back to the basics today though for folks, because this
is a topic that I've actually had folks ask me
about and it comes up a lot in Spirit Baby Medium.

your Spirit Team, so like Spirit Team one oh one,
and Nicole has co written a book about angels and
guiding souls from the other side that you're an expert on,
and we're going to be exploring that. And I am like,
I just read an excerpt this morning, so I'm still

Psychic Story, and what a great conversation, and I just
mentioned to you that I've lost track of how many
people are like I heard you on a Psychic Story,
heard Jenna's Likegging Story. So thank you for that.

You're very welcome, thanks for being on and for having
me on yours.

Looking forward to it. So just to start, can you
say a little bit about who you are? It's all
in the book, like your history, which was like, oh
my god, I want to know more, but who you
are and what you do and how you come to do.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
This work in your podcast and all that good stuff.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Sure, I'll try and keep it short. So Nicole Bigley,
and as Maria mentioned, I have a podcast called a
Psychic Story. I also have two other podcasts, a Psychic
Story Kids Edition, where the goal there is to help
teens and children shift their vibration, and then Supernatural Matters,
which I haven't publishing content on there for a while,
but it's one of my favorites because it dives into
(04:28):
supernatural stories and ask people things like you know, do
you think this is supernatural or natural or what?
Speaker 5 (04:34):
So those are my three.

Podcasts, and in my spare time to actually my full
time job, I'm in PR, communications and marketing, and I
just really felt led to dive more into the spiritual
because it's been a part of my life growing up
and I just felt like I kind of veered off
path a little bit about four years ago. So doing
the podcast really helped me to get back on track,
(04:55):
so to speak. And then more recently, as you mentioned,
I co authored a book with doctors Got Garren, which
will be out this summer called Looking for Angels, and
he writes portions of the book related to science, religion, psychology,
and he wanted a voice to share about the modern
day angels and our spirit teams and guides and what
are they and how do we communicate with them? So
that's how we connected and here we are today now
(05:17):
talking about it on your podcast.
Speaker 4 (05:20):
Oh my gosh, Wait, but you have to tell the
real story of how you connected, like.
Speaker 5 (05:24):
The real Oh you want me? Okay? So yes.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
So I was preparing for an intuitive session for someone
who had booked a reading with me, and I'm sure
you have your own practice and routine and with that
goes what it entails, I should say. And for me,
I do prayer, a lot of prayer work, a lot
of intention work beforehand, and I'm just starting to get
information flowing and coming in and in my right ear,
I hear you need to.
Speaker 5 (05:48):
Write about us.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
And it was because I was starting to take notes
for this particular person and how they could connect with
their spirit team. And I laughed, but it was an
annoying laugh because I said, but what do you mean?
Just like I said the top half of this, I
have three podcasts, I am, you know, have a full
time job, I'm doing sessions with people. What do you mean,
like when am I going to have time to write it?
(06:10):
And so I was also starting to work on my
energetic boundaries and setting those both with people in spirit,
and so I said, Okay, I hear your message. I
appreciate it, and I will honor your request if it's
in the divine timing, and you provide me with some resources,
either someone who's going to help me write it, help
me publish it, because I have thhose written books, but
(06:31):
I've never actually written a book for myself or gone
through the process, and so I'm not kidding about Forty
eight hours later, I received an email from Scott or
doctor Garren, and the subject was something like, I don't
think you're going to read this or respond because you're
busy but I'm writing a book about angels and I
really would like someone to help me co author it.
Speaker 5 (06:50):
And here we are today.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
And so what was happening on his end, and he'll
tell you is that he was at a conference in
a spiritual event and a psychic or medium came up
to him and said, I've been staring at your booth
and the fact that you're writing all these books and
you really need someone to speak to that other half
of angels and provide that female voice but also that
(07:12):
modern day angel voice.
Speaker 5 (07:14):
And so he started researching and had been listening to
the podcast.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
So he got a message from spirit a different way,
literally forty eight hours when I was receiving the message too,
and they merged us together and so here we are.
But yeah, it was amazing and I laughed when I
got the email in a good way because I was like, Okay,
so this is the divine timing, this is when it
needs to happen.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
So yeah, and you can't get a clearer message from
your team, right like, hello, here you are, okay, asking
you shall receive exactly exactly, write what you needed exactly
when you needed it.
Speaker 3 (07:45):
Amazing. I just love that story. That's why I'm like, no,
you had to tell the story.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
Yes, well, And it was funny because part of it
was I even said to them I can write it,
but maybe somebody can write it for me, And so
he even offered that an email. He hasn't written it
for me. I wrote my own portion, but it was
just everything I had outlined and asked for. They just
served it up on a platter. So I was very
thankful and am very thankful.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
It's astounding.
Speaker 4 (08:09):
I just love that, and it's such a tiny little part,
but oh.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
My gosh, it's huge, and it sets this.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
Platform for the book itself.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Yeah, and you know what's also amazing about it, because
this even happens to me. I'm sure it happens to you.
But when I received the message, a couple parts of
me thought, is this just my own ego or is
this just my own thought popping in? Even though I
clearly heard it coming in in my right ear, which
is my way of hearing my guides and angels a
little bit more, it's more distinguishing that it's from them
(08:40):
if I'm hearing it through my right ear, and I
still questioned it, and I also was annoyed with them
because I said, here, I am trying to get messages
for this person, and it's a message about me, and
so I was dealing in that moment of ego and
a bunch of other things, and so we'll get into
it in a little bit. But that's all the steps
I would tell people to take.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
I took.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
And then yes, the fact that they showed me, hey,
this does actually work and this is our point and
we're proving it was also just such a gift.
Speaker 4 (09:08):
It's fantastic and I love that you highlighted that because
here's someone who from birth, you remember your whole, like
birth story, your whole when you were a kid out
before birth.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
That's all on the book too, folks.
Speaker 4 (09:24):
I'm just going to tease that a minute. But for
someone who your whole life, you've been tuned to the
other side to still question, I don't know, is this real?
I think that is so delightful and wonderful and useful
information for folks like you're not going to be I
am amazing, perfect, one hundred percent accurate all that.
Speaker 3 (09:43):
Please don't do that anybody else.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
I still have, Yeah, you still have human experiences, and
that is the perfect balance of why we came here
both being human beings and spiritual beings. So I love
the dichotomy of it and the experiences that.
Speaker 5 (09:57):
We have collectively. But you're absolutely right.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
So when I saw myself questioning, I had to laugh
and go back to the tips and the points that
I would normally recommend for other people.
Speaker 4 (10:07):
That's it, right, They're useful tools for sure. Well let's
get into it. Okay, great, let's get into it.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
So what total basic? What's a spirit team?
Speaker 5 (10:18):
This is one of my favorite questions.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
And everybody may apply this or think about it a
little bit differently, but this is what Archangel Michael told me.
So for people who aren't familiar with me, since I
was really young, Archangel Michael has been around and whenever
I questioned certain things spiritual practices, whether I was a
kid or growing up, I would tap in and ask
him for a direction. And so what he explained to me,
(10:41):
and then as I've learned, as I've gotten older and
read books and listened to people taking classes and courses
and certifications, is that our spirit team is comprised of
many and you can have anywhere between twenty thirty, forty
fifty or up to one hundred or two hundred and
you're nodding your head, Maria, So you know this that
a team can consist of everything from archangels to ascended masters,
(11:04):
to our guardian angels, to spirit guides or animal spirits,
as well as loved ones on the other side. And
I'll take a quick moment to just give you a
little bit of information about each of those. So arch
angels are one of the closest vibrations or energy sources
what I call celestial beings, closest to God. If you
don't want to refer to God as God, it could
be universal source, whatever that is, but essentially life force
(11:26):
energy that we all encompass and are made of. And
because they have never incarnated here on Earth, they are
messengers for us and bridge the gap between our human
selves and Heaven and allow us to communicate back and
forth with that divine and then our ascended.
Speaker 5 (11:45):
Masters, our souls who at.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
Some point have ascended and gotten to a point think
of Jesus, Mother, Teresa, Gandhi, those types of human beings
who've lived and incarnated here on Earth or Earth other
planets and dimensions, and they've gotten to a point where
when they're on the other side, they want to help us.
Both arch angels and ascended masters need our permission to
interact with us because we are beings of free will
(12:07):
and choice. We had this whole thing, which I also
talk about in the book called our spiritual Bill of Rights,
but I'm not going to take up the time in
this podcast episode to go through that. And then we
have our guardian angels. And so this is a little
bit of a question mark. People always wonder, all right,
I have one guardian angel, who are they?
Speaker 5 (12:21):
Or one spirit guide? Who are they?
Speaker 2 (12:23):
And what Michael told me is that guardian angels are
beings that we've contracted with in this lifetime or in
other lifetimes.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
So they've worked with us before.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
And because it worked out so well and we like them,
they're almost kind of our BFFs. We've already said, Hey,
I'm going to come here as Maria, and these are
the things I want to accomplish, and as I'm Maria
and this human being and this can you help guide
me and direct me? And so since we've already given
them permission, for the most part, they tend to intervene
or interact on our behalf a little bit more than
(12:53):
the archangels or the ascended masters, and then we have
our loved ones from the other side, and they tend
to whether we experience them or they were loved ones
previously that we didn't have life experiences with, they tend
to show up for reassurance and love, just to remind
us because they still have ego. I don't refer to
them as much as guides, even though I lump them
(13:14):
in with our spirit team and our guides, because they
can step into that role depending on how deep our
bond is, so very high level. That's how they're comprised of.
And then there's more two of spirit animals and all
of that. But also the way when I see people
how spirit shows me their team is like, for you,
I can look over on your left shoulder, and in
my mind's eye, I see archangels right there directly over
(13:37):
your shoulder. I see your ascended masters, I see your
guardian angel who's right behind you. You have a few,
and then I see your loved ones over on your
right side here, And that's just a way that's not
for everybody, but that's how they help me distinguish so
that when I'm in session, I can share that with people.
