Speaker 1 (00:05):
Come joined up fun.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
That'll make.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
Come joined up fun. Shove the come chied up fun. Jordan,
do you have your drums? That was really loud in
our ears. Yeah, the screaming.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
We're definitely awake this morning. But hey, welcome to the
Silver Show podcast. I'm your host, Sarah Jordan's here with me,
my lovely co host, and we're here to give you
all the tips.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
This week. It's our thirty first episode.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
We've officially hit that thirty one mark, so we're going
to try to do thirty one tips in thirty minutes.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Yeah, this might be impossible.
Speaker 4 (00:42):
Yeah, because we like to talk about we were typically
like when we first started this, we're like, yeah, maybe
we'll keep it up forty minutes, and we haven't hit
anything under I think fifty three or something like that,
and that our shortest.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
Yeah, we're like, we could have done longer.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
We could have done a lot longer from the beginning.
So we'll have to just redo some of those episodes
with a little more depth.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
There you go a little more.
Speaker 3 (01:03):
Yeah, yeah, so and we'll see if we can do this.
We're actually going to set a timer and we're going
to try.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
To do three and that starts at the Big Drop.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
Only right, there's all sorts of good things to talk
about because we've got well, we might as well just
kick it off with Park Polse Park.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
How are we pulsing this week? Jordan?
Speaker 4 (01:23):
Well, I think the pulse is scary Wood for me.
We had our Midsummer scream last Friday Night. Announced all
the new things coming to Scarywood to our previous Haunters
casting crew and they seemed really excited. So we'll announce
that down the road, some upgrades, new scare zone, some
(01:46):
new characters.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
I keep seeing bloody things walk past my desk.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
Yeah that well, they're usually in boxes, right.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Not what I saw yesterday had very sharp teeth. Oh yes, yes,
and it was quite bloody and it and it.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Goes out, got it bites? You are? Okay?
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (02:04):
Well, Butt Bax were very excited about it.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
And oh that one, yeah, I know you're talking about now,
I'm like, what are we talking about?
Speaker 1 (02:14):
I got it.
Speaker 3 (02:15):
So the more the more that that starts coming in,
the more it feels like Christmas.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
You know.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
As those boxes start coming in, it's like the unveiling everything.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
Yeah, and so around this time I get a ton
of boxes because all of our stuff from our Halloween
event that we went to in February March is being delivered.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
Well.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
I came back from a meeting last week and I
had a tower full of boxes in my It was
a cubicle area and Sarah had turned it into like
an entrance facade.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
It had curtains. I gave you curtain they're black curtain.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
Curtains, and a clown sitting on it, and some masks, yes,
and a squirrel and a squirrel all the random stuff
that she could find, and a.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
No food or drink sign.
Speaker 3 (03:01):
Good to know, Yeah it was, but it was everything.
Speaker 4 (03:05):
This little prank has maybe turned into a war that
could come down.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
We'll see what happened.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
But you started it because you put the box at
my desk and I had to retaliate.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
That was what started it. Yes, wow, okay.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
So I figured I would return the favor, but build
you something nice.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
Okay, it was really nice. Appreciate it. Jordan's own special haunt.
Speaker 4 (03:29):
Anyway, So we had Midsummer Scream and applications to be
a scary wood haunter.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Scaryacter are now open. So where do you go for that?
Speaker 4 (03:38):
They could go to Silver Work at silverwood dot com
and they can apply there.
Speaker 3 (03:42):
Okay, perfect, it's that's just around the corner. And it
feels like scarywood today.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
It does.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
It's cooler, Yes, it's cooler out which.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
Grilled cheese and a tomato soup freezing? But so anything
else in the park, polse.
Speaker 4 (03:57):
We did launch the will at coast and so we
have this week. We have launched the pictionary side of things.
So go vote for me and whatever.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
Hey, I thought you said just a little for me. Okay, Hey,
what happened to word search? Word search? Was you just
kicked that one out because I beat you?
Speaker 2 (04:19):
Wasn't it in the Was it not in the first one?
It was in the first one?
Speaker 1 (04:22):
First one? What I posted last week? Oh? You posted
one last week?
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (04:28):
On social?
Speaker 2 (04:29):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Or just on YouTube? Both? Oh? What did I miss that?
Speaker 3 (04:34):
I don't know, So I'll have to go look. Yeah, okay, okay,
and so this was last Wednesday.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
Yeah, wake up, sir, wake up, goodness the greatest frozen.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
Okay, what do you say we head into the mail
train and ask and ask question I'm not asking the questions.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
I'm going to answer that. We will ask questions. We
will to the people when we call them. Yeah, we're
doing great.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
Okay, okay, okay, let's move on, mail train, I have
derailed the mail train.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Here Maya rode in.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
She wants to know how many miles per hour is
your fastest water slide and your fastest roller coaster?
Speaker 1 (05:11):
Do you know those off the top of your head.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
I know the roller coaster is aftershock at sixty six
miles an hour.
Speaker 6 (05:18):
Okay, velocity peak, probably for Flossy Peak is definitely the
fastest water slide, which is sixty it's not it's so
supposedly from the and this has come from even before
I was here, that it was fifty five. Yeah, I
don't think that's ever been confirmed. That seems super fast,
so fast, So we might need to get like a
(05:40):
sphenomenon or whatever, one of those like.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
We go see a fiddle coast on the no.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
No, like the you know the radar radar guns that the.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Time the canines come out, Well, we'll have.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
Them radar us going down. Yeah, who can go with
the fastest down? Okay, Well, maybe that's just a challenge
that we do.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Yeah, speak it's great, I love it.
Speaker 4 (06:01):
So Okay, advertising wise, if we say fifty five, we
might need to check that.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
Yeah, but we think it's fifty five. It can go
fifty five.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Maybe maybe it is.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
Maybe, So there's your answer that's probably coming from the manufacturer.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
Basically, our rides and our slides go as fast as
the traffic on ninety five.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
That's like seventy five, and if it's you, it's like
eighty five.
Speaker 5 (06:26):
Okay, the people in the slow light okay maybe yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Yeah, okay.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
How about Carrie's question, She wants to know one of
my well, she says, it's one of my favorite parts
of the park are the flowers mine too, carry What
is the most used flowering plant that you use in
the park?
