Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, welcome, welcome back our freaking geeks to another
Girl on Table podcast where we talk about everything, all
things nerved, how closer and all such and I feel
like in our content and stuff like that. It's a notification, belf,
you notified of our future videos. In the comment let
us know how one you've been liking the podcast and
what do you think about this one?

Speaker 2 (00:21):
You know?

Speaker 1 (00:22):
The podcast, as you can see on the bottom, is
called is Mighty morph Empiring Just Overrated? This came from
just us seeing just how much the mighty morphin piring
is represented in like the toy market and stuff like that,
and when it comes to Fortnite now where they've dropped
them in the Fortnite and stuff like that, and we
were wondering, but looking back, we were wondering how much

(00:46):
the nostalgia plan into the enjoyment of mighty more empiringers
and how it is writing life.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
But Marcus, I have a question, this question, how do
you how do you got is?

Speaker 1 (00:58):
How do you tell about mighty More from Power Rangers
the series and stuff like that? Give us your vibes
of the show.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Let us now, well, I mean, as you see, I
am a product of the Power Rangers, Mighty Morphan Power
Rangers got the shirt on. However, I will say this,
if we take out the nostalgia to be in the
first to start everything, the suits, the megasords, supercent like,

(01:32):
we take out all these factors that go into it
to why so much like why I praise hoighly praised
it's I I would have to say, like overrated is
a good turn. And also I think is what's the

(01:53):
word that I'm looking for? It's not because it is.
It is slightly overrated, Okay, but extint I said it
like this. It didn't age well, That's what I'm trying
to say. I think more so it didn't age well.
And because it gets all the praise that it does,
it falls into the category of is it overrated because

(02:18):
of everything that came after it. Yeah, to the extent,
you can't fault it as much because it was like
the test run basically exactly. However, as long as y'all
gonna milk this calgy So it was thirty seasons, thirty seasons,
thirty years of this great show and concept and ideas,

(02:42):
all these toys that they could have been doing. They
even got the comic series, even with the comic series,
where did we start with the comic series from where
Mighty Morphin left off with Jason Treny and zach Aet
the peace Treaty. That was a big part of the story,
but we still got other power Rangers, but it still

(03:03):
was like the focal point Mighty Morphs and now in
the comics. I appreciate that because it gave it flushed
out the characters more and gave more weight to the
story and made it a way better story. Just almost
just like how we say Clone Wars, building that gap
and justify Anakin's turn to the dark side. The comics

(03:27):
filled in a lot of gaps from the show. It
made the It makes the show a lot better. But
if you go back and watch it as a thirty
old who has responsibilities in the world now and it's
a little older, it can see between all the action
and the explosions, it is a rough watch. And I

(03:50):
say that because I don't want to I don't want
to be harsh, because it is it is a national
treasure for its nineties babies, the millennials, so it is
a very hard watched. But it still has a lot
of good moments. Yeah, as far as fighting scenes, but
as far as like story character, it's it's not the

(04:10):
strongest in the in the whole series.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Now my my thing when I think about it, Like
obviously I started off with Mighty Orphan too, and I
definitely love the megatur and I still do. It's still
a great Magazor, it still looks great. But like you said,
it's like it further gets along. There's just so much
more like variety and customization with that we get with

(04:36):
the works later on for example, like Wildfest and Dino
Thunder and Charge to have more combination with their main
door than Mighty Morphin does, which you know makes sense,
is earlier on in before they start exploring more, so
you can't necessarily fault that.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
But as a series, there's just way much more.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
But also I think one of the reasons why I
don't think it holds up its good it's because they
combined three different shows together into one and tell and
also like the writing between them moving from that first

(05:17):
series to the next series to the next wasn't really seamlessly.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Done, like you can tell. They were like running out.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Of material and they were just trying to stretch because
they and I think the biggest egregious. Thing that I
didn't really like about running Morphin is that the alay
rages exist like they're clearly ninja's. I didn't like that
at all because like you already had ninjas before, because
they had the ninja megasor so that all they needed

