Speaker 2 (00:54):
Here we are the RCWR Show with the Leasas. Hey, guys,
what's going on? Lee Sanders with you guys for this
Monday night of July twenty eighth, twenty twenty five. What
is going on? Good Monday to you. I hope your
weekend was fantastic. Guys are off to a solid start.

(01:14):
And if you are a wrestling fan, good golly, Miss Molly,
we got Summer Slam weekend right around the corner. We
definitely are gonna be looking at the current lineups for
Summer Slam weekend. We now have definitively officially the lineup

(01:35):
for nights one and two of Summer Slam. I'll definitely
sound off on that. Yeah, of course, we as a
wrestling community, we are still looking at and reflecting on
the passing of the immortal Hawk Hogan. We of course

(01:58):
we were here Thursday the news had first broke out,
and you know, everybody just it's been interesting seeing a
lot of the comments that's been coming about in all that.
But you guys picked a really good night to tune
in because we're definitely going to be continuing the discussion
of the Hawks. We're gonna definitely take a bit of

(02:19):
a different approach to what we've been doing the past
couple of shows now because we definitely have had Hawk
Hogan be a main focal point for two of our shows. Definitely,
there was a special webcast edition, but I also made
the audio version available of what we did Thursday. We
did a long form format version. We're reacting to the

(02:43):
news of the Hawks. There passing reading through your reactions
and then we had followed up me and TAM's did
on Sundays Wrestling with the Topics, which is available not
just on our YouTube channel, but it is available exclusively
on our Spotify feed for our Spotify listeners. So there's

(03:03):
a nice little incentive right there for those of you
that you know, maybe you have Spotify or you had
thought about getting Spotify. It is free to get Spotify,
by the way, you come up out your pocket when
you don't want to hear any more of the ads, right,
So you can check that out for your listening pleasure.
But Detroit, Michigan was the site tonight for WWE Raw,

(03:27):
the final go home show before this weekend's SummerSlam. As
Hawk Hogan continued to be remembered, I conditioned you guys
on Thursday, and I said to you guys, be prepared
because definitely, as early as Thursday, there will be a

(03:48):
tribute show and it will definitely bleed into the Monday show.
And sure enough, SmackDown came and went, and I thought
they did a phenomenal job at the fact that they
had even a couple of more days to really put
together a nice montage, paying real, real respect. Not that

(04:10):
what they did on SmackDown was bad at all. I
thought for under short notice it was good. But knowing
things from a productional standpoint, the more time that a
crew can be given to put some type of montage together,
the better, because then we can really play around and

(04:32):
accessing a large archive of resources, scouting the web, trying
to see what all we can get our hands on
in everything and really take our time and the transitioning
and the Stingers music selection and all that. The more
time we're given, the better the production quality is going

(04:54):
to be. I gotta say a very nice video package
that was put together Tonight's Raw as Triple H and
the entire Raw roster was out there to kick off
the show. That whole segment lasted about seven minutes. It
was gray seeing that Eric Bischoff was there. And if

(05:15):
you guys had checked out what Bischoff had said on
a very special eighty three weeks, he said that WW
did offer him a chance to come be flown out
to I believe it was Cleveland for that Friday SmackDown,
but he wasn't sure he could make it. He definitely

(05:36):
wanted to do it, but he wasn't sure he was
going to successfully be able to make his connections because
it was really really getting down to the wire, and
so it was nice to see that for this Monday
raw Eric Bischoff was there. Of course, Hawk Hogan Son
Nick Nick Hogan, Nick Bolea. He was there in a

(05:59):
ten and looked like he was there with his wife.
They were front and center, and a couple other people
were notably there, but then there were a couple of
people that were potentially notably absent, notably absent. I couldn't
help it. As I was looking at it in real time,

(06:21):
seeing everybody that was out there on that main stage
for that ten bill salute, I'm automatically going, well, where's
big E? Where is Kobe Kingston? Where is Xavier Woods?
We know the odds of saying big Ee, that's kind
of that's kind of very slim, but really, where's Xavier Woods?

(06:42):
Where's Kofi Kingston? And if they were there on the stage,
I mean we know they're dark skinned. I mean you
can look at me, those of you that are able
to check out the webcast, you see that I'm much
lighter than Xavier and Kofe. If they were there, they
must have been back back back way in the back Yeah. Also,

(07:04):
let's not forget they're running gag. For the past handful
of weeks, they've been wearing all black as well, So
if they were there on stage, I didn't see anything.
I didn't see them, didn't see anything. As far as
New Day reference, I think a decent amount of people
were kind of looking for New Day as well, because
we know how vucal they've been and everything. But definitely

(07:25):
it was a case where you definitely noticed who all
was there and you noticed who all was not there.
Kind of the same thing when it came to SmackDown.
But regardless, a very nice, heartwarming, well produced video package
that was put together for the Halkster.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
You know.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Also something that was very impactful to me was towards
the end of that video montage they showed still images
of a Halkster with a very young Stephanie McMahon. I
could just imagine the amount of people that were probably going,
who is that woman that he's with and why should

(08:06):
we care? And then they showed another image with the
Haulkster sharing the ring with Triple H and then you
just knew they had to You just knew they had
to get it in there. But they ended up showing
a still shot of Hogan and Vince McMahon and that

(08:27):
right there, I really really I just looked at that
and I just said, that's just class. It's just pure
class what they did there. But that video package, I
really loved how they hey, how they put that together.
And you kind of wonder after they did that whole tribute,
how exactly were they going to be able to move

(08:48):
on to the rest of the show, because as we
saw on SmackDown, that was a little bit tricky there
for SmackDown, but it was like, Okay, now we're seeing
it with Raw. And I got to say, from a
production transitional standpoint, transition standpoint, what they did with Raw

(09:14):
tonight was much smoother, much smoother than what they did
for SmackDown on the USA network because right after they
had the seven minute Raw opener of a tribute, they
automatically went to a commercial break, at least for here
in the US, they took a commercial break, and then

(09:35):
by the time they came back pretty much Raw opened
up like it normally would, showing you the scenes of
the arena where they were at for tonight, showing the
different superstars, and then officially everything's up and rolling very
nice how they had handled that. Of course, jay Ouso

(09:57):
the new Ultimate Warrior as I like to call him,
because he comes out there doing his entrance and the
kid got blown up so damn quick. I couldn't help
but laugh my ass off, going poor Jay, he's pulling
an Ultimate Warrior here and you literally are seeing of
trying to catch his breath. I like the way that

(10:19):
segment was set up because Jay, you needed to catch
a breather. Well, you definitely got it, because Paul Haven
came out there cutting one scathing promo pretty much trying
to plant some seeds of doubt there in jay Usso's head,
basically letting him know. At least for me, this was

(10:40):
my interpretation. You guys can sound off and let me know,
but my interpretation was, hey, Jay, you can't trust Roman
reigns because come on, like, I've been part of your
family for so many years, so if anything knows a
thing or two about families, like you really can't trust family.
Families always disappoint you when it counts the most, right,

(11:05):
And Hayman is trying to have jay Uso really look
in the mirror here and basically question Jauso's allegiance, his
alliance with Roman reigns, trying to plant those seeds of
can you really trust this guy this go round? Maybe
you would just be better off kind of who knows,

(11:28):
either just going doing your own thing, or maybe joining
Paul Hayman and his new dangerous alliance as I like
to call it, and just kind of giving Jay a
little something to marinate on there. So the plot thickens,
I guess we can kind of go into the main
event match. I mean, we don't necessarily have to go
in a specific order. I mean it's easy transitioning and everything.

(11:51):
Jay Uso of course showcased in the main event for
tonight's raw one on one match against Big Bronz and
read nice way to close out the show and everything.
But as far as the match itself, I mean, don't
get me wrong. For a few minutes that we had
the match, it was good. But anybody that was looking

(12:14):
at this thinking there was gonna be a decisive winner
and you were gonna get a full blown, actual one
on one match, you sadly were't mistaken. Because the numbers
game was in favor of Ronson reed there because he
had bron Breaker on his side and all they were
trying to do was put the hurting on Jay Usso

(12:35):
when it was all said and done so they didn't
care about getting a disqualification Big Broston Reid didn't because
that's exactly what happened. But they didn't care. They continued
the assault on Jay. It was queued up Roman Reigns
to come out there the OTC one, getting the great
ovation from the crowd. Everything kind of seemed to be
a little bit balanced out at first, but then eventually

(12:58):
Roman Jay got to and now oo man, those boys.
I gotta tell you, great strong, dominating performance by Reid
and Breaker Breaker particularly weekend and week out. This guy
is just naturally really coming into his own I love
the trash talking game this guy is doing. Byron in

(13:22):
the chat, I see your comments. I'm not ignoring you.
We're gonna talk much more about Summer Slam later on,
later on, I promise and everybody else as far as
the way summer. Look, if you're not familiar each year
when it comes to the talk of Summer Slam, especially
SummerSlam week, like may no mistake about it. I've said
here on this show for many many years that of

(13:44):
the four wwee events that we get. Summer Slam is
my absolute favorite. It is, and much like every year
that goes by, because we've been doing this since twenty eleven,
when it comes to Summer Slam, we make sure on
that final we're all before Summer Slam, we go over
the whole card for Summer Slam, we preview it. But

(14:05):
I've also found that as I've gotten older and to
try to save you guys on time, as much as
I would like to maybe get into predictions and all
that on the same show, that whole thing like, if
we were to incorporate that, it would make the show
way too long. So for those of you looking for
me to talk about Summer Slam, we're definitely gonna at

(14:25):
least preview the card and then as far as predictions goes,
that's going to be a standalone piece in itself, because look,
not for nothing, but and I got down really good
notes here as far as Summer Slam, not for nothing,
Just to put this out there right now, SummerSlam, remember,
is going to be at a special start time of
six pm East Coast time three pm on the West Coast.

(14:49):
But WWE is going to be doing on both nights
a three hour pre show kickoff. Okay, so they're really
trying to make sure they've got people situated and all
that and locked in. So just imagine that. So that's
basically three pm East Coast time, twelve pm West Coast time. Okay,

(15:13):
so kind of have that. I hope you guys have
planned out, you know, because I know some of you
guys like checking out the kickoff and all of that, right,
so it's it can be really really you know, but
we'll talk more about Summer Slam later. Let's get through
this first though, because there's a lot of heavy shit
that we need to unpack, especially in regards to the

(15:34):
Hawlks th there. Because yeah, all right, so anyway, let's
keep rocking and rolling. We were talking about the main
event match. Yeah, bron Breaker, like weekend week out. This
guy is really coming into his own and I'm really
loving what's going on with this guy. Did one of
my kids just come in here all of a sudden
My door is open? Yeah yeah, hey, buddy, go ahead,

(15:55):
get on up here or somewhere you can show. I
love the trash talking that was going on there from
Brown Breaker. Man, he's pretty much telling Roman Reigns this yard.
It ain't yours no more. These ropes, it ain't yours
no more. These people, these fat pieces of shit in
the arena, you know, they're not yours anymore. They're barking

(16:18):
for me. I just love this trash talking from the
dude's coming into his own Seriously, I continue to be
impressed weekend and week out. Naturally, the young man is
really really making quite the impression on me, and I
know he's definitely making a big impression on a lot
of you. Bronson Reid is finally starting to come off

(16:43):
very menacing. Remember my earlier critique of Bronson Reid in
previous years, if you don't I used to say, yeah,
he's got the size, but he doesn't look menacing enough.
He looks like a cute teddy bear. And a large
part of my issue with that had to do, and
I said this a long time ago. I said, the

(17:03):
facial hair. He's got to grow more facial hair. If
he's going to be this big ass menacing, don't fuck
with me, because I will rip your head off. You know,
he's got to really look that part. And my whole
gripe was, he's got to grow out more facial hair.
If he can grow it. He's got to grow a nice,
thick old beard, and now that he seems to be

(17:25):
doing that, he's looking like a savage beast essentially, so
he's really starting to come into his own as well.
Both of these men are truly benefiting from being teamed
up with Paul Hayman numbers game though you know it
might have seemed even, but the big boys there, they

(17:46):
got the job done on Jay in Roman, leaving them
laid out. Bronson Reed hitting a couple of tsunamis, Bron Breaker,
hitting a couple of spears, Breaker even from the top,
Apron crashing in the Roman there, even doing a spear
that sent Jay and Roman through the barricades. I mean,

(18:08):
it was sweet, beautiful disaster. You love to see it.
You love to see it. And when you also think
about this upcoming tag match with all four of these
guys at SummerSlam, now you're really really going, yo, this
could really go either way here. This isn't a clear
cut Okay, we know who's gonna win. This one makes

(18:31):
that match up even more intriguing, right, I mean for sure,
for sure, But great job there from Bronson and Reid.
You know who wasn't really that good on the microphone tonight,
Lyra Valkyria, Lyra Valkyria. I love the fact that WWE
is trying to give her more opportunities to speak on

(18:54):
the microphone and everything. Remember what I've been saying often
in the past couple of weeks, which is Lyra needs
to work more on connecting with the crowd. I've set
that constantly, constantly that it's probably annoyed a few of
you guys, But tonight was a prime example of what

(19:15):
I'm talking about, because Lyra really struggled tonight. I don't
know if it was butterflies, the jitters, the fact that
SummerSlam is and she's in a high profile match and everything.
I don't know what's going on with her. I really don't.
But her promo tonight was very, very shaky. I got

(19:38):
disengaged very quick, very quick. She messed up from so many,
from so many standpoints. For starters, she mentioned in the
fact that SummerSlam was in two weeks when it's actually,
you know, if you're being technico, it's five days away. Actually,
if you're really being technical, is essentially six days away.

