Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello, I'm you happy people.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Neil Smith and old Buck Buddy. Are you hearing Neil?
Speaker 3 (00:08):
Neil?
Speaker 4 (00:09):
I miss you, man, I have a question. We respect for.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Me down by breaking a major story.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Chris, congratulations. Listen to a single score podcast.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Maybe you ought to give this an official name, folks,
but we might call it the Salsado Storm Podcast, the
Chris Salsado Show, Republican Accountability Project, Republican Accountability Project RAP.
Speaker 5 (00:57):
I kind of like that.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
I just created that. Just now, we'll call up the
Republican Accountability Project RAP for short. Hold on a second,
I got to write that down, okay, put I pushed pause,
and then I went over to social media and I
used this this post that I did. Let's see what
was this July tenth, which says no more fake Republicans,
(01:22):
big sign, no fake Republicans. And of course this list
is all of the fake Republicans who voted with forty
nine real leftists to elect Democrat Dusty Burrows as the speaker.
And I might as well as a initial offering to
(01:42):
wrap the Republican Accountability Project, might as well go down
the names, folks, And maybe you should save this podcast
when you start talking about holding fake Republicans accountable Cecil Bell,
Jeffrey Barry, Keith Bell. If these are your reps, you
have a fake Republican on your hand. They should be censured,
(02:04):
or they should get primary challengers, or both. Greg Bonnan,
Brad Buckley, Dusty the Democrat, Burroughs, Angie Chen Button, Giovanni Capriclione. Folks,
he took himself out of the running. He has some
personal issues he has to deal with. Tom Kratick, Drew Darby,
(02:28):
Jay Dean, Caroline Fairly or as we call her, Caroline Barely,
a Republican, Gary Gates, Stan Gerty's Charlie Garan, who a
lot of folks have been sending me emails about Charlie Garran,
who was a Democrat back in the nineteen nineties until
(02:49):
Texas flipped, and then all of a sudden, Charlie Garran
flipped just so he could be in the legislature. Turns out, folks,
he never left the Democrat party. He just changed his
name the name of his party. Sam Harless, Cody Harris,
Cole Hefner, Lacy Hull. They go so well together, don't they.
(03:13):
Todd Hunter, Ken King emphasis on mister King, Stan Kitzman
Stan Lambert Brooks Slanggraf, Jeff Leach who has been censured,
Janie Lopez, John mcqueeney, will Metcalf Morgan Meyer, Angelia Orr,
(03:41):
Jared Patterson who has been censured. More on that in
a minute. Democrat Dade Feelin, who is dropping out, folks,
He's dropping out. He's not running for re election. He
probably wouldn't have made it anyway because the ghost has
been given up. And the only reason why he survived
one one more session is because Democrats came out of
(04:02):
the woodwork to support him. Carl Tipper, Gary van Deaver,
who's an incredibly left wing dude, Denise Vie Lobos, Terry Wilson,
and we will add, folks the name Matt Shaheen. Matt
Shaheen who had a terrible anti conservative, pro leftist session
(04:28):
as he delivered again and again and again for Democrat socialists.
This is the beginning. These are the opening salvos of
the Republican Accountability Project, folks. Now I mentioned the censure
of Jared Patterson. He was censured, and we had the
chair of the Denton County Republican Party and one of
(04:49):
the precinct chairs reach out to the Salsado Show, saying
that they were going to be undertaking this vote and
they wanted to explain why Jared Patterson had earned censure. Now,
for those of you don't understand the rules, basically is
this the counties of where these so called representatives, where
they are accountable to the Republican parties of those counties,
(05:11):
they can get together with their precinct chairs and vote
for censure or against censure. You have to have three
strikes before you can be referred to the srec the
State Republican Executive Committee, State Republican Executive Committee, and in October,
I think it's October eleventh, they will vote on all
(05:32):
of these censurre resolutions and varying degrees of punishment. The
most severe punishment is to throw these fake Republicans off
the Republican ballot so they cannot run as Republicans and
continue to sully the Republican name the Republican Party, just
like the Democrat Party, they are private, private organizations, and
(05:55):
as private organizations, they have a right in the United
States of America to associate who they want to associate with.
