Liberals are asking for leniency for an illegal immigrant truck driver accused of causing a crash that killed three people. And they are defending a UFC Hall of Famer's son for beating down a man in a wrestling ring.

When you fall into this entire trap of identity politics
and you can't see logic because you're blinded by race
or you're blinded by other factors, it's truly sad because
there are certain cases in this world where when you
look at it, you can clearly see who is in

the wrong, But all too often we won't try to
justify since actions, and a lot of those times it
comes down to what color are they look at their
skin color? Are they part of a protected class? If
they are, then we need to excuse their bad behavior.

That seems to be a modern ideal perpetrated by the left.
They put forth this constantly, and there were two examples
I've seen just over the weekend. The first, I'm sure
you've seen this accident that happened in Florida where an
illegal immigrant who was driving a truck caused a fatal collision.

He decided to make an illegal U turn, blocking the
road and having a car crash into him, and it
killed three people. It's tragic, it's sad, and now there's

a petition urging Florida officials to show leniency towards the
illegal immigrant truck driver. This was caught on video, that
what he did when he made the illegal U turn.
And the fact that this petition has two point five
million signatures as of Sunday afternoon, I find that utterly

disturbing and ridiculous. The petition was posted on the website
change dot org and addressed to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Calls for both DeSantis and the Florida Board of Executive
Clemency to re examine the case against the twenty eight

year old the illegal immigrant. He is facing three counts
of vehicular homicide and three counts of manslaughter connection with
the deadly August twelfth crash. Again, he's an illegal immigrant.
He wasn't even supposed to be in this country, and

because he decided to make this U turn an illegal
U turn, because it was an unauthorized area for a
U turn, the trailer jackknifed and the minivan drove straight
into it, and it killed all three. And again there's

(03:30):
video of it. It's tragic. I've seen it. I don't
understand why we're worried about arguing for leniency on this guy.
Do I think he was intentionally trying to harm the
three people in the minivan? No, I do not. But

(03:50):
the fact of the matter is he did not follow
the traffic laws. He created a situation that he lost
three people their lives. Maybe I'd feel differently if he
was a family member or anything, but I see this
as someone who should be prosecuted, and at the very

least he should be deport He should be deported. This
guy again has his own issues now, and it's tragic.
The petition reads this was a tragic, not a deliberate act.

While cannability matters, the severity of the charges against him
do not align with the circumstances of the incident. I'm
not sure that it doesn't, because again, if it doesn't matter,
if it's not intentional. He created the situation by not
adhering to the law, and it costs three people their lives.

A drunk driver isn't intentionally trying to cause harm when
he gets behind the wheel of the car, but if
he kills somebody, vehicular manslaughter should be the charge. In
this instance, you have someone not here legally who created

a situation that costs three people their lives. And here
we've got these idiot liberals that think that it's worthwhile
to put up this petition and it's insane to me.
And the second one that I saw over the weekend
that really concerned me. Apparently there was a wrestling event

over the weekend and it involved a former UFC fighter's son,
Quentin Rampage. Jackson's son was I guess involved in a
wrestling angle or incident, and instead of just doing what

he's supposed to, he slams the guy down hard, knocks
him unconscious, then just continues to lay down blow after
blow on the unconscious man, almost killing him. Their report
saying that the man flat lined he's They were able
to bring him back fortunately, but again, this is this

is criminal. If you see the video, this was not
someone that didn't know. There's actually a video of him
saying before he ran into the ring that oh, he's
what he's going to do is not scripted. And the
whole thing that I've been disturbed by is watching these
once again, the phones who can't see past race try

to justify the younger Jackson's actions, when even Rampage Jackson
himself doesn't justify his son's actions. They're trying to say, well,
he got hit with a beer can before the thing. Well,
apparently that was a gimmick can and the wrestler thought

that it was part of the angle that they were
going to be shooting. And turns out Rampage's son got
mad about it, but they apologized and eventually shook hands
multiple times. Seemed like it was squashed, but apparently the
younger Jackson couldn't let it go. I think his first

name's Roger. Roger couldn't let it go. So he decides
that he's going to get his payback in the ring
and almost kills the man. And yet there are people
trying to defend him by saying he was disrespected when
he was hit with a can. Oh you can't. First off,
it was a gimmick can it doesn't hurt. Secondly, if

it was a misunderstanding and you've accepted the man's apology
is completely a great And even then, on what planet
is something like that justify? Does it justify a man
beating someone to the point that they almost kill him?

This is my point, people, We've got to stop with
the idiotic Well, he can't be guilty because he's black,
he can't be guilty because he's foreign. He can't be
it can be. And all your bleeding heart nonsense isn't
going to change the stupidity that we are witnessing. And
we have to adhere to the laws and we cannot
