Speaker 2 (00:40):
Hey Bobo, Hello, how are you today?

Speaker 1 (00:44):
See it started? No more no crying.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Oh it's the full moon.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
The clapser.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
I don't know what's happened.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
I don't know, but some crazy energy is happening.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
I'll tell you. I really want to start this podcast
with gratitude. Why because you know, we've met so many
amazing people in our life. I mean, first of all,
I'm freaking grateful for this podcast. We have got to
meet so many incredible people, which really makes us feel
like we can not be in our own head all

(01:16):
the time. You can actually help other people, you know
what I mean? Yeah, I mean remember flavor Flave. He
was just getting sober, yeah, funny, and that was our
first podcast, right and now like I broke my leg
and I'm hopping around houses like solus. It feels it
feels better. I'm done though, I'm done with Donald. I
have no more energy for this, but I am grateful

(01:39):
because I guess what it's taught me is to slow down. Yeah,
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
No, everyone goes through things in life and there's always
something that you take from it, right, And I think,
like for you when you broke your leg, like you
always move so fast. I think Dasha knows, everyone knows,
and you've actually had to sit with yourself and like,
you know, just and that.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
It's a lot. Let me just tell you right now.
But you know, there's so much going on in the
world with all kinds of stuff, and you know, I
think what I really want to say to you guys
is be patient with yourself. That's what I've had to
do right now. And it's been difficult. But actually, you know,
Fernando's like, okay, Saturday, we're staying home. To me, I

(02:19):
was like, how am I going to do that? How
am I going to actually sit in my house? I
have a beautiful pool and all of that. But I
was like, I had to plan it out in my
head and that's okay. I really had to plan out
what I was going to do, and I was really
looking forward to Sunday. I can tell you that because
I knew that we were going to Auxnard. We were
going to do things, even though I was in the

(02:40):
back of the car. But I had to be patient
with myself, and you know, I think that's really important.
But I have such an exciting guest today. I'm so
excited to tell you guys about this guest. I had
some surgery and I did not know what to do
with it, and I didn't know what to do, and

(03:01):
so I went and I met this woman. And we'll
get to who she is in a minute, but I
met her and her energy was so on fire. You
know when you just meet that person and you, guys,
you connect. I'm gonna cry again because I'm so excited
for her journey. She is just such a powerhouse. Nicole.
You want to talk about her.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Yeah, So today we're joined by Tatiana, the founder and
owner of Brazilian Beauty Bar. Born and raised in Brazil,
Tatiana has been living in la since nineteen ninety one.
She's an expert in lymphatic drainage, having studied the technique
in Brazil before creating her own unique method. In twenty seventeen,
she took a leap of faith and opened Brazilian beauty bar,

(03:43):
offering body contouring ooh cool, post surgical recovery and maternity care.
Tatiana's passion for beauty and wellness has driven her to
expand her business and even offer training courses to others.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
So welcome, yay, excited, And not only that, I mean
she is. I mean she just didn't start her career.
She's doing so many great people, celebrities, people that need help,
people that have had surgery, that are so scared after
they have had surgery, Like, how did you even think

(04:17):
of this?

Speaker 3 (04:18):
I didn't actually into that one. I originally didn't want
to do surgery. And then I had a client that
that booked randomly. She had a nose job and she
was super swollen and her face was deformed, and I
was like, well let me try it and we fixed
it on one session. Wow. Picture to her a surgeon,
and then he called me, he's like, where have you been? Wow?

(04:39):
Everyone to you, that's incredible this.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
And I was like, okay, I know because a lot
of people don't know what to do after they have surgery.
You when you after you have surgery. A lot of
times you look like, eh, what is this?

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Right?

Speaker 1 (04:51):
You know?

Speaker 2 (04:52):
So what does lymphatic drainage do to the body that
makes it like just so much better? I mean it's
like a trend I see all over TikTok, but I
don't even know like what it actually is.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Yeah. So essentially we all have lymph nodes, right, and
everybody has about twelve liters of emphatic fluid. That fluid
can't move on its own. So your heart can pump blood,
but there's nothing pumping that fluid. It can only move
through breath and through muscle contractions, and so in all
of us it becomes very stagnant with foods we eat, alcohol,
just sitting here or just sitting at a desk all

(05:22):
day or on your phones all day, just not moving.
And so it can only move when you actually help
it move.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
So when you break your leg, right, I'm coming in right.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
And so the order in which we do it is
the order that it would actually move it naturally, only
you're helping all of it or more of it move
in the one session, so that you are not only
smaller after like leaner, you lose a lot of waterweight,
between two and eight pounds of waterweight.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Each client reports, Wow, and is it like healthy for
the body benefit?