And a bunch of these leftists who call themselves Republicans
No Republicans should want to associate with these leftists. No
conservative wants to associate with those leftists. And we certainly
in the conservative movement wouldn't allow them to co opt
the name conservative, and we sure as hell shouldn't be
(06:17):
letting them co opt the name of Republican as Republicans
are supposed to be the party of Conservatives. So that's
the whole premise. And they could also be censured with
I think the lowest rung of punishment allows the party
to spend money against them and allows other Republicans to
endorse against them. So it's going to be very interesting
(06:40):
to see how many of these thirty five and they're
the total of thirty five folks, fake Republicans who need
to be thrown out with censure or with a primary challenger.
It's a daunting task. We should aim for all thirty five.
And you just heard the names, and make sure you
spread the word. Make sure you spread the wrap the
(07:02):
Republican Accountability Project. More on this from the ladies from
Detton County. It's going to be a great conversation. I
can hardly wait to share it with you on the
Salsado Storm podcast and now a word for my sponsors.
Oh jeez, if I hear another Obamacare commercial telling me
how great it is, I think I'm going to vomit.
In reality, folks are paying out the nose for crappy insurance,
meaning those commercials are just as much BS as Obamacare is.
(07:25):
What if you're under sixty five ineed quality affordable health coverage?
American Medical Plans specializes in under sixty five health insurance
plans that have zero copays at the doctor and no
deductible on all outpatient services, including surgeries. You pick your
doctors and hospitals. There are private plans and roll any time,
and there are thirty to sixty percent less than Obamacare.
(07:45):
If you're paying too much for your own health insurance,
call American Medical Plans. They are the answer to the
cancer that is Obamacare.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
I don't think that they're going to have the votes
in the deal, but if they do end up centering me,
then you know I do. You have an attorney and
we're going to fight this as much as we possibly can,
including personal lawsuits of London Present and Dendron to nuck
me off the ballot. I hope every single precinct chair
that votes for this has the ability to lawyer up,
(11:11):
because we're not going to arrest and let the thing
happen willingly.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
That's the sound folks of a manchild. His name is
Jared Patterson, and he is threatening individuals if they dare
to hold him accountable for what he has done. If
that sounds like a left winger to all of you
out there in this audience, you would be right. That's
what left wingers do. They don't like to be held
accountable for their own actions. Sadly, for them, that is
(11:42):
exactly what electoral politics is about. That's what we the
people are called on to do. If your elected officials
do not perform in the manner in which they are prescribed,
or perform that you voted for, then it is your
right as an American to get rid of them. And
I'll add this, the Republican Party is a private organization.
(12:05):
We have the freedom of association in this country. And
if you're a Republican and you're in charge of protecting
the Republican brand, and you have somebody who calls themselves
a Republican who likes to enable socialists and Democrats to
have power, more power than they earned the ballot box,
then you are not complying with what it is to
(12:27):
be a Republican. You have every right to define your
own political party and to associate with those who fulfill
that obligation and to disassociate from those who don't. You
shouldn't be forced to accommodate fake Republicans. And the same
goes for you Democrats. If you have somebody that runs
(12:50):
to be a Democrat, and they actually love America, and
they actually want to lower taxes, and they actually want
to help Americans over foreign nationals. You have every right
to vote against them so you can get the preferred
Socialist or Marxist of your choice. And the Democrat Party
has the right to protect its brand, however tarnished it
is after years and years and years of socialism. Two
(13:14):
A one five I eight by seven three eight two
A one five IAKSV is the phone number. Let me
welcome on the guests. Melinda Preston currently serves as the
chair of the Denton County Republican Party. She's a devoted wife,
mother seven wonderful children. Oh she's busy and a proud
mimi to eight grandchildren. Good grief, how does she have
time to run that party? Jackie Walkin is also with us.
(13:38):
She lived in living in Frisco for seventeen years as
a consultant, precinct chair and an area leader in HD
one zero six in Denton County. She initially supported one
of these fake Republicans that is on the Salsado Show's list,
but after his conduct, has become a vocal critic seeking
to hold Jared Patterson accountable, ladies, welcome.
Speaker 6 (14:01):
Thank you, good morning, good morning to you for having us.
Speaker 4 (14:04):
Chris Chairwoman.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
I want to start with you. I have my list
of thirty five fake Republicans. Now, their first act in
the legislative session was to portray their voters and join
forty nine real leftists in voting for a Democrat chosen speaker.
His name is Dusty the Democrat Burroughs. Mister Patterson one
was one of those. Can you address your reaction as
(14:26):
a chairwoman when you heard that mister Patterson joined forty
nine leftists to elect a Democrat supported speaker.
