Red Lasered Water Guy TV show, and we're all about
helping you help yourself, help your body heal itself naturally,
because the body has to do the healing. And I'm

because blue light is it's an amazing tool being used
against us, you know, basically where you believe in all
the theories and stuff out there, this one's proven over and
over and over as most of the other stuff, but
they still like to call it a conspiracy theory. But

it's not. It's like a UFO, you know, when you
identify it, it's no longer a UFO, it's an fo
IFO identified flying object. So anyhow that we're headed at tonight,
I've put a lot of my contact information in the
chat and and I wanted to talk about we're going

to talk a little bit about the age reversal system.
We have an organic age reversal system. And what most
people don't think about, even if they know other have
known it, is our body is rebuilt every eight months.
Every eight months, every cell in our body has been replaced. Now,

what determines if it's through placed with a new cell,
brand new, functioning fine, or if it's replicating a disease, Sell,
Sell it's stress to sell it's not functioning well. What
determines that is the frequency you're vibrating. It's just really
that simple. And there's so many things out there that

talk about tonight that's continuing to lower the masses vibrations
because the masses in most cases are not doing anything
to change it. They're just buying into the media, okay,

and what's on TV and all of that. And we've
got to take ownership. We've got to take responsibility for
our own health and wellness and happiness and finances and everything,
because it's all based on vibration. Where we're vibrating our vibration,
and so every eight months you have a new body

and you're the only one that can decide whether it's
a replication of where you are right now, or you're
getting healthier or you're getting less healthy. It's it's a
decision we have to make every moment of every day
because there's no standing still in the universe. You're either
climbing a mountain or you're falling into the valley. One
of the two and there's still standing now. There's a

lot of pathways to the top of the mountain, but
there's only one. You know, two directions. You're either going
up to a healthier lifestyle or you're going down to
a less healthy lifestyle. Really that simple. So and so
what's stealing your life force energy every day is the

name of the show tonight. What is stealing your life
worce energy every day? And we've talked many times about
life worce yenergy. Life worce energy is the energy in
your cells that are allowing that cell to do its work,
because every cell in your body has a job to do.
It's really that simple. And so muscles have lots of mitochondria,

and mitochondria are what's producing the life force energy in
your body. And then there's ways of adding additional life
force energy based on what you're eating, what you're drinking,
and even what you're thinking okay, can raise your vibration
to where your body can heal itself more naturally. And

then the body has to do all the healing again.
It's no you know, there's no two ways about that.
It's a one way street. The body has to do
the healing and it needs to do that. It needs
more life force energy, better microcirculation, more oxygen, and more detoxing.

reason I named it that way, is the red laser.
We've modified it used in sacred geometry, and we've added
sixteen hundred and thirty five additional frequencies that take us

the muscles, everywhere. Every function of the body takes water.
And so that's the importance of lasering your water. And
when you laser your water, it adds thirty to thirty
five percent more life force energy into your water and
neutralizes toxins, makes the water wetter to where ninety five

percent of people can taste the difference after they laser
their water for thirty seconds. And when you drink that water,
it goes right into your blood and you know, brings
that energy right into your blood, separate your red blood

secret to it, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration,
because everything, including you know, money, is a vibration there
really is. You're either attracting it to you or you're
pushing it away from you. Same thing with love and
health and everything. It's a vibration. So no exceptions, your

health is determined by the invisible frequency that you vibrate.
You know, And here's some of the things in our society.
So we're going to talk a lot about tonight is
frequencies in our environment today that are keeping people's vibration
going lower and lower and lower. The air you breathe,

would you say air is important? Okay? You know air
and money. That's you know, oxygen is right up there
with money. You got to have more oxygen before you
can live life to the fullest. You got to have
more money where you can live life to the fullest.
So they rate right there together. But the air is
being polluted. I went to Utah this past weekend and

they were crossing the skies. It was amazing. Early in
the morning it started and they were just going back
and forth, you know, and blowing stuff into the skies.
That stuff settles down into our atmosphere, into our water supply,
into our food, and onto our skin, into our lungs,
(11:52):
and all of that is a lower vibration and then
our body is meant to breathe. Water we drink. You know,
there's over two hundred and fifty some chemicals that they're
allowed to put in water in the municipalities, all in
the idea of keeping it safe for us to drink. Okay, well,
(12:17):
it's you know, fluoride. It's criminal. What they're doing because
those frequencies are so low that they lower our bodies frequencies,
and our body then become susceptible for disease and discomfort
because our immune systems being compromised. So you know, it's
(12:39):
like chlorine is probably the legitimate additive in city water
and stuff like that keeps it from being rented before
it gets to us through the pipes. But you know,
when you turn that fast on, you've got dead waters.
There's no life force energy in it to speak of
it all nearly as much as our body needs. And