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Basically flushing a toilet, so in that fluid that becomes
very stagnant, comes you know, toxins, debris that just it's
there in your lymph vessel. So when you move that through,
you're basically flushing it out and it's just not just
sitting there making you swollen inflamed.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
And when did this come out? I never even heard
of this until recently.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
You know, I mean it's been out for years. It
started with what's called the Boder method, which was very
it's very soft touch, so that method helps you guide
fluid but not fully move all of it out. So
it's been around for a long time. And then you
take it to Brazilians and Colombians who are all about beauty,

(06:32):
very aggressive, and there there was a different sequence, a
different way of doing it that actually lived that you
can actually see a visual reduction in size with how
it's done there. So I went there to learn it,
being that I'm from Brazil, but it's been around for
a long time.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
That's amazing. Well, really, what I really want to know
is I have to go there. Sorry, So when I've
been following you, I saw one of your celebrities on
the met gallat and I'm like, how the hell did
she do that.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
With my hands?

Speaker 2 (07:07):
Is down with your hands?

Speaker 3 (07:07):
It's all my hands? Yeah. Interesting. A lot of people
doing patic with you know, wooden tools or the capitation
machines or those wooden paddle Yeah, we do it all
by hand.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
I was like the one like major transformation that you've seen,
like the biggest transformation in a client.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
That's the greggst one, you know. I actually had a client.
She's actually one of my very few first ones. She
had some kind of like a hormonal auto immmun something
going on. I still have her picture. She was very large,
not heavy large, I mean flamed large, and over the
course of four sessions it was like inches and pounds

(07:45):
actually taken off of her because her body kind of
regulated whatever internally was going on. And she so far
has been my most like drastic overall. I mean, like
everyone has one, but she I'll never forget. I still
have her photo till till this day.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Yeah. I mean at first I was like, I do
not believe in this. They were like, oh, come here
and do that, and then after you did it and
you showed me the before and after pictures, I was like,
is that me? And you're like, yes, you're all snatched
up your weak I was like, what, I need to
do this more? That's a good question, So like how
often should someone do it? First of all, and like

(08:21):
I haven't done it in a while. I know. I'm
like with all this, I'm dying to know should I
do it more? Should I do it less? Like the
listeners want to know how when do they start it?
And like how often should they do it?

Speaker 3 (08:34):
So for health reasons, for the benefits of just moving
toxins out, I stay to it once every four to
five weeks, because again, that fluid becomes very stagnant in everybody.
I don't know how much you're moving. And then you know,
if you're trying to lose weight. Let's say we have
clients that that's their goal, so they'll come every two
weeks for a month or two, and then they scale
down to that once every four to five weeks. If

(08:55):
they've had surgery, the LiPo, temmy talk, whatever, we'll say,
come twice a week for four to five weeks and
then scale down so it truly varies for what's going on.
But if the goal is just health and wellness to
just flush out all the junk once I be four
to five weeks, it's truly amazing for.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
You amazing and you have your own unique method that
you do right, yes, so what is that compared to
like the regular olymph trying to make.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
Sure our listeners know you are not just a lympho
massage like you have most you have a lot of celebrities,
like everyone knows who you are. Why are you so special?

