for our YouTube page. Make sure you check out the

there later on in the show, see what you guys
had to say overall. Look Tonight' show coming to us
from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Great crowd. Love that Milwaukee, Wisconsin crowd.
(01:38):
As always, one of these days I have got to
take a road trip to Wisconsin. I've heard nothing but
good things about with Wisconsin. True story. I actually have
a friend named Marcus who is a owner. Because you
know how the Green Bay Packers, how the ownership works
(01:59):
out there, right, the fans actually own a cut of
the team. And so my friend Marcus, who is a
huge wrestling fan, that was really one cool thing I
had learned about him so many years ago, because besides
our love for wrestling, we also love football. And I
(02:20):
remember one day he overheard me mentioning something about the
Packers and at that point Aaron Rodgers was still the
quarterback for Green Bay, still a pretty damn good quarterback too.
This was many years before Green Bay sent him packing
and Marcus says to me, oh, so you're in the
football I said yeah. He's like, tell me about some
(02:42):
of the teams you follow, And I told him, and
his eyes lit up when I told him that I
was a Packers fan. There's like multiple teams that I
follow all throughout the year. I don't just follow one
specific team. And I'm like that pretty much across major
sports and everything. And he goes, oh cool, He's like, yeah,
I'm a Packers fan too. Matter of fact, I actually
(03:02):
own a piece of the Packers. And I looked at
him and I said, wait what. He goes, yeah, remember
years back when they opened it up, so fans that
were interested in owning a piece of Green Bay Packers
they could do that. I say, yeah, yeah, yeah. He's
like yeah, I actually was able to scrap some money
together and I'm part of that. I'm like wow, and
I I mean, that just had me engaging with him
(03:25):
in a thirty minute conversation and all that. But as
far as a wrestling crowd goes, don't get any better
than Green Bay, Wisconsin. I'm sorry, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He's like
Green Bay wiscontent. I got mister Kennedy on the brain.
If you're going to follow up aj Lee's return in Chicago, Illinois,
(03:48):
doing it still in the mid West territory, so to speak.
By following up with Wisconsin tonight. Very smartish strategic move
on wwee's part, and we now know officially that at
Russell Palooza coming up on Saturday, September twentieth, aj Lee
(04:15):
teaming up with her Boo, her Main Man, her Main Squeeze,
CM Punk's gonna be taking on Becky Lynch and Seth
Rollins in a intergender tag team match. Looking forward to that.
It's so great seeing aj Lee return to the WWE.
(04:38):
You know, I legit I missed her. I of course
read her book Crazy as My Superpower, which is a
fantastic read that I would highly recommend anybody that has
not checked that book out to definitely pick up a
copy when you get a chance. Very and I'm not
just saying this, it's not just therapeutic, it's not just
(05:04):
eye opening, but there is some really good sage advice
that's in there. It doesn't come off in a preachy
type of way either. Yeah, not reading a sermon or
anything like that. It's just very inspiring. And AJ's promo
tonight resonated. I know, not just with me, I know
(05:26):
it resonated for many of you all out there as well.
But it definitely really hit close to home for me
because I know over the years I dealt with some
mental health issues. I definitely had some pretty dark days.
Nothing on the magnitude of suicide, thank god, you know,
(05:51):
nothing of that magnitude. But I did have some really
dark days where I battled a lot of depress, anxiety, hopelessness,
feeling worthless. It's a lot of crap that I was
dealing with as far as my emotions go, and my
(06:15):
friends and family will tell you when I was in
that type of headspace, I was the worst person to
be around. Hell, I didn't even like being around me,
if that makes any sense. And so I remember when
aj Lee's book came out. I found it very comforting.
You know, it was nice to hear from someone that
(06:39):
you know, if this person gets it, they know exactly
what the fuck I'm dealing with, and like what people
like me are dealing with. And it's a really good book.
I cannot stress it enough. So the promo that aj
Lee cut tonight, I think honestly, that was not a promo, right,
I mean, there is one thing when you're sitting there
(07:00):
and you're like, ah, that's good promo. This was actually
more of just AJ being out there, just talking from
the heart. That's genuinely what it was tonight. She was
talking to us everybody around the world. She was talking
to us fans and everything, and that's all right. Sometimes
(07:20):
you don't need to have a promo. Sometimes it's just
go out there and just whatever comes to mind, speak
your heart. That's really the best thing that you can do. Uh,
and she did it so well. Now some people may
have felt that maybe she was staggering a little bit
here and there. Well, look, that's what happens when you're
(07:41):
going out there, you're speaking from the heart, and you're
just going with the flow. You're feeding off of the crowd,
and you're just caught up in the rapture. You're caught
up in the moment. And that's exactly what was going
on with AJ. I love the fact that she talked
can't about Hey, I was retired. I thought I was
(08:06):
done with wrestling. And yeah, we thought she was done
for sure. You know, for newer listeners, especially if you
had missed out on all my wile Women of Wrestling
coverage from the previous years. I know there was that
one year where AJ got involved with the promotion and
(08:30):
Man David McClain and Crewe Jeanie Bust They were so
happy to have her on board. If you guys recall
this was around that period where they unceremoniously got rid
of Tesla Blanchard and talk about just a big old
black eye. Not so much for a while, but just
(08:51):
all the great momentum that Women of Wrestling was building up,
and it really seemed like Tessa was finally starting to
find her group. And then, and then, immediately, immediately, whatever controversy,
whatever negativity around that name, Tussa Blanchard being associated with
(09:13):
WOW was eliminately was eliminated immediately when aj Lee came
into the picture and all that. And I honestly believe,
in my heart of hearts, now, I don't think that
the people that I spoke to connected to WOW meant
(09:33):
any malice. I don't think they were being jaded when
they told me this. But from my respective sources and
while Women's promotion, when I would inquire about aj Lee, ye,
it was a little bit of a stump question because
I would ask, you know, hey, how's aj doing and Wow,
(09:57):
how is she adjusting and everything? How is she behind
the scenes? How instrumental is she. It's interesting because when
I would ask people about AJ officially during interviews, now
that I'm playing it back in my head, it almost
kind of seemed like a caught off guard question. And
(10:21):
then I would get, oh, she's she's just been so aspirational, motivational,
you know, she's been so kind to us. And then
when I would talk to respected sources behind the scenes,
I would get, yeah, she's really not doing anything, and
(10:44):
these people would tell me, like, you know, I'm just
being real, like she's really a non factor. You know,
we see her at some of the tapings, and you know,
as far as her interacting with the roster, maybe you know,
giving some of the girls some pointers, things of that nature,
she's not doing that. She's pretty much just showing up
(11:07):
and doing her thing on commentary, which, if you guys
remember from the Wild promotion, AJ was doing commentary for
a hot little bit and she was actually pretty good
at it for what it was worth. So you know,
she had been doing you know, a little bit of
stuff as far as wrestling goes, but like other than that,
(11:27):
once she was done with WWE, that pretty much was it.
So I know myself, many other fans, you know, spent
a lot of time there. Just I won't say I
was fantasy booking, but I definitely was going. Man, she
went out way too early. There's like so much more
(11:49):
that she could and should be doing and all of that,
And I would imagine that seeing what's been happening with
CM punk being back in WWE these past couple of years,
it definitely not only piqued her interests, motivated her quite
a bit. And not to mention, Look, if you are
(12:10):
going to be returning to wrestling, why not do it
with some guys that really come on WW Why go elsewhere?
That's it in a nutshell, why go elsewhere? Right? So
it was great watching her return on SmackDown and then
just taking in this great promo segment. Got to correct
(12:35):
myself there because it wasn't a promo that we got tonight.