Speaker 1 (06:42):
And I thought it was the petunias.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Petunias, I mean there's a.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
Lot a lot of them, There are a lot of them,
But recently they've they've moved into what is like more
commonly known the word would be hummingbird mint. Yeah, and
I mean you see hummingbirds everywhere, yeah, I mean every
day I see people trying to take pictures of me bird,
especially on the boardwalk.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
But that plant that they've moved it into, like the
flower the bed over by the coast Rally sign, and
it's been in some of their baskets as well. Yeah,
and like the common name I'm actually going to have
I'm going to have Google tell us what it is
because it's you don't want to butcher it. Yeah, here
here it is aga stash.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
So if you want to know how to get hummingbirds,
here agastash hummingbird mint. Who knew? All right?
Speaker 3 (07:32):
And our third question today is from Jessica, and she
wants to know what do you do to support wildlife
and pollinators around the park.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
I love that question because we actually do do a lot.
Speaker 3 (07:44):
Obviously, the flowers being one of the right tons of flowers,
so many flowers, I mean, and the honey bees are
abundant around here, and so are the big fat bumble
bees and I love big fat bumble bees.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
Yeah, they are around.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
And then I mean like the hummingbirds are on the
agustash the hummingbird men's yes, so that I mean you
can see them pretty much every day here. And then
eles they're not pollinators, but the wildlife wildlife, yes, I
mean we've got the.
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Big giant pond that stocked with fish. Yes, they you'll
always see the bald eagle hut there. Actually saw the
eagle flying away.
Speaker 4 (08:24):
Well it was away from the pond across over eagle hunt,
which is so cool. Yeah, so it was like this
picture perfect moment. Didn't get it on camera because I
was holding food.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
But if anybody can get a photo of Liberty or
Justice that's the name of our eagles, our resident eagles,
on camera, please let us know because we'll definitely make
ego viral with that shot.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (08:44):
Over eagle hunt though, yeah, an eagle just wait for it,
over eagle hunt.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
Just sit out there.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
And then we we did have some honey bees that
were they had built a nest inside one of our
side of our buildings and we did We're able to
re I locate them to a hive with one of
our landscapes.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Yeah, so we will not We don't kill the honeybees.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
That is something that is There's signs everywhere like do
not kill the honeybees. So it's very very important for
us here, so be very.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
Being aware, be awareware. We do love the bees.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
And I personally, Jordan, I save a lot of animals.
You do, yes, whenever they come into Lindy's. You will
not see me kill a fly. Literally, I will capture
that fly and I'll let it outside. They're all a
part of the ecosystem and then it comes right back in.
But you know that's all right, they're my friends. So
but yes, we do do a lot here, and just
(09:39):
the landscaping alone, I.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
Think is one of the things.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
So absolutely so.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
Yeah, great question, Jessica. We appreciate that.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
I think it's time we call a loyal listener this
week and see if we can get somebody to get
that sounder.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
So do you know it yet?
Speaker 1 (09:54):
No, I have no idea. Hey, it's only been one.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Week, that's true.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
Yeah, I get a guess though, right again.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Off area, Okay, if you're.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
Right, Okay, Okay, let's let's spin the wheel thing. We
have a winner.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
We have a winner number nine eight two, so let's
give him a call. Hello. Hey, Amber, this is Sarah
and Jordan from the Silverwood Show podcast here at Silverwood
Theme Park.
Speaker 1 (10:26):
How are you. I'm good?
Speaker 2 (10:28):
How are you?
Speaker 1 (10:29):
We are so good? Hey, thanks for answering your phone.
Speaker 3 (10:33):
Oh yeah, I hope we love it when that happens,
because you are our loyal listener of the week and
we've got a pair of Silverwood tickets for you.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Oh my gosh, are you serious? We sure do.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
Yes, we very much are, but but we kind of
wanted to sweeten the deal a little bit if.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
He got a minute. Yeah, I'm available. Okay, we love it.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
We've got a little game to play with you for
your chance to win upwards of seventy five dollars total
in Silverwood cash.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
So you want to it with us? I would love to.
Speaker 3 (11:02):
Okay, So the first half, we're going to give you
some tru or false statements, and you're gonna let us
know if you think that it's true or false, you
have a fifty percent chance of getting it correcked. And
after we get through those five, you'll get five dollars
every time you do get it right. But then Jordan
has a super secret sounder that he's going to give
you for another fifty dollars if you can get that right.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
Okay, all right, sounds good. All right, let's go.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
Okay, the first statement, Silverwood out bid Disney for its
steam engine train.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
True, at a girl, that's what we'd like. Five dollars
in the bank. Okay.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
Number two, Silverwood used to be a military base.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
I think that's true. Kind of a trick question.
Speaker 3 (11:46):
It was a aerodrome, it was an airstrem was a
fly in, but it wasn't military, so technically not military.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
You still got plenty more, right, Sarah, Sarah, don't get
mad at me.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
Sarah made I like my trick.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Question, and I switched that one up because I think
number two has been true like every single week, and
this week I made it fall, so you can blame me.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (12:08):
Number three, Big Joe's favorite food is snails.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
True. Very, yes, very, that is very true. The car
goal little, Oh, say it again, Jordan, that car goal,
he does it? So wow, that's the whole action. Yeah,
you have to that was great. Okay, so we got
ten dollars in the bank.
Speaker 3 (12:30):
Your next statement is Timber Terror is the park's oldest
roller coaster. True, it is actually Corkscrew, which celebrated its
fiftieth birthday this year, the.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
Oldest wood roller coaster. But Corkscrew.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
Yeah, another turn.
Speaker 4 (12:49):
When I saw that one, I thought true initially too,
but unfortunately, should.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
We still give it to her?
Speaker 4 (12:54):
No? Unfortunately it was it was we we wear friends
on numbers.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
We're still press, We're still.
Speaker 3 (13:04):
Press, and now you're my best friend again. Okay, I remember, Yeah,
your team Sarah over here. Okay, next one, there are
live bison in the park.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
Oh my goodness. I was there, and I don't I
think that's all there are on the train ride.