(20:00):
But what the hell, who's counting? We'll say five, it's
less than a week away whatever, But she said two
weeks away. And then she just continued to flub on
her promo and she couldn't even properly get out right
that she was wearing some special shoes her Becky Lynch

(20:21):
stomp shoes or whatever the hell she was trying to
call them. Wasn't that good? She came off not confident.
That's if I were to really home in, like if
you were to ask me Lee, what exactly was the
main issue you were picking up there with that Lyra
promo that left you kind of disengaged, That left you

(20:42):
a little disappointed, is the fact that when she was
cutting the promo, I didn't pick up enough confidence. For me,
there was a great lack of confidence in her promo.
And that's something that honestly she can shake off over time.
You know, It's one of those things where nothing is

(21:05):
wrong with getting in front of a mirror. You know,
if you're an actor and everything, you're an entertainer and
you're trying to remember just bullet point things that you're
trying to say to your audience, sometimes it doesn't hurt
to just get in front of a mirror and cut
that promo, you know, whatever you're trying to say, and

(21:25):
then at that point you can okay, you know what
that needs to be fine to let me get this
out and let me actually go with this instead. You know,
other times you can also hit up a friend or
a family member. You know your friend or that family member.
Everybody's got at least one, two or three that they
can go to and say, yo, tell me what you

(21:46):
think about this. I was thinking about cutting this. I
was thinking about saying this. Everybody will always be truthful
with you and let you know if it works or not.
You know why, because they want the very best for you.
They don't want to see you embarrass yourself. So well,
that would be my advice to Lyra would be to justify.
If I could bend her ear, I would say, keep
keep doing what you're doing. Don't be discouraged. If anything,

(22:09):
use it as use it as that fire under your
ass that you need to strive to get better. Okay,
that's that's that's the challenge, that's what you should be doing.
So we'll see where that goes. I'm trying to remember
what happened afterwards. Yeah, yeah, that Lyra Valkira promo didn't

(22:32):
last that long because the next thing, you know, Becky
Lynch came out. I believe she had a kindlestick and
she was trying to get to jump on Lyra. Lyra
instead reverses it and was beating Becky Lynch's ass till
Becky just ran out of the arena and that pretty
much was the end of that. Kudos to the crowd
during that Lyra promo too, Detroit, Michigan crowd, y'all gotta

(22:52):
patch yourselves on the back because y'all could have just
eaten her up and heckled her, but y'all did so. Matt, Matt,
respect for you guys for doing that. Seamus taking on
Grayson Waller. Grayson Waller now feeling as those sense he
is done with that piece of trash known as Austin

(23:15):
theory and New Day is trying to move on from
Big E and everything else, that there's this perfect new alliance,
that there's this new New Day that's going on. Well,
I'll tell you what, when they counted the most as
far as we goes now, Grayson Waller, you mean, I

(23:35):
that's an eye problem. Love how this instant acme feude
of a match happened all from backstage as Shamus was
being interviewed and Grayson Waller with New Day come up,
and Grayson is actually the one that's doing the trash
talk and the Shamus, Xavier Woods and Kofe. They're kind
of looking on They're already you could tell looking at

(23:57):
their facial expressions they're pretty salty. But then when Grayson
Waller starts talking about me and the New Day, you know,
we're the new New Day. They kind of looked at
each other, Kofi and Xavier and made their exit. Yeah,
I love how that instant acmefew pretty much went down.
Match went as you would expect, mainly very one sided.

(24:20):
Shame is pretty much dominated. I mean, don't get me wrong.
Grayson Waller got in a couple of cheap shots in there,
tried to play a little bit of the cat and
mouse game, tried to do a little bit of shenanikins
to try and make it work in his favor. I know,
at one point towards the end of the match, Russive
called himself getting involved. You're thinking maybe it was gonna

(24:40):
be a instant, A instant what's the word I'm looking for? Instant?
D Q that might have been in favor for Seamus,
but it didn't play out that way. I thought for sure,
maybe that's what was going to happen, but no, Seamus
was actually to connect, uh successfully able to connect with

(25:01):
a bro kick onto Grayson Waller one two three. That
pretty much was the end of that joint. But then
Rusef following up with the challee. And you know, it's
interesting because what I thought was originally going to happen,
especially with the way go back and watch that match,
the way it was set up there that one camera angle,

(25:22):
we see Rusef and he's grabbing on the sale and
if I remember the sequence right, Seamus was on top
of Grayson Waller, and that would have been a perfect opportunity,
especially since where the ref was positioned. That would have
been a great opportunity for Rusf to hit Seamus and

(25:46):
then Grayson Waller could have easily pick up a schoolboy
victory roll the hell out Russef continues his assault on Seamus.
I thought that was the direction that they were going
to be going in, but sadly that was not the
case whatsoever. So Byron, I love you, man, but I

(26:09):
gotta have your cool low for a little bit, because
you are just running a diatribe of stuff in the
chat right now. Dude, Byron, keep cool, keep cool, keep cool,
keep cool, keep cool, my baby, keep cool. If you guys,
if you guys could like pop in the YouTube chat

(26:30):
and you could just see everything that Byron had put
in the chat there, It's like, uh, calm down, dude,
come calm down. I think he might have had an
energy drinker or something. I love Byron. He usually pops
up from time to time, but tonight he is like,
you know, he reminds me of Beavis when Beavis had

(26:52):
the freaking candy and he was just I haven't I mean,
I think he's on a sugar rush right now. Byron.
I had to put you in time out because that
was a lot there, man. That was just calm down,
calm down, Go drink some water. Come back in a
little bit, all right anyway, because the stuff that Byron

(27:16):
is saying it's not even tied to what we're talking
about right now. So I kind of had to put
him in timeout sadly so he can calm down a
little bit. Uh russif Yeah, she Leley, I thought the
way that they had that position. Maybe it was going
to kind of go in that direction, but that wasn't
the case whatsoever. Instead, Seamus was actually able to finish

(27:37):
off that match and then Russif comes in continue his
assault on Seamus. I told you, guys, give me these
guys in a long term program for the next couple
of months. I am fucking happy, and so I'm glad.
WWE is going, Look, this is working for us, let's continue,

(27:58):
let's continue to invest in this. And they definitely picked
it up a notch. I love the fact that because look,
let's be for real, Seamus Seamus is a unique breed man.
I mean, Seamus has done some really solid, solid work,
but we all know very well that's been watching Shamus
long enough, we know that this guy really works best

(28:21):
when he's able to be paired up with the right
opponent where you know what, let's get crazy, we can
just go balls out, stupid. You know you want to
get physical, we can get physical. And very seldom will
you have Shamus be in that position where okay, he's
got a good match up here, where he's able to
play off of this person very well. Like the chemistry

(28:43):
is just you could definitely put Drew McIntyre on that list.
If I'm not mistaken, I believe at one point Seamus
and Bronson Reid had locked up and did a little
something too. If my memory search correct me, you gotta
forgive me. I'm getting a little older, so my memory
might not be as one points as it used to be.

(29:03):
But hopefully I'm remembering that right. Uh, you know, and
and Russeph Seamus. I know some people are like, ah,
we've seen this, like hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, I'm
liking it, God damn it. And there's a lot of
other people that's liking it right now. Don't disturb the groove.
Don't be disturbing the groove. No, no, leave us be

(29:24):
we good man. So I'm hoping that maybe we can
possibly get to see these guys do something on SummerSlam.
I have not even looked at the Summer Slam card yet,
so I'm hoping that maybe we get a little something.
We'll see, well, we'll we'll, we'll see. Meanwhile, Corey Graves
had conducted an interview with Sammy Zain earlier in the day.

(29:47):
That guy interrupted by Carry and Cross and Scarlet. Oh
this was so good, so good. I loved watching Carrie
and sit across from Sammy Zain and telling him straight
up when he beat him at SummerSlam. He wants for

(30:07):
Sammy to admit that Carrion was right all along. And
I love the psychology here that Carrion had with the
steel pipe that it was in hand, because he basically,
he basically said, and I quote he basically said, and

(30:29):
I quote something along the lines of, oh God, what
was it? What was it that he had said? What
was it that he had said? He said something along
the lines of, dude, I could mess you up right now.
We don't even have to do this match, we don't
even have to do SummerSlam, and that'll be it for you.

(30:56):
And it was like whoa, you know, it was like whoa.
And he gives the pipe to Sammy just the way
he tosses the pipe to Sammy, and that would have
been a great opportunity for Sammy's am to take that
damn pipe and get some damn payback. But that's not
what even happened. Sammy didn't even bite into that. Sammy.

(31:19):
Instead he counters right back and he goes, okay, so
you already told me what's gonna happen if you beat me?
At SummerSlam. Well, let me tell you what's gonna happen
if I beat you at Summer Slam. I'm gonna need
for you once and for all. We let this be
between us, and you're gonna have to jump out there

(31:41):
and you're gonna have to say to me that you
were wrong. And he tosses the pipe right back at
Carrion and walks out, and Carrieus just looks on with
a smug, curious look on his face. It was something else.
It was something else. I tell you, I saw a
weird chat and look, I'm familiar with you guys that

(32:05):
like trolling and try to get a rise out of me.
I just complimented the hell out of Byron. I said.
Byron is a longtime listener. Byron hasn't been banned at all.
We just gave him a little bit of a timeout
so he can cool off a little bit. Not for nothing,
but for you guys that's not seeing it in the
YouTube chat. With everything that we've been talking about so far,

(32:26):
if you look at what Byron has been posting, hopefully
it's not deleted, because all I did was put him
in time out for five minutes. So Byron you're able
to comment after the five minute cool down period. I
do that to put me in a position really so
that I can try to catch up with what all

(32:47):
that people that's leaving comments are saying. That way, I'm
not going through a long diatribe. And I say diatribe respectfully,
but that way, I'm not going through a long, a
long time going through each and every single comment that's
being left. Right. I love it when we get interactions

(33:08):
and everything. But the one thing that I'm not going
to tolerate here on the show, I'm definitely not going
to tolerate trolls. It's quite sad, quite honestly, because we've
been at this doing this show since twenty eleven and
we have had trolls that have tried to do their
best to get a rise out of me, say the
most messed up stuff and they think that I'm going

(33:30):
to be able to bite into that. And and the
funny part, I know, in regards to the trolls that
we get here on the show, it's all basically one person,
and I already know who that person is. And it's
quite sad because they've been trying for years and years
and years, Like it's quite sad. I'm starting to get