The segment that she had there was she was speaking
to the fest. Kudos to her for getting a therapy chant.
I never thought in my wildest dreams, of all the chants,
I never thought I would hear a therapy chant. Yes,
she talked about how she had got therapy and everything.
Then we switched on to business because she had the
(12:58):
Intercontinental championship belonging to Becky Lynch hading that beyond hiatus
around her waist there, you know, kind of taking that
from Becky from SmackDown, so we're kind of following up
on that Becky won in the championship back. I love
the little banter back and forth between both women there
(13:18):
as that ultimately set up Seth Rollins trying to be
the mediator there, try to get back Becky's championship and
my night and day. You know, if there was ever
an opportunity for Seth Rawlins to get bitch slapped just
like Becky did CM Punk two shows in a row
(13:39):
in the same week, tonight should have been the opportunity.
But Ah didn't do that. No, no, no, no, no,
she did not do that. But she did play around
with Seth just long enough for Punk to get in
there and try to hit him with the GTS. But
Rowlins managed to gape that. But they got what they wanted,
(14:04):
as AJ initially wanted for Becky Lynch to get in there,
try to take the championship back, catch another black eye
in the process, or agree to a tag match, and
given how everything had played out, Rollins going in with
the hot head saying you got your damn match, Becky
(14:27):
looking on like, what the hell? But now it's officials,
So we're going to be seeing that at Russell Palooza. Yo.
That first WWE SPN collaboration. Man, it is looking so
monumentally good. I'm really hoping that the boys from inside
the NBA on TNT, I'm hoping that they get involved
(14:51):
in this. I would really really love it if shack
Ernie in the gang they can somehow be part of
the weekend festivities, if they could maybe somehow, I don't
want to say hijack the kickoff, but if they could
somehow make an appearance for maybe like one or two segments,
(15:14):
that would be really really sweet, because you know, we
got those boys right around the corner and everything. Some
other interesting little tibbots from this week's w W raw
Bailey continuing to go down the spiral, you know, speaking
about mental health and all that. By the way, shout
out to Joe Testitur and Corey Graves. Those two played
(15:40):
extremely well off of each other. For this edition of
Monday Night Row, We're gonna talk a lot more about
the way about the whole Wade Baried stuff that news
just my God. And I love the fact that Joe
and Corey playfully and right fully so pretty much mentioned
(16:03):
all that bogus news that was going on there with
Wade Barrett, but Wade Barrett on vacation. So as a
result of that, that has switched us switched up some
things with the commentary team for the next couple of
weeks and everything. But Bailey coming back with another segment
(16:23):
where we're getting a more of a piece of her
mental unraveling. I like what's going on here, But my
whole thing is, what is this ultimately gonna culminate in?
Are we going to see a Bailey that's gonna change
her look up dramatically? Here? Are we going to like?
(16:47):
You know, it's given me definitely, you know, if I
were to just with what we've been seeing so far
these past couple of weeks, it's giving me a three
faces of fol vibe. And I'm all fine for that.
I'm down with that. I like the way that WWE
(17:07):
is continuing to handle this, and I'm okay with these vignettes. Okay,
I'm all right with them continuing to you know, not
rush things, just continue to build upon what we've been
seeing weekly with Bailey, And if I were to speculate
(17:30):
at this point, when might we see Bailey resurface in
front of the live crowd. It could come as early
as Russell Poaloeser, it really could, or which I think
is the most likely scenario. I think at this point
Bailey's not going to be surfacing in front of the
(17:51):
crowd until maybe mid October. That's just honestly the vibe
that I'm kind of getting from from this right now,
because I mean, really stop and think about it. This
is still in the fire burning, is it not. It's
still just cooking, right, So we need to give it
a little bit more time, the simmer and all that.
(18:13):
And that would be my best advice to WWE would
be just continue to add on to what you're already doing.
There's no reason to rush this at all. Again, no
reason to rush this at all. So hopefully that's the
(18:37):
direction that WWE is going to go in. As far
as some notes far as what Bailey had said, again,
for those of you that maybe didn't catch raw this week,
maybe you're not going to be able to Bailey talked
about how she doesn't know what the next step is,
but she knows that the last person she wanted to
hurt was Lyra. She's aware that she's hurt a lot
(18:58):
of people in the past, but most of them deserved it.
They all forgave her because she's a good person. And
then we saw Bailey's dark side kind of chime in
and tell her to save that crap for her diary.
Her good side is proud of her, and Bailey says
(19:21):
at the very end that she's gonna make everything right.
So obviously she is still dealing with Byron in the chat.
That's good for you, man, I really appreciate you. But
in case you're not aware, you know, when we do
the show live, you'd be surprised how many people don't
(19:43):
watch the show because it's twenty twenty five and like
most people believe it or not, especially with the way
WWE is pumping out media content. Most people these days
are either checking out shows like ours, be it for
one demand or on the downloads. Maybe they're checking out
the podcast version, which, by the way, appreciate you guys
that's been showing love to the audio stream. Or they'll
(20:05):
wait until the next day and they'll go look up
clips on social media and get caught up that way,
because this is that day and age, unfortunately, where more
and more people are not sitting around and they are
watching an entire episode in one sitting of said TV show,
(20:27):
whether it's from WWETNA, aw MLW, you name it so,
but yeah to everybody else, I can actually see what
you guys are saying in the chat when it's relevant,
it's on point where what we're talking about. I will
definitely show you guys some love. You guys should know
(20:47):
that by now, But it's kind of hard to just
put in a random comment from you all when we're right.
So let's keep rocking and rolling, get through this, and
we'll go over some little more tibets of news. But
I like what's continuing to further develop with the Bailey character.
Thinking about some other stuff from tonight's raw, rusef was
(21:12):
in action against Penta, very short match. I liked how
this instant act me feud, that's what I like to
call this. I like how it came about because Penta
originally was in a backstage segment and he was chatting
it up with Adam Pierce and he was looking for
(21:34):
a championship opportunity. If I'm not mistaken against dominic mysterio,
and before he could even go any further in his
talks with Pierce, Freakin' Rusef comes in there and he's like, look,
I want another match against Seamus. I want to put
(21:55):
his ass out, and then I want to shot for
the World Heavyweight Championship. Taking some serious issue there. Right,
So both of these guys measuring stick queue up system
of a down's you know the song. If you don't
know the song, myke is much bigger than yours, can
(22:17):
go right through the floor. Yeah, Like, look that song.
I'm just a damn good song anyway, So instant acme feud
right there. Okay, match between the two xavier Woods, interfering
at the very end though, pretty much setting up Penta
(22:38):
to get that trade mark Macha kick to the face
by russif one two three, Right, So okay match. I
like the fact that New Day, you know, still kind
of meddling around in there and everything. Uh, Penta and
New Day, more specifically Penta Exavier. That should be a
(23:00):
really good one on one matchup, even if you were
to eventually transition to Penta Kofi. I mean, those are
definitely two really good matchups that you got going on
right there, So I mean, all said and done, though
the New Day interference the impact of that, if you're
(23:22):
keeping track at home, we've already seen a couple of
weeks now where New Day has interfered in some matches
and right decent work by both guys going Russeph and Penta. Meanwhile,
(23:42):
in other areas here on the show, Raquel Rodriguez picking
up a w over Lyra Valkyria. This was actually one
of the more decent matches of the night. Definitely some
questionable bowl spots throughout the match, but overall pretty solid
(24:05):
effort by both women. Lyra. Look, I like the fact
that we don't have Lyra out there doing silly ass
reciting of lines. You know exactly what I'm talking about,
because we've been talking about it here on the show
for the past couple of weeks. So for this week
(24:27):
to just pretty much have her come out there, go
right into the ring action and all that love that,
I'm okay with that. Definitely some really solid work in
the ring by Lyra tonight. Good shit, good shit, good
good effort by both women, but particularly from Lyra. Good
(24:47):
good stuff, good stuff. Elsewhere, aj Styles picking up a
win over El Grande Americano, very solid act. It's interesting
how we keep seeing Dragon Lee sandwiched in between veterans,
you know, trying to essentially get that ruboff in everything.