then it's got the contamination in it over and above,
so it's up to us to clean up the water
before we drink it. Then there's this thing they call food.
Processed food is what you're looking at here. Some of
this is only one molecule away from plastic. Our body
doesn't know how to deal with it. It takes more
energy to get it out of our body than there

is in the food what they call food. Again, we're
I'm gonna play a video here in a little bit
on food to take that to a whole new level.
Then we have the pesticides, fluorescent lights. We'll talk a
little bit about fluorescent lights. That's one of the reasons
I'm wehere in these blue block or sunglasses. Stress pollutants.

Stress is one of the biggest ones by the way
it's self created. For most people, it's called self talk.
Self talk and feeling either consciously or unconsciously. That's alan
tracked are because a lot of it's unconscious. But we
have the cell phones, wireless internet, power lines, all of that.
All of these are frequencies that are harmful to our body.

And we've got the millions. There's over fifty million chemicals
in our society today that wasn't here, you know, one
hundred years ago, and this is the two thousand and
nine database. It's a lot, you know, more than that
now and so a lot of marine cosmetics, most of
(14:32):
them are not banned in the United States. All these
frequencies have harmful emf for harmful information the body doesn't understand,
so it doesn't know what to do with it. When
you go into nature, nature has frequencies the body does
understand because nature is all about plants and minerals, and
(14:53):
our body is all about plants and minerals, and so
are our pets. Everything. But the biggest one for most
people is stress. Stress. Again, there's different kinds of stress.
There's emotional stress, there's physical stress, there's chemical stress, emth

electromagnetic field stress. There's all different sorts of stress. But
all stress is an invisible frequency that shortens telemeres, downgrades
the immune system, and accelerates aging. You might know somebody
that you seem like they aged ten years of one
year because he had a bunch of emotional stuff going on.

That's the one that we can control. Okay, well, we're
talking to ourself all the time, but we have to
be conscious enough to do that, and most people are
unconscious most of the time. When near in that self talk,
that's not supporting him, So we have to It's like

driving back and forth to work. You know a lot
of people get home and they don't remember how they
got home because they've driven it so many times they
didn't they were totally unconscious the whole time that you know,
that's one of the big problems we have is getting
conscious long enough to change what we need to change

to get healthier, happier, more prosperous, et cetera. So again,
pure vibrances coming I'm working with. They're all about self
care for self healing. Let's talk about processed foods. I
let's start out. I played a video here first, and
then we'll talk more about processed foods after that. So

Ulti processed food is weaponized. Ulti process food is science experiment.
Ulti process food is not the free market at work
is a rigged system where tens of thousands of scientists.
As the cigarette industry declined in the nineteen eighties, when
food companies and you literally have food companies today is
one of the biggest employers of scientists in the world.
They are doing science experiments to make this food addictive

and to make it not filling. And that's what we're
giving to our kids. That's the problem with ulti processed food.
You know, you have a lot of the evidence space
bros Saying well, no, no, it's the calories. Calories have
gone up in the past thirty years. So why have
calories gone up because it's gone up with ultra processed food.
Conception with just weaponized to make us ee more the
problem that we know how to regulate our calories. It's like, no, no,

it's not the problems not Aulter process with the problems.
That is, they're one and the same. We're being poisoned.

And we're being addicted, and we have a mass drug.

Addiction crisis here, and we literally have the characteristics of
addiction denial from parents who are addicted to these foods
at giving them.

To their kids.

It's because they're normalized.

The root of the problem is multiprocessed.

Food Okay, I hope you're able to hear most of that.
Processed foods is what we're talking about here. We can
go ahead and then I'm gonna leave it like that.
Uh so, process foods. What he's saying is that the site.

