November twenty fourth, twenty twenty five. We are minutes removed
from an all new wwe rall come one, come all.
Appreciate you guys that's hanging out with me for this

(02:12):
Monday night, especially those of you that maybe you're about
to gear up for your holiday travels. Maybe it's gonna
be in a couple of hours, or maybe it's gonna
be tomorrow. However you're doing it, and whether you're checking
me out right now or you're gonna be checking this
out for one demanded on the downloads. I appreciate you
all as always manage removed from an all new ww'

(02:35):
all coming to us from Oklahoma City, got an exclusive
poll up on Twitter or I still call it twil
I kind of refuse to call it exit this point,
but yeah, at the RCWR show, you can cash your vote.
We'll poke our head in there later on during the broadcast,
see how y'all had voted for tonight's ra all. This
was the go home show as remember this weekend is

(03:00):
Survivor series war Games. Yeah, Thanksgiving weekend, we got ourselves
a pl event. Yes, I will be here with you
guys for sure live whenever that event wraps up. In everything,

(03:20):
we got some interesting developments that came out of tonight's
WWE Raw. Of course, the biggest biggest piece of news
coming out of Raw is the concern for Penta, as
Penta was greatly injured. We'll talk a lot more about

(03:41):
that in a bit. We actually, you know, normally we
don't play WWE footage because I am just in fear
of copyrights and all that. But I think if we
do it in a way where we're doing it for
educational purposes, but most ordan LYE we're only showing a

(04:02):
few seconds of a snippet of a particular match, and
our volume for that particular footage that we're showing it's
all muted. I think that we can do this and
we should be in the clear. So we're definitely gonna
play for you later on in its entirety the injury

(04:23):
and in question and everything and try to might make
sense out of what all had happened. I hope your
weekend was good, minds. I can't really complain, honestly. I'm
in the final stretch of my first semester working towards
my journalism degree, and it's so funny because I was

(04:46):
studying for a couple of things. I have a exam
that's going to be coming up next Tuesday, so not
this Tuesday, but the following Tuesday, which is I think
going to be December second, And then I have a
paper that's due as I'm gonna be chronicling the life

(05:06):
and career of veteran news anchor Jim Vance and his
impact on the Washington, DC area specifically. And the few
people that I've spoken to about this piece, they've been like, Ooh,
this is gonna be a written piece of It's gonna
be a written piece, Like I gotta get a copy
of that. You gotta give me, because people are like

(05:27):
really starting to fall in love now with my writing,
and that's cool. That's cool, but I'm working on that.
I was working on leading a class discussion tomorrow for
a book by Tobias Wolf called In Pharaoh's Army. It's

(05:48):
a great read. I highly recommend you guys check it out.
I have my questions laid out because I was supposed
to be leading our class discussion and everything for about
half the class talking about a particular chapter in this book.
I submitted my questions to my professor earlier tonight and
I told him, I said, look, if there's anything as

(06:09):
far as the questions go, that we should maybe trim
so I can just jump right to these key questions instead.
I'm open ears. And then within minutes I find out
that that class is canceled because he didn't like to turnout.
There was today for one of his classes. And it

(06:29):
was like, yeah, well, what did you expect? Like you're
talking about the week of Thanksgiving, what did you expect
there's gonna be tons and tons of students. That's probably
not really gonna be ah, so it is what it is.
So basically, long story short, I thought I was gonna
have classes tomorrow, but I don't. So this actually works

(06:50):
good for you guys because it means we can do
a little bit of a longer show for you guys
tonight and everything. So that's great. We're all opening up
with romans see mpunk Cody Rhodes. That was a hilarious
joint in itself because let me set this up properly.
This isn't a long window either, and it ties into

(07:11):
what Austin Xavier Woods, I'm sorry, Xavier Woods. It ties
into exactly what he was talking about on social media.
So at about fifteen minutes before roll comes on tonight,
I go, I wonder if I got enough time to
take a shower, and I'm looking, I'm thinking about it.

(07:34):
I'm thinking about it, and then finally it just said, look,
you think any longer about it, the damn show's gonna
come on. So just going ahead, hop in a shower, now,
get it over with, Like, okay, cool. I wanted to be,
you know, nice and fresh and everything, so fill revigorated.
So I go hop in a shower. I BSU not.
I come out the shower definitely a little bit more

(07:57):
than fifteen minutes past because by the time I'm looking
at the clock, it is eight ten and I'm going, oh, man,
I've already missed the first ten minutes of raw. Oh
I hope that I didn't miss anything. Oh well, you
know I can always rewind. By the way, did you
guys notice on Netflix you can no longer rewind and

(08:20):
say you missed like the first fifteen minutes and you
want to start from the beginning. Now they are slapping
the commercials on. You think that maybe you can fast
forward and just kind of do what you've been doing
in previous weeks. No, now, when you fast forward you
get ad breaks as well. Those sneaky, slicky little bastards

(08:44):
of Netflix. Just how they hit you up with that.
But it is what it is. I turn on Netflix
and Roman reigns. I guess apparently he took forever getting
down to the ring. I'm like, wow, I didn't miss anything. Okay, well,
I guess that's good. Yeah. I love what Xavier Woods

(09:04):
had said on social media. He was like getting his
hair done and everything. He talked about how it was
at least like about ten minutes for Roman to get
to the ring, and he pretty much echoed the same
sentiments all boat for Cody Rhodes and everything. It was
kind of lengthy, like it really was. So the whole

(09:24):
point of what I'm saying kind of take that for
what it's worth going forward. If you hear that, so
and so it's supposed to be opening up the show,
you know, Roman or Cody or You're like, oh yeah,
that's like a ten minute answer. And so if you
want to go check the mail, do some laundry, take
a quick shower, you literally can't do that, and you
ain't missed a damn thing. True story. So anyway, things

(09:50):
really start popping once Cody gets in there, Cody Roman
chopping off at the bed. Cody says to him, Hey, look,
you know we know about each other's past. You know,
it's all good. All I know is I'm just curious,
what's your incentive for being involved? Like what do you

(10:11):
get out of all this and everything? And Roman told
him straight up, Hey, look, I have an invested interest
in my bloodline and the USOS, and I'm trying to
make sure that is paid in full. I've had a
personal interest in these guys since day one, So that's

(10:34):
my family. And he was like, before they were your
friends and all of that, you know, they were my bloodline,
so of course you know this involves family. I'm going
to be involved in this. So what Cody says to him, okay, well,
welcome to my team. I just thought that was kind
of interesting hearing Cody say that, and right before I
could even finish my thought on that, because I just

(10:58):
kind of heard that, and I say, you know, well,
certain the other champion might have some choice words to
say about that, and sure enough, Yeah, leave it up
to cm Punk to come out there and take issue
with what Cody had said and pretty much putting Cody

(11:18):
in his place, letting him know, yo, do check this out.
You are the champion for the other show, so basically
you are quarterback two, and right now I am quarterback one.
This is Monday night Raw on Netflix. This is not
the USA network, you know, so yeah, you need to

(11:39):
keep that in mind and pretty much get behind me
and everything. Roman is seeing all this bickering that's going
on back and forth and everything. Roman just pretty much
tells them both straight up, Hey, look, all I know
is I'm in. What do you guys like or not

(12:00):
I'm in. I'm trying to do the damn thing. It
don't matter whose team this is. All I know is
that Belt would look pretty damn good around my shoulders,
to which he rolls out the ring. Cody and Punk
are trying to figure out, wait a minute, which belt
is he talking about here? Like what the hell? USOS

(12:21):
let them hear it later on in the night because
they were like, yo, like, we saw no unity out
there whatsoever. And the only guys that has any type
of unity on this damn team is the USOS, to
which they volunteered themselves to go into the war Game's
main event. Match was a war Games advantage match that

(12:43):
was our main event for tonight and everything. Winning team
of this obviously gets the war Games number advantage and
all that. So they volunteered themselves while Cody, Roman and
Punk try to figure out how to get to their

(13:03):
kumba Ya moment and everything, if you want to call it.
That led to an interesting poll that I put out
on social media. Wanted to know, hey, fam, what's going
on with you all as far as what championship or
ships would you maybe want to see Rum and Rains
go for. So let's go to that exclusive poll right now.

