Speaker 1 (00:03):
Come tied Up fun, thrills that'll make come tinned up
fun s, Come tied up fun. And we are back
with another episode of the Silverwood Show podcast.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
And I don't think I introduced us on.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
I don't think so.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
So we're going to start with that lot going on
that we were just all over the place. But it
was a great episode. I got a lot of compliments.
But before I forget Jordan, this is Jordan, I'm my
co host. I'm Sarah. Hi. Guys, we are here with
a great episode that's going to be super informative, especially
for our first time visitors.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
You have never been to the park, Yeah, you've come
to the right episode.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
Yes, you definitely have. And uh, you're literally going to
have so much knowledge about the park. You're probably going
to know more than the veterans that come, you know,
year after year.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
So that's the goal. Yeah, Well, if you have come
to the park here after year, hopefully you take some
stuff away from this and that's your next visit is
even better because of this.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Yeah, so little, that's a lot of pressure on us,
pressure on you. Anyway. I'm here to learn. I'm here
to learn. So it's gonna be a great episode. We'll
get to that in just a minute. We're gonna literally
get out the map and we're going to walk you
through this park and it's going to be amazing. So
but uh, I think we should talk about what's been
going on here the last weekend with the park pulls,
(01:23):
Park pulls.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
Okay, this last weekend.
Speaker 3 (01:26):
Yeah, I know you're excited.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
I was so excited because I had so much fun.
We finally reopened Tremors and that was a big thing.
A lot of you have been waiting very patiently as
we get it ready with our new steel retrack and
our new fancy trains, and I was lucky enough to
get to be here to film the whole entire thing.
(01:47):
So if you want a visual of what happened, check
it out on Instagram and Facebook.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
But yeah, you got it. You got to open the
queue line for the first riders.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
It was such a bucket list it I didn't even
know it was on my bucket list, but once I
did it, it's it was so fulfilling.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
I can say that forever.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Like the grand reopening of Tremors, I got to actually
unlock the chain, the chain and let everybody into.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
A true or false question yeah, it really should.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Be maybe a later episode. Yeah, I actually allowed. People
don't do this normally, but I was like, you're allowed
to run just this one time. I know, I know,
And I told justin our GM, I was like, you
can write me up later, but I want to get
them running. It's gonna look amazing. So but they were.
They were coming from all angles, and they lined up
before the queue line was even open, and they were
(02:34):
excited and they were cheering, and I got to give
them like countdowns of how many runs we were going
to do, you know, test runs first, and we were
down to three and then two and then one, and
then they just kind of rushed and it was phenomenal
and it was open, and it was open, and we
had a lot of our upper management all up there,
and of course all of our rides people that have
(02:54):
been working really really hard, Danny and Chase from a
previous episode, and so, uh, just to hear the cheers
after that first run and the excitement and everybody's giving
high fives, and I might have gotten in my feelings
a little bit of I'm sure you know me, I
get emotional with rollercoasters, lots of goose and that little
(03:14):
lump right here at the top of my throat, like
it happened.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
It finally happened. It was just such an exciting moment.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
So yeah, I mean, and and everything I heard was
the ride is just phenomenal. So it's so smooth. The
the quote that I got was it's traumatizing in the
best way possible. So take that for what it's worth.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
But I kind of like that if that's what you're
looking at me, I traumatize it. Yeah, but it was.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
It was so good. It was so good, and so
you're going to make me write it today.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
Yeah, we're writing it today. So we've we've heard actually
I've written it twice, you know. So it is butter smooth.
And we're going to do some fun little things for
social media today where we're gonna film it while doing
everyday activity is to show how smooth it is. Butter smooth. Cool.
We buttered toast on it.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
We should try well because I'm going to probably need
some toastuff. And we write that many times, so I.
Speaker 3 (04:13):
Don't know if we should have a knife on that.
But we're gonna do other things. It'll be fun, so
stay on the lookout for that.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, that'll be on social so and who knows it
could go viral because I just might vomit all over Jordan.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
As long as the cameras rolling, I'm fine with it.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Even if I pook on you.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
I want to sit in front of you and you're
gonna behind me, so that won't happen.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
Okay, you're not gonna puok you, I got my drama. Mean,
I'm ready, I'm good.
Speaker 3 (04:38):
I won't. Yeah, I've ridden roller coasters. I have an
empty stomach right now.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
You're not supposed to have an empty stomach. I've read
it on chat GPT.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
You can't believe everything you read on chatting. Don't quote me?
Speaker 1 (04:52):
Yeah, sorry, yeah, yeah, don't mess with my chat.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
That's my boyfriend.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
So well yeah, okay, we're gonna go tracking. But that
was our weekend wrap up. Anything else for the weekend
you want to talk about. I didn't know we were
open Monday, so I'm learning.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
Thanks.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
I took yesterday off and I drove by the park
and everybody's on the rights and I'm like, it's Monday.
We were open, So shows how much I'm going to learn.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
A lot.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
We'll learn, We'll keep learning and then maybe next year
you'll know a little bit more who knew?
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Who knew?
Speaker 2 (05:24):
I thought, like Memorial Monday.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
Yeah, but yeah, I get that. But we have a
lot of school groups that come in and utilize it,
especially like this is the last week of school for
a lot of like North Idaho, and so they are
taking their school trips out here and have a lot
of field trips coming yep.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Yeah, and a lot of really cool bands in the part.
Can I give a shout out to the Tri Cities
Steal Drum? Yeah, they are amazing. I could have stood
out there and watched them play.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
These we love them coming back.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Oh my gosh. It was phenomenal.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
And I had one of the parents come and kind
of explained to me everything, and I was just Uberlee
is uberly a word?
Speaker 2 (06:02):
Uberly? Impressed?
Speaker 3 (06:03):
It is? Now?
Speaker 2 (06:04):
So yeah, that's how impressed.
Speaker 3 (06:05):
I was probably just uber uber.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
But I want I don't want to give uber a
shout out?
Speaker 3 (06:10):
That is a now now? Yes, yeah, great, we got
a new word.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
So yeah. Anything else about the weekend?
Speaker 3 (06:16):
It was It was beautiful, great numbers now, great weekend.
Water park was running. But we are looking forward to
next weekend because now we're going to be open daily
all the time.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
So yes, I'm gonna I know that. Yes, I'm prepared
for us.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
Water Park will be open every single day all the
way till Labor Day.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
Now, yeah, kicking off water Park Saturday, right, No water
park on Friday tomorrow, Okay, so water.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
Park Saturday, and then starting Saturday, we're open later. And
so we have the later nights, which Friday and Saturdays
we're open till ten. Not this Friday, but the following
Friday will open until ten, and then every other night
we'll open until nine.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
Okay, And they can go to our website at soil'rethepark
dot com check that calendar. It's going to tell you
all the hours everything like that. But hopefully, I mean,
we're not going to have to talk about calendar really
anymore because it's what it is, same until the end
of the season. So let's see what else we got
Dad's weekend coming up.
Speaker 3 (07:07):
Yeah, Dad's weekend is Father's Day weekend. Dad gets them free.
So it's a great weekend to come out.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
But you got to buy your ticket.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Buy so everybody bought except for Dad. Buy a ticket online.
You'll save some money there. But then when Dad comes,
he gets a free ticket, so you don't need to
buy anything for dad. No.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
And also I had someone ask if they had to
bring birth certificates. No, no, we it's will trust you.
We trust you that that's dad. So don't feel like
you're digging into the archives.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
Sample none of that.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
We're not that worried about it. But yeah, so no,
please leave the birth certificates at home. This is not
a place to bring here.
Speaker 3 (07:45):
Yeah, just bring it, Just bring your dad.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Everything's fine. Anything else in the park? Post? Or should
we move into the mail train? I think it's time
to move on too. All right, loyal listeners, we are
I didn't even look at our total number.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
We've got so many.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
We're in the like sixteen hundred, seventeen hundred something like
that right now. So you've been sending us your burning
questions about the park, and every week we're.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
Going to pick a few of them to answer.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
If you have a question, make sure to head to
Silverworthemepark dot com slash podcast and you can submit your
question there. Become a loyal listener because here in just
a minute, we're going to be calling this week's winner
to compete in a little game of true or false.
Speaker 3 (08:24):
And we've got a new sounder founder because last one
was too easy.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
One and done.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
Yeah, she was fantastic. So yeah, well see how this
one goes. Big shooes to fill with this one, So
we'll see how we go. But mail train questions this week,
we had Lindsay Lewis write in and she said, corkscrew
turn in five. Oh so a big five. Oh is
it safe to have a coaster operate for that long.
Speaker 3 (08:47):
If the coaster was just left and not had any
maintenance to it and maintained, probably not. But we have
a great maintenance staff that is always looking after it,
and we've done some pretty significant maintenance over the years
on it to make sure that it is running smooth.