And the reason that's important is because when you hear,
oh my gosh, I may have two hundred on my team,
(13:59):
what are their I don't even know all of mine
and the names, because it doesn't really matter as much
as who's stepping forward in the moment that we need it.
So if we need more protection, if we need more confidence,
if we need more overall spiritual understanding and direction, certain
ones who have certain roles and or expertises I like
to call it may step forward.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
So hopefully that helps.
Speaker 4 (14:22):
That does help, Oh gosh so much that you said there,
I'm like, I need to ask about that.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
I need to ask about that.
Speaker 5 (14:27):
I will stop.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
I will stop it and let you ask the questions.
But I wanted to get that out because that kind
of helps give a summary.
Speaker 4 (14:33):
For the most part, this is really helpful because Okay,
let me just say, when I'm running a spirit baby session,
I'm just the medium, right, so I get information and
I just say what's coming through. I don't really know
what this is all coming through and so are coming
from or.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
Why or all of that. So the fact that you are.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
Saying some of these things that has come through in
a spirit baby session for me is like, oh.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
That's why.
Speaker 4 (14:59):
Okay, the first question and when you said the ascended
masters and archangels cannot come into our lives without an invitation,
like they can't intervene, that was so validating, I suppose
for me. Okay, So you're saying the difference between those
(15:22):
souls and a guardian angel is because the permission for
a guardian angel is implicit.
Speaker 3 (15:29):
Is that right?
Speaker 2 (15:29):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (15:30):
Yeah, okay for.
Speaker 5 (15:31):
The most part.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
So, I because my relationship with Michael has been so strong,
and we can talk a little bit about how he
showed up for me and how other people may experience
their own team in a little bit. But I assumed
he was my guardian angel, and I didn't understand until
I got older, when I was able to distinguish between
certain celestial beings and energy, that he was actually an archangel.
(15:56):
So I just referred to him as my angel growing up.
First I thought he was my boyfriend, you know, didn't
quite understand that. That's a whole nother story for another day.
And then as I started to and realize the feeling
that he provided and the energetic just level of vibration
and frequency, as like, oh, he's an archangel, and then
I learned more and more and more about it, and
(16:17):
so yes, so our guardian angel can be any of those.
But I came into this life with a contract with him.
In particular, he just happens to be an archangel. But
most people have like a guardian angel one in particular,
or two or three. And yes, we've given them permission,
but that's very important to the archangels and the ascended masters.
(16:40):
They could be standing by. They're on your spirit team.
But it's almost like a game of tag. If you
haven't tagged them in and said, hey, tag you're it,
then they can't come and play in the game.
Speaker 4 (16:50):
Okay, I have a follow up question to that. So
this is from my own experience, but I feel like
others may have this too. I wrote in my email
back to Scott Doctor Garrion that I was shocked that
he wrote about Metatron because Metatron has been coming up
for me in the last two years or so.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
So my question is a what do I do with that?
But b.
Speaker 4 (17:13):
Can archangels and ascended Masters can they like alert you
to their presence?
Speaker 3 (17:20):
Okay, yes, why do they do that?
Speaker 2 (17:22):
And how well it's to alert you so that they're
like tag me in it's to say that they're around,
and so that you start to become familiar with how
they might get your attention and to give you that message.
When I say message, it could be a color of feeling,
a sign, feather, all of the things of where I'm
(17:43):
sure a lot of people are getting signs, numbers, repeating numbers.
But for the most part, big ones. When I say
big ones, the arch angels are the ascended masters. That's
an Metatron for you in particular is because there's a
little bit, probably something bigger that you need to work on,
whether as a light worker or professionally or personally in
your life. And so that's why it's great to figure
(18:05):
out kind of who they are.
Speaker 5 (18:06):
Now.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
Michael has always told me it's really not important, and
I call bs on that, because it is important as
human beings for us to understand who they are and
why they're interacting with us. And it just helps, at
least me, in particular my brain figure out who they are,
how they're showing up and all of that. And so
for you with Metatron, Doctor Garren wrote about this in
(18:29):
the book, and a whole chapter is that Metatron tends
to be more about sacred geometry, math, sacred magic, divine energy.
He bridges, in my opinion, some of the more science
and the supernatural and the spiritual, and so if he's
showing up for you, it's probably taking a little bit.
What I'm hearing is a deeper dive into what's the
(18:51):
medical meaning of certain things and the spiritual meaning, and
allowing him to work with you, to be able to
direct you and guide you on what that means for
you as a practitioner, but also for people that are
probably coming to you for help.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
Yes, I feel like that's where it's headed, and certainly
we could get deeper into that.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
But I'm wondering about other folks too.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
If they get messages like that, or signals or awareness
that an assented master or an archangel is showing.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Up, what do they do?
Speaker 4 (19:20):
What are the practical things like I did research on
Metatron and that kind of thing. Is that just what
you recommend? Look up what that person means.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
Or yeah means Well, I think there's a couple of
different things. So let's go back. Maybe we use Mary
as an example because she just popped in my head,
so obviously she's probably around you a and the work
you do and the clients that come to you for
the whole reason of spirit baby work, and that she
is the saint and ascended Master that helps with mothers,
children and.
Speaker 5 (19:47):
All of that. So she popped in my head, so
let choose her as an example.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
Let's say you get dreams about her, or somebody passes
a card on and Mother Mary or Blessed Mother is there.
Maybe there's something else that's popping up, and there's just
a peeding message of somehow I know Mary or Blessed
Mother Mary is around, but I don't know what she's
trying to tell me or why. The first thing is
to acknowledge that you're receiving a message from someone or
(20:11):
a spirit on your spirit team, and then that is
your opportunity to say whether or not you want them
to continue to work with you or engage with you.
And so what I normally recommend to people is to
acknowledge and say thank you and then give them permission.
So one of the ways you could do that is
the saying thank you, Mother Mary for being made, making
(20:31):
yourself known, coming into my life. I would like to
work with you for my best and highest good. And
that's really all you have to do. That's opening the door,
that's giving permission. And then depending on then the next
steps or the phase of connecting which we can get into,
it's asking for maybe additional signs or information that you
can receive. So the next step that I usually say
(20:51):
is I would like to receive messages that are clear
and succinct, that are for my best and highest good.
I always love to put in clear and succinct because
you can ask for messages and get messages all day long.
But if they're not clear, then you know, and you
can't figure out what they mean, then what's the purpose
of it?
Speaker 5 (21:07):
Really?
Speaker 4 (21:09):
Yes, exactly right, if there's no way to discern. I
like to say, sometimes a butterfly is just a butterfly.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
Okay, yes, sometimes it's just an FYI message too.
Speaker 5 (21:18):
It's just like you can see a butterfly.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
Yeah, thank you?
Speaker 4 (21:22):
Well okay, what would be the reason to invite these
souls into your awareness or into serving you?
Speaker 3 (21:30):
Are there different?
Speaker 4 (21:32):
I like to say, this angel is popping up for
a spirit baby session. This angel is here, they're asking
you to like employ them, give them a job. So,
but how do people know what angel does what, or
what ascended master does what?
Speaker 3 (21:46):
Or is that's a.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Great Yeah, that's a great question. I usually always ask people.
So let's say you don't know who it is, and
that's certainly fine and you don't have to figure it out.
But I always suggest to people to stop and just
close your eyes and take breath and ask yourself, Okay,
what was I thinking at that moment or about to
think because sometimes we're on autopilot, or what am I feeling?
(22:09):
And that's usually going to be the answer to your question.
So if you've been feeling lost, if you've been feeling
sad that you there's grief somehow, and you're been asking
for help, I want to be able to process this.
I want to be able to move on. I want
to be able to heal. Then that is also given
your spirit team permission to step forward and interact with you,
(22:30):
and then you're getting a specific team member or two
or three, or four or five that are trying to
help you in that moment and what you're going through.
And so that's the biggest step, honestly or in the process,
is stopping and asking yourself what was I thinking and
or what was I thinking and feeling? And the more
you do that, then the more you catch yourself in
the moment of what spirit or the universe is trying
(22:50):
to engage with you on, because chances are you've probably
even subconsciously been thinking about it. Even if you haven't
been consciously thinking about it.
Speaker 4 (22:58):
That makes sense, okay, thank you, and also perhaps write
it down because if you're like.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
Me, yeah, what was that angel for? I don't remember that?
Speaker 4 (23:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
And so that's why Michael says it's not really as
important about the who in the beginning, but the more
of you are starting to see signs, starting to receive
messages and starting to understand that there's a deeper connection
and a meaning behind it. And then over time, if again,
if you do are getting a very specific message like
Mary or what Metatron for you, then you know, and
(23:34):
then you can look it up and you can figure out, okay,
well why, And then usually chances are there's a reason
you know exactly what it is, because again you've been
asking for it, or there's something deeper within you that
you didn't realize necessarily that you needed help or direction
or guidance on.
Speaker 4 (23:50):
Yes, Okay, I tend to be stubborn and be like, well,
I'm not going to look at it no no, no,
no no, And I think that's why Metatron's showing up, like, look,
this is a practical thing that you can make, you know.
So that actually leads me to my next question, going
back to the sort of overarching information that you gave
about loved ones that I've passed. Now, the only reason
(24:12):
why I'm doing spirit baby work is because of my grandmother.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
That's the only reason.
Speaker 4 (24:16):
But what you said about them still having an ego
really struck a chord, and I'd love to expand more
on that, because certainly the feeling that I get from
my grandmother is some combo of things like, yes, she
still has her ego her personality, but there's an opening
up or a broadening of who she is from the
(24:36):
other side. She's much lighter and higher vibration there.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
So can you speak to that a little bit more?
