revelations that the Director of National Intelligence and President Trump's
administration have been releasing in the last few days. I
guess the first question is this after the evidence that
we have seen again many of this much of this evidence,
I should say, many of these documents are in Obama's
own hand, are from his own regime. Victoria will begin

with you our Obama and several members of his administration
guilty of a crime.

Yes, well, there's the basis for an investigation. The evidence
so far looks like he has the evidence for conspiracy
to violate the civil rights of Donald Trump eighteen USC
two forty one. But of course all kinds of investigations,
people have to be called before the grand jury, etc.

on the Chris Salsato Show forcefully said that Obama and
his minions were guilty of denying President Trump his civil rights.
There's alsos eighteen US Code one zero zero one. Can

Well, that's about making false statements to a federal official
or in an official proceeding, and if they were called
to testify before a congressional committee or a grand jury
and they lie, they could be prosecuted under that regardless
of the Statute of Limitations, which, by the way, for
a lot of people are saying, you can't prostitute any
of these crimes like the one Victoria mentioned, the conspiracy

to deny civil rights or three seventy one, a conspiracy
to defraud the United States government. A lot of people
are saying the Statute of limitations has expired. That's not true.
In a conspiracy like this, you have all the members
are liable for the conduct of the other members, so
that any single member does something that is another overt act,
(11:30):
it re extends the Statute of limitations for another five years.
When President Obama, for example, issued his statement the day
before yesterday where he denied all of this, that was
an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, and extended
the Statute of limitations until twenty twenty nine.

Wow. Well, and then of course there was John Brennan
who is on MSNBS Victoria, and that guy never shuts
up his arrogant communist rear End never shuts up. He
believes he's untouchable, and he.

But he also extended this statute of limitations.

with staff, everybody says, well, you know, you might get Comy,
you might get Brennan Clapper and the whole list, Susan Rice,

You and I were texting back and forth yesterday after
Ed Henry came on on the Salsado Show on Newsmax
and and said, you know this wide sweeping ruling by
the Supreme Court which basically said that the president of
the United States can't be prosecuted, which I don't think
they ruled. Can you can you dissect that for us?

Is Obama or is any occupier of the Oval office,
whether they be a president or an occupier. Are they immune?
Can they commit crimes with impunity?

No, not for anything that they do. Just like that
judge in Wisconsin could does not have immunity for finding
a way out for an illegal alien. The Supreme Court
very specifically outlined that official acts and non official acts.
They distinguished between the two, and they gave tests for them. So,

for example, Obama couldn't be charged with setting a drune
on an American citizen, which he did, but that was
an official act. But setting up a conspiracy to undo
your successor is not an official act. So you have
to distinguish. All these people were screaming and yelling about Oh,
(14:03):
Trump's going to be immune from everything, are now saying, hey,
Obama's immune from everything. Isn't that great?

Well yet, well, see, I mean I don't understand it.

Well, Joe, Again, Obama's people might rationalize that he, as
president of the United States, officially launched a conspiracy. He
officially lied, he officially misrepresented, he fabricated intelligence. He was
doing that in his official capacity as commander in chief
(14:32):
to take out a threat that he perceived, which is
the vote of the American people who installed President Trump.
So by that rationale, that fits the definition of Obama
acting in an official capacity because Obama believed he was
protecting the United States, so he had to break all
those laws to do So what would you say.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
To that, Well, I would say that definitely is an
argument that they are going to make. I can tell
you that right now, that is a clear area for
them to go. The problem for them is multifold. First
of all, this conspiracy as it was designed was not
one of the core functions of the presidency. Therefore, he
does not have absolute immunity, as Victoria said. The next

step is was it an official act for which there
is presumptive immunity? And that question has to be answered
by hearings and testimony. You cannot tell on the record
now it is presumptibly not an official act because it
was designed to deny an incoming president the right to govern.