Speaker 3 (13:22):
There are, yes, Yes, In fact, we've got quite the
herd right now, we've got some baby bison as well.
So yep, you're gonna have to check it out. Yeah,
next time you come in. So we still have ten dollars,
it's okay, and ten dollars.
Speaker 4 (13:36):
Yeah, ten dollars and ten dollars, especially when you can
buy a five dollars funnel cake.
Speaker 3 (13:39):
Yeah, that's two five dollars fun even better exact stety
funnel cakes.
Speaker 4 (13:44):
But we have a sound but we have a sounder, yeah, sounder.
So this next one is worth fifty dollars. And so
what it is It is a ride inside the park.
It could be on the Silverwoods side or the Boulder
Beach side. This is our second week using this. In
the first week they got it wrong and they guess.
Speaker 3 (14:03):
I don't remember what did they I think they did too,
and Tremors was wrong.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
So here are you ready?
Speaker 2 (14:11):
Are you ready for the SoundBite? I am so ready
for this.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
It's kind of quick because we've gotten so many right,
We've made it a little harder.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
Sorry about that, but this one's a little hard again.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
I'm your best friend.
Speaker 4 (14:21):
Here it comes. Okay, what is that sound?
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Oh my goodness that I know it's like this. It
sounds like the uh oh my gosh, it's that roller coaster.
Speaker 4 (14:50):
I know.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
It's a roller coaster.
Speaker 1 (14:51):
It's a roller coaster, my husband. It's like a little
airplane roller coaster. It's got like a bunch of airplanes
when you're walking through the that's is that it?
Speaker 4 (15:02):
It is not stunt pilot. It is not that. That
was great.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
Yeah, I don't even know through your head. Well we could.
We could hear everything you were thinking, and I would
see the airplanes as you were walking through the gift
out there. That stunt pilot.
Speaker 3 (15:15):
But hey, you still got ten bus tickets exactly, So
you gotta come visit us, and you have to let
us know when you're here so that we can come
say hi.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
Exactly, and I get tickets and ten dollars to fundations exactly.
You are amazing.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
Hey, I will give you a call when we get
off this phone call with you here after the podcast,
and I'll let you know about you will call and
how to get your tickets and your gift card and
all that stuff.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
But until then, thank you. You listen to yourself. You'll
be on this week's podcast.
Speaker 4 (15:45):
So even.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
Myself, it's so much funk. I've always wanted to hear
myself from another person's perspective. Here you go. Yeah, well
you are fantastic. Dreams come true. Have a great day,
two guys. Okay, bye bye. I love her, I really do.
Speaker 3 (16:04):
And she's my best friend.
Speaker 4 (16:08):
That one I know I said used to be meant
still I am so sorry.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
No, she's mine. I bet she'll go vote for me
on our maybe maybe Well it coast as well. All right,
so that was great. If you want to be the
next person we call for your chance to win a
pair of tickets and upwards to seventy five dollars Silverwood cash.
Make sure to sign up as a loyal listener at
Silverwood themepark dot com slash podcast.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
Let's hit the big.
Speaker 3 (16:34):
Drop drop all right, Jordan, I've got my list mine.
I've got to s Jay's tips here. Okay, you're on
the phone.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
You're in a digital age yours.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
You said you might not even be able to read yourself.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Yeah, it's really small, So how do you want to
do this back and forth? Yeah, we'll go back and forth.
Speaker 4 (16:56):
So the time I'm going to take keep track of time,
and I'll give us how much time we have left
as we go.
Speaker 5 (17:02):
To thirty one in thirty minutes, Yes, thirty one in
thirty minutes.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
And we can't repeat, right, we cannot repeat? Okay, No,
I don't know what Jordan's are and he doesn't know.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
What We don't know what each other's are. So I'll
let you do the honors to go first with the
first one.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Oh, you're gonna let me go first? Yes? Okay? Should
I start at the bottom or the top?
Speaker 2 (17:23):
I don't care.
Speaker 1 (17:23):
Okay, start the timer now. Okay.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
Spread the joy to those who need it most with
our Family a Day give away on the website under
contest and Fun, you can nominate someone who could use
a vacation, can't afford tickets, had a tough year, or
just because we choose a new family every single day
to win tickets to come to the park, and I
just got done choosing today's family. So that's why it's
like top of mind right now and everyone's looking for
(17:50):
contest and stuff.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
But did you write that or did you chat GPT
right now, No, I wrote that you wrote that book.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
There's no dashes.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
There's no dashes.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
Okay, I did it under a minute.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
Yeah, okay, good, okay, okay, you're turn My tip. My
first tip, are.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
We keepinger like, are we counting?
Speaker 2 (18:08):
Amanda?
Speaker 4 (18:08):
Will number one for us? Okay, number one, Number two,
we'll just do that. Number two is get to the
park before ten o'clock. So main Street opens when the
water park's open at ten o'clock, and so you can
get in line for whatever side you want to go,
but you'll be one of the first in line. So
no matter what, you're probably going to be the first
on whatever ride you want to go on. And so
(18:30):
that's a great way to start the day. And by
the time you get off that ride, you're going to
be still probably one of the first to get on
your second ride too.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
So you knock two out right away or get a
lounge chair at Boulder Beach.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
Yes, that too, that's important as well.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
Yeah, exactly? Is that all? That's all? So do we
just keep moving like okay, okay, you don't.
Speaker 2 (18:48):
Have to go super fast, but we just need to
make sure we're on top of this. It's number three.
Speaker 3 (18:52):
Your shoe game is everything here. Wear comfy shoes. Make
sure to have something on your feet in Boulder Beach
because asphalt gets really really hot. Also, socks are imperative.
I've had days where I haven't worn socks and I
had to walk around a lot and it's blisters, lots
of blisters unless you wear This is my personal tip.
I love my Tivas for the park. The tivas are
(19:14):
money on both Boulder Beach ANDROI park side.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
So I will add on to that tip.
Speaker 4 (19:18):
Make sure that when you're going to go up a
ride like in the water park side, if you're wearing
flip flops or whatever, it may be that that ride
can't accommodate them, because a lot of them you cannot
have flip flops or any sort of shoe on, so
you'd have to leave it at the bottom.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
So make sure that you are reading those exact directions.
