on a hot mic calling out Republicans for allowing Democrats

appoint anybody. Everybody I've appointed has had dot dot dot.
So this is in response to all of the Trump
appointees who the Republicans have allowed the Democrats to historically obstruct.
And I have been saying this on television and on
radio that the Republican squishes in the leadership of the

United States Senate are colluding with socialists and Marxists to
stop the America First Agenda. So and hand over Congress
to the Democrats so they can do they can stop
President Trump in the Democrats' names, but really doing the
bidding of these fake Republicans. Here's President Trump at a

Listen, as US Attorney for the District of New Jersey
after the courts disqualified her, do you have any comment

The only people that you can get buy are Democrats

this is a gentleman's agreement that's lasted for too long
and it doesn't make it, especially in light of what's
going on today. It means you can't appoint a Republican
US attorney And we don't play the same game with them,

Senator Grassley about doing something about the blue slip, because
I'm telling you, John, I put up great people, top people,
highest education, the best lawyers to be like US attorney
and both senators. It only takes one. But if they're

Democrats Senators, they say, we're not going to improve it.
I had a couple of them say, what are your point, Democrats?
All because Senator Grassley with his blue slip stuff will
not let anybody go by. By the way, the Democrats
are violated the blue slip provision on numerous occasions, but
we don't do it. And what it means is, I

guess I just have to keep appointing people for three
months and then just appoint another one another one. And
it's a very sad situation. We're losing tremendous We're losing
a lot of great people. We have about seven US
attorneys who are not going to be able to keep
their jobs much longer because of the blue slip because
unless I think I know why they did that to

protect their ass Okay, that's why they did that, but
it should be done away with. I want to be
able to appoint great that most highly educated, the most
respected people. They can't keep that jobs because of the
blue slips.

all over themselves to vote for unqualified Marxists, socialist appointees

a lot to talk about this morning. First, you are

the die killer. You went on a you went on
a g hod against diversity and illusion equity, the cancerous
cultural Marxism that had infected much of Texas government, and

Yeah, a huge win. I mean, the biggest victory against unconstitutional,
discriminatory DEI possibly in the history of the entire state
of Texas. And then to back folks up, I know
a lot of your listeners know because your listeners are educated,
you are well educated as to the corruption that happens
at the hands of fake Republicans and the uniparty Austin swamp.

And I'm going to go back just to remind folks
how bad it is and has been on the DEI
front in Texas for many years. I was shocked, shock.
Nothing could have prepared me for the chock fris when
I left the Trump administration noon January twenty is, twenty
twenty one, after battling the DC swamp of President Trump
in his first term to get a licensed in Texas
to the legislature. Just eight or nine months later to

learn that not only is Texas not leading the fight
against the DEI, the Texas government might well be the
big it's funder supporter perpetrator of DEI in the entire country.
And what I mean by that is the supposedly Republican
Texas Legislature for many years, and they were supposedly Republican
controller for years, had been pushing and effectuating what might

be the biggest, largest scale discriminatory DEI program in America,
requiring every single state agency, public university of whatever, state
agencies to award contracts not on the base of merits
or excellence or capacity, but on the basis of de race, gender,
and other things. So we are talking billions, billions of
(12:35):
dollars every year being spent to award contracts on the
basis of race. And for years people have tried to
pass bills to end this whatever, but to no avail.
But yes, I'm very proud to break the news on
your show this morning, Chris. Late last night, I was
able to single handedly end that program by forcing the
comptroller to shut the thing down. And this only happened

because I exposed it earlier this year. I've raised holy
hell about it for solid eight months, and then just
two months ago I referred the comptroller, Kelly Hancock, a
liberal Republican. I referred him to Trump's Department of Justice
for their discriminatory actions. And within days, maybe minutes, he
pulled that website down. And that was about two months ago.
And then just yesterday formally announced that program is ending.

So yes, it.

Shouldn't have had to happen. I shouldn't have had to
work this hard. This never should have happened in the
state of Texas in the first place, but it did.
Texas government is corrupt, Texas Republican voters are read, but
the Texas government is blue and has been advancing DEI
for decades or more. And I'm very proud to have
ended single handedly the biggest DEI program in the state

of Texas last night. And Chris, I want to say
thank you to you and your audience, by the way,
because the people that listen to your show had been
amplifying my calls to end this program on social media
and emails and calls and social media posts to the
governor and other supposedly Republicans down in Austin demanding the
end this program. So just a massive victor against DEI
last night.

we should really focus on the fact that this fake
Republican was sitting there in the Comptroller's office and implementing

by the taxpayers of the great State of Texas. And
you've got lawmakers running around the state saying, oh, we
did historic tax, property tax relief, but my property taxes
have only gone up. I mean, I don't know what

your property taxes have done, but all my property taxes
have done have gone up. So my property taxes are
going up to pay for cancerous diversity inclusion equity Marxism
implemented by a fake Republican by the name of Kelly
Hancock in the Controller's office. And you had to basically
tattle on the comptroller and basically tip off the federal government,

which is now in America first hands. You had to
tip off that federal government to the treachery of fake
Republicans in the state of Texas to get anything done.
It shouldn't be this way, should it.