(33:50):
gray in my beard and I'm starting to get gray
in my hair. Like literally, I stopped shaving a couple
of weeks ago. I'm nice and clean shaven, bald by
the way right now, but I had stopped shaving my
head a couple of weeks ago, and uh, I uh
looked in the mirror. What was it? I think it
was Saturday. It was either Friday or Saturday. And I

(34:15):
yelled out loud. I yelled so loud that I woke
my wife up, and she goes, baby, what's wrong? Because
I said, ah, and I woke. I woke the wife up.
She goes, what's wrong. I said, hon, there's a big
ass patch of gray that's starting to come in on
the side of my head. And she goes, wait a minute,

(34:37):
let me make sure I got this right. She goes,
motherfucker you you you screamed. I'm thinking something was wrong
and all you're tripping over is a little small patch
of gray. I said, yeah. She's like, dude, like you
always shaved your head anyway, What the hell? I said,
I understand, it's like, but you know, I like this
sometimes grow my hair out, and I'm seeing this great

(35:02):
patch and I'm getting old and she goes it happens
to the best of us. Come on, let's go have dinner.
And it was like, Okay, that's the story of my life. Man,
that's a story of my life. Anyway, Oh my god,
great interview segment there with Sammy Zay, Corey Graves and
all that. Meanwhile, show the women some love. Oh man,

(35:26):
this was my guilty pleasure right here. Man, Naomi, Chelsea Green, Piper,
Nevin Alba, Fire taking on Stephanie the Keerr, Ria Ripley,
Eo Sky, Nikki Bella. Babyfaces went over in this one.
I gotta say, of all the matches that was on

(35:48):
the card for tonight, this one was equally as good
as I would say, surprisingly the tag match that we
had for tonight as well for the tag titles, but
this women's eight woman tag match definitely a real gem,
a real highlight of the night. Love this man, Babyfaces

(36:13):
had went over. I'm curious what was going on with
the outfit Naomi was pushing tonight. Did any of you
guys get a thriller vibe with what Naomi was pushing,
because I certainly had got a thriller vibe I was
really I was waiting for Naomi to just break out

(36:34):
and just start doing the dance and all that from
the music video. I know I was at least sound off.
Let me know, Chelsea Green, God blessed Chelsea Green. We're
gonna talk about her much later on because she unfortunately
was a victim to you know, something that I am

(36:58):
very very familiar with, gone through it myself, and I'm
sure a lot of you all have as well. But
she has gone through her share of trolling online. She
has gone through her fair share of cyberbullying. Because of
a interview that she had did with a CBS affiliate show,

(37:21):
and it was a very short joint. It was barely
a five minute interview and the big bulk of it,
and rightfully so, because it was breaking news. The interviewer
wanted her to give her thoughts on the passing of
the Haulkster and everything, and again we'll talk about that.

(37:43):
I just want to tease you guys with that for now.
But Chelsea Gray and mad respect. I mean, here's a
girl that's just keeping her head tucked down, just powering forward,
getting through you know, what she needs to get through
here and everything. I love seeing Piper Nevin and Ripley
lock it up a couple of times on here. I'm

(38:05):
wondering though about that damn slam that Ria Ripley likes
to do, because I was expecting a little bit more
elevation from Ria as she was picking up Piper, and
sadly there was barely enough hang time. I mean, it
was just pretty much a quick I'm a bend over

(38:26):
and now I'm just gonna put you down, you know.
I mean it was midway. You could kind of say
it was maybe midway that she picked up Piper Nevin,
but she didn't really go you know. And I don't
know if you guys have really been noticing yet, but
I would like to know Rhea's thought process on it.
But if you haven't noticed already, it seems that Rhea

(38:49):
has been getting much smaller. I mean, she has gotten
much smaller as far as muscle mass. Definitely weight goes.
Not that I'm putting her weight down at all, I'm
at all. No, No, Lee, you already know Lee loves
his thick women. Okay. I got nothing but love for

(39:10):
the for the for the for the, for the girls. Man.
I love my thick women, man. Okay, I don't care if.
I don't care if my women is black, I don't
care if they Hispanic, I don't care if they Asian.
I love what's going on with all my women. All right,
Lee loves the ladies. But nah, man, that freaking uh,

(39:32):
that freaking thing insane, let me tell you, in freakingsane.
But yeah, otherwise, good, good match. Give me one quick
second here, guys, I just want to go ahead here,
and I'm gonna do this. I'm looking at a direct
message on Twitter right now and I just want to

(39:55):
go on ahead and I want to set that up. Okay, boom,
we are good to go. So anyway, so anyway, tag match,
let's go ahead and talk about that. L wos Waquin
Wilde and Cruz del Toro taking on Finn Balor and

(40:16):
j D McDonough. Again, this was for the tag titles.
LWO was kind of close, but no cigar unfortunately. Probably
the biggest story of the night from this tag match.
It really had to do with the fact that not

(40:39):
only did we get to see El Grande Americano two
point zero, who we all know definitively is what's his face?
Ludwig Kaiser, who made his presence fell towards the end
of this match and Dragon Lee taking the fight right
to I'm pretty much picking up where they had left off. Okay,

(41:03):
but then to make matters worse, to make matters worse,
you also had freaking a new maxed assailant pop up,
and you're going, what the hell is this about?

Speaker 4 (41:20):
And I asked the question online. I said, who is
this individual? Folks like SoundOff, who are you thinking is
under the mask? I'm not talking about Ludwig Kaiser as
the new Il Grande Americano two point oh no, no, no,
here's actually a second max assailant that popped out. And

(41:41):
this second maxed assailant he pretty much screwed the LWO
out of potentially becoming the new tag champion. So now
you're going, okay, who the hell is this guy? And
leave it to social media police. They did a phenomenal
job in taking a screenshot of this guy, and you're going,

(42:01):
as clear as day, you're going, that's fucking Pete Dunn.

Speaker 2 (42:04):
Claire's day. You're going, that's Pete Dunn, without a doubt,
that's Pete done. And I had to look at it.
I zoomed in. I looked at the eyes I looked
at the chin structure and I'm going, yeah, yeah, that's
definitely because originally, I'm not gonna lie to you guys.
Originally I'm going, is this potentially Ray Mysterio just kind

(42:26):
of pulling a fast one here, just kind of mocking
the whole El Grande Americano gimmick. But then when I
really stopped and I thought about it, I said, well,
not for nothing, but this guy is much taller than
Ray Ray. And you know, Ray Ray's got that nice
tan that's going on. So I don't really know. I

(42:50):
don't really know. I don't think that's Y Ray. But
then the more and more that I was looking at
the comments on social media and people are going telling
you it's Pete done, it's Pete done, it's Pete done,
I'm going, all right, let me really study this image here. Yeah,
it's Pete done. It's definitely Pete done. So nice tag
match though. That was actually the second match of the

(43:12):
night that I enjoyed. And you know what, I know
some people may say, well, I never expected for the
LWO to win the tag titles because Judgment Day has
just been on a roll, you know, these past several weeks,
like no, and yeah, I hear you on that. I agree.

(43:32):
You're not gonna get any pushback from me, but you're
probably gonna have those that's gonna say, well, why the LWO,
like this makes no sense? Why are we just giving
these guys? Honestly, I kind of thought about it, and
the one thing that kind of makes a little bit
of sense to me and all honesty, is the fact
that you know, with WWE and this new partnership that

(43:57):
they got going on with the Triple A promotion and
you know, this whole new cross promotional thing that they're
doing and all that, it makes a lot of sense
for me that as far as Latin stars, Latin wrestlers go,
they want to try to do everything in their power
to you know, put the spotlight on them, get them

(44:20):
to a certain level and everything. You understand what I'm saying.
So it made all the sense in the world to
see this pan out the way it was gonna go down.
By the way, got a question for you guys, what
did you think about this week's WWE raw. Go ahead
and sound off. I gotta pull up right now Twitter

(44:41):
at the RCWR show. You guys can go vote that
way right now. I am seeing we've got thirty three
percent of you guys that's giving raw a what is that?
That's a thumbs down? Meanwhile, sixty six percent of you
guys are giving the show a thumbs Appreciate you guys

(45:04):
that have sounded off and cast your vote, and meantime,
let's see what you guys had to say about it
on YouTube. And if you guys haven't noticed yet, when
it comes to our community poll on YouTube, if you notice,
and I said I was going to do this too,
I said I was going to do this, which is

(45:25):
now I'm starting to put the poll out as soon
as the show is over. Like I'm literally not just
doing that on Twitter, but I'm mainly doing that on YouTube.
And for those of you that's not aware, we had
a situation where, if I'm not mistaken, what pay per
view was it? I don't know. I think it was Slammerversary.

(45:49):
Was it slam No? No, no, it was aew all
in Texas. We had like an hour to go before
all In went off the air, right and the next
thing you know, I decided, a, well, let me put
this poll up. Let me just ask people, let me
put this poll up. I like to put my polls out,
get it ready. That way, when it's time due to
the show, I don't have to worry about shit. I

(46:10):
can just do my thing with the show, be rocking
and rolling man.

Speaker 5 (46:14):
Next thing, you know, not even fifteen minutes went by
and there was like a whole hour plus of all
in action to go and somebody gave all land of
thumbs down.

Speaker 2 (46:27):
I'm going, how does that make sense? That does not
make any sense at all, WTF? And so I deleted
the poll and I made sure that right when the
pay per view ended, that's when I put out the polls.
So y'all may be like, ah, we're used to voting,
like you know, like no, no, no, now you know what's
going on. So far from what I'm seeing on YouTube

(46:50):
right now, one hundred percent of the votes is coming
in giving raw for this week of thumbs up. We
only got really two no one more match because we
did talk about that that main event match. For what
it was worth, Goonther CM punk promo nothing really there
for me, although if you are a fan of CM

(47:13):
punk you definitely were feeling punk and what he had
cut to Goonther basically saying, look, I need this championship.
I want this championship. I have to have this World
Heavyweight Championship. You know, basically CM punk is trying to

(47:34):
everything that has been happening with him in the WWE
thus far. You know, he is trying to validate, he's
trying to justify. He's trying to have that full circle
comeback type of story here, right, He's looking for that
that coda, if you will, And so for him, this

(47:55):
isn't just some match, right because he realizes and see,
I'd like this promo by cmpunk, but I was a
little bit disappointed at it at the same time because
I really wish that CM punk would have somehow kind
of without mentioning the Hawkster. You know, you could have

(48:18):
taken it however you wanted to take it. Maybe you
could have looked at it and thought about Malcolm Jamal
Warner and his recent passing. Maybe you could have thought
about Ozzy Osbourne his recent passing, Chuck Mangini that the
jazz player that had recently died feels so good. Maybe
you could, you know, somehow look at all of that

(48:39):
and then other folks that died, mainly those that died
unexpectingly over the years would have been nice to hear
CM punk say something along the lines of, I don't
know how much more time I have left. I don't
know how much more opportunities like this is going to
come my way. Because the older I get, the more

(49:06):
I'm seeing that you all are starting to catch up,
you know, this younger generation, you all are catching up,
And so you know, I got to do whatever I
can and seizon these opportunities, and you fear where I'm
coming from. So that that right there for me, that
right there for me is one of those type of

(49:26):
deals where but it was a good promo. It was
a good promo, but I just wish Punk would have
gotten a little bit more, went a little bit more
heavier on those respected areas. But nonetheless still pretty solid overall.
Pretty much Gunther was just standing there taking it on
the chin verbally. I mean, that's really what this was about.

