real estate. We work hard,we stage hard, and we get it

(00:21):
done the power of we. Weare back season five. Can you believe

(00:44):
it? Crazy? Hi going today? Oh my god, crying because I'm
so grateful. Why are you grateful? I'm grateful to be alive, healthy,
sober, happy, and have agreat job. You know what amen
to that. I'm grateful for allthe above. I'm grateful for being sober,
being happy, being healthy, youknow, having great relationships, having

(01:08):
insane businesses, having amazing coaches aroundme that helped me. I mean,
it's crazy, you know, sincethe last season, you know, I
had to do some work on myself. I'm not gonna lie. Yeah,
you know, it's just sometimes lifegets lifey, right, and it's like,
you know, you have different thingscoming at you, different companies coming

(01:30):
at you, different people, andI had to really remember what's important.
And you know, this beautiful womantold me about staying in love and Above.
And at first I was like, what the frick is she talking about?
Hell no? And then I waslike, wow, you know,
I've really been working on that. What about you? I mean, yeah,
that sounds awesome and I can't waitto hear more about the Love and

(01:53):
Above me too. We have thisamazing guest on She is such I can't
even tell you. She's like anangel. First of all, you know,
she's she's gonna talk a lot.But what I basically want to say
is I've never walked with anyone andpeople are like, Hi, Hi,

(02:15):
like they think she's a celebrity, but to the mindful people, and that
to me was so different and socool because you know, she's she really
cares about people, you know, and I think that's, you know,
something that's going on in this worldright now. People don't really care about
people, and we really want to. That's why we did this podcast,

(02:38):
you know, to show we giveback, to show people, you know
what, really think about what you'redoing and how you're saying it, and
you know, how you're dealing withyour spouse or your daughter or your friend.
You know what I'm saying. Sowhy don't you talk about her?
So today I'm going to introduce SusanFoxley. She is a remark arkable professional

(03:00):
dedicated to guiding individuals towards a fulfillingand balanced life. As a certified life
coach, clinical hypno therapist, registeredyoga master, and author. Susan is
the one of the coolest people weknow. She is not only cool,
but I mean, seriously, I'venever met anyone so positive. So welcome

(03:22):
to bow We Oh my gosh, thank you, Samantha, Nicole, you
both. I'm so honored to haveyou be on this podcast, and I
just love you both. We areso excited we're here. I mean,
there's so many questions that I wantto ask you. But I mean,
if you listeners, if you don'tknow who she is, seriously follow her.

(03:44):
You're going to follow her. Imean, I've even had her come
into our company and teach her loveand above to my stylist. So tell
me a little bit where you evencame up with love and above? Oh,
thank you so much you guys.First of all, love and above
actually I got from Christy Marie Sheldon. She came up with that term.

(04:04):
But I put people on a lovediet, and I'll go into that.
I wrote a book called Mixed Upto Fixed Up in four weeks, which
is incredible. I mean, Fernandoand I did this and it like,
it was so exciting. It's alife guide. Life doesn't come with a
manual. So I wrote run andso's it's four steps. It's clearing and

(04:28):
cleaning your negative thoughts and erasing andreplacing with the positive because you cannot have
bad, bad thoughts and create agood life. Well, can I know
what? That's something that I reallywant you listeners to hear because clearing and
cleaning, that's step one, whichis don't let's start and how do you
do that? Yeah? And it'ssuper hard clearing and cleaning. First of

(04:50):
all, we have sixty to seventythousand thoughts in one day, Samantha Nicole,
We all have sixty to seventy thousandthoughts. That's usually have the same
thoughts we did as yesterday and theday before and the day before, and
most of us our thoughts are negative. So it's about becoming conscious of our

(05:11):
unconscious thoughts. And once we havethat awareness, we start to erase and
replace. And I give everyone arubber band in my workshops. And this
is a reminder a bright rubber band. I usually the brighter the better,
and I snap it. If Icomplain, gossip, self deprecate, judge,
have any negative thoughts and erase andreplace with a positive. Everything always