(25:10):
You know, we've been seeing him for the longest time
getting the rub off from Ray Mysterio, but then now
these days we're seeing him get a little bit of
a ruboff there from AJ styles and all that. I
like how WWE is essentially trying to say, hey, look,
here's why you need to be rooting for Dragon Lee,
(25:32):
and isn't Dragon Lee cool? Like, look look what this
guy is doing and everything. Yeah, we'll see, we'll see
how it goes. I mean, the verdict is still out
on Dragon Lee, but so far it just kind of
feels like among the wrestling crowd, it's yeah, we see him,
but you know, we don't hate the guy, but we're
(25:54):
not saying we like the guy. We're just we're just
cautiously waiting to see We see him though, but you know,
we still need to see a little bit more, right,
So it's still in that honeymoon period. That's basically the
main gist of where I'm getting at here. So apparently
(26:15):
AJ cut a promo during a commercial break, something that
you all may not be aware of, as in his entrance,
apparently he suggested that someone backstage doesn't want him there anymore.
So whatever that's about, we're going to have to see
(26:36):
where that's going to ultimately take aj Stowles as if possible,
he might be teasing, Hey, look seems like, wwe don't
want me, so I'm going to take my talents back
to TNA, like what's going on with that? It's fun
to speculate. So as long as we say, following up
from what I had talked about over the weekend, So
(26:59):
as long as we stress that's what we're doing. We're
speculating and we're giving a personal opinion. Speaking of Il
Grande Americano, latest tale in Judgment Day, Finn Balor across
some paths with Dominique Mysterio, wanting to know what is
(27:20):
it that you see exactly in El Grande Americano, Like
why is this guy helping you so much? And what
do you get in return? Like what's going on here?
And Dominic Mysterio is pretty much telling him, yo, just
keep cool. Just you know, we got an arrangement me
(27:40):
and him and Finn's trying to get to the bottom
of this. But Dominick isn't quite budgeing. He's not revealing
the master plan so to speak to fim Balor just yet.
And it's kind of funny because we saw Dominick tell
Finn Balor and crew, you know, look, if you guys
(28:00):
really were like that and you had my back, he
definitely would have covered my ass last week. So a
little bit of job talking and trash talking and all
that that's going on in there. Other than that, some
other Oh, USOS Reunited feels like the guys have not
(28:21):
missed a beat. Very happy to see those guys back
together and everything. Bronson, Reid, bron Breaker, b and b
Man pretty much setting up our main event of the
night tonight. That was actually a pretty damn good tag
match with all four of those guys. We'll talk about
(28:44):
that in a hot second and everything. But USOS Reunited,
Bronson tells Broun not tonight. This is pretty much at
the top of the show because Breaker did not appreciate
what the USO's run Rings in Them had did to
(29:06):
the Wise Man, the workle Paul Hayman. USO's message to
those boys in a nut show, well you got a
problem with that. Come see us in the ring. I
mean I basically was it in a nutshell. As we
go further into the show, now I should know there
was some carnage that had came about where La Knight
(29:29):
could not wait and he wanted to get his hands
on BnB and he did, and ultimately this led to
some friction between Jay Usso and La Knight. Like you
hear that and you go, wait, what, Well, if you
stop to think about it, you remember how everything was
developing leading up to Clash in Paris. All the seeds
(29:54):
were definitely planted, you know, makes all the sense in
the world and everything. Later on in the night, right
before the main event match, Jimmy Usso is telling Jay
Whu's Hey, look, you know, not really feeling what's going
on with you here. You're kind of giving me Roman
reins vibes and how you're handling your business and everything.
(30:17):
And you know one thing that you need to remember,
you know, La Night, he's good people and we need
to make sure that. However things play out later tonight
with B and B, we pretty much we got La
Night back, and Jay Huso really was not feeling that,
(30:39):
and he was very quick to point out to jim Nah,
if anything, you're going to have my back, the hell
with La Night. So that rubbed Jimmy, you know, the
wrong way when it was all said and done. And
keep in mind, Jimmy Husso in La Night they had
talked about, you know what happened earlier, and l A.
(31:01):
Knight denied the idea of, you know, we do to
the whole super kick in the mouth thing, right, And
as far as Jimmy keeping l A Knife from beating
Roman back in the day, La Knight's like, you know,
don't worry about that. I'll pretty much do that my
(31:22):
damn self. So kind of interesting the dynamics right on
the one hand, La Knight Jimmy, they're cool. But then
as we had saw with how everything played out in
the main event match, yeah, that was kind of a
big old clusterfuck of what the hell? So, you know,
(31:45):
the main event match there between La Knight versus Big
Bronson Reid kind of interesting how that morph too, because
it seemed like at first maybe we were going to
get a tag match, then it ended up being l A.
Knight and Big Bronson Reid Sjohnson Reid picking up the win.
As in the final moments of the match. Night went
(32:06):
to the middle rope, jumps to the top, hits the elbow,
got a near a fall, then tried going for the
BFT Blufor's trauma that got blocked. Night gets knocked onto
a breaker onto the apron. Then Reid goes for the
Jagged Edge DVD for the three count good stuff, solid
(32:31):
decent stuff right there. Bron comes in postmatch, beating up
La Night. That's when Big Jim runs down there, connects
with a couple of super kicks, hits a spear on
braun BnB. They're working over Jimmy big time, tossing out
Night in the process. Jay's music hits comes out there
for the save, takes a couple of yeat punches there,
(32:53):
breaker superkick for Reed. Bron ends up sparing him as well.
Are stacked up for a tsunami, but then La Knight
ends up hitting Reid with a chair, hits Breaker upside
the head with a chair, pulls up Jimmy, Yo, were good.
(33:13):
Jimmy's like, yeah, man, we good. Next thing you know,
out of nowhere, Jay usso spearing the hell out of
La Knight into next Sunday's NFL games. That pretty much
was it in a nutshell. By the way, there was
a Nicki Bella match, Nicki Bella taking on Oscar I
(33:36):
did not forget about that. We'll talk about that in
a hot second. So look the way this had played out.
As far as the main event match, Yeah, it was
what it was. Not saying that does a bad thing.
I'm not saying that does a good thing. You know,
it was for me personally, I got admit pretty damn short.
(34:00):
Was expecting much more of a main event match. This
was probably the shortest match slash segment because I know
they took a couple of commercial breaks, but just when
you add up the match total, this was definitely one
of those. It really felt like WW was just trying
(34:20):
to be in and out on this one legit. And look,
I'm okay with that. I'm not complaining. If you want
to just some weeks, right, you don't have to go
in with the overkill. Sometimes you can just make your point,
be in, be out. There's nothing wrong with that whatsoever.
Nice build up though, for that, Russell Paluza, I will
(34:42):
definitely give them that. Let's go back to Nicki Bella
one second. Nikki Bella had a match there against Osca.
