The Police Instructor’s Podcast is a value-based information sharing platform for police instructors who’re looking to improve the quality of law enforcement training by developing and implementing training strategies that are engaging and facilitate the transfer of training. The host, Michael Simpkins, will bring on industry experts to talk about training trends and more. To start out, my goal is to publish an episode on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
