(02:44):
We being focus on system. Iwas just rep awesome entirely place something
that's really dear to my heart, you know, because after I've done the
(03:05):
search you've been in it involves Iknow able to their person. Yeah,

come from into our that come andI actually take anything on the job.

facial with Louisa's Karen Spa and thenwe'll go have much and then we'll go
by Darling Art School and they'll beable to partake in some type of creativity.
(03:53):
You know. We want to makeour caregivers feel special. So that's
what we're offering, you know, because we sacrifice so much. There's so
much sacrifice there and this is ourway to take care of them from as
well. Yes, yes, andwe're running it for six months and the
cost of it is two forty nineper person. We also are taking small
(04:15):
groups. You can always find ourinformation and single to do dot com and
our email information is contact and singleto doo dot com. And we are
running this special from Tuesday through Friday. Wow, you know because a lot
(04:36):
of salons are goes on Mondays andthe timeframe is between ten am and three
pm. And we also are takingsmall groups. So we want to grow
this not only in our area, but we can see us expanding this into
other areas in Texas like Austin andhere in San Antonio. And I think
(04:59):
we're working with women's limited we canget Yeah. I think that's amazing.
I have not And there's one ofthe things that I love about this show
is that when we bring people on, we get to learn all about these
businesses that we had not heard of. And this is a great opportunity for
you to be here and just bringthat awareness about this program that's out there
(05:20):
that you know, if you're ifyou're a caregiver, or you know somebody
that can use these services. Facecontact us with covidsble to do dot com
and at the bottom of the bottomof the screen too. We have all
your information scrolling across the screen,so take time to write that down and
use that for for for somebody youknow, or it may be it may
(05:43):
come in happy later on. Soit's really I love that. It's I
definitely would want to make sure weput that out there and let everybody know
that that's out there. Well.I really appreciate it because not only am
I caretaker for a mental health person, but I was a caretaker with my
mother who had dementia. So we'rewanting to provide this for any type of
(06:06):
caretaker, our care manager. Alot of them in the mental health field
want to be considered care management, but we feel that everyone is entitled to
have a break. Yeah, sothis three hour break, we want to
make sure that they are pampered, they are appreciated, and they also will
(06:28):
leading with the sweat back and nice. I love that again, single to
do dot com. If you're acaregiver, caretaker, care manager, something
we want to look into. Iagree we all deserve they deserve to be.
My mother was a caretaker as well, and she passed sixteen years ago,
(06:50):
and if I had known something likethis, I would have loved to
give her something like that to takecare of her as well. She was
just always such a giving person andtaking care of everybody, and I would
have done that for her if ifthere was something like this at that time,
if I knew absolutely. I mean, it's like, I just want
(07:13):
to be able to give back, you know, because I have really been
able to discover, especially when you'redealing with mental health, and there's a
lot of people that they're providing theircaregiving services, but they're not seeing success.
And so that's why I decided thatI wanted to write a book to
(07:36):
talk about how you can see success, because it's very difficult when you're a
mental health care giver, and you'vegot to be able to look at the
small things as well as the biggeritems. And what really motivated me was,
you know, several books that Iread that talked about certain pathways.
(08:00):
In one of those pathways that Isaw that people that had a mental health
diagnosis, a lot of them werenot either finishing high school or they were
not finishing college. So when Isaw that my daughter had a condition,
it was very important for her tofinish college. It was very difficult,
(08:22):
but we made it happen, andI had a strong village and we were
just able to be successful in that. And there were things that I had
to learn. I had to learnmore about the National Alliance of Mental Illness,
which is not me. I ama basic instructor with non me.
I'm actually a member of the NationalAssociation of Care Members. But the one
(08:48):
thing that led me down that pathwas a book that I actually wrote,
I mean that I actually read, and that book was The Enchanted Path,
and it talks about giving giving peoplean opportunity to have mentorship to reach their
