So earth or fire, earth, air and water is what
we're gonna be talking about tonight. And to start off with,
I'm going to go back to some questions that we
wrapped up last weekend and didn't get to. So remember

the first one is do we have to give all
things up to better our numbers? No sunglasses? Why is that?
Got to give up the sugars? You know, and there's
over sixty sugars that are in your food under all
sorts of names that don't sound like sugar. They're not
(02:44):
advertised as sugar. But sugar is a toxic substance. It's
not healthy for the body. You know. Our originating population,
you know, back in one hundred gatherer days and stuff
like that, didn't have any sugar at all. And there's
diets out there, like the Keto ketogenic Paleo diet that

cuts out ninety percent of the sugar and people get
a lot healthier. So you've got to, you know, do
the numbers there yourself. And it says no sunglasses. Sunglasses
block the healthy rays from the sun that our eyes
and our body needs, Okay, and it'll harm your vision too,

And that's why it's like your glasses block some of
the UV light from the sun that the body needs.
I only wear these because they're blue blockers when I'm
looking at computer screens here, because blue light is what's
causing obesity in our country. It messes with the hormones.
They can program you with blue light by what you're

putting in the frequencies that are in it. I mean,
when you really look into it, it's pretty ugly and
pretty scary. So blue light is another problem. But no sunglasses. Definitely,
no glasses at all. If you're smart, you got to
have you know, no contacts. Contacts are worse in glasses
because they actually stopped the oxygen in the air from

getting to the pupil. Also so and then that's why
you know, I wore glasses for fifty two years. I
don't wear glasses anymore because I shined the red laser
in my eyes. And when I did that, I did
it without glasses on and to demonstrate safety. But when
I did it, it activated the mitochondria in my eyes,

gave me better microcirculation with more oxygen and more detoxing.
And that's what the body needs to help heal itself,
no matter what the medical label is. So the eye doctors,
I've never seen an eye correct itself the way yours did.
I just smiled, okay, but actually he was open. He
had a frequency pended on, so you know, we had

a good conversation. We are working on electronics all day
for hours. Is there a way to counteract the negative
effect it is having on our bodies? Yes, you can
put a grounding plate on the floor and you do
that with a piece of sheet metal and extension cable
and you know wire and just put it on one

little plug and plug it into the ground hole on
the socket one of your sockets you know, don't use
I don't use the hot wire, okay, but you have
two grounds in every plug in. The big fat side
is ground if it's wired correctly, and then the round

hole is a ground so you can ground if you
take off your shoes and your socks and have your
feet on that you're grounded. That helps some. And then
there's EMF protection. We've got what we call a personal
environment or transformer that neutralizes the YI from coming in,
you know, from around all around you, all those other

Wi Fi signals, it's not yours. The other way is
to hardwire, don't use Wi Fi. And then those are
two of them. You can also get an IRIS program
so when I got on my computer here that it
changes the lighting in the screen that helps block the
blue light. And I've got one on my cellphone also,

so yeah, there are things you can do to help
that definitely. Next one is no matter how much water
I drink, I'm still having dry scan. Anything can suggest. Yes,
there's a book out there I read decades ago on
my search. It's called Your bodies many cries for water.

Your bodies many cries for water. And it'll explain to
you that you have to have a certain amount of
unprocessed sea salt in your system because that unprocessed sea
salts what creates the osmotic pressure in your blood that
holds water in your blood. Otherwise, if you don't have
(07:08):
enough salt in your system, unprocessed sea salt now not
table salt, then it's like a diuretic. You just pee
it out. It's like you're drinking coffee or something like that.
So and if you're drinking coffee, that may be why.
You know, there's a lot of diuretics out there that
are very very unhealthy in the long run. But you

might try, you know, checking it out and then taking
some more unprocessed sea salt. I use Redman's real salt.
There's some salts out there now that are come from
seawater where they dehydrate and take the salt. You know,
that's got lots of minerals in it that our body
needs to function, you know, because it's minerals our body