Speaker 3 (09:37):
A couple of things. One thing I think I after
I went to school in the US because I had
to become licensed here as well, then I went to
Brazil to learn, and after I went there, I felt
that there was a lot of things missing, that it
just all wasn't coming together for me, like in my mind. Yeah,
So then I did a lot of online stuff and

(09:58):
just learning how this fluid naturally moves if I were
to move all day like how And then I kind
of tried it with my hands to see if in
the photos I was taking it looked, you know better,
And so that was one one thing. The other thing
I realized a lot of people out there don't do

(10:20):
it with intention, and I think the the heart that
you put into it changes the outcome of how the
person looks. It's not just about like making money or whatever.
I think. And I've tried to teach this and you can't.
You can't do or you don't it's like anything.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
I love what you just said. That is so huge.
In every business, we say the same thing in staging.
You have to have the heart for it. And that's
why I connected with you. You just you just nailed it
right here because when you of course, when you when
I met you, you were like, okay, lay down. I
was already like, I don't know if this is gonna work,
and you're like lay down, and you were like so

(11:06):
adamant that it was gonna work, and you were so
into it. And I think that's why. You know, like
celebrities and come to you, because you know, they have
to be looking their best constantly. That's a stressful, you know, job,
and so when they come to you, they're like already
expecting the most, right.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
They are already recons they yeah, well this girl can't
refer to me or whatever. And even with them, I
could easily just do it right and just go through
about if I do like an event or whatever, I
like knowing, Okay, what are you wearing?

Speaker 1 (11:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Yeah, just get a visual of you in that outfit
because everybody has a potential, like everyone has your own
like natural curves and things and what every woman wants
to look, you know, better, tighter, and then you take
that and I like to just have a vision of
the potential I see for that body, right, And that's
where the heart thing comes from. I do it based

(12:00):
on what I can I can see the being versus
just doing it just to do it and get paid.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
Actually, you know that we were on Modern Day Wife
that event where we were both showing our stomach and
I was dying. So I went to her and I
showed her my dress because she was asking me. First
of all, I was like, why does she care about
my dress? But she literally was like working this area.
And when I look back at the pictures, I was like,
damn is that me?

Speaker 2 (12:25):
So the way that night is a beautiful So when
you do something for like a big event like the
Megali for example, when you're picturing someone in their dress,
how do you know like where to like work on
them so that it gets to the vision that they
are picturing.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
I guess, well, once you see the actual dress, you
know what that dress is going to highlight. So obviously
I'm working their whole body, right, you have to do
the whole body. And then I just in my mind
just extual love and actual time on the one area
that I know that dress needs for it to look
how I would imagine I would want to feel in
the Ultimately, we all feel beautiful and confident and whatever

(13:03):
it is that you're wearing. So I ask myself, how
would I feel most beautiful in this dress? Which do
I want to look? You know?

Speaker 1 (13:14):
And if listeners, if you're listening, if they have a
dress right and they want to look super good, do
you tell them maybe do they need to come one time?
Do they need to come two times? It depends. How
does that work?

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Yeah, it depends. Like for like brides, for example, we'll
do it, you know, two or three times, even leading
into their wedding day or trying to lose weight prior
to they'll come. Those are coming.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
This is good the information.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
But for like an oscar or like a mcalla or
whatever event that's like once or twice.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
Or even a photo shoot like we have some photo
shoots coming up. I think you would love to try it.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Yeah, so do it like one day before your photo
shoot or two days before.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
And what's really cool is after you do it, she
gives you this tea. I never even knew this. So
you drink this tea. It's what is it, green green tea?
And like it helps it, it doesn't like it doesn't
come back the next morning. I'm like, I keep waiting
for it to go back out. No, no, I mean,
I'm I'm doubtful on all this stuff.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
So well, the green tea just helps you pee more,
which is yeah, where ultimately a lot of this fluid
has to go get interest. It all wants to travel
through you know, your left vessels. You pee all of
it out or some and the rest goes back into
that bucket. Yeah, that's constantly there.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
Yeah. And and so did you know she teaches classes
for this.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
That's very cool.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
So a lot of people that you know are listing,
they don't they don't even know what they want to
do in their life, right, And so I think this
is a cool thing to talk about because if you
want to do this, she has like a school she
started or classes or something. What is it to make
it sounds so close.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
Yeah, we rolled out classes. I have two classes. Actually,
one I started by in twenty twenty one, which is
for just my regular body contoring method, and then last
year with one of my girls, we launched one together
which focuses only on how to do it after surgery,
So we teach people how to properly do it manually

(15:17):
after light bulb, tummy tuck, whatever cosmetic I can think of. Interesting, yeah,
because a lot of people are doing it with also
like tools, and then we see them after and they're
burned from the cavitation or lumpy from the time.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Oh wow.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
So I'm trying to teach people not to do it
that way.