(05:46):
really to do is just say, oh, he's another ninja
group or whatever. But I think and when it comes
down to miss, Yeah, the writing is another thing. There
was some good valuable lessons and they're obviously because power
and just had that touch. But there were some episodes
that just were a little too goofyly written. But that's

(06:09):
just with it being a ninety show one and to
us kind of being a little older and.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
It not being it being too cheesy, like there's just
too much cheese to it.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
Yeah, very campy.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
It's very campy, which they did a lot of. You
can tell that might well. All the shows were for
selling product, of course, like it just be real. This
is like a one marketing, one big market. But it
was more egregious than mighty more. It was more like
just like we trying to sell you these toys, so

(06:45):
we just go free mind them. Remember those glitter suits
they had that they was like twice, that's probably more
likely to sell some toys.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
So it was working.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
Yeah, a few years ago that came out with a
line so the Glenn's looking suits with the money morphin toy,
and I was like why. I was like, why is
this the thing? It wasn't cool when it came out
on the show.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
Nobody was really liking it. Nobody remembers that.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
And I will say this, the the transition of the
show is very weird because going to your point, as
far as like the writing and how they like went
on to the next series, I think it's it's so
like when I think about it, so you do the movie, right,

(07:33):
you get the movie. Then we go back from the
movie to the show, and it's like it's a completely
different thing. It doesn't even it doesn't even flow at all.
It's so confusing because it's, Okay, we just did a
whole movie with all of this, and now it feels
like y'all just like mush and stuff together. Okay, we're

(07:53):
still using super footage, but also we got to tie
the movie. They got the ninja suit and his desor
and and it was just like it was a lot.
So when it got to the end of the series
when the Magazoids got destroyed and all that stuff, and
they had the they found the Zeo crystals. The Zeo

(08:15):
was the next one, right, Yeah, And then it was
Turbo after Zo, and that's the thing, like it was
like Zo Turbo movie, and then after what Turbo, it
was Space. And that's the crazy thing because after when

(08:35):
it was Space, that's when it started getting better as
far as like story, character development, writing that it made
more sense because after Space, everything started like lining up
like it connected because that person then felt, Okay, this
is Power Rangers, not a Zo, not a Turbo Tommy.

(08:59):
Still so it's still connected somehow to the first one,
but it didn't feel like that felt like it was
a new show every time with Space. After Space it starts,
everything started feeling like it was in a universe. But
I just never understood how after they did both movies
Turbo and The Mighty Morphine Movie and went back to

(09:19):
the show, it felt like two totally different entities. And
I'm just like, it was so much that y'all presented
in the film that could have been tied into the show,
because that goes back to what we say looking back now,
it's very nostalgic, you know, the film. The film, it
then holds up. Only the only thing that doesn't make

(09:42):
it hold up as well is a CGI as a
when they were fighting in the city. But it was
a pretty good decent story because they really tried to
take that because if you think about it, at the
end of the day, the whole idea of power ragiers
can't be you know, they get thro compared to the
supercentime supercentimes, like some of.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
It is dark and like very dark.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
Yeah, yeah, so they I'm surprised they did what they
did to make a kids friendly, That's what it was.
The first Sometimes you gotta take those blows. You just
gotta you gotta little you gotta take your hell. My
boyfriends just gotta take that hell man, and they gotta
take the hell today they do.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
And here's a thing like how do you introduce and
another answer because obviously footage, but they like brought these
new movie suits, made a big deal about them, and
then immediately went back to their down.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Yeah. I don't understand that at all, and I'm talking
about it awesome them. Well I was like, okay, so
I like the armored plates and all that but then
they said, oh no, we're back in the spandex. Now
that was just so we could make some big money
once again, fell some.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
Toy obviously, because they weren't using any other footage. For sure,
we understand, yeah, yeah, that's the reason.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
But they could have tried a little are okay now
they even like do like their own footage scenes and
then spice it a little bit better.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
They gain they were just like, oh, you get roll.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
I was rewatching the episode when when Tommy them and
Jack then jumped in hot in the magazine and beat
the ship out of them and they kicked them out
in the Megazon and then backhand at Kimberly and then
just looked at everybody and and I was like, well,
as I was watching it, because I'm telling my girlfriend,
I was like, yeah, see, you can tell when it's

(11:42):
the Super SENTI footage and their because it's completely it's
like I'm watching the whole nother show and it's so
wildful because it's like when I was a kid, I
never realized I didn't pay attention to that because that's
not what I'm like five. I'm not feel oh no, oh,
it's different. But as adult I'm like, Man, I can't sit.