And yeah, so yes, it is, yes, very safe. Just
make sure that in the right hands, make sure there's
(09:09):
a good maintenance team behind it. Yeah, and that and
that's how we do it here at Silverwood, and all
of our coasters and rydes get maintained daily.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
And she's so pretty. Yeah, she still looks amazing. So yeah,
looking great at fifty you'd never guess, never guess, Yeah,
just hanging out.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
Like a day over. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
Twenty five, twenty five yeah, okay, twenty five.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
Twenty five is a good age.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
Yeah, quarter of a second coaster years coaster years. Yeah,
so looking at it looking good, cork screws. So thanks
Lindsay for that. Hopefully you can come on out and
give it a spin and you'll know what we're talking about.
To Leah Hall wants to know what are some of
the local attractions and good restaurants for people to visit
when visiting from out of state, so things outside of Silverwood. Yeah,
(09:48):
and you want me to start out, so local attractions.
I'm such a big outdoor enthusiast. And we are literally
right next to Farragut Park. It's a state park, right,
and so you do have to have a little permit.
You can stop by the info boot can get a permit.
But Farragut is gorgeous and if you're here maybe looking
for some bald eagles or some great fishing or camping,
(10:08):
Farra gets really really a beautiful spot. And then since
we're in that area, for me, there's this cute little
restaurant that actually floats on a.
Speaker 2 (10:17):
Dock and I'm not one hundred percent sure what it's
called in Bayview.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Baby's so and it's literally just straight across the freeway
from us just it's it's not far at all. And
that restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants because I
can bring my dog and we can sit on this
floating dock and have a beautiful patio. Launch you haven't,
you should go. Yeah, and they have great food, Okay,
great food. Yeah, So definitely worth a checkout. So that
would be my recommendation.
Speaker 3 (10:41):
How about you, I mean, if I would say Cordline
is a very popular place. So like Tubbs Hill, my
favorite hike is Mineral Ridge, Yes, love Mineral Ridge.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (10:55):
Something that we did this last week with the performers
and the entertain group we went ziplining. Yes, so that
was fun. We took them all out ziplining and down
by mien Oora. That's why it popped into my head
with Timberline zipline. Oh my gosh. It was unbelievable. And
so that's a great thing if you want to see
that's a good yeah, see the area from a different
vantage point. Their last zip is sixteen hundred feet long.
(11:21):
Oh my, yeah, it just felt like you're going forever,
oh my, and it's like over a canyon and looking
over Lake Cordlaane.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
There's probably like bald eagles flying and all the things.
Speaker 1 (11:30):
Yeah, that's a beautiful.
Speaker 3 (11:31):
So but downtown Cordlaye is great for the shopping. But
one thing that I think would probably be unique to
the area that I would always recommend would be the
Highwatha Trail. Yes, that's so great. It's a little bit
of a drive from here because it's on the Montana
Idaho border, but it is a bike ride and it's
(11:52):
if you take the shuttle, it's all downhill, which that's
my wife loves that and for the kids and stuff.
But you go through like all these like old logging
and you go through a like a mile long tunnel.
You have to have like a head lamp. Yes, that's
really so.
Speaker 1 (12:04):
Cold in those tunnels. It just drops like thirty degrees.
It's crazy. And you can rent a bike so you
don't have to bring your own bike. They will do
bike rentals for you, yep, So you can just come,
you know, in your rental car whatever, rent a bike.
And I do have a recommendation for that though, just
because I didn't know. And it can get muddy, and
so wear your nicest clothes, don't wear your nicest clothes.
(12:25):
It's gonna look like you might have had a little
accident on your shorts afterwards, but it's just mud and
I didn't realize that. And we were like going into
town afterwards, and I had a muddy butt, a very
muddy But don't do that. Yeah, yeah, so bring a
second pair.
Speaker 3 (12:39):
Another thing that I've never done, but I've been wanting
to do is down at the Emerald Creek area, which
I don't even know where that's at, but it's where
you mind for you pan for Garnet Garnet Yeah, okay, okay,
like Star Garnet, And so that's always filled up every year,
so you have to you get to plan that well
in advance, but it's already filled up for the summer.
(13:00):
But that's something I really would love to do. But
if you want to like the real mining experience, you
can go to Wallace and and go down in some
of those mines.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
And wasn't there a famous show there? I don't know,
or something like there was a famous show that was
filmed in Wallace, like about.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
Volcanoes or something about volcanoes. Yeah, like a volcano that
erupts Dante's Peak. Maybe I don't know, was that right?
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Sure, but so you'll you'll see it if you recognize
the show. Wallace is just a really cool town. So
there's so many things.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
There are so many things and we haven't even touched
on a lot of this. Yeah, I mean enjoy the lakes.
Food wise, Yeah, I love crafted downtown so good is
a great place. Hudson's is for like for burger, You've got.
Speaker 1 (13:40):
To go get a Hudson's burger. It's quick, easy, and
the burgers are just that homemade. Yes, how about dockside
and a gooi though dock.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
Side and a guy I love gelato down by the lake.
So if you're staying down that air. But when you're
at Silverwood, I don't think you can beat like the
signature five scoop ice cream exactly on mind, and you
can do all that here. What are we talking about?
Speaker 2 (14:02):
Yeah, so just come here and will fulfill all dreams.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
So you're good to go. And we have the RV
park so you don't need to go camping somewhere else.
You can camp here perfect.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
I mean, look at that.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
Everything I really did so all in one place. So
thank you to Leah for that question. That was a
good one and then finally, Heather Tompkins wants to know
how many tickets is one person able to buy at
a time?
Speaker 3 (14:27):
By as many we don't want the cap I don't
think so, just as long as you're actually paying for it.
So yeah, yeah, by as many as you want. But
we do have like groups that if you buy, if
you buy tickets for fifteen or more people, that you
will save money on that, and then that increases, like
(14:47):
how much you saved by how big your group is.
So we have big groups. Big company groups come out
then thousands. Yeah, so I know some big ones, Amazon's
come out, Kaiser, some of the bigger air within the
area come out and they bring their their employees out
and they have a great time with their family.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
Yeah, so buy some tickets, you buy go to Silverwoarthing
Park dot com, slash group groups, yeah, and get some
of that.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
And yeah, you'd have you would work with a group
sales representative who has a lot of hookups that can
get you into some like pretty exclusive areas like our
picnic pavilions or even the pavilions in the water park
which is new.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
Yeah, exactly, or you can just buy out the park.
Speaker 3 (15:28):
You can for the right price.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
You can do it for the right price.
Speaker 1 (15:30):
You can do that. But actually you can check out
that episode with Steve. It's a previous episode that we
did on our groups if you want more information there.
So I think we should probably call one of our
loyal listeners now give away. Let's see if someone answers
the phone. Okay, let's let's generate a number. Are you
ready generate?
Speaker 3 (15:55):
We have a winner?
Speaker 1 (15:56):
Okay, I'm being told number one, two hundred and ninety two. Yeah,
we're getting up there, so that is the more recent one.
Here's to hoping that they answer, So let's give it
a shot.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
Hello, Hi, is this Amanda?
Speaker 1 (16:15):
Yes, Hi, Hey Amanda. This is Sarah and Jordan from
the Silverwood Show podcast. How are you?
Speaker 2 (16:21):
I'm good?
Speaker 3 (16:22):
How are you?
Speaker 1 (16:22):
We're so good. We are calling you because you are
our loyal listener of the week to give you some
Silverwood tickets. You answered so fast, Jordan and I weren't
even ready. Who usually we have to call a few people,
So that's fantastic. So hey, we've got a pair of
Silverwood tickets for you that you can use this summer.
(16:43):
But we also wanted to see if you had a
minute to play a little game with us for a
chance to win some money. Yes, of course, okay, perfect,
So we're gonna play true or false with you. Okay. Now,
each of these questions is worth five dollars, and you've
got a fifty percent chance to get it right if
your guests, Yeah, exactly, so true. We've got five of
those for upwards of twenty five dollars. And then we're
(17:05):
going to give you a sounder at the very end.
And how much is that worth? Jordan?
Speaker 3 (17:09):
That is worth fifty extra dollars If you get that right,
you can and everything right, you can win seventy five
dollars for silverwood cash.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Yeah, and we'll put that in with your tickets. Okay, okay.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
Also, okay, are you ready for your first true or false?
Speaker 3 (17:23):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (17:23):
All right, aftershock towers at one hundred and sixty feet
in the sky True or false? True?
Speaker 3 (17:33):
Sorry, it's given taller than one hundred and ninety one
feet crazy, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (17:38):
Okay, it's okay, you've got plenty more. We're still going okay.
Number two spin cycle seats twenty four ridles ridles what
is but it's a writer total, So twenty four writers total.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
True or false.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
True, and we got five dollars in the bank. All right, Amanda,
On to number three, Tremors originally opened in nineteen ninety nine.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
I don't know much about Tremors.
Speaker 1 (18:10):
We'll go what's true, tre ten dollars in the bank.
That's like two couple of funnel cakes. Yeah, right there,
So all right, so we're moving on to the next one.
Velocity Peak is our fastest water slide at fifty five
miles per hour.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
I want to say false.