You know, this was another case of a instant acme
feu Nikki Bella, almost same situation with Penta per se,
and then Osca comes to the scene right throws a
couple of verbal jabs, boom, instant match and everything, Oscar
(35:07):
picking up the win. The solid match, I will say,
coming out of what happened between Nicki and Becky Lynch
from Clash in Paris, this was a better solid effort
by Nicki. It's interesting what's happening with the Nicki Bella
(35:33):
character though. You just can't help but wonder. And I
know you all like the whole conspiracy theories. I hear you,
but you just can't help but wonder. From when Nicki
Bella first made her return and her declaration and we're
just seeing where she is right now and the constant
(35:55):
losing streak that she's been on, you just can't help
but wonder. So what's the long term storytelling that we're
doing here with this character, because I got to tell
you the optics wise, from a fan perspective, it really
(36:16):
comes off as if wwe really isn't sure what to
be doing with Nicky Bella. But then on the other hand,
you could potentially make an argument that Nah, you know,
they've talked to the two sides. They've talked, and they
have a really good understanding of where the Nicki Bella
(36:40):
character where it's gonna end up being in the next
three to six months. So I say that to say,
if you were to spin to me lee eventually Nicky
Bella's gonna turn heel, well, I would say to you, Okay,
So I guess that kind of explains why they're doing
XYZ what how soon of this turnaround where they're thinking
(37:04):
as far as Nicki Bella going the hill route and
then who is she ultimately gonna turn on? But right
now she just feels lost in the when And look,
no matter how I may feel about the Bellas, and
(37:25):
I've always felt Rebella the far better superior wrestler compared
to Nicki, but Nicki just feels like purgatory. I don't
even want to call it purgatory. She just feels like
she's in this weird, this weird plane. You know, I
(37:53):
can't quite wrap my head around it. And it's nerve
wrecking for me because it seemed like she was poised
to do bigger, better things. I'm not saying she was
supposed to be a women's world champion, but it just
feels like ww is still trying to figure out what
(38:15):
exactly to do with her. That's it in a nutshell.
But I tell you what, seeing all these returns and
now with aj Lee being back, I mean, it definitely
pushes Nicki Bella more further into the background and everything.
I'm just saying kind of interesting. There's interesting observations that
(38:37):
I'm seeing there. But the Russell Palooza build, seeing how
that's going to be coming up on September twentieth. What
WWE has been doing these past couple of weeks in
building up to that event, you know, quality wise, pretty solid.
Definitely was filling the whole Rawlins family punk family dynamics
(39:02):
that was playing out here, the USSOS Night issue tying
into their issues with the Vision. I think about that,
all that inner tormil that's going on between Night and
the USSOS, and you still got the vision right still
(39:23):
in the whole gist of it all and everything pretty uh,
you know, some good stuff. Definitely some good stuff that
you could take away from this week's show. Not really
one of the best editions of Monday Night. Raw wasn't
a bad show. I would definitely say it was more
of an average show. This was one of those shows
where if you had the TV playing in the background
(39:48):
and this was on, you really weren't missing anything, you know,
obviously when aj Lee came out and not and by
the way, the shirt looks pretty badass. What aj is
pushing I got to admit, and I you know TAM's
is a huge aj Lee fan. If you listen to
Wrestling with the Topics, you definitely heard that I'm gonna
(40:09):
surprise her in the next couple of weeks. I think
I'm gonna get me Hers and his match in aj
Lee shirts. And yeah, I think that's I think I
know for a fact that she will definitely dig that.
Let's see what you guys had to say about Monday
Night ROW. I'm glad we did not push the show
(40:29):
back till Tuesday. I'm glad that we're pretty much getting
it out the way now. Interesting news that came in
from earlier today, Breaking Bad star Raymond Cruz has been
arrested for spraying a child with a hose. Cruse was
(40:50):
washing his car and asked the girl to move out
of the way when she didn't. She allegedly got sprayed
and believed he did it on purpose. Okay, this is
according to a report by TMZ Okay, kind of weird.
(41:17):
Need more I'm not ready to comment on that one yet.
I need to hear more information. See how you guys
had voted here Twitter at the RCWR show, seventy one
percent of you are giving Raw this Week a thumbs up. Meanwhile,
twenty nine percent of you are giving the show a
thumbs down. Appreciate you guys that voted via Twitter. Let's
(41:40):
see what's going on with you all over on YouTube
host section. Early voting coming in. One hundred percent of
you guys are giving Raw this week a thumbs up.
Appreciate you guys that had cast your vote. Hey, a
little bit of wrestling news that we can get into
(42:01):
here on the show. On a little bit more of
a serious note, I definitely want to take this time
out to wish nothing but thoughts, condolences, but most importantly
prayers to the family, friends, fans, colleagues of wrestler Jonathan
(42:30):
Jaka I believe that's how you pronounce it, or Jacob
at Chavera. So. He was mainly known for the ring
name Jaka or Jacob spelled Jaka. Apparently he was a
beloved figure on the independent wrestling scene. I've seen, like
(42:51):
so many veteran wrestlers share very fond memories of this guy,
and that includes Lo Fisto. He made his his mark
across promotions such as Evolved, where he was a former
Attack Team champion, also Beyond Wrestling, Shakira, CZW, GCW, Progress,
(43:11):
just name a few. Apparently, his last in ring appearance
had came in late August. It was August thirty first
of this year at the Boca Ratten Pro Wrestling event
out in Florida, and just over a week later, he
(43:33):
tragically suffered a fatal heart attack, passing away at the
age of thirty nine. Thirty nine is way way too
young to be going out to a heart attack. Now,
(43:54):
I know that a lot of people, you know, there's
nothing wrong with speculating, So as long as right, I
keep saying that that needs to be part of the
new vocabulary. You know, because you see what happened with
the Wade Barrett situation, which you know, again we'll talk
about it in just a little bit, but that's a
(44:15):
prime example of you know, if you're going to speculate
and give a personal opinion. There's nothing wrong with that,
but you need to let it be known off the break.
That's the direction that you're going in. I know, hearing
somebody dying at the age of thirty nine, that brings
up a lot of red flags. I would imagine some
(44:38):
people are going, YO, is it even possible that, as
far as substance abuse goes, is it possible that something
was I hear you. I hear you. I'm not running
away from it. I hear you. But let me just
say this. What is fact is is this young man
(45:01):
is no longer with us. What is fact is there
is a family that is grieving over the loss of
this man right now. What is fact is there is
a void in the wrestling community right now that is deeply,
deeply felt by his peers, by his fans, associates. We
(45:34):
need to be very, very respectful and very sensitive of
this time right now. And I would like to believe
that when more information becomes available, then it will become
available and if that includes Okay, so we understand he
died of a heart attack, but was there any contributing
(45:57):
factors that led to that heart attack happening? I'm sure
that the family, you know, they'll either or address it,
or it might be a case where they just go, NA,
we just want to quietly bury our loved one in peace.
However they decide they want to run it. We definitely
(46:19):
all collectively as community need to do our part and
honor that and everything. But if you really want to
pay it forward, you really mean well, I would highly
recommend that you go out of your way and you
contribute to the funeral expenses and everything for the go
(46:41):
fundme that's up and about right now, very easy to find.
All you got to do is just type in his
name all go fund me and you'll be able to
find it that way. I'm trying to copy and paste
(47:04):
as we speak, because I want to give you guys
an update on the go fundme tally as it stands
right now, and rest assured, I will definitely be donating
to this later on in the week. So if you
all end up donating, please let me know. I will
(47:26):
definitely give you a shout out and let me look here. Yeah,
shout out to Tony Khan. Tony Khan top donator right now,
kicked in five thousand dollars. Yeah, they're gonna need for
(47:53):
funeral expenses. So it looks like right before he passed
the go fund me that was created. It was created
by Jonathan's brother who mentioned that he was currently in
the ICU suffering a heart attack, remaining in critical condition.