Speaker 1 (15:34):
And I've said that about her. She literally wants everyone
to do it the right way. That's great. I mean
after my surgery, I was not happy, so it really
made me feel so different.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
So do you think there's a bigger benefit in something
like lymphatic drainage over like I don't know, let's say,
like a tummy tucker. Like I don't know a lot
of this plastic surgery, or I don't know a lot
about it.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
But like, what is it the thing you did?

Speaker 2 (16:00):
What's it called liposuction.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Because I see, like I have the thing.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
The thing about like something like like liposuction is there's
like I don't know, an eighty percent chance that it
comes back.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
It always comes back for me.

Speaker 2 (16:12):
So like, what do you think the difference there is?

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Well, LiPo, you're actually you're actually it's fat, right, You're
just getting the fat out out of your own huh.
And does it come back? Yes, for some people, it's
not a weight loss, you know one and done right
to upkeep a healthy lifestyle, right, LiPo, Yeah, it's not
a shortcut. It takes work forever and what we do

(16:36):
so you're not really moving fat, You're just moving fluid,
is the answer for some people. No, Like if you're
trying to get rid of five, eight ten pounds of fat, No,
it's not going to happen in one session. But if
someone doesn't want to have surgery and wants some help
and boosting their metabolism to help them lose that fat
naturally fat, it could help.

Speaker 1 (16:58):
So it boosts your metabolism, It does interesting every day,
so for that reason it it helps, but they have
to also do the work naturally to lose the fat.

Speaker 3 (17:08):
I'm just flushing out fluid water retention.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
I mean, this is anxiety.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Do you recommend like people drinking a certain amount of
water before they come in to see you? Is there
any like not?

Speaker 3 (17:20):
Well, yes, obviously just whatever natural like amounts of water
they drink on their own. But after is where we
say to drink a lot of water and a lot
of ging tea like I gave to you for three
days after to help your body process this through, so
you can pee all the toxins and they breathe whatever'll
sitting there out of your body.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
It's very cool.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
Yeah, see I didn't do three days. That the problem.
I need to follow directions.

Speaker 3 (17:45):
Yeah, that'd be good. Yeah, for the most part.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
I think I did one day, but not the other
two days.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
That's cool because it's like a detox, and it's like
a toxin detox, which is really just.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
So much better for me than going somewhere and doing
it like a spiritual talks, because I can't still. It
is good, but you know, I like to come here.
I'm in out and done.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
For like a juicey talks. It's like it's different because
you're actually releasing toxins.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
You're actually releasings that are sitting in between your like cells.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
That's all right, that's amazing.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
Yeah. So if the listeners are listening and they want to,
you know, come to your classes or how would they
get a hold of you?

Speaker 3 (18:28):
So they can find it on our website, which is
ww dot brazilianbuty bar dot com or on our Insta
page at Brazilian baudy Bar La. I post our dates
there usually uh huh, and they can book appointments there too,
and I try to have classes every other month or
every two months, depending on demand.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
And you have some exciting news. What's happening? I heard
you're opening a big, new, beautiful salon.

Speaker 3 (18:53):
Yeah. Yeah, we're moving from Encino to Sherman Oaks.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
Nice.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Yes, yeah, very exciting.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
That's a lot of hard work right here.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
It started.

Speaker 3 (19:04):
I started to be ugod out back in July. Nice.
I hope it would have been a six to eight
week process. Here I am twelve weeks in almost and
it's still not ready, but we're I can finally see
the finish line and it should be. I should be
moving in the next ten days. From this podcast.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Oh, congratulations, amazing great.

Speaker 2 (19:29):
Can people book online with you? Like on your website.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
Yeah, okay, that's great, and so what's next for Tatiana.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
Well, what's next is this new spot, which is going
to be bigger and better.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
What's going on in that spot? Is it going to
be just you or what's happening in there?

Speaker 3 (19:49):
So it's just well, it's me and the four girls
that I've had already plus two new ones.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
Nice, wow, exciting, bigger.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
So I want to try to maximize the space. Yeah,
and it's going to be more of like an all
around wellness spot experience. We're going to be offering cold
plunge and sauna as well. I'm rolling out a spy
a spray TND that's coming from Brazila's.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
Oh oh, I am so in that. I am in that.