Speaker 1 (19:34):
Yes, and you don't want them flying off and hitting somebody. No,
you sure don't, okay. Number four.
Speaker 4 (19:39):
Number four, Grab a pastry in the morning, get to
the park before ten. Go to the front coffee house
right in the in the courtyard and grab either a
muffin top or a cinnamon roll. Grab a coffee, we freshly,
we roast our own coffee, We bake our own own pastries,
(20:01):
and so then they are so good. Cinnamon bread is
up there. Muffins, muffin Tom's my favorite. I could smell that, Simon,
I can read.
Speaker 5 (20:10):
The other morning, I was like, oh I am now crazy.
Speaker 4 (20:14):
Yeah, so that is number four, Grab a pastry before
I go it into the park.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
I agree, that's a good tip. Thank you. Okay.
Speaker 3 (20:20):
Number five, Drama Meine and Ginger Candy are your friends.
So if you're one of those people that might get
a little bit of motion sickness, don't let that deter
your day. Jordan made me write tremors eight times in
a row, and I made you, yeah, don't make up
and all that.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
It was so much fun. It's like you didn't want
to do it.
Speaker 3 (20:40):
Git nervous, Like what happens if I vomit on film
and we go viral because I peok everywhere.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
But all I did awesome. It would be awesome.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
Maybe not well yeah, because you were in front of me,
so you wouldn't worried about it. But let me tell you,
Drama Meine and Ginger Candy, that was my go to
and my mom also says to put a band aid
over your belly button. I don't know if that's true
or not, but it's one of those like old like
old lives tale, I guess yeah, or whatever old fix.
(21:09):
If anybody's tried that, let us know, let us know
if it works, because she thinks that's why I didn't
because the did you do that?
Speaker 1 (21:15):
I did it? Yeah, but I can't say that's my
tip because I'm not sure that video. Oh my goodness.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
Okay, so well, tip number four was a doozy okay?
Speaker 1 (21:31):
That was number five? Was that number three? I don't know, Amanda.
Speaker 4 (21:34):
You start out one, she said five, okay, okay, that
was number five, okayor cruising number six? Okay, okay. This
is if you want to book an RV site.
Speaker 1 (21:46):
Dang I got across that.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
Yeah, yes, sign up to be on our newsletter and
then make sure you are refreshing at midnight of that
day because that is when they typically go live. So
by if you wait until the morning, they're going to
be pretty much gone. So OURV site, which is the
closest lodging to Silverwood, you got to walk right over.
Make sure you are on the website at midnight, ready
(22:10):
to book, Like.
Speaker 3 (22:11):
Think about that concert that you always want to go
to and you literally sit there in that queue.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
That's what you want to do.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
You want to set an alarm, maybe have three computers, going,
a cell phone, the whole entire thing, and just like
boom boom boom, and that way you don't mess out.
Speaker 1 (22:25):
So yes, because we do that, and.
Speaker 4 (22:28):
With the newsletter, we'll let you know when that date
is that we're going to be opening, because it's typically
mid January to the end of January is when that
typically opens.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
Yeah, very good one, which leads into mine, Okay, great
to sign up for the newsletter for other things too.
The newsletter is money, like literally it's going to save
you money and potentially whin you some pre tickets. So
mine is sign up for the newsletter for the best deals,
the monthly contest, the recent blog post and podcast episodes,
as well as all of our hiring information.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
I don't know if we can count that one why
because I said sign up for the.
Speaker 1 (22:59):
News Yours was more for the RVY thing.
Speaker 4 (23:01):
But we don't want to cheat everybody out of thirty one.
Speaker 3 (23:03):
So that was that was My second one was set
in alarm from midnight on the day.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
Arvey, Well, you better go your next one, next one,
camanas I was going to go there too. Okay, this
is number seven. It's a little different.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
If you have littles, book a Commander by Emerald Forest
because you're going to be by Salmon Run and it's
just perfect for those little ones. Now, if you're a
group of adults or you have teens, you might want
to book a Cammanda in Garnet Bay because it's a
little more lively. It's by the wavepool, a little more
action there and not as many littles running around.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
It's a great one.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
So yeah, that's mine. Number eight. We keep having a
look at Amanda.
Speaker 4 (23:40):
Number eight's a least she's telling me my ear, Thank goodness,
number eight. If you're going to write Eagle Hunt, do
it first. But try to get in lane two because
after watching multiple rides come down multiple rafts, seems that
lane two is faster than.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Laane one except for when I write it, except for
when I wasn't number one and I won.
Speaker 4 (24:01):
Okay, lane two in my opinion with me, unless you're Sarah.
But unless your name is Sarah or you happen to
be riding with Sarah for some reason. What could happen
lane too? Try to be in lane two because more
than likely you're going to win.
Speaker 1 (24:16):
Yeah, we should.
Speaker 3 (24:17):
Everybody goes out there and spend a day like clocking
that and seeing what the percentage is.
Speaker 4 (24:22):
Yeah, then that will have a little bit more feedback.
This is all just perception.
Speaker 1 (24:25):
Okay, perception. This is Jordan's perception number nine, number nine.
That's me.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
Let's see. Okay, if your kiddo does read to ride,
this is a good tip, especially right a gird tip.
I have the teacher email your ticket versus printing it out,
because as much as we love our kiddos and we
like them having something in their hands, they're going to
lose it before they get on the school bus and
then you could potentially be without a read to write
ticket this summer, and then the kiddo's going to cry
(24:52):
and we don't want that. So email is great because
you can literally have it right there. You'll lose it
when you print it. You can reprint it again off
your emails, show it on your phone.
Speaker 1 (25:02):
Whatever works. So that's that's a good tip.
Speaker 3 (25:06):
Yeah, even if it makes the kids sad, they're gonna
be a lot sader if they don't get to go
right exactly later.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
So number ten, we're a third of the way there,
and we're where we are.
Speaker 1 (25:15):
We're eight minutes in, so we're doing good. Yeah, look
at us.
Speaker 5 (25:20):
Okay, No, he's like, no, Number ten, go to the
three o'clock Magic Show.