Speaker 2 (24:44):
Yeah, I should clarify when we go over on the
other side, or at least what I remember when I
before I came here is that I didn't really have
any feelings or emotions or ego, I should say, as
much as it was just love and a deeper understanding.
So if we kind of start with that, so when
we go over on the other side. It's not that
(25:04):
we officially have ego as much, but we do still
have some human attachment to the life that we had
before we transitioned and we went over, and so it's
with that. And also we're not as evolved as some
of these other beings who have gotten to a level
of understanding and knowing and that you know, for example,
(25:26):
the archangels, because they haven't had human experiences and they've
only been associated with the divine. They only know that love.
They only know that transcension and vibration and frequency of love.
Whereas when we're on the other side and we're still
evolving and growing in our spiritual evolution, we can still
provide guidance, but it's not necessarily God guidance.
Speaker 5 (25:48):
If that makes sense.
Speaker 4 (25:50):
That does make sense and totally goes into my next
question was around trusting or being okay with the guidance
that you get from loved ones. Are they coming from
a higher place so to speak? You know, how does
that work? So when you invite a loved one into
Because my grandmother was like, you are going to be
(26:11):
doing mediumship work and I'm like, no, I'm not, Yes,
you are no I'm not, Yes you are. So how
do I know or how does anybody know to trust
what they're what they're giving you.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
I think that's an excellent question.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
That's probably why I don't do a ton of mediumship work.
Not that I can't connect whistles who have crossed over
or passed over, but I prefer to stick with again
there arch angels, the angelic beans, because I know if
those messages come through, I mean, it's kind of straight
down from source and with our loved ones, they have
an understanding similar to God and our angels. Time doesn't
(26:50):
exist the same on there, and so they can see
us past, present, future, They can see all of the things.
So your grandmother was coming in and saying you're doing
this because she knew you were already doing it, because
she saw you doing it.
Speaker 5 (27:01):
And so it's less.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
Of a you do this direction and directive as much
as she's telling you you're already doing it.
Speaker 5 (27:08):
I see you.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
And so for those people who may or may not
want to connect with their loved ones, some do, some don't.
That goes back into the permission of even when I
say that prayer or for myself or for others in session,
I always say, first I call an archangel Michael, of
course because.
Speaker 5 (27:25):
I work with him.
Speaker 2 (27:26):
But then I also for the other person, will say
any guides or angels for their best and highest good,
and then I say, if they're comfortable with it, their
loved ones from the other side, for their best and
highest good, because just because I may want to, they
may not want to. And so when you say best
and highest good in that instance, then you know when
a message is coming through for your loved ones, it's
(27:46):
going to be for your best and highest good. Now,
if you choose to take that answer or the message
that they're giving you and actually do something with it
goes back to the free will and choice because you
can say no, just like I was about to say
no about writing the book.
Speaker 5 (28:00):
And then they said, oh no, no, no, no.
Speaker 3 (28:01):
No, let me give you some ways to say yes
to this.
Speaker 5 (28:06):
It's very important. Yeah, yes, yes, yes, exactly.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
Okay, Oh that is so helpful.
Speaker 4 (28:13):
Yeah, okay, right, that makes sense because there is time
is very different. So right, it's not a directive. It's
more like this is already happening right now.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
You're I already see you doing it. You're already doing it,
and you're saying no, and she's saying yes.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
Yeah actually yeah yeah yeah.
Speaker 4 (28:30):
Okay, wow, this is very helpful. Okay, So now how
do folks You said there can be up to two
hundred individuals or maybe even more, I don't know, but
that are guiding folks.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
How do folks?
Speaker 4 (28:45):
Okay, this is where I'm coming from with this question.
I did a training where I sat with somebody who
in that program who helped me identify guides where they
physically were in my aura, their names, and their jobs,
and it was a cool exercise. And I didn't know
(29:06):
from your perspective, how does that is that? How you
suggest folks identify some of their guides or team or
how do you suggest people go around doing that?
Speaker 2 (29:21):
I mean, if it's for someone and they want that
level of information, I think it could be absolutely helpful
for me. I tend to get overwhelmed with too much information,
which is why and probably and you're shaking your head,
especially as we are psychic and mediums. When information's coming in,
it's like, okay, I have to distill and distinguish what's
(29:41):
going on. So for a lot of people, if that's
resony with you, I would say go for it.
Speaker 5 (29:45):
For me.
Speaker 2 (29:46):
That's why I suggest, and in my personal life, why
I suggest people just start to pay attention a little
bit more about what's going on in their lives and
asking through prayer or through intention for that engagement, because
then you'll you will get the ones that need to
be the strongest for you stepping forward. So for example,
we'll use you for Metatron, and we've already talked about it.
(30:08):
He's coming through because you're probably asking for more logical
ways to or applicable ways i should say, for your
clients and for the practices, and so again he's balancing
that out. So he's going to step forward for you.
And as you ask and the spirits on your team engage,
then you can start to put the pieces of the
(30:29):
puzzle together. Yes, I don't know all two hundred on
my team, and with no disrespect, it's not that I
don't want to know. It's just that if they don't
have a role in that moment in my life, then
it doesn't matter and it changes. So I can have
an archangel Gabriel who works with me quite a bit
on communication, and I can feel them stepping in and
out of my energetic field pretty frequently because I don't
(30:49):
always need to communicate, So Archangel Gabriel isn't always working
with me. But if I'm having an impass or a
conflict or writer's block or whatever it is, then Archangel
Gabriel is going to be stepping in and helping me,
whether I know it or not.
Speaker 5 (31:04):
So hopefully that helps answer your question a little bit.
Speaker 3 (31:06):
Yeah it does.
Speaker 4 (31:07):
Sometimes I'll have a guide pop in, that is, she's
my like playful sort of guide. And when she pops
in and with her little hand on her hip, it
it's my signal to lighten the frig up, Maria, lighten up.
So okay, all right, I'm lightening up now, I'm playing
with my kids more.
Speaker 3 (31:26):
Okay, thank you.
Speaker 5 (31:28):
It doesn't have to be so serious, it doesn't.
Speaker 4 (31:30):
But these are these this is how I roll, right.
I like practical things, and this is probably why Metatron's
showing up because I.
Speaker 3 (31:37):
Want to know precisely and what's you know the plan
for this?
Speaker 4 (31:41):
And yeah, my torus self so okay, so oh, there
was a question that popped in my head around guides,
and I think I'm going to have to get back
to it because it just slipped my head.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
It's okay, but I'll add to it because this might
be what it was, So just the kind of a
couple steps back. If you're wanting to connect with your
spirit team and you're wondering one who they are, you
don't necessarily have to worry about that right now, but
you can say a prayer of again calling in my
angels and guides, asking them to connect with me for
my best and highest good, asking to receive messages that
(32:17):
are clear and succinct.
Speaker 5 (32:19):
YadA, YadA, YadA.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
When you then receive those messages, and this is where
I feel like you were probably going with the question,
and you're not even sure if it's a message like
the butterfly or not. I always like to tell people
to then say thank you for giving me this message
and also for making me or if you have a
moment of doubt that I'm doubting it and kind of
laughing about it a little bit like I did in
the beginning part of the episode where I told you
(32:41):
and that gratitude is going to cut through that doubt,
through maybe that fear or anything else, and put you
back in a vibration frequency that allows you to stay
on that same channel with your spirit team. The gratitude also,
and recognizing and receiving that message gives them permission to
continue to interact with you. So I don't know if
that was your question, but that's what I felt led
(33:03):
to add to.
Speaker 4 (33:04):
That's perfect, And actually I have a no, there was
a different question than it just came into my head,
but it's related.
Speaker 3 (33:10):
It is really fad.
Speaker 5 (33:11):
I bought some time for you.
Speaker 3 (33:12):
Yes, thank you, thank you.

I know, I was all distracted by this other stuff.
Speaker 3 (33:16):
It's so great, there's so.
Speaker 5 (33:17):
Much to know, and I'm like, there is how much
time do we have?
Speaker 3 (33:22):
So we have five hours?
Speaker 2 (33:23):
Right? Yes, of course I have five more hours left
on this beautiful day.
Speaker 4 (33:30):
Okay, So here's my question. And again this is personal experience,
and this is probably like the next level, a little
bit more than like the basic stuff. But I would
love to have people know sort of potentially what's on
the horizon. I was in a meditation once and I
had a new guide pop up for me, and he's
(33:50):
lovely and wonderful, but I actually legitimately he told me
that he's my new main guide. I was legitimately grieving
for the previous guides that I had.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
Does that happen often? And what is this thing?
Speaker 4 (34:08):
Like he said, you're ready to move up or are
you ready for me to pop in?
Speaker 3 (34:12):
What is that? And where did the other guides go?
Is that a thing?
Speaker 2 (34:15):
Oh, that's such an awesome question, you know, no one's
ever asked me that before. However, I'm going to answer
that and then get back to the original question you had.
I was told when I was getting my Raki Master
certification that I could fire my guides and hire all
new ones.
Speaker 5 (34:30):
And that was so empowering to.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
Me when I heard that, And I thought because at
the time, the person that told me was going through
a moment where she's like, I just don't feel like
I'm moving forward, and you know, here's where you can
change up and shift your spirit team. And so I've
done it before. I've let go certain ones and asked
for new ones to come in. So just like we
can do that, they can do that. Although they're kind
of stuck with us because their job is a little
(34:54):
bit more, they'll stuck with it and they love us.
But what that's just telling me, and the information I
was getting down when you were talking, is that it's
almost as if you are a kid and you have
a kindergarten teacher that you love. Once you graduate kindergarten,
you're going.
Speaker 5 (35:09):
To the next grades.
Speaker 2 (35:11):
Your teacher at that next stage is going to have
different knowledge and different advancement for what you need. So
it's not that they go anywhere. You can still tap
into your prior spirit team members and they can still
support you. But as far as you leveling up and
what you need to learn or even think about the energy,
the vibration frequency that certain against spirit team members exude,
(35:35):
that is also what you need.