Speaker 3 (20:16):
I'm so aroud American orange glaate. Yeah, we need that.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
I just saw what I was watching selling sunsets and
the and I was trying to read the name on
the back because they looked so natural, And I'm so
excited about this.

Speaker 3 (20:31):
Yeah, that's going to be a part of it. And
then I'm just trying to get it to a place
where it's well oiled enough so I could either open
more obviously that's awesomely the goal or or have it
be so well oiled that someone like you can walk
in and say I like it, I want to invest or.

(20:51):
I want to open one and have it be any
franchise that way, in a non official franchise model. So
that's my goal.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
That's mez Well, that's amazing. I mean, you know what
is really cool is that you know a lot of people.
I mean the Instagrammers might know about this, but not
a lot of people know, especially like.

Speaker 2 (21:11):
What it's a new trend.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
I mean, like I do you see it on Instagram?

Speaker 2 (21:15):
Well, I mean it's just a trend that's going on,
Like especially like my generation, I think a lot of
people are more into wellness and health and like lymphatic
drainage massage, like they started implementing in.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
More spas that I've seen.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
I mean, like not I don't think Burke Williams has it,
but like certain small ones they like the first I
saw it, I was like, what the hell is a
lymphatic drainage massage? And I don't know if they're doing it,
like I don't know if they really know everything, But
it's just something that more people are doing because everyone
wants to have less toxins. Now everyone's more aware of
their bodies. So it's really cool and I think a

(21:50):
franchise would be great.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Yeah, yeah, definitely cross I am.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
I can honestly say that.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
I well, if you visualize it, it will happen, I
think so.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
I mean, it sounds like you have great visualization, so
you're using to.

Speaker 3 (22:05):
Transform body.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
Just had the chills. So when I went into her
beautiful location, she was super spiritual. This is what I
loved about you. She was spiritual. I could feel it.
She had rose crystal, she had sayings on the wall.
I could tell that she was completely one hundred percent
into this and she felt like she was giving back

(22:28):
and she was helping people. And that's why I was like, Okay,
I believe in this. Yeah, probably one of these. I
definitely cried, but my listeners know I always cry right.
But you know, the thing that's really cool is that
you're showing people you have started this from a passion

(22:50):
and you've taken it to the next step, and now
you're taking it to a corporate or more of Instead
of a small is this now you're taking it to
a medium business because you are putting one foot in
the front of the other and you're really trying to
make it the best you can. And so, you know,

(23:11):
people that are starting their businesses, we get frustrated, you know,
when we have our own business, we get frustrated. There's problems,
there's all kinds of things. But what did you do?
You kept going and you're pushing through. And I think
that's really important for people that are listening, because having
your own business is not easy. I tell people all
the time, it's not easy. And you're an example of

(23:32):
like starting small and growing and growing through the you know,
different things and pains and all of that, and you know,
it's it's really exciting to see. I can't wait to
see the rest of your journey.

Speaker 2 (23:45):
Thank you, Right, It's so exciting.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
And I'm excited to try this.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
Go try I know, I mean I'm trying. I'm doing it.
I I can't wait. How this is off? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
I think it's toxin, but like I always get like floated, right,
and I think this is like a great I don't know, that's.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
A great bloating everybody.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Yeah, especially when you're like on your period or something
like just like you retain all that water right, and
then you get like so swollen everywhere. My question is like,
what do you do with the face because lately, like
I'll wake up and all that face is so swollen
mind too, Like there has.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
To be a way to fix that, right, Yeah, so
the face. And there's no way to say this without
selling like I am bragging, but it's just how it's
gonna sound. No one does the face the way that
we do.

Speaker 1 (24:29):
It, Okay, I believe that tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
Yeah, I mean no one, no one knowing, no one.
There's a specific way of doing it to where it's
just you're just booms after like every like every jaw
line everything.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
I just saw your Instagram. You just posted about some tool.
I'm not gonna lie what I thought it was, and
then other tool and I'm like, where is that going?
Not not to be rude, but yeah, and then you
were showing and I'm like, I literally I'm booking that
with this. What is that? Oh my god, you gotta

(25:02):
follow her. It's so cool.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
I did a video on because you know how like
everyone likes to use the glassa or like sols, there's
a way to use it because again.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
I think no one understands that explain that please, because
like that is a huge thing on Instagram or TikTok is.
People will do their eyebrows right like you'll see one
eyebrow down and one up and they like do the
thing and all me and my friends are like, how
the fuck.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
Does this work?