(13:25):
It's over on Twitter at the RCWR show. If you
want to go cash your vote, you could definitely do
that right now. So here is how it is looking
right now. I've got three options for you wall both
of them in a three way, so both titles on
the line make it a three way match, and then

(13:46):
we have let rum and go after Cody's title, and
then we have an option for Cumpunk's title. Oh, hang
on a second here, that's kind of weird that, Hi, guys,
I saw we were kind of going there for like
a couple of seconds. All I did was switch tabs,
So I don't know what's going on with that. Let

(14:07):
me try that again. It's kind of weird, like nothing
weird should be happening with the internet stability and all that.
When I'm switching tabs, it's kind of kind of weird.
I'm actually going to be reaching out to customers support
for these guys that were with and find out like,
what is going on because I'm noticing that for the

(14:28):
past consecutive weeks weeks stream wise, it's been getting interrupted.
Nothing's wrong with our internet connection either, So I hope
that I can get some type of a definitive answer
with them, like as far as what is going on,
how long do you expect for whatever is going on
behind the scenes to last and how much longer will

(14:50):
I be impact it? Because if it's going to be
a continuation that the stream continues to get interrupted in
some form like every single week, then it's kind of
one of those deals where I go, well, let me
go ahead and test out the waters elsewhere. Anyway, So
we got three options for our poll, Option one, CM

(15:12):
Punk's title, Option two Cody Roads title, and then option three,
both of them in a three way all right, both
titles involved three way match right winner takes all essentially,
So twelve percent of the votes coming in, I see
you all selected Cody Rhoads. Meanwhile, thirty seven percent of

(15:35):
you said CM Punk's title coming in top dog right now,
fifty percent of the vote both of them in a
three way. Yeah, So it really definitely like when you
take a step back and you think about this question
that WWE is essentially posing here, you know, which championship

(15:57):
is Roman Rings talking about and then kind of gauging
you guys and seeing where you all's hits are at
in everything. Is it safe to say that Roman Reigns
coming up at next year's WrestleMania, that he is going
to be involved in a world Championship match, is it

(16:18):
safe to say that's going to be happening for him?
Is it a lock? Or do you fans have the
mindset of not so fast. We think we're good for
now on Roman Rains with the World Championship, you know,
we want to see some other people maybe slide on

(16:38):
in there. And then here's the other question that you
have to ask, because it's a multi layer thought process here, right,
So if you do put Roman Rains back in the
position of being a world champion, is his reign going
to be as long as? I don't think so. I

(16:59):
mean that was just of a reign that we have
saw last go round. I don't think we're ever gonna
see that happen again. But does Roman hold on to
the championship assuming he wins it at next year's WrestleMania,
does he hold on to it just long enough to

(17:19):
help elevate maybe say someone like a bron Breaker or
Goingther or you fill in the blank. Or are you
guys just not seeing Roman Reigns touch that World Championship
at all in twenty twenty six. It's very multi layered.

(17:41):
I mean for me personally, Look, I'm okay if you
put a scenario about where Roman somehow challenges for one
of those world titles. Now do I see Roman Reigns
winning a role umble? Because this is what you gotta

(18:02):
really think about. It is Triple H and crew. Have
they just revealed to us what direction they're thinking about
going in as far as the Royal Rumble goes? Are
we looking at the twenty twenty six Roal Rumble winner?
And then, as part of asking that question, are fans
gonna be okay with that? Or is there gonna be

(18:25):
a great divide or we're gonna have half the fans
for roaming reigns, but then the other half are going
to be like this is a wasted pick, like this
should be going to somebody else. Hey, that's interesting. I
thought I had my hat on. Normally I have my
hat on. Sorry about that, guys, hang on, hang on here,

(18:46):
let's put the hat on. Let's do this right here
we go. That's better. I thought I was having my
hat on the entire time. I did not know I
had my my little nightcap hat on. But no, that's
seriously to the quest that you gotta think about though,
is uh God, it's tricky, isn't it? Like really stop it,

(19:10):
think about this. WW has a way of messing with
our heads and all that sometimes, But we really could
be going in a direction where Roman reigns. I think
it's safe to say for that twenty twenty six Royal Rumble,
it's gonna be him part of the final four, Like,
there's no doubt about that. But then it becomes but

(19:31):
does he win the Royal Rumble? I honestly, I hope
that Roman Reigns is part of the final four. But
I would love to see someone get a shocking, shocking
upset on him, tossing him over the ropes, getting it

(19:52):
down to the final three, or hell, just it could
be Roman versus whoever. Let it be down to the
final two, and that person does the unthinkable, which really
makes you wonder, could that person that wins the World Rumble?
Could he be Sammy Zain. Now, Sammy Zain's kind of

(20:12):
been a bit out of sight and out of mind
these past couple of months and everything. I think a
lot of people are starting to fall asleep there a
little bit on Sammy Zay. So yeah, but I don't
think Roman's gonna be touching the World Championship bell, at
least on the road to WrestleMania. By the time we

(20:33):
get to WrestleMania, I don't think Roman reigns is. He
may be involved in a world title match, but that
doesn't mean he's going to become the champion. So just
kind of have that thought process in the back of
your head. Of course, I could be totally wrong. That's fine.
Some other crazy things may happen on the road to WrestleMania.

(20:54):
We'll see, we'll see. Uh. So that is that then. Uh. Also,
we had a hilarious Dominick Mysterio segment. As Dominique Mysterio
I was talking trash about John Cena, talking about how
he's gonna win back his Intercontinental Championship at War Games

(21:17):
this weekend. This prompted the music of John Cena to
play Joe tessitur Wade Barrett selling the hell out of
the fact that John Cena is gracing the folks with
a bonus appearance and impromptu appearance here for Monday Night.

Speaker 1 (21:35):
Raw.

Speaker 2 (21:35):
Well, hold on a second, because we got a Temu
version of John Cena that even might be an insult
to Timu at this point, you know, but it is
what it is. No, we got a special little person.
That's my way of saying, you know, a dwarf for

(21:57):
you know, a midget. You know, gotta be careful in
twenty twenty five because you know, you're really not sure
what the correct terminology is and everything, especially when we
got that guy from guy what was that Game of Thrones?
We got that guy that's running around I can't think
of his name right now. Somebody's gonna pop in the

(22:17):
chat and go le it's and I appreciate that if
you do it while I'm live on the air, because
that's when it helps. It's usually when I pose a question,
I get it once the shows are on demand and
by then I've like already looked it up and it like,
so it doesn't help me anymore. But if you guys
want to type away once you're watching this one demand,
go ahead. I'll still show you some love. But yeah,

(22:39):
you gotta be careful with these eggs. You're just not sure,
like short challenged. I don't know what do you call it,
but yeah, you know, basically a person the size of
horn Swaggle almost came out there dressed as John Cena.
There was even a guy that came out as the cameraman. Stew.
So you had a mini John Cena and a mini
Cameraman stew that both came out there, Oh many cans

(23:03):
there you go. Hey, there's a mini cans. I love
mini cans. Give me a mini can, a ginger real
mini can, a diet soda. It really hits the spot.
It really does like you're having yourself half the pleasure
of a soda as opposed to a full can. Because

(23:24):
let's be honest, when you have that can of soda,
you're not gonna drink unless you're really really thirsty. You're
not gonna drink all of it in one sitting, right,
You're gonna take about half of that. You're gonna let
it chill on the counter or chill in the fridge.
It kind of loses that a little bit of pop,
doesn't it. I mean, really start to think about it.
But anyway, Dominique Mysterio having a little bit of fun

(23:47):
with this whole segment. I don't know if dom was
kind of breaking character because it kind of seemed like
he was cracking up a couple of times under his breath.
I don't know if I'd like to believe that this
was a segment that was already he knew what was
coming and all of that, but maybe it was just

(24:09):
a case where, you know, he just saw how it
all finally came together and just kind of was lost
in the moment, but looked like he was kind of
it looked like he, damn near was about to just
stop his promo and just have a hearty ass laugh,
and I was loving it. Kick the hell out of

(24:33):
the Minnie John Cena was ultimately forced. I think ray
ray I remember right. I think Raymond Stereo ended up
coming out Dominic Mysterio pretty much was retreating after that.
Raymond Stereo stuck around though he had a match against

(24:54):
JD McDonough. Boy that JD. That JD is on a roll.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Man.

Speaker 2 (25:01):
I'm telling you as far as the dark Horse of
twenty twenty five, I really I legit cannot wait to
see how you guys vote when we get ready to
open up the Lee Sanders Wrestling Awards. For those that
don't know, when we do the Lee Sanders Awards, it

(25:22):
is all open ended. I come up with the categories.
I don't give you guys any picks. It's just open ended.
I just say dark Horse of the Year. You guys
type in your answer, I just tally everything up, so
it's that wide open. So I can't wait to see
who you guys vote for for dark Horse. But I

(25:45):
just feel like, hands down, JD, he definitely should be
getting this. If it's not j D, I'm gonna be
very very curious to see who you all end up
voting for and everything. But yeah, JD, Ray mysterio fun match,

(26:06):
some solid stuff right here. You know, Ray Ray seems
like he hasn't lost a step, and if anything, it
kind of seems like Ray Ray is operating a little
bit faster these days. I don't know if Ray has

(26:27):
been working more on his cardio, stepping, jogging, hitting a
treadmill more or what. But Ray Ray, you know, he
is just he's moving really really good. I really got
to commend him for that. And j D is always

(26:48):
putting in another classic. Love this match. This was definitely
one of my huh my ring doorbells going off? Hang
on here, guys, Oh wow, neighbors are running around kind
of late here. I love this new ring update. You
can now get a little description letting you know what's

(27:09):
going on and everything. All right, So anyway, so we
talked about that match up. Where do we go from here?
Just checking my notes, getting some more stuff what we
want to talk about. We had a phenomenal matchup of
the entire night. This was definitely the match to watch.
You have not watched this match yet, you definitely need

(27:31):
to go when you get a chance, assuming that you
got your Netflix hook up, go check out this match.
Gunter versus Carmelo Hayes, John Cena Last Time is Now tournament,
you know quarterfinals match that we had right here. God damn,
this was good. This almost took up the entire hour

(27:56):
because remember everything opened up with John I wish it
was John Cena, but everything opened up with Run and Rains,
Cody Rhoads, seem Punk. By the time all that was
pretty much over and done with, then we went to
this first match of the evening, and this match factor
in the commercials. It almost took up the first hour.
I love that the producers for this, bookers of this

(28:20):
really let this match breathe on its own and everything.
This match right here reminded me and I hope that
it reminded a lot of people that when you book
Carmelo Hayes properly and you really play up to his

(28:45):
truest potential. The man is undeniable, extremely gifted, extremely talented,
and you know, we look, let's be for real, we've
seen him in a little bit of a slump ever
since he went from NXT and you know, he was
down there on SmackDown myself. I know many of you