Speaker 5 (35:36):
And your vibration, your frequency, all of that.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
So that's why, all right, the fact that you were
but the fact that you were grieving, yes, it's sad.
Speaker 3 (35:46):
I was grieving.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
I was, but I didn't go anywhere. You can still
call them in say get back here.
Speaker 4 (35:52):
I do say hello every now and again. Yeah and okay,
So speaking of them, there were two of them that
showed up all the time in meditation, and one felt
very and this is I'm hoping here's my question. How
can folks discern what kind of souls coming to them?
Speaker 3 (36:09):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (36:09):
One of those guides felt very human like, he had
an ego like, he was very human like, very playful,
very fun charismatic.
Speaker 3 (36:17):
Very charismatic.
Speaker 4 (36:18):
Yes, good words, that's the energy I was picking up
on them. Yeah, yes, Oh I just love him so much, Frank,
love you, Frank. Okay, Now the other soul that showed
up always with Frank. I didn't know how to describe
this soul. They felt quite androgynous. They looked sort of male,
(36:40):
like a seventeen year old teenage.
Speaker 3 (36:43):
Kid with short blonde hair.
Speaker 4 (36:46):
But he was always, always, always, and I say he
just for the purpose because we have pronouns. They they
were always on top of a white horse. Now they
felt very pure to me. They did not like Frank
was very verbal. This other soul, not verbal, gave me
messages through telepathy and just emotion.
Speaker 3 (37:10):
How is that a guide? Is that an angel? How
do we discern who's.
Speaker 5 (37:14):
Who this is when it gets tricky?
Speaker 2 (37:17):
Yes, so that's why, So I guess, let me try
and see if I can explain this. The way you
were picking up on your spirit team members was really
through energy, energy, reading and telepathy first and foremost. And
that's also why it's important to start to ask yourself,
what are you thinking?
Speaker 5 (37:36):
What are you feeling?
Speaker 2 (37:37):
When you receive information or messages or in your case
through meditation, because they're going to most often show up
in some subtle ways emotionally, so just how you were
and I say emotionally, but you know what I'm saying,
it's the did you feel fun when Frank was around
and joyful and playful, and then the other one was
a little bit more peaceful and quiet. By the way
(37:58):
I got the name, I got the word in my
mind when you were talking Centaur just when I think
I and this is where I'd have to do research
because I don't know all the things, like you were saying,
there's so much to learn and grow about it. But
there's so many different other beans out there and souls
and how they interact with us and work with us,
and so our changels is just being one of them. And
(38:20):
the reason why I call them celestial is because they
feel angelic, just like ascended masters feel a little bit
more human, but with a combination of angel energy because
they've again ascended. Guardian angels feel more guardianship like in
the sense of groundedness and directive presence.
Speaker 5 (38:39):
Is usually how they show up for me.
Speaker 2 (38:41):
But again they're all different depending on who it is
and what the bean is loved ones have more personality
like humans, which is probably what Frank was more of,
probably had some human life experiences here. But when you
were talking about the other and I was tapping in,
I almost wanted to ask if they were extraterrestrial because
they were feeling different, planet like And they just then
(39:02):
used the word centaur as soon as you said the horse,
almost to show you that there was a combination of
animal and human or not human energy as much as
it was higher being energy.
Speaker 4 (39:14):
That fits. That totally fits. Okay, that thank you for
that segue, Nicole.
Speaker 3 (39:21):
Because.
Speaker 5 (39:23):
I know where you're going at this.
Speaker 4 (39:25):
You know you know exactly where I'm going. Okay, So,
and I know that you've already said I'm not an
expert on this, but right there's so much to learn.
You touched briefly in the book, and you're a little
intro about fairies and dragons also being guides and other
entities like that. Can you just expand a little bit
on that because fairies specifically have come up twice now
(39:48):
in a spirit baby session, and I don't know what
to do with that. I just tell the person you
are very much able to connect with fairies. I felt
able to connect with fairies over the last six months
or so and read a fantastic book about the different
kinds of fairies there are supposedly in existence.
Speaker 3 (40:04):
I'm still researching, but.
Speaker 4 (40:05):
What do you know of that realm and those yes souls?
Speaker 2 (40:09):
Well they are a little bit while I'm not an expert,
they are a little bit near and dear to my
heart because when I was younger and little again hence
the archangel Michael thing, I felt unicorns and fairies what
I now call elementals around, but I couldn't see them,
so again similar to kind of Michael, and I always
was wondering and would ask the question, are they here
(40:30):
on Earth and it's just a different dimension and we
can't see them, or what's going on? And over time
the connection with unicorns, or maybe it was just me
trying to be an imaginative child and hoping against hope
that unicorns existed, although I'm told that they do, is
that the fairy energy or elemental is really angels for
Earth or for Mother Gaia, for their nature spirits. So
(40:52):
the trees, earth, wind, all of the elementals fire water.
Speaker 5 (40:58):
They exist to protect.
Speaker 2 (40:59):
And to guide, just as if angels and arch angels
exist to protecting guide for us, for our human souls,
or I should say human souls are human beings and
our spiritual souls. And so there's little there's literally different
levels of all of these celestial beings and energetic beings
and different kind of planes and dimensions.
Speaker 5 (41:17):
And so when I was.
Speaker 2 (41:19):
Younger, I believed in them so much, but can see them.
I actually, at one point would take one of those
old school tape recorders and go in my grandmother's garden
and talk to them and then press play and then say, okay,
I'm not recording you, but whatever, and and I would
walk away.
Speaker 5 (41:37):
And one time I caught.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
When I came back, I heard whispering, and I heard she.
Speaker 5 (41:43):
Left, she she stepped away. We can come out now,
and then so I had proof.
Speaker 2 (41:48):
I have no idea where that tape went, course, because
it was when I was like five years old or something,
but I heard that, and maybe I heard it more
in my you know, my psychic senses than actuality. But
I know that they exist, and so so people who
have elemental energy around them are usually going to be
more you know, have a poll and a stronger connection
to earth, to nature, to wanting to help the environment, to.
(42:12):
They may feel more grounded when they do more things
in nature, whether that's hiking all of that kind of stuff.
But also fairies and elementals can come up as guides
as well, depending especially if you have had a past
life or a previous life that you dealt with more.
So think of the druids. They tended to have a
lot more of a connection to Earth and through ritual
(42:32):
and all of that. So there's a whole plethora of things.
That's why say I'm not an expert because I haven't
taken part of my life to dive into it. But
my understanding is that now on the dragon side of things.
This kind of threw me for a loop when I
was going through my reiki healing for other people, because
you have to have so many levels to get attuned
and to get your certifications. At one point someone was
(42:55):
working on me, and as I was with my eyes closed,
I could see this dragon in my mind. And then
it kept popping up when I would either work on
people or when they would work on me, and I
never said anything to anyone. Fast forward, another raking master
was working on me, and then I also did some
deep hypnosis and twice during those sessions, the same dragon
popped up, but the person told me they saw it,
(43:17):
and that was the first time I was actually able
to have that validated because I hadn't told anyone. And
since then what I found and that's why Game of
Thrones and other things and you know, all this lore.
Dragons also one I feel like they did truly exist,
whether they were you know, dinosaurs or whatever. But there's
also that magical essence and energy where they're protectors of
(43:39):
different realms and dimensions, and they also tend to protect
light workers and people that do this work moving forward.
And it's just taken me a little bit more time
and research to understand that, and it just kind of
blows my mind because there's so many things out there
that I personally don't know and have an experienced by
no others have.
Speaker 4 (44:01):
Oh my gosh, that's completely fascinating. When you said that,
they feel there's a lot of protection energy around them.
To me, they feel really it's weird, I kind of say,
but they feel very maternal, like they just feel very yeah,
like you're.
Speaker 3 (44:17):
Gonna threaten my baby nope. Mine.
Speaker 5 (44:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (44:21):
Well, there's a book out there which I it kind
of blew my mind. It's called the Sofia Code and
blanking on the author's name. But it's an international bestseller.
You can go out and your listeners can get it
and read it. But in there there's a specific one
about the Sophia dragons. Sofia is another word for God.
It's more of a feminine god, and the dragons protect
(44:44):
God and or Sophia, and people who are light workers
and doing God's work or Sofia's work are also protected
by dragons. I had never heard that, and I'm not
trying to say that from not being a humble place,
but when I read that, it really resonated because I thought, Okay,
we hear about our guardian angels, about arch angels and
(45:05):
everything else, and there's even more types of angels than
arch angels. But I say all that because there's so
much out there to help, like you said, maternal, to
protect us, to guide us, that we just haven't even
scratched the surface on.
Speaker 4 (45:19):
No, speaking of not scratching the surface, podcasts episodes are
so short. What are some final things you would like
folks to know about guides and angels their team.
Speaker 2 (45:32):
Let me just be quiet here for a moment and
see what else they want to say. Okay, they did
want me to say that if you are listening to
this episode and you're wondering, I don't I haven't had
an experience with someone on my spirit team and I
don't feel special or I want to have that connection.
I want to have that. It's all possible. Every single
(45:52):
one of us not only has our spirit team members,
but has the ability to connect with them. And they said, really,
it's just to again close your eyes, take a breath,
and remember that our intuition is instinct, and our intuition
is how our guides and angels connect with us. We
often think that it is through things like feathers or butterflies,
or coins or repeating numbers. That again is speaking of
(46:15):
scratching the surface, just the surface part of it. The
biggest way is through that energy and allowing you to
know that they're present. So if you're feeling again sadness, grief,
whatever that thing is, but you want to feel happy,
or you're feeling lost and you want to have guidance,
just knowing and understanding through your intuition that they're connecting
(46:35):
with us that way, and sometimes it is very subtle,
is the key, and is that first step in the
bridge of working with your team.