(12:02):
I cannot sit and watch a whole season of this
because it's just gonna drive me crazy. Now it's like
the jumping back and forth, the crazy storylines, the campiness,
and I'm just like, everybody now is okay? Whenever we
do What's Fortnite Body morphin the Fighting Game, Mighty morphin

(12:23):
the reboot that's coming to Disney's Mighty mor as dope
as it looks that fan made series, it's gonna be
on YouTube with the Ninja whatever page that is Mighty
morphon the fan film that came out a few years ago.
That was the darker version.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
So the twenty seventeen movie.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
Morphon, Yeah, Like, it's a smart move because it's like,
is what everybody knows. I was basically saying, it's smart
that they go that route because it's well known, the
easy story to do, the characters are relatable. It's been
like a generational thing that's been passed down. The toys

(13:06):
are still popular, but they have Ranger con everybody addresses up,
so it's understandable. However, at the same time, it's so
many other good stories that came after they even it
could be continued retold modernized, Like I take something like SPD. Right, yeah,

(13:27):
just throwing out there, and I only say the reason
why I say SPD. Just think about this, the year
the SPD happens is what year is it when the
show came out?

Speaker 3 (13:37):
Isn't it.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
Like or like twenty twenty five? Yeah, it's literally twenty
twenty five right now?

Speaker 3 (13:48):
Right now?

Speaker 2 (13:48):
You okay, So what was that? I think that series
was like eight oh nine somewhere around there. It was
like fifteen sixteen years ago somewhere around there. You could
have a special like rollout of the figures celebrating saying
SPD twenty and twenty twenty five because that was when

(14:09):
it came out. You can release all the ranges the
because like they've released them, but they it's so weird
because like they've come out like with certain ones, or
released all of the rangers, resold weapons, whatever you want
to do, but have a theme where it's okay, because
it's twenty twenty five, let's put this back out, let's

(14:29):
come out with the episodes and HD or something something
like that. Just like what they do with Miney Morphin
all the time, Like they didn't rehab Miney Morphin the toys.
They got the Reignition toys and all that. They keep
doing that and it's throw we love it, but we
want something else. It's so many other good series that
came after Mighty Morphin that don't get the love that

(14:52):
Mighty morphe gets. And it's like why And that's why
I said SCD, is you could do that. Give us
a comic book series SPD, because we really don't know
what happened after the end of SPD because we just
got and Forever read it. Did it again?

Speaker 3 (15:11):
Yeah, and we've got Forever read. It came back.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
Yeah, we got we had got Forever read. And when
they for Forever read the SPD Red Rangers, Bro, this
is wild. Bro. This is wild. Bro. This is wild
out of all the days and even mine is like

(15:35):
lagging slightly a little bit.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Yeah, this is so wild.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
You gotta be you gotta be kidding me.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
All right, let's keep going. They had, Yeah, they had
Forever and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
So it was guy was this guy who came back
who was like the SPD Red Rangers Forever read.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
This happened way later because Forever right, he wasn't even
he wanted in there because it was wild Worst.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Yeah, you're right. He was in Yeah, he was in.

Speaker 3 (16:07):
Another show once, The Ranger of Overdrive.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Yeah, Overdrive, And I'm just like, what happened? Brow, how
did this happen?

Speaker 3 (16:15):
We didn't get that some other like oh geez.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
But speaking of show that you should you want to
get some like better Light opposed to Mighty Mork and
getting all this thing? What are some shows from the
Power Ranger Lexicon that you want, like to get more
things besides SPD.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
I think you that was one of your SPD.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
Yeah, so you're saying one of the shows you get some.