(49:49):
In a nutshell here, but miss message accomplished if the
whole thing as far as look, we need to get accomplished.
C Punk, And you know, he realizes how rare of
for gem this is. He realizes that it could be
now or never. Yeah, yeah, aj Styles was in a

(50:15):
tag match now see he teamed up with Oscar and
you know what, not for nothing. I actually thought they
made a pretty damn good team. I would like to
see more of them as a tag team when it
comes to these inn gender matches. That's just me personally.
You guys can can sound off on that one. But

(50:37):
it was AJ Styles and the Kobuki Warriors now I'm
remembering right, AJ Styles and the Kobuki Warriors pretty much
taken on Judgment Day and AJ and Crew picking up
the w. This was a fine way to properly position
AJ Styles, give him that little bit of moment them

(51:00):
that he needs going into Summer Slam for that title
match against Dominick Mysterio and that match itself, I'm looking
at that and I'm going, Yo, this should be the
stealer of the night. You know, this should be the
dark horse match of the night and everything. And another

(51:23):
thing that was accomplished in this match as well is
the fact that, you know, okay, we gave the Kabuki
Warriors a win, and with the Kabuki Warriors getting to win,
you know, you're definitely helping them go one step closer
to potentially becoming number one contenders for the women's tag titles.

(51:44):
So you definitely did a lot in here going forward
if you're trying to progress future weeks of television programming
with these respected people, right, so good good good stuff,
good good what they did right there and everything. Just
trying to think if there's anything else I want to

(52:04):
mention in regards to tonight's Raw, because that that pretty
much was everything when it was all said and done.
Nice action, definitely solid build up towards Summer Slam, great ending.
That's the way you do it, as far as I
was concerned, having big Bronze and Red and Breaker standing

(52:26):
tall and strong over jay Uso and Rum and Rains.
That's the way that you want to do it. They
won in tag match. For me, was definitely the highlight
of the night, and I cannot wait to see where
Summer Slam hids from there. I really cannot. So overall,
I would say that this show definitely a thumbs up

(52:47):
from me. I definitely would give it a thumbs up.
They did a lot here, all while squeezing in their
tributes to the Halkster and everything. Hey, I want to
take this time out and thank the many of you
that I've been checking out the shows for these past
half full of weeks. It means so much. And look,
you know me, I love to share really cool, nice

(53:08):
things with you all here on the show because we
all are family. Actually, you know what, before I even
share what I'm about to share, because I got a
really really cool gift that was given to me by
friends and family and celebration of a of a very
important milestone for me. I'll talk more about this in
a hot little bit. Well, first things first, I did

(53:32):
all that yapping, Yo. I want to show my guy
Byron some love. Man. All I did was put him
in time out far as I know, I didn't delete
his comments and all that. But I want to go
through every single thing that he had that he had
mentioned here, which is the first message that I'm looking
at here is where are we here? Where are we here?

(54:01):
What do we got going on here? What do we
got going on here? Actually? I don't even there's Byron.
There's Byron. Byron had this to say about SummerSlam, which
is SummerSlam twenty twenty five. Looks like it's gonna have
a WrestleMania type stage. Here's the thing, Byron, like I

(54:25):
over the years, over many years, actually when it comes
to these pay per view stages, I love being surprised.
I actually purposely go out of my way to not
look at any of the photos online because I want

(54:47):
to be able to savor the pay per view stage
and the layout. I want to experience it all in
real time like everybody else. Now, I know that when
you check out those WWE kickoff shows sometimes you'll kind
of get a little tiny bit of an idea what's

(55:09):
going on with the layout, and I don't mind that actually,
because I'm not actually getting the full blown this is.
And usually when it comes to those kickoff shows, I
have the audio playing and I'm always doing something in
the background. It's only if, okay, they are bringing on

(55:30):
this special guests to chat with the panel and they're
all talking about XYZ. Maybe then I'll look up just
to kind of see what the panel is doing, how
they're looking and all that. But for the most part,
I have the kickoff shows just you know, in the
background audios playing, so I usually experience what's happening with

(55:50):
the panel in real time, much like with everybody else.
But if you're saying, you know, hey, it looks like
it's it's pretty I wouldn't expect it to look any less.
I would not expect it to look any less. See.
Byron also mentions the fact that deaf Rebel is using

(56:10):
AI and stealing. Byron, look at stealing, my friend stealing.
It's okay, it's a little late at night. Make sure
you're utilizing grammarly and speaking of AI, you know, you
can take certain things and you can give it to
AI and acts AI to clean it up. For those

(56:31):
of you that maybe aren't too savvy with proofreading and
all that, don't feel bad like it happens to me
all the time every time I'm getting ready to post
stuff on social media. Let me tell you, man, I
stay fucking up. Like I swear that I have read
something three times before I posted it for grammar, and

(56:53):
you know, is my commas in the right place. I
know some people don't care when it comes to social media.
They just I'm posting shit to bes and shit. I
But I'm different, I think because I've spent so many
years editing, because I love to write, so I'm just
kind of wired that way. Yeah, I mean, look, the
deaf Reubel thing. You know, what are you gonna do?

(57:18):
What are you gonna do. It's obvious that deaf Rebel
is doing some things that you know is definitely questionable.
Deaf Rebel is definitely doing some things where you're going
wise WWE Steele, And not to sound like a broken record,
but I'll definitely mention it here again, which is however
long this contract is that WWE has with deaf Rebel,

(57:43):
Once it expires, that's it. I feel in my heart
of hearts that WWE is going to be going in
a different direction. That's honestly, in my heart of arts,
I feel that they're going to go in a different direction.
Let's see here and then I see another deaf rebel

(58:04):
question by Byron. Do I think some deaf rebel questions
should be brought at the SummerSlam press conferences. Here's the
real question, Byron, Here's the real question. To everybody else,
what is there to gain from asking that question or

(58:28):
deaf rebel questions? What is there to gain? What would
a member of the media have to gain from asking
deaf rebel questions, especially in regards to some of the
controversies surrounding deaf rebel. Is that really the time and

(58:51):
the place to be bringing up questions like that right,
you know, so you got to answer that first part,
but then you gotta also follow up and go, well,
what is there to really gain out of bringing up
these questions?

Speaker 3 (59:10):
Right?

Speaker 2 (59:11):
As somebody that has studied media production, you know, having
associates in media production, so I definitely, you know, learned
my fair share of a little bit of journalism and
all that.

Speaker 1 (59:25):
You know.

Speaker 2 (59:26):
That's kind of one of those read the room type
of moments and kind of go with the flow. You know.
That's kind of one of those type of deals where
if you're noticing your colleagues and the questions that they're
asking and the responses that whoever it is that's at

(59:48):
the podium however they're answering, if you're given essentially that
crack of an opening that warrant asked, well, you know,
since we're on that topic and it does connect to
this quite well, you know, then it's kind of one
of those why not definitely, why not definitely go there?

(01:00:12):
You know, and I agree with with YG YG says
it best man, which is the CFOs. Uh that's where
some of the much better Yeah those were better nothing, Yeah, Yeah,
as far as CFO, CFOs made damn good music. YG

(01:00:33):
I saw you deleted that, but I know what you meant.
I knew what you meant off to break my friend.
But I'll hide that for you cause you wanted to
clean that up. But I knew exactly what you meant.
I would agree. CFO was the shit. CFO was the shit.
They they knew exactly what they were doing, right down
to the point. YG and everybody else that watched Raw tonight,
did you notice that aj Styles went back to his

(01:00:55):
you Don't Want None theme song? Like if that's if
that's a case where Lee hate to break it to
your dog. But that's been an effect for a couple
of weeks. Now, forgive me. I'm just now noticing because
I started tuning aj Styles out. Nothing that he did wrong.
He's still phenomenal inside the ring and now. But I

(01:01:17):
wasn't feeling the new theme song that I believe Death
Rebel made for him. I thought that song sucks. So
to hear him come out to the you know they
don't want none, you don't want none again, I was
rocking my arm, going, hey, he's back to that. That's
what's up? Like, that's what's up? Yeah? That was that
was actually a good one. That's a good one. Let's

(01:01:40):
see here what else we got. Let's see. First of all,
I don't know who that is, so let me look
that one up. Let me look that one up. I
don't know who that is, Byron. I'm trying to look
up this one question that Byron is asking. Okay. Singer

(01:02:06):
Ellie Price finds deaf Rebel used her vocal sample for
fatal Influence theme. Okay, so Byron is asking me if
I think wweo's Ellie Price an apology. And for those
of you that are kind of like, what the hell
is going on here? So again, this is another deaf Rebel. Yeah, yeah,

(01:02:30):
like okay, let's read this together. This is from our
friends over at Fifful. Singer Ellie Price recently discovered that
deaf Rebel used her vocal sample for Fatal Influences theme
the Chosen and Instagram video. Price shares that she has
released a pop punk vocal sample pack on Splice, a

(01:02:54):
royalty free music site. Price says that deaf Rebel took
some of the samples and assumed they ran the samples
through an AI program to create a similar but different
melody and lyrics. She states the B two Damn, this
is so kind. I gotta clean this up. Come on,
fightful shit. To be perfectly clear, they have done absolutely

(01:03:19):
nothing wrong. This is what these samples are supposed to
be used for, and I'm stoked that I have come
across it. Part of me does wish people knew it
was me. On the Fatal Influence theme, the lyrics have
been changed from Price's sample song, which Price points out,

(01:03:42):
let's see Lalia Carvallo. I guess this is a media
journalist or whatever wrote that deaf Rebel using a Splice
sample for the Chosen in April, and deaf Rebel has
been doing w W things since twenty nineteen, So no, Byron.

(01:04:06):
And this is something that I studied for a good
number of years, which is commercial rights, royalty free content,
all of that. You know, trying to get the clearances
all of that, and you know it can be a
slippery slope if you're not careful. Like not to bore

(01:04:30):
you guys, but it's really a case we're depending on
the platform that you're getting help with your music creativity,
be it you're trying to get vocals or you're trying
to get instrumental beats and you're trying to make sure
that as far as getting around licensing fees, you're not

(01:04:55):
going to get flagged for copyrights and all that like it.
Really it depends on the platform that you're doing your
thing on. Now. Is it pretty fucked up that for
a company like deaf Rebel, they're doing all this stuff
and it comes off kind of lazy, like, Okay, you

(01:05:16):
guys really aren't making music, are you. I mean, you
guys are literally just going to some AI site and
you pretty much are just I need people to understand,
and this may be an unpopular opinion, This really may
be an unpopular opinion, but I need people to understand
AI is coming for any and everybody and their jobs,

(01:05:38):
whether you like it or not. AI is showing month
in and month out, year after year that Okay, well
we can do away with this position because we got
this over here now. Obviously, when it comes to music making,
oh my god, yeah, AI can come up with some

(01:06:00):
really really good stuff, for sure, tell it what you
want and how you want it, but nothing actually beats
what we as humans have right here that I'm pointing at,
which is our brain. And I think about guys such

(01:06:21):
as an unrest in peace I love this man. I
wish he was still with us to this day. But
I think about the late Jay Dillon, I think about
Fife Dog from a trip call Quest, and I think
about Miles Davis. I think about Quincy Jones and just
what they all were able to do as producers. I mean,

(01:06:43):
they made some really damn damn good music. You know,
you can't like, you can't replace minds like that. You
can't replace the heart, the soul, the hours of research

(01:07:04):
that went into making some of the greatest beats of
our time. You go back to the Motown sounds back
in the day, and then you think about you know
who all was involved behind the scenes and helping the Supremes,
Marvin Gay, the Temptations. I mean, the list just goes

(01:07:28):
on and on and on and on and on of
talented musicians that was there back in the day at
Barry Gordy's joint working in the studio. AI will never
be able to replace that. It'll do a really good job.
You want some damn good beats, yeah, you know, yeah,

(01:07:48):
But I mean if you really really want some soul,
AI is not going to give you soul. It'll make
what you need. It'll make us sound good, but it's
not going to give you sol whether that soul be
in rock, metal, rap, you're not gonna be able to
get sold in there. Right. So no, WW does not

(01:08:12):
owe Ellie Price an apology, especially after what she said,
Like she's not taking any offense to it or anything.
She just kind of wishes that. Man, I wish there
was a way that I can. This is why some artists.
I'll tell you a true story, And if y'all don't
believe me, just go back and look at our video

(01:08:33):
intro from two weeks ago and compare it to the
intro for what we're doing now. So, for the longest time,
one of the original music intros that we had for
our video intro was a tribe call Quests you should Know,
and we just let the instrumental be to that play.