Speaker 4 (46:43):
Beautifully said, you know, I just want to piggyback a
little bit on that because when you talked about being
a little kiddo and wondering about unicorns, I feel here's
what the research says about the way that kids' brain
wave activity works. It is in that data brainwaves ate
and they use their intuition through imagination. Yes, so please, folks,
(47:06):
use your imagination, use it as a beautiful tool. It's necessary. Nicole,

Sure, I'll try and keep it short. So Nicole Bigley,
and as Maria mentioned, I have a podcast called a
Psychic Story. I also have two other podcasts, a Psychic
Story Kids Edition, where the goal there is to help
teens and children shift their vibration, and then Supernatural Matters,
which I haven't publishing content on there for a while,
but it's one of my favorites because it dives into

supernatural stories and ask people things like you know, do
you think this is supernatural or natural or what?

Podcasts, and in my spare time to actually my full
time job, I'm in PR, communications and marketing, and I
just really felt led to dive more into the spiritual
because it's been a part of my life growing up
and I just felt like I kind of veered off
path a little bit about four years ago. So doing
the podcast really helped me to get back on track,

so to speak. And then more recently, as you mentioned,
I co authored a book with doctors Got Garren, which
will be out this summer called Looking for Angels, and
he writes portions of the book related to science, religion, psychology,
and he wanted a voice to share about the modern
day angels and our spirit teams and guides and what
are they and how do we communicate with them? So
that's how we connected and here we are today now

Oh my gosh, Wait, but you have to tell the
real story of how you connected, like.
Speaker 5 (05:24):
The real Oh you want me? Okay? So yes.

So I was preparing for an intuitive session for someone
who had booked a reading with me, and I'm sure
you have your own practice and routine and with that
goes what it entails, I should say. And for me,
I do prayer, a lot of prayer work, a lot
of intention work beforehand, and I'm just starting to get
information flowing and coming in and in my right ear,
I hear you need to.
Speaker 5 (05:48):
Write about us.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
And it was because I was starting to take notes
for this particular person and how they could connect with
their spirit team. And I laughed, but it was an
annoying laugh because I said, but what do you mean?
Just like I said the top half of this, I
have three podcasts, I am, you know, have a full
time job, I'm doing sessions with people. What do you mean,
like when am I going to have time to write it?
(06:10):
And so I was also starting to work on my
energetic boundaries and setting those both with people in spirit,
and so I said, Okay, I hear your message. I
appreciate it, and I will honor your request if it's
in the divine timing, and you provide me with some resources,
either someone who's going to help me write it, help
me publish it, because I have thhose written books, but
(06:31):
I've never actually written a book for myself or gone
through the process, and so I'm not kidding about Forty
eight hours later, I received an email from Scott or
doctor Garren, and the subject was something like, I don't
think you're going to read this or respond because you're
busy but I'm writing a book about angels and I
really would like someone to help me co author it.
Speaker 5 (06:50):
And here we are today.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
And so what was happening on his end, and he'll
tell you is that he was at a conference in
a spiritual event and a psychic or medium came up
to him and said, I've been staring at your booth
and the fact that you're writing all these books and
you really need someone to speak to that other half
of angels and provide that female voice but also that
(07:12):
modern day angel voice.
Speaker 5 (07:14):
And so he started researching and had been listening to
the podcast.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
So he got a message from spirit a different way,
literally forty eight hours when I was receiving the message too,
and they merged us together and so here we are.
But yeah, it was amazing and I laughed when I
got the email in a good way because I was like, Okay,
so this is the divine timing, this is when it
needs to happen.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
So yeah, and you can't get a clearer message from
your team, right like, hello, here you are, okay, asking
you shall receive exactly exactly, write what you needed exactly
when you needed it.
Speaker 3 (07:45):
Amazing. I just love that story. That's why I'm like, no,
you had to tell the story.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
Yes, well, And it was funny because part of it
was I even said to them I can write it,
but maybe somebody can write it for me, And so
he even offered that an email. He hasn't written it
for me. I wrote my own portion, but it was
just everything I had outlined and asked for. They just
served it up on a platter. So I was very
thankful and am very thankful.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
It's astounding.
Speaker 4 (08:09):
I just love that, and it's such a tiny little part,
but oh.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
My gosh, it's huge, and it sets this.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
Platform for the book itself.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Yeah, and you know what's also amazing about it, because
this even happens to me. I'm sure it happens to you.
But when I received the message, a couple parts of
me thought, is this just my own ego or is
this just my own thought popping in? Even though I
clearly heard it coming in in my right ear, which
is my way of hearing my guides and angels a
little bit more, it's more distinguishing that it's from them
(08:40):
if I'm hearing it through my right ear, and I
still questioned it, and I also was annoyed with them
because I said, here, I am trying to get messages
for this person, and it's a message about me, and
so I was dealing in that moment of ego and
a bunch of other things, and so we'll get into
it in a little bit. But that's all the steps
I would tell people to take.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
I took.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
And then yes, the fact that they showed me, hey,
this does actually work and this is our point and
we're proving it was also just such a gift.
Speaker 4 (09:08):
It's fantastic and I love that you highlighted that because
here's someone who from birth, you remember your whole, like
birth story, your whole when you were a kid out
before birth.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
That's all on the book too, folks.
Speaker 4 (09:24):
I'm just going to tease that a minute. But for
someone who your whole life, you've been tuned to the
other side to still question, I don't know, is this real?
I think that is so delightful and wonderful and useful
information for folks like you're not going to be I
am amazing, perfect, one hundred percent accurate all that.
Speaker 3 (09:43):
Please don't do that anybody else.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
I still have, Yeah, you still have human experiences, and
that is the perfect balance of why we came here
both being human beings and spiritual beings. So I love
the dichotomy of it and the experiences that.
Speaker 5 (09:57):
We have collectively. But you're absolutely right.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
So when I saw myself questioning, I had to laugh
and go back to the tips and the points that
I would normally recommend for other people.
Speaker 4 (10:07):
That's it, right, They're useful tools for sure. Well let's
get into it. Okay, great, let's get into it.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
So what total basic? What's a spirit team?
Speaker 5 (10:18):
This is one of my favorite questions.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
And everybody may apply this or think about it a
little bit differently, but this is what Archangel Michael told me.
So for people who aren't familiar with me, since I
was really young, Archangel Michael has been around and whenever
I questioned certain things spiritual practices, whether I was a
kid or growing up, I would tap in and ask
him for a direction. And so what he explained to me,
(10:41):
and then as I've learned, as I've gotten older and
read books and listened to people taking classes and courses
and certifications, is that our spirit team is comprised of
many and you can have anywhere between twenty thirty, forty
fifty or up to one hundred or two hundred and
you're nodding your head, Maria, So you know this that
a team can consist of everything from archangels to ascended masters,
(11:04):
to our guardian angels, to spirit guides or animal spirits,
as well as loved ones on the other side. And
I'll take a quick moment to just give you a
little bit of information about each of those. So arch
angels are one of the closest vibrations or energy sources
what I call celestial beings, closest to God. If you
don't want to refer to God as God, it could
be universal source, whatever that is, but essentially life force
(11:26):
energy that we all encompass and are made of. And
because they have never incarnated here on Earth, they are
messengers for us and bridge the gap between our human
selves and Heaven and allow us to communicate back and
forth with that divine and then our ascended.
Speaker 5 (11:45):
Masters, our souls who at.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
Some point have ascended and gotten to a point think
of Jesus, Mother, Teresa, Gandhi, those types of human beings
who've lived and incarnated here on Earth or Earth other
planets and dimensions, and they've gotten to a point where
when they're on the other side, they want to help us.
Both arch angels and ascended masters need our permission to
interact with us because we are beings of free will
(12:07):
and choice. We had this whole thing, which I also
talk about in the book called our spiritual Bill of Rights,
but I'm not going to take up the time in
this podcast episode to go through that. And then we
have our guardian angels. And so this is a little
bit of a question mark. People always wonder, all right,
I have one guardian angel, who are they?
Speaker 5 (12:21):
Or one spirit guide? Who are they?
Speaker 2 (12:23):
And what Michael told me is that guardian angels are
beings that we've contracted with in this lifetime or in
other lifetimes.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
So they've worked with us before.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
And because it worked out so well and we like them,
they're almost kind of our BFFs. We've already said, Hey,
I'm going to come here as Maria, and these are
the things I want to accomplish, and as I'm Maria
and this human being and this can you help guide
me and direct me? And so since we've already given
them permission, for the most part, they tend to intervene
or interact on our behalf a little bit more than
(12:53):
the archangels or the ascended masters, and then we have
our loved ones from the other side, and they tend
to whether we experience them or they were loved ones
previously that we didn't have life experiences with, they tend
to show up for reassurance and love, just to remind
us because they still have ego. I don't refer to
them as much as guides, even though I lump them
(13:14):
in with our spirit team and our guides, because they
can step into that role depending on how deep our
bond is, so very high level. That's how they're comprised of.
And then there's more two of spirit animals and all
of that. But also the way when I see people
how spirit shows me their team is like, for you,
I can look over on your left shoulder, and in
my mind's eye, I see archangels right there directly over
(13:37):
your shoulder. I see your ascended masters, I see your
guardian angel who's right behind you. You have a few,
and then I see your loved ones over on your
right side here, And that's just a way that's not
for everybody, but that's how they help me distinguish so
that when I'm in session, I can share that with people.
And the reason that's important is because when you hear,
oh my gosh, I may have two hundred on my team,
(13:59):
what are their I don't even know all of mine
and the names, because it doesn't really matter as much
as who's stepping forward in the moment that we need it.
