(25:50):
find that out, and she said, yeah, on day eight.
Today's the eighth of July. On day eight. God is
working on this and exactly matched my dream. Like it
just dondid me. How God knows me and he's a time.
He's working with the creation of time because you put
us in time for a purpose and a reason, and
a lot of that is to know him.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
Oh my gosh, that's so good. Yeah, this morning, the
last dream that I had out of the several, was
the east Gate, and that things always are started, begin commencing,
initiating through the east Gate, so you can't try to
(26:33):
start something in the middle or cut return to something
if you're in the east Gate.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
I'm like that, Okay, so interesting. You had that today
on the eighth, So the eighth you think about it.
Jesus was circumcised on the eighth day. All Jewish babies
were it. That's a new beginning.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Eight is beginning exactly.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
It is also the cutting away of layers of things
you don't need, and so you and and also it's
a it's a it lends itself to the thought of
spiritual disciplines that you're increasing, so you're a new beginning.
It is for the purpose of increasing or enlarging something.

And so if you're enlarging a discipline, you're getting stronger
in that discipline so that it becomes like muscle memory
for you.
Speaker 1 (27:24):
So good, Yeah, you know, God is so good. And
and another thing that I learned over the weekend, or
that was reinforced to me, I should say, is the frequency.
The language of heaven is frequency.
Speaker 3 (27:40):
Yes, yes, you know it's not English.
Speaker 1 (27:43):
Yes, so I like, oh, there's a there's some so
much study and so much I want to do on that.
Naya invited the Lord and the Spirit of wisdom and
understanding to just bring me into classrooms and teach me.
Teach me this because I feel like it is part
of my scroll. Oh and speaking of you, you mentioned
(28:06):
this and I meant to meant to come back doing
things that are not on your scroll. So Donna and
I before we actually started recording, we were talking about
is doing the research of mind control and you know,
the screen then the blue light and all of this stuff.
Is that a distraction for us or is this something
(28:27):
that the Lord really wants us to do? And I
had asked the Lord about that previously, And I feel
like it is part of what I'm doing because the
people that I work with and the and the you know,
classes that I teach have to do with awakening people
and if we can understand the wiles of the enemy
and understand how to come against them and how to

avoid them in the first place, and those kind of things,
making shifting atmosphere.

into all the news channels about you know the stuff.
Bad news is the best news, they say, because that
travels far and quick. That's so not God's kingdom. We've
got to find the purpose of God in it. We've
got to see a higher from the King's perspective. What

does he want you to say or do or pray
versus following every breaking news? Do you know what I'm saying?

Yeah, it's a spiritual discipline too, and it's not easy.
I mean I get wrapped up in it too, and
then I have to shake myself and go, okay, wait, wait,
I know a better way. I know the creator, I
know his voice. I need to check in and see
what he's saying about this.

Yeah. Right, that's funny that you said that, because I
just sent you that that video you haven't watched yet.
But they were talking about trauma harvesting, and what you've
just described is the trauma harvesting.

The screens are designed to harvest trauma. They're designed to
get you to have a response and a reaction.

You know, you know what that is. That's what Hollywood produces.

the the tragedy shows, all the deep drama shows, the
all that stuff that is harvesting your trauma. They're using
it for evil. They're powering up off of you, believer.
So if you're a believer in Jesus, pay attention to

has no condemnation for you. He was waiting with baited
breath for you to turn and look at him, because

screen time she was.

Yeah, I'm like, I had a dream once that I
was at a circus and I woke up from that
dream and the Lord is like, you're watching the chaos
of the world. We need all these different podcasts that
you have to feel like you need to go listen
to and all that he goes, don't be so distracted

by that, which is a good word, right, And so
I pulled way back for a period of time until
I felt like my body was getting cleansed of all that.
Like if the people that listen to us haven't known
this by now. We're just going to say, and especially
to all those in Jesus out there, you are a

frequency being, and your being holds the frequency. Sometimes it's negative.
Sometimes this is how demons are impacting you too.

from your treasury, Lord that knows signals will be lost, stolen, abandoned,

covenants in contract. We only agree to use the software.