So I think what's going to happen is the way
this will be tested is Obama will be called before
a grand jury to testify. He's going to claim some
type of immunity which he will not have, and he's
going to have to testify, and he's going to have
to answer questions about the actions that he took as
president and why he did them. And that's why the
Susan Rice Memo of January twelfth, twenty seventeen is so important,
(15:58):
because that will force him to explain what happened in
those various meetings leading us to the formation of the conspiracy.
And so the bottom line is if he lies in
the grand jury, he can be prosecuted for that. In addition,
remember he's been out of office for quite a while,
and so everything that he did after that, which is
an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, makes him
(16:21):
liable as a former president, to which immunity does not apply.

Yes, well, he may have officially been out of the
White House, but he was running the last four years.

or any kind of subsequent So you can be indicted
for forgetting that many times. So you've got a lot
of people. Latsia James, she went to the White House
a bunch, she was investigating Trump. Yes, well, who did
these people meet with? Was it the same person? Who
was their coordination? Outside of the White House. I think

facts did a grand jury.

Alvin Bragg I think may have some questions or two
to answer about his level of involvement with the corrupt

about James Comey's FBI, it turns out there were a
whole bunch of thumb drives that were part of Hillary

Clinton's home Brew server that the FBI just quote neglected,
neglected to analyze. I am struck that the Obama regime said,
you know what, Yes, we acknowledged that Hillary Clinton had
the home Brew server. We're not going to do anything
about it, and we're not going to do a national

damage assessment by all the leaks and all the hacking
that was done to her illegal Homebrew server. What does
this entire story paint a picture for you? Is this
just an extension of the level of corruption of the
Obama regime?

Oh? Absolutely. When James Comy held that famous press conference
on July fifth, twenty sixteen, and exonerated Hillary Clinton usurping
the powers of the attorney general and doing so, he
did so. We later found out because he believed, according
to people that he had spoken to, that Loretta Lynch
was having secret conversations with people about the case, and

that therefore Hillary Clinton's people were getting information from the
Attorney General. Whether or not that occurred, we don't know,
because there's never been an investigation into that. But it's
very very obvious that Comy, along with Nick Ade and
Struck and others, buried the Hillary Clinton email server investigation.

She clearly should have been charged with crimes and James
Comy should have been fired by the REDA Lynch the
day he held that press conference. But one of the
most fascinating things is they did nothing. Obama did nothing
to Comy. The REDA Lynch did nothing to Comy, and
the reason was they knew that Cody had information about them,
and that Coney knew about what was happening with a

conspiracy to hurt Donald Trump. This is designed to help
Hillary Clinton. These are all, by the way, overt acts
in further into the conspiracy against Trump. And so let
me just say something. I suggest that everybody go back
and read the indictment that Jack Smith brought against Donald
Trump for the attempting to interfere in the elections. That's

a conspiracy under Section three seventy one. If you substitute
Brennan Clapper and all these people for the people that
are named in the Trump indictment, you got all you
need to establish a criminal case against all of them,
including the President of the United States Obama.

Good to be reciveing with you great to.