So if we need more protection, if we need more confidence,
if we need more overall spiritual understanding and direction, certain
ones who have certain roles and or expertises I like
to call it may step forward.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
So hopefully that helps.

That does help, Oh gosh so much that you said there,
I'm like, I need to ask about that.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
I need to ask about that.
Speaker 5 (14:27):

But I wanted to get that out because that kind
of helps give a summary.
Speaker 4 (14:33):
For the most part, this is really helpful because Okay,
let me just say, when I'm running a spirit baby session,
I'm just the medium, right, so I get information and
I just say what's coming through. I don't really know
what this is all coming through and so are coming
from or.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
Why or all of that. So the fact that you are.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
Saying some of these things that has come through in
a spirit baby session for me is like, oh.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
That's why.
Speaker 4 (14:59):
Okay, the first question and when you said the ascended
masters and archangels cannot come into our lives without an invitation,
like they can't intervene, that was so validating, I suppose
for me. Okay, So you're saying the difference between those
(15:22):
souls and a guardian angel is because the permission for
a guardian angel is implicit.
Speaker 3 (15:29):
Is that right?
Speaker 2 (15:29):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (15:30):
Yeah, okay for.
Speaker 5 (15:31):
The most part.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
So, I because my relationship with Michael has been so strong,
and we can talk a little bit about how he
showed up for me and how other people may experience
their own team in a little bit. But I assumed
he was my guardian angel, and I didn't understand until
I got older, when I was able to distinguish between
certain celestial beings and energy, that he was actually an archangel.
(15:56):
So I just referred to him as my angel growing up.
First I thought he was my boyfriend, you know, didn't
quite understand that. That's a whole nother story for another day.
And then as I started to and realize the feeling
that he provided and the energetic just level of vibration
and frequency, as like, oh, he's an archangel, and then
I learned more and more and more about it, and
(16:17):
so yes, so our guardian angel can be any of those.
But I came into this life with a contract with him.
In particular, he just happens to be an archangel. But
most people have like a guardian angel one in particular,
or two or three. And yes, we've given them permission,
but that's very important to the archangels and the ascended masters.
(16:40):
They could be standing by. They're on your spirit team.
But it's almost like a game of tag. If you
haven't tagged them in and said, hey, tag you're it,
then they can't come and play in the game.
Speaker 4 (16:50):
Okay, I have a follow up question to that. So
this is from my own experience, but I feel like
others may have this too. I wrote in my email
back to Scott Doctor Garrion that I was shocked that
he wrote about Metatron because Metatron has been coming up
for me in the last two years or so.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
So my question is a what do I do with that?
But b.
Speaker 4 (17:13):
Can archangels and ascended Masters can they like alert you
to their presence?
Speaker 3 (17:20):
Okay, yes, why do they do that?
Speaker 2 (17:22):
And how well it's to alert you so that they're
like tag me in it's to say that they're around,
and so that you start to become familiar with how
they might get your attention and to give you that message.
When I say message, it could be a color of feeling,
a sign, feather, all of the things of where I'm
(17:43):
sure a lot of people are getting signs, numbers, repeating numbers.
But for the most part, big ones. When I say
big ones, the arch angels are the ascended masters. That's
an Metatron for you in particular is because there's a
little bit, probably something bigger that you need to work on,
whether as a light worker or professionally or personally in
your life. And so that's why it's great to figure
(18:05):
out kind of who they are.
Speaker 5 (18:06):
Now.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
Michael has always told me it's really not important, and
I call bs on that, because it is important as
human beings for us to understand who they are and
why they're interacting with us. And it just helps, at
least me, in particular my brain figure out who they are,
how they're showing up and all of that. And so
for you with Metatron, Doctor Garren wrote about this in
(18:29):
the book, and a whole chapter is that Metatron tends
to be more about sacred geometry, math, sacred magic, divine energy.
He bridges, in my opinion, some of the more science
and the supernatural and the spiritual, and so if he's
showing up for you, it's probably taking a little bit.
What I'm hearing is a deeper dive into what's the
(18:51):
medical meaning of certain things and the spiritual meaning, and
allowing him to work with you, to be able to
direct you and guide you on what that means for
you as a practitioner, but also for people that are
probably coming to you for help.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
Yes, I feel like that's where it's headed, and certainly
we could get deeper into that.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
But I'm wondering about other folks too.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
If they get messages like that, or signals or awareness
that an assented master or an archangel is showing.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Up, what do they do?
Speaker 4 (19:20):
What are the practical things like I did research on
Metatron and that kind of thing. Is that just what
you recommend? Look up what that person means.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
Or yeah means Well, I think there's a couple of
different things. So let's go back. Maybe we use Mary
as an example because she just popped in my head,
so obviously she's probably around you a and the work
you do and the clients that come to you for
the whole reason of spirit baby work, and that she
is the saint and ascended Master that helps with mothers,
children and.
Speaker 5 (19:47):
All of that. So she popped in my head, so
let choose her as an example.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
Let's say you get dreams about her, or somebody passes
a card on and Mother Mary or Blessed Mother is there.
Maybe there's something else that's popping up, and there's just
a peeding message of somehow I know Mary or Blessed
Mother Mary is around, but I don't know what she's
trying to tell me or why. The first thing is
to acknowledge that you're receiving a message from someone or
(20:11):
a spirit on your spirit team, and then that is
your opportunity to say whether or not you want them
to continue to work with you or engage with you.
And so what I normally recommend to people is to
acknowledge and say thank you and then give them permission.
So one of the ways you could do that is
the saying thank you, Mother Mary for being made, making
(20:31):
yourself known, coming into my life. I would like to
work with you for my best and highest good. And
that's really all you have to do. That's opening the door,
that's giving permission. And then depending on then the next
steps or the phase of connecting which we can get into,
it's asking for maybe additional signs or information that you
can receive. So the next step that I usually say
(20:51):
is I would like to receive messages that are clear
and succinct, that are for my best and highest good.
I always love to put in clear and succinct because
you can ask for messages and get messages all day long.
But if they're not clear, then you know, and you
can't figure out what they mean, then what's the purpose
of it?
Speaker 5 (21:07):
Really?
Speaker 4 (21:09):
Yes, exactly right, if there's no way to discern. I
like to say, sometimes a butterfly is just a butterfly.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
Okay, yes, sometimes it's just an FYI message too.
Speaker 5 (21:18):
It's just like you can see a butterfly.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
Yeah, thank you?
Speaker 4 (21:22):
Well okay, what would be the reason to invite these
souls into your awareness or into serving you?
Speaker 3 (21:30):
Are there different?
Speaker 4 (21:32):
I like to say, this angel is popping up for
a spirit baby session. This angel is here, they're asking
you to like employ them, give them a job. So,
but how do people know what angel does what, or
what ascended master does what?
Speaker 3 (21:46):
Or is that's a.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Great Yeah, that's a great question. I usually always ask people.
So let's say you don't know who it is, and
that's certainly fine and you don't have to figure it out.
But I always suggest to people to stop and just
close your eyes and take breath and ask yourself, Okay,
what was I thinking at that moment or about to
think because sometimes we're on autopilot, or what am I feeling?
(22:09):
And that's usually going to be the answer to your question.
So if you've been feeling lost, if you've been feeling
sad that you there's grief somehow, and you're been asking
for help, I want to be able to process this.
I want to be able to move on. I want
to be able to heal. Then that is also given
your spirit team permission to step forward and interact with you,
(22:30):
and then you're getting a specific team member or two
or three, or four or five that are trying to
help you in that moment and what you're going through.
And so that's the biggest step, honestly or in the process,
is stopping and asking yourself what was I thinking and
or what was I thinking and feeling? And the more
you do that, then the more you catch yourself in
the moment of what spirit or the universe is trying
(22:50):
to engage with you on, because chances are you've probably
even subconsciously been thinking about it. Even if you haven't
been consciously thinking about it.
Speaker 4 (22:58):
That makes sense, okay, thank you, and also perhaps write
it down because if you're like.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
Me, yeah, what was that angel for? I don't remember that?
Speaker 4 (23:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
And so that's why Michael says it's not really as
important about the who in the beginning, but the more
of you are starting to see signs, starting to receive
messages and starting to understand that there's a deeper connection
and a meaning behind it. And then over time, if again,
if you do are getting a very specific message like
Mary or what Metatron for you, then you know, and
(23:34):
then you can look it up and you can figure out, okay,
well why, And then usually chances are there's a reason
you know exactly what it is, because again you've been
asking for it, or there's something deeper within you that
you didn't realize necessarily that you needed help or direction
or guidance on.
Speaker 4 (23:50):
Yes, Okay, I tend to be stubborn and be like, well,
I'm not going to look at it no no, no,
no no, And I think that's why Metatron's showing up, like, look,
this is a practical thing that you can make, you know.
So that actually leads me to my next question, going
back to the sort of overarching information that you gave
about loved ones that I've passed. Now, the only reason
(24:12):
why I'm doing spirit baby work is because of my grandmother.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
That's the only reason.
Speaker 4 (24:16):
But what you said about them still having an ego
really struck a chord, and I'd love to expand more
on that, because certainly the feeling that I get from
my grandmother is some combo of things like, yes, she
still has her ego her personality, but there's an opening
up or a broadening of who she is from the
(24:36):
other side. She's much lighter and higher vibration there.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
So can you speak to that a little bit more?
Speaker 2 (24:44):
Yeah, I should clarify when we go over on the
other side, or at least what I remember when I
before I came here is that I didn't really have
any feelings or emotions or ego, I should say, as
much as it was just love and a deeper understanding.
So if we kind of start with that, so when
we go over on the other side. It's not that
(25:04):
we officially have ego as much, but we do still
have some human attachment to the life that we had
before we transitioned and we went over, and so it's
with that. And also we're not as evolved as some
of these other beings who have gotten to a level
of understanding and knowing and that you know, for example,
(25:26):
the archangels, because they haven't had human experiences and they've
only been associated with the divine. They only know that love.