Speaker 3 (18:33):
That's actually correct. That is true.
Speaker 1 (18:35):
Wow, which is crazy that you can just like be
in a bathing suit going fifty five miles an hour
on this side, I was thinking that the Eagle Hunt
would have been the fastest.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
It's I think it's the second fastest.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
But but it's technically a water coaster and the water slide.
I know all these, it doesn't fifty velocity Peak is
like whoo super fast, so you don't have to try
it with your tickets when you Okay, And now the
last true or false before you're so founder Marvin, Bruce
and Elmer are a moose, a bear, and an elk.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
True. That was tricky.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
It is because Bruce is actually a vice, not a Bear,
but you got to come see them at the High
Moon Saloon this summer when you come in as well.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
So what have we got, Jordan? We got so we
have a new sound that we're going to play. It's
a ride in the park. It could be in Silverwood
or it could be a boulder beach. I'm gonna play
this little clip for you, and it's a real quick clip,
and then if you guess it right, it's an extra
fifty dollars. So here it comes. What do you think
(19:41):
what ride do you think that is? Oh?
Speaker 2 (19:43):
My goodness, maybe Corkscrew.
Speaker 3 (19:49):
Unfortunately it's not Corkscrew, but that money will move on.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
He didn't even tell me what it is. I don't
even know.
Speaker 3 (19:56):
But you still keep your ten dollars and your two
tickets to come out to the park.
Speaker 1 (20:00):
And I'm going to put those and we'll call. But
I will give you a call after the show to
give you all the details. Okay, okay, awesome, awesome, Thank
you man. I'll have a great day.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
Bye bye. That was so fast.
Speaker 3 (20:10):
It was fast.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
I wasn't ready. Yeah, she was ready.
Speaker 3 (20:14):
She was ready.
Speaker 4 (20:14):
She was so ready.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
It's like she knew we were a call her today.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
So and Amanda was actually from Cordelay and so shout
out to her or little local.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
So that's going to be amazing.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
Oh right, So move it on to next week and
that sounder will stay and we'll just keep guessing. So
if you want to be the person we call next week,
make sure to sign up at silverwidthen park dot com
slash podcast to why don't we head into the Big Drop,
the Big drup So we get a lot of first
(20:42):
time visitors.
Speaker 3 (20:43):
I sure do. And you might not know this fun fact,
but thirty percent of our attendance has never been in
here before. Really every year we have like we have
to replace that thirty percent.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
Yeah I didn't know that.
Speaker 1 (20:54):
Sos for thirty percent of you plus the rest of you.
It's also for you because I plus you're not going
to know that equals. So everyone should be listening to
this podcast right now, right right?
Speaker 3 (21:07):
I should.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
Yes, So what we're going to do, We're basically going
to open up the map, right and we are going
to start in the parking lot.
Speaker 3 (21:14):
Start in the parking lot, which is not on the map,
but we'll start off the map.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
I'm looking at the map.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
Jordan doesn't need to, so We're going to start the
parking lot and kind of go area by area.
Speaker 3 (21:24):
Yeah, basically from like arrival to like ending your day,
area by area, Like what is the best things to
do in this area? What don't you want to miss?
Secret tips in these areas that you can plan out
your day, whatever route you might want to go. This
isn't giving you like the route we would choose, but
it's it's given you everything that we think has a
ton of value for you to enjoy the park.
Speaker 1 (21:45):
Yeah, and enjoy the most of the park and in
a day here, in a day or two days whatever
they want to do.
Speaker 3 (21:51):
So three days a week, I mean, according to the
one mail train, maybe all summer long.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
Summer long if you buy it all the tickets, so
you know what I.
Speaker 3 (21:59):
Mean by a season past then or gold past gold
pass too.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Yeah, those are great.
Speaker 1 (22:04):
Okay, we're getting off track again, right, Sorry, let's stay
in the parking lot. We're in the parking lot first,
let's kind of explain how to get to the parking
lot because even me, as someone who always parks in
the employee lot, Yeah, I came this last weekend, the
weekend before, and I still got lost. You I know,
I don't know why it's so hard, but it's like
you get off the exit, well you explained from there
(22:25):
kind of how to go because it's I know that
there's signs.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
What if you're someone like me who doesn't notice the science,
my first.
Speaker 3 (22:32):
Tip would be to look at the science puts okay. Yeah,
So if you're getting off the exit, if you're coming
north on Highway ninety five, you would take a right.
For coming south, you take a left off the exit,
and you would get into the lane. There's so this year,
which is new, there's a turn lane that goes to
a gas station. Yes, and that's where I got confused,
(22:52):
And so don't get in that lane. Stay in the
lane that goes unless you need gas. Unless you need gas,
then getting them line, okay, maybe wait till later the park, Yeah,
because it's gonna be hard to get out of there
into the turn lane that actually goes to the park.
You're going to turn on the Lawrence Pope Road and
that will get you down to the entrance into the
parking lot.
Speaker 1 (23:13):
Don't keep going straight, No turn into the parking lot.
Speaker 3 (23:16):
But there, but the parking lot like entrance splits on
the right side, goes to the r V park and
on the left side goes into the main parking lot
and so and there's two lanes that follow around that
open up into I believe it's eight lanes.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
I think so six or eight.
Speaker 3 (23:31):
Yeah, I think it's eight eight. But we that's that's
where you pay for your parking and all that stuff.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
So much as parking.
Speaker 3 (23:39):
Parking is ten dollars and can they just card card cash?
Speaker 1 (23:44):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (23:44):
Take cash cash? Okay, there's a good Yeah. But if
you have a season pass, parking is free. So just
show me that season pass and then you go in.
And then when you get into the parking lot, where
do we park?
Speaker 1 (23:55):
Yeah, so's a big lot.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
It's a big lot. I mean I would park if
you're one of the first ones there. There's there's a
big row of like handicap parking. Park as close to
that as possible, because that's as close to the front
BEG check area.
Speaker 2 (24:09):
Yeah as you can get. Yes, So do you do
you know what?
Speaker 1 (24:12):
Letter? Oh?
Speaker 3 (24:13):
Man? So if you're parking I can just only tell
by direction. So if you're parking like towards the front fence,
like closest to the roller coasters, you're actually kind of
far away from from the bag check area. So you
would want to come into the parking lot if this
makes sense, take a right down like the diagonal path,
and then park anywhere with him there exactly.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
So look for like the it's a little white fence
and closest to the RV park yah, yeah, outside, and
then you're going to go to bag check. Let's talk
a little bit about what they're looking for so that
we don't have to go back.
Speaker 3 (24:44):
To our car. Weapons, Yes, don't bring weapons. Yeah, you
can bring us off side a cooler, but it has
to be twelve by twelve by twelve or less.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (24:53):
We're looking for personal sized lunches, not bring in like
a whole don't bring your turkey dinner yeah, whole half
cow yeah, and you're carving it up.
Speaker 2 (25:01):
Yeah yeah, leave the barbecue.
Speaker 1 (25:03):
And for the Harby park yeah yeah.
Speaker 3 (25:05):
And so looking for any like alcohol, don't bring that
empty like your water bottles. If you have a sealed
water bottle, that's really fine, fine to come in. And
then they also look at a life jacket. So if
a life jacket, make sure that it's coast Guard approved,
because that's what we allow it into.
Speaker 1 (25:21):
The water park.
Speaker 2 (25:22):
Okay, that's very nice.
Speaker 1 (25:23):
I love that. Okay, So yeah, no no drugs, don't alcohol,
no paraphernalia, any of that kind of stuff.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
So yeah, don't bring that. Don't bring that with you.
Speaker 1 (25:29):
And then it's going to be a smooth transition right
through back chuck yep, and you're going to go through
the tunnel. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (25:35):
But on our way down to the tunnel, on the
left hand side, there is a sign that shows all
the rides that are closed for the day.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
So pay attention to that's important, yes, because a lot
of people don't notice that, and then we'll get them
writing in saying, why didn't you know you tell us,
Well we do.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
Yeah, it's just it's there.
Speaker 2 (25:49):
Yeah, it's there.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
And so there's that. And then there's also like a
sign about like show time, not show times, but shows
that are operated during the day. Yeah, before you head
into the time.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
All that goes under the freeway, which is kind of cool.
Yeah in itself. Like I actually get reviews from kids
that are like, the tunnel was the coolest part.
Speaker 3 (26:08):
I must not enjoyed the whole it's just not the
roller coaster.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
So exciting to go in the tunnel.
Speaker 3 (26:13):
One tip that I have heard about going through the tunnel.
It is loud. So if your child or someone in
your party is sensitive to sound, to bring like uh
sound proper, yeah, yeah, yeah, headphones or something like that
to walk through that tunnel because they can get loud.
And people like to scream in that tunnel because of
the echo.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
They do.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
Oh, yes, they do.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Maybe that's why it was so fun. Maybe maybe that
could have been it. We just spent the whole day
screaming in the tunnel. So we're in the parking lot,
we're making it to the gates, and so what time
the gates open? All that good stuff? Wow?