(29:09):
all have found things to be really promising for him
on the Blue brand. And you know, it's funny because
there used to be a time where we looked at
that Blue brand and we would go, oh, well, hey,
they don't have to worry about being sandwiched in over
on that raw show. They've got enough time over here

(29:29):
on the Blue brand to really grow and and you
know show that you know they're capable of XYZ And
it just seems like for the longest time, honestly, just
right between the eyes, no bull, it just seemed like creatively,
no one was trying to figure out Carmelo Hayes. That's

(29:52):
just how it honestly came off to me. So I'm
glad that things have finally started turning a corner for
the better here for Carmelo Hayes. It's funny because when
I think about the fact that as far as like
NXT guys. Go, we had Javon Evans, you know, who

(30:14):
is definitely a NXT guy. You know, you were looking
at him and you were really hoping that, yeah, maybe
this guy could advance a bit further in the tournament. Sure,
Goomter just he just felt stranger things, crazier things have happened.
But to see that Javon Evis was going up against goother,

(30:34):
You're going, no way, no, how So then you're looking
at Carmelo Hayes and you're going, well, he still has
that NXT you know, residue on him, despite the fact
that he's been a SmackDown guy, you know for a minute,
or a main roster guy for a little bit. Now,
you know, many people kind of still see him as

(30:54):
a as an NXT guy. He just kind of felt
originally when you were looking at the brackets, well, one
of these two guys, as far as like you know,
future starter tomorrow or whatever, between these two, one of
them's got to continue to advance, right But then now
you know, neither one of them advanced. So it's, uh,

(31:14):
it's crazy. It's crazy when I think about it. But
Gunther's been back now for a full week, and you
look at the two opponents that he's faced so far.
I mean, if we thought that the match with Von
Evans was something, I dare say the match with Carmelo
Hayes tonight was even better than what we got with

(31:36):
Gunther last week and everything. So I will admit to
you guys, Carmelo Hayes, like as far as if you
ask me, like, what's really kind of lacking with Carmelo
Hayes a little bit? I think honestly it's the fact

(31:56):
that the character is not more flushed out. I mean,
don't get me wrong, He's got the catchphrases down. Mellow,
don't miss I am him, you know he I mean,
he's got the catchphrases. It just needs to be a
case where I think right now will really really help
him is he's getting some really good rubs off and

(32:19):
I think what they did tonight is the beginning of that.
Right before they just had him kind of floating around there,
they had him spending the longest time with the Miz,
and you know, sadly, when it comes to being paired
up with the Miz, I look at that as one
of those things where you know, it's essentially well, we

(32:43):
don't really know what to do with you, So we're
gonna stick you with the Miz make it work, and
uh yeah, if you can somehow kind of survive that,
then we'll, you know, we'll give you a second look. Now.
At least, that's just how it's kind of come off
to me in the past whenever I've seen somebody kind
of paired up with Miz and everything. But that did

(33:05):
him no good. It did not do him any wonders
being paired up with Miz for as long as he
was paired up with him. This match with Gunther and
just the reactions that I was seeing for Carmelo online
afterwards WWE, they need to continue to build off of this.

(33:28):
Otherwise this match with Gunther, it would be for nothing.
I mean, make no mistake about it. Gunther is a
future multi time WWE World Heavyweight Champion for many years
to come and everything and to night. Definitely on this

(33:50):
night for sure, as what Gunther had did last week
against Javon Evans. Okay, now we've got the spotlight on
these two young guys. Okay, ww Okay, bookers, Okay, Now
it's up to you guys to continue to build off
of those right will wwee rise to the occasion and

(34:13):
all that. Only Tom is going to tell, But they
definitely are going to be some damn fools if they
don't seize the opportunity. I can definitely promise you that.
Let's see from there, let's talk about the Let's see,
I'm trying to figure out where I want to go
with this. Should we talk about well, I mean, since

(34:36):
we're right there, nah, let's teach you just a little
bit longer. Let's teach you just a little bit longer.
So we had Becky Lynch, Kabooki Warriors, lash Legend, Nya Jacks,
Becky Lynch pretty much leading away on her trash talking here,

(34:56):
putting all these girls over for her team, while at
the same time trash talking Ria Ripley aj Lee el Sky.
This was pretty much a repeat almost of last week.
Saw a nice little throwdown shin dig that went down

(35:20):
between all the girls, essentially put in the spotlight for
their Women's War Games match. Right, Let's not forget Lexi
Bliss Charlie Flair all up in there as well. By
the way, there is a new little vignette that WWE
has started teasing on social media, saying in four days.
A lot of people were under the impression, oh, this

(35:41):
means that a not Alexa Bliss Tiffany Stratton is getting
ready to come back. Some people are going, oh, it's
it's a new female that's gonna be debutant. No, no, no,
we're basically going to be getting is the female version
of what we've been seeing with c Punk, Cody Rose,

(36:03):
Triple H, Paul Haymon, Roman Reigns, that whole little wrestle
Mania video package. We're pretty much now going to get
the women's version of that. I'm down for it. But
you guys, I love seeing your crazy conspiracy theories that's
out there. I mean it's good, don't get me wrong,
it's really good stuff. But when you really take a

(36:24):
step back and you think about it, it's about time
that the women got their own little version that they
can show off and all that. So that went down. Also,
the new Intercontinental Women's Champion, Maxine Dupree not in action
this week, but boy seems to be a lot of

(36:44):
people that are interested in coming after her. We saw
the likes of Rox and Perez get in her face.
We also saw Ivy Now get in her face as well,
so it's nice to see already that we've got these
challengers that our disbelief that Maxine Duprie is the champion

(37:10):
and they're essentially trying to step up and essentially goh,
this woman that's a champion. Nah man, she's a fluke
Like Remember what I had said from last week. I said, Yo,
this could be some type of a Cinderella story here
where Maxine Duprix continues to defy the odds in somehow

(37:30):
retaining her championship and all that, Lady Luck continuing to
be on her side and all that. So we got
that development little video package for Stephanie the care hyping
up her match against Nikki Bella. That really was it
for that. Let's jump right into it on that note,

(37:51):
because at this point we only got really one more
match to talk about, which is the main event, and
then that's pretty much it. Let's talk about Solo Sokoa
taking on Penta. This was the other quarterfinals match for
the John Cena Last Time is Now tournament introductions were done.

(38:14):
I mean Penta came out fireworks, out the Ying Yang
looking like a stud. You know, I had to take
a step back and really think about this, you know,
Penta arrived in WWE January of this calendar year. I
have to keep reminding myself that, because it feels like
we've been watching him in WWE much much longer, but

(38:40):
not the case at all. So Solo Penta their match.
It gets underway, We're probably about I would say, three,
not even four minutes into the match, and Penta does
this horror karana off the I'm trying to think how

(39:04):
he set this up. I believe he did the horror
karana while running on top of the wall barrier over
by the fans, so fans pretty much sitting in front
of the hard camera he's running on there, kind of
leaps off of it, does a horror korana on solo.
So CoA pretty much lands on his left shoulder. You

(39:26):
don't really think anything of it. We go right to
a commercial break. It lasts about three minutes, give or take.
We come back, we see Solo, the cameras on Solo
as we basically get word that Penta, you know, is

(39:47):
unable to compete. He can't continue with the match by default.
Solo so CoA has one and we're going, what the hell.
And at this point you're hoping that maybe We're going
to see some type of footage showing like what we
missed during the commercial break, and the only thing Joe,
Tessa Tour and the crew would say is, yeah, Penta

(40:09):
did a horror karana and kind of landed on his
left arm. So for those of you that didn't watch RAW,
I definitely want to go ahead and show that footage
now and provide some commentary over this. I've seen Penta
do this move so many times, by the way, so

(40:29):
many times I've seen him do this move, and you know,
it's just honestly, I know some people are gonna like
try to blame Penta or blame who's trying to think
who the guy is? Oh my god, I'm trying to

(40:50):
think of his name right now. I'm getting ready to
call him something else, and I know I shouldn't be
calling him that because that's not his name. I gotta
look at my show notes here see if I can
find his name Solo Tala Tala Tanga or as I

(41:11):
like to call him, Tala Tanga. I don't think, you know,
it was a situation where he was supposed to be
involved and somehow kind of no, it was just a
freak accident. When it's all said and done. But anyway,
let's see how I can do this here, perfect, perfect, okay,

(41:32):
and I'm talking at the same time. Okay, good, So
let me just make sure that so both of these
are going to be playing at the same time, and
I can just provide audio commentary, so that is great,
all right, So as you guys can see, actually, let
me make sure there is yeah, perfect, yeah, I just

(41:54):
played it back. I want my monitor here, all right.
So as you can see, we got Tala, who's kind
of right behind solo, and then we've got Penta just
as I said, on top of the uh you know,
a little guard barrier there. So let's go ahead, let's

(42:14):
play this, okay. Tala backed up their solo, Talla acting
like he was gonna take the uh Tala. I don't know.
I don't know what Tala was doing there, man. I
guess he decided. Oh man, I guess I was supposed

(42:37):
to uh fall or something. Whoa, I don't know about that.
But let's see if we could somehow. I want to
try to slow mold this. There's no way I can
hit slow mode on my end, but I do have
a little bit of a loop here so that's great too.

(43:00):
So let's just pause. Okay, all right, So there's his leap, Okay,
there's that flip. We're just going through the motion here, Okay,
little turn, okay, and he's already landing on that left shoulder.

(43:26):
As we can see, he landed on that left shoulder
pretty damn hard. It's just a freak accident, that's all
it is. It's a freak accident. I mean that thud

(43:49):
if there was a sound effect, you know, when his
left shoulder hit that cavas you know, you know there
was a thud. Yeah. Now, no, some of you guys
are going, wait a minute, there's supposed to be that
Sammy Zay against the MFT there. There's supposed to be

(44:11):
that six man tag match or SmackDown this week and everything.
But there's plenty of ways you can get to that point.
You understand what I'm saying. I believe in my heart
of hearts this was not supposed to happen at all.