(01:08:55):
For the longest time, we had no trouble whatsoever. But
then all of a sudden, the label that represents Tribe,
they decided they wanted to hit us up with copyrights.
Nothing that we did wrong, right, it was just hey,
whatever money you're making, that's now going to go to
the label. And it was like, okay, cool, right, But

(01:09:18):
that means now I have to share that revenue or
better yet, no, it means all the money is pretty
much going to be going to them. And so I
had decided, well, let me switch up on the theme.
And I ended up changing the theme to this royalty
free song. And it was free for like the longest time.
I might have pushed it for almost two years. Well,

(01:09:41):
I guess whoever created that song. He decided that he
wanted to start making music. Sorry, he wanted to start
making money off of that song. And so now he
is hitting up people with copyrights again, not in trouble,
but now it's a case where hey, you're now sharing

(01:10:03):
now that is official. I get the message, and was
getting the message for weeks upon weeks. You're sharing ad
revenue with the person that made this song. It's like, ah,
So I ultimately had to go, Okay, well what can
I do here? I'm not exactly a musical genius, but
what can I do here? Because I need something that

(01:10:24):
is definitely royalty free. I definitely need something that ain't
gonna have a mofo go. You know, hey, now you're
gonna share some of that money with me, buddy boy.
And so there's some really cool sites out there where
you can go and you can give it your thoughts

(01:10:44):
and be like, yo, I want this type of song,
and you know, let's do this, let's do that, and
the current theme that you hear now, I was able
to make that with AI. Now the way some AI
sites work. Some you know, hey, you can use this song,
but you got to give credit where credit is due,
and then you got other sites where it's this song

(01:11:07):
is yours. So if anybody tries to use this, you
know you've got your own unique ID, like your ass
is covered. You can actually hit these people with a
copyright if somebody tries to claim that they made that song.
YadA YadA, YadA. Right, So I mean AI like when
it's used right, it's good. But at the same time,
if there's one thing that I had learned about DCMA

(01:11:29):
laws digital Content Media Agreement, I think that's the terminology
there or whatever, But y'all know the lingo that I'm
talking about. But when it comes to stuff like that
and whatever you're using in regards to AI, the golden
rule of thumb is And I learned this a lot

(01:11:52):
in regards to media production. And I'm learning this as
I'm transitioning this fall to go get my bachelor's is
you want to cover all bases, You want to cover
your ass, and you want to make sure that whatever
you're doing with AI that you do give the proper

(01:12:13):
credit and say, you know, powered in part by is
def rebel gonna do that? Fuck no, because if they
were to admit that to the WWE, the WWE's essentially
going to go, well, why the fuck are we using
you when we can essentially do it ourselves and actually
bring in some really cool producers that can really be

(01:12:35):
innovative and combine it with their knowledge while also putting
the most important thing in it, which is quality and soul.
You feel me on that one. You feel me on
that one. And YG says it best. AI music sounds
so lifeless. It really depends. It really depends on the site.
Like there are a ton of sites out there that

(01:12:57):
make really really good AI music. I mean, however you're
picturing and you want a fine tune, there's some really
good joints out there. To the point that there are
a lot of up and coming singers, rappers included, that
have made all their beats and everything using AI, and
I mean they're getting awards and all kinds of shit. Man.

(01:13:22):
It's crazy when you kick back and you think about
it seriously. I got to show you this. I got
to and I told them that I would be mentioning them,
so I would imagine they're probably going to be if
they're not watching this live, they'll probably check this out
at some point in the next couple of days. So
my wife, some of our family and friends. I'll share

(01:13:44):
pictures later. We had this nice celebration over the weekend
for officially me completing my associates degree a couple of
weeks back. And you know, now, I'm getting ready to
transfer to a four year college this fall. But but
the way it's looking right now, when all my credits

(01:14:05):
transfer over, it's looking like I'll be able if I
do this right, I'll be able to get my bachelor's
in less than three years. Because the way it's looking
right now, I've got like about at least seventy credits
that's going to be transferring over. So that's like a
fucking awesome for me. And they decided to take me
out to dinner. Apparently this was something that they had

(01:14:25):
planned for a couple of weeks and everything, and my
wife was being very cryptic. She was like, she was like, yo,
do you want to you know not other? I said, look,
surprise me and so we ate at this really nice restaurant.
It's called Clydes Man. What don't they have? I mean burgers, fries, salads,

(01:14:46):
great seafood, I mean great atmosphere. Now let me tell
you something. You got to have some Clydes money if
you're interested, okay, because you're going to be looking at
at least for two people. You're definitely going to be
looking past one hundred dollars. You're definitely going to be
looking past one hundred dollars. Now, if you don't do

(01:15:07):
you know, alcohol, that might including the tip, you might
be okay, you might be able to scratch just at
about one hundred dollars mark. But I got to show
you this. This was really really cool. They had gave
me this. They all chipped in and they had gave me.
I apologize to our audio listeners that might not be

(01:15:28):
able to see this, but they gave me this really cool,
uh plaque award thing, not an award but a I
don't know what do you call it? Here? I really
what do you call this? Why'd you and everybody else
what do you call this? But they gave me this
really cool thing to celebrate the milestone, and I'll read

(01:15:49):
it to you. It says, congratulations, class of twenty twenty five.
Behind you, all your memories before you, all your dreams
around you, all who love you, within you, all you
need you did it. So proud of you. Happy graduation.

(01:16:09):
So this is just like the coolest thing that that
I could be given. And so it's it's awesome. So
you know, now we're going to at least temporarily, it's
gonna have a nice little home right in the back here.
Put that with the with the Rubik's Q, and it'll be, uh,

(01:16:31):
it'll be chilling right there going forward and everything. I
am excited, though I can't wait for fall. I've been
telling my friends and family because they're like, how are
you holding up, you know, now that it's over, you know,
with community college, how you're holding up? And I'm telling them,
in all honesty, I'm like, dude, I'm fucking going insane.

(01:16:53):
I'm bored over here. Like I'm trying to stay busy
with work and you know, working with different clients on
different projects and everything, but I'm going insane. I miss
I missed the campus life, like you know, I miss
some of the challenges that I was being being given,
you know, a week after week, and they were like, well,

(01:17:15):
don't worry, You're you're gonna get it very very soon.
Don't worry. I'm like, yeah, yeah, you're right, you know.
But I'm trying to enjoy the calm before the storm.
I'm trying to get into it a little bit more here,
but I'm managing. It's like day to day with me.
It's day to day. Anyway, let's continue on here some

(01:17:36):
more stuff that we can talk about. Of course, wwe
they recognize HAULK Hogan the continuation here of tributes and everything,
and I kind of want to take a little bit
of a different direction, you know, because we did two
other shows talking about the whole thing, right, and we

(01:17:57):
focused on the lies and the way that we did it.
We did it in a way where it was well, unfortunately,
you can't help but bring up the bad. You can't
help but bring up the bad, you know. But when
it comes to the Hawk Hogan character specifically, I do
want to put a pretty little ribbon around the talk

(01:18:19):
of the Hawkster as far as the legacy and the
cultural impact goes. Let me say this, and this isn't
long winded or drawn out, and it's a perfect segue
into the talk of Chelsea Green and the backlash that
she unfortunately had face which forced her to retreat from
social media all together. Make no mistake about it, as

(01:18:45):
far as Hawk Hogan, the entertainer, the man that we
saw in front of the camera, that entertained us for
decades upon decades, a first true mainstream crossover wrestling icon
without a doubt. I mean, you talk about an individual

(01:19:09):
that went from wrestling to cartoons, to music videos, to
the movies, to the merch to having an impact on
food even right late night talk shows. They all wanted him.

(01:19:32):
They all wanted a piece of him. This man transcended
in every single category all tied to entertainment. He broke
through that, he broke through that could somebody else had

(01:19:55):
came in there and done just as good of a
job as the Halkster. Has been a box office attraction,
a gate attraction as the Halkster. With what all I
remember in experiencing as a wrestling fan coming up in

(01:20:16):
the eighties, there's a couple honorable names that really stand
out to me. Well, looking back on it, I don't
think they would have came as close to what the
Hawkster was able to do. All of that, all of

(01:20:38):
that I just mentioned, this guy was able to do
just by being involved in a squared circle. It's just
amazing when I stop and think about it. You know,
I heard somebody say he was the Babe Ruth of wrestling.
That's not an understatement. That's definitely not an understatement. I

(01:21:03):
can't tell you how many kids. You know, it's easy
for people to talk trash and you know, disregard, but
for those of us that actually lived through the seventies,
eighties and up when the Hawkster was coming up, the
guy was undeniable. All you could do was just come

(01:21:25):
across somebody, what's happening, brother, and mofos was just started
hitting the hawk ogain bow and arrow pose, you know,
doing the whole python posing and all that shit. You know,
that red and yellow larger than life persona. When I

(01:21:46):
think about it, it resonated with so many of us
that were kids in the eighties and nineties, particularly especially
at a time when man pop culture was just really
really exploding for our generations respectively, because you know, we

(01:22:09):
had MTV. We had the Saturday morning cartoons. We had
a good back in the day. I mean, we get
like five minutes between commercial breaks of toys that we know,
damn well, we didn't need because we had enough toys
as it was, but we just had to. We just

(01:22:30):
had to have them, you know, we just had to
have them. And everything, you know, the catchphrases, the poses,
the crowd psychology. Hulkster was a true master of the game.

(01:22:51):
You know, when you go back and you look at footage.

Speaker 3 (01:22:54):
Of Elvis, just the all the mystique, just everything about
him and how he captivated an audience, how he captivated
people of all ages, all races. Hogan definitely and much
like with Elvis, Elvis breaking through movies, commercials, late night

(01:23:21):
talk shows, you know, you name it. Definitely, Hawk Hogan
was that guy, same kind of same kind of cloth.

Speaker 2 (01:23:31):
You know, he defined the babyface formula for generations. And yeah,
you can definitely say, well, not for nothing, but hal
Hogan borrowed from superstar Billy Graham, He borrowed from the

(01:23:52):
American Dream Dusty Rhodes, He borrowed a little bit from
Oh Yeah, without a doubt, Without a doubt, and that
is honestly, the greatest compliment that you can do is
when you're sampling from somebody, but at the same time,

(01:24:12):
you are also taking that sample and you're expanding upon
it and you're making it your own. And Hogan was
able to craft something out and truly be in a
league of his own. You talk about not just the

(01:24:35):
cultural impact, but you talk about from a professional standpoint,
the generational impact that the man had. Stars like Stonecoat,
Steve Auston, the Rock, even Roman Reigns in some ways
each of them took their cues literally from the Hulkster.

(01:24:56):
As far as character building and branding goes, the wrestling
business truly boomed under Hawk Hogan. WWE would not have
been a household name if it wasn't for that man

(01:25:23):
as the poster child for the company. Now, could they
have gotten there in due time? And I've mentioned this
many times off and on over the past, I would
say two maybe three years. Would they have gotten there
in due time? I honestly believe.

Speaker 1 (01:25:41):
So.