Speaker 1 (25:27):
Why because it's.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
The first one.
Speaker 4 (25:28):
Okay, people from the five o'clock and the seven o'clock
tend to fill up faster.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
Okay, So the three o'clock.
Speaker 4 (25:35):
Even though it does get crowded in there, it does
fill up, it seems to be crowded later, fill up
later than what the other ones do. The seven o'clock
is definitely going to be the busiest because water park
is closing, and so people are filling in and coming
in there and they're hungry, and get there at least
a half hour early.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
At least lately it's been more than.
Speaker 4 (25:56):
That, but at least a half hour early.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
Go to the three o'clock. Yeah, split your day and
half at the Magic Show.
Speaker 3 (26:03):
My next tip then we'll lead into that. Number eleven
is stop by Cosmos Cantina. Make sure to get I mean,
you know, me an edible glitter right Jordan I love
edible glitter. Yes, you can go to Cosmos Cantina as
an adult or child. Get a cocktail. Get a mocktail
with dry ice and edible glitter. And uh, what's the
(26:24):
one that I like the most? I wrote it down
because I can never remember. It's like the fault line. Yeah,
it's cotton candy flavored and it's to your Yeah, so
get the fault line if you like cotton candy and
enjoy yourself a sugar coated rim of deliciousness.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
Great in the theater of pollution.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
Number twelve.
Speaker 4 (26:42):
Number twelve, we're going to go back to right when
you arrive, get a photo with your family in front of.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
The flower wall.
Speaker 4 (26:48):
That's a good one because not everybody is all wind
blown or sunburned by that time. They're all you're all together,
and it's a beautiful picture. That really is for your memories.
Getting picture right in from that flower wall. There's a
little window that you can stand behind and cut out.
But when you go through the courtyard gates, which is
technically the old silverwood gates, it's right there on the right.
(27:10):
Just go over there, grab your photo of your family,
and then let them go wherever they want.
Speaker 1 (27:13):
To go, yes, and then tag us in it. Yeah,
it can we share.
Speaker 3 (27:16):
So that's a good one. That's a really good one. Okay,
how about thirteen? Number thirteen bring a twelve by twelve
soft sided cooler with snacks and sealed non alcoholic drinks.
A lot of people don't realize that we allow you
to bring your own food into the park and that
makes life a lot easier if you have dietary needs
or just a toddler that has to eat every ten
(27:38):
minutes and need some snacks. It's going to save you
some money too, So just make sure that it's twelve
by twelve or smaller and it's soft sided.
Speaker 4 (27:46):
So yeah, that's a good one. That's good, and then
you can buy that one thing that's like the thing your.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
Family wants to get exactly.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
Okay, I am back. I'm actually going to talk about
food too.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (27:58):
So number fourteen is grab lunch at Rapids Grill, and
the reason for that is because it pretty much has everything. Yes,
they add it is extremely fast, so lunch we open
out eleven. If you're having lunch around twelve or one o'clock,
you don't really want to be spending a lot of
time you know, waiting for that. So our food lines
(28:20):
have gone down significantly, But rapids Grill is the quickest way.
Speaker 2 (28:23):
To get food and then get back on the rides.
Speaker 3 (28:26):
Yeah, literally in and out. And can we just mention it.
Speaker 2 (28:28):
Literally in and out because that's another chain.
Speaker 1 (28:31):
Okay, we don't have one of them. We don't have
one of those. Don't make people excited, but they don't
get excited because we have chicken a wall. We do
have chicken a while because you're right, and I have to.
Speaker 3 (28:39):
Pulled pork sandwich yesterday. Oh oh my goodness. I also
heard a tip that you're supposed to mix pulled pork
sandwich with macaroni and cheese.
Speaker 4 (28:47):
But yes, yeah, that's at the chuck Wagon. Okay, with
hot dogs. We've already talked about that in past episode.
Speaker 3 (28:53):
Okay, I was just told this yesterday day by some
of our conductors.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
So yeah, it was at number fifteen.
Speaker 4 (28:58):
Shot, should we go that that was number fifteen?
Speaker 1 (29:02):
What that was? We're halfway done? Oh no, halfway done?
Speaker 3 (29:05):
Cheese?
Speaker 4 (29:06):
No, not macklaying cheese. No, we've already get an okay, okay,
sixteen you go to yes.
Speaker 3 (29:11):
Okay, it's my turn, all right, get a fruit fetty
funnel cake and think thank me later.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
That's your tip.
Speaker 1 (29:18):
Yeah, okay, get a it's so good.
Speaker 3 (29:23):
Our funnel cakes are like next level. I don't know
what they put in that batter, but wow, like it's
so good.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
This is good.
Speaker 2 (29:32):
This is number fifteen.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
It was just told.
Speaker 2 (29:34):
Okay, this was just fifteen.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
Okay, fruit fetty fruit fetty.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
Funnel cake is fifteen later? How appropriate?
Speaker 3 (29:39):
Yes, and that's at the sugar Shack. Sugar Shack, the
sugar Shack.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (29:43):
In Country Carnival, let's go number sixteen to go down
so Avalanche Mountain'm giving a lot of water parks. I'm
gonna switch it up at for the second half. Okay,
go down Avalanche Mountain with four adults. Okay, and I
think you can have two kids under a certain height too,
so you could have a total six, but two kids
(30:04):
have to be under I believe it's forty eight inches.
But check the rules on that, because when you have
that much weight in there, you're gonna have a way
better time going down.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Oh that's a good little tip because you'll get it.
Speaker 4 (30:17):
You're gonna go up those hills both sides of the
walls and all that kind of stuff and it's gonna
it's gonna be a blast.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
You'll never forget. It's your favorite ride in the entire park.
Speaker 1 (30:24):
I want to go on Avalanche Mountain. I never have?
You never have?
Speaker 3 (30:27):
Well, can we do like a family marketing trip and
go on the Avalanche Mountain one day?
Speaker 2 (30:34):
Maybe?
Speaker 4 (30:34):
Okay, maybe we don't have enough, so maybe you go
down by yourself and then everybody else goes down.
