Ceil is the president of Advanced coaching and Leadership centre in US. Born and raised in Luisanna, Ceil has had experience beyond her small home town and shared that experience with the Stellar Woman magazine. In this part of the episode Ceil introduces her background story and takes us through her personal development and professional development journey that includes soul searching that leads her to become the woman she is today. She covers how each stage of her life evolved and all the people and the training she has taken and finally finding the answer that gave her the life and the success she has today. This also includes the different challenges she has encountered.
Ceil also covers leadership. She defines a leader as one who walks the talk and leads and guides another person at the right gradient to inspire them. Ceil also covers her experiences from other leaders.
Ceil talks about strategy and provides a strategy for success which starts with identifying your want/goal/dream.
Get to know about the mentor that had a profound impact on her at the early stage in her life. She doesn't know why the mentor invested in her yet she was so green. She is forever though grateful. Don't we all need mentors like that?