Speaker 6 (14:36):
Absolutely. We had a breakfast with Jared before the session
started and one of the things that we had asked him,
a friend of mine and I did. It was a
three hour breakfast, and we asked him to ban Democrat chairs,
to do what is right, to follow the Republican caucus,
(14:56):
to do what they had worked together as a team,
because how you know, we know it's better to work
together as a team than to go as an individual
and try to do your own thing. Who knew that
they would he would my part and go to the Democrats.
Nobody had that that was beyond what we could have
thought of, and so we were shocked. We were absolutely shocked,
(15:17):
and it brought a great divide in our house and
you saw that discussion, which is insane. But we have
four really, really, really good reps in Denton County that
have done just a fantastic job on fighting for the
people of Denton County. So we're very blessed.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
Well, that's good to know. And you know, I will
tell everybody out there that wanted Democrat chairs gone, they
still exist. They changed the entire structure of the House,
these fake Republicans did to make sure that Democrats had
power over your lives. All of you Republican voters, all
of you conservatives out there, you have been betrayed. Their
Democrat chairs still exist, Jackie. Fake Republicans are being censured
(16:02):
by their home counties for their conduct unbecoming a real Republican.
Mister Patterson, is my understanding, is up for censure as well.
How many offenses has he racked up? And can you
name them for the audience please?
Speaker 5 (16:17):
Yes, he we we were we have to come up
with three offenses. So when I authored this, wrote this,
we came up with nine. Now everybody has to understand
that went to the s r c S, which is
a state Republican executive committee. They center it for just
(16:39):
one thing, based solely on legislative priorities. But the rule
forty four states that it's going to be based on
legislative priorities. Not only that, but the the what's it
called the priorities the principle sorry, of the of the
Republican Party. So based on that, we came up with
(17:01):
nine and they're basically covered several things about the Speaker
of the House, it's one of them. The other one
is about in federal overreach. The other one is about
no Democrat chairs, which Melina spoke about, and the other
one is about the you know, Texas is not for sale.
All the things that he did. This is just a
(17:23):
few of the nine that we have looked at and
decided to pick on. All right, yeah, yeah, well he
thinks he's he keeps saying that he's free, that I
should stop doing what I'm doing, the Melina should stopped
doing what she's doing because he only got once one rule,
you know, under the sorry CS. But that was just
(17:45):
one legislative priority.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
So this is based on principles I understand. And by
the way, the principles are are important because principles are
what are supposed to guide people who are part of
these political parties are supposed to being publican means you
have a set of values you have to live up to,
and empowering democrats is not one of those values. A chairwoman,
(18:07):
mister Patterson or someone working on his behalf sent out
letters to you, ask to Jackie and to several other
precinct chairs. Is my understanding would you classify? Would you
classify these letters as friendly or threatening?
Speaker 5 (18:24):
Well, as you said that threat, But then he goes, sorry,
I'm sorry that Jackie.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
That was that was for the chairwoman. Sorry, uh a chairwoman,
go ahead.
Speaker 6 (18:36):
Yeah, I did not actually get a letter. I was
listed in the letter. Jackie had read it to me.
I would definitely say it's threatening. At the bottom he says,
this is not a threat, but then he goes into
if you do this, you will have legal ramifications. Then
we will see you to the full extent of the
law and the constitution. I mean, it's just you know.
(18:57):
The cool thing is we've had lawyers reach out to
us and say we will represent anybody he tries to sue,
so so much support that's great, so much support. So
we are you know, we're in a good place. Is
he's just I think he's scared. I think he's realizing
you can't threaten people, tell people not to call you,
(19:19):
because you know, he's actually teld people to lose his number,
loose constituents in his district, lose my never again.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
Well well wait a minute, wait mine, Wait a minute,
wait a minute, So you're telling me that Representative Jared
Patterson is on record telling telling individuals who are in
his district to lose his number and don't come to.
Speaker 6 (19:42):
My door, don't come in his employees, that fild us,
we're not welcome in his office he has. I mean,
it's just it's gotten to the point to where it
is he just isn't representing. Now, he may represent a few,
but you've got to represent every constituent in your district.
That's part of your job.
Speaker 2 (20:02):
Well, I'm sure he represents I'm sure he represents a
lot of Democrats in Denton County. I'm sure he does.