Speaker 3 (26:43):
Yeah, so when the water park is open, well, actually
those front gates typically open. I believe it's at nine
that those front gates open. You can go to the
left and the right when we're busy, and they have
what's called the roller coaster alley entrance and our main
like set of gate entrance. Yeah, I almost always recommend
(27:04):
going to the main gate entrance because even though the
roller coaster Alley entrance looks like it's shorter line, there's
only two checkers there and or ticket takers, and on
the other side there's eight and so that line typically
goes a lot faster, but there are restrooms out there,
so use the restroom coffee coffee. So yeah, once you
get in and you scan your ticket, please have those
tickets out. We can scan it from a phone, so
(27:26):
if you get them texted to you or if you
pull up. All we need is a barcode so you
can pull it up and get it scanned directly from
the phone. If you have a season pass or you
haven't redeemed your season paths, you can go to our
season pass desk.
Speaker 1 (27:36):
Yes, and that is where you would get that card.
And the we'll call window is right there behind. You'll
see it in the group window. Everything just right there
behind the gates, so yes, pretty, you can't really Yeah.
Speaker 3 (27:48):
They're right on the other side. It's right on the
side of the carousel horse at the top. Yeah, so yeah,
get your photo in front of the carousel horse and
that's must come on in. The gates into Main Street
don't open until ten o'clock on water park day or
ten thirty when the water park's not open, so during
that time I recommend getting here early. I mean nine
thirty is probably plenty of time to get here and
(28:11):
then go into the front coffee house and grab a
muffin top or cinnamon roll or chocolate croissant, and grab
your coffee and give it. Get a little shopping done
while you have time.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
Yeah. And with that shopping, don't worry. You don't have
to carry your stuff all through the park. You can
actually do package express. So if you see something that
you absolutely have to have and you don't want to
carry it with you and you don't want to go
back to your car, just do the package Express and
they'll hold.
Speaker 3 (28:37):
It for you.
Speaker 4 (28:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (28:38):
And that can be done at any retail store in
the park. And so say you're in one of the
retail stores and you've found a sweats or that you
love or you don't want to hold that around, say
can I put this into package package express? Package express,
package express and they will. They will transport it to
the that front coffee house area and you can pick
it up at the end of your day.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
How cool is that?
Speaker 1 (28:59):
That's pretty It's still one of the best tips. I yeah,
because I don't know how many times I've lugged around
stuff all day not realizing, oh I didn't.
Speaker 4 (29:06):
Have to do that.
Speaker 3 (29:07):
So well. And then another tip with that front coffee
house is we do roast our own coffee, and so
you can get a silverwood coffee blend and take home
some of the beans for your own coffee desires back
at home.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
Yes, we get to smell that roasted coffee all the time,
and so yeah, you definitely.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
Want to give it a shot.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
And honestly that like, I think it's the after shock lotus,
So good try that one. Oh that it's really good.
I think it was after shock. I mean each ride
has their own lotus. But you want a little boost
of energy. That's where it's at ahead. So yeah, once
you're done in there, and then the gates.
Speaker 3 (29:40):
Open, Yeah, gates open. So at ten o'clock Main Street, Yes,
Main Street is open. What I would always recommend doing
is going to the water park entrance and getting in
line for the water park because that's where you'll claim
your seed once you get in there, and make sure
that that's that's usually becomes the biggest line of the
day because is waiting to get in quickly exactly.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
What about info booth?
Speaker 1 (30:03):
Good stop, Yes, we need to stop with the info
booth so we can get our cashless band right.
Speaker 3 (30:07):
When someone's waiting in line. Then you can maybe send
another parent to go to the Info booth. I will
if you put money on your ticket when you're purchasing online,
that cash ban will get printed out when you scan
your ticket. Okay, so, but you can since we are
a cashule spark, you can get money put on a
risk band.
Speaker 1 (30:28):
You know, if you want, you know, the kids to
have their own money on their.
Speaker 3 (30:32):
Right And there are some areas where we do take
cash and all that is.
Speaker 1 (30:35):
Located in the map.
Speaker 2 (30:36):
Yeah, and they can they can they get that back.
Speaker 3 (30:39):
Yes, at the end of the day, you can get
that refunded back onto you just seeing a card.
Speaker 1 (30:42):
Yeah, you're not giving us your money. If you don't
spend at all, you can absolutely have it back. That's
a question we get often.
Speaker 3 (30:48):
But also at the Info center is that you can
get height your your kids measured there and then they
can get a wrist band and so when they go
to a ride, they have the wristband already measured there.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
Yeah, and that way you don't have to wait to
figure it out. And yeah, it's never fun when you've
waited in line and then you find out, oh, we're
not tall enough. So and also that's where our wheelchairs
and you know all of that. Ecvs and strollers are
rented there and they know everything.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
That Info booth.
Speaker 1 (31:18):
If you have a question, you can go in and
they're going to be able to give you an answer.
So it's a great central point. So that Info Booth also,
I would say, just from my previous experience, make note
of that. So if you do lose people throughout the day,
that's a great place to say, hey, meet me at
the Info Booth at this time when we're going to
go home.
Speaker 3 (31:35):
Yeah, Or the gazebo that's right next to there, that's
also a good spot.
Speaker 1 (31:37):
That's a really good spot. So what else is on
Main Street? There's the Marquee with all of the showtime Yeah, yes,
super important.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
Take a picture of that. That is right outside the
Info Center where you can take a picture of all
the showtimes of the entire day. Sometimes those showtimes might
change shout the day, and so in your part guide
as you're coming through the gates onto Main Street, you
can grab a park guide map and on there's a
que code a QR code where you can scan for
showtimes and if something changes throughout the day, that should
(32:05):
be the most updated showtimes.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
That's awesome. I don't think I knew that.
Speaker 3 (32:08):
Yeah, right, So you can also get that the Infhaboote.
Speaker 4 (32:10):
So there you go.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
So anything you need to know, and that includes our train,
that includes the theater evolution and phantasm, and that includes
obviously Marvin and friends and all of the engineers and
all the things going on at High Moon's saloons. So
you want some entertainment and sometime to sit down, that's
a great place to do it.
Speaker 3 (32:27):
So straight too, main Street, Well, just hidden gems on
Main Street, let's talk about that. Get your picture in
front of the flower wall because that is beautiful and
it's a it's a really awesome photo opportunity before you
get on all the rides and do all that kind
of stuff.
Speaker 1 (32:45):
Can I mention the carousel because we've got such beautiful
landscaping here, and yeah, some people miss it because it's
in the shaded area right there by that flower wall.
So if you want to ride the carousel, that's a
great place to Yeah, even when you're leaving, right, it's
a good spot. Don't miss it. It's it can be
hard to see, especially when everything's in full blim.
Speaker 3 (33:03):
So yeah, one question I always get on Main Street
is like we're the lockers. Yeah, so what I recommend
is if you are going to the water park, get
a locker in the water park. Yeah, there are a
lot more lockers over there. But if you're like, hey,
I'm going to spend a lot of my time over
in the theme park, but we might head over the
water park later. There are lockers behind the carousel that
(33:23):
are usually not very full, so because they're heading off
the pathway. But that's a great spot if you're like
I just want to drop my stuff off RTT when
I get in the park, that's a spot to go.
Speaker 1 (33:32):
Yeah, that's a great spot. So what else is on
main Street?
Speaker 3 (33:35):
Lindy Lindy. We have to talk about Lindy's because in
my opinion, it's probably some of the best food in
the entire park.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
It's amazing, and I feel like they just keep getting better.
Speaker 3 (33:43):
They're good.
Speaker 1 (33:44):
It's very good. It's so good.
Speaker 3 (33:45):
Yeah. So there's Lindy's with that, which has like great burgers, salads.
Speaker 2 (33:50):
And it feels super fancy.
Speaker 1 (33:52):
I mean, you got the waiters and it's just it's
very Yeah. It kind of gives you that nice sit
down feel, don't feel like you have to be you know,
dressed up right, No, no, but it gives you that
fancy kind of old time.
Speaker 3 (34:03):
It gives you a good break and with really good,
like not very expensive food as far as like competitively
with like some of the other restaurant chains around, but
it's it's excellent. And get on the patio patio and
there's a full bar in there and so and the
train goes train and goes right by so. And that's
I think that's another thing to talk about. Main Street
(34:23):
is like really all of our entertainment lives on Main Street.
So we have in the High Moon Saloon, which is
not just for adults, it's for kids as well.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (34:31):
I think a lot of people don't realize that.
Speaker 3 (34:33):
So yeah saloon.
Speaker 2 (34:34):
Yeah, Marvin and Friends, Miss you.
Speaker 3 (34:36):
Marvin and Friends is in there, and then we also
have our engineers singing in there and Marvin and Friends.
