Speaker 2 (00:28):
It's kay to Pearl River Resort. The left always screams
about how they're the compassionate group, how they put feelings
and everything above everything else. But if you watch in
the wake of anytime someone that conservatives like, or you know,

(00:54):
whether it's a conservative politician or just a conservative writer,
when they cover it and the way how they react,
it's like, well, good, he's burning in hell or multiple things,
and the media can't wait to try to pull up
some negative story that they can put in the alleged memorial.

(01:18):
We saw this play out last week as professional wrestling
icon Hulk Hogan passed away. Hulk Holgen, of course, is
a icon because if you are a professional wrestling fan
and you have watched the product anytime since the nineteen

(01:40):
eighties and continued to watch the product. Hulk Holgan is
the reason why that form of entertainment blew up the
way that it did. He had a larger than life personality,
extremely over the top, and he was the right character

(02:00):
at the right time or an explosion that helped the
WWF take off now WWE, but helped it take off
and become this global entertainment group. But of course, you know,

(02:22):
any person of knowing, any person with family, with history
and whose lived life is going to have moments that
they're less proud of. And Terry Hulk Hogan Balaya was
no exception. There was a moment that he thought was

(02:44):
private in which he said some things that he later regretted,
especially after it came public. And of course that seems
to be the left. The left keeps telling us how
complicated it is to feel about Hulk Hogan. They keep
telling him, well, his legacy is complicated. No, his legacy's

(03:08):
not complicated. His legacy is he was a character that
blew up professional wrestling to the point that we're at
today with it. But then you flip that on its
head and you look at someone like Teddy Kennedy. Ted
Kennedy is senator for a long time, a man who

(03:28):
even ran for president at one point, part of the
legendary Kennedy Klan. Ted Kennedy passes away, Oh don't you
bring up chap equittic. Don't you bring up chap equittic
because it's too soon. We gotta let the family mourn.
We just need to focus on the good that he did,
and we can. We can ignore that incident where he

(03:53):
probably killed a woman. We can ignore that because again
we want to focus on all the good. His alcohol problems,
Let's not focus on that. Let's just focus on stuff
we like. It's one of those things. And again I
draw the parallel because again I think it's fair to

(04:18):
give five days before you go into the negative. I
was perfectly willing to do that when Take Kennedy passed away,
But the Left doesn't do that. They instantly want to
tell you how complicated it is to mourn this individual
when it shouldn't be. If you were a fan, even

(04:39):
if you stopped becoming a fan as you got older,
you probably felt a certain bit of emotions when you
heard that Hulk Hogan had passed away. He was one
of those individuals that you truly felt like he was
going to kick out of it. He was always going
to come back. When somebody like Ted Kennedy passes away.

(05:03):
Instead of being told that it might be complex and
how you feel, you're told just what a great man
he is. You're told that this is all of his
amazing accomplishments. It's one of those things where you see
the constant double standard. And we already know that a
double standard it exists when it comes to our mainstream media.

(05:26):
We already know this. This isn't any breaking ground, new
news to you, but it still can be a bit
jarring when you see just how far away the two
sides are. It can be a bit jarring when you
see just how biased they actually are. The media doesn't

(05:51):
even pretend anymore that it doesn't have liberal heroes. They
will cover, they will dodge and duck. I guarantee you then,
no matter what happens when it comes time for the
next liberal icon to come, whether it's someone with a
questionable things in their past, they'll ignore those and they'll

(06:15):
just tell you about all the good. But when a
conservative passes, even a conservative that doesn't have a checkered past.
They'll manufacture controversy. They'll find something that whether or not
the guy was truly connected to or not, so that
way they can try, oh, he said things that were

(06:37):
hateful at times, did he or did he just give
an opinion you disagreed with, because that seems to be
the biggest offense, the biggest offender when it comes to liberals. Again, people,
let's just take some time and mourn folks when they pass.

(06:58):
Maybe they did have a implicated history, maybe they did
have things, but they you know what else they had.
They had families, and those families are mourning, and they
don't need constant reminders of the worst moments of their
loved one's life. They don't need constant reminders that something

(07:22):
they did years ago was bad. Those days will come
because again, if it's part of their legacy, it will
be talked about. But how about we just wait a
little bit, let the families and the folks that do
admire them have their moment of grief before we instantly
go down the rabbit holes of calling them evil or

(07:45):
bad or hateful or whatever nonsense you guys want to
throw out there to describe them. Is that too much
to ask? Simple answer is yes, it is when it
comes to dealing with the modern American left. This has
been morning Coffee with the Right Side and I'm your host,

(08:07):
Jack Fairchilds and we're a part of the Midnight Ride Network.