Family is holding tightly the faith, praying for his complete
(48:15):
healing and full restoration. And yeah, that was one battle
unfortunately he wasn't able to kick out of. But yeah,
I would imagine every little bit is going to help
Jonathan's family, not just with funeral expenses, but any anything
(48:35):
regards to you know, the medical stays that gets pretty
expensive after a while. So not only with all this
money that's coming in via go fund me, help with
medical expenses, but also funeral expenses and any you know
loved ones that's you know, unfortunately left behind because he
(48:56):
was supporting them. I'm sure every little bit, you know,
would definitely go a bit of a ways in helping
them out as well. So far, a little bit over
twenty eight thousand dollars was raised. Their goal is to
hit forty five thousand dollars. So again, anybody that donates
to this send me a email thercwr Show at gmail
(49:20):
dot com. Make sure you put the thg in there
and let me know, and I will definitely give you
a shout out on the air if you end up donating.
As I mentioned, I will definitely be donating to this
later on in the week. I do believe that anybody
(49:42):
you know something that I just kind of ruffles my
fetters a little bit sometimes, you know, when we talk
about somebody that died. I've always had to be a
golden rule to never turn that segment of whoever died,
(50:02):
Never turned it into a clip just to make profit
from it. Let it be demonetized. It's basically putting the
word out. That's it, just just trying to pay it forward,
just trying to get the word out. It just rubs
me the wrong way when you know it comes to
monetization over somebody's death. That's just me. To each its own,
(50:26):
But that's just me personally. Little bit of a lighter note.
Shout out to MJF. MJF ended up tying the not
over the weekend to Alicia atout cute little couple. Very
happy for them, congratulations big time. Also shout out to
(50:46):
Wardlow a speedy recovery to him. Remember he recently returned
at AEW's forbid and door well, he is injured yet again.
Tough break, no pun intended, but a tough break for
ward Low. Latest report running around is that potentially Tony
(51:10):
Kany and crew they're going to try to do everything
in their power to see if they can somehow keep
him on television. We'll see how that all plays out.
Speaking of AW, they've announced that later this year they're
going to be returning to the Hammerstein Ballroom for more
(51:31):
AW shows. Honestly, that's great. I know some people feel
a particular way. I think it's fantastic. That's a great crowd,
not to mention the way it looks on television. I
welcome it. I love that AEW is recognizing their strengths
(51:56):
and playing to those strengths, which is performing in front
of a smaller crowd. That is how you should be
doing it. You should not be doing these big ass
arenas and you're only able to bring in about five
seven thousand, no, no, so to be renting out smaller venues,
(52:20):
that's great. I know the past couple of times that
AW has been out here in the nation's capital, for example,
they used to do Oh god, I've lost track of
the name. It used to be the Capital One Arena.
I don't know what the hell it is now. I honestly,
(52:43):
I will always remember it as Verizon Center or at
EMCI Center. I will always remember it for those two names.
But then they started switching up and they started AW
that is, started playing at the Sports and Entertainment Arena,
(53:05):
basically where the Mystics play. It's very much much smaller arena.
And from what I heard and touching base with some friends,
I actually went to that AW event. They were like, yo,
you know, it's it's great, you know, And I was
like okay. And I saw some of the pictures and
that they were sharing with me and all that, and
(53:25):
it was pretty good. It was pretty good. So more
of that, please ae W. You know, I check out
their product. I see some of the things that they're doing,
and I'm not in my head going all right, AW
are doing some things right. They still got a lot
of ways to go though, they got a long haul,
(53:50):
but they got a lot of a lot of good,
promising things. That's definitely working in their favor. Right now,
let's talk about Matt Riddle for Joe Us a hot minute.
Matt Riddle making news in the worst possible way. So
(54:10):
you know, he's been doing these series of interviews and
you know he's been taking shots at CM punk. Oh,
I've talked to a couple of guys, and you know
he's still the same guy. Blood is blow Dad, And
you like, even if it's true, even if it's true,
(54:30):
the guy still been on his very best behavior. When
it's all said and done, he's being a good soldier.
And you know, obviously he's doing something right because ww
was willing to sign his wife, so he he must
not be all that bad. And my god, it seems
like any and everybody connected to WWE what's the right
(54:57):
word I'm looking for, not unpro evoked, but just at
their own accord, are saying nice things about him in
interviews or just randomly saying nice things about him on
social media. And okay, but you know you now you
(55:19):
got Matt Riddle. Oh yeah, aj Lee used to get around.
Well you know where that's true or not, like if
she did, if she did, it's kind of one of
those deals where it's like, yeah, but do you realize
how long she's been with CM punk now? And how
(55:42):
is this essentially relevant? In twenty twenty five like, seriously, Meanwhile,
we've got Matt Riddle, who just a couple of weeks
ago well scheduled to appear at at a Global Wrestling
Kingdom debut show out in the UK. The event was
(56:05):
called a New Kingdom Rises, and it was touted as
a charity event supporting suicide survivors and homeless veterans. Sounds
pretty cool, right. He was advertised to face Simon Miller,
but ended up no showing. Did Matt Riddle. Grado ended
(56:27):
up taking his place. Fans were reportedly refunded for meet
and greets, and concerns were raised over Riddle not returning
his booking deposit initially, so Riddle ended up releasing a
statement in regards to this, claiming the event wasn't initially
(56:52):
presented as a charity and that the travels set up
was impractical. Booked to fly him in Thursday for a
Sunday show, leaving him idle in London for days. He
argued he had other commitments in the US and offered
to fly in later at his own expense. He also
(57:15):
denied refusing to return the deposits. So I may look,
when you stop and you think about all the logistics,
I mean, I think anybody, anybody that has paid attention
a day in their life listening to wrestlers talk about
(57:36):
how they go about booking themselves locally internationally, Like, if
there's one thing that I can hip you younger folks too,
when it comes to these wrestlers, you know, the more
dates that they are able to book for themselves the better.
If they can look at October, for example, and be like, Okay, look,
(58:01):
I need as many dates booked as possible. If it
could be a situation where one night I'm in this
city and then the next night I can just drive
over and then hit this city for this event, Like,
the more dates they can get, the better, especially if
it's a case where they can just drive and boom
(58:22):
boom boom boom boom boom boom. They really don't have
to worry about an airplane and all that other stuff.
So to hear Riddle say, you know, look, man, they
talking about flying me out Thursday, but the event ain't
till Sunday, and I'm pretty much just gonna be twiddling
my thumbs for a couple of days. I would like
(58:45):
to believe, in Riddle's defense, that he did try to
see if there was maybe some other events he could
book himself at, and maybe things just did not play
out the way that he hoped it would play out,
and it was like, yeah, this really isn't going to work.
(59:09):
Not to mention, it wasn't initially presented to him as
a charity event. So again not defending the man, but
I think when you really break it down, you could
definitely see his point of view and everything now now GWK.
(59:29):
They did respond to this. They issued a public statement
calling Riddle's behavior unprofessional, highlighting that flights were approved well
in advance. His concerns only came after the event. Promotions
were delayed and communication breakdowns occurred. Yeah, because they talked
(59:52):
about how they pretty much were being ghosted and everything
by him. They've said he has sin returned the deposit
and offered to reimburse expenses. Yeah that's because you know,
now the guy has pretty much been put out on
blast and everything. Meanwhile, with regards to this backlash and everything,
(01:00:16):
Redto shared a profane video where he denounced critics and
referenced the me Too movement in a dismissive tone and
responds to this a promotion out in South Dakota canceled
his upcoming appearance, citing his comments as incompatible with their values.