And so we are frequency beings. But to become more
and more aware of just what does that mean? What
does it mean to be a frequency being? That means
you have three ways to receive, interpret, and release frequencies.

Yeah, And so you know your soul will hold a frequency,
your spirit will hold a frequency, and your body will
hold a frequency. And sometimes those frequencies were never sent
from Father to you and never meant for you to
hold that frequency. And there therefore you must work with
the Godhead. You must work with Holy Spirit. And when
I say must, what I really mean is should you

decide to choose to follow Jesus deeper? These are one
of the These are some of the things you're going
to follow him into. Having talked to many people that
gain from this type of exercise, it's called discipline, and
you discipline and you train your spiritual senses. So it's
not impossible at all. You just have to realize you

have a weak muscle in this and so you can,
you know, go into strength training and speak it about
these things. And I think, I think our Father and
Heaven delights when we do this. Yeah, so your your
sickness is a wrong frequency in your flesh.

going to talk about this because it just came up yesterday.
Actually that someone has uh developed a cancer. I'm like, well,
cancer has been related to the frequency of bitterness. If
you're beholding bitterness and unforgiveness, uh, that kind of thing,
that is a cancerous frequency. And our bodies are we

generate frequency with organs of our body.

We receive frequency.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
Into our body and our different systems of our body
or organs resonate at their own natural, original design frequency.
And so the emotions if they're held in your body,
of let's just say good bitterness, since that's the one

that came up yesterday, they can change the original design
of the frequency, and that is what causes the cells
vibrate and healthy vibrate. They're going like this, but then
all of a sudden, something changes the frequency and they're
going like this. So then they start developing malignancies and aberrations,
which is essentially dis ease. They're no longer in the
(05:28):
ease of the original frequency.

Right right, They're skewed or another way to say that
is they've become corrupted. And so the heavenly Father, your creator, Eloheim,
has very many methods to heal you, but his healing
is going to come through his frequency in one of
the three ways that he touches you spirit, soul, and body.

And so you have to get your spirit working with him,
your soul working with him, and your flesh working with
him aligned in that and then health comes to you.
It's it's it is a mystery, but it's also it
also flat works. People just flat works.

And that's why praise is so important.

I was just gonna say that to you, I know,
but I think we're tracking on the same on the
same wavelengths here. And Kathleen Hamilton wrote a book about
the healing frequencies in the Bible, and it's literally high praise,
total total focus on the Lord instead of focusing on you,
because that brings the highest possible frequency that can override

the frequency that's low in your.

Yes, the place of surrendered worship, where he is so
in your face that all you can do is look
at him and smile and and explain to him how
glorious he is. That that that is a very deep
resonant frequency of truth in your spirit, and when you

give free range to your spirit to praise God however
she wants he or she wants to, It's just it
can be. It can take your soul's breath away sometimes.
But the other frequency is thanksgiving, and that that it's
not the thank you Lord for this food, it's the

God you are so good. Thank you for your goodness,
thank you for your generosity. You know, it's just it's
that kind of think of thanks So, yeah, frequency of

And think of how many blue light things we are
in front of on a daily basis. So that's how

that are opposite of a screen time. And just face it,
we're all on our screens too much. I'm on my
phone too much, I'm on my computer too much. But
blue lights are everywhere. They're in your car, if you
have a Newish car, you have screen in there. Blue
light is on your stove, some people have it on
their refrigerator. Now, smart anything that's a smart thing has

an led screen that you stand in front of and
your eyegates are receiving that. So what's the antidote. The
antidote is likely going out into natural sun without sunglasses
and letting your eyegate receive the natural sun. Why your
bare feet are on the soil and spending time doing.

about that this morning.

How people talked about what's.

Going on on social media, and I'm like, I don't
even get how people have time to be on social media.

vision smaller to look at social media on my little
phone and daring like that. Like that's like the opposite
of sense to me, you know.

have a healthy attitude towards that.

But I'm on my computer a lot, you know what
I mean.

And I and I it's not like.