Speaker 3 (16:44):
Some love, get some love better, but to get some more?

Speaker 2 (16:49):
What's so to get some more love? Definitely Galaxy, Yes, Galaxy.
I think Galaxy is definitely unappreciated. Nalim is unappreciated too,
m h Yeah, din on Thunder then the Storm, Yeah,
and the one. I didn't watch it, but I think

(17:12):
it's a good story there and it could get some more.
Like in the comics dis Mystic Force, I don't have
a Yeah, it's almost like, man, I had stop watching
it by then, but I would see like glimpses, like
I would catch it every now and then, and I'm
like this is actually pretty good. That's different magic and

(17:34):
yeah man, yeah, so I was like, Okay, that's bad ass.
But it's almost like twenty years later, it's like literally
said like mister Force never happened. They don't talk about
it at all all. I think, out of all of diseasions,
that one should get from love, Like I know I

(17:55):
said the other ones, but if I had to just
narrow down the one, it probably would be that one.
Like y'all could give some TLC, do mystic, for give
us a comic, some toys. You got a little bit
on all your children. You just can't the ones that
exceled and everything got to give everybody a little love.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
You're the one that you milk to all that because
it's a money cow and A're gonna guarantee buy it.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
But faith needs way more love. For sure. Definitely you
said Lost Galaxy. I agree.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
Dino Thunder for sure. We're talking Dino themes, Dino Thunder,
Dino charts. But I'm doing a rewatch of that series
and it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Different.

Speaker 1 (18:36):
They got ten different ranges with different specs. They got
a purple Ranger.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
Bro yeah.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
Yeah, like and there they have a gun splash more
for a thing that they used to fight.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
Like the like spind it and then that click and
that was so nice. I've seen them go with this,
and then it's all it's a clip that I had
seen with the Ping Rangers, and she had fun and
then if she was like running and slow motion and
I was like, Yo, that's dope, Bro, that's so dope.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
And then when they like running the battle sometimes they'll
just shoot it off at them and that that's so cool.
And also their door is like really cool. Yeah, it's
a pretty cool it's and if we're talking Dino themes,
those are ones I definitely want to see what's in
because get into my next question. I'll let you finish
your thought before I move on to another question. So

(19:33):
I think you have enough to.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
Say, yeah, because like you said, I agree those all
of those because that's it's basically the same thing I
was saying. I had to throw mystic forts in now
only because it feels so forgotten and I and I
just realized that. I was like, Bro, we don't ever
talk about mystic force like me and you talk about
it as a whole. We don't talk about mystic force,

(19:56):
so we don't think that's a new one to throw
in this.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
I agree, that's get love.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
And that's even like with like clothes like T shirts.
We don't have SPDC T shirts Galaxy even like the
outside stuff toy line, like the suit, like the jackets
and stuff, a dope jacket that would be good dope
as they brought it back out would be light Speed.

Speaker 3 (20:19):
Oh yeah, those jackets were fire.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
And I'll say this, light Speed is another one we
should get a little bit more love because that, like
you said, we were talking outside of the podcast, the
Lord from light Speed grew on me as they grew
on me, and then I forgot that they changed like
midway through the show they got a whole news lord.

(20:45):
And then I was also looking at how it was
so dope that they were really like heroes outside of
being power rangers. Like I thought that was a very
cool concept, like each one of them was like actual heroes.
They did something in the community already before they were
power And I was like that dope, And that's why
we say, like with Mighty Morphons, you see the growth

(21:05):
and like the characters and how the show actually was
connecting things like Okay, these people were chosen to be
power renders because of ABC they had disability or they
were heroes, or it was passed down to generation, like
it started getting deeper into the myth thods of it.
Like with Mighty Morpion, it was just I'm gonna choose
five teenagers to go almost get taken out every day

(21:30):
and we don't know if they're gonna live or not
to introducing the whole new one who was evil, and
so it was everywhere that's.