(44:31):
I truly believe in my heart of hearts Pender was
supposed to win this match and go up against Gunter.
I really do, because I mean, look, think about it
for a second, guys. It makes no damn sense to
see two bad guys going at it in the tournament.

(44:54):
It makes no sense whatsoever, you know, And the way
WWEE has a sense actually kind of mapped out this
last time is now tournament. You know, to their credit,
you know they've made sure that, Okay, we're gonna take
a good guy here, we're gonna take a bad guy there.

(45:14):
And matter of fact, let me just make sure I'm
looking at the tournament bracket. I really got to have
the tournament bracket on standby so I can just look
at it. Okay. I think WWE is gonna hook me
up with the bracket. Yes, I got the bracket. Okay,

(45:36):
so I'm looking at the I'm looking at the bracket here,
good guy, bad guy. Then you but you had Seamus
and knock Amore essentially two good guys, okay, Zach Ryder,

(45:58):
La Night, essentially two good guys. Okay, hang On Penta
good guy, Finn Balor, bad guy, Dolf Ziggler indifferent, Solo
so CoA bad guy, Gunter, good guy, Carmelo Hayes bad guy.

(46:19):
And now you've got two bad guys and Solo so
CoA gooter going at it. Remember La Knight is going
to be taking on a new mystery opponent. From what
I understand, SmackDown. If it hasn't been recorded yet, it's
about to be recorded, and there's gonna be some spoilers

(46:39):
out that's gonna you know, basically, I don't want to
know the spoilers. I want to just experience it in
real time and just kind of go from there. So
please don't spoil it for me and everybody else. Let's
just find out all at the same time and everything.
But I mean, it's a really freak accident. I mean,
I just I want to play this again for people.
That's just like I'll tune it in. I mean, here's

(47:01):
the spotting question and Pentajus, I mean that is just freaky,
just freaky. Like I said, I've seen him do this
move so many times. I don't think WWE is pulling

(47:24):
our leg on this one. I mean, you know, something
is kind of when WWE doesn't even have it be
relayed to Joe Tessitur and crew. You know, hey, the
latest word on Penta or hey, stay connected to us
all throughout social media and our website will be providing update.

(47:47):
Like they didn't even do any of that. They just
powered through and act like the damn thing didn't even happen.
So speedy recovery to Penta. I mean, that's a really
really tough tough break. It really really is. It absolutely sucks.
You know, again, I'm reminded of what I just said

(48:08):
to you guys a couple of minutes ago. You know,
Penta hasn't even been in WWE a year. Won't be
a year until January twenty twenty six. But I mean,
he has really really been one of the brightest spots
in WWE for twenty twenty five. I mean, when I
really take a step back and I think about, like

(48:31):
some of the positives, when I think about some of
the positives in twenty twenty five, definitely as far as
like big breakout year goes, Penta has had that year
and just undeniable, just undeniable. Love the guy. Every time
I see this guy in action, it's like, Okay, I know,

(48:53):
I'm gonna get a pretty good, solid ass entertaining match.
I'm gonna get a really good performance out of this guy.
You know, he's holding up pretty good on his own.
And it's just a tough break. I hope it's a
situation where he's not going to be out for an
extended period of time. It would be easy for us
to like sit here right now and speculate, like, I mean,

(49:16):
the best case scenario, you know, maybe it's a little
bit of a spring and he just got to take
it easy for a couple of weeks. That's the best
case scenario. Worst case scenario, he might need some surgery
and he might be gone for about six months. So us,
whatever's going on. You're a Pento fan, keep the man

(49:39):
and your thoughts as far as a speedy recovery goes,
and you know, definitely send him some shout outs and
all that. I'm sure he'll appreciate it. So we had
one more match of the evening and that was our
War Games Advantage match. That match was between boy Logan

(50:01):
Paul this week. Don't get me wrong, you know Logan
Paul mixing it up there with the Vision Paul Hayman.
I mean, that's great, but it just seems that now
Logan Paul is it feels like he's in his Chris

(50:22):
Jericho phase. And I don't mean that in a complimentary way.
You know, I kind of think about when Jericho first
came to WWE, and he's commented on this sense, you know,
but like when he first arrived, he was overly animated
with the facial expressions and all that, and it just

(50:44):
seems like Logan Paul is really doing way too much.
You know, he's just naturally, he's just let him do
his thing naturally. It just felt like this week he
was doing way too much with his backstage segments. I

(51:04):
wasn't really a fan of that a ring wise though,
no issue whatsoever. Rare treat too. By the way, we
got to see Logan Paul on involved in a televised
match like he was actually wrestling. You know, it's a
rare treat right there. Men's War Games advantage match Drew
McIntyre and Logan Paul taking on Jimmy and j Ousso

(51:29):
numbers game. All got involved here at the end from
both sides, minus the exception of rock Lesnar. Final moments
of this, when Logan Paul ended up rolling up Jimmy
getting the three count pretty much setting up McIntyre and
Logan Paul for the win. Good way to get the

(51:50):
advantage in favor of the vision there and everything, especially
adding to the mix Rock Lesner on that team, Like wow,
these guys got the huge, huge advantage, and it seems
like these guys are all on the same page. It
seems as though their egos are checked at the door. Meanwhile,

(52:10):
you've got fractures that's happening with Cody, Punk and Roman
and all them, Like, how can these guys possibly coexist
with one another? Like what the hell? Right? Nice little
brawl starts to rupt. Roman Rings comes out there pretty

(52:32):
much trying to clean house and everything. Ultimately brock Lesner
comes out. Now you've got the full teas for this
war games, this men's war games that's gonna be going
down this Saturday. Everything pretty much exploded in a fistfight,
pretty much going off the air, all about setting up

(52:56):
Survivor series for this final role. Go Home Show thought
it pretty good in the most part. Fans really bringing
in the energy from Okay see for this episode. Definitely
got to give it up to them vibrant bunch that
was in attendance. By the way, shout out to the
one fan that had the one sign that said Roman
Rains is delicious. I just popped so hard. Like I've

(53:19):
seen my fair Shriff signs. I've never seen one for
Roman Rains quite that explicit, you know that that specific
every Hey, I popped hard here in that. Let's go
to the poll see how you guys have voted for
raw tonight. Go to Twitter at the RCWR show. Oh,

(53:43):
by the way, I would be reminisce if I did
not mention when brock Lesner came out, he had a
slipping fall while making his entrance, and the way he
rebounded with the slip and fall, you know, you know
normally he kicks his foot up and he does the pyro, well,
you know he does that, and he slipped backwards and

(54:04):
somehow Brock was just able to turn it into a
little rolling ball and it was a nice little it
was a nice little save. I gotta say. Paul Hayman
was just busting up, you know, laughing, and Brock was
having a hearty laugh. Brock's just all about, you know,

(54:27):
good laughs and everything. As Brett Hart likes to say,
brock Lesler, you know, her number of good things about him,
the ultimate professional, unlike Bill Goldberg. Yeah, apparently Bill Goldberg.
I don't know why this is trending, but apparently Brett
Hart did an interview with some guys overseas and for me,

(54:50):
I just kind of call it the Brett Hart's greatest hits.
You know, I've heard for the longest time Brett Hart
say that Vince McMahon and Sean Michaels were gay la, Like,
I know, it's crazy nonsense. I know, I know. I
just I'm just looking at that going so, what else
is new with Brett? What else is new with him?

(55:13):
I'm not gonna even I love Bread. I will always
love Bred That's all I gotta say. I'm not gonna
say anything bad about Brett Hart because that's messing with
my childhood. And I met Brett Hart a couple of
years ago. I think it's now been two years ago
that I met Brett Hart. Let me think. Let me

(55:34):
think for a second. Has it been two years or
has it been one year? Tams would know she's got
a better memory. I wouldn't be surprised if Tams goes, no,
it was a year ago, But it feels like it's
been two years ago. Highlight of my life, I tell you,
meeting Brett Hart. So, no, I'm not gonna say anything
bad about Brett Hart. Nope, nope, nope, You're not gonna

(55:55):
make me. No, say what you guys had to say
about Rall though. See Twitter poll at the RCWR show
right now, I'm seeing twenty five percent of you gave
the show a thumbs up and a seventy five percent
of you gave it a thumbs down. I kind of
question that. I definitely questioned that. I don't really know.

(56:18):
That seems a little little suspect to me, really a
little suspect. I mean, it was a I would say
it was an average episode. Definitely give it a thumbs up.
They got the job done as far as setting up
to the Robbers series and all that. I mean, if
I had one little caveat really for me, it just

(56:40):
sucked what happened there with Penta. Wow? Am I thinking right?
There was no women's match on the show tonight? Am
I hang on here, just go back and look at
my notes here. But if I'm not mistaken, there was
no women's match tonight. Uh yeah, guys, yeah, girls, there

(57:08):
was no women's match tonight. That was a first. That
was a first. I guess they said, Yo, we got
this great women's segment, that's all that's in need it. Hey,
we kind of teased the upcoming match with Nicki Bella
and Stephanie Vicaire. Hey, we kind of tease what's going

(57:30):
on there with Maxine Duprix. Our Women's quoto was met.
I guess that's how they're kind of looking at it,
but looking at Survivor Series just kind of give you,
guys the card that's coming up this Saturday, as it
stands right here TONIGHTE Robbers Series War Game November five,

(57:53):
we got ourselves Stephanie Vikier versus Nicky Bella singles match
for the Women's World Championship, John Cena versus Dominick Mysterio
for the Intercontinental Championship. Ria Ripley, Eel Sky, Alexa Bliss,
Charlotte Flair, and Nia Jacks versus Lash. Hang on Nope, Nope, Nope, nope,

(58:16):
hang on, Ria Ripley, Eel Sky, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair
and aj Lee versus Naya Jacks, Lash, Legend, Kubooki Warriors
and Becky Lynch Women's War Games match. And then we
got the Men's War Games match with CM Punk, Cody Rhodes,

(58:37):
the USOS and Roman Rains versus The Visions, bron Breaker, Bronson,
Reed Logan, Paul Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar. Now, as
far as match predictions go, I will get into that.
I am going to do a special sometime Tuesday afternoon.