used to communicate sell to sell. So that's the way
I'd fix that. There's the laser on work on healthy
food and drink or does it have an effect on
soda and pizza as well. Okay, you don't use the
red laser on a soda because it's going to neutralize
the soda, take the fizz out of it, you know,

the carbon carbonization, which is very unhealthy for you anyhow.
That like, it'll flatten out beer and soda and stuff
like that. On the pizza, depending on what you got
on it, if there's nutrition in it, because a lot
of it's not. You know, the cheese is after some
of the cheeses are using are only one molecule away

from plastic and so you got to be careful with that.
But if there's nutrition in there, yes, it'll help neutriized
toxins and energize the food in a healthy way. Next
one is will a TINGE unit help get our frequencies
up in the entert Now, tense frequency works on electrical shock,

and it's not raising your vibration. It is hell up
and in many cases with better microcirculation, which brings you
more oxygen. And that's you know, pain is lack of
oxygen on a cellular level. That's why the red laser

cause microclust in microcirculation because we change the polarity in
the blood, separates the red blood cells into free flowing,
which means they're not sticking together. Most people's blood sticks together,

gives you better microcirculation. That's why we can get people
out of pain in three four minutes because pains lack
of oxygen on a cellular level. And that's what's happening

them are plugged out a sixty cycles, so you've got

the walls the light, light bulbs and stuff. It's the
first electricity started screwing around with our biofield and messing
up our body. Is our body communicates with DC electric,
not AC electric. So again it depends on the quality
of the tens machine as to how well it works.

you were not talking about the pop So what was
the referral? I'm not real. I don't remember what the
context of that seven up I mentioned was, So I
can't answer that one. But no, it wasn't talking about
the drink. You know. Seven up is you know tons

of sugar and seven up. Next one is if you
have bad teeth, will the toothpaste help heal the teeth?
We have science documenting that our toothpast helps re enamel
teeth and it helps heal infections that the dentist had
given up on teeth that were loose in the socket

and had an infection. One of them was long term infection.
And in both cases the two studies we did in
both cases in six weeks crushing twice a day and
then swishing around holding your mouth and then swallowing it,

and demonstrating the laser and the ladies. Lady came in
and hadn't been able to feel the bottom of her
feet for years, and I lasered her lower back for
about five minutes and her feet started tingling. Because a
lot of the problems neuropathy starts in the lower back.
But they don't harmly tell you that. Okay, So anyhow,

and everybody's different, so you know, that may not work
for the next person may have a different cause, but
it you know, it always helps the body, because it's
always every time you use the red laser on the body,
it's going to help increase the efficacy of your immune system.
It's going to help build your immune system by giving

you more life force energy about thirty thirty five percent,
better microcirculation, more oxygen, or more detoxing. And that's what
the body needs period to stay healthy or to recover
from anything. The next one doesn't the body make and
need nitric oxide. Yes, it does, but the body wants balance.
And when you're stressed or when you injure the body

with a trauma of some kind, these cells in that
area curl up figure figuratively speaking like a hedgehog according
to NASA, and they pull in more nitric oxide than
they do oxygen. Well, the way the mitochondria work is
the mitochondria you burn oxygen in order to give you energy.

It doesn't burn nitric oxide. So when you use the
red laser or our products on your body, it immediately
relaxes some mitochondria. They start functioning again. They kick out
the excess nitric oxide, bring in more oxygen, and that's
how they increase your life for synergy by thirty to
thirty five percent in those cells and in the cells

the mitochondria in the blood flowing through that area. So yes,
what would you say to a person if their doctor
said to take iron, I would, you know, look at
I'd get a live blood analysis done, and a live
blood analysis it's using a dark field microscope. It's it'll

show you the amount of iron in your red blood
cells and if you have white centers, I'd definitely be
taking iron. And then when you're taking iron, you got
to really be careful and research iron to where you're
getting an iron that's user friendly to the body where
it doesn't cause constipation and stuff, or you have to

offset the constipation if you're you know, need to take
it hard. So yes, I think we need to start
reading the labels on things. As the next statement, and yes,
but even if you read the labels, you know, if
you're eating junk food doesn't have a label number one.