This year has like little three minute vignette little shows
that are happening like almost every actually I know it
is it's every eight minutes that it happens. So if
you go in there to grab a bite to eat,
so you can always sit and just listen to kind
of their chatter. And then we have the train. You
can get on the train at the train depot and
(34:57):
that leaves every hour on the hour and check the
Marquis for and the robbery show is. But you might
want to just get on the train and relax, and
so we do have a voiceover show that doesn't have
any actors or maybe someone might be scared of the
robbery show to go around the entire perimeter of the
park and just have like a nice quiet time where
we have some of our engineers that are delivering some
(35:17):
fun facts about.
Speaker 1 (35:18):
The area, things that you might not know, especially if
you're an out of town are coming for the first time.
You'll learn a little bit about the area on that
train ride. And then we have the magic Show and
the magic show.
Speaker 3 (35:27):
The magic show is new this year. It's called Under
the Big Top Phantasm under the Big Top, and we
have some aerialist artists. We have Nick Norton and Tanner
Andrews throughout the summer and Gypsy and Gypsy is still involved,
but it is gy Vegas style, world class award winning
magic show and it's so good and you need to
get there at least a half hour.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
At least I got there half an hour early, and
some yeah. Yeah, get there even earlier. Maybe go have
a pizza beforehand, or get to grab a drink from
the new Cosmos Cantina. Mocktails and cocktails. Everybody's happy there
and edible glitter great.
Speaker 3 (36:02):
Yeah, yes, yeah that's right. I think that's that's a
great tip.
Speaker 1 (36:05):
Yes, And just you know, I was in line getting
one the other day and the gentleman next to me
he didn't understand why it was smoking.
Speaker 3 (36:14):
He's like, something's wrong with He was like, what is this?
Speaker 1 (36:17):
So it is dry ice, mocktails and cocktails, So there's
this fun little thing in there that causes it to
make all the fun fog totally safe.
Speaker 2 (36:24):
Don't worry.
Speaker 1 (36:25):
That's that's yeah, that's the draw of it. So don't
feel like your drink's going to like explode on you.
It's supposed to be it's supposed to be that, and
it'll stop doing that measure continuing to drink it. So also,
can I just do a little insider tip on that too,
get napkins napkins? Yeah, yeah, because it is a sugar
rim and it can get especially with the kiddos, it
can get really massive. So fun insider tip there.
Speaker 3 (36:46):
So that's to you why yeah, I think from there
and there's other retail shops in the Candy Store and
all that, but I think it's time probably to move
over to Country Carnival.
Speaker 2 (36:55):
Yeah, yeah, that's head into Country car So what happens there.
Speaker 3 (36:58):
So Country Carnival was actually our second area that we
opened at Silverwood, and so this area has a lot
is really themed after like a you know, twenties thirties carnival, right,
and so you come in and there is games. I
think that's the first thing that you'll notice, is like
the Midway games. And so if you want to play
(37:19):
to win a game of skill or there's an arcade like,
that is the area for that. There is no games
anywhere else in the park besides like this centralized area.
Speaker 2 (37:27):
And we have a new game in the arcade.
Speaker 3 (37:29):
We have two new games in the grade. Yeah, the
slushy one looks really fun. Yeah, yeah, I see slush
Rush is what it's called slush Rush. And then there's
a tilt a Wheel and so both of those have
seemed to be doing well. And there's actually also I
just learned this as a new like photo booth. So
you can come and we're going to put some silverwood
stuff on there so you can get a photo with
(37:49):
your photo booth.
Speaker 2 (37:50):
Oh, that's going to be fun.
Speaker 1 (37:51):
And can I just say that we have like the
best stuffed animals, Like if you want to win a
stuffed animal for somebody, ours are really really cool. Yeah,
Like this isn't just like your carnival when you go
to like the fair. This is upgraded stuff, upgraded stuff.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
They're very very cool. So and they do a great
job of that.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
So Country Country Carnival.
Speaker 3 (38:10):
Yeah. And so like food to eat on Country Carnival,
I would say there's Country Barbecue, which if you want
just like a quick and grab like chicken legs, turkey legs, burger,
that type of stuff, that's a good place to let your.
Speaker 1 (38:24):
Nose draw you them.
Speaker 2 (38:25):
Yeah, it's it's pretty easy to find.
Speaker 3 (38:28):
And then uh, in Country Barbecue, sometimes you might see
the Engineers, which is our trio singing groups singing in
that area and dance such.
Speaker 1 (38:34):
A great backdrop with like the Ferris wheel and oh
my gosh. Yeah, and they're so good this year, Jordan,
They're great. I love our Engineers. I'm obsessed. They are
amazing singers, amazing performers. So yeah, if you if you
see some red bandanas blue, Yeah, showing up. You know
that something special it's about to happen.
Speaker 3 (38:52):
So and then your favorite place is on in Country
Carnival where.
Speaker 2 (38:56):
I can get my fruit fetty finnel case.
Speaker 1 (38:57):
Yes, it was right. I'm so proud of your learning.
Oh and I did learn from my friends that King
five the best way to eat one of those funnel cakes,
which is you just literally tear into it and dip it,
dip it and just don't even bother with silverware. Okay, yeah,
that's my tip for that. And you can get the
truau fries with the fresh huckleberry sauce to die for.
Speaker 3 (39:21):
There's some good stuff. That's what the sugar shack.
Speaker 2 (39:23):
Sugar shack.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
But right across from that is where you can get
ice cream.
Speaker 3 (39:28):
Yeah, close to that, Yeah, yeah, there's the ice Creamery
ice cream and that's where our signature scoop. And then
I mean you have lots of flavors that you can
get there. And also the floats to go are is.
Speaker 1 (39:40):
That where they are?
Speaker 3 (39:40):
Yeah, they're in there. They're in the ice creamery where
if you don't know, it's like you get a bottle
of like root beer and then you have like a
little like to go cup that goes on top of
it with ice cream in it, and then you basically
make your own float and then it's.
Speaker 1 (39:53):
Just like squeeze the bottle a little bit, it goes
up in the float and then you can drink it.
Speaker 3 (39:56):
Yeah, it's cool.
Speaker 1 (39:57):
Whoever cream up with that creation is money. Yeah, absolute money.
So you can try that with different flavors if you
wanta do that whole thing, okay, and then.
Speaker 3 (40:05):
Continu some of the things like toy stores technically on
country carnivals or if you like want to get that
souvenir for your kids, toy store and Hucks or adults
Hucks as well. Yeah, in there too, and.
Speaker 1 (40:17):
I spend I will say this as as someone who's
an adult. I spend all my money at Hucks every
single time. It's I don't know why, and this is
some of the sweet the people that work there. I
don't know. I'm just there's.
Speaker 2 (40:29):
Yeah, there's a lot of great stuff and Hucks. So
check that out.
Speaker 1 (40:31):
If you want that Taylor Swift inspired sweatshirt I did
end up buying. It was on a previous episode with Alyssa,
one of our conductors. You can check that out. It's yeah,
it's there. Yeah, and it's amazing and I wear it everywhere.
Speaker 3 (40:44):
You did wear it? Yes, Moving on, let's go to
some of the rides that are in Country Carnivals, because
Country Carnival is actually pretty big.
Speaker 2 (40:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (40:52):
The main attraction on Country Carnival is Thunder Canyon, and
so that is when.
Speaker 2 (40:56):
Should they do that, Jordan, they should.
Speaker 3 (40:58):
I would recommend doing butter Canyon. At the end, you
will get or if you have a change of clothes,
like right before you're gonna you're gonna switch over to
the water park, or you're gonna get.
Speaker 1 (41:10):
Wet, so be prepared.
Speaker 2 (41:12):
So if you don't like the squish squish throughout the
rest of the park.
Speaker 3 (41:14):
Yeah, just yeah, I know our family is like last Hurrah,
We're doing Thunder Canyon.
Speaker 2 (41:19):
Yeah, it's a great thing.
Speaker 3 (41:20):
So so yeah, that's that's there. And then you also
have Quarkscrew. So that's the fiftieth fifty years old for
that Quarkscrew, and that is the first modern inverting coaster
in the entire world.
Speaker 1 (41:31):
Is the one here at silver Woods. So ride that
and it's a big year for it. So for you
to be able to say you wrote it on its
fiftieth year. It's pretty cool in itself.
Speaker 3 (41:38):
So yeah, and then there's other rides that are more
like carnival rides that you can enjoy.
Speaker 2 (41:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (41:42):
Can I make another little note, Go ahead, they have
the cute fifty year Quarkscrew pins in Hucks two, so
if you do want, yeah, I got one. So we'll
cut Hucks Hucks where it's at, UKs is where it's at.
I'm a big fan of hooks, so yeah, moving on
from there.
Speaker 3 (41:57):
Yeah, we'll go around and we'll go around the corner
to I guess technically there's roller Coaster Rally, which is
on the back end. Yeah, and let me make this
note on country carnival. I guess technically it's country carnivals.
At the very end of country carnivals where our picnic
pavilions is, and that's where the chuck Wagon all you
can eat barbecue is, which is a great place to
grab for your whole family.
Speaker 1 (42:17):
Yes, and let me just make note of this because
the one question I answer in the park more than
any other question, where is pavilion number five?