(58:58):
I'll do a YouTube short for I'll say Tuesday afternoon,
early Tuesday afternoon. If you're connected to YouTube, you'll get
the notification and you know, boom enjoy. I'll probably put
a different version up on TikTok as well. I've actually
been enjoying playing around with some of the editing features

(59:20):
and all that from TikTok so. But yeah, YouTube, I'm
definitely gonna make sure that gets first DIBs and all that. Hey,
speaking of YouTube, I had a lot of fun, by
the way, doing the fourteenth anniversary show. I did not
plan on that show being as long winded as it
ended up becoming, but I didn't mind because not like

(59:40):
I had anything planned for the next day. I purposely
wanted to just hang out and appreciate those of you
that ended up checking out the show, whether you were
hanging out live or you ended up checking it out
for on demanding on the downloads. Appreciate you guys. As
officially we're now celebrating, well, we celebrated officially this past Friday,

(01:00:06):
because this past Friday. For those of you not aware, again,
fourteen years of the RCWR show. So we had a
fourteenth anniversary show, and then I couldn't help but notice
the episode numbers. Pretty soon we're going to be coming
up on episode number twelve hundred. Yeah, twelve hundred is

(01:00:30):
like literally around the corner. I think we're like less
than ten episodes away from that. So I gotta figure
out if I'm maybe going to do something for episode
twelve hundred, like as far as like special gas goes
and all that other good stuff, I'll have to wait

(01:00:51):
and see how that's going to play out. But yeah, yeah,
it was a lot of fun, man, a lot of fun.
So let me give you guys my thoughts on ae
W Full Gear. I did watch the event from over
the weekend. There was a lot of things that I
thought uh ae W had did right. I'm not going

(01:01:16):
to do a long drawn out review, I will say
to you guys, with what AW had did with a
televised blooding Guts edition of Dynamite and then to pretty
much follow up ten days later and do a full
gear event. You know, I appreciate Tony Khan being acts

(01:01:41):
during the media scrum Tony, you know, what's your thought
process with these pay per views? You know that's going
as long as they're going, you know, are you entertaining
the idea of trimming the time back a bit? And
because look, when you factor in that full gear zero

(01:02:01):
hour that came on like an hour before the actual
pay per view, So when you factor in that bonus
hour and then you look at the time when the
actual event went off the air, you know, you got
a pay per view that basically you know, it's not
going off for like five five and a half hours.

(01:02:22):
And Tony Kahan did say, you know, hey, look if
we could somehow have our events come on a little
bit earlier in the afternoon but still kind of run
about the same time, like, you know, that's fine, but
if we have him run much earlier so that you know, yeah, sure,

(01:02:44):
And it was nice to hear him at least acknowledge Yeah,
that would be kind of nice if we could. But
he also pushed back on the length of the events,
and not for nothing, but it also tied into his
interview with Ariel Hawani, which we'll talk about in a
little bit, and his whole thought process for why he

(01:03:05):
does what he does. When it comes to these pay
per views and all of that. But some things I
saw from this pay per view where I just went,
you know what, we can do less of this, Like,
no matter what Darby Allen in that insane spot that

(01:03:26):
he went through in his match with Oh my god,
who the hell was that? Who the hell was that?
Hang on here, let me see if I got that match.
I don't think I have that match. Let me pull
up the card here. But there was an insane spot
and those of you that watch Full Gear you know
exactly what I'm talking about where Darby Allen was basically

(01:03:50):
tossed over the shoulders top of the side apron and
he just landed back first onto the matted floor. I
just looked at that and I cringed, and I just
said stupid, like we don't need to be dude, seriously,

(01:04:10):
like I no, Like, just don't do that, Like the
hell are you thinking? Man? Wasn't it against Roderick Strong? Yeah? Yeah,
I think it was a one on one match there
against Roderck Strong. I just looked at that and I
was not a fan of that particular spot. Hang on here,

(01:04:32):
I'm trying to pull up the match. No, it was
Pack forgive me. It was Pack. Pack had defeated Darby
Allen singles match. This was supposed to be a straight
up wrestling match. Pack ended up having the numbers game
come in. Maybe the reason why I was thinking about

(01:04:52):
Roderick Strong because there was some type of interference that
kicked in there. I don't know if Roderck Strong got
involved and or Wheeler Da, but somebody got involved in
pretty much helped Pack with the victory there. But yeah,
that for me, there's some things that I want. I

(01:05:14):
love Darby Allen. I think the world of him. I
think he's talented. I love his stare death in the
eyes no fear like I love that. But learn from
Jeff Hardy, you know, and just you know, just if
you're gonna do some stupid shit, just do one stupid thing,

(01:05:39):
one crazy spot per event, Like I wouldn't even be
doing anything on regular TV, it's just not even no.
Just save it for the pay per view. That would
be my whole message. And if you're Tony Kahan looking
at that spot from the pay per view weekend, definitely
going forward, you just want to be like, hey, anything

(01:06:01):
that you're thinking about doing, you got to make sure
that you're running it by me and that you're getting
my approval. Otherwise we're going to have a problem. Straight up,
I didn't watch any of the pre show matches. I
tried to check it out. All I was seeing was

(01:06:23):
Renee Piquat and Jeff Jarrett doing a whole bunch of talking.
So I don't know if I was supposed to have
it on a different channel, but I didn't see any matches.
When I was trying to watch Timeless Love Bombs Tony Storm,
Mina Chikawa Shirakawa defeating the Babes of Wrath, Willow Nightingale

(01:06:44):
and Harley Cameron, Sisters of Sin Julia Hart, Sky Blue,
Meghan Bain, Marina Shaffir. Four way tag match winning team
choose a stipulation for their semifinal match in the inaugural
AW Women's World Tag Team Championship Tournament. It's kind of
playing out how I mentioned. A couple of weeks ago,

(01:07:04):
when we were going over to brackets, I said to
you guys, you know what, I'm really liking the idea
of Tony Storm and Mina Shirakawa. Look for them. I
think they could be the girls that go all the
way in this tournament so seems to be the case
right there. I'm still rooting them on. FTR Cash Wheeler
Dax Hardwood defeated Bandido Brody King to become the new

(01:07:29):
AW World Tag Team Champions. Pretty damn good match. Great
strong showing there too by Bandido. I like how FTR
was just pouling it on Bandido towards the end, and
in true face of defiance, he just staggers to his feet,
gives both FTR guys the middle finger, and then they

(01:07:53):
just lit his ass up to pretty much win the
tag titles. It was pretty good. Rick Kochet winning the
Casino Gauntlet match for the inaugural AEW National Championship. We
are now seeing pictures of this ae W National Championship.

(01:08:18):
We have also seen images of the NWA National Championship
and you just can't help but go, damn, they look
just alike, what the hell? And look if you want

(01:08:38):
to say, man, this shows how Tony Kahn is not
so connected to what's going on with other wrestling promotions
around him, the lack of doing proper research, making phone
calls and finding out what's up before. Yeah, you can

(01:08:59):
definitely go in that route. There's really no excuse for
it whatsoever. If there really really isn't. I wish I
could try to defend that, but I can't. I really can't,
because look, and at the same time, there's so many
titles that's being introduced right now, Like, yeah, anyway, Kyle

(01:09:23):
O'Reilly defeating John Moxley, no holds barred match. Now, here's
where I'm starting to have a little bit of issues.
Here's where I'm starting to have a little bit of
issues right here. So I don't really know if it
was a wise decision for AGGYW to do a no
holds barred match and then a no disqualification match, and

(01:09:48):
then a steel cage match. I don't know if that
was really a good thought process for them to have
all three of those things be loaded up there on
one card. I think, honestly, if everything would have just
been a tent pole and ultimately setting up your steel

(01:10:11):
cage match for the AW World Championship, I think that
alone would have definitely sufficed there. But again, it kind
of goes back to Tony Kahn's whole thought process, which
we'll talk about a little bit with his interview with
Aria Hawane. Mark Briscoe defeating cal Fletcher no disqualification match,

(01:10:34):
becoming the new TNT Championship. Remember, had brisco loss, he
would have had to join the Don Kallis family. Damn
good showing by Mark Briscoe. Been watching this guy for
like a lot of years, and in recent memory this
was I haven't seen him take this much. This much,

(01:10:59):
I don't want to say torture, but as far as
like everything he physically went through in this match, I
don't think I have seen a match quite like this
in some time. I probably would have to go back
to the retro roh days to really be able to
pull that one there. But yeah, of all the matches,

(01:11:20):
this was definitely one of my most favorites of the
entire night. Josh Alexander and the Young Bucks defeating Kenny
Omega and Jurassic Express for the one million dollars cash prize.
There trios match. Don Callus thinking that he had the