They only know that transcension and vibration and frequency of love.
Whereas when we're on the other side and we're still
evolving and growing in our spiritual evolution, we can still
provide guidance, but it's not necessarily God guidance.
Speaker 5 (25:48):
If that makes sense.
Speaker 4 (25:50):
That does make sense and totally goes into my next
question was around trusting or being okay with the guidance
that you get from loved ones. Are they coming from
a higher place so to speak? You know, how does
that work? So when you invite a loved one into
Because my grandmother was like, you are going to be
(26:11):
doing mediumship work and I'm like, no, I'm not, Yes,
you are no I'm not, Yes you are. So how
do I know or how does anybody know to trust
what they're what they're giving you.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
I think that's an excellent question.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
That's probably why I don't do a ton of mediumship work.
Not that I can't connect whistles who have crossed over
or passed over, but I prefer to stick with again
there arch angels, the angelic beans, because I know if
those messages come through, I mean, it's kind of straight
down from source and with our loved ones, they have
an understanding similar to God and our angels. Time doesn't
(26:50):
exist the same on there, and so they can see
us past, present, future, They can see all of the things.
So your grandmother was coming in and saying you're doing
this because she knew you were already doing it, because
she saw you doing it.
Speaker 5 (27:01):
And so it's less.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
Of a you do this direction and directive as much
as she's telling you you're already doing it.
Speaker 5 (27:08):
I see you.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
And so for those people who may or may not
want to connect with their loved ones, some do, some don't.
That goes back into the permission of even when I
say that prayer or for myself or for others in session,
I always say, first I call an archangel Michael, of
course because.
Speaker 5 (27:25):
I work with him.
Speaker 2 (27:26):
But then I also for the other person, will say
any guides or angels for their best and highest good,
and then I say, if they're comfortable with it, their
loved ones from the other side, for their best and
highest good, because just because I may want to, they
may not want to. And so when you say best
and highest good in that instance, then you know when
a message is coming through for your loved ones, it's
(27:46):
going to be for your best and highest good. Now,
if you choose to take that answer or the message
that they're giving you and actually do something with it
goes back to the free will and choice because you
can say no, just like I was about to say
no about writing the book.
Speaker 5 (28:00):
And then they said, oh no, no, no, no.
Speaker 3 (28:01):
No, let me give you some ways to say yes
to this.
Speaker 5 (28:06):
It's very important. Yeah, yes, yes, yes, exactly.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
Okay, Oh that is so helpful.
Speaker 4 (28:13):
Yeah, okay, right, that makes sense because there is time
is very different. So right, it's not a directive. It's
more like this is already happening right now.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
You're I already see you doing it. You're already doing it,
and you're saying no, and she's saying yes.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
Yeah actually yeah yeah yeah.
Speaker 4 (28:30):
Okay, wow, this is very helpful. Okay, So now how
do folks You said there can be up to two
hundred individuals or maybe even more, I don't know, but
that are guiding folks.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
How do folks?
Speaker 4 (28:45):
Okay, this is where I'm coming from with this question.
I did a training where I sat with somebody who
in that program who helped me identify guides where they
physically were in my aura, their names, and their jobs,
and it was a cool exercise. And I didn't know
(29:06):
from your perspective, how does that is that? How you
suggest folks identify some of their guides or team or
how do you suggest people go around doing that?
Speaker 2 (29:21):
I mean, if it's for someone and they want that
level of information, I think it could be absolutely helpful
for me. I tend to get overwhelmed with too much information,
which is why and probably and you're shaking your head,
especially as we are psychic and mediums. When information's coming in,
it's like, okay, I have to distill and distinguish what's
(29:41):
going on. So for a lot of people, if that's
resony with you, I would say go for it.
Speaker 5 (29:45):
For me.
Speaker 2 (29:46):
That's why I suggest, and in my personal life, why
I suggest people just start to pay attention a little
bit more about what's going on in their lives and
asking through prayer or through intention for that engagement, because
then you'll you will get the ones that need to
be the strongest for you stepping forward. So for example,
we'll use you for Metatron, and we've already talked about it.
(30:08):
He's coming through because you're probably asking for more logical
ways to or applicable ways i should say, for your
clients and for the practices, and so again he's balancing
that out. So he's going to step forward for you.
And as you ask and the spirits on your team engage,
then you can start to put the pieces of the
(30:29):
puzzle together. Yes, I don't know all two hundred on
my team, and with no disrespect, it's not that I
don't want to know. It's just that if they don't
have a role in that moment in my life, then
it doesn't matter and it changes. So I can have
an archangel Gabriel who works with me quite a bit
on communication, and I can feel them stepping in and
out of my energetic field pretty frequently because I don't
(30:49):
always need to communicate, So Archangel Gabriel isn't always working
with me. But if I'm having an impass or a
conflict or writer's block or whatever it is, then Archangel
Gabriel is going to be stepping in and helping me,
whether I know it or not.
Speaker 5 (31:04):
So hopefully that helps answer your question a little bit.
Speaker 3 (31:06):
Yeah it does.
Speaker 4 (31:07):
Sometimes I'll have a guide pop in, that is, she's
my like playful sort of guide. And when she pops
in and with her little hand on her hip, it
it's my signal to lighten the frig up, Maria, lighten up.
So okay, all right, I'm lightening up now, I'm playing
with my kids more.
Speaker 3 (31:26):
Okay, thank you.
Speaker 5 (31:28):
It doesn't have to be so serious, it doesn't.
Speaker 4 (31:30):
But these are these this is how I roll, right.
I like practical things, and this is probably why Metatron's
showing up because I.
Speaker 3 (31:37):
Want to know precisely and what's you know the plan
for this?
Speaker 4 (31:41):
And yeah, my torus self so okay, so oh, there
was a question that popped in my head around guides,
and I think I'm going to have to get back
to it because it just slipped my head.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
It's okay, but I'll add to it because this might
be what it was, So just the kind of a
couple steps back. If you're wanting to connect with your
spirit team and you're wondering one who they are, you
don't necessarily have to worry about that right now, but
you can say a prayer of again calling in my
angels and guides, asking them to connect with me for
my best and highest good, asking to receive messages that
(32:17):
are clear and succinct.
Speaker 5 (32:19):
YadA, YadA, YadA.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
When you then receive those messages, and this is where
I feel like you were probably going with the question,
and you're not even sure if it's a message like
the butterfly or not. I always like to tell people
to then say thank you for giving me this message
and also for making me or if you have a
moment of doubt that I'm doubting it and kind of
laughing about it a little bit like I did in
the beginning part of the episode where I told you
(32:41):
and that gratitude is going to cut through that doubt,
through maybe that fear or anything else, and put you
back in a vibration frequency that allows you to stay
on that same channel with your spirit team. The gratitude also,
and recognizing and receiving that message gives them permission to
continue to interact with you. So I don't know if
that was your question, but that's what I felt led
(33:03):
to add to.
Speaker 4 (33:04):
That's perfect, And actually I have a no, there was
a different question than it just came into my head,
but it's related.
Speaker 3 (33:10):
It is really fad.
Speaker 5 (33:11):
I bought some time for you.
Speaker 3 (33:12):
Yes, thank you, thank you.
Speaker 4 (33:14):
I know, I was all distracted by this other stuff.
Speaker 3 (33:16):
It's so great, there's so.
Speaker 5 (33:17):
Much to know, and I'm like, there is how much
time do we have?
Speaker 3 (33:22):
So we have five hours?
Speaker 2 (33:23):
Right? Yes, of course I have five more hours left
on this beautiful day.
Speaker 4 (33:30):
Okay, So here's my question. And again this is personal experience,
and this is probably like the next level, a little
bit more than like the basic stuff. But I would
love to have people know sort of potentially what's on
the horizon. I was in a meditation once and I
had a new guide pop up for me, and he's
(33:50):
lovely and wonderful, but I actually legitimately he told me
that he's my new main guide. I was legitimately grieving
for the previous guides that I had.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
Does that happen often? And what is this thing?
Speaker 4 (34:08):
Like he said, you're ready to move up or are
you ready for me to pop in?
Speaker 3 (34:12):
What is that? And where did the other guides go?
Is that a thing?
Speaker 2 (34:15):
Oh, that's such an awesome question, you know, no one's
ever asked me that before. However, I'm going to answer
that and then get back to the original question you had.
I was told when I was getting my Raki Master
certification that I could fire my guides and hire all
new ones.
Speaker 5 (34:30):
And that was so empowering to.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
Me when I heard that, And I thought because at
the time, the person that told me was going through
a moment where she's like, I just don't feel like
I'm moving forward, and you know, here's where you can
change up and shift your spirit team. And so I've
done it before. I've let go certain ones and asked
for new ones to come in. So just like we
can do that, they can do that. Although they're kind
of stuck with us because their job is a little
(34:54):
bit more, they'll stuck with it and they love us.
But what that's just telling me, and the information I
was getting down when you were talking, is that it's
almost as if you are a kid and you have
a kindergarten teacher that you love. Once you graduate kindergarten,
you're going.
Speaker 5 (35:09):
To the next grades.
Speaker 2 (35:11):
Your teacher at that next stage is going to have
different knowledge and different advancement for what you need. So
it's not that they go anywhere. You can still tap
into your prior spirit team members and they can still
support you. But as far as you leveling up and
what you need to learn or even think about the energy,
the vibration frequency that certain against spirit team members exude,
(35:35):
that is also what you need.
Speaker 5 (35:36):
And your vibration, your frequency, all of that.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
So that's why, all right, the fact that you were
but the fact that you were grieving, yes, it's sad.
Speaker 3 (35:46):
I was grieving.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
I was, but I didn't go anywhere. You can still
call them in say get back here.