Speaker 3 (42:23):
Yeah, that is the very end, very end.
Speaker 1 (42:26):
So if you're coming here with the group and it
is your first time and you're trying to find your group.
Speaker 3 (42:30):
You just got to just keep going to the south
end of the park. It's actually near after Shop.
Speaker 1 (42:34):
Yes, you'll see after Shock towering in the distance.
Speaker 2 (42:36):
It's there. It's beautiful.
Speaker 1 (42:38):
I'm going to post some pictures here because I spent
some time over there taking some gorgeous pictures of the
ponds and some of I actually got to go inside
this weekend as well and go check out them prepping
for the day with a fresh watermelon and poh, actually
making that barbecue on that spitfire.
Speaker 3 (42:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (42:56):
Yeah, Oh, it's so.
Speaker 3 (42:57):
God all so good. When you're ride in the train
and you need drive by, it is so good.
Speaker 2 (43:00):
It's amazing.
Speaker 1 (43:01):
So yeah, if you're you're over there, that's where it's at,
and it's it's nice and quiet and shady and perfect.
Speaker 3 (43:07):
It's a great spot.
Speaker 1 (43:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (43:09):
So okay, around the corner we're coming in all which
is where we house almost all of our roller ghosters
to besides Quarkscrew. Sorry Quarkscrew, but were.
Speaker 2 (43:18):
Corkscrew was the first. So it needs to be in
the vintage more.
Speaker 3 (43:22):
The vintage area. Yeah. Yeah, so we have Tremors which
just had its side and the upgrade and it is
so smooth and great, so I would recommend doing that.
But because we have the two train operation, it's fast,
it's very fast to go through, and so I wouldn't
spend all my time. I would I would try to
get to timber Tear first or after Shot first.
Speaker 1 (43:46):
After Shot going definitely after shock. Can you please explain
really quickly why after shock would not be going after Yes.
Speaker 3 (43:53):
Almost always has to do with weather. Yeah, and so
if it's too cold out or it's too windy at
the top of the ride, then it can't run. And
so typically what you'll see is after Shock opened a
little later than some of the other rines. So that's
where I would go to timber Tear first. Ye, be
kind of wait and then once you see after shock
start to test cycle, get over there so you can
(44:14):
get in line for that. But because after shock is
like so intense, it typically doesn't get like a really
long line.
Speaker 1 (44:20):
Yeah, and it's a lot of people I don't think
realize all the way out there. So yeah, if you
want to check that out, that's a good way to
do it. So and yeah, I don't think I've ever
seen a really long long line. No people are really
excited to write it, for sure. But it's like timing.
So that's where timing comes into time really really well.
So timber terror first, keep an eye on after shock.
If it's a nice day, it's going to open.
Speaker 3 (44:42):
Maybe do tremors or some of our flat rides, which
would be like spin Cycle and my Panic Plunge, because
those those ones are are a fixed cycle, you know,
and so it does we can't speed through them real fast.
Speaker 1 (44:55):
For the other one, yeah, so but they take multiple
riders at once, obviously, and so it could fast.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
Yeah, spin Cycle line went pretty fast.
Speaker 3 (45:02):
But on that side, a little tip would be if
you are looking for ice cream and the ice creamery
you were there, the line's long. They're across from Panict
Plunge is called the South Creamery, and it doesn't have
all the flavors that the ice creamery has, but it
has enough. Yeah, and you can get a Huckleberry milkshake there,
which are so good, But it's a lot. Typically the
(45:25):
line is a lot shorter and you can just grab
something quickly and go. If you're looking for like slush
or anything that seismics snow cones down by timbered tear
and Tremors is awesome.
Speaker 1 (45:38):
Yeah, absolutely amazing, And then I'm just thinking about though,
so hungry.
Speaker 3 (45:43):
But we have two Mexican cuisines in the entire park.
One of them is down in roller Coaster Rally, which
is called Cool Cactus, and the other one is over
in the water park. So if you're really craving something
south of the border, yes, Cool.
Speaker 1 (45:55):
Cactus is where you want to go.
Speaker 3 (45:56):
What about pizza Pizza, Well, we're area to talk for
the tel line. But then there's Cassell's, which is in
Country Carli, we're going backtrack, yeah, yeah, right under Corkscrew. Yeah,
and then there's also a place in the water park
that we'll.
Speaker 2 (46:08):
Get to that's that eventually.
Speaker 1 (46:10):
Lots of food options, lots of food. So yeah, you
can come playing your day around what you're craving, where
you're going to be at that time. But the great
thing is if everybody in the family want something different,
we got you covered. Yeah, as always.
Speaker 2 (46:21):
So stunt Pilot, stunt pilot.
Speaker 1 (46:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (46:23):
So and even before stunt Pilot, you get to the
Elephants and so that's a kiddie ride that's actually in
roller Coaster Alley. So if you have your kids and
they're you're going down a roller coaster alley to like
let the big kids ride stuff and you your littles, Like,
I want to ride anything. The Elephants is right there,
so homp on the Elephants with them. But if they're
over forty two inches, they're good to go on some
(46:45):
of these coasters as long as they're within adult yeahs,
Tremors and timur Terra can both accommodate forty two inches.
Speaker 1 (46:51):
I will say there was a little boy that was
celebrating his birthday and he was one of the first
riders on Tremors this weekend, and it was just so
great to see his excitement through all that getting to
do that on his birthday and he's telling them that
it was everything so biggest smile ever. So and so
we've come around that corner pilot.
Speaker 3 (47:10):
Yeah, so we're at stunt pilot and this is another
two train operation that moves quickly, very so that one
would be one that I would if we're coming into
the park, I would skip over that one and come
back to that one because the ride moves so quickly
and you don't have you typically don't have to wait
in a long line for that one.
Speaker 1 (47:27):
And you'll be walking kind of past it as you
come back as well.
Speaker 3 (47:30):
So okay, now we're back into I guess this is
technically like Critter Camp and there's some country carnival. So
the log flume, Yes, it's technically I think a country
carnival on the map. Is that correct?
Speaker 1 (47:42):
I think I've got the map. Log flume is where's
the log flow? A rowing creeklog flo rowing creek log
flume is?
Speaker 2 (47:52):
Is it on the map?
Speaker 1 (47:53):
Yeah? It's country carnival. Yeah, it's country carnival. But since
you're coming back that way, you're going to.
Speaker 3 (47:58):
Be walking yeah, through but if you if you went,
you would go.
Speaker 2 (48:00):
Right through too, But that might be as you're coming
out too with thunder Canyon.
Speaker 3 (48:04):
Because you don't get that wet on it unless but
it's not. It's still not going to get thunder Canyon wet.
Speaker 2 (48:11):
So first timers, what does that mean?
Speaker 3 (48:13):
So yeah, thunder canyon wet is you're going to be judged.
Speaker 2 (48:16):
Yeah, but first time is with getting sprayed.
Speaker 3 (48:18):
Yeah, if you're getting sprayed here, I mean you're going
to get more wet than than just the drop off front.
It's not I don't know what.
Speaker 1 (48:26):
They might not know what that even means. I'm like,
it's water, it's water.
Speaker 2 (48:30):
Bring some quarters yeah, mm hmmm.
Speaker 1 (48:32):
And there are places throughout both Thunder Canyon and the
Log Flume where you can drop a quarter in and
Ray loved one, and so they're thinking, oh, I made
it through log Flume, I'm so dry.
Speaker 2 (48:44):
You just wait till the very end.
Speaker 3 (48:46):
Yeah. And so you can actually get that over by
the roller Coaster Alley sign, which is a good tip
if you want a family photo right by the roller
Coaster Alley sign. But you you there's like a little
dock there that you can drop a quarter in right
after the drop, and you can get them soaked.
Speaker 2 (48:59):
And most people that people are just standing they're watching.
Speaker 3 (49:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (49:01):
Oh no, they're waiting. They're waiting, they're waiting to get chat.
And right about that time that you're you're feeling confident, Yeah,
it's going to happen. So you could get wet, you
could get wet. Yes, be prepared for that. I got soaked,
literally soaked so and I wasn't done with my day yet.
So just if you are planning first time, you don't
want to be super wet, maybe plan that one with
Thunder Canyon.
Speaker 3 (49:21):
Yeah, right across from log Flume is our bumper boats. Yeah,
and that is a place where you will get wet.
You're squirting. You're squirting, yes, and so it's like a
bumper war. Bumper boat war.
Speaker 1 (49:32):
That's probably my favorite place to go and actually watch
people because the adults just get into it. They are like,
I mean, going crazy on nature. Husband and wife. You know,
you see these and are just smiling and laughing and
just having the best time. What's the one that goes
around above that paratrooper? So that's what I rode last
weekend watch it and it was just so fun to
(49:53):
watch everybody. It was the greatest thing ever. Can I
make a note on that too, don't wear crocs on paratrooper.
Speaker 3 (49:58):
They may fall.
Speaker 1 (49:59):
They might fall into the water. So I didn't it
wasn't me, but ye saw, but I did see.