Speaker 1 (21:38):
Not even like really a bond with their doors, Like
there are other seasons like like wild Charge the galaxy, Yeah,
galaxy too. They had a connection with their doors. So
like when you saw them like fighting, it was like,
oh this is my like best friend or whatever. The
connection or friend connection they had like the of Kasbahs,

(22:00):
so when they went to battle, it was a deeper tie.
I like the dinos it of like Mighty Morphine because
like it fights on his own, but there's no connection
besides he's just operating at And also like you said
that every like even most galaxy, they had to pull
the thword and be worthy and pull the sword from
the rocks to be given the powers. Even if anybody
else had them, they couldn't activate them.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
They had to be worthy.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
Exactly, and even in the most recent recent more the
Newer error, like in Dino Chart, their gyms had to
choose them and they had to prove they're worthy of
being like a hero before it shined for them and
allows them to have the power and connect them.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Even in the twenty seventeen movie, they had to the more.
That's how it should be. I have to say this
side though, twenty seventeen Mighty Morphine, I think it gets
shipped on a little too hard. I agree, harder than
it should. It is not that bad. It is not
that people say I think it's underappreciated because it came

(22:59):
out at the wrong time. I agree it came out
at the wrong time, but it was definitely a good
idea and concept. I see where it was going, and
I honestly think if they would have got a second movie,
it would have been a lot better.

Speaker 1 (23:14):
And also I think a lot of people just weren't
ready for Mighty Morphin to be like touched in that way,
you know what I mean, Like to have a new
generation of Mighty Morphin powers that isn't connected to the
OG or anything like that, and people would just compare
the suits in this or they like compared them, but
they didn't really get a fair shot. But if you

(23:35):
watch it like I watched it, I think a year
or so ago now.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
And it was good.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
Like I actually found myself liking it more than I
liked Mighty Morphin. When it came to the writing, the
writing was good. I like Jason because Jason was like,
he's back those dude in the Faith and he was
like he flapped me the vis.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
Yeah weird.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
That made me laugh every single time because it's goofy.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
But it's also written.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
Well even like he was like challenge, you know, I
was like, hey man, like, basically you full of shit, bro,
Like he's telling us all this stuff, but you're really
just using this so you can come back call him out.
Well that was I just had to put that side
note in that because it don't they shoulding on it
and it shouldn't.

Speaker 3 (24:19):
I'll put on another side now.

Speaker 1 (24:20):
I think Turbo and shipped On way harder than it
should be if we're comparing it, because.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
I like Turbo way more than honestly Mighty Morphing. When
I when I was growing.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Up, definitely I did too because I love cars and
when I was a kid. I really was in the
cars and when they did Power Rangers and car like
a car on for the Zois, I was like, this
is the coolest thing I've ever seen, even the helmets
and stuff exactly.

Speaker 1 (24:45):
But also, like to go on your point about white seating,
where he liked it, they had a rescue mega doors.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
Each one of them had a they think like occupation
that was like a rescue first responder and it was cool.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
I liked it. So I controversial thought. I think Turbo
is better than Mighty Morphins. Like riding Wives. Put it
out there. You guys hate on it and you say that, oh,
it's the first time the Powers lost, like Mighty Morphin
didn't happen, like Turbo did not like Mighty Morphin didn't
happen specifically. They're like, oh, he's the first one to
lose to the villain. I'm like, what happened in ZL

(25:21):
what happened to get to they.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Lost all the time and zeal and Morphin.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
So yeah, like were judging them.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
We judging this series because it's more goofy and it's
a spoof series. Because I think the Super Senti was
supposed to be like a spoof on the series as
a whole like it was supposed to be, so of
course is going to be a little cheesy, and it's
not bad like I like t J them and I
even liked them when they became Wins the next year.