I'm not I am still receiving the EMF waves from
my phone because I listen to things on my phone.
You know, as I'm sitting in my chair observing the sun,
having my bare feet on the I'm still listening to something.
So it's like I'm still getting the e M. I'm
not focusing my eyes on it. I guess it's the

I have a personal opinion about that. My personal opinion is,
if your ear is listening to a lot of those
podcasts and you feel like, oh wow, I need a break,
you know what the best thing to listen to is
running water, naturally running water or bird's song. Oh yeah,
and birds sing in the morning and in the evening

right before the sunse so they sing at the setting
and the rising of the sun. And I believe it
sets the human body. It's it's beneficial and contributes to
the human body. Natural. Now, could you listen to a
recording of that? I actually think you probably can. In fact,

one of my favorite things to do is to turn
on the sound of a mountain brook. You know, you
can find those all over the internet and everything, and
to turn that on and find one that makes you
feel really good. Put it in the background on love
and then when you're when you're trying to do something
like eight or Wright or something like that.

Yeah, that's so good. Excuse me, I head to off
there for a second, turn my microphone off. Yeah. The
other night, Oh my gosh, I had so much trouble
trying to fall asleep, and I put on something with rain,
heavy rain and thunder and that it worked for a
little bit, but then you know, what do you do?
You just leave your phone.

On, and I know I can't.

I can't. I don't even keep it in the bedroom
much less on.

Right me too. Yeah, people try not to put your
phone in your bedroom when you sleep.

Yeah, or any electronics. I don't have any electronics in
the bedroom. But here's it's like that.

It kept me awake worrying about the EMPs.

Okay, right, this is the opposite of what's supposed to
be happening right now.

Oh so why you want to pay attention to frequencies? Okay,
here's the beauty. Here, here's the glory of God. Because
revelation and what we call open heavens come in certain
seasons and cycles of time, what we call time time space.

Revelation is a frequency, and so the flow of revelation
can come. It's going to come to your spirit, man first,
So if your spirit is all clean and happy and
alert and watching and waiting, and then it's going to
translate to your soul, because your soul's that lower dimension.

From your spirit to your soul and then to your body.
And so if you're receiving revelation some I mean We've
called this by lots of names over time. It's getting
in the face of God, it's getting in the presence,
it's getting in his glory. It's hearing him, feeling him,
you know, using your spiritual senses, and then it translates

to your natural senses. And that is our inheritance in Jesus.
And think about this. People who unbelievers don't have this.
They do not have this access. They do not have
Jesus the door. They haven't walked in him yet, into
him yet, haven't received him by faith. They haven't said
(14:26):
yes to His works on the earth and in the heavens.
And so we ought to be the most joyful, highly
significantly beautiful, resonenting, resonating, sorry beings on the planet. And
if we are, or I want to say, when we are,
(14:47):
it draws like bees to honey. It draws the unbelievers
to that joy.

through and highlighted the high praise frequency or high praise
praise scriptures in my Bible so I could I can
literally just flip through and see the color. I have
them in light blue, so like whatever's like blue, I
know it's a high praise, so that I can just
go through those and and meditate on those pretty easily.

That's a little Bible reading hack. But but coming back
to the blue light and the screens and the it's
so nefarious, donna. It just it. It can really tweak
you and get you mad because it's such a programmed
agenda to do this to people that it's like, where

where is the God side to this counterfeit? You know,
where is our inpration of every device in the world
that would bring the frequency of Heaven instead? You know,
it's like, I know.

Where it is. I'll tell you where it is. Sorry,
I tell us, I do tend to be black and white.
It's in It's in the remnant church who is moving
with Holy spirit. It's in the remnant believers who are
moving with Holy spirit and and who have surrendered in

their humanis not to try to run the universe except
by His will. At his will, we are supposed to
partake and co labor with a lot of the things
that Heaven is doing, so that it will be on
earth as it is in heaven. But find yourself a
group of people that are aligned, in my opinion, with

they have a they have been moved upon by God
to surrender their life and are either operating out of
a fivefold office or our train in training for that.
And stick with those people and be loyal to them,
pray for them, and there are so many fruits of
(17:44):
the spirit will begin to erupt in your life.