Have the legal eagle stable here on the Salcedo Show,
because we have a lot to go over with the
revelations that the Director of National Intelligence and President Trump's
administration have been releasing in the last few days. I
guess the first question is this after the evidence that
we have seen again many of this much of this evidence,
I should say, many of these documents are in Obama's
own hand, are from his own regime. Victoria will begin
(09:53):
with you our Obama and several members of his administration
guilty of a crime.
Speaker 5 (10:01):
Yes, well, there's the basis for an investigation. The evidence
so far looks like he has the evidence for conspiracy
to violate the civil rights of Donald Trump eighteen USC
two forty one. But of course all kinds of investigations,
people have to be called before the grand jury, etc.
(10:23):
But the basis is there.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
All right, all right, Joe, I know that you came
on the Chris Salsato Show forcefully said that Obama and
his minions were guilty of denying President Trump his civil rights.
There's alsos eighteen US Code one zero zero one. Can
you tell the folks what that's all about.
Speaker 4 (10:46):
Well, that's about making false statements to a federal official
or in an official proceeding, and if they were called
to testify before a congressional committee or a grand jury
and they lie, they could be prosecuted under that regardless
of the Statute of Limitations, which, by the way, for
a lot of people are saying, you can't prostitute any
of these crimes like the one Victoria mentioned, the conspiracy
(11:09):
to deny civil rights or three seventy one, a conspiracy
to defraud the United States government. A lot of people
are saying the Statute of limitations has expired. That's not true.
In a conspiracy like this, you have all the members
are liable for the conduct of the other members, so
that any single member does something that is another overt act,
(11:30):
it re extends the Statute of limitations for another five years.
When President Obama, for example, issued his statement the day
before yesterday where he denied all of this, that was
an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, and extended
the Statute of limitations until twenty twenty nine.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
Wow. Well, and then of course there was John Brennan
who is on MSNBS Victoria, and that guy never shuts
up his arrogant communist rear End never shuts up. He
believes he's untouchable, and he.
Speaker 5 (11:59):
Also he has been, Yes, and he has been.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
But he also extended this statute of limitations.
Speaker 5 (12:05):
Yes he did. Well, Joe and I've been sitting around
clapping every time one of them speaks out, because it
is an extension of the statue, and it's not just
as to them, it's to everybody. That's what's so important
about charging conspiracy.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
Well, guys, maybe it's maybe just how I'm wired, But
from the Salsato Storm podcast to even my private discussions
with staff, everybody says, well, you know, you might get Comy,
you might get Brennan Clapper and the whole list, Susan Rice,
you might get you know, all of these people that
were under Obama, but she'll never touch Obama and Victoria.
(12:45):
You and I were texting back and forth yesterday after
Ed Henry came on on the Salsado Show on Newsmax
and and said, you know this wide sweeping ruling by
the Supreme Court which basically said that the president of
the United States can't be prosecuted, which I don't think
they ruled. Can you can you dissect that for us?
(13:05):
Is Obama or is any occupier of the Oval office,
whether they be a president or an occupier. Are they immune?
Can they commit crimes with impunity?
Speaker 5 (13:16):
No, not for anything that they do. Just like that
judge in Wisconsin could does not have immunity for finding
a way out for an illegal alien. The Supreme Court
very specifically outlined that official acts and non official acts.
They distinguished between the two, and they gave tests for them. So,
(13:41):
for example, Obama couldn't be charged with setting a drune
on an American citizen, which he did, but that was
an official act. But setting up a conspiracy to undo
your successor is not an official act. So you have
to distinguish. All these people were screaming and yelling about Oh,
(14:03):
Trump's going to be immune from everything, are now saying, hey,
Obama's immune from everything. Isn't that great?
Speaker 2 (14:08):
Right?
Speaker 5 (14:09):
Well yet, well, see, I mean I don't understand it.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
Well, Joe, Again, Obama's people might rationalize that he, as
president of the United States, officially launched a conspiracy. He
officially lied, he officially misrepresented, he fabricated intelligence. He was
doing that in his official capacity as commander in chief
(14:32):
to take out a threat that he perceived, which is
the vote of the American people who installed President Trump.
So by that rationale, that fits the definition of Obama
acting in an official capacity because Obama believed he was
protecting the United States, so he had to break all
those laws to do So what would you say.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
To that, Well, I would say that definitely is an
argument that they are going to make. I can tell
you that right now, that is a clear area for
them to go. The problem for them is multifold. First
of all, this conspiracy as it was designed was not
one of the core functions of the presidency. Therefore, he
does not have absolute immunity, as Victoria said. The next
(15:14):
step is was it an official act for which there
is presumptive immunity? And that question has to be answered
by hearings and testimony. You cannot tell on the record
now it is presumptibly not an official act because it
was designed to deny an incoming president the right to govern.
(15:34):
So I think what's going to happen is the way
this will be tested is Obama will be called before
a grand jury to testify. He's going to claim some
type of immunity which he will not have, and he's
going to have to testify, and he's going to have
to answer questions about the actions that he took as
president and why he did them. And that's why the
Susan Rice Memo of January twelfth, twenty seventeen is so important,
(15:58):
because that will force him to explain what happened in
those various meetings leading us to the formation of the conspiracy.
And so the bottom line is if he lies in
the grand jury, he can be prosecuted for that. In addition,
remember he's been out of office for quite a while,
and so everything that he did after that, which is
an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, makes him
(16:21):
liable as a former president, to which immunity does not apply.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
Yes, well, he may have officially been out of the
White House, but he was running the last four years.
He and his people running Beijing Biden's White House. Folks,
we're talking to Joe Degeneva and Victoria Tunsing, part of
the legal eagles here on the Chris Alsado Show, are