Speaker 3 (25:51):
I'm glad that they continued.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
But yeah, that's my eye to get that out there
because people be hating on Turbo way too.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Much from my life. They do.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
But I gotta, I gotta a question.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
I want to say, what do you think are better
theories than Mighty marphin like writing wise, and you can
even put in you can ease that after you can.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
I was gonna say, you can put in suit, but
I have that separately.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
We can just talk about definitely, So Galaxy SPD Okay,
this is the last to a hard because I love
time for I love time force and time force in
between time force space. Okay, I like men the storm there. Yeah,

(26:48):
but if I had to choose, I will actually say,
because I started watching it, I think r PM.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
Thank you. I appreciate our PM so much, our.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
PM because that's one of the new ones I started watching.
So definitely RPL I got a new one in there. Yeah,
and if I had like early because I did in
between New Era a little early. But if I had
to go like right after, like you said, I would
definitely go Turbo. Yeah, definitely go Turbo.

Speaker 3 (27:19):
I agreed, Like I think.

Speaker 2 (27:21):
The problem I had was zo Zo was that's the
song was fired, but the show was trashed. And the
suit I like, actually the Zeo like suit because it
reminded me like of Egyptian Gold Ranger and I like

(27:42):
the Gold Rangers, but it was like it was it
literally felt like Mighty Morphine with new suit. Yeah, it
was even the whole idea of why who the Gold
Ranger was and how he had to transfer his powers
to Jason, and then the Alien Rangers somehow appeared in
the show for a minute, and I was just like, okay, yeah, no,

(28:05):
I'm out. Yeah, But those would be my five that
of better because honestly, and we could just say it bluntly,
everything after it was better, even if it wasn't like
a good show exactly.

Speaker 3 (28:18):
Five.

Speaker 2 (28:19):
That's the strongest five out of all of the shows.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
My five is in no particular order, but I'm gonna
say Ninja Storm Dino Thunder, which Dino Thunder had a
better Evil Ranger than Jason. Sorry, Tommy a way better
run of Evil Ranger. Had Tommy shaken in his boots
because he had that trauma.

Speaker 4 (28:44):
Yeah, because when he showed up, even Tommy was like,
I don't want nothing to do with that charge because
it's a better I think it's an overall a better
Dyno like related to fuits are better, the.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
Writing is better, the door is or is a little
bit better, just because it's work. They really go into
a lot of the Dino like they really go with
their Dynald team.

Speaker 3 (29:08):
They like, go, oh, go to this location because fossils.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Are here, so the dord might be in this area,
versus going on just being like there you go. This
is the word for you. Time force for sure, time
force had to be mentioned.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
And r P.

Speaker 3 (29:23):
I'm gonna mention RPM just because it's a good one.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Are a little goofy, but they're like fire with those
belt the belt the black like.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Looking like one of the better combos. You know, we
are about the black range. We gotta.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
But yeah, and I'm gonna slide into my next question,
which is which suits do you think are like better better,
which I'm probably sure it's never gonna overlap me it
could overlap, but that's fine. But which suits are your like?

Speaker 2 (29:56):
But same pretty much almost the same Galaxy. I know
Thunder than the Storm.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
Charge those fire, they're so fire.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
Those are definitely fire. I would go as far as
to say, I like Turbo. I like the suits from Turbo.
It's simple, but it's very interesting, the interesting suit. But
I'm gonna have to put Turbo now, I'm gonna have
to take Turbo out because I liked the one that

(30:31):
I always liked.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
The Time for Oh yeah time.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Because that Quantum that that Quantum Ranger. Bro.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
Yeah, that Quantum.

Speaker 2 (30:43):
Stay like they like upgrade that they had and it's
pretty Yeah. The battleizers were good, but yeah, definitely, I
would probably say those suits a lot better. But I
think I honestly think though the strongest dining on Thunder. Okay,
Galaxy Okay, and let's see Charge Brown. I haven't watched

(31:14):
the whole seas, but I think it's a that's a
strong suit, Bro, That's that's a strong suit. SPD. I
like SPD because it's like police the Power Rangers. But
they pulled it off very well. It didn't look bad
at all. It was pulled off very well.

Speaker 1 (31:31):
I agreed and they were able to make a cops cool.

Speaker 2 (31:38):
The only thing. The only thing I didn't like is
the like weapons they had when they weren't in their
suit that they would like they just look weird. I
never liked those.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
But yeah, oh but for me, suits wise, I'm gonna
go nothing no foricular order again. Dino Thunder because that
white ranger was fired. The black Rachio Ranger with that
black food is fire. I went back and watched the
fire and then I like there, like it's being more represented.