Speaker 2 (50:03):
It happened. Yeah, so and nobody wants to lose. Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 1 (50:07):
So if you are going to wear or at least
put them in sport mode so you don't, you know,
drop them.
Speaker 2 (50:11):
Okay, Yeah, there's a little strap you can put it
into leisure mode or sports.
Speaker 3 (50:16):
The more you know.
Speaker 1 (50:17):
Okay, now we're learning about cross anyway, So, and then
the ferris Wheel ferris wheels right there if you if
you want to really like nostalgic ride on the ferris Wheel, uh,
ferris Wheel.
Speaker 3 (50:27):
Even though the line doesn't look like it's long, it
can be longer because the ferris Wheel and Paratrooper are
both balance rides, and so you're going to get a number. Yeah,
so the operator is actually going to be actively balancing
the ride to make sure that it's not too heavy
on one side. And so with that, there's there's a
little more methodical that goes into the loading of the ride.
Speaker 1 (50:51):
Yeah, So don't get upset if the person behind you
gets put in before you. It's all weight based and
so they'll give you a ride of which.
Speaker 3 (50:58):
And you'll get the same amount of right exactly.
Speaker 1 (51:00):
Don't worry, they're keeping track of everything. But yeah, I
definitely can get confusing. So and Chrissy's Garden.
Speaker 3 (51:07):
Chrissy Well, yeah, Chrissy's Quiet Garden is right there, which
is a great spot for the kids to relax and
to really calm and and maybe take a nap.
Speaker 1 (51:15):
Yeah exactly.
Speaker 3 (51:16):
But right next to there also is a bathroom called
the Outhouses, and it's a it's a probably one of
the closest ones from there if you keep going. The
next one is down by after Shop, yeah, so make
sure if you need to use a restroom.
Speaker 2 (51:28):
Hit that one, especially with little and then the mine.
Speaker 3 (51:32):
Yeah. So we're now we're into the Critter Camp area
and we have the mind Shack over there where you
can actually like pan for for precious gems, which are yeah,
and then you can you can get like a little
helmet with a light on it and it's really cute,
and so that's a really fun thing for people, especially kids.
(51:53):
But I would say the highlights in the Critter Camp
area will be the Crazy Coaster and the Tiny Toot Coaster,
So those are like little kiddy coasters that are so fun.
And then the kids really love the Climbing Tree, which
is just like a really cool playground area that there's
an area where the parents can sit and just watch.
Speaker 1 (52:12):
It's like it's so cool. Yeh. It's like I actually
wanted to kind of go on it this last weekend,
but my friend told me I couldn't.
Speaker 2 (52:19):
Well she was embarrassed to be with me.
Speaker 1 (52:21):
Yeah, but it looked really fun as an adult, even
I don't even know if are you allowed as an
adult to go on to it and if you're with
a kid, but we tried to keep that from.
Speaker 2 (52:28):
That by yourself.
Speaker 1 (52:29):
Yeah, but I did go. And actually that's another thing,
and I'm going to post these on social as well.
There's some great photos of Critter Camp that needed to
be taken, and so I went through and I got
some pictures of some of the Puppy go Round and
frog Hopper yeah, and butter Butterfly Flyer.
Speaker 2 (52:44):
Yeah, they're so cute.
Speaker 3 (52:46):
Yeah, they're great rights over Yeah.
Speaker 1 (52:49):
So definitely bring the kiddos. You're gonna have you could
have a full day of fun over in Curder Camp. Well,
can we talk about the lunches?
Speaker 3 (52:56):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, So Kid's Cafe, which is over there,
has some like that. It's like a lunch box and
it comes with like uncrustable and capri s son and
fruit snacks and all that kind of stuff. So you
can find those, and I think it's in High Moon Saloon.
You can find those all over the park, so that
that's a great. Yeah. I mean, how many do we
have those at our house? There's so many. Yeah, But
(53:18):
it's great for like storing toys or like flash cards.
That's what we use, so.
Speaker 1 (53:22):
Exactly, lots of things to do in your camp. So
I don't even think because I really don't go over there.
There's really never been a purpose for me to go
over there. So I really enjoyed walking through there and
enjoying the sights and the sounds and everything.
Speaker 2 (53:34):
So it's a great spot.
Speaker 3 (53:36):
It's a great spot. And so we're I mean, we're
coming to like kind of the end of our our
podcast time. So we're gonna, oh, okay, we can jump
buzz over to Bolder. Okay, we're flying. We're gonna just jump.
We're gonna jump over to Bowlder Beachy.
Speaker 1 (53:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (53:49):
So you'll walk through a gift shop and if you
forgot a swimsuit, if you've forgot sunscreen, if you got
all the thing you need, go there. And then stick
Chopstick is a great one. And then there's like a
left or right that you can go. And on the
right is where all the lockers are. There's Sapphire Kitchen,
which has some great like rice bowls and karaoke and
(54:10):
so good. Oh so, but also make sure that you get.
Speaker 1 (54:13):
Your locker over there, and there's changing rooms.
Speaker 3 (54:16):
And all that. Right.
Speaker 2 (54:16):
Now, what would you recommend for chairs as.
Speaker 3 (54:19):
Far as like where do you want to go? Yeah, man,
it depends on where you're gonna be. Yeah, I really
I want a little more quiet, and so we'll go
over by Riptide Racer and Emerald Forest. But I know
a lot of people love to go by the north
Way Pool which is over by Avalanche Mountain and right
by Velocity Peak. There's some there's some shaded areas over there,
(54:41):
and they bring some chairs.
Speaker 1 (54:42):
And if you want some insider tips on chairs and
some shady areas and some secret spots. Listened to last
week's episode. We had Danny from Aquatics in and she
had some really great secrets to share. But you can
listen to that episode to get that info. So's yeah great.
What else what else we got?
Speaker 3 (54:57):
We got the Lazy River. Yeah, we got Pollywog Park
and this is like Sapphire Springs area, which is the
first area, and so Laser River. There is a float
up bar on Laser River. So if you want to
come and have an adult beverage, float up to that bar,
get a great tan and just float with a drink
in your and so you and you can float with
(55:18):
the drink, so you don't have to get out float
with a drink, that's what.
Speaker 1 (55:23):
And you just hit the bar again next round and
not too many times though, no, not too many times.
Speaker 3 (55:27):
So and then you have public bog Park and Rumble
Falls in that area as well, which are great rides. Yea,
let's move over to Garnet Bay, which is the central
part of Boulder Beach, just where two way pools are.
That waypool. There's two of them. The one which is
called our south Way Pool has like the big blue
wall on it. That one is always open. The north one,
(55:50):
which we talked about in the last episode, is really
only open once we hit a certain capacity number. So
if you really want to like stake your claim in
a spot where they're going to be playing the waypool,
your sure bet is the south Way Pool. But if
you see the north Way Pool running, that typically is
a less crowded waypool.
Speaker 2 (56:06):
Yeah, great spot.
Speaker 1 (56:08):
We got food food, yes, all the food so sweet
and salty.
Speaker 3 (56:12):
Sweet and salty is the new one, and that is
our fries and soft serve that you can like dip.
Speaker 1 (56:19):
And you want to dip your French fries in soft serve.
And if you haven't tried this yet, just just do it.
Just humor me, because I promise you're going to do
it for the rest of your life. So yeah, and
that's our newest.
Speaker 3 (56:29):
That's our newest. And then we have Dessert Island, which
has the new Huckleberry Soft serve ice cream.
Speaker 1 (56:34):
And you said it's amazing, It is so good. Yes,
for those out of towners. Can I just mention the
reason we have so much huckleberry is because that's what
North Idaho Lake we are.
Speaker 3 (56:42):
Yeah, huckleberry everything. Huckleberries grow up in the mountains out here,
and so we use it for everything.
Speaker 1 (56:48):
Yeah, literally everything. You have to try it.
Speaker 3 (56:50):
So and then we have Pablos, which is our other
Mexican venue out in the park. And then and then
Emerald Forest, Yes.
Speaker 1 (56:59):
The newest bansin from last year, so those who might
not know that Emerald Force just opened up last season.
And we have the number one water coaster in the
whole entire country voted on the ten best pull for
USA today, Wes say today. And yeah, the fact that
everybody voted our our water coaster, our new water coaster
(57:20):
number one. So you have to try Eagle Hunt.
Speaker 3 (57:22):
You have to definitely try Eagle Hunt. It is a
claim to fame longest dueling watercoaster in the country. Yes,
but you have to have two riders for it, and
there is a weight capacity, so you will get on
a scale with the two riders and you have it's
four hundred and fifty pounds together. Yeah, that's the mass.
Speaker 2 (57:42):
Be upset like we have to weigh, have to weigh
for safety.
Speaker 3 (57:45):
Manufacturer order or no individual can be over.
Speaker 1 (57:50):
Three hundred pounds.
Speaker 3 (57:50):
Well, you have to have two riders so and the
two writers can be less than one fifty. So there's
all the rules are over there.