Speaker 1 (30:42):
Shorted.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
Okay, So anybody listening to the podcast that would like
to take me with you? Yeah, and then in plane
number one it'll be a win.
Speaker 1 (30:54):
I promise, I promise.
Speaker 3 (30:56):
Okay, okay, seventeen. Take advantage of our package express. You
can find something in one of the stores and say
you just can't leave it behind, but you don't want
to carry it around all day long. We will actually
hold that for you until the end of the day
and you can pick it up on your way out,
which can be really nice. So if you do come
a little bit early and main Street is like open
(31:17):
and maybe you're doing shopping, or say you just are
next to one of the rides and you don't have
a place to put that stump pilot hoodie that you
bought because you conquered stump Pilot, we'll hold stuff for you.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
Okay, Yeah, that's it. That's one that needs to be
taken more advantage.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
Yeah, it really does. I don't take a lot of
people know about it.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
No, we're trying to get the word out there.
Speaker 1 (31:35):
Yes, package Express.
Speaker 2 (31:37):
Package Express.
Speaker 4 (31:38):
And actually when I was in one of the stores,
I heard them explaining to someone what package Express was. Yeah,
so I think they're trying to push it as well.
Speaker 3 (31:44):
Good because honestly, there's no you'll end up are lost
and found is just busting at the seems. We don't
need any more of your lost hoodies and things like that.
Speaker 5 (31:53):
So package Express, okay, number eighteen.
Speaker 2 (31:58):
I'm going to go to the train.
Speaker 4 (32:00):
Okay, uh, sit in the open car on the right side,
because you are going to be in the middle of
the action the entire time, and the right side is
the closest to the robbery show that happens, the stunt
show that happens out there. So do that, and that
I'll take it even one step further. I would say,
if there's a four o'clock show, ride that one, okay,
(32:20):
And if there's a five o'clock show, there's not a
four o'clock show, ride the five o'clock show, because what
people don't know is we have two casts that run
the show and that is going to be their first show,
so they're nice and fresh. Also, it's typically in the
heat of the day, so it's a less crowded train.
Everybody's going to want to try to get on that
six and seven o'clock, that last train of the day.
Speaker 2 (32:39):
Those fill up very very.
Speaker 1 (32:40):
Fast, and everybody's kind of tired at the end of
the day.
Speaker 3 (32:42):
And yeah, exactly, so can can I give them my
tip on the train.
Speaker 1 (32:48):
Or is this the same? Tell me what it is
on different Okay.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
Now, if you're an animal lover like me and you
want to see the bison and the baby bison, sit
on the left hand side of the train, but be prepared.
You might also get sprayed by a skunk.
Speaker 4 (33:00):
You just contradicted my I know you can still sit
on the right side because you can still see the
bison from the left side. You can still see and
you might get sprayed by.
Speaker 3 (33:13):
A moose, whichever one you choose, and bison or dynamite Dan.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
Yeah, so whatever you're in the pretty easy. We're not
counting that one.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
Go to nineteen.
Speaker 3 (33:22):
Oh okay, perfect, I will let's see how about this
it does it have to be Silverwood, because yes, but I.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
Don't want them to miss out on Scarywood. And that's
my tip.
Speaker 3 (33:31):
Oh I see, Okay, Yeah, don't miss out on Scarywood
because a lot of people might not know that the
park transforms into a very spooky, spooky, hauntingly thrilling place
come October on the weekends and we've got multiple, I mean,
giant haunts. I don't think people understand, like this isn't
your run of the mill haunted house, Like these are
top of the line, amazing haunts. We've got scare zones,
(33:54):
you get to ride the rides at night, you get
to ride timber Tear backwards. And we have really special
fancy bloodbags.
Speaker 1 (34:02):
I knew you were going to get in to the
bo blegs. I love the blood bags.
Speaker 2 (34:04):
Why are the bloodbags fancies? Because they have edible.
Speaker 1 (34:06):
Glitter always, So that's my tip. Okay, what number was that? Number? Twenty?
Speaker 3 (34:12):
Now?
Speaker 1 (34:13):
Okay, twenty number twenty.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Okay, we'll go to stunt Pilot.
Speaker 1 (34:20):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (34:20):
When you're writing Stunt Pilot, try to sit in seat ten,
the very back because you are going to get the
right of your life back there, because that's where you
get the most whip coming over that first drop, and
then you get a ton of airtime going through all
the different elements.
Speaker 3 (34:36):
It's such a cool tip because I had never known
that until you told me, and it truly.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
Is a different experience.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
Yeah, and to add on to that, don't don't put
your hands up in the air. Put them to your sides,
like you have wings so you can fly.
Speaker 1 (34:49):
I can't really reach, so I got broken wing over here.
You have to watch the video for that one. It's broken. Okay, Sorry,
I'm gonna mute you. Okay, wait, but it's my turn.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
Go ahead, twenty one am I muted?
Speaker 1 (35:03):
No?
Speaker 3 (35:04):
Oh okay, okay. How about this. If you're that dad
that like always comes up short winning the stuffed animal
for your kiddo at the fair, uh, go play some
of our carnival games because there are actual carnival games
that are guaranteed wins and you will look like daddy
hero from this point on.
Speaker 1 (35:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (35:22):
That was one of my tips later was to play
the Race of the Great Race. Yeah, with a bunch
of your like family, because someone's gonna win.
Speaker 1 (35:31):
Something good exactly. There you go.
Speaker 3 (35:33):
And the one I keep saying, the fishing one, Yeah,
where you get to yes, depending on what your fish
ways is the prize that you get and so and
we've got some great stuffies, yeah for sure, Like our
prizes are also top tier.
Speaker 1 (35:47):
So wait, good.
Speaker 4 (35:48):
Job retail and games. Okay, twenty two, we're almost We're
eighteen minutes in. We're killing Wow, look at us twenty two.
Speaker 1 (35:59):
I'm really proud of us.
Speaker 2 (35:59):
Does I'm proud of us too.
Speaker 4 (36:03):
Let's see visit on an overcast day or a light
rain day, because the crowds are gonna be weighed down most.
I mean, everything is going to be open, and if
it's temporarily delayed with rain, it will reopen again exactly.
But you're gonna have the best day, even like this.
