Speaker 1 (00:06):
Turning the baby on.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
All right, welcome to the nth degree. We've been in
conversation and we said should we record it, and we're like, nah, lah,
let's continue.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
And then we're like, yeah, let's record it.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
So this has been it's been a while since Donna
and I've gotten together. It's been a summer of travel
and so we're back in the saddle now with getting
a new episode underway. So thank you audience for watching
the best ofs. We appreciate that hopefully we selected good
ones for you. But today's topic, you guys, it's something
(00:40):
that the Lord is doing a new thing in the
earth and I am shifting in my understanding and Donna
is helping me, and Michael Heiser helped me. So it's
all about prophecy and prophesying, being a prophet and what
that actually means versus what we're programmed to think it means. So, Donna,
(01:02):
you are so good at this, and you just.
Speaker 1 (01:04):
Said something amazing.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
So I actually just gave that long introduction to give
you the floor.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Oh my gosh. Well, okay, so we are talking about
first of all, if you haven't listened to us very often,
and you can go back We've talked about this topic before,
but there's a difference between the office of prophet in
God's fiveful Kingdom prophets. Now, I can't say it now,
I'm going to say.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
It evangelist, prophet's apostle, teacher, and servant.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Yeah, thank you. In the moment, it just flew it, Okay.
So we're talking about the different There is a difference
between the office of prophet and prophesying. So, if you
are filled with the spirit of God, if you have
received Jesus and given your spirit to Father and asked
Jesus to be your savior and Messiah, you are a
new creation instantly by your faith decision. Your a new creation.
(02:00):
That creation goes into that new creation has a maturing process.
As you mature into who you are in Christ and
develop your relationship with Holy Spirit, Father and Jesus, your
ability to prophesy is going.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
To leap for frog forward.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
But you need to understand that doesn't necessarily mean that
you're a prophet. It just means that you can prophesy.
So then what is prophecy. It is speaking out the
will of God in the first heaven. And we're in
the first heaven, and so we in the first Heaven
have access to the third Heaven, where Jesus is on
(02:42):
the throne with Father, and we are in that throne
with him. And so as your spirit goes to that dimension,
and that's a learning curve. And as you do that,
you here see sense pardon me, since the will of
God and so as you do this is especially great
(03:03):
in prayer, you can prophesy. So what does that mean.
It just means that you are opening the door in
the first Heaven for the will of God that's already
in third Heaven, and you became aware of it.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
Right exactly, which is different than the frame the way
that I had it framed in my head. I was
thinking to prophesy, even the definition of the word means
to tell the future, which that's not accurate. Sometimes they do,
sometimes they don't. And Michael Heiser, I just want to
(03:36):
watched a video of his who reframed that for me.
And you know, I've been been told in the past
that I'm a prophet. I'm like nah nah nah uh uh.
And actually I misspoke when I said the fivefold because
the fivefold is actually prophet, evangelist, apostle, teacher and pastor
(03:58):
and it's.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
Also first apostles, then pat then profits, then teachers, evangelists
and pastors.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Right right, exactly. It does have an order to it.
But those are those are the like you said, the offices.
And then we also have the redemptive gifts, which are
our birthright gifts. And there's also a profit in there,
which doesn't necessarily mean that in the office. It just
(04:26):
means that you are naturally gifted and.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
There's a nuanced gift. I would say, one of your
redemptive gifts might be profits.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Right, well, we all have all seven of the redemptive gifts,
but usually one or two of them are float to
the right.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
You're operating in winter exactly exactly. And then the birth
thing is you can be a profit and not have
the redemptive gift of profit a profit. That's so crazy
to think about, but true, that's true.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
So I want to want I.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Also want to say this, because you're a child of
God developing into a son of God. That's an authority
status positioning. Okay, the more you're seeking after the Kingdom
of God, you are also becoming an outlet of his will,
an outlet of his victory. Oh I just my favorite
(05:20):
word lately is a victory anyway, moving on. That's so
you're an outlet of his victory, which is his will. Okay,
So to become entangled with him, that's a quantum word.
You have a body, soul, and spirit, and it's your
spirit side of you that is developing because your spirit
(05:44):
has a mind and a will. And so you're developing
your spirit to know the will of God, to seek
after the King's will so that you can be useful
as a vessel to him. He dwells in you already,
and so he's there and sometimes he needs a mouthpiece.