Speaker 4 (35:52):
I do say hello every now and again. Yeah and okay,
So speaking of them, there were two of them that
showed up all the time in meditation, and one felt
very and this is I'm hoping here's my question. How
can folks discern what kind of souls coming to them?
Speaker 3 (36:09):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (36:09):
One of those guides felt very human like, he had
an ego like, he was very human like, very playful,
very fun charismatic.
Speaker 3 (36:17):
Very charismatic.
Speaker 4 (36:18):
Yes, good words, that's the energy I was picking up
on them. Yeah, yes, Oh I just love him so much, Frank,
love you, Frank. Okay, Now the other soul that showed
up always with Frank. I didn't know how to describe
this soul. They felt quite androgynous. They looked sort of male,
(36:40):
like a seventeen year old teenage.
Speaker 3 (36:43):
Kid with short blonde hair.
Speaker 4 (36:46):
But he was always, always, always, and I say he
just for the purpose because we have pronouns. They they
were always on top of a white horse. Now they
felt very pure to me. They did not like Frank
was very verbal. This other soul, not verbal, gave me
messages through telepathy and just emotion.
Speaker 3 (37:10):
How is that a guide? Is that an angel? How
do we discern who's.
Speaker 5 (37:14):
Who this is when it gets tricky?
Speaker 2 (37:17):
Yes, so that's why, So I guess, let me try
and see if I can explain this. The way you
were picking up on your spirit team members was really
through energy, energy, reading and telepathy first and foremost. And
that's also why it's important to start to ask yourself,
what are you thinking?
Speaker 5 (37:36):
What are you feeling?
Speaker 2 (37:37):
When you receive information or messages or in your case
through meditation, because they're going to most often show up
in some subtle ways emotionally, so just how you were
and I say emotionally, but you know what I'm saying,
it's the did you feel fun when Frank was around
and joyful and playful, and then the other one was
a little bit more peaceful and quiet. By the way
(37:58):
I got the name, I got the word in my
mind when you were talking Centaur just when I think
I and this is where I'd have to do research
because I don't know all the things, like you were saying,
there's so much to learn and grow about it. But
there's so many different other beans out there and souls
and how they interact with us and work with us,
and so our changels is just being one of them. And
(38:20):
the reason why I call them celestial is because they
feel angelic, just like ascended masters feel a little bit
more human, but with a combination of angel energy because
they've again ascended. Guardian angels feel more guardianship like in
the sense of groundedness and directive presence.
Speaker 5 (38:39):
Is usually how they show up for me.
Speaker 2 (38:41):
But again they're all different depending on who it is
and what the bean is loved ones have more personality
like humans, which is probably what Frank was more of,
probably had some human life experiences here. But when you
were talking about the other and I was tapping in,
I almost wanted to ask if they were extraterrestrial because
they were feeling different, planet like And they just then
(39:02):
used the word centaur as soon as you said the horse,
almost to show you that there was a combination of
animal and human or not human energy as much as
it was higher being energy.
Speaker 4 (39:14):
That fits. That totally fits. Okay, that thank you for
that segue, Nicole.
Speaker 3 (39:21):
Because.
Speaker 5 (39:23):
I know where you're going at this.
Speaker 4 (39:25):
You know you know exactly where I'm going. Okay, So,
and I know that you've already said I'm not an
expert on this, but right there's so much to learn.
You touched briefly in the book, and you're a little
intro about fairies and dragons also being guides and other
entities like that. Can you just expand a little bit
on that because fairies specifically have come up twice now
(39:48):
in a spirit baby session, and I don't know what
to do with that. I just tell the person you
are very much able to connect with fairies. I felt
able to connect with fairies over the last six months
or so and read a fantastic book about the different
kinds of fairies there are supposedly in existence.
Speaker 3 (40:04):
I'm still researching, but.
Speaker 4 (40:05):
What do you know of that realm and those yes souls?
Speaker 2 (40:09):
Well they are a little bit while I'm not an expert,
they are a little bit near and dear to my
heart because when I was younger and little again hence
the archangel Michael thing, I felt unicorns and fairies what
I now call elementals around, but I couldn't see them,
so again similar to kind of Michael, and I always
was wondering and would ask the question, are they here
(40:30):
on Earth and it's just a different dimension and we
can't see them, or what's going on? And over time
the connection with unicorns, or maybe it was just me
trying to be an imaginative child and hoping against hope
that unicorns existed, although I'm told that they do, is
that the fairy energy or elemental is really angels for
Earth or for Mother Gaia, for their nature spirits. So
(40:52):
the trees, earth, wind, all of the elementals fire water.
Speaker 5 (40:58):
They exist to protect.
Speaker 2 (40:59):
And to guide, just as if angels and arch angels
exist to protecting guide for us, for our human souls,
or I should say human souls are human beings and
our spiritual souls. And so there's little there's literally different
levels of all of these celestial beings and energetic beings
and different kind of planes and dimensions.
Speaker 5 (41:17):
And so when I was.
Speaker 2 (41:19):
Younger, I believed in them so much, but can see them.
I actually, at one point would take one of those
old school tape recorders and go in my grandmother's garden
and talk to them and then press play and then say, okay,
I'm not recording you, but whatever, and and I would
walk away.
Speaker 5 (41:37):
And one time I caught.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
When I came back, I heard whispering, and I heard she.
Speaker 5 (41:43):
Left, she she stepped away. We can come out now,
and then so I had proof.
Speaker 2 (41:48):
I have no idea where that tape went, course, because
it was when I was like five years old or something,
but I heard that, and maybe I heard it more
in my you know, my psychic senses than actuality. But
I know that they exist, and so so people who
have elemental energy around them are usually going to be
more you know, have a poll and a stronger connection
to earth, to nature, to wanting to help the environment, to.
(42:12):
They may feel more grounded when they do more things
in nature, whether that's hiking all of that kind of stuff.
But also fairies and elementals can come up as guides
as well, depending especially if you have had a past
life or a previous life that you dealt with more.
So think of the druids. They tended to have a
lot more of a connection to Earth and through ritual
(42:32):
and all of that. So there's a whole plethora of things.
That's why say I'm not an expert because I haven't
taken part of my life to dive into it. But
my understanding is that now on the dragon side of things.
This kind of threw me for a loop when I
was going through my reiki healing for other people, because
you have to have so many levels to get attuned
and to get your certifications. At one point someone was
(42:55):
working on me, and as I was with my eyes closed,
I could see this dragon in my mind. And then
it kept popping up when I would either work on
people or when they would work on me, and I
never said anything to anyone. Fast forward, another raking master
was working on me, and then I also did some
deep hypnosis and twice during those sessions, the same dragon
popped up, but the person told me they saw it,
(43:17):
and that was the first time I was actually able
to have that validated because I hadn't told anyone. And
since then what I found and that's why Game of
Thrones and other things and you know, all this lore.
Dragons also one I feel like they did truly exist,
whether they were you know, dinosaurs or whatever. But there's
also that magical essence and energy where they're protectors of
(43:39):
different realms and dimensions, and they also tend to protect
light workers and people that do this work moving forward.
And it's just taken me a little bit more time
and research to understand that, and it just kind of
blows my mind because there's so many things out there
that I personally don't know and have an experienced by
no others have.
Speaker 4 (44:01):
Oh my gosh, that's completely fascinating. When you said that,
they feel there's a lot of protection energy around them.
To me, they feel really it's weird, I kind of say,
but they feel very maternal, like they just feel very yeah,
like you're.
Speaker 3 (44:17):
Gonna threaten my baby nope. Mine.
Speaker 5 (44:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (44:21):
Well, there's a book out there which I it kind
of blew my mind. It's called the Sofia Code and
blanking on the author's name. But it's an international bestseller.
You can go out and your listeners can get it
and read it. But in there there's a specific one
about the Sophia dragons. Sofia is another word for God.
It's more of a feminine god, and the dragons protect
(44:44):
God and or Sophia, and people who are light workers
and doing God's work or Sofia's work are also protected
by dragons. I had never heard that, and I'm not
trying to say that from not being a humble place,
but when I read that, it really resonated because I thought, Okay,
we hear about our guardian angels, about arch angels and
(45:05):
everything else, and there's even more types of angels than
arch angels. But I say all that because there's so
much out there to help, like you said, maternal, to
protect us, to guide us, that we just haven't even
scratched the surface on.
Speaker 4 (45:19):
No, speaking of not scratching the surface, podcasts episodes are
so short. What are some final things you would like
folks to know about guides and angels their team.
Speaker 2 (45:32):
Let me just be quiet here for a moment and
see what else they want to say. Okay, they did
want me to say that if you are listening to
this episode and you're wondering, I don't I haven't had
an experience with someone on my spirit team and I
don't feel special or I want to have that connection.
I want to have that. It's all possible. Every single
(45:52):
one of us not only has our spirit team members,
but has the ability to connect with them. And they said, really,
it's just to again close your eyes, take a breath,
and remember that our intuition is instinct, and our intuition
is how our guides and angels connect with us. We
often think that it is through things like feathers or butterflies,
or coins or repeating numbers. That again is speaking of
(46:15):
scratching the surface, just the surface part of it. The
biggest way is through that energy and allowing you to
know that they're present. So if you're feeling again sadness, grief,
whatever that thing is, but you want to feel happy,
or you're feeling lost and you want to have guidance,
just knowing and understanding through your intuition that they're connecting
(46:35):
with us that way, and sometimes it is very subtle,
is the key, and is that first step in the
bridge of working with your team.
Speaker 4 (46:43):
Beautifully said, you know, I just want to piggyback a
little bit on that because when you talked about being
a little kiddo and wondering about unicorns, I feel here's
what the research says about the way that kids' brain
wave activity works. It is in that data brainwaves ate
and they use their intuition through imagination. Yes, so please, folks,
(47:06):
use your imagination, use it as a beautiful tool. It's necessary. Nicole,