Speaker 2 (01:25:41):
I know some people are like, no, no, no, no.
I honestly believe they would have. It would have taken
them a little bit longer, but I feel they would have.
But Holgan was in the right place definitely at the
right time. You know, it's interesting because you think about

(01:26:03):
the character, and that's where we've been talking about these
past several minutes. You know, there's a big difference here.
You know, we talk about the character versus demand, and
it brings about a very interesting question, which is does
loving the character require embracing the real person or what

(01:26:25):
you think is the real person, because you truly don't
know somebody until you've actually lived with them, you've actually
had some type of a relationship with them, some type
of a transactional relationship with them, and as a result
of that, you know, you have access to one another

(01:26:46):
on a consistent basis, on a regular basis. You know,
once something is put out there in the public domain,
as you all know, that's a matter of public opinion.
But does it mean that you defindatively know someone a

(01:27:06):
lot of tension, still a lot of tension that's in
the air when you really think and when you really
stop and think about it, you know, it definitely brings
a question to mine, which is looking at twenty twenty
five and beyond, would that version of Hogan, you know,
if we could just take that guy pluck him from

(01:27:28):
the eighties and put him in today's era. Would that
version of Hogan still be as successful as it was
way back then? Can that exaggerated superhero still work in
today's time? Really brings about an interesting question. I feel

(01:27:53):
I really want to put more emphasis on this in
regards to the whole You know, Jimmy Hart did a
recent interview where he talked about and this really really
went under the radar. He mentioned how the Halkster went
through eleven surgeries, including the next surgery, the next fusion

(01:28:17):
surgery that he had just a couple of months ago,
and it got me thinking, well, just exactly how many surgeries?
It was a two part question. I asked myself exactly
how many surgeries did the Halkster have throughout his whole
life leading up to his death? But more specifically, how
many surgeries did Hogan get, say, in the last five, six,

(01:28:41):
seven years. Now. I know Halkster likes to exaggerate about
a lot of things, but every time you go under
the knife, there's definitely documentation that's out there. You know,
Hogan went under the knife twenty five times. Think about that,
twenty five times. That's a lot. And when you look

(01:29:04):
at the last five to seven years of his life.
This guy went through eleven surgeries, and I really want
to stress that. You know, unfortunately, the older we get,
that recovery it's nowhere near how it was when we

(01:29:27):
were in our twenties, okay, or in our thirties, and
that quick recovery time. Right now, just let me chill
for a couple of weeks and then boom, I can
get right into rehab and I can start working out,
and maybe you gonna see me. It's not like that anymore.

(01:29:47):
When you get older. The older that you get, I
don't care how many bowls cheerios, how many times you
do your cardio. Just the older that you get and
the more times that you go under the knife, you
know that that recovery it is much much longer, and
in a lot of cases you're never quite the same physically.

(01:30:09):
So to hear that this man went through so many surgeries,
to follow up on what Jimmy Hart had said, Yeah,
the Halkster's body, he just he probably just he was
too tired. He just he couldn't he couldn't keep going,
going that many times under the knife. He just couldn't

(01:30:33):
shout out to Ariel Howani, who did a very well
grounded interview with Rick Flair. I thought this was more
tasteful and respectful, particularly to Rick Flair and the situation,
than the crap that TMZ had put out there that
just seemed like a quick crash, cash grab as far
as I was concerned. You know, he spoke about the Hawkster,

(01:30:57):
even address the whole legacy ties in to Chelsea Green
in her comments. I'm going to read that for you
guys in a hot second, but check out what Brick
Flair had to say. In case you guys didn't catch it.
I'll reach just a part of it for you guys,
and I quote I think he just got tired. I
mean eleven back operations hip replacements now in next surgery.

(01:31:18):
How much can your body take? We've all put ourselves
in ridiculous positions in the business, but here I am
five years older than Hulk, and I don't hurt at all.
I've had some serious health issues, but I don't have
an ache or pain in my body, and it bothers me,
and of course it gives me anxiety that I could

(01:31:41):
be next. And in regards to the controversy around the Hawkster,
Flair said, to be honest with you, I knew you
were going to ask me this question, and I hoped
you would because I kept track of it. If one
hundred and twenty eight people text me and not one correction,
if one hundred and twenty eight people text me and

(01:32:03):
not one negative word. Everybody has their pitfalls and things
happen and we don't have control over it. But whatever
that was going on that made somebody uncomfortable, it blew
right by him. I hate that they always have to
mention that, but that's just the way the social media works.
Trust me, he was anything but that, and he paid

(01:32:27):
the price. Anything bad, excuse me. I know Kevin Nash
recently jumped out there and he said, if you don't
have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
You know, guys like him and Eric Betschoff are are
really really hurting right now. But like even guys like

(01:32:48):
Kevin Nash, Eric Beschoff, a couple of other a couple
other people, you know, they're taking heat. How dare they
take time out of their schedule and talk about their
friend that they lost on their show? And now let's

(01:33:09):
talk about Chelsea Green. Chelsea Green, she commented on the
passing of the Halkster during a CBS interview. I actually
watched the clip. It's online, you guys can easily go
and check it out. And one of the first things
that this reporter acts as Chelsea, you know, is you know, hey,

(01:33:34):
can you reflect on the death the passing of the Halkster.
And first thing that comes out of Chelsea's mouth, you know,
she says, you know, hey, look, putting all the politics
and I'm trying to think of the other word that
she used. I don't know if it was controversy. I
hate to misquote her, but when you first hear that,

(01:33:56):
she's going, okay, so even she's acknowledging off the break. Hey,
there's been some stuff that we all can agree. We're
not a fan of this dude. And if you really
break down the way that she was speaking about the Hawlkster,
she was looking at him as the man in front

(01:34:17):
of the cameras, the man that entertained the masses in
that squirt circle weekend and week out for decades. That's
what she was speaking on. And she caught a whole
shit ton of backlash as a result, right down to
the point that she put out a post talking about

(01:34:39):
how she was going to be taking a break from
social media for the extended future. I want to read
to you her post here. Shout out to the good
folks over at US Weekly for this. Here's what she said. Yeah,
and here's her direct quote, polarizing political views. Aside, he

(01:35:05):
was an absolute icon. If it weren't for Hawk Hogan,
there are many of us in the wrestling industry that
would absolutely not be here. He inspired a massive generation.
It's a loss that we are feeling deeply in the
wrestling community. Now. Some people may have appreciated the fact that, Okay,

(01:35:30):
polarizing political views. Yeah, but there's a lot more than
just that, Chelsea. It's you know, also, how was she
supposed to bring that up and put some finesse to that. Well,
you know, she might have been able to say polarizing
political views and all the personal stories concerning terryble leya

(01:35:56):
to the side Hawk Hogan. I think if she would
have said it just like that, this is a case
right here where I really wish that. And speaking as
someone that knows a thing or two about marketing, knows
a thing or two about public relations, this is a
case right here where I wish wwe'spr would have been

(01:36:21):
able to be in Chelsea Green's ear and be like, look,
this is what's up. This is what you can say.
Try to do your best to get in and out.
I appreciate the CBS journalists that did this interview. They
weren't trying to go for a gotcha moment. They weren't

(01:36:41):
trying to put her in a position where she was
essentially forced to talk about some of the stuff that
happened with Terry Boleyo over the years. She kept it
pretty honestly middle ground and focused on Hawk Hogan the entertainer.

(01:37:03):
I thought, for what it was worth, things could have
been properly rephrased, but for the most part, the interview
was good. Chelsea Green destroyed on social media.

Speaker 3 (01:37:20):
Now.

Speaker 2 (01:37:21):
I have followed Chelsea Green for years on social media,
and she is one of the most coolest people, especially
as far as interactions go, and all that. She's a sweetheart.
That woman don't bother nobody. That woman doesn't bother anybody, right,
She's just living life, trying to have fun and everything.
And yeah, so here's what she said on social media.

(01:37:46):
A significant part of my role at WWE involves engaging
with the public and responding to questions, often on live platforms.
Yesterday I was asked to comment on Hallcogain on live TV.
Let me be clear, my stance on racism is unwavering.
I do not condone it, period. She continued. If my

(01:38:09):
response or tweet seemed dismissive of real concerns, I sincerely apologize.
That was never my intention. I try to acknowledge a
death respectfully, even when the legacy is complicated. I am
learning one day at a time and will continue to learn.

(01:38:32):
She then said, I've tried to keep my page positive
and comedic, which is very true. That is normally what
you are able to find on her social media stuff.
But today a lot changed and it hit harder than
I expected. The name calling, Come on, guys, I mean really,

(01:38:54):
the death threats, the faceless accounts. Social media was posed
to be a fun place and it hasn't been for
a while. It's been overwhelming, and I need to step
away for a bit. It breaks my heart to hear that,
it really really does, because we need more people like

(01:39:15):
Chelsea Green that is trying to do their part in
uplifting and putting smiles on people's faces. All she's trying
to do is entertain It's very sad that we've got
people doing the death threats, the name calling. You know,

(01:39:35):
I've not beaten around the bush with you guys. I've
been very transparent, like a mofo over the years. And
it seems like every single time that I'm starting to
do really well with the YouTube channels, you know, like, oh,
I'm getting a little too popular, I'm picking up too

(01:39:57):
many views, I'm doing too many things. I have my detractors,
I have my trolls. There's actually one individual, maybe two max,
but it's definitely one individual that I'm aware of. Keeps
making different social accounts, tries to say hurtfull, stupid things

(01:40:24):
to get a rise out of me. And it's like, dude,
you realize, I'm like, how long you've been doing this. Now,
you've been doing this for almost ten years. Think about
that for a second. You've wasted almost a decade. Allegedly
you hate this person, and yet you keep coming on

(01:40:47):
to their live channels, you keep coming to their content,
and you keep consuming. If you hate that person, why
are you continuing to consume their content? Why aren't you
going and supporting content creators? That you actually like that.

(01:41:07):
You feel as far as there there via political views
or whatever, that you know, you get along more with them,
you feel as though you align more with them than
this person over here. And the answer is quite simple,
is because these people feel that all well, you know,

(01:41:31):
I'm trying to just fuck with this person. I'm trying
to get a rise out of them. I'm trying to
and it's like, I mean, really, stop to think about that.
And I can only imagine how these WWE superstars and
wrestlers and entertainment. I can only imagine because what I'm
going through is probably a fraction, only a fraction of
what they go through on a daily basis. I would

(01:41:52):
imagine there is like a diet tribal bullshit. Heaven forbid,
their opinion is different than that of a fee. And
then they got to be reading the Riot Act. You know,
I get it, really I get. Let me tell you something.
The same kind of people that have been doing what

(01:42:15):
they've been doing with Chelsea Green, same kind of people
that I've been getting over the years, same kind of
people that told my good friend John Draper, oh, you
know you need to go shut up. You know, it's
no wonder that your brother dropped dead. You fucking suck

(01:42:36):
just like your brother. Glad he's dead. When it's all said,
at the end of the day, these are motherfuckers that
don't have the balls to show their face. They got
to continue to do those nameless accounts. They got to continue,
you know, to keep making different accounts. And because they

(01:42:58):
have no fucking life, they're miserable pieces of shit. They
don't like where their life is, so they figure, let
me fuck with this person over here because they're doing
too many good things, you know, or I just don't
like them. I don't know about you, guys, but when

(01:43:21):
I was growing up, if there was somebody I didn't like,
I ken't be moving along. I just made sure i'd
never talked to them again. And I ken't be moving
along because life is too short to be tripping over
one individual. I mean, really think we'll let's stop and
think about that for a second. For some of us
that have been dealing with knuckleheads like what Chelsea Green

(01:43:43):
is is doing, some of us have dealt with the
same individuals for years. In my case, definitely, I guess.
I guess this person who has no life and is
continuing to I guess even though, like I'm getting closer
and closer to fifty, I'm getting more and more gray,
I guess they're gonna keep doing this until I'm like,
damn near sixty five and I have like a full

(01:44:05):
gray beer and I'm like, you know, some of my
teeth are gonna be missing. Well, I'm knocking on wood.
That doesn't happen. But I mean, you just don't know,
you know. And they're still saying the same stupid ass shit.
Now at this point, it would have been over twenty years,
you know, twenty five years ago, and they're still It's like,
what the fuck. It's stupid. This is absolutely stupid for

(01:44:27):
Chelsea Green and everybody. You're allowed to feel how you
want to feel, You're allowed to. And I never once
thought Chelsea Green was a racist. I never, never, never,
still don't, still don't. This is the dark side of

(01:44:51):
social media. This is the dark side of essentially being
a public figure. Is heaven forbid? Look at what happened
with AW. That is a prime example. Look at what
happened with AW. Hogan died on Thursday and aa W
was being lit. The fuck up? AW is being lit?