Well, I think I want to I think I want
to back it up to a kind of more of
a metaphysical level, because I think that because if we're
if we're drilling down into the granular level. What I
started Spirit centered Business all about was because it was
the King's kids who need to be making the money

to fund the things that change the world. Right, everything
that we want to do in the world requires money,
and it should be us who is funding it. The
diamonds were made for us, the gold was made for us, right, Okay,
So that's a granular level. So if we bring it
back up to a metaphysical level, we are called to
be an image bearer. We are his frequency bearer, the

bearing of his image.

His voice is supposed to speak out of our mouth voice. Yeah,
and so we're supposed to be resonating at the frequency
that takes dominance and shifts the atmosphere.

If we're walking through a Walmart, we should be shifting
the atmosphere just by our presence being there. And I
don't know.

About you, but I was never taught that in church.

And even putting on the armor that protects us from
the outside influences is like step number well, is probably
step number three, because you got to look at your
inner world. First, you got to put on the garments
and praise and then on the armor. But then what
are you projecting out? What frequency are you projecting out?

So at a metaphysical level, we.

Are the change. We are bringing Heaven to earth when
we remove the filters of lies that we believe. And
so therefore we're not believing in the full capacity of
what the Lord has called us to do, or who
am I to do that or who I don't think
I can do that, or you know anything that's a filter.
We have to remove that because we're removing that frequency

from the earth when we wash it in Jesus blood
and break agreement with it.

So us Yes, I agree that when you lock arms
with people and you move as an army, you can
sift things exponentially and like ten put ten thousand to flight.

You know the whole exponential multiplication of how that works.
So it's very important to do that. But it's also
important to do it yourself. You need to, I.

Would agree, yeah, And it's really important for you to
make sure that you have checked in with the king
because you are a king and priest in his kingdom
and you must know his will. You operating in your
will thinking it's his will is not the way to
do it.

That is that that's actually a dead work.

It's a dead work, right, and you'll get your butt whipped.
It will be it will prove harmful for you because
there's a way to do this, and there's a way
not to do this, and we and the way not
to do this we call that the O cult. If
you're out there not checking in, if you don't hear
and aren't journaling what you hear God say to you,

think of out these people, then you're not checked in
with the King who has the orders right and so
He's gonna tell you. And here's another thing that I've
discovered in my walk, the more I determined, and yes,
it is a decision. It is your decision, ladies and gentlemen.
You decide to press in. When you decide to press in,

when you decide to make time to hear the Lord,
you quickly become aware of the many filters that you
do have that need working through. And it does take
a lifelong journey of getting those worked out with the Lord,
but eventually you will reach a threshold. And there's levels
(21:45):
within your life journey, but you'll reach a threshold. He
wants to speak to you. Father wants to speak to you.
Jesus wants to speak to you. Holy Spirit can't wait
to speak to you. He delights in you. So you
making time for him is like the ultimate of yourself
back to him. And so what I've also learned is
that he'll speak to you in certain seasons of your life,
(22:10):
depending on the age of your spirit, the maturation of
your discipline. It's related to the calling of your scroll,
what's in your books. He's working these things out. The
word says that he is going to work them out.
So when you decide to work them out with him,
you get on the fast track. Everybody likes to be
(22:31):
on the fast track. Oh my gosh, the author radish
your face. No, no, no, no, that's good. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (22:38):
And also his word does not return to him void.
So when you are operating and being his word, which okay,
so the word is Jesus right, and the word is
made up of letters, and the Hebrew are the living letters,
(23:02):
and they have their own frequencies. So let's just I
don't want to get too far into the weeds. But
essentially it comes back to you being the word and
not returning to him void. And the words that you
speak the words that you think, because your thoughts inform
your subconscious and it always says out of the heart.

The mouth speaks.

So your language, the language that you use the word,
the frequencies that you release reveal what's going on inside you.
So if if you're yourself saying something that's not in
alignment with what God is, there's something in you that
you can that's your opportunity take a look and say, oh,
where'd that come from?