Speaker 2 (57:58):
For your own safety, just remember or your safety.
Speaker 3 (58:00):
But it is it is a great ride. You will
get soaked on that ride, soaked on that ride. It's
but it's it's a ton of fun. And then we
also added our eight kitty rides kitty slides over there,
which is called Salmon Run Run.
Speaker 1 (58:14):
So fun and it's just the best but area because
that's where you can get your new cabanas too. There's
cabanas over there, so if you are an adult who's
got kids, what a great place. And you can again
listen to the episode with Alyssa to talk about a
little bit how great those cabanas are.
Speaker 2 (58:30):
Because she she went on into that a lot.
Speaker 3 (58:32):
So, yeah, there are cabanas and our villas, and then
we also have our pavilion, which is what kind of
we mentioned earlier today for groups that can book that
and have like a private meal and all that. But
it all looks over Salmon Run and there's a splash
pad in there. It's it's great great.
Speaker 2 (58:45):
How about Rapids.
Speaker 3 (58:46):
Rapids Grill is our is our like food court basically,
I mean grab and go area, and there's pizza, there's
turcy legs, there's burgers, there's chicken strips, there's salads. There's
so much stuff in that and that, and it's very quick.
I've really never seen a line in there.
Speaker 1 (59:04):
And I really love it because it's cool. I mean,
it's so cool in there. It's just fantastic. Yeah, cool
like temper I might, yeah, don't do this because you'll
block the line, but there's a fan when you walk in.
It just feels so good when you've been out just
on all day. So and over there by there we've
got something new.
Speaker 3 (59:21):
Yeah, so that's our changing room. So we have some
new changing rooms that are over on the other side
of Rapids Grill, and this is we don't want there's
the changing rooms are not close to Emerald Forest, and
so we built these changing rooms this year because we
saw a lot of people that like, we're going into
the restroom to change and all that, and we wanted
to create a space that they could change in the
(59:41):
water park and I have to walk all the way
over to the Sapphire Springs changing room.
Speaker 1 (59:46):
Yeah, so make things a little bit easier on you.
So more places to change, less sticky bathroom stall. That's
the worst. It's trying to change out of your white
clothes in the bathroom stall. So you asked, we delivered, right.
Speaker 3 (59:56):
And then we have Northern Flights there, which is we're
a unique venue inside of the really the whole park
where you can get flights of slushy, alcoholic slushy and
the drinks all that stuff. So Northern Flights is the
bar inside of the Emerald Forest.
Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
Yes, and it's yeah, you can get all sorts of So.
Speaker 3 (01:00:15):
And as we now had to the very very growth
end of the park, we're going to pass Garnet Bay cabanas.
So I want to mention that mentioned that, so between
the two way pools, that's where like our main cabanas
were prior to Emerald Forest and these look overlook the
Way pools. So if you're trying to decide what cabanas
do I want, I would recommend if you have really
(01:00:36):
little kids to do the Amerald Forest once. But if
you have more adult kids and want a little more privacy,
seclusion and overlook the Way pools, do the Garnet Bay.
Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
Just coming out with all your friends, you know, for
that's great birthday party spot or bachelor party, bachelorette party,
all the stuff, all the things.
Speaker 3 (01:00:53):
Yeah. And now going north, which has probably the least
as far as like a developed area, would be Open
Ridge which has Velocity Peak, it has technically Toddler Springs
is in there. And then our two mountain water slides
which is Ricochet Rapids and Avalanche Mountains.
Speaker 1 (01:01:11):
Yeah, and that's a view from up there, so it's
so pretty everything.
Speaker 3 (01:01:14):
Yeah, and it's you wouldn't even know they're there. So
the mountain that we've built has has grown up as
far as like the foliage that it hides it yet well,
so I know a lot of people are like where
is that? What is that? So if you're first time visitor,
make sure you go over all the way to the
North End and make sure you ride Avalanche Mountain and
Ricochet Rapids because they are fine. They are probably my
(01:01:35):
favorite rides in the entire water park.
Speaker 1 (01:01:37):
Yeah, and you get to go up this little mountain
and the view from up there is just phenomenal. It's
a whole entire park, and yeah, the landscaping is awesome.
Speaker 3 (01:01:44):
It is awesome. And then in Open Bridge there's the
Open Ridge changing rooms and restrooms, which are probably the
nicest bathrooms and change rooms in the entire park. Insider tip,
make sure you go to the North End, especially if
you're like setting up camp up there, and hit those
restrooms and changing rooms before you start your day.
Speaker 1 (01:02:01):
There. You go, Okay, so now what we made it?
Speaker 4 (01:02:05):
Day?
Speaker 1 (01:02:05):
Where sunburnt, We're happy, our bellies are full.
Speaker 2 (01:02:09):
Now what do we do?
Speaker 3 (01:02:10):
So the water park closes at seven every single night,
and so when it gets close to seven, definitely start
making your way out and then go enjoy the park
at night. A coaster and roller coaster rides at night.
On those those days in Sunday through Thursday, we're rope
until nine, but Friday and Saturay rope until ten. You
(01:02:32):
can get some really cool night rides if your kids
are still happy, and then make sure that you grab
some food during that time and then maybe even ride
a train ride. There's a there's a train ride that
goes like in the dark, but there's also the Magic show.
The last Magic shows at seven. Yeah, so if you
are leaving the water park at seven, you are going
(01:02:53):
to miss that Magic show.
Speaker 1 (01:02:54):
So get there soon, get there early, and get those
seats because it is the last Magic show and everyone's realizing, ooh, we.
Speaker 3 (01:03:00):
Need to hit it. It's just the same thing with
the last train ride, is everybody as far as like
with the show on it, people are like, we need
to get on this train. So make sure you plan
that earlier today, maybe during your transitional piece from the
drive parks, dry Park, the water park or vice versas
that maybe that's when you hit the train ride. But
just plan that indi your day. Because it's a very
unique thing to have a really cool robbery show in
(01:03:21):
the in the park and all proceeds that get collected
from the robbery quote unquote robbery go to Canopy.
Speaker 1 (01:03:28):
Village, which is an awesome charity here in Corline. So
if you bring cash and you don't end up using
it obviously because we're cashless. It's a great way to
help out the kiddos well.
Speaker 3 (01:03:36):
And if you don't use cash, you can buy donation coins,
which is over in the general store. You can buy
a donation coin and it's like a dollar apiece and
you can keep it as like a little souvenir, or
you can put it in the robbery bag as they
come by, because that's a really fun thing.
Speaker 4 (01:03:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:03:49):
The kids love to get into the robbery so and
you just might get chosen to be a part of
it too.
Speaker 3 (01:03:54):
You might just maybe. And then as the as the
night comes to a close, whether it's nine o'clock, ten o'clock,
the rides have shut down, we will run out our rides.
So if you're in line by that time, we will
you will get to ride. Yeah, so make sure you
just get in line before they hang up the clothes sign.
And then the main street area stays open, yeah, half
hour after clothes, and so you can still do your
(01:04:15):
shopping and make sure that you are getting all those
last minute souvenirs before you I forgot.
Speaker 1 (01:04:20):
About grandma, Oh, I forgot about this person.
Speaker 2 (01:04:22):
Yeah, it's a great right out.
Speaker 3 (01:04:23):
And then make sure to pick up your package express
at the time before you leave.
Speaker 1 (01:04:26):
Can I just a final note as we're leaving in
the parking lot how to exit. It's not that I
have directional like issues and I always get confused because
I feel like I'm going into the entrance and I'm
going the wrong way. So can we explain that, because
it just gets you are going by the kiosks again,
so it does feel like you're going the wrong way
(01:04:47):
on a one way, but follow traffic. You're going to
go on the far side of those kiosks. Sometimes the
signs because there's so much traffic and so many people,
it's hard to see the signs.
Speaker 2 (01:04:56):
And so just for anyone like me that might.
Speaker 1 (01:04:58):
Struggle, especially because you turned around you've been trying to
find your car, and just head to the far side
by where those kiosks were where you paid to get
into parking, and you'll go on the outside and then
you can excit.
Speaker 2 (01:05:09):
So it's not that I got lost.
Speaker 3 (01:05:10):
Okay, I'm sure we didn't. I never would ask that,
but this is the thing.
Speaker 1 (01:05:13):
If I'm not a first time and I'm still you know,
these are things that definitely can cause you know, yeah,
confusion for sure, so we want to help you out
just a little bit. But what else. I mean, that's
your death, that's a whole, that's a lot.
Speaker 3 (01:05:25):
If you did all of that in a day, you've
done it well everything.
Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
And so now the kids are sleeping in the car,
you're going home. You've got stories to tell for the
rest of your life about what a great day you had.
Speaker 3 (01:05:35):
And maybe come back the next day, let's hope. So yeah,
and the day after that, and maybe the day after that.
Speaker 1 (01:05:40):
I think that was a lot of inside scoops though,
so I don't think we need to do the inside
scoop today.
Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
The whole episode was.
Speaker 3 (01:05:46):
Like a super scoop, So this is a whole scoop.