(05:35):
works out for us. Life justgets better and better. I'm a magnet
for love, I'm a magnet forhealth. I'm a magnet for peace.
So we begin with being aware ofour thoughts and mastering our thoughts. Once
we master our thoughts, we canmaster our feelings, our choices, our
behaviors, and our results. Wellthat's you know what that is. So

(05:58):
it's such a lot for peace ableto take in. Right. So when
you first came to me and wassaying all that, I was like,
okay, So, I mean evennow I have my own bead, and
you know, when I'm thinking anegative thought, you just gotta take it
like slowly. You know, she'smastered it. So but it changes your
life. I mean, you know, sometimes I'm like, why does Fernando

(06:23):
want to eat Mexican food again? And I'm like, okay, you know
what, who cares? It's undof your business? Ignore where did I
get that from? Susan yeah, you know, it's it's just it's incredible
how you've mastered that. But okay, that's that's important. You know,
sometimes we come to like we're sohard on ourselves, So how do we

(06:46):
not be hard on ourselves? That'srepetition and routine, by repeating over and
over again through app affirmations and imagination. I'm also at clinical hypnotherapist, and
ninety five percent of what shows upin our lives is from our subconscious mind
that was downloaded from the ages ofone to seven. So that's why we

(07:09):
attract the same people, the samechoices, the same behaviors. So we
have to erase and replace, andI do that by getting you into Theta
waves, which is a whole notherdiscussion, and then we download a new
reality and we use it through ourimagination. Einstein said that imagination is more
powerful than knowledge, and using yourimagination and thinking thinking from the end what

(07:33):
is your end game? And everythought is a prayer. Every thought is
a seat in the garden. Sopraying for what you do want is if
you are already you're smelling, feeling, touching, tasting, hearing, your
health, you're vibrant, you're gorgeous, you're successful, you're healthy, and

(07:54):
using your imagination and bathing into thatvisualization. Well, this is definitely working
because Nicole, you've been using thiswith their stylist. Yeah, I mean
ever since he came to talk tothem. I think I missed that meaning
unfortunately. But everyone talks about howthey've been doing your book and they've been
seeing differences and talking about how likevisual sharing the end game, especially when

(08:16):
it comes to sales, so likeI'll have them picture getting the deal instead
of going in with that iffy mindsetof are we going to get it?
Are we not going to get it? And it's really been working, and
it's important because a lot of peoplethat are listening, like are in business,
and you know, sometimes when we'dgo to coaches that are mindful,
they don't think they can use itin business. And let me tell you

(08:37):
this is how I opened my newcompany. Like you know, Susan would
say to me, visualize, visualizethe end and I'd be like, but
it's not and she's like, no, rewind And I started visualizing like sales
coming in, money flowing in,and it was happening. It's happening.
Thank you, Susan, thank youso much. Thank you. Well,

(08:58):
that's so clearing and cleaning a stepone. Step two is planning and planting,
which is our thoughts and our intentionsand our visualizations and writing a thank
you list in the morning as ifit's already happened. So give me an
example. How do you actually writea thank you list for people that have
never done it? Great, greatquestion, So thank you for specifically how

(09:20):
much money do you want coming in? Specifically, how many new clients do
you want a week? You couldget really specific about what you want.
If it's a healing, visualize yourself. I work with a lot of older
people. If they have new hips, they're chasing their grandchildren on the beach,
having a picnic with them, watchingthe waves crash, and thank you
for the healing so that I canspend time with my grandchildren on the beach

(09:43):
writing a thank you list of thehealing or the money or the relationship.
Thank you for this beautiful, incrediblemarriage, and maybe plan your wedding.
Thank you for what my wedding dresslooks like. Even if you don't have
a guy, can you write thankyou for giving me this amazing guy I
that is tall with great abs absolutelyif you want. If that's what you