You know, food companies all have scientists working for them
now doing research on how to make the food addictive
to where you're going to kill you today, going to
lower your frequency, but it's going to make it addictive,
just like you know when they serve peanuts or pretzels
(18:36):
at a bar, that's to make you thirstier so you
drink more beer. Okay, cigarettes where they can you know,
the scientists used to work because they were adding all
this stuff to cigarettes to make them addictive to where
you have to have that next cigarette. So that's the
problem we have with processed foods right now. And there's
(19:00):
another video we'll play here a little bit that'll talk
about what that really does when you have a second
helping of processed foods. Because the processed foods are not
what the body recognizes, the body doesn't know how to
handle it. Again. It's like you know, the where English
(19:21):
will say, okay, we speak English, and processed foods are
speaking French. So the body doesn't know how to understand
that language and what to do with it. It takes
more energy to get it out of the body. And
then at a certain point, when your energy is low
enough and it doesn't have the energy or the hydration,
(19:43):
et cetera to get it out of the body, it
starts stuffing it in the poor structure of your body.
And that's where a lot of excess weight comes from.
Some of the processed foods have very toxic pieces to them,
and so those toxic pieces, the body wraps around them,
puts them in the cell structure to keep you alive,

and it just compounds and compounds and compounds, and that's
why you know every eight months you're replicating a sick
sell one that's not one hundred percent healthy. And so
that's what's going on with the processed food industry. If
it's got a tenfoil wrapper around, it has never seen
sunshine and you can't pronounce what it's made of, stay
(20:28):
away from it, don't eat it. Okay, So let's play
doctor Casey's.

Report statement to say that I learned virtually nothing at
Stanford Medical School about the tens of thousands of scientific
papers that elucidate these root causes of why American health
is plummeting and how environmental factors are causing it. For instance,
(20:55):
in medical school, I did not learn that for each
additional serving of ultraprocessed food we eat early mortality increases
by eighteen percent. This now makes up sixty to seven
percent of the foods our kids are eating. I took
zero nutrition courses in medical school. I didn't learn that
eighty two percent of independently funded studies show harm from
(21:17):
processed food, while ninety three percent of industry sponsored studies
reflect no harm. In medical school, I didn't learn that
ninety five percent of the people who created the recent
USDDA Food guidelines for America had significant conflicts of interest
with the food industry. I did not learn that one
billion pounds of synthetic pesticides are being sprayed on our

food every single year. Ninety nine percent of the farmland
in the United States is sprayed with synthetic pesticides, many
from China and Germany, and these invisible, tasteless chemicals are
strongly linked to autism, ADHD, sex hormone disruption, thyroid disease,
sperm dysfunction, Alzheimer's and shot birth effects, cancer, OBC delivered

a function, just deliver dysfunction, female infertility, and more.

Okay, well, we know a little bit more now about
what's really going on out there, and you can do
your own research on it. It's not a secret. They're
not trying to keep it a secret. They stopped doing
that a long time ago. But it's been going on
for decades and decades. I was in the military in
nineteen sixty eight and sixty nine of the top secret
(22:33):
clearance and electronic warfare. So I saw behind the curtain
very early in my life at eighteen years old as
to what is really going on versus what's reported and
what's told to the American public. So next thing we'll
talk about, you know, because again process foods sixty seven
(22:54):
percent of the foods that our children are eating, and
most adults his processed food. So we have to go
the extra mile to eat foods that's not processed. You know,
it's real food from a real garden. And there's more
farmers' markets and stuff, you know, showing up, you know,
(23:15):
for people, from people that are serious about it. And
in doctor Kaser's report, in eight years to twelve years
of schooling, doctors get may get four to six hours
of nutritional training, and most of it is that nutrition
doesn't make any difference. So she's right on with that.

Just saw another video of a gentleman who quit his
practice he could no longer in good conscious write prescriptions
to people when he understood finally what was really going
on with the prescriptions, many of which are addictive, become addictive.
So next we'll talk about as blue light. Okay, that's
what I got on here. Blue light Uh, that's why

I'm wearing these and I've known about it, you know,
for a long time, and I wear them off and on.
But blue light uh interrupts the dopamine pathways in the body,
and dopamine UH. Dopamine pathways are set of neural pathways
(24:23):
in the brain that use the neurotransmitter dopamine to perform,
you know, various variety of functions, including reward. Dopamine is
involved in the brain's reward system, helping people feel pleasure
and reinforcement.

Uh.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
The mesolymbic pathway is one of the most well known
pathways associated with reward. It's originally connected to the mid brain.
Part of the mid part of the brain associated with
motivation and reward. So when you're you know, so, let's

go back one step here, where's blue light come from?
Your cell phone? Any plasma screen, all your TV screens,
all your computer screens, all of them have blue light
coming out of them instead of red light or green light,
in which it could be a balance of all three,
because all three of them are used to make color.