(01:11:43):
Bucks on the dotted line after they won this match,
as the rest of the Kallis family was beating the
crap out of Kenny Omega, Bucks weren't feeling what they
were saying, went out there helped Kenny Omega. So looks
like the Elite are officially back together after all this. Meanwhile,

(01:12:06):
Chris stat Lander defeated Mercedes Monette to retain her a
W Women's World Championship. Thank god, thank god. Now I
know Mercedes was trying to add belt number fourteen there.
You know, don't even get me started on the home
Mercedes Monette and the belt collecting. And we should be

(01:12:30):
seeing a lot more from other promotions being brought in.
This is all I'm saying to aw more promotions. You know,
these promoters that have their belts on Mercedes Monet, Like
there should be a deal with Tony Kahn where you know,
their best talents are coming in and they're challenging Mercedes

(01:12:52):
Monette for the championship, you know, rather than well, whenever
Mercedes is able to slide you guys in, she'll go
in and she'll defend the championship like you know, and
then we're barely seeing any footage of Like that's how

(01:13:13):
it's a win win situation. Okay. Like, if I'm a
promoter and I want to try to see if I
can somehow work with Tony Kahn to have Mercedes Monette
show up at my promotion and you know, take my
belt and you know, she goes back to AW with it.
I want for you know, my top three four five

(01:13:37):
talents to come on over to the AW promotion and
you know, challenge Mercedes Monette on television and even it's
a case where Mercedes Monet wins. Like Hey, at the
same time, my promotion is getting the exposure that it's

(01:13:59):
supposed to get, and at the same time, my top
stars they're getting the TV exposure that they need to
be getting well representing my brand at the same time.
And so that's going to create a nice domino effect
where people are going to check online, you know, see
what my promotion is all about, see what the next

(01:14:20):
event is, and everything like that. Especially if you could
even open it up and have some color commentators maybe
you know, I know, not all color commentators are good,
but if we can somehow at least, hey, here's one
of the voices of in certain name of promotion that
Mercedes Monet is representing that title for Yeah, that way

(01:14:44):
they can kind of feed the viewers at home what's
been going on with that respective promotion in recent months.
All of that, again, it's a great win when situation,
it's a great win for AW obviously, but it's definite
a great win for that promotion that you know, it's

(01:15:05):
really starting to become a running gag that we got
going on here with Mercedes Monete. I had came up
with this image a couple of days ago where I
have these promoters that are chasing Mercedes Monet and Lucky
from Lucky Charms, and I've got them saying, catch Lucky

(01:15:27):
and Mercedes, we want our Lucky Charms and our titles back,
you know, because it just feels so goddamn one sided,
right and everything that I just laid out for you
guys right now. This isn't coming from somebody that's complaining.
This is coming from somebody that wants to see good

(01:15:51):
business done on all sides and done in a way
where nobody feels slighted. You know, nobody feel because when
I look at Mercedes Monette and everything that is happening
with her basically outside of aew and everything, I look
at her as a big ass banner that reads your

(01:16:17):
ad here all those championships that she's running around with.
I mean that's like literally how I'm looking at it
right now, and you gotta think about it to like
any promoter that's looking at that and they're going, yo,
you know we got to get in on that. I mean,
you really got to stop and you really got to
ask yourself, well, yeah, I really got to get in

(01:16:42):
on it. But am I really getting my money's worth?
What am I really really getting out of this? And
is it really helping my brand? Is it helping me
sell tickets? Is it really? And I tell you what,
And I just might end up doing this. I just

(01:17:02):
might end up quietly reaching out to some of these
promoters that are currently working with Mercedes Monet and just
you know, I asked them off the record, or just
be like, yo, I'd love to ask you, just anonymously,
like do you feel you're benefiting or is it one sided?

(01:17:24):
And see what their honest opinion is. You know, I
know one of my friends from a long time ago,
he doesn't do it anymore, but one of my friends
from a long time ago who had a wrestling promotion,
Me and him used to talk, you know, shop all
the time. And I know that if an opportunity like

(01:17:49):
this had came about where he could work with someone
of high caliber as a Mercedes Monet, oh, trust me,
whatever her her asking price, because he he would have
the money. That's the thing, Like whoever he wanted, Like,
you know, he had indisposable income. So you know Killer

(01:18:15):
Cross wants how much? Oh and he wants X amount
for Scarlett? Okay, done next. I mean he's he's that
type of guy with with the with the bank row.
He ultimately got bored with with wrestling. He just decided
it's not really working out, and you know, and it
really kind of it was like where he was doing

(01:18:37):
the wrestling, you know, it wasn't in a centralized kind
of area. It was in a rural, rural county. I mean,
he was more kind of going towards the Midwest and
all that. But I know for a fact, like if

(01:18:57):
he would have an opportunity to work with someone like
a Mercedes Monet and all that, I have a feeling
like everything that I just laid out to you guys
right now, he'd be like, oh no, no, no, no, no, no,
we ain't doing it like that. I'm like, you best
believe I'm getting my fucking money's worth. Like like seriously,
I'm gonna have her showing up on my podcast all

(01:19:19):
my podcast networks, like she she gonna be running she
gonna be earning whatever that asking price is, Like I
have a feeling he would definitely be going in that direction.
A great outing though nice and Chris stat Lander retain
a championship. Little timing. Something was kind of off with
those girls a little bit early on there, and it

(01:19:40):
kind of seemed like they never really kicked it up
another notch. But overall still despite all that decent match,
Samoa Joe for the second time in his ae W
tenure here second time, like I had to stop and
think about It's like, wait, wait, wait, he won it before,

(01:20:01):
say what so all these years that he's been with
ae W, Like apparently this is the second time now
that he is the AW World champion as he defeated
Hayman Page steel cage match for the World championship as
hook was the deciding factor. He really was that that

(01:20:27):
changing in the wind, changing of the guard. If you
will help setting up Samoa Joe there, Samojo couldn't celebrate
too long as a returning Swerve Strickland, New Music and
All popped up and tried to take the fight to
Samoa Joe, But Joe rolled out as Swerve was beating
the crap out of Samoa, Joe's Ops, dojo guys and

(01:20:52):
all that. So at least we got Swarve Strickland back.
I was wondering where he was overall though, you know,
pretty good aw fool gear event for what it was worth,
a little bit long winded, but you know we've come
to expect this when it's come to aew events. Right.
So now let's talk a little bit about the Ariel

(01:21:13):
Hawane Tony Kahn interview. Watched it in its entirety, I
would have to say I don't want you guys falling
into the trap from those that this interview was rubbish.
It didn't offer anything. And you know it's really easy

(01:21:36):
to just load up on the hate and whatever else
you want to call it. I can't be critical, right,
but I I don't like going for the clickbait stuff. Right.
It's just it's too easy, right. I'd rather give it
to you honest, be insightful about it. Look, there were

(01:21:57):
some bright spots in this interview with Ariel Juane. There
was a couple of hit scratching wtfs in this interview
as well. First off, Tony Khan has shown maturity. I
will definitely give him that. I'll give you an example,

(01:22:19):
So Aeriel asked him about basically, was it a wise
decision showing the Punk footage in response to a week
prior what CM Punk had to say about the whole ordeal,
and how essentially, you know, one could make the argument

(01:22:42):
by Tony kh showing the footage that he did, you know,
it basically blew up and Tony Khan's face, and Tony
Khan felt that at the time he was justified for
playing the footage that they played on Dynamite admitted that
him and and Punk, you know, they they tried to

(01:23:06):
get along and he was trying to figure out ways
to continue to make the relationship work and everything, and
and that you know, when it was all said and done,
you know, the relationship ended, how how it ended, you know,
no ill will towards the guy. But he also stressed

(01:23:26):
that there were some things that he felt was inaccurate
that Punk was reporting. Of course, Punk is entitled to
feel how he wants to feel. He's entitled to his
own opinion, but Tony Kahn felt that, you know, there
were some things that were you know, a bit out
of context and what Punk had to say. He also

(01:23:51):
talked about how, hey, we did a really great number,
you know, so he's kind of showing to you also
at the same time that, you know, all he really
cared about was you know that that number, that that
that big pop up a number. And if I remember correctly,
I think they did like about over eight hundred, eight
hundred and twenty eight hundred and thirty something thousand viewers,
like a huge number. And I don't think they've even

(01:24:14):
come close to that kind of number again sense but
I could be wrong. So, but that was that was
a little interesting tibit of a highlight. There was also
Ariel asked him about the picture that was floating around
of c on Punk, Jade, car Gill, Ego ethan Page.

(01:24:38):
Did I mentioned Cody Rhoads, like got mentioned Cody Rhoads,
basically all these guys holding Ricky Saints, Ricky Starks, all
those guys holding championships, and you know, if he felt
that it was a disc towards him, towards ae W
And I love the answer that he gave in responding

(01:24:59):
to that. He said, you know, I saw that picture
floating around. No, I didn't look at that picture and
take it as a dig I didn't take that as
a shot at aw and look, legit, he's entitled to
feel how he wants to feel. But even I need
people to understand even if he felt this was a
disc towards him, he can't admit that. You know, I

(01:25:23):
still remember, how was it last year that Tony Kahan
was livid over the fact that WWE was having some
pay per view that was running at the same time
as as his event, And I mean, I mean he
was pissed. I loved it. Only thing that was missing

(01:25:47):
was him just basically looking in the mirror and saying,
you know, I'm rich, I'm good looking, and gosh darn it,
I like myself and I'm not gonna take this shit anymore.
Like that was the only thing that was missing from
him and everything. But here was a more mature Tony Khan.