That's called prophecy. And all you're doing is you're prophesying
(06:05):
as a key too. And here's what I said, you're
learning right before we turned on the video. You're opening
a door for another person because you saw something on
their behalf. Doesn't that just sound like God? That's God
in mey? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (06:21):
Yeah, And I guess I was always saying, no, I'm
not a prophet, or no I don't prophesy, or you know,
it's not my top redemptive gift. My redemptive gift is
teacher and ruler are like one point different from each other,
which makes so much sense in my life. But I
(06:42):
guess what I do, though, is I invite people into
their destiny and I reveal identity because I see them
the way God sees them. Or I ask the Lord
what do they need to know about themselves? And I
release that to them. And so then therefore I have
(07:04):
an authority in the spirit realm that when I release
something to them, it can land in a different way
than someone else may be saying the same words, just
because of the the way that the Lord has gifted
me and what I do or what he has called
(07:24):
me to do in part my mandate, you know what
I mean. So I think that we can loosen up
a bit. Well, for me, let me speak to myself.
I can loosen up on the misnomer that prophesying only
means for telling the future. It's also forth telling. Yes,
(07:48):
And I am speaking something that they that is already
in them, and I say who they are, what they are.
This just happened actually in church on Sunday. I saw
I was seeing this amazing throne room experience during worship,
and I was looking and worshiping Jesus and he the
(08:08):
Bible says, you know, he's beautiful in his battle dressed
and I saw him mounted on a beautiful horse and
they were in armor.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
That was so amazing.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
And then you know, then I looked like beyond Jesus
and I saw all of us and you know, other
people that I know, and he highlighted a gentleman to
me who was in the in the service. And the
Lord told me that I need to tell him that
he is a you know, a general in the army
and God has a purpose for him. He's retired and
(08:38):
so he might think he's retired actually means put out
to pasture, right, but the Lord was showing me that no,
he's still very much a general in the army and
he needs he's got an assignment and it's important and
he looks good doing it. So that's the am I
telling the future maybe, but more importantly I'm telling and
(09:00):
now I'm saying how God sees him in the moment
and he just needed to have that refreshing on his
identity and maybe even destiny. Right. So that's how I
see my role as.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Quote unquote prophet.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
I mean most I don't know if the audience doesn't, I.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
Would say that's how you are operating in the role
of prophecy.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
Oh, okay, okay, I would.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
Say that most prophets have first of all, in my
in my purview, the way I look at this, you
have had to hear Jesus come to you and say
you are a prophet. It's a calling of God for
the office. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
I don't think they are all meant to prophesy.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
We are right.
Speaker 3 (09:45):
Let me let me restate that we are all given
access to the prophetic. Some of us haven't been taught,
some of us are afraid, some of us have wrong thinking,
like you were saying, you know, you had a kind
of that in the box thought. Some of us just
haven't unprogrammed ourselves from the untruths, the lies about that.
(10:09):
But we're all meant to prophesy. You can all prophesy.
That's what sons of God do. Prophesy. Is it forth telling?
It can be? Is it for telling? It can be?
Is it forecasting? It can be? But do you see
how big God is in this and in our culture,
especially in America, we tend to want everything a nice, tidy,
(10:30):
little bucket or a little box that we can wrap
our mind around. And God is bigger than that. And
he's recently been talking to me about how beautiful the
prophetic is in that prophecy comes through is it, he
told me, is as unique as your thumbprint. The prophecy
and the way you prophesy, because because you can't prophesy
(10:53):
unless you have a relationship with Jesus and Holy Spirit.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
And the Father.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
And the more you develop those things, the more the
prophet see flow, it's a flow, is a release will come. Also,
there's an element of being hungry for it. If you're
hungry for it, the Word says that when you're hungry,
God will fill your mouth. And so when you're hungry
for it, that means you're asking him, you're paying attention,
(11:18):
You're you're finding out where are other people who are
hungry to operate in this flow? But is it going
to prove that you're unsaved because you can't propsight? No,
absolutely not. You're saved when you're saved people when you
ask Jesus here, I can't do life by me. I
want to do life with you and me and probably
(11:41):
more you than me. That's being saved by the blood
of Jesus and calling on his name for salvation. But
then there's so many avenues of relationship with Jesus and
bless the listening audience to flow with what he's dripping
on you. What he's got you in is important. We
(12:01):
need you, we need you being you, and we cannot
be all clones of each other. And I think that's
what that definition of a prophets just tell the future.