No, absolutely not. And I've had conservative friends over the
US try to pass the bills to end this discriminatory
DEI program, but that those bills can't even get a jeery.
And I'm not for those of you your listeners who

soul to pass bills in the corrupt Texas House because
the kind of builds that passed in the corrupt Texas
House are usually liberal and bad bills. They don't let big,

Kelly Yncock was given the job by together several months ago,
but he didn't say one word about this program until
I basically referred him to the Office of Civil Rights
of the Trump Justice Department. I think I think at
that point he realized, you've got to stand for election.

Trump dji a flagging the unconstitutional discriminatory program that he

was overseeing discriminating against Americans and Texans and yeah, the
point of property taxes, Chris, I mean we could do

I would just work for at least one of these
historic property tax cuts to lower anybody's bill by a

harming me and mine and you and yours in voting
in Republican primaries. Where are you on this, Well.

for the person who has the ability to stop that
lawsuit out of the Secretary of State office. In the
same way Chris and your audience was very involved in
helping me throw get Get out the leftist DEI advocate

tax payers are because a Greg Abbot team, including the

Texas government is stiguling that money for you in the
form of sales tax and property taxes other states and

wants to close the primaries so that we can stop

should have closed our primaries a long time ago, and

to fight a lawsuit that was filed by the Republican
Party of Texas to close our primaries. There are air
quotes Republicans fighting to keep Democrats voting in our elections,

and they're citing the law, a law that Attorney General
Ken Paxton, Conservative Attorney General Ken Paxton has said violates
the US Constitution because we have a freedom of association.
According to the Supreme Court of the United States, we
should not be forced to tolerate Democrats voting in Republican primaries.
They are private organizations, and this is government forcing you

to associate with somebody you don't want to associate with,
forcing Republican voters to associate with Democrat voters, and it's illegal.
But your tax payer dollars in Texas is going to
fight for this illegal law. And that's what Secretary of
State Jane Nelson is doing instead of joining the Attorney
general to and joining the Republicans of Texas to fight this.

you saw the results coming out of Tennessee last night
where the leftist socialist ran this woman who stated she

was trying to represent the seventh district up there. And
by the way, Nashville voted for her. She said she
hated them, and they voted her for that. That's the
Democrat mindset for you. But uh, the Republican, the Maga Republican,
the America First Republican ended up winning by nine points,
not the two point margin. The left wing Poles said

he was winning by what's your take on this race?
Is this the end of talks of this blue wave?

I sure hope. So, I mean, I say, we'll let's
start with the positive, Okate, This is a massive victory
for people who care about their future, their country. This
is a huge victory for people who care about the
America First agenda. President Trump was full in and endorsed
Matt Van Epps up there, and he won. And you're right,
it wasn't. It wasn't a nail bier, It wasn't raised

us in margin. It was a decidesive victory against a
I mean not just like a liberal Democrat, you know,
old school center as liberal Democrat model. This is an
AOC style crazy left, this as sadly most of the
modern Democrat party is. And he dealt a crushing bullet
of her. So that's a huge victory.

I always caution people in in special elections, you know, Okay,
it's a it's a one off. I hope that it
is a harbinger for what's coming up in the midterms,
because the national media is just you know, dancing, and

mid terms. But I want to say, like we need
to be cautionous against this and Republicans should should not

go to ground or take anything for granted. The lesson
the Democrats never stop fighting with every tool available in
the battle for the next generation, and oftentimes, especially in Texas,
Republicans don't fight as hard as the Democrats do. So
Republicans going into next year's midterms, we've got to be
all hands on deck. I mean, don't take any seat
any race in any state for granted. But it absolutely

there's no way around it. This is a huge victory
for the America First agenda and I hope this signals
tremendous things as we head into in the next year's
mid terms. Me too.