My first business, right out of the tea, out of
the Air Force, was a TV repair business, so I'm
real familiar with it. Back when TVs were all tubes
and there were no transistors in it. But still then
they used all three colors to make color television, and
since then they've taken it to a whole new level.

And the blue light interrupts the dopamine pathways in our body.
In the long term. You know, I guess again, it's
also about movement. Dopamine plays a role in behave behavior.
Dysfunction and dopamine pathways can contribute to conditions like Parkinson's disease,

restless leg syndrome. What does that means? Watching too much TV? Okay,
having buorescent light bulbs, you know that you're under all
day long and using We need to go back to
the incandescent light bulbs. Incandescent light bulbs had you know,
balance of color like sunshine. There's blue light and sunshine too,
(26:30):
but it's balanced out with red and green and other colors.
It's a learning ability. Dopamine helps people learn and decide
how to allocate their resources to cognitive and motor task.
Again again, when you interrupt that dopamine pathways, especially in
(26:51):
a long term. In a short term, blue light and
stimulate the dopamine pathways, and we're talking less than ten minutes.
But when you go over that, then the side effects
become pretty dramatic for some people. Social function Dopamine is
linked to social function, a key clinical domain in autism.

Dopamine lack of dopamine. Dopamine is the key clinical domain
in autism. I'm sure I understand that sentence. And in
other dopamine pathways include the the dopamine is sympathized synthesized
(27:42):
by certain neurons, dopamine neurons which store the energy in
cytoplasm and exon terminals. So and again it's the there's
five different dopamine main channels that the body uses. And
(28:08):
so one of the things you can do to protect
yourself from dopamine from blue light. You know, you can
wear these kind of glasses. They're you know, orange glasses,
but they block the blue light and noticeably when you
put them on, everything will change. There's a program called

I f T. It's an app that you can get.
I have it on my cell phone and it's got
six different selections. You can, you know, make it as
dark as you want to to block the blue light.
I have it on the laptop here also that I'm using.
And so that's another way of starting to protect yourself

from the blue light. But it's the long term exposure.
And then look, long term exposure in the evening can
release melatonin, which can make it hard to go to
sleep that night. Also, so there's a lot of information
out there and you can do your own research. I'll
just pull this up off of a search on duck

Dugg because if you search on another one, which we
will mention a lot of times, it's not as accurate
information because it's been modified. We'll put it that way. So,
long term exposure can lead to anxiety, mood swings, and
(29:39):
inability to focus. So let's think about that when you're
watching you know, any blue screen, any screen that's gotten
blue light. You know, in cars nowadays, the whole d
ash lights up with blue light, and so that makes
it a little hard focus. Anyhow, it's intentionally done to
(30:03):
interrupt the dopamine pathways, just like the process food. You know,
there's more money in the messes being unhealthy venders and
the messes being healthy for big pharma, the food industry,
et cetera. And so they're you know, the owners, the
(30:24):
top people don't care about the numbers, Okay, they're just
out for the money. And it's been documented again over
and over. So it's not something new that I'm telling you.
I've known about it for fifty years and just been
aware of it. And so that's why I'm on the
health path that I'm on. I had a lifestyle change
(30:48):
in my twenties early twenties where I did a lot
of detoxing. I heal myself of asthma, hey fever, sinuses,
and all my allergies in my twenties by lifestyle change,
I stopped, you know, I stopped eating all white flour,
all white sugar, all white salt, because minerals are not
(31:09):
all white, you know, there's any I switch to organic
sea salt in no white flour, no white sugar, and
then did a lot more fruits and vegetables, et cetera,
and more juicing, in a lot of detoxing to get
the toxins out of my body. There the only two
reasons the body gets ill, you know, lack of nutrition
(31:33):
and overload of toxins. That's it. So you're either what
you're eating is not nutritious enough if you're sick. In
the third part that's water includes water, you're not hydrated enough,
which is many people's first challenge is not being hydrated
because they're drinking so many things that are dehydrating the body.

So we got to have detoxing and have the nutrition
that can get into the body. We have a product

because what's in the product are the cofactors that the
body needs to produce its own flud to zion and

place and so the results we're getting in the scans
and the frequencies of people's biomarkers coming back into alignment
in just forty five to ninety days and longer. Of course,
the longer you're on it, the more in alignment your
body is going to be. But people are getting amazing

results on it. Of course you're using the red infrared
laser along with it. We have another product called citrus
silk that's for the skin, and the life force energy

we do. Let's see the first question, how can we
give the body more oxygen?