Yeah? Yeah, so good. Yeah yeah. Any emotional thought that
you have park with God on that you're having that
emotional thought from your heart and your soul because He
is revealing something to you. I firmly believe that He

takes every opportunity to reveal you to you and him
to you. And so if you have a circumstance in life,
there is a divine, beautiful situation that He wants to
redeem through that, and he wants to show he can
redeem it by showing you the truth. He can redeem
(24:27):
it by showing you himself in the circumstance. He can
redeem it by showing you you in the circumstance under
the covering or the deception of a lie. To realize
that God sees all the lies we carry makes us
able suddenly to go, Okay, Lord, what lie are we
getting out today? What lie do you are you working
(24:48):
on in this week with me or in this month,
in this season? And I find that a lot of
this is very much tied to the Hebrew calendar. The
more I pay what is this? You know? What is
this Hebrew calendar for this month, and a lot of
people have insight to that. We've talked about this before
(25:08):
on the channel, but a lot of people have insight
to that. But that is kind of what's highlighted for
the King, and he's working on those things. Another another
way to and I found this Just this just undoes
me sometimes in my spirit is to have a dream
and to realize that dreams are given on certain days
(25:29):
of the month on purpose because they link back to

But I mean, like, I had a dream this morning
and I went and I looked up what does it

find that out, and she said, yeah, on day eight.
Today's the eighth of July. On day eight. God is
working on this and exactly matched my dream. Like it
just dondid me. How God knows me and he's a time.
He's working with the creation of time because you put
us in time for a purpose and a reason, and
a lot of that is to know him.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
Oh my gosh, that's so good. Yeah, this morning, the
last dream that I had out of the several, was
the east Gate, and that things always are started, begin commencing,
initiating through the east Gate, so you can't try to

start something in the middle or cut return to something
if you're in the east Gate.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
I'm like that, Okay, so interesting. You had that today
on the eighth, So the eighth you think about it.
Jesus was circumcised on the eighth day. All Jewish babies
were it. That's a new beginning.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Eight is beginning exactly.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
It is also the cutting away of layers of things
you don't need, and so you and and also it's
a it's a it lends itself to the thought of
spiritual disciplines that you're increasing, so you're a new beginning.
It is for the purpose of increasing or enlarging something.
(27:16):
And so if you're enlarging a discipline, you're getting stronger
in that discipline so that it becomes like muscle memory
for you.
Speaker 1 (27:24):
So good, Yeah, you know, God is so good. And
and another thing that I learned over the weekend, or
that was reinforced to me, I should say, is the frequency.
The language of heaven is frequency.
Speaker 3 (27:40):
Yes, yes, you know it's not English.

Yes, so I like, oh, there's a there's some so
much study and so much I want to do on that.
Naya invited the Lord and the Spirit of wisdom and
understanding to just bring me into classrooms and teach me.
Teach me this because I feel like it is part
of my scroll. Oh and speaking of you, you mentioned

this and I meant to meant to come back doing
things that are not on your scroll. So Donna and
I before we actually started recording, we were talking about
is doing the research of mind control and you know,
the screen then the blue light and all of this stuff.
Is that a distraction for us or is this something

that the Lord really wants us to do? And I
had asked the Lord about that previously, And I feel
like it is part of what I'm doing because the
people that I work with and the and the you know,
classes that I teach have to do with awakening people
and if we can understand the wiles of the enemy
and understand how to come against them and how to

avoid them in the first place, and those kind of things,
making shifting atmosphere.

Get interested in so many things, especially if you're scrolling
through YouTube to watch.

Well, yeah, because we have the ability, just because you
have the ability now with the internet, which you have
so much ability with the Internet.

I was telling someone the other day, when you hear
of a tragedy, guard your heart because in modern time,
it feels like that tragedy that may be really far
from you is in your backyard. And so you've got
to guard your heart and you've got to check in
with the Lord about that. Is it my need to know?