(32:12):
And their helmets is their dining and also like that
like white little little thigh and then their supermode that
they go into Dino yea his traaffic mode, his battle
the thing with so he with the blue, the blue,
the purple like on the like triangles and stuff. Then

(32:34):
Dino charged because them foods are just too good. I
don't like the helmets have the animals, but they have
the sash with the teeth marks on it, the shoulder
kind of pad. The guns are like Dino guns that
are at double with a morpher and then they have
and then the battleizer for that one. It's just really

(32:55):
cool because they have the dinosaur on his like dort
on his chests with all the car arnival design like
red and white design, and then he can also grab
different doors and put him on his arm, like he
can have a try theratop on an arm and use
his power on a miniature version, which is super Coolnel
Fury Fury, that's there.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
Were like night dinosaurs.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
They have an aesthetic on top of them, but they
can also use keys to change their armor and stuff.
So it's really I don't really like their door too
much because it's just it's a little too clenty, but
I do so I respect the suits Faith and Wildforce
in my last two because Wildforce is really good too,
because they have their animal. It's it's it's so, I

(33:42):
guess what my thing is. I like them going being
really creative with their designs, and Mighty Morphins designs just
aren't creative enough.

Speaker 3 (33:51):
Exactly.

Speaker 2 (33:55):
Yeah. Wild Force was almost like Dino Thunder in Galaxy.
It together if you think about.

Speaker 3 (34:01):
It are yeah, yeah, yeah. I want to say, we
might have more, we might have more questions.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
But my final question is, now that we've talked about
the futs and the theory, we gotta talk about the doors.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
If you like from other theories.

Speaker 1 (34:16):
You gotta like you gotta if I get a tough
question for you, because I know how much you love
the O G.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
And yeah, I love the here, I love the og
Miney morphin megazoif I had to choose, definitely, Like I
always say, Galaxy is one of my favorite Magazids.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
I did like Space because it was actually the actual spaceship.
The changes to magaz that was cool. A lot of
the newer ones I don't I want. I don't know
like anything after, like Mystic Force, I don't really know.
But Donald Thunder was cool because I always thought it
was cool that it was just three makas oils and

(35:02):
they formed that one. Let me see, what's another one?
The first light Speed Rescue Zord Okay, because I liked
how they the swin and stuff like. I like that.
That's another one. I'm thinking of what was that other

(35:23):
one that I liked?

Speaker 3 (35:26):
But there is this bron.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
I'm trying to remember. I'm trying to think, oh, the
one you were just talking about. Agreed, but it definitely
for me, it would definitely be like, oh, Turbo had
a good a good Maga Turbo SPD had a good one. Yeah, yeah,

(35:53):
I like the light Speed the first light speed rescue
Zord though, because all of the zoils could do something
because function by themselves and they yeah first responders. We
had the fire trucks and the one that could fly
with the water and stuff. So I think that was
pretty cool. So yeah, those definitely would be and I

(36:14):
liked that. I think that was the thing before my
last coming. I think the thing that made galaxies so
unique is that they were actually like mystical creatures. Oh yeah,
that existed on their own and they had to like
freedom and then they would transform into the Megazord and
they kind of like I said, they had a bun.

(36:34):
It was almost like it was a bun, And I
thought that was really That was always really cool.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
Yeah, I agree with all your choices. I think going
to overlap faith.

Speaker 1 (36:44):
I love at Delta megas and when they combine them
together and they had the little turrent guns on the
little gatling guns, that was cool.

Speaker 3 (36:52):
Megabory, it was great. All those that's every single door
in that season was just phenomenon. Yeah. Well, Dino Thunder
was good.

Speaker 1 (37:03):
They had a lot of consummization and stuff like that,
with the different doors becoming arms and stuff like that
and stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (37:10):
Thought was really cool. No, didn't you just really still.