But even a lot of the stuff on the sales,
you know, doesn't show the accurate ingredients because if it's
below a certain level, they don't have to put it
in anymore. And then they're using words you may or
may not be able to pronounce it. And if you
can't pronounce the words of what's in it. I wouldn't
need it, okay, but yes, you got to read the labels.

It's a start. We've got to start consciously understanding how
the body works and then what works with it and
what works against it. And most of the fast foods,
all those fast foods work against it to some extent
if they have sugar in them, if they have car
If it's a carbohydrate, carbohydrate turns to sugar as soon

as you chew it. So you know, there's a lot
of stuff going on out there that's not user friendly
to the human body. That's why we have so much obesity,
so many heart problems, so many children diet now of
heart attacks and stuff like that. So okay, all right,
(16:27):
that's it for that one. Okay. So let's go back
to earth or fire, Earth, air and water. Okay, just
a reminder, you know, get more sunlight every morning if
you want to be healthy. Fire was the first incandescent
light that we had. Was fire still is fire, okay,
(16:50):
And fire has the purples and the reds and everything
to offset the blues and the greens. All right, So
fire is like an incandescent light bulb. It's somewhat healthy.
It's as healthy as you can get. Like my man
creating light. The best thing to do is sungazing. You know,
the first thirty minutes or so in the morning, right
(17:13):
after the horizon, you can look right into the sun
and the uv rais and the stuff that's coming through
are exactly what the body needs to reset it's circadian rhythm.
And the list of things that happen with that sunshine
that help bring our body back into a balance of
health and wellness are just amazing. So you know, get
(17:37):
out in early morning sunlight, and then the less clothes
you have on, the better off you are because this
is our solar panel. Okay, they're like me, I've got
my solar panel covered up right now, but I'm not outside.
When I get outside, I take a lot of clothing off.
So spend some time barefoot in nature called you know,
grounding to the earth. So we're worth fire. Now we're

talking about earth or earthing, you know, grounding to the earth.
When you're grounded to the earth, barefooted on dirt, on
you know grass, especially you know moist grass. Say anytime
it's the earth, any ocean, in a lake, you're getting
electrons free electrons absorbed into your body. And life is

all about electrons. Okay, the electron transfer from food that
keeps us alive. Well, you can get that same electron
transfer through sunlight and through grounding, and there's electrons coming
in there. And our red infrared laser replicates sunshine. Every
photon in the red laser beam gives up energetically an

electron into our body, just like the sunshine does. So
because you've added sunshine frequencies into the laser, the healthy ones,
because not all the healthy ones are healthy in the
infrared zone. If they were, you and get sunburned. All right,
So anyhow, I spend some time in nature barefoot. If
you want to be healthy, this is all about it.

If you want to be healthy, Okay, A full breath
of air, conscious breathing. You know we're designed to breathe
without thinking about it. But how many times you know,
you become conscious and realize you aren't breathing, you're holding
your breath. You know, when people in our society get afraid,
they hold your breath. And that's the worst thing you

can do. Okay, I mean it's when you're afraid. It's
all about fight or flight and then fight or flight
causes you a lot of restrictions, but you know, not
breathing is one of them. So the best thing you
can do is to just get quiet once or twice
a day for a few minutes, close your eyes and
(19:47):
consciously take some deep breath into the diaphragm and exhale,
and it's like, you know, get it to where it's automatic,
to where once in a while you think about it,
you take a deep diaphragmatic breath or few of them,
and that will help because our body needs see oxygen. Okay,
So purify and change and charge your water with intention.