More oxygen? Is to uh lay down and then practice
debreathing into the diaphragm. Okay, you can lay a book
or something on your stomach, lower stomach and then breathe
in where you see that book, raise up and then
hold it for a couple of seconds and then exhale
(35:09):
all the way out where that book goes all the
way down. It's like sucking your stomach into your backbone.
And then second or two three, you know, kind of
monitor yourself. Then take in another slow deep breath through
the nose because we're meant to breathe through the nose,
and so I inhale and exhale both through my nose.
(35:33):
And so you can practice deep breathing. You can just
sit and you know sitting also, I do it when
I'm driving down the road sometimes. But yeah, it's about practicing,
you know, deep breathing. The next thing is if you're
close to the mountains, close to nature, get out around
a river, get out around a waterfall, in pine trees,
(35:58):
and practice deep breathing there because it's a lot cleaner
air out. Their nature's cleaned it. We're in the big cities,
you got gas fumes and everything else. So I hope
that answers your question.

Next question, can our bodies feel itself? And how long
does it take?

Well, that's a loaded question. The body is the only
thing that can heal itself. Nothing else heals the body.
The body has to do the healing. How long it
takes depends on how much deteriorated it is, how strong

immune system is, and how much you focus on helping
the body heal by adding more life worse energy, better microcirculation,
more oxygen, getting good nutrition, and detoxing your body. The body,
the body has to do the healing.

The next question is, how would we know if the
body is healing.

You feel better. It's just really that simple. It doesn't
take forever. If you're doing things that help your body
heal itself naturally, you'll start feeling better quite quickly. Actually,
and again it depends on the severity of it. You know.
It's like if you're beating your head against the wall,
(37:35):
and you stop beating your head against the wall, you
feel better, okay, which is the same thing if you're
eating a lot of sugar, for instance, using that to
go numb as your escape from the world, and when
you stop eating sugar, then your body can start processing
(37:57):
food more normally and you start feeling better within just
hours and days. You know, you may have how long
you've been doing it again, you may have a little
bit of a healing crisis. You may have some headaches
and stuff like that while the body's detoxing the excess
of sugar or whatever it is. I'm just using sugar
as an example out of your body. If it's alcohol,
(38:21):
you know, people have some detoxing when they get off
of alcohol. Alcohol is another way of one numb in
the body and because of the body's vibration, the lower
because alcohol is toxic.

All right. The next question came in from YouTube listener
Jeffrey Williams, why not a green laser?
Speaker 2 (38:49):
Why not a green laser? The green laser has different
frequencies in it. We've added frequencies in the green laser
for internal organ systems. And the green laser does still
trigger the mitochondria to produce more life force energy and
separate the red blood cells under free flowing, and it
(39:10):
also helps the red blood cells carry more oxygen. But
the frequencies are designed for the internal organ systems of
the body, where the red laser is got frequencies added
for the muscular skeletal body. And most people's problems show
up in the muscular skeletal body, even though the cause
(39:33):
may be emotional. But you can use the green laser
also except anywhere except the eyes. The red laser red
and infrared laser's the only one to shine in your eyes.

Okay, next question, all the people walking around with masks on,
how can they how can that be safe for those
wearing masks.
Speaker 2 (39:58):
It's not safe. It was doc minute right from the start.
When you wear a mask, you are inhaling your own
carbon dioxide in bacteria and lowering your own immune system.
Plus you're cheating yourself out of some oxygen. So wearing
mask has never been a good thing period. The only

time mask are needed is so doctors in an operating
room don't spit in the patient. That's the original use of.