(01:26:08):
That's you know. I loved his answer to this. It
was really really good. Whoever was preparing him, right his
PR people or whoever, like they did a well, they
did a really good job in preparing him this go round,
because he said, you know, I saw that picture that
was floating around, and you know what it reminded me of?
And he goes, you know what it reminded me of

(01:26:30):
it reminded me of he said Daily's place. I think
he was kind of going back. He referenced the COVID
period there of ae W Hang on a second, I
got my tracker on. I want to make sure that
I somehow turn my damn tracker off. So if I

(01:26:53):
zoom in, hang on here, guys gonna hang on. Yeah,
I's gotta stay with me. Okay, So that's the zoom in.
We don't want that, so we want to zoom out.
I say, we want to zoom out? All right, somehow
I accidentally turned on my damn Let's see what we

(01:27:14):
got here. Somehow I turned on my damn tracker. So
it's gonna be zooming in at like the worst time. Say,
if I moved this way, so we're talking about, it's
going to be moving and if I go like this,
say it's going. But if I go like this, Okay, now,
let's throw the hand up and hang on. Yeah, it's

(01:27:36):
not doing it. It's not doing it. Try it again,
not doing it? Hang on, guys, hang on. If I
can't figure it out, then I'm just gonna have to
be very very still, like a god damn robot for
the rest of the night. Okay, we're back, We're back. Good.

(01:27:58):
Oh God, I hate when that's it happens, all right, Jesus,
if I could figure out a way to disable that
so I wouldn't do that, like, that would just be great.
That's gonna be my agenda this Thanksgiving, how today break
try to figure out how I can disable the hand
gest your thing, because I don't see myself using it,
especially since it's such a bitch to get it back

(01:28:20):
to where I needed to get to and everything. Anyway, Yeah,
he mentioned, you know, going back to the COVID period
there of ae W and the way twenty Con just
kind of countered that, and you know, it was reminded
of you know, friendlier times and really cool times there.

(01:28:40):
And I loved how he said, you know, all those
guys I still talk to, you know if depending on
which wrestler, I could talk about them for like two hours,
just some of the fun stories that I could tell
you know a lot of them, you know, I still
have a really good relationship with and I still talk
to them, And yeah, that would have been pretty interesting.

(01:29:04):
I wish Ariel would have followed up and been like, wait,
you still talk like so you still talk to Ricky,
so you still talk to Cody's so you still talk
to you know, it would have been nice to kind
of hear those type of follow ups, but Ariel didn't
even touch that at all. There was a weird Ghostbusters reference.

(01:29:28):
I love Ghostbusters. I mean, I'll give Tony Kahan that.
As far as his his movies goes. I'm like, okay,
you know you mentioned in Ghostbusters. Cool it tried to
give people an understanding of his psyche. I guess when
it comes to him booking the shows and all that, Like,

(01:29:50):
it went way over my head. I'm not gonna lie
to you, guys. I didn't understand what the hell he
was trying to say. That's kind of one of those
just nod your heads and approved like you understand what
he's saying, just to keep it civil and everything. But yeah,
trying to think what else was kind of interesting from

(01:30:12):
the interview there. He was asked about the pay per
views and basically Tony Kahan's mindset. You know, he wants
to give the fans their money's worth, you know, especially
in this economy, this age of inflation and everything. He
sees what's going on with WWEE and the ridiculous prices

(01:30:36):
that they're putting out there, and he wants to make
sure that at least with these aw shows, first of all,
they're affordable, and that they get the fans they get
the biggest bang for their buck. And he talks about
how he remembers how it was with some of the
wrestling events that he was going to growing up and everything,

(01:30:58):
and that great feeling that he god and you know,
see you really kind of couldn't help but take a
step back in and really appreciate because you could hear
that passion coming from out of his voice, the enthusiasm,
the sincerity, and I do believe that is hard is
in a good place. It does not feel like it's

(01:31:18):
a cliche or just some marketing ploy. I mean, we
have seen many examples where Tony Kahan has gone above
and beyond when it was necessary to go, Okay, well,
let's do this for defense. I think one of the
most recent incidents that we could highlight here that we

(01:31:38):
did give him a lot of praise for was the
fact that one of their ro weight shows got interrupted
and if I remember right, something weird happened where people
were not able to see. There's like a blackout and

(01:31:59):
folks were missing like forty five fifty minutes of vent
ring action. Tony Khan got win of this and he
just said, Okay, well, you know what, let's just release
the second half of the show for free. You know,
no issues, like, let's just and I don't know if
it's still available for one demand viewing on their YouTube channel,

(01:32:21):
but I do remember, like the next day, because I
was curious, you know, what had happened, I was able
to watch the second half of that Roah pay per
view on the YouTube channel and I was like, oh wow, cool.
So you know there's been times where he has and
that's just one example. There's been other instances where he's
gone above and beyond and honestly did not need to.

(01:32:45):
I know there was a pay per view before where
Amazon customers were having a hard time, and he was
totally honest. He said, yeah, everything was working good at
our end. You know, as far as we're concerned. You know,
we no issues at ri N Like we need to
direct you guys, get in contact with Amazon and you know,

(01:33:06):
if you want to try to get a refund, like
Amazon will be able to help you out with that.
So Tony Kahn was encouraging people, and you know a
lot of people not for nothing. They ended up getting
refunds and all of that. The topic of Britt Baker
was brought up, and if you read in between the lines,

(01:33:28):
Tony Kahn basically said, you know, hey, I I would
like for Britt Baker to return only when she is
one hundred percent healthy. So it sounds like that Britt
Baker is still involved with ae W. You know, there

(01:33:50):
is still that working relationship with ae W. But that
right now it is a case because see, he could
have easily chose a difference set of words. You know,
he could have said, you know, I plead the fifth
or you know whatever. That's a great question. I appreciate you,
but I'm not going to be answering that right now.
He could have easily gone in that direction. But to

(01:34:10):
say that, you know he wants to work with her again,
you know, but that you know, hey, I meet her
at one hundred percent. We know that she's been banged
up in recent years. I think it was last year
that Baker revealed she had suffered a little mini stroke
or whatnot. So I talk about a scary situation and

(01:34:33):
all that, but you know, I do miss me some
Britt Baker, you know, I hope we get to see
her sometime in the coming year. The only time will tell.
Adam Cole was brought up as well, and I don't
know if that was the case where Tony Kanin was

(01:34:54):
not prepared to talk about Adam Cole, but you could
legit see like that topic definitely. I mean you just
saw the wind just come out of his body when
the topic of Adam Cole was brought up. You know,

(01:35:14):
he revealed that Adam Cole, because of the latest you know,
round of injuries basically that this guy is suffering from it,
this guy was essentially gonna cut a retirement joint. He
was officially going to retire, and Tony Kah essentially held
that off and was like, nah, just you know, because

(01:35:36):
you never know, maybe there's that slight window of a
possibility that you know, you can overcome this and you
know you might be ready to get on the saddle
again and everything like, let's not so the way things
stand right now without him Cole. He uh, he was
just taking it one day at a time. Tony Khan

(01:35:59):
has said that Adam Cole will always have a home
with aw. You know, he would love to find something
for Adam Cole, you know, and look not for nothing.
But we've seen Adam Cole. I can't remember that TV
show that him and Britt Baker, what was it, aw, Uncensored, unfiltered,

(01:36:20):
whatever that show was. We were seeing their personal lives
and all that, you know. As far as like a
TV reality star, Cole definitely. You know, we've also seen
him one commentary. He's been pretty good at that, so
you know, you could tell that one really really will

(01:36:42):
hit close to home for Adam Cole and everything, and
rightfully so Rifles. I mean, the man has just been
plagued with injuries, concussions, just unfortunate case of bad bad luck.
When it's all said and done, is really really bad.

(01:37:03):
I'm trying to think what else kind of came about
for me there with the Ariel Hawani interview. I mean,
for the most part, overall, you definitely saw a more
mature Tony Kahan this go round with Ario. There were

(01:37:26):
some opportunities there that Aero could have should have done
some really good follow up questions because it was just
pretty much right there for the taking, But Ariel didn't
go in that direction. For whatever reason, for whatever reason,
because I remember Ariel was like, ah, the first rodeo,

(01:37:47):
this is one of the worst interviews I've ever ever done,
you know, period and all of that. Oh you know what.
There was even a question asked about what was it
aw Shockwave, remember that shockwave Shockwave? And so apparently Tony
Khan was not aware that Billy Corgan had an NWA's

(01:38:12):
show called Shockwave, and he basically reached out to Billy
Corgan and said, Yo, hey, wasn't aware, d D d D.
You know, if you're already doing your thing, you already
got the trademark, you already got that name. Like, I'm
not gonna even bother you know, whenever you're ready to

(01:38:35):
do something with that, like you ain't gonna get no
issues from me. That pretty much was his message to Corygan.
But apparently remember we were here for the longest time. Yeah,
there's gonna be a new show. Yeah it's gonna be
coming to Fox. Hey w Shockwaves wouldn't be coming to Fox,
So that pretty much was all abandoned. Con is just

(01:38:59):
not being for at this time, like nothing is in
the pipeworks, speaking of which this was also asked to
Tony kan at the media scrum, but there was a
question brought up. Ariel brought it up as well as
far as the time Warner Warner Warner Brothers Discovery deal,
and we know that Warner Brothers Discovery like they're up

(01:39:24):
for grabs basically right there there there's a there's a
sale essentially, and uh, the question is asked, you know, hey,
you know, are you concerned? And you know what does
the future hold for a w And you know, Tony
Kah essentially goes, you know, hey, look it's still you know,
relatively early. And I'm sure dude is getting a little

