Ceil is the president of Advanced coaching and Leadership centre in US. Born and raised in Luisanna, Ceil has had experience beyond her small home town and shared that experience with the Stellar Woman magazine. In this part of the episode, Ceil discusses many aspects including understanding who you’re and what you’re.
A good understanding ourselves is at the core of the creation of what you want to become.
She covers aspects like what we women struggle with for example power and money. She however says it isn't your problem if you struggle in those areas as we women have just not been taught about these things.
Money doesn’t grow on treesThe root of all evil is money.
Cultural things and mindsets and beliefs being key in formulating your results. Understanding your beliefs and thei sources for example around money can be helpful.
Ceil emphasises the importance of a netowkr that will inspire you and take you to the next level.

Discuses the importance of bringing about change, Ceil says that it is important to Identify what you really want first to move forward.
We also discuss failure and Ceil affirms that she fails every week. She however also shares how she gets up after failure . To grow, you will fail and that the faster you fail, the faster you grow.
