George Santos out of the House of Representatives, remember him.
He was a Republican who was only accused of a
crime at the time, and they threw hist. Now you've
got Congressman mcgiver who was also accused of a crime.
They've got her on videotape roughing up an ice officer.

Do they throw her out? Nope, didn't do it. Didn't
throw her out, even though they threw out George Santos. Right,
Delia Ramirez is an individual who says she pledges allegiance
to a foreign country. They throw her out. No, You've
got Jamal Bowman back when he was in Congress, he
admitted he committed a crime by pulling down that fire alarm.

Did Republicans want to throw him out? Nope? Speaking of
Democrats who pledge allegiance to foreign countries, Ilan Omar, who
pledges loyalty to Somalia, and also one of these individuals
who sat there and mocked the assassination of Charlie Kirk
mocked him. There was a vote that was taken, folks,

a vote that was taken to strip her not take
her out of Congress, just strip her of her committee assignments.
And it failed. It failed, two fourteen to two thirteen.
Republicans defected to save elon Omar, Folks, because there are
no unifying principles in the Republican Party, they continue to

side against their own party to enable the Democrats who
have been calling us names in an effort to dehumanize us,
leading to the political assassination of Charlie Kirk. What were
the names of the four air quotes Republicans? Mike Flood
of Nebraska, Jeff Heard of Colorado, Tom McClintock of California,

and Corey Mills of Florida. I was shocked to see
Corey Mills on that list, But that's what happened. Elon
Omar is saved. She will continue to be able to
spout from her perch on these powerful committees. All these absurdities,
all of these absolute falsehoods about Conservatives and about Christians,

which has led to the death of Charlie Kirk, which
has led to political violence in this country, the two
assassination attempts against President Trump. It's there. Why would Democrats change?
All they do is get rewarded for what they do. Well,
maybe not all of them. Maybe in Congress, yes, but

out there in the real world, folks, things are changing. Undoubtedly.
You've heard about Stephen Colbert. He's out in his so
called comedy show because it wasn't funny and all he
was was a left wing kook.

know what he did. He decided to be a great
idea to lie about the assassin of Charlie Kirk. Listen

Magga Gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered
Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and
do everything they can to score political points from it.

in it. Catch this fascist. That doesn't sound like a
Maga person or a conservative person. The family has already
gone on record saying that their son had been increasingly
radicalized to the left into this trans left wing ideology.

So Jimmy Kimmel was talking out of his ass. He
there was no factual basis for what he was saying,
And now he's been shown the door indefinitely, and that
leads me back at home to Texas. Folks, do you
know that teachers here in the state of Texas are
also joining the left and celebrating the political assassination of

Charlie Kirk. Yes, the very same teachers who have access
to your children are teaching this hate. Listen to this
on news many even in my home state of Texas,
an alleged conservative state, Republicans have forced us to fund
this violent movement. Nearly three hundred so called teachers are
under investigation as you and I are speaking, because of

the rhetoric that they had put out there about Chartie
Kirk's assassination. If this is happening in a red state
like Texas, I shudder to think what's happening and the
People's Republic of California and govet.

You know, I've been tracking what ANTIFA have been saying
and writing in response to the assassination. Obviously they were celebrating,
but they've also now, particularly from one antifhil group in Oregon,
they publish an after action report looking at the days
following the assassination, and they're actually quite concerned about the

unity on the American right. They're concerned that groups of
conservatives who weren't politically active before have become quite you
could say, motivated or activated to get involved, such as
school children or families, and this is a point of
signed for them, and they're discussing ways to try to
break up that unity, and they discuss different tactics to

divide and conker. So this pushback that we're seeing on
people being educators who have said horrific things, I think,
you know, beyond the conversation about if that's the right
tactic or not, the other side sees it and they're
actually afraid.

Yes, yes, yes, they undertake violence and assassinations. Our side
goes to church right and they're afraid of it. Yeah.
That was me commenting on the end, folks. So yeah.
And then there was this happening teacher by the name
of Benjamin Philo fi Llo. He is the president of
the Barrington, Rhode Island Teachers Union, and he too was

celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk on social media, according
to reports, and children in his class went before the
school board. Three of these brave young men, and they
said they're not comfortable having a teacher in that classroom
promoting this type of hate, promoting this type of violence.

And they testified before this hearing and got applause as
they wrapped up their comments, and they were thoughtful young men.
They were saying, look, you got a father here who
was gunned down, leaving his two children behind. And they
don't want to be taught. They don't feel safe being
taught by a left wing kook, freak, fake teacher who

would be applauding such depravity. And I don't know why folks,
Republicans in Congress feel comfortable having individuals serve in positions
of power. Who are Democrats who back that kind of depravity.

Okay, let's dig in right away with what's happening with
the aftermath of the Charlie Kirk assassination. I don't know
if this is officially your beat, mister Montoya, but you
do a lot of work in education, so I touched
base as you and I are recording this with the
Governor's office, and the govern Owner's office says that Texas
Education Association the TEA, is investigating currently nearly three hundred

(13:08):
reports of left wing teachers behaving inappropriately in the aftermath
of the Charlie Kirk assassination, praising it or taking an
inappropriate stance as it pertains to the assassination. What are
you hearing?