Intellect we're overtime working over time. That that plugs me
into all the news channels about you know the stuff.
Bad news is the best news, they say, because that
travels far and quick. That's so not God's kingdom. We've
got to find the purpose of God in it. We've
got to see a higher from the King's perspective. What

does he want you to say or do or pray
versus following every breaking news? Do you know what I'm saying?
Speaker 1 (30:08):
And I totally know what you're saying.
Speaker 2 (30:10):
Yeah, it's a spiritual discipline too, and it's not easy.
I mean I get wrapped up in it too, and
then I have to shake myself and go, okay, wait, wait,
I know a better way. I know the creator, I
know his voice. I need to check in and see
what he's saying about this.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
Yeah. Right, that's funny that you said that, because I
just sent you that that video you haven't watched yet.
But they were talking about trauma harvesting, and what you've
just described is the trauma harvesting.
Speaker 3 (30:40):
Yes, And all of social media and.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
The screens are designed to harvest trauma. They're designed to
get you to have a response and a reaction.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
You know, you know what that is. That's what Hollywood produces.
And all of the Cops and Robbers shows and all
the the tragedy shows, all the deep drama shows, the
all that stuff that is harvesting your trauma. They're using
it for evil. They're powering up off of you, believer.
So if you're a believer in Jesus, pay attention to

what you're allowing to happen.
Speaker 1 (31:19):
Yeah, and think about every Disney movie starts with the death,
the death of.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
Almost all the even the what do we call it,
like things that were used to be called nursery rhymes.
They have an evil, They have a fear and hidden
in it. I mean, it's it's just evil. It's very evil.
Hans Christian Anderson. There's some stuff in there that are

so trauma based, and we told these stories to young children.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
We have grim fairy tales. I mean the name should
just tell you.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
Right, we have to be so careful.

Yeah. I just learn something about London Bridges.
Speaker 1 (32:01):
That the they literally encase people alive in the base.
Speaker 2 (32:09):
Gosh, ring around the Rosie is about the plague. I mean,
it's just we could go on and on into all that,
but that's good.
Speaker 1 (32:19):

We don't want to contribute to the sensationalism, right, but
we're we are asking you to wake up and consider.
Oh please consider. Most of what you've been told is
not the kingdom, it's the world. And so we have
to find we have to tease out, take time to
do that. What's kingdom? What's Jesus? What's Father? What's Holy?
Speaker 1 (32:44):
Mm hmm yeah. What frequencies are you allowing in your gates?
You know, your your heart gate as far as emotional things,
but also the e ms and that kind of stuff.
But then your your iGATE and your eargate.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
You know, good news? Is that good news? Is that
Jesus affords you, the believer, a way to come get clean.
If you got filthy eyegates, or if you got filthy
and it takes this long, all you must do isn't
make that hairpin. Turn and look at him, yeah, and
say I surrender, I need help, I need you Jesus,
(33:24):
and he will. He's instantly there with open arms. He
has no condemnation for you. He was waiting with baited
breath for you to turn and look at him, because
he knows how to cleanse you. He knows how to
release the living water. He knows how to take the
blood that's in heavenly places and literally wash you spirit,
soul and body. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (33:44):
Yeah, that's so good. There are ways to come above it.
So there are ways to be the dominant frequency, and
we've told you a few of them. High praise, you know, thankfulness,
great gratitude, giving things to Jesus. Turning, turning repenting means
turn one hundred and eighty degrees, you know. Limiting screen

time wearing your blue blackers, Donna, I'm like, okay, I
just need to.
Speaker 3 (34:14):
I need to get away from the blue light. And
we actually have a blue background of the on.

Well, we're supposed to come and not allow it in
from from other Yeah, exactly. Anyway, So I hope this
was informative and it wasn't meant to scare you. It
was meant to open your eyes to what's really going on,
because it's it's so subtle and it's so.

You. It's infiltrating everything, right, obsequious.

Well maybe not obsequious because it doesn't call on you,
but it's everywhere ubiquitous. That's that's a better word with us.

Everywhere it is, and that is that that's going to
be the world. They're doing it on purpose. I don't
even have to explain who they are. But there are
people who have given themselves to the world and the
God of the air of the world.
Speaker 1 (35:17):
And so we fight not against flesh and blood, but
against prince poweries, paladies and powers and dominions and thrones
and other stuff in high places. So it's your job
come against.
Speaker 2 (35:30):
So we'll leave you with this as you take it
to the nth degree. God is with you, Jesus is
for you. He gave himself for you that you would
know him. So good. Take it to the degree