(10:05):
want, there's nope. But rememberyou can you can wish, just write
and wish anything you want. Itcould be anything you can be doing,
have whatever you want. But rememberyour thoughts are electric and your feelings from
your heart are magnetic. So you'resending out an electro magnetic Wi Fi signal
to the universe and you'll get avibrational match. So make sure that it's

(10:28):
a clear, clear, clear intention. You're sending out a clear Wi Fi
signal to the universe. Because alot of us we send out fear,
worried, doubt, faith, fear, faith, fear faith. Remember to
just continually, continually hocus pocus, focus on that intention through your electric magnetic

(10:50):
Wi Fi signal out into the universe, by using your imagination, through your
thoughts and your feelings. So alot of millennials, even a lot of
us, we tend to run infear. Like I know a lot of
our stylists they're constantly like, howam I gonna get to, you know,
forty thousand dollars a month? Howam I going to sell that?

(11:11):
I'm never gonna be able to sellthat? And so I mean, Nicole,
you were talking to some stylists lastweek. They were talking about they
couldn't do it right. Yeah,And then I feel like there's two things.
So it's like the fear that kindof overwhelms people, and then,
like you said, if you focuson it, you kind of like fall
into that fear. And then alsolike just trying to be successful and like

(11:33):
balancing everything and staying in that energeticwave that you're talking about. I feel
like, so, how do youstay like present and like clear, like
your mind clear while you're working somuch. That's that's a great question,
wonderful Nicole. So write down yourfears. Write them all down cathartically,
just put it out on the page, rip it up, and some of

(11:54):
my clients light it on fire. And then write a faithlesst write a faithless
that you know, because if youthink you can or you think you can't,
you're right. We make our beliefs, and then our beliefs make us.
And a belief is just a thoughtwe keep thinking over and over.
So if our subconscious mind I can't, I won't, it's difficult, it's

(12:16):
going to be challenging. That's exactlywhat WiFi signal you're sending out to the
universe and you'll get a vibrational match. So how that I can, I
will, I am, I'm thriving, I'm succeeding, and really be your
own cheerleader. And I have myclients record their affirmations and then repeat it
over. I have also on myYouTube station Free Hypnosis to visualize that you

(12:39):
can, you will, and youare, because again, we make our
beliefs, and then our beliefs makeus, and a belief is just a
thought we can't think. Isn't ittrue that if you keep listening to the
same you know meditations, you're subconscioushears it. So you when you're saying,
I am going to succeed, Iam going to be the top model,

(13:01):
I am going to be whatever youwant to be, you will become
that because you're constantly telling yourself that, and then if you take the steps
to do that, there's no reasonyou can't do it absolutely and getting into
that feeling as if the wish isalready fulfilled now it has to be fulfilled
now, not out there some daysomehow my healing will be out there because

(13:24):
it'll always be out there. SoI am now healthy, I am now
wealthy, I am now, wise, I am now, and just bathing
yourself in that wish as if it'salready fulfilled now. You know. It's
super interesting because before pandemic, likeyou know, we were struggling at a
lade home staging and I would beforeI knew you or anybody spiritual, I

(13:48):
was like, Okay, I haveto get one hundred thousand, I have
to sell one hundred thousand, andI would talk to myself, I have
to sell a hundred thousand, andI would do it every morning and every
night, and it would happen.I'd be like, how how did I
just do that? You know ittotally works. You're an amazing manifest or
Samantha an incredible thanks to you know, You're amazing and so many people out

(14:11):
there that I felt me Yes,I mean, you know it's true.
It's like you have to believe inyourself. You have to be confident.
And that's another thing. It's hardfor people to be confident, right.
So one of the things that Iteach my team it's like, when you're
going to whatever you're doing, youhave to talk to yourself and make yourself
feel so confident. Why because noone's gonna do it for you, right,