You know you can, you know, pray over your water.
You can set an intention into the water to help
your body overcome something or to hydrate your body better.
You know you can do the same thing over food.
Just you know, set an intention when you're eating the food. Now,
some people call it prayer, some people call it intentions.
Whatever you want to do. But we are in charge

of our own body here, and so how we talk
to ourselves is determining our health. And so that's where
this next one comes in. Okay, Well, here first I
want to talk about purifying your water is at least
charge it, you know, or filter it rather and filter
your water and get a lot of the stuff out
of it, but not all the stuff out of depending
(20:55):
on how what filter you have. And so I energize
all my water, and that's all I drinks water. And
so I energize it for thirty seconds with the red
and it for red laser. And we have science showing
that that adds thirty to thirty five percent life force
energy into my water, and it neutralizes the toxins and

makes the water wetter to where it hydrates the body better.
So I do that all the time. Here if I
my water goes through like six different steps, you know,
I use ro water to start with to get as
much out as I can. Then I bortext it through
our intention disc, which removes the water memory of every

where the water's been that sallular memory. And then after
I bore text it, I ionize it. And after I
ionize it, then it's pretty well ready to drink. Sometimes
I'll do another step or two, depending on where I'm
at and what I have available to me. So anyhow,

human body, and it'll even clear the smell. It's like
we have some people in California that when the smoke
was so bad and everything, they were using the breathing

at exposed and stuff where I'm at. It'll breathe through
it then they can tell the difference in it. So
just like laser in your water, when you laser water
for thirty seconds, if you take a drink of it
before you you know your original water, take a drink
of it for taste and texture, and then laser for

thirty seconds. In ninety ninety percent of the people can
taste the difference either in the water or the texture
of the water. It feels lighter, smoother, it's actually wetter, okay,
And that's documented scientifically. Also, everything we have is documented scientifically.

That's what we're all about, conscious breathing, earthing. Incandescent lights,
let's go back to that. If you have blue lights
in your home other than you know, because most of
your lights you buy now are blue light they're LEDs
that look like white, but it's actually the frequencies of
blue in there that's harming your body, causing you to overweight.

It's depress you know, causes depression causes all sorts of stuff.
And this has all been known for sixty years. And
that's why all your screens are blue lit. Right. There's
one company now that's starting to come out with an
orange screen like the originals, where before they changed them
back in the seventies and eighties. So but incandescent bulbs,

you know, it can take the out and get incandescent bulbs,
which are hard to find now because the country is
trying to be previous government, we'll say, is trying to
make them illegal, to make them seeing that they confuse
they can consume too much electricity where the LEDs don't.

But the LED is what's harm in your body right now.
And so incandescent lights or halogen lights, I'm very close
to sunshine, not exact, but it is a full spectrum,
you know, a healthy light. And so incandescent bulbs or
hologen bulbs cover that in the next is oh next

thing here to make you healthier, all right, is remember
just smile a lot. Always be smiling, Number one. It
draws people nuts trying to figure what you're up to. Okay,
But a smile will change your attitude. A smile lights
up your face, a smile cools your head. You know,
there's a lot of hot heads out there nowadays. I

hear a smile warms your heart. A smile raises your
vibration as if you were on vacation. Okay, all that
happens was smile. It changes the chemicals going into your blood.
The sciences is huge on that. If you look up,
pull your shoulders back, and look around at the horizon,
it'll make you feel good in seconds and minutes, okay.

Like Tony Robbins, Tony or always uses breath work for
a couple of hours before he goes out on stage.
He's already sweated when he comes out on stage because
of his routine to get him in state to be
able to do that presentation. But he uses breath work
with the crowd. Also, meditation uses breath work. You know,

there's lots of ways of understanding breath work the military.
As a I think there's this breeze for four seconds,
hold for four seconds, exhale for four seconds, breathe for
four seconds, and it helps clarify and sharpen their focus
and brings them more conscious awareness. That's what I remember
and how it was four seconds. So anyhow, again it's

up to you, you know, always me smiling, that's my theme.
And then like I said, it's going to lighten your
face and cool your head and warm your heart. And
you think you're on vacation more, but it's also going
to help balance out your body, keep your attitude higher.
Your attitudes determine your health. Your attitude every moment determines

your vibration. You're either raising your vibration or lowering your
vibration with the thoughts you think and the words you say.
Monitor your words. It'll shock some people, you know, to
monitor their words. I've actually recorded people I was coaching
when they didn't know it and then plagiary recording back
to them and just blew them away and how negative

their language was at different times. And so you know,
words have a lot of power to control a vibration.
And so you know, think about that what you're talking about.
All right, So we're going to come back to the
true organic age reversal, you know, turning back the clock.
Your age calendar wise versus biologically don't run together. Okay.