(01:45:15):
The fuck up? Look at that Tony Kahn. Everybody else
has said something, Tony Kahn hasn't said anything. What the fuck? Man?
What the fuck? It's like? Yo, there wouldn't be a
w on TNT if it wasn't for the Hawkster and
and Ted Turner and w C w on TNT, Like,
what the fuck Tony Kahann? What the fuck? When all

(01:45:37):
that shit was going on, I couldn't help but look
at that and go, like, in real time, I knew everybody, everybody,
including a W I knew they were gonna address Hogan
in their own way. What the hell was aw supposed
to do? Were they supposed to put out some type

(01:45:57):
of a uh, Were they supposed to put out some
type of a video joint for the Hawkster? Was that
what they were supposed to do? Were they supposed to
maybe put out some type of a post saying, hey,
you know, we join everybody else that you know, hey,
you know the passing of the Halkster, that's very unfortunate,

(01:46:18):
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Was
that maybe what they were supposed to do? Because I'll
tell you what, I'm on their social media page right
now and I see that for the past handful of days,
they did a phenomenal job showing collision highlights. I'm also
aware of the video where Tony Shovanni addresses the passing

(01:46:40):
of the Halkster, and I thought the way that Tony
Shovanni had addressed that was chef's kiss. I thought he
hit on a lot of really good points. But as
far as whether or not AEW actually put out a
post the day that the Haulkster passed away, boy man,

(01:47:03):
their social media team is busy, like, I don't know what.
I'm looking at something from four days ago and I
am still scrolling. I am not seeing that they put
out anything that day when news of the Haulkster have broke,
And I'm already on four days now as they're getting

(01:47:25):
ready to promote. Yeah, yeah, I'm already there. I'm already there.
I can only meet people halfway, Okay, So people are
tripping over the fact that aw didn't put anything else
on social media. Ah, to each its own. For me,

(01:47:51):
I kind of felt Saturday Show they were gonna say something.
Now whether or not they decided to say something on
Wednesday show, maybe to revisit it a little bit more.
I think that remains, that remains to be seen. Usually
the pattern that Tony Kahan has shown is usually he's
one and done. That's usually the pattern. He is basically

(01:48:11):
one and done. But you know, y'all got to realize
that y'all are much stronger than you all think and
to people like Chelsea Green and others. Don't give these
motherfuckers that power, because when you stoop to the level

(01:48:36):
of well, I gotta retreat, I gotta take a break,
I gotta do this, I gotta do that, I gotta stop.
When you operate that way, guess what you're giving them control.
You're letting them dictate your life and how you interact

(01:48:56):
with folks and all that other shit. You're already letting
them mess with your psyche. Let it go, move on,
keep it rolling. That's the best advice that I can give.
Really turns out, Netflix has been working on a Hawk

(01:49:18):
Hogan docu series since last year. As apparently there's like
over twenty hours of new interviews with Hogan, all that
was shot right before his passing. All that was shot
right before his passing. I'm hearing one of my little

(01:49:39):
furry ones crying. I don't know what that's about. But anyway,
there's no release date yet, but it got over twenty hours.
Really makes you wonder now going forward, how that is
going to be finished out, if maybe Vince McMahon will
be approached, if he hasn't already, how Vince McMahon is

(01:50:05):
basically because you know, he's probably a little heard over
what happened with the last docuseries that premiered on Netflix
and how he tried to fight that bad boy and everything,
but that remains to be seen as far as SummerSlam.
Knew some interesting stuff that's going on on that front,
at least with one match in particular, Drew McIntyre. You

(01:50:27):
guys might have missed this. He took the social media
to reveal that his USA passport he unfortunately is without it.
He left it in the United States and right now
he's out in Scotland, so he's not sure if he's
going to be able to make it to SummerSlam as

(01:50:47):
he pretty much has got a slap on the risks
for the time being. If you miss SmackDown this week,
Keana James, what is going on, precious? I don't know
why this girl is is moaning her little butt off.
She's whining, you know, but she's like, I don't know

(01:51:11):
what the hell is going on, Hey, little buddy, what's
the problem. What's you're fussing about? What you're fussing about?
I don't know why she's fussing anyway, Keana James because
remember she had went out on injury a while back.
She returned to SmackDown and she is now acting as
the advocate for Julia. Nice move, w w E. Nice

(01:51:38):
move definitely helps Julia. You know, she's not quite getting
over like we thought Stephanie the Care would get over,
you know. And by the way, Stepan the Care, I
mean that English, it is getting better and better by
the week. Homegirl is really really improving. I gotta give
it up to her. WWE Late Night featuring Tony Henchcliff

(01:52:06):
that has been listed as canceled. For those of you
that's going to be going to SummerSlam weekend, please make
a note, especially if you maybe try to purchase tickets,
or maybe you already have tickets, just know that that
joint is canceled. I would imagine a big bulk of
you all got your tickets through ticket Master. Refunds are available.

(01:52:31):
Something else circling back to Hogan just one more time,
and it's actually expanded more on WWE itself, the ww
Superstars LJN line. It is back and it is better
than ever. You know, I got cool little knick knacks
in the background, and I love those figures. I actually

(01:52:52):
have a ravishing Rick Rude and I have a nineteen
nineties mullet Shawn Michaels with the Intercontinental Championship back Chubby
Championship belt, I should say, chilling in the background. And
I was looking at these figures going, you know, the
John Cena looks okay, like dude the American Dream Dusty Rhodes. Okay,

(01:53:15):
he's got the polka dots. But I think I might
be interested in getting those. Yeah. Sure. And I saw
when WWE put out the link a couple of days prior,
and then they were talking about who's going to be
exclusively available on Target. Well, unfortunately Target doesn't exactly put
out a time when these things are going to be

(01:53:35):
available for pre orders, so it's kind of one of
those you just got to keep checking. But legend says
that you can just do it like first thing in
the morning, like around eight nine o'clock in the morning. Whatever,
supposed to be on pre order like it goes live
as it stands right now, because a lot of us
also we heard that there was a Hawk Hogan LJN figure,

(01:54:00):
but with the passing, okay, yeah, probably not going to
be released right now because oh you know, it probably
seemed like a really optics wise probably yeah, yeah, that
looks bad. But during ww E RAW Michael colon The Gang,
they revealed that this LGN Hawk Hogan figure was up

(01:54:22):
for pre order at Target. Well, I'll tell you this much.
Around five pm on the East Coast, I did hop
one line trying to see if hawkester this way before
Netflix Raw tonight, but I went on there just to
see if they had uploaded Hogan seeing what was going

(01:54:43):
on with John Cena Dusty Rhodes. I didn't see a
Hogan sena Dusty sold out on pre orders. Logan Paul
still available at least at the time of this recording.
I guess nobody wants Logan Paul. So to my surprise

(01:55:05):
to see ww RAW plug Hogan and then I immediately
go on the Target website out of curiosity and to
see that was sold out, I'm like wow, and you
know what it is? You know what they're doing right.
First of all, limited quantities, so don't trip. Don't trip.
What they're doing is they're putting out a very very small,
limited quantity just to test the waters, and if it's

(01:55:31):
popular enough and everything, then they'll definitely release another wave.
But be prepared, y'all, there is gonna be some serious
scalpeling that's going to be going on eBay. Let me
promise you that. You know what a friend of mine too.
Luckily mine's was already on the way. But a friend

(01:55:51):
of mine was telling me how he had tried to
get the Galactis popcorn bucket from the new Fantastic Four movie,
and unfortunately for him, he dealt with a seller that
took his money like over a month ago. Him and
a couple of other people took all their money from

(01:56:11):
over a month ago, saying yeah, you know, I'll be
able to get tenedies day of No Bullshit day of
the Fantastic four First Steps release. This seller refunded my

(01:56:31):
friend and everybody else their money, no explanation, no apologies, nothing.

Speaker 3 (01:56:39):
Ooh.

Speaker 2 (01:56:40):
They were pissed. I think you and I would be
right along with them. Pissed off as well, because it's
wait a minute, like, what the fuck you mean to
tell me? I could have went with somebody else that
actually had them and their possession and just maybe was
going to honor the street least date of the film

(01:57:01):
and put it out there, Like what the hell? Really,
I felt for everybody involved, including my friend, like that's
no way to get shafted. But I bring all that
up to say, yeah, most likely on eBay, you're going
to be seeing these things. If you can snag them
for the original retail price, great, because you're looking at
about twenty four dollars. But we know that there are

(01:57:24):
some serious collectors that's out there, and these things can
go easily for a couple of one hundred dollars, even
a little bit over one thousand dollars, depending and I
would imagine that Hawkster Joint is definitely going to be
sold out. With all things considered, the prices definitely have
gone up, not a lot, surprisingly, but the prices have
gone up for Hogan memorabilia and everything. Some new developments

(01:57:51):
are happening in the Janelle Grant case, more specifically in
the defamation case that's been filed by doctor Cologne Calker
against Janelle Grant. Shout out to Brandon Thurston of Wressell Nomics.
He's reporting that Calker is using Alejandro Bridle as his lawyer. Brito.

(01:58:12):
As some of you all may remember that are on
top of your news, especially your politics, he was the
lawyer for President Trump in his multi billion dollar defamation
lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch News Corp. And The Wall Street Journal.
Thurston also notes that the case has been transferred to
Judge Sarah F. Russell, who is the judge for Grant

(01:58:35):
sex trafficking lawsuit against Vince McMahon and the WWE. So
heads up on that one. I guess he's saying to himself, Hey,
I need some really damn good results. I need a
really good, strong fighting chance. And that's pretty much what's
going on from that standpoint. For those of you that

(01:58:57):
love the YouTube series Hot Ones, Cody Rhoades is going
to be on a new episode July thirty. First, what
is that Thursday eleven am. That episode will premiere, so
feel free to check that out NXT this week. Here's

(01:59:19):
your card looking pretty solid for this week's NXT. On
the cw NXC North American Championship, Ethan Page defends again
Santina Morello. Remember Page's debuting a new Canadian themed belt
and that design looks really really sweet, by the way. Meanwhile,
Fallon Henley will take on Lash Legend, two members of

(01:59:42):
Fatal Influence clash as Henley pursues her case for a
title shot. It's pretty much that in a nutshell Jasmine
Nicks takes on Jada Parker. That's going to be a
damn good battle. Meanwhile, on AW Dynamite, this week, hey
Man Adam Page defends the championship again as John Moxley,
where a stipulation is activated everyone is banned from ringside.

(02:00:08):
This will be a pure monoa mono battle to determinative
Page can retain the title against Moxley's challenge. Also, we
got the AW World Tag Team Title eliminator Tournament Outrunners
take on the Young Bucks. Winner of that advances to
a tournament for a future shot at the AEW World

(02:00:29):
Tag titles. Let's not also forget about a new edition
a TNA Impact as this week Trick Williams teams up
with First Class to take on the System. Let's look
at SummerSlam. We now know both nights one and two
the full card rundown and how all that is pretty

(02:00:52):
much gonna be shaping up. Here's how it is standing
right now. And I did originally have I have a
screenshog or two that I was going to share, but
I wanted to make sure that I had something a
little bit more accurate in real time, so I didn't
have to go back and do some editing. So here's

(02:01:13):
what we're looking at here for Summer Slam overall, we're
looking at a grand total of twelve matches now nine
one Sammy Zay versus Carrie and Cross, Roman Rings and
Jay Usso take on bron Breaker and Bronson Red in
the tag match. We also have the tag match for

(02:01:35):
the WWE Women's tag titles. As Judgment Days were cal
Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez defend against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Really have been loving how Alexa Bliss and Charlotte's chemistry
has been coming off on TV the past couple of weeks.
I'm really enjoying this. It's a very quirky, unorthodox alliance,

(02:02:00):
one that it's like, I just don't see how how
is this going to work? How is this? I love
I love the developments that's been happening over the past
couple of weeks with them. Gunth defends the World Heavyweight
Championship against Punk. Randy Orton and Jelly Row take on
Logan Paul and a pending Drew McIntyre in a tag match. Now,

(02:02:21):
interestingly enough, the Miss has volunteered to go in place
of Drew if Drew is not available to do that match. Ah.
That that's a very interesting one. I gotta say that
is a very interesting one. Let me tell you something.

(02:02:41):
If it goes the direction of Miss replacing Drew Russe,
a short Miss is going to be the one to
eat that fucking pen. I'm telling you you that, right.
I have a feeling that Randy Orton and Jelly Row
they are going to uh, just to put a little
spoiler out there, and we'll talk about it more on

(02:03:02):
a separate special, Bud have a feel and Randy Orton
and Jelly Roll are definitely going to win. Seriously, we
gotta have that really nice good field moment. Meanwhile, Tiffany
Stratton defends the WWE Women's Championship against j Carr gild
Those are your matches for Night one, August second of
Summer Slam. Meanwhile, Night two, August third of Summer Slam.