(14:35):
no one's coming. No one's gonnacome you to tell you to take
that nap or to take your vitaminsor to brush your teeth. It's up
to you to do that. Andmy step three is witness and watch.
And we have to remember not torush, because when we rush distrusting and
if it's urgent, it's not important. And if it's important, it's not

(14:58):
urgent. In other words, ifwe rush something, it's like the petals
of a rose, a blooming rose. If you push those petals open with
your own hands, you destroy therose. It's in God's timing, giving
it good water and good sunshine, and God opens it. It's a collaborative
experience with universal energy or creator. You can't rush a sun rise. You

(15:22):
can't rush a sunset. So youalso have to have patience. And which
is not my favorite word by anymeans, any stretch of anything. Patience.
I've worked on that for God.I don't even know how long,
Tony, how long have I workedon that. I mean, seriously,
like twenty years. Patience is theworst thing for me. I'm like,
Okay, why isn't this happening yesterday? But remember that you have to give

(15:46):
it good sunshine and good water. And the good sunshine and good water is
really high emotions. That's why Idance with my clients, dance every day,
Dance in the shower, dance inthe kitchen. I know you love
to do that. When you cameinto the Elite Home staging and got it
the girls to get up and dance, they were like, you know,

(16:07):
standing here and now I copy you. You know, I love that I
can copy her. I can comein and Nicole does different things with this
stas. But dancing, like youalways say, what does it do?
It just elevates you and helps youfeel in love and above and you just
start to fall in love with life. It's just the magic dust on your
dreams. Because smiling is the bestoutfit. There's nothing like smiling. And

(16:33):
when you smile, you're attracting everything. Happiness is so sexy. That's so
wait, don't I want to makesure the listeners are hearing you, because
that's the most important thing of thiswhole conversation. I believe and say it
again. Smiling is the best outfit. That's I mean, it's so true.

(16:56):
Even if you're in the worst moodand you're in fear, you just
smile. There's a smiling meditation.I love, by the way, you
have to smile like ten times, and I'm like, oh, this fill
off all, but I swear bythe end I am laughing my ass off.
You know what I'm saying. Ilove that. And the last,

(17:17):
the last step in my book mixedup to Fixed Up is reap and repeat.
Repetition is the mother of genius,as zig Ziggler says. And you
can't just do your dishes once. You just can't clean your basement once,
or the cobwebs out of your mind. You can't just yesterday's gym workout doesn't
help you today. So it's aboutrepetition again. Repetition is the mother of

(17:41):
genius. So going back and clearingout those negative cobwebs, clearing out those
negative feelings. And it's a dailydaily action of writing your thank you list,
closing your eyes and visualizing that youare thriving mentally, physically, emotionally,
spirituallyterially, romantically, financially, creatively, bathing yourself in that knowing every

(18:04):
thought is a prayer. And Ilove the power of we because if you
take ee out of illness and putwe you get wellness. And in the
wellness and the collaborative experience, that'show we all heal is we do it
together. And that really helps tohave a team of people that naturally uplifts
you. So we are the commondenominator of the top five people we hang

(18:26):
out with. So go where thelove is. Go where you're celebrated,
not tolerated, and go where thelove is. Surround yourself with people like
Samantha and Nicole. I couldn't bemore honored to have you guys in my
life, So excited to have youon here. I mean, there's so
you have so much information and it'sso natural to you. Like even if

(18:48):
you guys, get five things outof what she's saying, it will change
your life. I swear At first, I was like, Jesus, what
is she's saying? That so muchinformation? But it is true. It
totally works. And I think thelast depth, Nicole, what I'm talking
about is like repetition, right, practicing. So I mean even like if
you have a company, you havea team, like telling them to constantly

(19:12):
be doing the same thing over andover, whether it's making twenty calls,
whether it's sending thank you cards, whether it's talking we were just talking about
this with our business manager, youknow, sending out whatever it is that
you do, like getting in contactwith someone over and over, just like