Speaker 2 (25:23):
And we're doing it the wrong way and it just
doesn't work.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
And that's how most people are doing it. So again,
this fluid moves on its own in a certain direction,
So if you're gonna do it, you have to do
it in the same way that that will go on
its own. So say, if you're doing your jawline, your
jawline fluid, there's a whole bunch of lypt knows along
it and this has to like obviously go down and
everyone's doing their jaw for example up, well you do

(25:49):
it up, that flu has to naturally go down and
order for it for it to work and to look
like snatched up like you want, you have to just
follow the way it would go interesting on its own.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Yeah, yeah, the jawline you were doing like this, because
this bugs me right here, so I'm like I'm gonna
try that. Oh yeah, that's why I was like, I
need to get back in there. I need to do it.
That's it. I know.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
I'm excited, I know.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
And and then once you do it, like we're like,
you know, once we do something, then people see it,
you know, like your clients, once they do it, they
tell people it's yeah, no, my face looked so much better.
But that's another thing you did for the event. See,
I forget. Yeah, I feel like what I do.

Speaker 3 (26:32):
I'm essentially selling crack to crack heads because I'm gonna
get hooked. You feel because you feel better, do right,
And if you're like friends and you know, and everyone's like,
oh more, yeah, it's good. But at the same time, yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:45):
There's only one of you. But you have these great
girls too. I went to one of them.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
They're awesome.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Yeah, what was the girl I went to? She was amazing.

Speaker 3 (26:53):
I can't remember if you saw Crystal ordinary. I don't
remember who you with that day.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
I don't know Neery, I think yeah yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:59):
And and everyone studio trains under you. Yes, so they
have the same technique.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Very cool. Yeah, they all add their own little special
toys obviously.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
But it was yeah, yeah, but I will tell you
I went right after my surgery and I was freaking
out and she was like, you waited too long. I
was like, too long, it's two weeks or three weeks,
and she's like that's too long. So if you have surgery,
you go right away. But no one told me. And
I even asked my doctor. I'm like, do you what
about this lymphatic massage and they're like, I don't know.

(27:29):
It kind of works, and I was like, what you
need to have someone go to all the doctor's offices
and let them know the truth. Because once I did it,
I was like, oh my god, I see a difference.
It was crazy.

Speaker 3 (27:42):
Them are actually on board. There's a few old school
surgeons that are like, eh, yeah, I don't see the benefit,
but a lot, especially nowadays, they're on it. And they'll
they'll have their people come in the very next day,
like they're like still like half asleep from like all
the meds and they come the very next day.

Speaker 2 (27:58):
Wow, that's and that's the best time to do it
after surgery is the next day.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
Yes, that's tough, and that's not easy because you don't
feel good.

Speaker 2 (28:06):
You're like, and is it like any type of surgery
or like what primarily I mean primarily anything cosmetic.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
Although we've had people had like other things that weren't
just medical and came after as well, for the swelling
or the page or the inflammation that I recently had.
Somebody a few months ago she had a full hysterectomy.
She's just very swollen in this region obviously, and she
came in with about a week after, and a lot
of the swelling after any surgery just kind of sits

(28:36):
in the area from all the meds and interesting. So
the sooner the better for pretty much. Yeah, yeah, so exciting.
I can't wait to go.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
Well, this has been so much fun. I'm sure everyone
is so excited. So if they want to come to
your studio, how do they find you?

Speaker 3 (28:55):
So on install our page, our handle is at Brasilian
Baudy Bar and our website is on the beauty bar
dot com.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
And I know it's very hard to get in with
you Tatiana, so they can book with the other people too.
But yeah, she's very the.

Speaker 3 (29:12):
Same training something down there. I've been once a while.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
Yeah, I know, I see, I'm like, what do you
mean she's booked? But this is like I'm I'm glad
that you're doing things to help other people. And it's
been such a pleasure to have you on here. I
can't wait to make my appointment.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Me too, I'm booking right now. Thank you so much
for coming on the podcast.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Thanks for having me.