That's a little box that keeps God and his son's
on the earth very small. So take it off and
(12:23):
ask God for the broader context of that.
Speaker 1 (12:26):
Yeah, yeah, I agree, And.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
I think Michael Heizer brought this up in that video
that the reason that we got that was because of
the the I don't know if it was a mandate
or a warning or whatever that if the it was
an Old Testament thing. I think if the prophet was correct,
then he's a true prophet. But if he's not correct,
(12:53):
kill him because he's wrong.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
Right, And on whose timeline are you going to judge that?
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Exactly?
Speaker 2 (12:59):
And Jesus even said.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
The Father has sent you many prophets and you killed
them all.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Well, that's the thing.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
And then some of the prophecies that like were in Daniel,
haven't even happened yet.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
How do you? How would you?
Speaker 2 (13:12):
Some of them were hundreds of years like past their lifetime.
Speaker 3 (13:16):
And that's where belief comes in versus unbelief and listen
to prophesy. You have got to slay unbelief.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Well, I think that that's where the whole for telling
the future came from.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
That kind of wants to lie.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
This is only this right exactly.
Speaker 3 (13:35):
And yet, Bless God, I am aware of modern prophets
in their office who have an amazing flow with God
and they have been graced by their destiny to be
able to prophesy worldwide events, national events, city wide events
(13:58):
that actually come to pass two like some can prophesy
in date and time. That blows my mind because God is,
we know God Is, time does not exist for him.
And so they're going into a place to get this
revelation and then coming into the timed dimension and pointing
(14:21):
it out. It's just wow, God, thank you for that
grace gift to the body. I just feel like there's
so many nuances to this conversation that you have to
just bless God. You have to be happy to flow
in whatever that is. And then you have to also
ask Him show me how to prophesie. So how do
(14:42):
I prophesy? How do you and me prophesy.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
Lord. Yeah, and I think I mean for me and
I again, we're probably all gifted in different ways. But
for me, how the way that I'm going to or
I'm stepping in to have stepped into and now we'll
walk out. The way that I prophesy is more about declaration,
(15:06):
going to see what the Lord is doing or saying
and then declaring it into the earth. And so it's
more of a you know, I only say what I
see the Father saying, or hear the Father saying, or
do what he's doing. So to me, it's a little
bit different than going to get well, here's another thing though, strategy.
(15:33):
You know, being a business coach, I get strategy. So
how are we going to handle this situation? Lord? What
do we need to do in this situation? So those
kind of that, if you want to call that prophecy,
that's another one of my strengths. But I don't see
myself getting words of revelation that talk about the future.
(15:54):
That's like hardly.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
Ever, I don't even know. I can't even remember when
a that I've done that.
Speaker 2 (16:01):
So that's why I always said, don't know, I'm.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
Not a prophet. I'm not prophetic.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
I don't prophesy, you know what I mean, I wouldn't
use that word.
Speaker 3 (16:08):
I don't think you could say that anymore. I think say,
I'm learning that the definition of prophecy and prophetic and
the prophetic is very.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
Broad correct, and God's God.
Speaker 3 (16:20):
And when he decides to shift it, it's going to
shift right. Just this week, though, I heard a prophet
on Sunday, I mean today's Tuesday. I heard a prophet
on Sunday saying we're in a week of a visitation
of the Lord, and I was like, oh my gosh,
that is such a broad statement. And he called it
(16:43):
the day of the Lord, and they need to find
what the day of the Lord was, But which in
a nutshell means we're in a in a time frame.
We're in a timed frame where where this prophet was
encouraging the body of those in Christ to look for expect. Okay,
Expect is a very God focused word because you expect
(17:09):
with your soul, but you have to expect with your
spirit too, so to expect a visitation, well, a visitation
then cannot also be put in a box. It's a
broad definition, and it could just mean a sudden revelatory
flow it could mean a sudden shift where you go
that was God. Nobody could have made that happen but God. Okay.