(19:32):
Instagram. Okay, Instagram, yousee the same stuff over and over and
over and over. But those arethe companies that are successful, right and
you know, like we send outa constant contact over and over so they
know who we are and what we'redoing. I mean for me that you
know, I've already done so muchwork with you, but that right there

(19:55):
sticks to me today because like youknow, I don't do that. You
do your morning morning routine every day, obviously not lately. I think you
better get its honesty that is so, I mean, you can always tell
when you're not doing it. Especiallyfor me, when I'm working too much,
it's really hard for me to likemy brain is going in a million

(20:17):
directions and I'm being pulled every whichway. That like, when I'm finally
like doing something like this or likeconnecting, it's it's a little bit like
it's harder. But when I'm doingmy meditation and all that stuff, I'm
like always on. But I wantedto ask you, so, how did
you make that that like mindset shift, because I feel like that's what it
is, right, like of likethe negative thoughts to like positive, like

(20:41):
what happened in your life where youwere like, okay, this is nut
change. That's a great question.Well, if you've ever heard of Murphy's
law, I was Murphy. Iwas just attracting one negative situation, widowed
and special needs son, and justhaving so many challenges and relationships with everything

(21:02):
finances with raising my son. Itwas so difficult. And then I studied
the law of attraction and started thinking, okay, and Emmett Fox said to
put a card on your dining roomtable or in your living room, and
the card says, the only thingyou have to deal with all your thoughts.
Don't worry about the mortgage, don'tworry about your child's diagnosis, don't

(21:22):
worry about being widowed. Just changeyour thoughts. Get into gratitude. The
quickest way to hack in the happinessis through gratitude. So I started just
thank you for hot water, justthe basics, thank you for the pillow
on my bad duvet cover, foodin the fridge, and what we appreciate
appreciates so and what we utter becomesthe outer so I started just mastering the

(21:45):
positivity in my life, and mylife did change. And I just learned
a plethora of tools, and Ihave a life beyond my wildest dreams.
I'm happily remarried to an incredible man. My son no longer has that diagnosis.
Through visualizations, I have the mostincredible life of my life. I
have a hell yes life that's amazing. Hell yes yes, I have a

(22:08):
hell yes life. In all areas. I'm thriving mentally, physically, emotionally,
spiritually, romantically, intellectually, creatively, in all ways, I'm thriving.
But getting back to putting the oxygenmask on ourselves. First, we
have to We can't pour from anempty cup. So I make sure in
the morning that I do make timefor Susan, that I do fill up

(22:30):
my cup, because I really givea lot. And I used to describe
myself as I was a person withthe transmission fallen out of the car gas
take on empty, all the fourtires, and I was picking up hitchhikers.
Get in the back of the car. I'm on empty and I have
all my tires a prop but getin the back. I'll give you a
ride. So today I fill upmy own cup first. And I love

(22:51):
what you said about reaching out toclients because doctor John Gottman said the happiest
relationships are five positives for everyone negative. So I believe in mastering positive.
You're reaching out to those clients andhow much you love and appreciate them,
reaching out to your friends, howmuch you love and appreciate them. And
I've learned to do that with myson and my husband and myself looking in

(23:12):
the mirror at myself and say, wow, Susan, I'm so proud of
you. And I love the PonoPono prayer. I teach the ten words
that will change your life, andI have my clients look in the mirror
at themselves or me look at myselfin the mirror and say, these are
the ten words that will change yourlife. Doctor Hugh Lynn healed a whole
criminally insane mental words saying these tenwords, I love you, I'm sorry,

(23:37):
please forgive me, thank you,I love you, and I'm sorry,
please forgive me and thank you.And I had this one woman who
had a mentally ill son in anRV on the pch for twenty years.
After saying the prayer and doing theend game and the visualizations. He's off

(23:59):
drugs, he's out of that.RV has a job from the Hapono Pono
the ten words that will Change yourlife and the end Game. So and
I have a bunch of other stories, happier marriages, happier friendships. I've
to deal with people with trauma, childhood trauma and just really having self compassion
for ourselves through that trauma as children. I love you and I'm so sorry