Some people are older. I know one person that's I
think they're sixty sixty six, but biologically there's seventy two.
You know, i'mcording to the calendar, I'm seventy six. Biologically
I'm in my forties, okay, because my body, my cells
are functioning well, they're in balance, you know, and so

it makes a world of difference where you're vibrating. Anyhow,

So people who are broke and sick are vibrating low,
and they're pushing all the abundance away from them, and
they're creating a disease in their body because they're vibrating low.
You have to bring a healthy body vibrations at sixty
eight to seventy two megaherts. You have to bring your
body's vibration down to fifty eight megahertz before your body

becomes a host for disease, coal's flus, et cetera. You
have to bring your body down to forty two megahertz
before your body is a host for cancer the big sea, okay,
in that area. And again there's different h's and different
parts of the body. The body functions as a whole,

but it's got balance in it, you know, it wants
to keep that balance. It's losing its balance when you
lower the vibration, and nobody else can raise it for you.
Nobody else can lower it for you. It's up to
each of us. You know. We're each responsible for our
own vibration and we can help you, help yourself, help
your body. You raise the vibration, but we can't do

it for you. You know, I can't smile for you.
I can't create the life you want to create. It's
up to you. It's up to me, okay. And so
if you're not happy where you are, the first thing
you got to change is you're thinking your attitude. You know,
there's always some sunshine every time there's a storm, there's always,
you know, a positive side to everything. And sometimes that's

hard to understand, uh, But you know it's like you
ever look back in your life and some occasion you say,
you know, I think that's the best thing ever happened
to me. I thought it was terrible at the time,
but it's tought me on this direction. Okay, that's the
stuff that's going on out there. It may seem terrible
at the time. It's like if you lose a job.

You know, if you've been wanting a better job, Well,
you can't get a better job when you got a job, right,
so you have to get rid of that job, or
strategize and plan it out to where you're looking for
a job while you got a job, or when you
you know, find a new job, then you quit the
old job. Anyhow, it's it's everything starts in the brain.

The mind would be a better statement. You know, the
our whole futures is based on our attitude and how
we see it, how we you know the outlook. If
you're looking at the ground all the time, you're not
going too far. Okay, you're vibrating low. But if you
stand straight up look at at the horizon, you're seeing

a bigger picture. You're starting to raise your vibration and
bring more healthier stuff to You'll put it that way.
Hope that makes sense, okay, because the vibration and the
frequency you're attracting to you or either helpful for the
body or they're harmful to the body, and no exceptions

to that, by the way, and your health is determined
by the invisible frequency you're vibrating. Future Albert Einstein said
back in the thirties, you know, future medicine will be
the medicine of frequencies. Well, the future is here right
now because that's what we're offering. His frequencies that help
your body help itself, heal itself naturally. He's the one

talked about the you know, the field is the sole
governing agency of the particle. What he's meaning by that is,
we have this bio field around us and it looks

You're unconscious during that time. And so you have to

There's books out there on urine therapy. You can drink

to go to a different uh search engine like Brave

on They don't want you healthy type approach. All right,
Uh in my experience anyhow, Oh, that cleansing is what
we need. We got to get the trash out. You know,
we're taking it in all the time, so we got
to help the body get it out. There's also a

least once a year, but probably every six months with
what we're going through here with all the craft are
blowing into the skies. You breathe the net the stuff

The dark field microscope test, I think that's what you're
talking referring to, is the what's it called nameless one away,
But it's a dark field microscope that looks at your
blood on a sailor level. It's called microscopy, and you'd
just look for a microscopist in your area that does

the dark field microscope. The live blood analysis. The live
blood analysis is another way of looking at it, and
they can check, you know, the amount of iron that's
actually in your red blood cells. And then if you
do need iron, if you got white sinners, you need iron,
and then you just want to look and you know,
ask them. You know, they'll know sources in your area

in some of the best you know products for taking
for more iron. So yeah, I get some coaching from

The alternative would be to buy the red and infrared