Last week, there was a couple of days that were
(36:23):
like that.
Speaker 1 (36:24):
It was great. It really was really great. You're not overheating.
Speaker 3 (36:29):
It's actually kind of nice because you're moving around so much.
People don't realize all the miles you put on your feet,
and it gets hot.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
It does get hot.
Speaker 4 (36:35):
Cooler day and the pools are heated right in water park,
so it's way warmer.
Speaker 1 (36:42):
Just to stay in the pool than to be outside.
So great.
Speaker 3 (36:44):
Yesterday I went over to Rapids and everybody was in
the Lazy River and it's raining and I've never seen
so many happy just humana, all got their drink.
Speaker 1 (36:58):
And they're just chilling right there in the rain. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (37:01):
I almost jumped in. That's fantastic. So good one. That's
a good one. How about this one? Come after four
pm if you want to save some money and you
get to see the park lit up. You can watch
a sunset on the top of a roller coaster. Those
views are spectacular, you know, think even spin Cycle watching
the sunset from spin Cycle.
Speaker 1 (37:22):
It's all lit up, it's everything.
Speaker 3 (37:24):
Plus tickets are cheaper, which is great if you're a local.
You want to come after work, like you're going to
save some money, be able to swing in here, maybe
date night perhaps.
Speaker 1 (37:33):
Well, and it kind of kind of goes back to mine.
Speaker 4 (37:36):
The previous one is like if it was raining early, yeah,
and it suddenly it gets nice. No, guess what after
four you're going to have depend on what day is.
I mean you could have five to six hours to
enjoy the part.
Speaker 1 (37:49):
And pay a whole lot less. Yeah, So that's a
good tip.
Speaker 2 (37:51):
That's a great tip.
Speaker 1 (37:52):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (37:53):
That's such a good time.
Speaker 1 (37:54):
D you see how I got you to say.
Speaker 2 (37:55):
That, Like, yeah, you do that.
Speaker 4 (37:58):
Okay, this one is I already we already talked about
bringing small snacks for the kids, but this is the
next step.
Speaker 2 (38:06):
Is buy a souvenir lunch box.
Speaker 4 (38:09):
Because that thing not only has an uncrustable and drinks
and gummy worm gummy not gummy.
Speaker 3 (38:15):
Worms, gummy bears, not gummy bears, gummy fruits.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
Snacks. Yeah that's the word.
Speaker 4 (38:24):
But it doubles as like storage for toys at home,
because we have so many of these our house, and
we use it for a story and like little flash
cards or any anything like that. We used to have,
like all these little animals that we like Quinn would
play with and you know, like the little plastic one,
not that it was flash cards of animals, and so
we would hold it up and she would like whatever.
(38:44):
Those all lived inside one of these souvenir lunchboxes.
Speaker 1 (38:47):
Really really great storage.
Speaker 3 (38:48):
And then they've got the handles, I mean, kids can
carry them around super take in the school, maybe put
some gems from the rock mine.
Speaker 1 (38:56):
Yeah in it.
Speaker 4 (38:57):
That again, Yeah, you're sitting there, you go twenty five
coming up twenty.
Speaker 3 (39:05):
Five, twenty five okay, bit bit boo oh, wait until
the afternoon to head to after shock. The ride operates
based on weather, and it needs to be warm outside.
So if it's kind of cooler in the morning after shock,
probably won't be running till later. Also, wait until there's
no wind, so don't make your way all the way
to the end of the park to go right after shock.
(39:26):
If the weather's a little bit, yeah, wait till it's
nice and warm, there's no wind, it's going to be running.
Go get over there and enjoy it. But don't Also
if you get over there and it's not because when
picked up, just wait, just wait a little bit. It's
it's going to reopen. It's not closed all day usually yeah.
Speaker 4 (39:41):
So and I think another tip on that this won't
be part of the next one. This won't be twenty six,
we'll still be on twenty five, okay, is if you're
like on the other side of the park and you
don't know if it's open, you could ask someone and
they can call dispatch and they'll on their radio if
they have a radio, and they'll let you know if
it's open or not exactly to save you some time,
save you some time. My twenty six is about after shock,
(40:06):
so that was just good. And then do that riding
after shock. I typically am like, ride the back after shock.
I say ride the front because you get great views,
or if the front typically has a longer line, ride
on one of the outside ride vehicles. So there are
seats that sit on the outside. They kind of stagger.
It's like inside right next to each other. Outside outside
(40:28):
are on the opposites. You'll get a great view from there.
You're not looking at just the back of seats. Yeah,
and you just see so.
Speaker 2 (40:36):
Much more when you're on the outside of that ride.
Speaker 1 (40:38):
Unless you have your eyes have you have your eyes shot?
It don't matter. Just ride anything. I still need to ride.
Speaker 2 (40:45):
But after Shock is acclaim to fame for.
Speaker 4 (40:47):
You because it is the largest roller coaster in the
Pacific Northwest and the only giant inverted boomerang in North America.
Speaker 3 (40:55):
Yeah, and I'm terrified of it and I'm going to
do it this year, can't I keep.
Speaker 2 (41:00):
Saying that, can't wait?
Speaker 1 (41:01):
Will you take me? What will you take me?
Speaker 4 (41:04):
Actually, the person that you write Avalanche Mountain an eagle
hunt will take you taking applications again?
Speaker 1 (41:11):
Friends again vote for me? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (41:14):
All right, now a bit of boom oh. How about
the blog. Let's talk about the blog. The blog is
amazing and if you're looking for it, you're going to
find it there. We have an amazing group of conductors
in our ambassador program who write these blogs for us.
So they are actual visitors, actual moms, actual guests of
the park and these are their experiences and they've been
killing it this year. Some of these blog posters are amazing.
(41:38):
I've got one schedule that's got a coloring book. Cool
we had. Yeah, they make me all sorts of fun games,
different things that you can print out take with you,
and then just every single tip that you would ever need.
So go sign up for that blog as well. You
can also find that on our newsletters. So Silverwoodexpress dot com.
Speaker 2 (41:58):
Great little plug.
Speaker 4 (42:00):
Twenty eight, twenty eight, twenty eight, we're at twenty four minutes,
so we have wow, about six minutes.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
Okay, twenty eight we've kind of slowed down a little bit.
