The Soul Talks Podcast isn’t going anywhere, but its mission is growing. In this special announcement, Theresa Bruno shares how the podcast that began as a way to process her husband’s loss has become a healing space for so many, and why she’s now expanding her work under her own name.Alongside The Soul Talks, Theresa is launching new resources, coaching opportunities, and community spaces designed to help others navigate grief, resilience, and transformation. This episode is both a thank-you for the support that has built this platform and an invitation to continue the journey together in an even deeper way.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, everybody, Happy Wednesday, dropping in here as promised for
an announcement. I've sort of been teasing along for a while.
It felt kind of badly about that, but you know,
I wanted to kind of backtrack with you about where
I've been in the last almost two years since I
started the Soul Talks podcast, And you know, it's been

(00:20):
just a beautiful journey for me, and and you know,
you've actually built this for me. The platform is in
a place that you know, I'm so proud of it.
But you've done this, You've given me this platform. And
you know where I started, I was trying to make
sense of my husband James death. He died of suicide

(00:41):
five years ago, and so two years ago I was like,
I just have to kind of make sense of this.
And that's how the podcast, The Soul Talks was born.
And The Soul Talks has been just this kind of
amazing weaving together of people who have had some really

(01:03):
rough survival stories and people who have had some great
stories of overcoming. You know, I'll never forget sitting in
the studio with Neelie Butler and hearing her talk, or
you know, listening just you know, a couple of weeks
ago to Ruth McKinnie and hearing her talk about building
what she's built and hungry for home. It's just just

(01:25):
just been a beautiful journey. And you know, I had
in my mind that I was doing it for others,
that I was creating this old talks to help others.
And yet I have to say to you, as I've said,
I think many times all the interviews, doing these interviews,
sharing sharing people's pain and their suffering and their overcoming

(01:47):
has been the most healing thing I have done in
my five year journey. So I want to thank you
for that too. But I find myself here, you know,
another two years later from this beginning, and the Soul
Talks podcast kind of morphed into me writing a book
He's Not coming Back, rewriting Life After Loss, and then

(02:07):
the book sort of motivated a lot of you know,
speaking engagements and media appearances, and and so I find
myself in this place of transformation, and so I'm just
I just want to say to you that going forward,
I want to find ways to give you more, to
give you more material, And so we're putting we're putting

(02:31):
the platform under my name Teresa Bruno. There will always
be the Soul Talks podcast and you'll be able to
find it on YouTube as you have, but you'll also
see Teresa Bruno on YouTube and that will that will
be the platform. Website will be moving to Teresa Bruno
as well Instagram and TikTok, and it's it's just a

(02:51):
you know, a place of growth that I'm thrilled about.
And it's also a way for me to be able
to give you more kind of all centered in place.
And I'm very much right now about building community and
we're going to be doing that and building Facebook communities
and I haven't done that yet and so I'll be
excited about it. And I'll be launching a coaching platform

(03:13):
and I'm super excited about that too. But as you
look for what I'm putting out into the universe these days,
it will be under my name Teresa Bruno. And you know,
I just can't thank you enough for helping make this happen.
Thank you