Speaker 6 (20:09):
Well, I'm hoping this will wake them up. You can't
tell people not to call your office.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
Well again, I'm not interested in waking up Jared Patterson
I'm interested in seeing him and his kind defeated. I
am tired of the Charlie GERANs of the world stabbing
conservatives in the back. I'm tired of the John Cornyns
of the world stabbing our people in the back. The
Democrat Party's conduct has been abhorrent, and anyone who seeks
(20:33):
to aid them is not a friend of mine. And
I judge any so called Republican on one criteria going
into the next primary election, how well have you defended
me and mine from Democrats?
Speaker 1 (20:46):
Folks.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
We're talking to Melinda Preston, We're talking to Jackie Walking.
They're up in Denton County. They are addressing the impending
censure of Jared Patterson. He's one of these fake Republicans.
It's been on our list, on The Salceado Show's list
for quite some time, Jackie. These fake Republicans, they seem
to think they have some sort of right to assume
(21:08):
whatever the name they need to assume to get elected.
But at the same time, they don't want to vote
in line with the priorities in this case of the
Republican Party, in the case of the Texas fake Republicans,
they instead empower the Democrats giving them power. The Democrats
didn't earn it the ballot box. In your opinion, doesn't
(21:28):
the Republican Party a private organization. Don't they have the
right to police their own brand and to not associate
with those who sully the brand, those like Jared Patterson.
Speaker 5 (21:41):
Absolutely, Chris and I believe they take the oath to
represent your party. But that's been the problem with Jared Patterson.
He is the most arrogant. Nothing can face him. He
is just a legend in his own mind. And this
has been the problem that we've had. We've had We've
tried to find somebody run against him. It's always this
(22:02):
thing that you know, I have the money, I have
the power, and nobody wants to step up to run
against him. Ever, well, times have changed, and I just
don't think this is the perfect time for all this
to be happening. As far as Jared if any if
you ever say anything that it doesn't agree with him,
then you're blocked. Many of us have been blocked, many
(22:25):
of us, Chris, I have been to his office is
when this session started, this last session, three times one day.
The third time one of his I walked in the
first time, I couldn't see him. Second time he was
in the meeting. Third time, I asked the staffer, am
I wasting my time being here? And they said, yes
you are. Jackie. Wow, I have been blocked for so
(22:45):
long I cannot reach him. Well, Jackie turned.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
Out, Jackie, that sounds exactly like gene Wu. He sounds
exactly like, Yes, the commonist sympathizer gene Wu. These individuals
who are in government who believe they, sir, that you
and and uh Melinda serve him rather than the other
way around. That's that's the problem. That's why another reason
why you can classify mister Patterson and others like him
(23:11):
as fake Republicans. Chairwoman, When is Patterson's censure vote.
Speaker 6 (23:17):
Tonight seven o'clock where it will be we have the vote,
and you know I it'll only be the precinct chairs
in his district that will vote. A lot have happened
this week with that audio going out and then the letter,
and so I feel pretty confident that we are going
to censure him. I believe we need to. I believe,
(23:42):
you know there's time. This is the one tool that
we can use to say you have not fulfilled your commitment.
You have not taken care of your people. I'm not
a huge censure person just to censure, but this is
one where it is. It is a good centure. It's
a timely center.
Speaker 5 (23:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (23:59):
So there's nine on, so we'll be sitting double working
through tonight. So pray for us tonight.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
Okay, Yeah, Well we'll be praying for you folks up there.
And look, I think it's telling Melinda and Jackie that
that Jared L. Patterson, who doesn't want to serve his constituents,
wants the ability to not serve his constituents by empowering Democrats,
and he's blasting you and threatening you because you guys
actually want to do the will of the of the
(24:26):
people in your in your area and Denton County up there.
So really, best of luck Melinda Preston, the current chair
of the Denton County Republican Party, and Jackie Walkin, she's
a precinct chair up that way. Ladies, thank you for
bringing this to my attention and thanks for coming on
and talking about it.
Speaker 3 (24:42):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (24:42):
You have a great Please that's going to do it for.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
This Salsado Storm podcast. Remember, folks, rap the Republican Accountability
Project courtesy of the Salsado Storm podcast Salsados Show, and
our effort to expunge our state, expunge the Republican Party
from fake Republican till we visit again. My friends, remember this.
A society's worth isn't measured by how much power is
(25:05):
stolen by government. A society's worth is measured by how
much power is reserved for you and me, We the people,
keep fighting for freedom out there, my friends,