Twenty eight Okay, we got that.
Speaker 4 (42:09):
Twenty eight is buy a refillable sports bottle at the
beginning of your day, so right when you walk in.
After you got your pastry, buy a refillable sports bottle
because you're gonna use it all day.
Speaker 2 (42:21):
Yeah, pretty much.
Speaker 4 (42:22):
You can go anywhere and get free refills on that
thing all day, and then when you bring it back
to the park, it's a ninety nine cent refill, So
not only by early in the day, by early in
the season, and then use it. This year's designs are
really really cool, super cool. So if you have like
a collection, yeah, grab the new one because it's a
different bottle design and the graphic I think is the
(42:44):
best we've been.
Speaker 1 (42:44):
I think it's amazing. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (42:46):
Our our graphics designer just absolutely slaid.
Speaker 1 (42:49):
With that money. Slate it. Okay, it's twenty nine. You
run an out, running out? Okay.
Speaker 3 (42:59):
Bison talked about that package. I mean I did twenty
I did twenty five. You did twenty five? Yeah, okay, wait,
I did that one's package express?
Speaker 1 (43:09):
Are you really out animals? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (43:11):
Unless can? I I tell them to go to Chuck Wagon.
Even though we talked about macaroni.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
And cheese, we didn't really that wasn't really tip. So
here's your tip. Yeah, go your tip.
Speaker 3 (43:19):
Okay, come hungry, go for the all you can eat
barbecue at Chuck Wagon, and that the area over there
is stunning. I don't think a lot of people realize
that little picnic area and the little pond and the
grass and the flowers, and it's so serene and it's
so peaceful and you can stuff your face a little
bit of privacy and not true that about it.
Speaker 2 (43:40):
Yeah, it's very true.
Speaker 1 (43:41):
Get that barbecue stain on your white T shirt and
I won't judge you. Okay. And the watermelon, thanks Tim, Well,
you're welcome. You got it. Yeah, of course I got it.
Come on, you never know, you never know.
Speaker 3 (43:53):
But I watched them cut watermelon the other day. It's
like the freshest, most incredible watermelon. And there's some art
that goes into that. It is.
Speaker 1 (44:00):
It's not easy to cut that much watermelon.
Speaker 2 (44:02):
No, no, I'm sure they're sore.
Speaker 1 (44:04):
Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (44:04):
And I watched them stir the mean hot oh and
stir the cheese.
Speaker 1 (44:10):
Oh gosh. So just go to Chuck Wagon. You're not
going to regret it. And on that.
Speaker 4 (44:14):
If you don't have to just buy a single meal,
you can buy an all day dining package through there.
Speaker 1 (44:18):
Which is really good price.
Speaker 2 (44:20):
Yeah, it's like thirty dollars.
Speaker 3 (44:21):
Yeah, so you're going to treat the whole family and yeah,
yeah that's per person, nobody's Yeah, but still, if you're
eating all day, think about that food. So you're actually
going to save some money and some hassle when it
comes to everybody arguing about what they want to eat.
Speaker 4 (44:36):
Yeah, and you can go through once and maybe get
a pull pork and the next time you get a
hot dog or chicken cheese. O.
Speaker 2 (44:42):
Great, that was my tip?
Speaker 1 (44:44):
Wait is a thirty or thirty? I'm thirty? Okay, so
good thing. I did only have one left?
Speaker 4 (44:49):
You have one left after I don't have any left? Okay,
so too because it's thirty one tips and thirty minutes. Yeah,
oh man, and we have we have two and a
half minutes.
Speaker 2 (44:57):
Okay about this and I got I got enough, okay,
because I.
Speaker 4 (45:01):
Don't Okay, okay, I'm trying to make it a good one, though,
Make it a good one. If it's your child's first
time riding a big kid coaster, put them on tremors. Yeah,
because that one has the picture that you can get
and you can buy afterwards, and you're gonna want that
picture that you are with your kid stumpilet as a picture.
(45:22):
But you're not with them, you're behind them, right, So
this one you are with them. I have it from
my daughter's first ride on Tremors or on any other
big coaster. Yeah, and it's something that is definitely cherished
in our household. We have lots of others since then, but
it is It is a great keepsake for you. And
you can get in the keychain and she wears it
on her backpack and all that.
Speaker 2 (45:40):
Kind of stuff.
Speaker 1 (45:41):
That's special. That's a good one.
Speaker 2 (45:43):
And the last one, okay, thirty one?
Speaker 1 (45:46):
Okay, did you save the best for last? No?
Speaker 2 (45:48):
I think I just used the best.
Speaker 4 (45:49):
Oh oh okay, okay, well there I have. I have
some pretty good ones. Okay, this one, I'll be the
judge of that. If the ice creamery have a long line, yeah,
visit the South Creamery or Dessert Island in the water
park because they both have hard scoop ice cream. Dessert
Island has soft served huckleberry ice cream and the South
(46:12):
Creamer has soft served ice cream and huckleberry milkshakes as well.
So you don't have to wait in this long line
at this at the ice creamery by the games area,
there's other places where the line's definitely not as long.
Speaker 1 (46:23):
Can I add a tip to the tip? Sure? No,
it's it's still about okay.
Speaker 3 (46:30):
Yeah, yeah, Go get some turo fries from Sugar Shack
and go get that Huggleberry Soft serve and dip the
turo fries in the Huckleberry Soft serve.
Speaker 6 (46:39):
Mmmm.
Speaker 1 (46:40):
That's a double dipper right there. Okay, pause the time.
Where are we at?
Speaker 4 (46:45):
Twenty nine minutes seventeen seconds. Yes, we did it, We
did it.
Speaker 1 (46:49):
Oh, I actually get a high five this time. Thanks Jordan.
Speaker 2 (46:51):
You're welcome.
Speaker 1 (46:52):
That's really nice. You're welcome. All right, get a story outro? What?
Get a story outro?
Speaker 6 (46:58):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (46:58):
Are we not doing inside scoop? Which is a bid
of inside skip. Okay, that's all y'all get for today.
Make sure you don't have any more, have anymore?