So Victoria, I am struck by the fact that this

conspiracy wasn't just a target President Trump, anyone who spoke
out and tried to point out what Obama and his
cronies were doing. They became targets. The entire Obama and
the subsequent Biden regimes. We're all targeted using the power
of government to shut people up who disagreed with them politically.
(17:11):
I and I contend it was all illegally done. Can
this Can this investigation go wider to not just implicate
the core individuals like Comy Brennan, Obama, Clinton, Can it
expand anybody who carried out their destructive anti American orders?
Speaker 5 (17:34):
Of course, depending on what the evidence is going to
give us. For example, Sanny Willis and her lover boy
Nathan Wade. Nathan Wade went to the White House numerous
times during the investigation, and oh my, he forgot sixty
some times under a testimony testimony before the House Committee
(17:55):
just what he was talking about, or who he met with,
or any kind of subsequent So you can be indicted
for forgetting that many times. So you've got a lot
of people. Latsia James, she went to the White House
a bunch, she was investigating Trump. Yes, well, who did
these people meet with? Was it the same person? Who
was their coordination? Outside of the White House. I think
(18:16):
facts did a grand jury.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Alvin Bragg I think may have some questions or two
to answer about his level of involvement with the corrupt
leftists who have been dominating Washington, DC. Speaking of which, Joe,
I don't know if you caught this story about the FBI,
about James Comey's FBI, it turns out there were a
whole bunch of thumb drives that were part of Hillary
(18:41):
Clinton's home Brew server that the FBI just quote neglected,
neglected to analyze. I am struck that the Obama regime said,
you know what, Yes, we acknowledged that Hillary Clinton had
the home Brew server. We're not going to do anything
about it, and we're not going to do a national
(19:01):
damage assessment by all the leaks and all the hacking
that was done to her illegal Homebrew server. What does
this entire story paint a picture for you? Is this
just an extension of the level of corruption of the
Obama regime?
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Oh? Absolutely. When James Comy held that famous press conference
on July fifth, twenty sixteen, and exonerated Hillary Clinton usurping
the powers of the attorney general and doing so, he
did so. We later found out because he believed, according
to people that he had spoken to, that Loretta Lynch
was having secret conversations with people about the case, and
(19:42):
that therefore Hillary Clinton's people were getting information from the
Attorney General. Whether or not that occurred, we don't know,
because there's never been an investigation into that. But it's
very very obvious that Comy, along with Nick Ade and
Struck and others, buried the Hillary Clinton email server investigation.
(20:03):
She clearly should have been charged with crimes and James
Comy should have been fired by the REDA Lynch the
day he held that press conference. But one of the
most fascinating things is they did nothing. Obama did nothing
to Comy. The REDA Lynch did nothing to Comy, and
the reason was they knew that Cody had information about them,
and that Coney knew about what was happening with a
(20:26):
conspiracy to hurt Donald Trump. This is designed to help
Hillary Clinton. These are all, by the way, overt acts
in further into the conspiracy against Trump. And so let
me just say something. I suggest that everybody go back
and read the indictment that Jack Smith brought against Donald
Trump for the attempting to interfere in the elections. That's
(20:46):
a conspiracy under Section three seventy one. If you substitute
Brennan Clapper and all these people for the people that
are named in the Trump indictment, you got all you
need to establish a criminal case against all of them,
including the President of the United States Obama.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
Indeed, and we all remember James Comy getting up there
both before the cameras laying out crime after crime after
crime that Hillary Clinton had committed and then saying no
reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. That's what Joe was talking about, Folks,
illegally usurping the Attorney general's power, did James Comy? They're
(21:24):
all crooked in my opinion, and ought to be fully prosecuted.
And praise God, the Attorney General, Pam BONDI will get