Speaker 1 (37:16):
Living charge because I like that the t rex became
the body and then the arms were like but also
they had there they had a Plesio door which is
like a lock that looked like the Lockless Monster, but
it was a Faith became their second and that I'm
a faith guy, so anytime faith, I was like, it
was purple too, I was like yes. Then at the

(37:39):
face Ninja Storm had fire. That thunder Omega, the one
with the two beatles.

Speaker 2 (37:46):
That's the one. I was trying to remember that. Don't
that's it? You said that?

Speaker 3 (37:53):
He also? I love the super Trade megas from my
Speed Rash. I love that.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
But that massive door that they had powered over creatures
and stuff like that, I'm trying to think of another one.
I like Wildforcet for sure. Mystic Force was it was different,
but I liked it. All of them are becoming the
doors and then pouring together was really cool.

Speaker 3 (38:13):
SBD.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
I liked their on because not only was it a
but yeah pretty and I still I like, I'm gonna
I'm gonna. I guess I'm cheesing a little bit because
I do actually know I'm not cheesing it because I'm
gonna say Turbo Rescue making it from Turbo. But I'm
gonna say I was gonna try to slip in my
dragon door, but I'm gonna stay away from I got
my little miniature dragon doing.

Speaker 3 (38:33):
I wasna, but I'm gonna keep out of Mighty More.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
I agreed to the perk to stick it out this time.

Speaker 3 (38:43):
And this is this podcast is just is not just
say that like it Mighty More from Powering the.

Speaker 2 (38:53):
Oh wow it.

Speaker 3 (38:56):
And stuff like that. No hate. If Mighty Morphin is
your favorite, that's great. I love that for you. And
it's still on the top. It's not like it's.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Here we hate it now, but it's just we the
Fortnite things are kind of further podcast on because we're
just like they have another Mighty.

Speaker 2 (39:14):
Work another.

Speaker 3 (39:18):
Right there.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
We gotta, we seriously gotta move on from it because
it's it's not like this is something that was just
like a one time thing and we never got anything
out there. It's so much good stuff that happened afterwards
that we should be getting stories about comic book wise,
toy wise, if it's featured in games. It's like in

(39:42):
like in Marvel Rivals or something whatever. But like Disney
has it, they're doing mighty morphing, And I honestly hope
that it's a situation where it's like Mighty Morphins for
one season and then they move on to something else.
So I know it's not I know there's yeah, they're
gonna they're gonna melt that one. Like just said, this
is not like to bomb on my ballfriend. It's definitely

(40:04):
part of our childhood nostalgic. Like you said, we got
the toys and stuff from back then. We love it.
It has a special place in my heart. But is
it the best out of the series. No, it is
now it's not, and that's all. And that's all I
was saying. It's just a proving fact. If you go
on Instagram, YouTube, it's a lot of people that express

(40:25):
the same ideas that's being said the Beatree You got anything.

Speaker 3 (40:31):
Else, I'm ready to wrap it on up. I ain't
got nothing else to say. I've gotten out everything I
need to say so far.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
I think, honestly, like you said, I think nostalgia played
the big part in why people like love the series and.

Speaker 3 (40:46):
Still love it and stuff like that. And that's Okay,
nostalgia's fine to have to brings you back to a
place where you were a happy kid. That's cool. But
as a fandom, we need to highlight the other series
or the kind of war.

Speaker 1 (40:58):
I wouldn't even take a man, but more or less
speak out about wanting more other series to be recognized.

Speaker 3 (41:04):
You know, but that's my final thought.

Speaker 1 (41:06):
No more having that tinkeancy if they say final thoughts,
did you get all yours out?

Speaker 2 (41:11):
Oh? Man, it's just a Rangers. It might have end
ended as a show after the thirty years, but you
know it's gonna be. It's gonna be around for a
long time. And that's all we're saying. Just do some
different stuff. It's obviously not going nowhere for With that
being said, you know what time it is. It's time

(41:31):
for that. Really I could say it's not the time,
but no, it's time for that shame and promotion them.
You know what I'm saying it Yeah.

Speaker 3 (41:40):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (41:42):