(17:32):
In dozens and varieties of layers of society, national, personal,
one on one, your revelation with God and who he is.
That could be a visitation where suddenly you get a
nugget that you know that you know that, you know,
you just got part of who God was, and you
didn't have that five minutes ago.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
So good.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
So speaking of that, I didn't I didn' not hear
that word. And I just I just did a three
day fast Saturday, Sunday, Monday. So I typically during my fast,
I don't get a lot of revelation. But so what
(18:17):
I'm pouring into and standing on and expecting is that
I will it will come out after the fast.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
Yes, it usually does. Usually get so much on the
other side of a fast.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
Yeah. Yeah, And I think that that has to do.
I mean that could play into how well you are
able to prophesy or are how well you are able
to engage with heaven so that you can see what
the Lord is doing or saying, and even about your identity,
(18:50):
you know.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
I think that fasting.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
Is really helps to clear the pathway, and I just
want to encourage people that you might not get the
downloads during the fast.
Speaker 3 (19:03):
That's more times than not.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
It's after right, typically not the way, although I do
have I have here people you know, and people that
I was even fasting with were getting downloads left and right,
and they were, you know, having all of these amazing experiences.
And I'm just just worshiped Ben, just listening and praying
into things.
Speaker 3 (19:24):
And you know, in the end you have to be
convinced with belief that you do not have to grieve
anymore because you are not alone, you are seen, supported, loved,
and you're free right and in your in your spiritual
freedom in Jesus, you are free to receive, to build
(19:48):
a relationship with the Lord, and to receive what you
could not think of. What this is what I love
this phrase. That God is more God, the true living God,
the living speaking God, represented by Jesus, his only son,
(20:09):
in the power of the Cross and through the fact
of the resurrection and it's and its subsequent ascension, that God,
that God, he is an almighty God, and he's already
one hundred percent victorious. And your belief and faith in
(20:32):
that God can grow and all of those things I
just said make him more legitimate than any other voice
on the planet. And the legitimacy of God is a
invitation in my book. It's it's a it's a come
(20:54):
look into this deep thing. Come let us reason together.
Is God not the most legitimate voice on the planet. Yes,
actually he is. He's a speaking, living God, and he
desires to live in me and any other who would
come to him through the sun. It just it just
(21:14):
it's it's so deep, right, you could be in that forever.
We are in that forever we are.
Speaker 2 (21:21):
Yeah, we are carriers of his presence.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
You know, we are imagers of him.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
So for anyone who's interested or feels like they want
to learn more about this, I would say, and Donna,
you can. You can chime in here too. And the
first thing, you know, worship opens portals, worship the Lord
or you know, that's just one of the one of
(21:51):
the first things. And worship can come in many different ways.
You don't necessarily need to turn on worship music to worship.
Speaker 3 (21:57):
In fact, that may be your block.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
I couldn't get that might be like you.
Speaker 3 (22:04):
Have God in this worship has to look like this
box and you need to just sit and wait on
the Lord. That's what scripture says, wait on the Lord
and ask holoy spirit to help you worship the King
of kings. If you do that and your heart is
really desiring, that hungry to worship this legitimacy, to to
(22:25):
acknowledge someone more legitimate than yourself and his glory, you're
going to start hearing him, seeing him. You're going to
you know, wherre. Your human spirit nowhere in your heart
is going to suddenly go, oh my gosh, he's beautiful.
You're going to You're going to find yourself agreeing with
scripture scripture, and I'm not talking about seeing him, I'm
(22:46):
talking about knowing him as beautiful.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
So I think that's the first key to prophecy is
to get an open heaven, get under an open heaven
and in his presence and get connected and worship does
that really well and you being able to focus and
(23:12):
shut down the distractions of body and soul, that will
also help you to prophesy, in other words, to go
get the word of the Lord. Go see what he's seeing.
You know, he said the Bible says that he's pouring
out and especially in this year of the open window.
(23:33):
He's pouring out blessings in the out of the window,
So if you're sitting next to him, you get to
see what he's pouring out, so that in you can
be on both ends of that poor you can see
what he's pouring out and then be ready to receive
it and declare in the earth what he's pouring out,
(23:57):
so that you can receive it. And it makes a
it makes a beautiful circle, and you can prophesy over yourself.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Absolutely glaring over.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Yourself what you're seeing the Lord pouring out over you.