(01:39:48):
tired of being asked these questions because like, legit, what
is he supposed to say? Like he you know, you're
asking him to essentially look into a crystal ball and
prediction the future, which is very unfair to ask of him, right,
It's very very unfair. But you know, the way that

(01:40:11):
he answered Ariel's question and pretty much the same way
he handled himself going into the media scrum when this
same question was pretty much brought up again, I thought
it was a really good diplomatic response. He basically said,
you know, hey, look we got a really fine working
relationship with the good folks over at Warner Brothers Discovery,

(01:40:33):
and you know, you see that, you know, we're involved
with a DC you know, themed event that we got
going on, a little collaboration that we have going on.
We did like this recent Collywood crossover and all that,
and you know, he also talked about his football connections

(01:40:53):
and all the relationships that he, you know, has with
certain executive hits from other network works and everything. So
he pretty much, if you read it between the lines,
pretty much was letting you know, hey, even if it
doesn't quite work out with Warner Brothers, we're gonna be
okay because there's other options, you know. But I like

(01:41:19):
the way he navigated those waters, because like, what the
hell is this guy supposed to say? You know, like
just it's kind of silly. It's kind of silly, I
personally feel, but he did good handling that. I'm just
trying to think if there's anything else that was kind

(01:41:39):
of noteworthy during that whole interview. I don't think there is.
And I'm remembering all of this just from the top
of my head. Nothing else comes to mind. I'm hoping
that we're done talking about the interview. If you guys
haven't checked it out, Definitely go out of your way
and and do check it out. I know wwe did

(01:42:04):
a triple A event over the weekend. I have not
watched that event yet, so definitely during this Thanksgiving break,
I'm gonna be catching up on that. And congratulations are
in order to the folks behind the Wicked for Good sequel.

(01:42:24):
I was telling my wife the other day because I
saw something with Jeff Goblum, and I say, yo, you know,
good for him, because I remember when this guy was
trying to resurrect his career and he decided to take

(01:42:46):
a pivot into TV like something that he never entertained
doing in the previous years, and he decided he would
get involved with the Dick Will franchise Law and Order
Criminal Intent, And if you've been listening to my show

(01:43:07):
long enough, that's a series very near and dear to
my heart. He popped up I think around season seven,
if I remember right, I think it was like season seven,
and basically he was doing half the shows from Vince

(01:43:27):
opposite Opposite Vincent Dnofrio because Thenafrio has some type of
health scare and basically and it was kind of advised
to him that he needed to slow down his workload.
And so, you know, you got to remember way back when,
now you're talking about filming twenty four shows during the

(01:43:50):
span of you know, several weeks, and then you only
get like this really narrow short window of a vucation
or whatever the hell you want to call it, a
couple of weeks of a break, and then you got
to go right back to filming again. So you pretty
much are filming all year around essentially. So that eventually

(01:44:11):
took its toll on Vinca Donofrio, and Jeff Goblum, you know,
stepped in there, and then eventually there was just a
full blown season of Jeff Goblum, you know, Producers and
everybody they thought, well, you know, Donarfio's doing this thing,
We really don't care, we really don't need him anymore.

(01:44:34):
Let's just go in an entirely different direction. And a boy,
did the loyalists really show up when it counted the most,
because once they saw that Goblum pretty much was taking over,
they all abandoned Ship and the ratings were just so
damn bad that Jeff Goblum jumped ship before the series

(01:44:56):
got canceled, and then it was brought back for one
more season, but they decided to go back to Vincentinarfio
and Catherine Irby and rest was pretty much history. But
it's been awesome seeing Jeff Goldblum's you know, you know,

(01:45:16):
once he was like really really hot and I remember
this definitely from the late eighties nineties, the Fly and
you know, and all of that stuff, you know, and
then he just kind of went on a little bit
of a decline, uh, shortly after that period, and then
you know, let's just to see what's been happening with
him in recent years, you know. Saying to my wife,

(01:45:37):
I said, good for the guy. I says, there's a
good for the guys, and I see what he's able
to do. Uh. But Wicked for Good also considered Wicked
too doing pretty good in the box office right now.
Budget of one hundred and fifty million dollars, and that's
the budget right now. The box office takeaway is two
hundred and twenty five million dollars, so that that is

(01:46:01):
off to a pretty damn good start. And uh, I
think when it's all said and done, they're gonna I
don't think they're gonna come close. If I would like
give bold predictions and all that. I don't think they're
gonna come anywhere near as close to what all they
were able to do with the first one. Uh, but

(01:46:21):
they're definitely going to continue to rack in the money.
So it looks like they're not thinking about a part
three for Wicked, but instead they're thinking about different spinoffs
and all that other, all that other stuff, So we'll
see how how things plan on going for them. So
that's good. And then last but not least, uh, I

(01:46:46):
guess we can get into a little bit of sports
news for a little bit. So my Maryland Terps they
are out of the Big ten. You know, they got eliminated.
I think it was last weekend, and everything freaking sucks,
you know, but at least I don't have to worry

(01:47:08):
about yeah, because they lost to Michigan. Michigan spanked their asses.
Michigan spent them like forty five to twenty. So that's
pretty much it for them. And when you have that,
you know, just the only thing I'm looking at right now,
I'm just going, well, thems, the breaks, Like, seriously, I've

(01:47:32):
got dims the breaks. Also, I think Chip Kelly got
fired from the Los Angeles Raiders. If I'm not mistaken.
The guy basically was fired after like what eleven games.
I mean, I just find that to be so freaking hilarious.

(01:47:52):
And keep in mind that the Raiders fired him after
hours after a meltdown against the Cleveland Browns. I mean,
this guy was swiftly fired. He was the offensive coordinator
for the Raiders, and after the twenty four to ten

(01:48:16):
loss to the Cleveland Browns where the offense surrendered like
ten sacks or whatever, Chip Kelly got acted. I spoke
with Chip Kelly earlier this evening and informed him of
his release as offensive coordinator of the Raiders. Raiders coach

(01:48:37):
Pete Carroll said in a statement, I would like to
thank Chip for his service and wish him all the
best in the future. Singer offensive assistant Bob Bicknell was
also fired by the team, according to the multiple reports.
On Monday, Kelly, the former head coach of the Philadelphia
Eagles in San Francisco forty nine ers, became the NFL's

(01:49:00):
I is paid offensive coordinator at six million dollars per
year according to multiple reports when he was hired by
Carol in February. But the Raiders offense has flourished correction
flundered with him at the helm, with the unit averaging

(01:49:20):
just three point six yards per play. That ain't gonna
get your shit. And on Sunday end the defeat that
dropped the team to two to nine on the season,
Geno Smith was pressured on a season high twenty three backdrops.
Cleveland's previous single game best was fifteen pressures. Nine different

(01:49:44):
players registered multiple pressures. Yeah, like that's you ain't gonna
win with that. You just you're not gonna win with that.
I'm telling you that right now. You're not. You're not
gonna win with that. Somebody's head is gonna add before
it's Pete Carroll. Well, it's definitely gonna go. We're gonna
pass the baton to somebody else for sure. So have

(01:50:06):
we seen the last of Pete Carroll or not Pete Carroll,
but Chip Kelly possibly, we've possibly seen the last of him.
And then meanwhile, my Washington commanders. As far as Jaden Daniels,
as you know, he was sidelined with a dislocated left elbow.

(01:50:27):
Luckily no ligament damage. He's been cleared for practice. He
has not yet been cleared for contact, so his return
to the game in game action that still remains uncertain.
Coach Dan Quinn indicated it's unlikely Daniels is gonna play
in Week thirteen against the Denver Broncos. Meanwhile, we got

(01:50:51):
Noah Brown's twenty one day practice window that's open, bringing
him closer to a return after groin injury. And Terry
McLaurin is also working back from a quad injury and
looks closer to returning. And look, you know, my commanders
are three and eight right now. Safe to say that

(01:51:14):
as far as the playoffs go, you can pretty much
forget about it. I mean, if you really want to
get technical, though, it's a very complex elimination scenario like
losses or rival wins at this point can definitely knock

(01:51:35):
them out early. But as far as like do they
have a chance, they would need so much damn help.
I mean a lot of help at this point, Like
it's a hell mary of help. But I don't see it.
For me, the defense all this season has been underperforming.

(01:51:57):
That's really what it's all all for me. It's weird too,
because despite the heavy investment, like the defense, from what
I've seen in the games that I've been watching this season,
it just seems like the defense has been struggling, uh
to no end coach Quinn, he's taken over play by

(01:52:20):
play duties on defense from defensive coordinator. Was that Joe Witt?
I think, I don't know. I don't know. And then
you also are thinking about the off season and the
cap planning that's ahead, because reports are that the front
office is already eye on next year's free agent class.

(01:52:45):
The cap situation right now, like going into the off season,
it's really good for Commanders because it's going to give
them plenty of opportunities, you know, as far as current
roster cap hurdles and all that, Like they got some
flexibility to to do some things basically, But right now,

(01:53:09):
I would say the Commanders they are in a wait
and see approach. It's so interesting because you look back
to what was happening with them last season and there
was just so much great buzz. You know, a lot
of big expectations, a lot of hope, and you know
a lot of fans were expecting for the same type
of results from last season this current season and just

(01:53:32):
was not just wasn't meant to be. But you know,
if you've been watching Washington long enough, you kind of
this is normally the hat it. You know, you get
that one good season and then you get a really
bombed bad season, and then you get like maybe two

(01:53:52):
three seasons that's kind of like mediocre, and then you
get like another good season. Usually that's how it is,
at least from what I've seen of this team through
the years, and I've been watching them since nineteen ninety two.
Here's what it is, hey, or we're ready to dip out.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