Well, that's a scary thought, just say.
Speaker 2 (40:36):
Well when they speak. You know, I've seen people speak
and you know, spit a little bit at the same
time because they're they had salavan the mouth they went
to speak. I've done it myself, so that's there. You know.
It's to keep the bacteria and salibin stuff like that

from going into the patient and an operator. And that
was the original Yeah you said that.
Speaker 5 (41:01):
I was thinking that they would just be mean facetious.
So what is the best way for us to clean
up the water from the sink?
Speaker 2 (41:17):
The water from the sink, you know, go to Walmart
and get one of the HEPA filters you know where
you pour through at the very least and pour your
water through those filters and then laser it with the
red laser is the best way. And you can again
(41:37):
you can. I use all the lasers in my water.
I have moll bundle together along with the ionizer, and
so all of my water, I filter it and I
laser it for thirty seconds with all the lasers and
the ionizer before I drink it. And again you can
taste the difference in it. But you know, at least
(41:58):
filter it with with you know, some kind of a hepophilia.
You know, those pour through water things, some of them
have you know, check the ratings on them and uh,
you know some of them have a higher rating of
efficacy than others. But good question. You know. What I
do is I use a reverse osmosis countertop unit UH,

and then I have a I take it UH. When
I pull my water out of there, I run it
through a water structuring device of hydro hydro flow UH,
and then I vortex it through a vortex machine which
I have one of our intention disc in which clears

the memory of it before the water has been and
then I laser it with all my lanears and stuff
before I drink it. So I'm real serious about water
and so, and that's why our products have so much
life force energy in them. We actually all of our

lotions are tooth based everything. We actually create the water
that they're blended in and send it to the bottling
company that blends everything. And you know that boiling company
is certified as toxic free. Everything they do is toxic free,
(43:29):
and all of our products are toxic free. But we
furnished the water that you're blended, that the other elements
are blended into, and that's what makes it such a
powerful product. It goes through the water goes through like
seven different steps before and the last two steps really
add a lot of life force energy into the water.

Okay, the next question, what did you get out of what?

Sorry, no, it does say what did you get out
of the TV repair? For? I don't know if that's
word it right. It might be why did you get
out of the TV repair?
Speaker 2 (44:18):
I got out of TV repair because I saw people
addicted to soap operas and then I was already aware
of some of the blue light and stuff coming off
of those tubes, even though it had the green and
(44:39):
the red end there also. But I just didn't enjoy
the business. And see, if I don't enjoy something, I
don't do it. So I only did it long enough
to move into construction, and then I closed the TV
repayer business down. And again if because if it ain't
fun I mean solar construction company, because it got to
(45:01):
it wasn't fun anymore. Now I go do something else.
Having fun is one of the health and one of
the best things you can do to stay healthy, good, clean, fun,
enjoy what you do. I never have to go to
work because I love what I do. So great question. Yeah,
TV repair just got to where it wasn't fun anymore.
Speaker 5 (45:25):
Okay, and this is our last question. It also doesn't
quite make sense, but okay. The longer we are on
what I think that came in when you were talking
about the all over body deal or maybe.
Speaker 2 (45:40):
O the replentish love. I think, Yeah, the longer you're
on it, the stronger your immune system gets. The longer
you use all of our products, because all of our
products raises the vibration of the body toward optimal wellness,
because we have optimal wellness frequencies in our products. And
(46:01):
so the if your bodies vibrating lower than optimal wellness,
when you use our products, you put them on, and
then the body will always the train up. The lower
frequency will always the train up to the higher frequency.
And then and then you use them every day and
you keep in training up, and then every time it
trains up, the body heals itself, has the ability then

potential to heal itself again a little bit more. It's
like building a muscle. The more you work out the muscle,
the stronger it gets. Into what we're building here with
our products is your immune system. Is your immune system
is the bottom line, that's what heals your body and
keeps you healthy. So good question. So the longer you're

on all of our products that I've been living in
this energy for fifteen years, and so that's why my
biological age shows thirty eight to forty two and I'm
still snowskying and climbing, hiking, you do it all, kayaking,
still out there having fun. I get up in the

morning I've been over and put my pants flat on
the floor. I'm not stiff. I don't have any eggs
or pains anything like that, because I'm vibrating where the
body's supposed to be closer to where the body is
supposed to be vibrating. You know, I'm out there breathing
the same area you are. You know, I end up

with some processed foods and stuff too. I mean, they're
hard to get away from for every meal. And so
you know, I'm constantly being inundated with the EMF with
the blue light. I'm in the same world as everybody else.
I'm just getting more nutrition and higher vibration and cleaner
water and detoxing more and our products help with all

of that. So a good question, Okay, any other question.

It's about responsibility and you know, scheduling and so you
know everything, having your time. First thing in the morning,
I have my red. You know, I go for a
long walk, I come back. You know our first hand,
who's drink plenty of water in a morning, you know,
to flesh out the toxins from the night before and
then go for a long walk and come back. You know,

have my own sequence of ways to stay healthy. So