(01:00:42):
They also pledged ten percent of ticket proceeds to support
survivors of sexual and domestic violence. So you guys may
be saying to yourselves, why does this matter. There's a huge,
big domino effect when it's all said and done for starters,
(01:01:04):
this drama with oh you know it's charity. I'm going
to be idle for a couple of days. And look,
when it's all set and done, this hurts, It touches
upon and it hurts the trust and communication level across
(01:01:24):
the board when it comes to independent wrestling bookings. I've
had quite a few friends off and on over the
years that have been independent wrestling bookers, and you know,
a lot of these deals that are made, you know,
usually it's a case of you know, well, hey, look,
(01:01:46):
if you want to book me for your show, like
I'm down, but you know, you got to give me
at least twenty percent of what you're going to be
paying me, you know, as a as a deposit, you know,
and then you got to give me the rest the
day of the event. And however it's worked out between
(01:02:07):
the respective parties. But like typically there is some type
of a deposit that is put down. Very seldom, very
seldom will the wrestler go, okay, you can book me
and just pay me when I show up to your event.
Very seldom will that happen, right, So it is all
(01:02:27):
a verbal type of arrangement. But then also you know
something sometimes something will be written up right, But like
most times, you know, there's definitely a case where there
is some type of exchange of money and everything. You
(01:02:50):
also look at things from the charity angle perspective. You know,
that definitely adds emotional tension. All also adds public scrutiny
into the mix as well. And Riddle's remarks when it's
all said and done, his remarks like, no matter how
(01:03:15):
you cut it, definitely there are real world consequences, right,
and as a result of that, promoters that's not just promoters,
but conventions as well that are going, Yeah, let me
(01:03:36):
just kind of distance myself. And so I know, for
I think Matt Riddle is still involved in the MLW promotion,
but there's a reason why we still haven't seen him
in aew and probably never will. You know, there's a
reason why when you're looking at other promotions and you're
(01:03:56):
wondering what's going on. That's because all of these other promoters,
you know, trust me, they're watching, they're taking notes, and
they're all just rubbing their chins and they're going to
see see that shit right there. That's why we're staying
away from this guy. And way for this guy to
just continue to just dig himself a hole where ultimately
(01:04:22):
nobody's really gonna be fucking around with him. And you know,
let me tell you something. When all you have is
your name, which is your brand, that is your traveling brand,
your face, your name, that's your brand, and when you're
doing stupid shit like what Matt Riddle is doing. Now, look,
(01:04:42):
you can have to be Devil's advocate on the side
of Matt Riddle. You can feel however you want to feel,
but you should never ever ever ghosts anybody. I don't
care what it is, don't even be doing And when ah,
I don't feel like responding to this right now, I'll
(01:05:05):
do it tomorrow or the next day or the day after. No.
First of all, don't procrastinate. Don't procrastinate as soon as
you are thinking about it. Hey, you know what, I
just realized this really in good I would rather. I
would rather, and I'm practicing what I'm preaching. There has
been many times over the years, even in twenty twenty
(01:05:28):
five where I go, you know what, I don't really
feel like doing this, And unless I am sick. The
only time I will the day of an event I
will cancel out on something is if I am sick
as a dog. Something just really came up and I
just cannot do it. My friends and family will tell
(01:05:52):
you though, if I can help it. These days, I
give people as much heads up of a notice if
I can't do something like days ahead of time. Shit.
I remember some weeks back there was somebody that I
wanted to hook up with to get some additional ink
(01:06:13):
done on the same arm and everything, and I must
have booked him three weeks out. Nice guy. Word of
mouth is how I came across him, And when it
was all said and done, I booked him like three
weeks in advance. I got to the week of and
(01:06:37):
it was maybe four days before my session with him,
and I had to back out. I couldn't tell you
now why I backed out, but it was definitely, you know,
something really important. I messaged him. I apologized profusiously, and
he was real cool about it. He was like, yo,
(01:06:58):
I just appreciate you. And he told me straight up,
he said, Lee, I just appreciate the fact that you
hit me up with you know this, many days of
a notice. And he was like, most people don't do this.
He was like, either most people tell me the day
of and like an hour or two before they're due,
and then I'm kind of left going what the fuck,
(01:07:20):
or they just ghost me. They just no call, no show,
and I never hear from them again. He's like, so,
I really appreciate you, you know. And he was like,
anytime you're ready, He's like, just let me know. I'm like, yeah, cool,
no problem. So I'm actually gonna be working with them
in a couple of weeks, you know. But it's you
want to have all your bases covered. You don't want
(01:07:40):
to give anybody any ammunition whatsoever, right, And if you're
a person like Matt Riddle, now you gotta work twice
as hard to let the motherfucker know. No, no, no,
you got it all wrong. That's not how I am.
I don't roll like this, you know. You know, no, No,
you do good doing business with me, you know, I'm
(01:08:02):
I'm right, you know, and let's talk. Wade Barrett talked
about this over the weekend with TAM's and it was
amazing to see the initial report that was put out
there and the website regurgitators as I like to call them,
(01:08:25):
you know, it just it warphed into this weird thing
that was just what the fuck? Okay, So, in case
you missed it, Wade bart what's going on here? I
(01:08:49):
love that Dam's just sent me a text passage that
was actually pretty funny. So PW Insider they got the
ball rolling and they put out a report and they
have sense followed up on this report. The power of
always waiting until more information comes out. Read this to
(01:09:14):
you by Mike Johnson of PW Insider. As announced last
night on SmackDown, Corey Graves and Michael Cole will be
calling that brand now. This is a report that was
put out over the weekend by PW Insider on their
(01:09:35):
Elite section. So the only way you were going to
be able to see this was if you had a
paying subscription, all right, because this piece of news was
behind a paywall. This report goes on to say Wade
Barry will be off the road going forward for a
bit PW Insider Elite dot Com has been told you
will not be calling RAW either, so it's not a
(01:09:58):
commentary change. Some have asked if this has fallout of
Barrett's comments about Nikki Bella at the Clash in Paris
event pre show, but we haven't confirmed this is the case,
and I don't believe it to be the case. Bella
(01:10:19):
noted on her podcast she wasn't thrilled about Barrett's comments
about her age at that show and stated he avoided
her at RAW. Barrett stated on Twitter he didn't avoid
her and would be happy to speak with her, then
noted they had spoken and the issue was squashed. We
(01:10:42):
are sort of the current plan is for RAW to
remain with Michael Cole and Corey Graves, so Graves went
back from being moved from the main roster announced team
to being back on shows. Barrett is not gone from
(01:11:03):
the company, and we are told he will be back,
but not in the next few weeks. So this was
the initial report, right. You wouldn't know that because the
way some of these wrestling regurgitator websites operated. You know,
if I were to say to you, Mickey got hit
(01:11:23):
by a car and it sent her rolling over the
top hood. You tell a second person, and by the
time you get to the tenth person to repeat that,
it goes Mickey got hit by a tractor trailer and
(01:11:49):
her body ended up flying about twenty feet in the
air and then hitting the pave and another car ran
over her and split her up open big time. She's dead.