Speaker 6 (13:25):
Well, we've post an artcle about this, and we know
that Commissioner Michael Marath sent a letter to superintendents saying, hey, look,
we're aware the teachers are sharing these kind of social
media posts that are celebrating Kirk's assassination, and we're looking
into it right now. The number we've heard is that
two hundred and eighty one Texas teachers and government schools
are being investigated by the TA. And Marath said, look,

free speech is if I'm all right, but does not
give you carplanged authority to celebrate or sew violence.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
True, and you know it is. Free speech is one thing.
Free speech without any consequences. That's another. You don't have
the right to cheerlead political assassinations if you work for
the government, you just don't have that right. And frankly,
the private sector, mister Montoya's taking action. Delta and American

Airlines are grounding pilots who have celebrated political assassinations, this
political assassination, and others in the private sector, what was
it office depot firing people for this. So this idea
that you, as a government worker get to say, oh, yeah,
let's celebrate a political assassination of a conservative Christian, that's

(14:39):
no way, no nobody in government should be doing that, correct.

Speaker 6 (14:44):
I think it's it's just googlish to think that anyone
would celebrate the murder and assassination of someone unlike Charlie Kirk,
who just you know, spoke his views. I mean, anytime
anyone's assassinated, I don't think you should like dance on
the grave. And it has to be upsetting the taxpayers
knowing that they're paying these individual salaries who are doing

this on their time and are also teaching their children.
What kind of values are they communicating. I don't think
those are the kinds of values that parents are comfortable with.

So I think we should start there where you and

Well, so recently, stateroomsent Andy Hopper stepped into a situation
on social media a U and T student known as
Mary Catherine. She shared her video of her confronting a
classmate at University of North Texas who was joyfully sharing
recording to Charlie Kirk's death, and Andy Hopper stepped in.

(15:46):
He wanted to know what was going on, Mary Catherine,
you know, was just want to know, why are we
sharing for someone getting shot? And we have an actual
update to this story, Chris. We actually published today the mother.
You know, originally U and T said they were investing
in a situation. The mother has written a letter that
we were ported on where she's calling out UNT for

its lack of action, for dismissing her daughter's concerns and
not doing anything to hold of the student accountable.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
Wow what what? Well, just read some of that letter
if you would. I know you guys published it, so
go ahead.

Speaker 6 (16:21):
Sure, yes, Well, she expressed frustration that there was no
consequences for the student or the teacher of the class
who reportedly approached Mary Catherine approached her, not the other student,
and suggested they leave the class. She also wrote that
her daughter went to the un T police and in
her letter the mother or Miss Randy Hallmark, she said

(16:43):
that a man by the name of Sergeant Cobye Howell
Gaslet manipulated her daughter and repeatedly attempt to set her
up to say something he could use against her in
support the university. You know I read that part. That
was shocking to me.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
Yeah I could. Well, Okay, so we're now, by the way,
on the radio show, we're going to be interviewing. As
we're recording this podcast, we're going to be interviewing Mary
Catherine and then we'll be making that into a podcast,
so folks look for an update. She was the only

student in this class who said, hey, guys, we shouldn't
be celebrating the assassination of a man. He was a family,
he had kids, and we shouldn't be celebrating this kind
of thing. There was a young lady. I'm not sure
if you saw this, Robert, there was a young lady
who posted this on social media. And I'm not talking

(17:40):
out a turn because she put it out there for
everybody to see. So I just want to get your reaction.
Here was what one of the students allegedly in that
video posted listen.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
Posting this I'm waking up. So, yeah, if you've seen
that video of that girl showing the other girl, the
Charlie Kirk video, I'm a girl showing with Charlie Kirk video.
And I will say this because Charlie Kirk is a
neo Nazi who targeted transgender people, who targeted women, who
targeted people of color, and then nothing but spread hatred

and bigotry. So yes, I was celebrating the fact that
he was shot.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Yeah, So she goes into the you know, this whole
oh yeah, conservatives are racist, conservatives or bigots. She also
gets into Palestine and all this kind of stuff, and
it's all the left wing talking points. And I think
Robert it was Ted Cruz who so beautifully put this.
They don't kill us because we're Nazis. They call us
Nazis so they can kill us. This is the left

trying to get rid of their political opponents, and they're
willing to call them all sorts of names and dehumanize
them to do this. And they're teaching them this Marxist
tactic inside of college and inside of Gov. Ed and
I think it's it's disgraceful.

Speaker 6 (18:55):
It's disgraceful, and also considers remember these are universities that
people fund with their taxpayer dollars. Even parents aren't sending
their students to a university, they're still funding this. And
you and I have both seen widespread outrage that's been
growing over the years, starting twenty twenty when parents started
to see what was being taught to their kids in

(19:18):
K through twelve and then university, and this has been
slowly building up and now we're seeing the situation where
parents appear to be even more outraged about the values
being communicated within these university systems that are now being
expressed or revealed.