(02:03:25):
He know that's how that card is looking. We got
the Wyatt six taking on dy Motor City machine Guns
and the Street Profits in a six pack tables, ladders
and chairs match for the WWE tach titles. All right,
Maywhell Dominic Mysterio defends the Intercontinental Championship against the phenomenal

(02:03:52):
aj Styles. Solo Sokoa will defend his United States Championship
up against Jacob FA two inside of a steel cage.
Becky Lynch defends the Women's Intercontinental Championship against Lyra Valkyria,
where you got some interesting stipulations here. I Lynch wins,

(02:04:14):
Valkyria can no longer challenge for the title, so as
long as Lynch is champion. Meanwhile, we got a triple
threat match for the Women's World Championship as Naomi will
be defending against Ria Ripley and Eo Sky. By the way,

(02:04:37):
love seeing the back and forth that was going on
there between the girls on Raw tonight backstage Riha and EO.
Obviously still some unresolved stuff going on there, so yeah, yeah,
hook me up, man, I'm trying to see another one
on one match. With those girls and wrapping things up
for night too of wreussell Mania Street Fight for Undisputed

(02:05:00):
WWE Championship. John Cena defends against Cody Rhodes. That is
how SummerSlam is starting to shape up there. It loves
to be the final card and everything. I'm aware of
the stuff that was happening there with Travis Scott. I
don't want to be long winded in regards to the

(02:05:22):
talk of Travis Scott look good. A lot of us
looked at the whole Travis Scott WW effect and it
was just no, I'm all down for crossovers. Especially. Look,
show me an individual that is really putting the proper respect,

(02:05:42):
the care, the enthusiasm, the passion into actually learning the business,
and I will say, yeah, man, go ahead, make it happen.
Go ahead. Jelly Row seems to be adapting very very well,
bad Bunny like hands down. We don't even need to
mention Logan Paul. We already know what that dude is

(02:06:03):
capable of love and everything. But we are witnessing some
really phenomenal entertainers that's coming in there, and they are
making some heads turn. Travis Scott was not one of
those people. That I felt was making heads turn. Well
he was making hits turn, but he was making hits
turn for the wrong reason. So if I'm really led

(02:06:25):
to believe these reports that's floating around that WW and
Travis Scott had a falling out and at the core
he just to their standards. He wasn't truly learning it
fast enough and they were getting a sour taste in
their mouths. I say, more power to them then for
just going okay, you know what, let's just back away

(02:06:48):
from this and let's just be done. Like, more power
to them, seriously, more power to them. Other than that.
I see Superman, the James Gunn Superman movie. I believe
if it hasn't broke the record today, it's definitely going
to be breaking the record sometime tomorrow. It will surpass

(02:07:10):
Man of Steals total box office takeaway. And remember its
total box office takeaway was a little bit over six
hundred and fifty million. I don't know the exact number,
but yeah, apparently this new Superman it is going to
crush that. I mean the number, It just it keeps growing,

(02:07:32):
it keeps growing, it keeps growing, And this is honestly
what I expected to happen. I expected it to be
a case where fans would go check it out and
then the domino effect would they're telling their friends and family,
and then, let's not forget you're gonna have podcasters, You're

(02:07:53):
gonna have bloggers, bloggers, you know, writers and all that.
You're gonna have them put the movie over nine times
out of ten as well, because they legit enjoyed it,
and it's just going to have this nice, big old
domino effect that, Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised that the
money's going to continue to keep rolling in. So this

(02:08:15):
is the type of stuff that you actually want to hear.
The Fantastic Four movie continues to be well received by
universally everyone. If you were to compare the two movies,
I would definitely say that in regards to Superman, you know,

(02:08:39):
if you're looking for more action, action orientation, if you're
looking for more of a fast paced Superman is definitely
that Fantastic Four. It can be a bit slow, semi
staggering because maybe there's just too much, but that kind

(02:09:00):
of lives up to the comics because I know when
I was a kid growing up. I don't know about
you guys, but whenever I read a Fantastic Four comic
A lot of times I felt that, man, this shit
is too wordy. Can we just get on with the
action already. So they did do a good job and
essentially literally ripping from the page as far as I
was concerned, Like if I had to choose between the

(02:09:23):
two that is so I hate being in that position,
I really really do. But these days I'm finding as
I get older and then because of everything that I
continue to learn about video editing, I really like the
overall presentation of Fantastic Four. I'd love that nostalgic sixties

(02:09:47):
vibe to the filters that they were using for filming.
And you know, they did a really nice job utilizing
split screens and panels and the way they were trying
to tell, you know, certain things that was happening throughout
the movie. I gotta really really give it, give it
up to them, because just when you think, you know, okay,

(02:10:07):
we're all right, we're setting this whole sixties thing, and whoa,
you know, next thing, you know, you know, we got
surfer going through the city and human torches following her around,
and you know it, it was almost like we were
experiencing three different movies in one, so to speak. And

(02:10:30):
I think for those of you that saw Fantastic Four,
you know exactly what I'm talking about. But if you
had to force me to pick, I gotta lean more
towards Fantastic four. Well actually, yeah, yeah, I'm still gonna
lean more towards Fantastic four because I liked what I

(02:10:51):
was seeing visually there. Man, I loved it. So both
are good. If you haven't seen either of them, you
definitely owe it to yourself your family that special one.
Go out there and see what you could do in
the theaters. Go check it out already. Man, you won't
be disappointed. I promise you, guys, you won't be disappointed.
Speaking of Fantastic four, have I got some really cool

(02:11:13):
unboxings that I'm going to be sharing with you guys
in the coming days, So you definitely want to keep
it connected to our YouTube channel. Baby, get a load
of this. So there is a game that's been out
for many many years now. It's called Hero Clicks. You
can basically combine any superhero or super villain make your

(02:11:35):
own unique, cool team. And it's a tabletop game basically.
And so I know me and TAM's we came out
of the theater and we were just so hyped after
watching Fantastic Four. We were so hyped and everything. And
I ended up browsing online trying to see, you know, okay, well,
what's cool that I can check out right all these

(02:11:59):
years is like I never owned anything Fantastic four related,
except with one exception. But you know, there was one exception.
But I ended up selling that I had this build
a Galactus figure. Y'all probably remember the line from back
in the day. It was like in the early two thousands,
and I mean I spent like at least six months,
if not a little more, trying to get all the

(02:12:21):
pieces together. And finally I had the galactus figure, and
I was like, yes, And I had it for a
few years after that, but then I ended up moving
and I needed money for moving, so I ended up
selling the damn thing. So I made somebody happy and everything.

(02:12:43):
I was curious how much it's going for and now
and I see that the price has dipped down quite
a bit. What I purchased it again, just the figure
as it did. Now, I'm good. Besides, I got something else,
so Hero Clicks. Back in two thousand and seven, they
made this big ass Galactus figure. They did a couple
of versions. I actually have in my possession the vintage

(02:13:07):
Galactus look that those of us from the eighties we
grew up on. So I'll be unveiling that giving you
all my real time reaction to that, so that'll be fun.
And then, of course you can't play Hero Clicks without
the actual board game, so I got a hold of
a Fantastic four Cosmic starter pack. So there's gonna be

(02:13:31):
some videos uploaded this week. I'm already talking with the
wife Fie as far as us sitting down and trying
to figure out when we're gonna be able to film
shit and uploaded and all that good stuff. So that's
definitely something you guys can look forward to down the pipeline.
As far as this week goes Summer Slam programming, Okay,

(02:13:53):
here's what's up. I'm thinking, if not Tuesday, definitely Wednesday,
we're going to have a special call that match edition
of the RCWR show. It'll be live and we will
be going over SummerSlam predictions. All right, We're gonna go
boom boom, boom boom. We're gonna go through all twelve matches,
all right, and then of course for Saturday night and

(02:14:17):
Sunday night. I'm gonna be right here with you guys.
As soon as SummerSlam is over, we will do our
special live post shows. Oh my god, that that's gonna
be fire. That is gonna be fire. So you guys definitely,
you guys definitely want to make sure you keep it
right here for all things entertainment and beyond. Hey, before
we get ready to dip out, I definitely want to

(02:14:38):
take this time out, and I want to recognize our sponsor,
because man, we love hooking up with these guys. These
guys rock. I've been listening to their station a lot
these past couple of days. I want you to show
them some love. We're brought to you in part by
the IME Radio Station, your global soundtrack feature in the
hottest Indie artists from the night These through two thousands

(02:15:01):
throwbacks mixed with today's top forty hits. Think of it
as a world tour for your ears, delivering crowd favorites
and hitting gems from the US, Europe and Canada. Tune in,
check out that bad boy, Vibe out the IME Radio Station.

(02:15:23):
Check them out again the IME Radio Station. They streaming
twenty four to seven. Love those guys. Love y'all. Also
shout out to friends of the show, looking at you,
guys over at Wrestling Soup. Shout out to Julian Cannon
looking at you. Shout out to you the listeners, especially

(02:15:44):
you longtime listeners. Love you guys tremendously. You guys have
no idea. Love you guys. Big Time Summer Slams almost here. Man,
I am definitely excited for I know a lot of
you guys are as well. That's gonna do it for
now on till next go around. I'm wishing all of
you to be safe. Most importantly, be kind to one another.

(02:16:06):
For those of you waiting for the audio version of this,
I gotta run a quick errand that should take me
about fifteen minutes. Yes, I actually am going to be
running an erran at one o'clock in the morning. Yeah,
I got to renew my registration tags. I got till
the thirty first, but I want to just do it
right now, So I want to go do that real quick.

(02:16:26):
There's a quick little kiosk around my way. I want
to knock it out real quick. But give me about
an hour and I'll have the audio version uploaded on
your favorite platforms so you guys can download it represent
And I can't stress this enough. I'm glad we're still
on the air. Real quick, real quick. This is a
long winded we're doing something new. If y'all have never

(02:16:50):
subscribed to the Spotify feed, start subscribing to the Spotify feed.
It's free to subscribe and and start checking out the
shows on Spotify. What we're going to start doing is
for our Wrestling with the Topics series, and Tammy loves
this idea. When we initially do the show, if you

(02:17:14):
see that we're live doing Wrestling with the Topics, you
guys are more than welcome to pop in, say hello,
thorough comment all that good stuff right now once the
show is over, Me and TAM's are toying with the
idea of going through some exclusive topics. That is going

(02:17:34):
to be for our audio download listeners only those that
check out the show on Spotify, because we kind of
want to create that little bit of an extra incentive.
But also at the same time, we want to recognize
that for those that just want to consume the audio,
they don't want to go to the YouTube feed. We

(02:17:55):
want to make sure that they're able to consume those episodes.
So when it comes to the downloads on demand besides YouTube,
like if you actually want to download the show, you're
only going to be able to download that show exclusively
on Spotify. And I'm toying around with some more ideas

(02:18:17):
in the coming months where there's going to be even one,
maybe two other shows that we're going to have be
exclusively available only to Spotify. So if there was ever
a time that you all need to subscribe to the
Spotify feed, like now's the time, don't say I didn't

(02:18:37):
want you, because not for nothing. I've been teasing this
off and on for a couple of months now, and
I just decided, you know, let's go ahead and let's
finally pull the trigger. Like to the point this Weekend's
Wrestling with the Topics that's now up on Spotify. It's
not available anywhere else unless you want to check out
the webcast version, where you know you're not gonna see

(02:19:01):
anything except me and tam of a little thumbnail, Like
that's basically it. But if you're trying to download it,
like Spotify is where you want to go. So still
tweaking a couple of things, but we're off to a
solid start. I gotta say, all right, guys, that is
gonna do it once again. Pushing off y'all to be safe,
most importantly, be kind to one another. I will see

(02:19:22):
you guys next go around. Y'all take care, thanks for listening.