looking for injustices to write and this may be one
of those. I had Sheriff Bill Weyburn on the program yesterday.
He is, of course in Tarrant County. There is an
illegal alien accused in North Carolina of killing two people
as they just sat there in their car. He is
an illegal alien Latino who is in this country. And

there is also an accused terrorist in fort Worth, who
is from the Middle East, is one of these unvetted
Afghans that Beijing Biden brought in. Both of these men
and they're not alone, are listed as white in their
booking documents. They're listed as white. Now you and I
both know what the jihad the Democrats have been against

white people in this country. They have been. They are
the racist the Democrat Party. And what this will lead to,
of course, is stats that are skewed, saying, hey, the
number one killers in America are whites because they're classifying
illegal alien Latinos as white. The number one terrorists in
America are white because jihadis from Afghanistan are being classified

as white. And Bill Weburn explained this to us, that
is this antiquated, outdated, lazy, slothful mechanisms and computer systems
that have been gifted to us by the federal government.
There's no other way to properly identify these people upon
booking because you get a choice black, white, and maybe

with an ethnicity if you get an opportunity of hispanic.
Don't we need to write this so we have not
only do we have accurate data for so that leftists
can't weaponize it, but Also, if our elected leaders are
ever get off their dufts and actually want to solve
a problem or do that they have the proper data

Well, it's always very important that policymakers have accurate data
to base their decisions on. But I'm unfamiliar. I haven't
heard what you're reporting to me from sure if wavering
up there, Although I assume it's all true and accurate,
and it's a federal instrucktment. Lord knows, I am never
shocked to learn that the federal government is handing down
computer systems or doing pretty much anything else that's either

incompetent or malicious, So it would surprise me none to
learn that all that true. I'll tell you the biggest
outrage that you just mentioned, though, is that the violet's
perpetrated by the illegal aliens. Because one of the biggest
reasons that I oppose illegal aliens or illegal immigration, and
one of the biggest heartbreaking things to me and infuriating,
quite frankly, every time you hear about any crime that

was committed by an illegal alien, that is a crime
that never had to happen. It's a crime that's one
hundred percent percent preventable. Avoidable, and I would go so
far as to say self been flicted, especially when you
look at the four years that the president of the
United States the soilicated full scale invasion on this country.

So there's two things you've talked about there, that this
sort of reverse discrimination, because the left always lists to
make everything about race, but then of course they don't
apparently care about accuracy or truth and what race people are.
But also just the fact that the reverse discrimination is
still discrimination. You know, they want to pin things on
people based on their race. The entire dei Marxist apparatus
is based on that order pressure and based on your race.

And so we've got to stop these injustices everywhere in
the state of Texas should quite frankly be doing a
lot more to combat inequities, or not inequities, but injustices
like that, if the computer systems from the federal government
are forcing us to put wrong data in the system,
that's a real problem.

And Sheriff Bill Waburn says he's going to be talking
up the chain to make sure it is addressed. And
maybe if he had an ally and an elected office

revelation about visa about visas not even overstates. These are

able to appoint great that most highly educated, the most
respected people. They can't keep that jobs because of the

how bad it is and has been on the DEI
front in Texas for many years. I was shocked, shock.
Nothing could have prepared me for the chock fris when
I left the Trump administration noon January twenty is, twenty

in his first term to get a licensed in Texas
to the legislature. Just eight or nine months later to

learn that not only is Texas not leading the fight
against the DEI, the Texas government might well be the
big it's funder supporter perpetrator of DEI in the entire country.
And what I mean by that is the supposedly Republican
Texas Legislature for many years, and they were supposedly Republican
controller for years, had been pushing and effectuating what might

be the biggest, largest scale discriminatory DEI program in America,
requiring every single state agency, public university of whatever, state
agencies to award contracts not on the base of merits
or excellence or capacity, but on the basis of de race, gender,
and other things. So we are talking billions, billions of

dollars every year being spent to award contracts on the
basis of race. And for years people have tried to
pass bills to end this whatever, but to no avail.
But yes, I'm very proud to break the news on
your show this morning, Chris. Late last night, I was
able to single handedly end that program by forcing the
comptroller to shut the thing down. And this only happened

because I exposed it earlier this year. I've raised holy
hell about it for solid eight months, and then just
two months ago I referred the comptroller, Kelly Hancock, a
liberal Republican. I referred him to Trump's Department of Justice
for their discriminatory actions. And within days, maybe minutes, he
pulled that website down. And that was about two months ago.
And then just yesterday formally announced that program is ending.

Shouldn't have had to happen. I shouldn't have had to
work this hard. This never should have happened in the
state of Texas in the first place, but it did.
Texas government is corrupt, Texas Republican voters are read, but

ended single handedly the biggest DEI program in the state

of Texas last night. And Chris, I want to say

because the people that listen to your show had been
amplifying my calls to end this program on social media
and emails and calls and social media posts to the
governor and other supposedly Republicans down in Austin demanding the
end this program. So just a massive victor against DEI

you've got lawmakers running around the state saying, oh, we
did historic tax, property tax relief, but my property taxes

have done have gone up. So my property taxes are
going up to pay for cancerous diversity inclusion equity Marxism
implemented by a fake Republican by the name of Kelly

which is now in America first hands. You had to
tip off that federal government to the treachery of fake
Republicans in the state of Texas to get anything done.