Speaker 2 (19:32):
Yeah, insane. All right, what is the next story on
the dock at my friend?

Speaker 6 (19:38):
Well, right now, just a little update we have about
the Texas A and M situation President Mark Welsh, I'm
sure you recall all the breaking news story. Whensident Brian
Harrison shared a video that he received from a student.
Oh yes, in a children's literature class.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
You remember that, yep, Yet children's literature class where the
in the instructor was pushing the diversity inclusion equity nonsense,
the LGBDQ ABCDFG cultural Marxist agenda. Yes, I remember that vividly.

Speaker 6 (20:11):
Yes. And as you know, it's been a very interesting
story when Harrison first came out. Now Welsh initially said
I'm just going to remove people from aministrative positions. No
firings were announced. He started to release even more audio
which revealed in these audio recordings Welsh defending this kind
of content class saying like it's appropriate for our school

(20:34):
superintendents and psychiatrists to learn these sorts of materials. And
then more audio came out of President Welsh just saying, look,
I think these classes should be clearly labeled, not eliminated,
clearly labeled, And as outrage grew, he finally fired the
professor in question, doctor Melissa McCool, but the Board of

(20:55):
Regents have kept him in his current position despite the
fact that the calls are growing for him to be terminated.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
That's right, I'm hearing from the Lieutenant Governor who is
saying that all the facts and all the audio tapes
ought to be reviewed. We have reached out to the
Chancellor's office to express our concern over the fact that
mister Welsh is a well known Obama devotee and his

(21:22):
apparent pushing of these deviant type instructions that have no
place by law or by tradition in Texas A and
M or in any Texas university. That he is pushing
this and he's doing so in violation of the law.
And you're right, the calls are growing for his oulster.

(21:44):
Where do we see that at this point? Is it
gaining traction among those who don't normally if your kid
doesn't go to A and M are you paying attention
to this?

Speaker 6 (21:53):
What we're seeing is that cries continue to grow, but
no action yet. We're seeing from the Board of Regions
and as you said, Lieutenan, Governor Patrick has stepped in.
He wants a full investigation. We're just in a waiting
period right now to see what happens next. And in
the meantime, people are starting to highlight about more woke
classes at TEXAM. They're find just outside of this course.

(22:17):
So we'll see what comes next.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
Yeah, and I'm very interested to see what comes next.
Whose decision is it to ultimately fire Welsh.

Speaker 6 (22:29):
Well, all the power is held in the hands of
the Board of Regions and they're appointed by Governor Greg
Abbott and confirmed by the state Senate. So that's the
line of accountability. And we recently had an overhaul of
university governance where more power was concentrated in the regions
because they are more accountable. So they're the ones the power.

(22:49):
So the question is what will they do next?

Speaker 2 (22:51):
Right? And I don't know in this environment that we
happen to be in, with the country growing so tired
of woke, the country growing so tired of left wing
extremism that is now resulting in political assassinations, I don't
see an appetite in Texas to actually keep this stuff around.

(23:13):
And if mister Welsh is able to survive. This is
just my opinion. I think perhaps, I think perhaps that
some other people who will own him politically won't find
an easy road. Dhoe ahead. What is your sense?

Speaker 6 (23:29):
I'm not a forecaster, but what I can tell you
is the mood definitely seems to be changing nationwide and
also in Texas towards US where we're starting to see action.
For example, going back to students who are making very
grotech pronouncements about Charlie kirk assassination, We've already seen both
Texas Tech and Texas State University taking action against those

(23:51):
kinds of students that were caught on recordings. One individual
was caught pantomiming Charlie Kirk's assassination, and the universities said
both Universities Tech and Texas State took action, said those
students are no longer enrolled here, and Texas State University
also recently terminated a professor who has caught and recording

(24:12):
calling for the overthrow of the US government. So there
seems to be a change that universities are feeling.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
Wow, I hope. So I think it's the general public.
I don't want my tax payer dollars going to these
left wing Koop's freaks and nuts who are inspiring now

There's another story that we have here that's kind of interesting.
So it staying in the higher education rounde. Recently there
was a congressional report released that found a partnership between
the University of Houston and a Chinese university that's connected
to the Chinese military industrial complex, and in this report identified, look,
they're engaged in sube submarine engineering research in this partnership.

Say that again, sub submarine.

What submarine engineering research? Yes, I mean when you read it,
you wonder, okay, how many think about how many times
do submarine and civilian only pop up? Usually I think
they're like typically military operations, right, not civilians?

So right, right?

Yes, And you know this the university in question of
the University of Houston's partnered with is daily and Maritime University.
This congressional course said, look, it's supervised by Chinese defense
focused government agency and it partners with Chinese defense conglomerates,
and it's also done research for the Chinese state security industry.
So the fact and the committee said, look, this partnership

has to end. It cannot stand, it cannot keep going.