(09:09):
goals when there's a mental health crisis. And I just thought it was beneficial
while and then you took that andthen recreated that corect that's amazing. That's
really good. Tell us about acouple of other things that you're working on.
You said that, what, well, where can they find that book?
(09:30):
Well, the book that I amactually working on is that the manuscript
has been completed, so looking foran agent. The title of that book
is AS's Daughter Shining Through by PolarThat's the name of that book. As
far as the actual book for TheEnchanted Path, you can buy that on
Amazon and the author's name is StevenLeerman and it's The chant Path, my
(09:56):
unexpected journey from law to leadership. It's just amazing. Yeah, and you're
I mean your book, Yes,yes, we also have you know,
because when you're talking about meal health, you're also talking about good eating and
healthy choices. So my daughter actuallywrote a book called Brandful Recipes and it
(10:18):
just provides a lot of information forme to be healthy and to take care
of yourself. And it has ajourney in itself. Wow, that's that's
really good. I like all this. And then you said you're looking for
an agent for your manuscript. Yes, can you elaborate a little bit more
(10:39):
on that? Should Maybe we havesomebody listening that can be that agent for
you or knows somebody that can helpyou with that. Absolutely, it is
written in a memoir style. Istwenty three thousand words. I have two
incredible writing mentors that have helped mealong the way, just telling her journey
(11:01):
from a West Texas standpoint, fromberth through the three hospitalizations that she went
through to her success and what typeof things we implement it to maintain her
success. So I just think thatit's a good handbook for anyone in America
and across the country and in manyplaces of the world because we provide a
(11:24):
full perspective from beginning to end.And I just would love everyone to be
able to have an opportunity to readthe book, talk about the book,
and especially with me being an instructor, where it can be available as soon
as possible. Yeah, that's awesome, And hopefully somebody is listening and either
(11:48):
you're it's not something that you cando, where you know somebody that can
be an agent for the proscript, please reach out. The information is rolling
at the bottom of the screen.Elisabeth Colan. I think that'll be amazing.
I think my comunity to collaborate withyou on that absolutely. And I
also have a second website. It'sLiz called and writes got square dot site
(12:09):
where you can look at my writingspecifically. Now, you did say you
have recipes as well, right,Yes? Is that on that website?
Also, yes, it's on thatwebsite. And again the name of that
recipe book is Grand Full Recipes andit can be purchased on the site,
and it can also be purchased onAmazon Okay. And then one more thing
(12:33):
that I want to talk about, the Franco is we were talking about another
book that you're an author a writer, tell us a little bit more about
that here in Texas. Okay. Also, I also have a podcast where
I actually interview local authors and writersand those podcasts have been very well received.
(13:00):
And the two authors that I actuallyhave interviewed is Russhall and W.
C. Jamison. And we're lookingat doing some additional podcast work and treasures
throughout Texas and I will be ableto send more information about that as it
develops. But you can see ourcurrent podcasts on my website is Worn Again,
(13:24):
Signal to Do dot Single to Dodot com, lots of information,
Single to Do dot com. Andwhat was the other website where you have
your rescue call ring? Well, the recipe book is Grainful Recipes and you
can just either Google that or putthat in the Amazon search. And for
the writing material, Liz called andwrights dot com. And my articles on
(13:50):
mental health, I have an articlein the International Bipolar Foundation which is IBF
dot org and for those that aresuffering with mental illness issues, that is
an excellent resource and it talks abouta lot of different details and resources all
around the world. So awesome,Well, thank you so much, but
(14:13):
thank you so much for coming outand sharing with us several of the things
that you've been working on. Ifeel like we could have we can probably
sit here and chat for like threehours. Yeah, but I really appreciated
Before you go, is there anythingelse that you would like to tell the
audience of Women Unlimited or or anythingelse coming up, or anything else you'd
like to expred I would just liketo say it's very important to support Women

Facebook. And I think you ladiesare doing an amazing job. And we