And and you know, Donna and I can just and
can pour out over you right now. I mean, we
know that you are created in the image of God.
We know that you have a purpose on the earth,
and so therefore we can say that to you and
(24:28):
pour that into you and say receive this.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
And declare it out.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
And that is like a continuation of the prophecy. When
we're pouring things, we have rivers of life flowing from
our belly, and so to you, So what is that
river of life flowing right and saying to you?
Speaker 3 (24:49):
Right, so I hear the spear of the Lord saying
that there are some listening to us that the Lord
says to them, open your hand. Open your hand, and
let me put something in it. There are many of
you that are dealing with unbelief, and you have authority
over unbelief. I'll say it again. You have authority through
(25:14):
your mouth over an unbelieving spirit, or an unbelieving soul.
Speaker 2 (25:21):
Or a part Yeah, are a part of you, part of you.
Speaker 3 (25:24):
So here's what you need to say. I instruct my
heart to believe in the goodness of God. I instruct
my heart to believe in the greatness of God. And
I instruct my heart to believe and receive. Here's my hand.
So stick out your hand and open it up and
say I receive the goodness of God. And so what
(25:47):
if you're struggling in this way. One caveat to know
is that there might be unbelief in your bloodline. So
just go to the Father. It's a simple prayer. It
goes like this, Father, in the name of Jesus, I
come to you you through the Sun. I repent for
the unbelief in my bloodline. I ask you to eradicate it,
(26:08):
remove it from me. Based on the blood of Jesus
and the ascension power of the Holy Spirit, I choose
to believe, and I ask you to cleanse my bloodline,
cleanse my thinking, cleanse my heart, cleanse all my body,
all my soul, all my spirit of unbelief that I
may believe. Thank you, Father for helping my unbelief in
(26:30):
Jesus name.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Mm hmm, Yeah, that's good.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
That's good. Yeah. Another thing that I've been running into
is worthiness not does it feeling like you don't deserve
to have the amazing destiny that the Lord has for you,
and not being able to handle it, you know, not
(26:59):
having who am I to do it? And those kind
of lies. And so I would say to you that
the Lord has called you for such a time as this,
and that language is over you. So I'm going to
say it a different way. This moment in human history
is yours. This is your time. This is your time
(27:22):
to rise up. This is your time to realize that
you are amazing.
Speaker 1 (27:26):
You are incredible.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
You've been given a gift that no one else, no
human has ever had it the same way that you
have your voice print is unique. Just like Donna said,
the way that you prophesy is unique. The way that
you speak and express the Lord in the earth is unique,
(27:48):
and the world needs you, and the Lord needs you
to release that sound, release the declaration of.
Speaker 1 (27:57):
Who you are.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
And it does doesn't matter what you've been through. Listen everyone,
if you're looking at Hebrews eleven and you're looking at
every single person in there, Abraham lied about Sarah. He
also slept with his with Hagar the concret I'm like,
they're not perfect, right, Moses told the Lord.
Speaker 1 (28:21):
It's not me. I'm not good enough.
Speaker 2 (28:23):
All of the people who are in Hebrews eleven who
were commended for their faith had flaws. So it's not
about the flaws. It's not about your flaws. It's not
about your past. It's not about the things that you believe.
It's the things that you just shut down not believing
and believe the truth. Instead, it's about you believing how
(28:44):
amazing you are and the desire to do something is
based on the destiny that He gave you, and you
are designed to carry it out. So if you are
if you receive Jesus as your Lord and savior, if
he is the if his presence is in you, and
he is the Lord of your life, don't worry about
(29:08):
something not making sense. If you feel called to do something,
go for it. You can do it. You are worth it,
and what He is doing through you is going to
be amazing. Don't look at success the way the world
looks at success, because failure after failure after failure is
(29:29):
still you moving forward and you taking the steps to
walk the journey toward your destiny, which is which is
the refiner's fire. It's the blessing that you're walking in.
Speaker 1 (29:45):
It's you.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
Everywhere your footsteps, you're going to be blessed. It's all
of that comes by you walking it out. And if
in the natural people it looks like quote unquote failure,