DEI program, but that those bills can't even get a jeery.

I would just work for at least one of these

the US Constitution because we have a freedom of association.
According to the Supreme Court of the United States, we
should not be forced to tolerate Democrats voting in Republican primaries.
They are private organizations, and this is government forcing you

to associate with somebody you don't want to associate with,
forcing Republican voters to associate with Democrat voters, and it's illegal.
But your tax payer dollars in Texas is going to
fight for this illegal law. And that's what Secretary of
State Jane Nelson is doing instead of joining the Attorney
general to and joining the Republicans of Texas to fight this.

to be cautionous against this and Republicans should should not

go to ground or take anything for granted. The lesson
the Democrats never stop fighting with every tool available in
the battle for the next generation, and oftentimes, especially in Texas,
Republicans don't fight as hard as the Democrats do. So
Republicans going into next year's midterms, we've got to be
all hands on deck. I mean, don't take any seat
any race in any state for granted. But it absolutely

there's no way around it. This is a huge victory
for the America First agenda and I hope this signals
tremendous things as we head into in the next year's

of course, is stats that are skewed, saying, hey, the
number one killers in America are whites because they're classifying

reasons that I oppose illegal aliens or illegal immigration, and
one of the biggest heartbreaking things to me and infuriating,
quite frankly, every time you hear about any crime that

was committed by an illegal alien, that is a crime
that never had to happen. It's a crime that's one
hundred percent percent preventable. Avoidable, and I would go so
far as to say self been flicted, especially when you
look at the four years that the president of the
United States the soilicated full scale invasion on this country.

So there's two things you've talked about there, that this
sort of reverse discrimination, because the left always lists to
make everything about race, but then of course they don't
apparently care about accuracy or truth and what race people are.
But also just the fact that the reverse discrimination is
still discrimination. You know, they want to pin things on
people based on their race. The entire dei Marxist apparatus
is based on that order pressure and based on your race.

And so we've got to stop these injustices everywhere in
the state of Texas should quite frankly be doing a
lot more to combat inequities, or not inequities, but injustices
like that, if the computer systems from the federal government
are forcing us to put wrong data in the system,
that's a real problem.

It is a real problem, and it needs to be addressed.
And Sheriff Bill Waburn says he's going to be talking
up the chain to make sure it is addressed. And
maybe if he had an ally and an elected office
like yourself. Maybe that could could get some attention to well.

that I wanted you to react to. This is Christynome

in President Trump's Cabinet meeting yesterday. She made a startling
revelation about visa about visas not even overstates. These are
just visas from individuals coming in this case from Somalia
and from Afghanistan. And these individuals their first act upon
entering the United States was of course to lie. Listen

Look in to Minnesota and their fraud on visas and
their programs. Fifty percent of them are fraudulent, which means
that that wacko Governor Walls either is an idiot or
he did it on purpose. And I think he's bold, sir.

Yeah, she thinks that he's both an idiot and did
this on purpose allowed fraudulent visa applications. And I've said,
mister Harrison, that democrat equals fraud. It's a mathematic constant.

she's she's said, yeah, and an idiot or doing it
on purpose. But to be very clear, and I think
the Secretary noted it. Those two are not mutually exclusive.

crip and just have a word of appreciation for the
bullets that America dodged by not having to have that
idiot Tim Walls for four years? So what a just

me in the slightest when you have as of Joe
Biden and in years of this this nutcase Tim Walls
open border of DEI TransAdvocate whatever. Of course their doctor
in the papers. Of course they're letting people in with
no paperwork, on fuzzy paperwork or fraudulent paperwork. Be they
wanted as many illegal aliens in the country as possible.
They didn't care about our constitution, they didn't care about

our laws. They care about in forty as many dependent
needy future Democrat voters as possible, and Tim Walls and
Joe Biden were on the front lines of that. And
so we've got massive problems with our visa system that
we're being talked about right now. I know H and
D is that it use a lot quite Franklin, The
Texas government has a lot of problems with that. Our
public universities are in the top ten of H and

B potential abuse in the entire state of Texas here.
But in terms of Minnesota and what Tim Walls did,
it wouldn't shock me in the slightest yep and thousands,
thousands of these unvetted Afghans were shoved down the throats
of Texas.