(01:12:10):
That's what happened with this report about Wade Barrett, so
Mike Johnson recapped at He goes on to say, despite
our report being very much forward and easy to follow,
somehow on social media, specifically Twitter, which has a wealth
of accounts aggregating news regurgitating is what I like to
(01:12:33):
call it, that failed to actually have reading comprehension. At
the same time preach, this was twisted into claims we
reported Barrett's announcing run was done, which led to reports
he was gone from the company and that Nicki Bella
was somehow to blame, all citing our report, even though
(01:12:57):
our report specifically stated we did not believe there was
any connection. Barrett and I both responded on social media
pointing out those reports were wrong. Once we did so,
the offending account that started the false story just deleted
(01:13:19):
their tweets, so they still made money on their lies
via their tweet impressions, then deleted the statement citing p
w Insider, of course without even an apology. Given how
many outlets picked up on the incorrect versions from social
(01:13:42):
media and have yet to correct them, I have been
shaking my head for days at all of this utter stupidity.
So if you see anywhere claiming we reported Barrett was
removed from Announcing and or gone from the company, creditingpwinsider
dot com, it is total, absolute trash. We've been asked
(01:14:09):
about Joe Tessa Tour. He has other commitments to college
football and will be back when his schedule allows. Well,
as we saw from tonight's Raw, Joe Tessa Tour was
on commentary tonight for Monday Night Raw. So that doesn't
(01:14:32):
mean that that last little part of what Mike Johnson
said was wrong. He did say, just to go back
to literally what he just said, will be back when
his schedule allows. Well. His schedule obviously allowed him to
call the action for Raw tonight. I mentioned this story before,
(01:14:52):
but you know what this reminds me of. This reminds
me of the interview that I did years and years
and years ago with H Shawn Michaels not to bore
longtime listeners, but when it came to the interview with
Shawn Michaels, I remember there's this one question I asked
him where I said, Hey, if Triple H ever asked
(01:15:17):
you to come out of retirement and be his final
opponent opponent for you know, his farewell match, you know,
would you do it? Would you would you entertain that?
And Shawn Michaels said something to the effect of, well,
you know, I haven't talked to Triple H in a while.
(01:15:40):
And I'm paraphrasing, but Shawn Michaels pretty much was like,
you know, he's been busy with WWE and you know,
his family, and I've been busy doing my own thing
and all that. Like, so we haven't spoken a while,
but you know he knows anything that he needs. You know,
I'm there for him, you know. And Sean my kind
(01:16:00):
of gave like this, you know, I'm not saying yes
to that. I'm not saying no to that. It's just yo,
if he ever hits me up, like, I'm gonna listen
to the man, right He's like, I'm gonna listen to
them because that's my best friend. Man. Next thing, you know,
by the time it goes through these regurgitating sites, this
(01:16:24):
shit becomes Sean Michaels and Triple H have a falling out.
They have not spoken in years. There is a riff
between them and apparently WWE and I mean, it was
all kinds of weird, fucked up shit and I'm like,
wait what And I guess ultimately word got back to
(01:16:49):
Shawn Michaels and his people because when I try to,
you know, personally reach out to Sean to apologize were
the bullshit that was going on, the guy ended up
blocking me on social media and all that shit. And
it was like oo, I tried, you know, reaching to
(01:17:13):
his publicists and all that let them know, Hey, look,
this wasn't our fault. You know, we're innocent here. And man,
I can't tell you the amount of websites that I
went after. I won't. Why are you reporting this shit
like this is fake news? Like did you even listen
to the actual interview? Like the interview itself is only
(01:17:35):
I think we talked to Sean Michaels for like ten
or eleven minutes, and I'm going did you even listen
to the fucking interview, because nowhere in there and some
of these regurgitating websites had the audacity to go, well,
you know, we just caught one site. Actually, the webmaster
(01:17:57):
for at that site, he actually says to me, quote unquote,
we just copy the news. That's all we do. Even
more the fucking reason why you should be cross referencing,
because if you're really serious about reporting and doing some
form of journalism, you definitely should be fact checking your shit.
(01:18:18):
There was only one wrestling site, which were the folks
over there at Wrestling Inc. From back in the day.
They were the only ones. Okay, cool, They were the
only ones that the initial report that because I gave
(01:18:41):
Wrestling Inc. The transcript. I hit them up first with
my interview clip and the transcript, and they ran with that.
And yet somehow, by the time it got to some
dumb fuck wearing you know, some dumb fuck likes Big
(01:19:04):
Boobs and wrestling dot Com, and they decide they were
going to tweak, you know, certain parts of the transcript
highlights for their little news article and turned it into
right then, fifty gazillion websites copied off of that. Rather
than Wrestling Inc. Wrestling Inc. They were so cool though.
(01:19:30):
They did damage control and I told them what happened.
They were like, we got your back, well, we got
you and they put out this really cool statement saying,
you know, you guys may have seen over the weekend
there was a bogus report that went around saying la
da da da da da da, And they did damage
control for me. I'll never forget that. It was like
one of the coolest, kindest things because they could have
(01:19:52):
easily been like eh, but they were like na, na,
we understand, Like we got you covered, right because it
was a huge spread of misinformation. That's what we got
right here with this Wade Barret situation. A huge case
of spreading uh misinformation. That's why I always tell you guys,
unless you hear it directly from the source. And kudos
(01:20:13):
to Wade Berry for jumping out there, not even waiting
a day, you know, and he even said, look, normally
I don't dress crap like this, but you know, here's
what's going on. It's just you know, going on vacation
like this was already planned out months ago, Like that's
all I'm doing. I never believed, not once, and you
(01:20:36):
didn't see me talk about it on social media. I
looked at that ship. I laughed. I scoffed at it.
I scoffed at it. I remember TAM's was poking picking
on my brain. She was like, what do you think
about this? This Wade Barry thing. She's like, you know,
what do you think about that? I said, Ah, it's nothing.
(01:20:58):
She's like, you sure, it's nothing? I said, most likely
vacation unless you hear it straight from the source. Like
people like, if you're going to speculate, you're going to
have an opinion, there's nothing wrong with that, so as
long as you state that. But we got to be
very careful how we're treading in this day and age.
(01:21:18):
And trust me, that's not me just being all high
and mighty or you know, that's not coming from somebody
that doesn't know you're talking to somebody that you know,
you're talking to somebody that is currently a major in journalism. Okay,
(01:21:40):
I'm currently majoring in journalism. Already got my degree in
media production. Now I'm trying to get my degree in journalism.