(24:23):
talking to that inner child, andyou know what about that, Like those
words are hard to say. Ilove you, I'm sorry, thank you
for being you. Even that Imean it when you know, Fernando and
I were doing it together and likenow it comes easy for us, but
it totally changes everything. You know, if we're having a disagreement or something

(24:45):
and we say that to each other, it like changes everything. I highly
recommend it. It really is somethingI change your clients. It's hard for
people to say it's hard. It'shard for me to say. So if
you try it and it's hard andyou don't want to do it, push
yourself, push yourself to do it. You know, it really really does

(25:06):
work. It's and you could doit as a mantra just in your mind.
With a difficult client, you canjust say I love you too,
I love you and I'm sorry, please forgive me and thanking you just use
it. We have a lot ofthose, So yes, we need to
teach the girls to do that afterwalking in. Yes, I do it
all the time. And then whenI do it, I can handle the

(25:27):
client better when they're like losing theirshit, you know, and then I
come in, I'm like okay, you know, and it's all about the
listening to the client. But that'sthat's amazing. There's I mean, it's
it's really crazy how you've shifted andchange your life, you know. I

(25:48):
mean there's so many of us that, you know, especially after pandemic,
Like you know, you first alot of people got all this money and
then they spent it and now they'relike, shit, what am I going
to do with my life? Andyou know, I saw a lot of
positivity going and then now I'm startingto see people like struggling again, right,

(26:10):
And so you don't have to struggle. This is what I want to
say. You don't have to struggle. You can do this too. You
can. I mean I started inmy garage and with this one with a
Lade home staging, and then Ijust kept going. I mean I had
so many, so many things thatwere not going well, but I just
kept this mindset, you know, and you know, watching you girls,

(26:33):
I mean, you know, Nicole, you went through a ton, right,
and it's like, you know, you're teaching girls basically to have that
positive mindset, you know, andand it's so amazing to see them what
come in and change. And whenyou came in into you know, with

(26:55):
the book, it's like, evenif you get ten percent of what you
said, at least that ten percent. But it's important to do the follow
up, like you said, Yeah, the repetition is what's all about.
Absolutely. In fact, we aredefinitely going to have you come back because
we have we are expanding like crazy. But the thing I want to talk

(27:15):
about next is so Susan is oneof the reasons I started Elite Mason.
You know, I have Kaimiala iswas my coach for many years and she
still is. And Susan, youknow, really helped me with a different
type of mindfulness of love and aboveand so that's what you know, where

(27:36):
I really wanted to create a mindfularea spaces so that it's important. You
know, we're running, we're going, we're doing you know, you're you
know, wherever it is your office, you wherever it is your yoga stuardio
or whatever, but put you know, a room together or a chair and
a little side table and a signthat says we got this or whatever it

(28:00):
is that creates a space so youcan sit down, shut off everything right,
meditate, say your gratitude and it'sjust you and not to me.
Has changed my life and you really, you know when I went to your
office and I saw like that wasyour really your safe space, and it

(28:22):
can be anybody's whatever you guys feelthat you see touch your you know like
but that's where I decided, youknow what, I want to create a
mindful area. And I love thaton your Elite Mason site. I love
some of your meditation chairs, especiallythere's one with a fuzzy and it looks
so cozy and so warm. SoI'm so excited to get one of your

(28:44):
mindfulness chairs for my wonderful office. And it is so important to you.
It's a present to yourself. It'sself care. It's self care, and
your outsides are an extension of yourinsides, and so it's so important to
be in that harmonious, beautiful surroundingsand just feeling that quiet place to drop
in. Right. We so muchwork out, and it's it's so important

(29:07):
to work in. It's so importantto work in. So I love Elite
Mason. I love your wonderful websiteand all the furniture on their Samantha,
I'm so proud of you. Andwhat I love about you is you walk