You know, very important when you're fact checking and all that. Like,
and even at that, even granted when you're fact checking
and all of that. You know, there's gonna be times
(01:22:01):
where you think you have the whole story and you're
reporting nothing but the facts, but then something can happen
with that piece of news. You got to be able
to adjust in real time. Doesn't mean that you're right,
doesn't mean that you're wrong. You just got to learn
how to adjust in real time accordingly staying on top
(01:22:23):
of that news and everything. But you know, you definitely
need to be very transparent and hey, this is a
developing story and all that. So I say this to
say we all definitely need to do better. You know,
(01:22:44):
there's some people that's actually doing it right, you know,
but I tell you what, Man, for all the good
that is done, for all the good that is done
and reporting, always that one bad apple that fucks it
(01:23:05):
up for everybody. It shit like that bogus piece of
dues on Wade Bart that gives a black guy with
the boys and the girls in the locker room that
still have that mindset of you see that type of
shit right there. That's why I don't like granting interviews
(01:23:29):
to some of these motherfuckers, especially the ones with the podcast. Now,
It's why I don't like talking to them. I would
actually prefer doing something with one of the actual boys, right,
or just not saying anything at all, right, one of
those type of deals. Food for thought. Hey, shout out
(01:23:55):

I've been checking them out, Bob in my head, just grooving,
(01:25:04):
just grooving. I gotta talk to them and find out
what's going on with an app because they need to
like work on an app already, and I think they
might be doing a little something behind the scenes in
regards to that. As far as quick programming notes go,
nothing planned, nothing planned. I know SmackDown is gonna be
seeing the return of the Beast incarnate brock Lesner, John Cena,
(01:25:29):
I believe is gonna be appearing on Raw next week,
So that's gonna be kind of interesting to see how
that all plays out. I don't know. We might do
a SmackDown post show. I don't know. I'm not gonna
pull you guys either. I'm just gonna if I decide
I want to randomly do a Friday night SmackDown post show,
(01:25:50):
We're just gonna randomly do a SmackDown post show. But
in the meantime, I definitely want you guys to be
kind rewind check out previous episodes you might have missed
on demanding on the down loads where your podcast. You
can also get at me throughout social media using the
same key words The RCWR Show I will definitely be
doing a new edition of Wrestling with the Topics. Make
(01:26:12):
sure you're staying connected to the YouTube channel and the
TikTok channels. I'm gonna be uploading some more foody reviews
and some motheror cool stuff in between for you guys
to check out. Oh yeah, before I get ready to
dip out real quick, I know you pet lovers out there,
you'll get a kick out of this if you're like
me and you're trying to do Is that a mosquito?
(01:26:33):
Is that a mosquito that looks like a mosquito? I
think that was a mosquito. I would get a mosquito
right as I'm about to go off the air. I
just hope that the mosquito doesn't like come back in
my line of sight again, because you guys will definitely
see me trying to kill this damn thing before we
go off the air. You pet lovers are gonna love
(01:26:55):
this though. So all three of my yr kies they
have been getting long hair. I mean it's just been
getting longer and longer and longer. One of them gets
tangled up big time. They got tangled up hair a
big time. And it's like, and I said, for the
(01:27:19):
longest time. Gotta get some clippers. Gotta get some clippers.
Gotta get some clippers, Gotta get some clippers. Ended up
getting a nice pair under twenty dollars. I got this
on Amazon, and the quality of these clippers feel really,
really good. I was able to shave two of my girls.
(01:27:42):
I didn't want to do the third one, the youngest
of the bunch, Holly. She's already a scared little thing
despite being two years old. Now. She just had a birthday,
so that makes her fourteen years old if you're keeping track.
I didn't have the heart to put these clippers to
her because I knew that would just make her really
(01:28:04):
agitated and all that. She's a sweetheart though, Like if
you just sit her right in front of you and
you take some scissors and a brush, she is nice
and calm. She'll let you do whatever you're trying to do.
But man, if you try to bring some clippers near her,
or you try to bring one of those vibrating buffer
(01:28:27):
nail joints so you can kind of sand the nails
that she don't like any of that crap. So she's
the most sensitive one of the bunch. But my other
two Yorkys. You know, one was a little stubborn, but
for the most part the other two and they just
went with the flow. I was able to get off
so much hair with these. I am not getting any
(01:28:52):
money by plugging this. I don't even have know what's
it called. Use my Amazon url, nothing like that. These
are he pets. Maybe that's how you pronounce it. He
Pets Clippers runs about seventeen dollars in change. Quality feels
pretty good. It does not feel cheaply made whatsoever. And
(01:29:17):
what I really like about this kit that you get
is it's got this really great dow setting. Unfortunately you
guys can't really see it, but it's got a dow
setting where you can click it so that however deep
you're trying to go into that cut for your pet,
you can definitely do that. And let me tell you, man,
(01:29:41):
if you just go in with this as it is
right now, you definitely are going to be picking up
a decent amount of hair. Let me tell you, so,
you gotta tread lightly. They give you a nice pair
of scissors, they give you a comb, They give you
about I think three to five guard clips. So if
(01:30:04):
you're not trying to make your pet ass bald. You know,
that's where the guard clips come into play. You can
kind of play around with that, you know, and everything.
But oh and they even give you a charging cord
and all that, as you can see right, so they
even give you all that. So if you're like me
and you're trying to find a really good deal on
(01:30:26):
some pet clippers, I definitely would encourage you guys to
check this out. And if you know anything about me
by now, like, especially when it comes to Amazon products,
I like going for stuff that has like at least
a four point five if not higher, and like a
lot of people have bought it. And for these pair
(01:30:48):
of clippers, these are seventeen dollars and ninety nine cents.
It's got a four point six out of five stars.
This is based on over one thousand reviews. I will
continue to keep you guys posted on my journey with
these clippers. But I love them so far. He pets
(01:31:11):
dog clippers that's spelled h E A as an Apple
PS and Paul E. T. S. So again, I don't
have no Amazon r l lank, no affiliate link. I'm
not being paid by these guys. I'm a customer at
the end, of the day. Go check these out. You
won't be disappointed. And just to kind of give you
(01:31:32):
an idea, like how one of the girls looks right now,
let me just hi, Hi. Let's see you guys are
gonna be like Lee Lee, she's too she's too butterball
necket there. Let me just show you one of my
kids real quick. So here's so, here's Chloe, Hi, lou,
(01:32:00):
lady high. So as you kind of see, I mean,
I went a little bit too happy with the clippers.
That's what I get for picking you up. So as
(01:32:20):
you can see, I went a little bit too uh
to hogwhile there with the clippers. But she feels like
a freaking a freaking smooth. She's smooth as a baby's bottom.
I'm loving it, man, I love it. She's she's so smooth,
she's so smooth. And then let me show you how
(01:32:42):
how we did Precious real quick, give me Precious, now,
I did Precious better. Precious feels like the smooth interior
of car seats. That's how she feels right now. It's
really interesting how Chloe feels one way and Precious feels
(01:33:05):
another way. It's really interesting, all right. So so now
so now we got Precious and Precious, hi, Precious kind
of light wood? What am I doing? You usually don't
pick me up here during the shows. So Precious kind
of has a bit of a better cut. And I
say in the TAM's I said, I said, babe, I said,
(01:33:25):
not for nothing. I said, I think I now know
how uh Precious felt the way. You know why Precius
felt the way she felt when we first got her
last year. So she just got a hair cut and
she was like yeah yeah, and we were kind of
felling after I gave her a cut yesterday. It's like, yeah, yeah,
that's what's going on. So I did okay with Uh,
(01:33:49):
I did okay with with Precious here, didn't I Yeah,
I did pretty good. I did pretty good. But you know,
if I could like give you guys one piece of advice,
it would be time it perfectly if you're gonna do
it right, cause you know, if you're trying to cut
(01:34:10):
off a whole bunch of fur, you times of the essence, like,
if you're not doing it this week, you might as
well should just let them chill until spring of next year,
and if anything, just take some scissors and trim up,
because you know, wintertime you know, it's like literally right
around the corner. I thinking about maybe three more weeks,
(01:34:30):
we're about to hit that fall weather, so gotta be careful,
all right. So that's gonna do it for me. Do
you want to say goodbye?
Speaker 2 (01:34:38):
Hun?
Speaker 1 (01:34:39):
Huh? You want to say goodbye to everybody out there?
You want to make a let.
Speaker 3 (01:34:42):
Them see your cute little face real quick, say bye everybody.
Thanks for tuning in. My daddy will be back with
you guys next week or actually this weekend for an
all new wrestling with the topics.
Speaker 1 (01:34:55):
I tell then wishing all you ought to be safe,
most importantly, be kind to one another. See you guys
next go around. Take care of y'all peace. Thanks for listening.
